Time Text
Hello everyone, welcome to This Week in Stupid for the 4th of September 2016.
So before I start, I'd like to talk to you guys about the format of this week in Stupid, because over time it's become a bit more sort of theme-based on certain things that are going on, because there is so much going on and it's all connected, and it's hard to talk about one part of it without talking about the rest.
And I'm trying to genuinely be as informative as possible, and I realize that this means it's less funny. than it would normally be if I was just talking about random regressive crap.
So I'd definitely like some feedback on this from you guys because, I mean, I prefer doing light-hearted, funny stuff, but I also feel kind of obligated to cover some of this, because I don't really see this being analysed in the same way anywhere else.
I find it's always too partisan, and there's no validity given to the points of the other side, whereas both sides generally do have at least some truth to them, even if it's not the whole truth, or even if it's not a necessarily nuanced view of the situation.
I really have found myself becoming more aware of just how serious things are these days, and I don't want it to be all doom and gloom, so I've actually gone out of my way to find some really funny stuff that I'll be doing for the next week.
And I'm also aware that there's a significant number of people who preferred this sort of style of my earlier videos, where I would be calling people fucking idiots all the time.
I don't dislike that either entirely, but sometimes it's just not a very productive way of approaching an issue.
However, this week I will probably be calling some people fucking idiots because, oh man, we are fucked.
We are just, we are, seriously, right?
All of Europe is being run by complete morons.
Well, almost all of Europe, but certainly Germany.
Emperor Merkel has decided that EU nations must not refuse Muslim refugees.
Merkel has said that it is unacceptable for European Union member states to refuse to accept Muslim refugees and has called for quotas to divide refugees fairly between EU nations in a television interview.
She says, what I continue to think is wrong is that some say we generally don't want Muslims in our country, regardless of whether there's a humanitarian need or not, and added, everyone must do their part in the refugee crisis and a common solution must be found.
It's not just the imperative of must that I have some sort of consternation with.
It's the fact that this is your fucking fault, Merkel.
Okay?
You invited them to Germany.
You invited a million plus fucking quote-unquote refugees to Germany.
And now you're saying right now everyone has to have some.
No, you brought this on yourself.
I didn't vote for you to bring them into the EU through Germany.
I didn't vote for this, Merkel.
I don't get to vote for you.
People in Slovakia or wherever don't get to vote for you.
So why the fuck should they be the ones who suffer the consequences of your fucking policies?
Advocates of a shared European refuge polity have said a quota system would be fairer to both host countries and refugees.
No, no, no.
These countries in Europe, they haven't signed on to this.
This isn't something they've caused either.
Especially the countries who are flat out saying no.
But I love the way they phrase this.
The current system, which allows many countries to shirk any role in Merkel's crisis.
In Merkel's fucking, a thing of Merkel's, no, they should be in Greece.
And I know that sounds awful, but that is actually the rules.
Asylum seekers can currently be returned to the first safe country they are proven to have landed in under the Dublin regulation, an agreement between the EU countries.
That's what's going to happen, Merkel.
That's what should be fucking happening.
Go back to Greece or Turkey or wherever, and we will send them buckets of fucking cash.
That's how we can help, because taking all of these people is destabilizing our fucking countries.
And you can hardly blame them when some Eastern EU members, such as Hungary, Poland and Slovakia, have refused to take in any refugees under the EU-wide quota system.
I wonder what their reasons are.
I wonder if they're rational and lucid and based in reality, based on observable phenomena that we have seen from these refugees.
Or maybe they're just frothing-at-the-mouth racists.
Islamophobia underpins the refusal in many cases, as the majority of refugees come from Muslim-majority nations like Syria, Afghanistan, and Iraq.
The Slovak president, Robert Fico, said he would never even bring a single Muslim into his country.
Well, to be fair, that is pretty clear-cut, and the Czech Prime Minister says that he does not want a large Muslim community given the problems that we are seeing.
Oh, what problems?
Oh, wait, no.
Yeah, the problems.
Yeah, we'll talk about them in just a minute.
For now, let's talk about what the President of Slovenia has said, not the same country as Slovakia, by the way.
Warns Merkel that another wave of migrants will risk wiping out the EU.
The Prime Minister of Slovenia is claiming the EU is on a knife edge.
