| So I've had a copyright strike against me from Fox News for the livestream coverage of the GOP debate. | |
| Their GOP coverage was two hours, my live stream is five hours, so we can be reasonably sure that most of the content in there was mine and not simply theirs. | |
| So I will of course be contesting this copyright strike, but in the meantime it means I can't live stream. | |
| And I can't do videos longer than 15 minutes, but I think I can get around that. | |
| Or at least I can live with that. | |
| I have sent the person at Fox who levied the strike against me a polite email asking them if there is any amicable way we can resolve this. | |
| Before I start pursuing counter notifications, I don't mind removing the GOP debate as long as the copyright strike will be rescinded. | |
| Because that's really the issue for me. | |
| I'm not really all that bothered about having the GOP debate, even if legally, technically, I am allowed it. | |
| I guess I should be flattered that such a small fry like myself has been noticed by such a large network. | |
| Anyway, in the meantime, I have created a new channel for livestreaming called Sargon of a CAD livestreams. | |
| Because I'm a creative fellow like that, and if I don't win my appeal against the copyright strike, then it's not until next February that I would be able to live stream. | |
| So you can imagine how inconvenient that would be. | |
| So if you'd like to subscribe there, if you enjoy watching my sort of live podcasts or debates or conversations, then that's great. | |
| If not, no worries. | |
| I will still be posting videos to this channel, of course. | |
| Although they'll only be 15 minutes long each. | |