Miro Sira says that after meetings, Mrs. Merkel is beginning to understand the complexities facing each country, but that her open-door policy is no solution, and instead she should focus on protecting borders.
Yeah, as if.
But don't get me wrong, I think he has a good point, and I don't think that's racist.
He says, I believe the Chancellor of Germany has started to admit that the problem should be treated more effectively, otherwise the EU won't be able to improve because it cannot concentrate and will be unable to give answers to the other challenges.
If another wave of migrants would hit Europe, that would risk the security, would make the integration impossible, and would seriously put the existence of the EU in danger.
So he must be some sort of frothing-at-the-mouth anti-EU right-winger.
Or it could be that he's just being realistic about the problems.
In March, Slovenia began clamping down on migrants by introducing new border restrictions for them entering from Greece to Western Europe.
They would only allow those seeking asylum into the country or those with clear humanitarian needs to enter.
Perfectly fair.
Now they are calling for the EU to send money to the Middle East, Asia and North Africa to stop the flow of migrants.
In order to keep the people from leaving their homes, Europe should provide financial and other support to those countries hit by crisis.
He also warned the EU should monitor migration effectively so migrants arriving from war-struck zones may enter Europe in an official, orderly way.
Okay, so it's amazing that now right-wing extremism sounds like common sense.
I mean, don't be wrong, I'm not even a big fan of the idea of just paying these people to stay in their own countries, but we're going to be paying through the nose anyway, so better we pay for them to stay at home than to come here.
And the thing is, he's even like pro-Turkey joining the EU.
He said, we should keep the gates open for those countries that want to join the EU, even if the process is now slowing down, and we should also help those countries in the handling of the mass of people.
Turkey is playing a key role in monitoring the wave of migrants.
I believe the protection of outside borders of the EU are extremely important, as well as the continuous collaboration with Turkey.
Since we're on the subject of Turkey now, let's talk about it.
Let's talk about why exactly Turkey is failing to get into the EU.
Because it's not for a lack of trying from people within the EU.
So Turkey has long been trying to join the EU and has used the migrant crisis as leverage in this goal.
And European officials often say that Turkey still falls short of EU demands on basic rights and freedoms.
This is just amazing.
In translated comments, President Schultz told a news conference that the EU wanted to see changes to the anti-terrorism law and acknowledged disagreement in his talks with Turkish Prime Minister Jildrim or whatever it is.
But he said such differences did not mean the pact would fail.
So they may well get their visa-fee travel even if they don't agree on these differences in the law, the security laws.
The Turkish Prime Minister made it clear that Turkey could not ease the law, which was vital for national security.
He says, it is obvious that an easing or amelioration of this law will make the security threat grow.
Turkey says its anti-terror law is needed to fight threats from the Islamic State and Kurdish militants.
And officials say a failed coup by rogue soldiers in July has added impetus to the need for the law.
And from Turkey's point of view, the point of view of the Turkish government, that's completely correct.
They do have to worry about Islamist militants, IS militants.
They do have to worry about Kurdish militants trying to create a separate state.
And obviously, they have to protect their own position in government, even if now that is turning them into a more authoritarian Islamist state with tens of thousands of people purged.
You know, I don't, I totally don't agree with what's going on in Turkey, but my god, you can see why they're doing it.
The EU's complaint is that the law is being used too broadly, pointing to the prosecution of journalists and academics.
Turkey says it pursues only those who have actively supported or propagate terrorism.
Well, Turkey are probably full of shit at this point, but remember, they have just resisted a coup.
So, yeah, okay, it's not right, but I would expect it to happen.
But don't get me wrong, it's absolutely a reason not to accept Turkey's entrance into the EU through a visa-free travel program, which is just designed to help integrate.
And again, don't forget, the EU Commissioner on Migration had earlier said that Turkey had made progress on the deals to secure the visa-free travel, and the EU was ready to help Ankara meet conditions it had not yet met, but like Schultz, gave no timeline.
They want this to happen.
And this would be a fucking stupid thing, because Europeans are not fucking happy about their own political classes, let alone the political class of the EU, which frankly seemed to be deeply woven together in terms of ideological position.
Look at this bullshit.
This is the president of Germany saying that the elites are not the problem, the population is the problem at the moment.
I mean, what kind of fucking absurd statement is this?
He then goes on to talk about how this has to do with their national identities, because he wants, of course, ever closer union.
These people are not in touch with their own fucking constituents, the people they are supposed to be looking out for.
They simply don't give a fuck.
And people aren't taking it.
Take, for example, the French Prime Minister booed after telling people to learn to live with terrorism.
It's just the most incredible thing I've ever heard in my life.
Can you imagine telling people, no, no, no, you are literally just going to have to learn to deal with the fact that there are now just Muslim terror cells in your countries that are going to continue committing terror.
I mean, they're going to continue killing people, people you know, people you care about.
I mean, not too many.
It's small.
I mean, maybe only a few hundred families are affected each time.
Weekly.
That becomes almost daily across Europe.
But, you know, like the German president was saying, it's the people who are the problem.
Because this is the attitude of European politicians.
They don't want to hear your fucking whining.
They have big plans afoot and you are getting in their way.
So yeah, you're going to have to just learn to live with terrorism.
It's just going to happen.
It's going to be Muslim terrorism from Muslim communities in Europe that is not just going to affect the native white European population.
Oh no, this is way more inclusive.
If you're a Jew, if you're a Sikh, you're going to have to get used to living with terrorism as well.
I mean, it's not like Islam is also a political ideology as well as being a religion, is it?
Oh no, wait, that's exactly it.
And anyone who's not a Muslim is a kafar and needs to be fought.
This is what these terrorists think.
They have old feuds with these people who, incidentally, are living very peacefully in the West and causing no trouble at all.
And I know what you're thinking, what a fucking racist Sargon must be, defending the rights of brown people to live unmolested in his country from the fanatical followers of a political ideology that has done nothing but this since its inception.
Look, we have to be fucking honest.
We just have to lay it out straight.
Islam is causing a problem for the West.
There is no denying it.
It's not a racist thing to say that Islam is causing problems in the West.
It's a political ideology that is the problem.
And you can hardly blame people for wanting to take political steps to push back against it.
But when that happens, man, it gets ugly.
I mean, just take the Burkini ban.
Oh my fucking god.
Last month, the French High Court banned the Burkini from public places in France, which is obviously a distinctly illiberal thing to do.
I don't want the state regulating what people can wear.
And it is good to see that a local court has just simply defied this ruling and said that no, the terror attack on July the 14th, the Nice attack, is not sufficient grounds to justify such a ban.
And I agree, it's not.
But that's not the problem.
People are complaining with this about the Islamization of Europe.
They don't want to see this nonsense.
They don't care about the race of the person.
They care about the culture of the person.
And I can completely sympathise with that.
As the child of a member of the armed forces, one of the things you learn is how well respected the Sikhs are in the British Army.
Just they are so well respected.
Same as the Gurkhas.
Same as many sort of colonial troops, frankly.
They just absolute respect.
No problems whatsoever.
You would not know that there are millions of Indians and Sikhs in Britain.
You wouldn't know it until you need to go to your corn shop because they don't cause any fucking problems.
They don't demand anything.
They don't commit terror attacks.
They're in fact the victims of these things.
Political Islam is a hegemonic and supremacist political ideology.
And I can totally empathize with the people in France who want to push back against what they perceive to be the Islamization of Europe, down to cultural signifiers like the Burkini.
However, when the French police go down to a beach, find a woman wearing a burkini and force her to strip it off, it looks really bad, doesn't it?
It looks really fucking bad.
A bunch of armed men making a woman disrobe in public looks really fucking awful and really is going against the grain of what I think that we all in Europe want out of our societies.
This is not the solution.
But the thing is, this Burkini ban is just a symptom of how deep the problems are going in Europe and just how many people are being affected.
Regular working class people.
Now, I'm not going to focus on the burkini ban or any of the other problems or the constant terrorism or anything like that.
I'm going to focus on something that would seem reasonably small scale and innocuous to show you that the depth and the breadth of the influence and the interference of Islam into people's lives.
Terrorism is actually relatively small scale.
Say 30 people die.
That's 30 different families who are then affected.
And maybe their friends, so maybe, maybe say 200, 300 people are directly affected by a terrorist attack.
It's not that big a deal.
Maybe, maybe a thousand or two thousand are affected for a few hours while the damage is cleaned up and the police go in and everything like that.
They can't get through, whatever.
So not that many people in one city are affected.
Not even the whole city are affected.
French truckers have been blocking Calais and they say they're going to keep doing it until Britain stops fining them over migrants.
Truckers in Calais are threatening to extend a blockade to the Port and Eurotunnel into next week unless Britain stops fining drivers whose vehicles are found to contain migrant stowaways.
This blockade is disrupting the lives of thousands and thousands of travellers and it's not going to go away because the problem isn't going away.
They say we demand British authorities waive fines of lorry companies and their drivers who are obliged to pay up to £2,000 for every migrant found in their vehicles.
They say we can no longer stand such fines imposed by the British authorities.
But you might think, yeah, well, you know, make sure you don't have any migrants on board.
But it's not really that easy for the French truckers.
It's intolerable because we are above all the victims in this affair, but we are being treated like people smugglers.
Because it turns out the French truckers really do not want migrants to stow away on their trucks and sneak across the border.
He said that violence against lorry drivers had never been so great, as desperate migrants erect barricades from tree trunks to mattresses and set them on fire to stop lorries bound for the port or tunnel.
One truck was recently burned by Molotov cocktails and another driver had a stone thrown at his head through a windscreen.
The pressure is unprecedented.
Our vehicles and goods are damaged, yet on top of all we get fined by the British government if a migrant manages to evade detection.
It's not on and I completely see where they're coming from.
This is not something they want.
But the British have perfectly reasonable reasons for doing this.
The whole fining process was to make sure there was due diligence to stop migrants getting on board trucks coming across.
But the process has been outdated by the modus operandi of the migrants today.
The level of attacks are unprecedented, so to expect hauliers to still be fined when you've got this incredibly high risk of coming through Calais itself needs some urgent review by UK Home Office.
And of course it does, but what are they supposed to do?
Just go, well, you know, there's going to be no penalty for anyone doing this.
I mean, people are going to start taking bribes if that's the case, or at least you would think so, except apparently these migrants are so fucking violent.
And they're not fucking cooperating.
Half the camp was raised earlier this year amid an attempt to get migrants to either stay in semi-permanent housing in situ or be bussed to other centres around France, but the numbers have swollen to between 7 and 10,000 of them.
Truckers and local Calais groups have called for migrants to be distanced from the Port and Tunnel and for a curfew to on the roads to the Port and Tunnel between 10pm and 8am to prevent nightly attacks on vehicles.
How the fuck are the local residents of Calais expected to just put up with this?
And this isn't even terrorism.
This is just fucking violence from a problem group of people who have turned up uninvited by the French population.
How the fuck are they supposed to be expected to just deal with it?
Even the architect of this issue has realised that she needs to deport failed asylum seekers.
As Reuters says, in a sharp change of tone, Merkel wants German authorities to accelerate the deportation of foreigners who are denied asylum in response to the growing public fears over the soaring numbers of migrants members of parliament told Reuters on Thursday.
Facing criticism from the public and with her own conservatives for allowing around a million migrants, actually it's probably around 2 million by now, and refugees to enter the country last year, Merkel told her party's lawmakers that many foreigners were staying on even after their asylum applications have been denied.
The most important thing in the coming months is repatriation, repatriation, and once more, repatriation.
Well, it's a good fucking start, but I don't think it's going to get you re-elected.
And you might be thinking, well, come on, I mean, the migrants are people too.
And yes, yes, they are.
Often they're people who cause trouble.
Often they're people who cause crimes.
Often they're people who rape and brutalize the native population of their country.
Hashtag not all.
But unfortunately, it's happening on such a large scale, almost everywhere these migrants go, that there seems to be little other choice.
And this isn't me saying this.
This is the demos of almost every major European country, because right-wing parties, and I mean like really far-right in some cases, are seriously on the rise.
I mean, seriously, next year's elections are going to be a fucking bloodbath at the rate we're going.
A couple more terror attacks, and I swear to you, we are looking at a pretty grim future.
I mean, we're looking at a grim future anyway, but I think it's just going to get worse.
For example, in France, the National Front leader Marion Penn polls twice as high as the current president.
She's seven points ahead of centre-right candidate Sarkozy, a man who has already been president and is doing reasonably well on 21%.
Holland's disapproval ratings have climbed to 53%, reporting that they're not satisfied.
A 10-point increase from the last round of interviews in March.
And don't forget that in the Netherlands, the most popular party is Gerd Wilders Party for Freedom, who wants to simply basically ban Islam in the Netherlands.
Massively popular.
The leader of the popular Dutch party ahead of the parliamentary elections next year says he wants to ban all Islamic symbols, mosques and the Quran from the country.
The far-right party for freedom, led by Gert Walders, has released a one-page manifesto, which probably just says ban Islam, ahead of the 2017 elections, calling for the total de-Islamification of the Netherlands.
Under the proposals, mosques, Islamic schools, asylum centers will be closed.
The borders will be shut down with a blanket ban on migrants from Islamic countries.
Women will be forbidden from wearing a headscarf in public and the Quran will be banned.
Well, fucking hell, that sounds brilliant.
Thanks, left-wing politicians.
You've led us to the point where the most popular party in the Netherlands, a major first world country, is crazy right-wing, ban everything, because that's the only way they feel they can deal with the problem.
Oh yeah, they've also pledged to withdraw from the European Union, cut all foreign aid spending, and boost funding for police and security services.
And they've been leading the polls for several months now, following a string of Islamist terror attacks across Europe and growing frustration in many countries about a perceived lackluster response to extremism from the mainstream.
I'm sure Brexit didn't hurt either.
And I just want to stress, this isn't through the charismatic majesty of Gerd Wilders.
He, 53% of Dutch people simply don't want him to be prime minister.
And yet he is heading the most popular party in the country.
They're popular based on the fucking policies.
And let's not forget that the very fringe elements that would normally get no traction on the far right are becoming popular.
They're actually getting somewhere.
I mean, for example, in Greece, the Golden Dawn party yesterday celebrated the anniversary of the Battle of Thermopylae.
This is what it looked like.
Oh yeah, this isn't wearing at all, is it?
You know, this isn't like bothering anyone that this is clearly a fascist party that's starting to really gain ground in Greece.
You might be thinking, well, I mean, how much ground do they really have?
I mean, they've got a bunch of Marxists in their parliament.
Well, back in the 2015 elections, they broke double digits by doubling the number of supporters they have.
And that was a year ago.
Fast forward six months and the latest polls show that 71% of people in Greece do not trust Tsipras.
Greeks want a change in government.
After buckling to the EU, Syriza is becoming less and less popular and other alternatives are on the rise.
I mean listen to this.
81% of the participants of this poll think the government has lost its moral advantage.
71% say they don't trust the Prime Minister Tsipras and 84% criticise the government's performance.
67% of people think the government is making false moves regarding the management of the refugee and migrant crisis, whereas 85% think there is no more space for additional taxes and pension cuts.
Man, those numbers are insane.
And especially as these are basically the things the EU is forcing on Greece.
But you know what?
Okay, it's only like 10-15% for Golden Dawn.
It's not the end of the world.
It's not like a fascist takeover of Greece or anything.
And it's not like, I mean, how much worse can it get?
Well, I'll tell you what's going to make this worse.
And I'll tell you the one thing you could do to get Golden Dawn more popular if you were in the left wing.
You could send a mob of 50 anarchists headed by the son of the energy minister to go around and attack their offices.
Not only attacking the property, but also attacking members of Golden Dawn who, and they had to be protected by the police.
I mean, that is going to engender sympathy, and they are going to simply portray themselves as Greek patriots who are being attacked by radical communist anarchists.
And because it's exactly what's fucking happening.
This is like legitimate political violence from an establishment that is fearing its loss of power is being sapped away by a group that is presenting just any kind of alternative.
They wouldn't need to attack these people if they were no threat.
They wouldn't fucking need to.
But this is making Greece look like 1930s Germany.
And don't mistake this as a defense of Golden Dawn at all.
I'm actually very annoyed that radical leftists are legitimizing them by using political violence against them when they are the people that we would expect to be seeing using political violence and that in itself would delegitimize them.
And the thing is, this is a mirror image of what we're seeing in Britain with Jeremy Corbyn.
When Ben Bradshaw says, call off these momentum thugs.
Listen to this.
The people around him control them.
Hopefully we're in the process of clearing up the mess, but look, let's be clear, that attack on Angela Eagle's office overnight and the forced cancellation of her event today because of a threat to the owner of the premises is totally unacceptable and shocking.
And I'm afraid these ritual condemnations from Jeremy Corbyn are just not enough.
We need action.
He always condemns, he always says it shouldn't happen, but he never actually does anything.
He could call off these momentum thugs now.
The people around him control them.
He should take them off now and expel them if they're members of the party.
This is what I did the episode a couple of weeks ago about Trotskyism, Trotsky entryism into the fucking Labour Party.
This is this is exactly the problem.
In the interview, Branshaw added, it's not just this attack.
Labour MPs are being subjected to daily death threats, rape threats, people demonstrating outside their offices, and are being encouraged to buy them by people around Jeremy Corbyn.
This is totally unacceptable.
And I agree.
Political violence is totally unacceptable in a democratic society.
The thing that annoys me the most about this is not only that it's far-left communist radicals who are constantly doing this with impunity, it's the fact that they are treated sympathetically by the establishment.
So what's Jeremy Corbyn doing instead of addressing the violent radical fringe that surrounds and protects him and does violence in his name?
Whether he condones it or not?
Well, Corbyn is very busy, doing his part to contribute to the hashtag socialists for autism, while talking about how after work drinks should be banned because they're fucking sexist.
Yes, this is a very important issue, Jeremy.
Thank you for raising awareness of autism.
Yes, this public demonstration of your autism is incredibly valuable to show people exactly what it looks like when you have so many socialists crossed over with so many feminists who also have autism and they get together and make public policies.
Thank you for showing us precisely what to look out for, you fucking imbecile.
And just to give you some insights into why people are voting conservative, this is a critique from a conservative paper called The Telegraph.
Corbyn rallies are inclusive, as long as your range of opinion goes from Trotskyite to anarchist.
True, there was one actual Labour Party member that was some years standing present, Murad Qureshi, a former London Assembly member, was heard respectfully.
That's probably because he said that Blair should be sent to a mental asylum for not agreeing with Mr. Qureshi on Iraq.
No Labour show today is complete without the fear of being punched, however, and providing the passive aggressive bullying was the Maestro himself, the Shadow Chancellor John MacDonald, who raised the roof by describing the resistance to Corbyn as fucking useless.
Lovely man McDonnell, what a display.
For years, such demonstrations of thuggery were dismissed as fringe events.
Now they are the mainstream of the Labour Party.
As the Conservatives prepare to anoint their second female prime minister, this was from shortly after the Brexit vote, just after Cameron had resigned, Labour wallowed in a dispiriting performance of male boorishness straight out of a 1920s beer hall.
Everyone can see it.
This is the mainstream media.
This is what's happening.
And Jeremy Corbyn is raising awareness for autism.
that's very no bloody jeremy and yes there there are there are suits it's terrible how after work drinking culture is sexist towards mothers because they have to go home and look after the kids instead of going out for beers with the boys It's so awful, Jeremy.
Because we talk about something that might be considered important in some fucking world.
Just anything that's even vaguely risky.
And I haven't even got to the thing that I really want to talk about, which is the fucking remainers, the Brexit remaining twats.
So since they brought her up, let's talk about Theresa May, the second British female prime minister, and the second conservative one instead of the left wing.
And the Conservative Party in general, actually.
I hate to have to give them credit.
I hate it.
I would much rather be doing 45 minute long videos, exposing all the sort of shit they get up to that they don't really want talked about, that people don't really talk about because it's not really something that grabs the public.
You know, I would rather do those sort of videos, but I can't, because the Conservatives are literally the one thing in the British political system right now that isn't a total piece of shit.
And I hate saying that.
Honestly, on a visceral, emotional level, I can't believe I'm about to praise the Conservative Party.
But holy shit, did they get their act together?
They must have been watching Labour fucking hard and being like, wow, we're not doing that.
Right, everyone behind May, no fucking questions asked.
And May has been just unbelievably consistent on Brexit.
No, she hasn't triggered Article 50 yet, but she has just been exceptionally consistent.
Brexit means Brexit.
There will be no staying in the EU by the back door.
And that Theresa May will bypass Parliament in triggering Article 50 to leave.
She will not rely on a Commons vote for her allowed to the Labour Party to get involved.
Because it's nothing to fucking do with them.
The Conservatives were elected on a platform of triggering a referendum.
They did.
They got the referendum and they said in their own material, this is, we're going to follow this decision, so make sure you've fucking chosen wisely.
And that's what they're doing.
And honestly, fair fucking play.
This is, I mean, Teresa wasn't Romana.
She wasn't even pro-fucking Brexit.
And she has been just unwavering on this course because this, this is actual statesmanship.
This is this is something that's actually helping stabilize the country.
And oh my god, the economy.
Let me everyone's talking about the economy.
Well, apparently, it's not doing that badly.
You know what?
Fuck it.
I had loads of stuff to talk about, and I might do it in some extra or something.
I can't be fucked to talk about it now.
We've just gone through so much, and we're already past the half-hour mark, and I haven't even got to the annoying cunts that I wanted to talk about.
So I'm just going to skip straight to them.
The people who yesterday had a hashtag March for Europe demonstration going through London.
Look at these total cunts.
We are citizens of Europe.
No one has the right to take away our citizenship.
You aren't a citizen of Europe.
You're a citizen of the United Kingdom.
They would like it if you're a citizen of Europe.
They would love to turn Europe into a superstate.
Europe is a peace project.
Oh, right, sorry.
I didn't realize the EU was a religion of peace.
Jesus fucking Christ.
Are you even paying attention to what's going on in Europe?
You have absolutely no fucking idea, do you?
I mean, where the fuck in Europe are you planning to go?
Well, Eastern Europe?
Are you going to Poland?
It's probably relatively peaceful there, actually.
You're right, yeah.
And don't forget, these people want parliamentary democracy, please.
Not mob rule.
Yes, yes.
One referendum is now mob rule.
I mean, the people aren't in charge of how it's enacted.
It's still being done via a parliamentary democracy, you fucking idiots.
But no, oh god, no.
No, no.
The vote to see what the government should do.
That's mob rule.
Fucking hell, man.
The Brexit vote is what's keeping people from voting for some crazy far-right party.
That's why.
I honestly think that's why.
And I genuinely think that the Conservatives know this.
I genuinely think the Conservatives are well aware of what's going on on the continent, why it's happening, and why they have to literally stay the course and do what the majority, the proven majority of people, voters in this country want.
They know what they have to do to avoid the kind of fucking clusterfuck that's happening on the continent.
And look at these cunts.
Just look at these cunts.
Hashtag remainers for autism.
Yes, well done for spreading awareness of autism.
There are so many people out there suffering from it and it's so good for you to come out in public and demonstrate what it looks like.
Thank you so very much.
And what was the biggest headline that came out of this march?
What was the thing that really people took away and they were thinking, yeah, this is what the left is like.
I'll show you.
It's just so embarrassing.
It's the most cringy thing in the world.
Eddie Izzard has pink beret stolen at anti-Brexit march and gives chase in high heels.
This is Eddie Izzard complete with Pink Beret at the march with another very sane looking Remain voter.
You all look like fucking idiots.
You look like a fucking joke.
But most importantly, you look like you're people with money.
Look at these upper middle class cunts.
Look at them.
Look at these fat, dirty pieces of shit.
Look at what they're asking for.
Defend our rights to study, work, live, and retire across Europe.
The working class all across Britain are piss poor.
They are not thinking about how they are going to study, work, live, and retire in their villa in the south of France.
They are thinking, how the fuck am I going to get from one day to another?
And how do I stop those Muslim rape gangs fucking my daughter?
These selfish cunts are literally, and I'm not even joking, literally complaining they have to get visas.
Look at these cunts on Twitter.
Solidarity with March for Europe today.
Not about overturning referendum results, but giving people a right to say on draft terms of Brexit.
they did when they voted for the conservatives to do it.
That was, that was the vote.
That was how you did it.
Just because they were literally the only fucking party other than UKIP offering it, and that may well have been done as a fucking political move to snake voters from UKIP, doesn't mean that it wasn't voted for.
You're a fucking Labour sports group or a Lib Damn, whatever.
Tough shit.
Not that I would trust for a second the terms put forward by people like this.
Just no fucking way.
Especially, I mean, that's the popular thing.
No, no, no.
We just want a say on the terms.
No, shut up and fuck off.
You lost.
You don't get a say.
The Conservatives are the one doing it because that's who people voted for.
They consistently won elections and they actually lost the referendum.
They didn't want to leave, but now they're stuck with it and now they're going to do it.
And good on May.
But I love this.
Have to overturn referendum one on lies.
I want my freedom of movement back.
No, you can just go and get a visa.
You can just go and get a visa.
I don't want to lose my freedom to live and work in 28 different countries just because Boris Johnson fancied PMPM.
He didn't.
He literally didn't.
He fucking resigned, you mongoloids.
And you don't lose your freedom to live and work.
You just have to get a fucking visa.
Or you could go now.
You could go before it happens.
I know I'm sounding unreasonably stressed about the Remain voters.
And it's not all the Remain voters.
Many, many of them, probably the majority of them, are like, okay, fair enough.
Well, we voted.
We abide by the decision.
And my complete respect to those people.
It's this very noisy minority who are absolutely insufferable.
And you see them everywhere if you're in the right circles.
Middle class, left-leaning, virtue signallers who want to retire to the south of France.
The working class are never even going to go to the south of France.
They go to Bognor Regis or Skeg Ness for their summer holidays.
These wealthy cunts just don't even, they are totally detached.
They don't live in Muslim-majority areas.
They don't live near any significant sizable community of Muslims.
They probably don't know any fucking Muslims.
notice how fucking white these demonstrations are and let's their reasoning is absurd Oh, well, I will have to get a visa and that inconveniences me.
Well, I'm sorry, Princess.
Get your fucking visa.
I don't know whether you've been watching Europe, but it's going down, and we should get out now, while we have the fucking chance.
But listen to, this is a voter, Remain voter, from the protest.
Listen to her rationale.
This is what she thinks is going on.
I'm incredibly deflated.
I'm really sad.
I think.
Honestly, how I feel, I feel like hate one.
Sorry, what?
I feel that hate's one.
I feel like racism is a bigger problem in my country than I thought it was.
I feel like we're watching the stirrings of fascism in Europe again.
And I genuinely never thought it would be my fault.
I did not.
I didn't think it would be us who would run to the right.
I didn't think it would be us who turned our backs on the rest of the world.
I thought it should be America.
I thought America was the people who were so short.
I'm so disappointed.
I'm so hurt.
I'm really cross with the older people in my country who've done this because the majority of the people that voted this way were older people.
They weren't young.
Young wanted to be part of Europe.
And they aren't going to have to live with the consequences of what they've just voted for.
The majority of these people are over 75.
They don't have a future in this country the way we have the future and an investment.
They've chosen to vote.
They've chosen to vote for the class instead.
And they should know better.
They've seen what division and war can do to our country and the rest of Europe and the world as a whole.
They should know better and they should be ashamed of themselves for turning their backs on the rest of Europe.
What is so bad about Europe?
It's full of kind, thoughtful people, all of whom speak a second language.
We just don't care.
We don't embrace Europe the way Europe embraces us.
And it's selfish and it's thoughtless and it's callous.
And that's pretty much how.
This person is just upset.
Almost nothing that they have said there is true.
Most Brexit voters were not over 75 years old.
Fucking most of them are actually going to have to live with the consequences of the vote.
And they want to.
And they want their kids to, because they are aware of what's going on in Europe.
At least peripherally in some way aware.
And this lunatic, just like the rest of them, I mean, going back to this picture, I can't get by without EU.
I mean, that's a cry for help.
That's someone saying, look, I need therapy because I am so emotionally attached to the European Union that I can't think rationally about what's going on.
I'm literally hindered by my own emotions from having a reasonable and rational and sensible conversation on this.
And even though we had the vote, it was against my favor.
I am so fucking autistic, I can't stop myself from being obsessed about this situation or talk about anything else.
And just another weekly reminder of why blankets terming everything you don't like as racist is a bad thing.
Teenage girl killed herself amid fears she would be branded a racist over a joke photo she sent friends.
She wasn't even called a racist.
And this lunatic bitch is just like, well, I can't believe we have such a serious problem with racism.
No, bitch, we don't.
We don't.
