[00:00:01]  I thought I'd do a quick recommendations video to give a bit of a shout out to the people who on YouTube I really enjoy.
[00:00:11]  I'll start with someone outside of YouTube and that's Dan Carlin.
[00:00:16]  He's a political commentator and history buff who I thoroughly recommend.
[00:00:22]  When people say to me the presentation of your Heroes of History videos are great, I'm going to start saying well actually that's Dan Carlin's presentation.
[00:00:31]  I've completely ripped off his style because it's an excellent style.
[00:00:36]  I'm sure I'll find my own footing as I go along but this guy is amazing and he's very mainstream, but he's also very far ahead of the curve and it makes him sound like a conspiracy theorist, even though he's not.
[00:00:55]  So yeah, I thoroughly recommend him.
[00:00:58]  To quote the next recommendation, it's tight shit.
[00:01:01]  Next up is the man Sparky Pfister.
[00:01:04]  He is funny as fuck.
[00:01:07]  There's no getting around it.
[00:01:09]  His videos responding to feminism are just some of the funniest things I've ever heard.
[00:01:15]  Literally, I sit alone in my flat and I don't laugh out loud when I'm actually watching something.
[00:01:22]  I might find something fairly amusing and smirk at it, but it's not like I am in company.
[00:01:26]  I think most people like that.
[00:01:28]  Except for when I'm watching his videos.
[00:01:31]  I do find myself howling with laughter.
[00:01:34]  Next, I'd like to recommend Rizzle Dizzle, or Snake Pliskanist that was.
[00:01:42]  He's hilarious.
[00:01:45]  He comes across very much like a professional nihilist with a mind like a razor blade.
[00:01:52]  And he's funny as fuck, so I thoroughly recommend him.
[00:01:57]  Next, I'd recommend a YouTuber called M.
[00:02:00]  Now, M's very different, and he has very introspective videos.
[00:02:05]  And he's got a wonderful voice.
[00:02:07]  If you've ever had a drink or a toke, I thoroughly recommend just, you know, if you want to have a bit of a chill and, you know, he's got a really good way of drawing you in with his narratives.
[00:02:22]  It's hard to describe, so I'd just recommend checking him out.
[00:02:28]  The next person I'd like to recommend is Raging Golden Eagle.
[00:02:32]  This guy is like the nicest guy ever.
[00:02:34]  I really like him.
[00:02:35]  His videos are fun, and he's just incredibly personable.
[00:02:40]  You know, I bet he's got some fucking good mates who really care about him because he's a solid guy and he tends to, I see him around on a lot of the videos I go to and he seems to be part of a kind of glue that's binding the community together.
[00:02:59]  He's very good, very good.
[00:03:01]  And I'm glad he makes videos.
[00:03:03]  I really am.
[00:03:05]  I'd like to recommend Spetznaz because I think that if you're not subscribed to him, you are really missing out on an intellectual experience.
[00:03:14]  His videos are exceptionally well researched and are almost the antithesis of mine because his are very well thought out and very well produced.
[00:03:23]  Whereas mine are very off the cuff and shortly produced because I've got no skills in that regard.
[00:03:32]  He will relate to you male experiences that will make you cry.
[00:03:38]  I'm not joking.
[00:03:40]  The guy is amazing.
[00:03:42]  He's got a wonderful voice for it as well.
[00:03:45]  His diction is fantastic.
[00:03:47]  Even for a colonial.
[00:03:48]  And he approaches his subject matter in a manner I would term professional.
[00:03:58]  He's amazing.
[00:04:00]  I'd thoroughly recommend Bane666AU.
[00:04:04]  I'm not a fan of computerised voices, but the content more than makes up for it.
[00:04:14]  Cough.
[00:04:16]  And I put up with them because it's worth hearing what he has to say.
[00:04:21]  Fantastic.
[00:04:22]  Absolutely excellent.
[00:04:26]  I'm sure that I don't really need to mention the internet aristocrat, but if you're not aware of him, you will want to be.
[00:04:38]  And finally, I'd like to recommend the psychological cynic, who is a man that I feel a great affinity for, because he reminds me so much of myself.

=== Believing in Deeper Thinking (01:41) ===

[00:04:50]  He seems to be struggling against the stupidity of the world, which is something that people have said to me on numerous occasions.
[00:04:59]  That I seem to be very frustrated with the fact that most people around me aren't very bright.
[00:05:07]  Most people around me have a tendency to do stupid things.
[00:05:09]  And it's not even that I think they're not very bright, it's just that they don't spend the time to just go a layer deeper with their thinking.
[00:05:20]  And I get the feeling that he's very much like that.
[00:05:24]  It's, you know, he's a very sharp man, and he makes excellent videos.
[00:05:32]  Well, I tell you what, this was a refreshing change.
[00:05:34]  It's nice to be able to say something positive for once, because, I mean, one of the reasons I started doing the Heroes of History once is not only that I think that these are great, fun characters, but they're just interesting to talk about, because, you know, if you put yourself in their shoes...
[00:05:52]  a lot of the things they're doing are just ridiculously terrifying.
[00:05:57]  I mean, I wouldn't want to do anything like that.
[00:06:00]  So I have a lot of respect for that.
[00:06:02]  But it's also, a lot of my content is very, it's negative.
[00:06:07]  It's feminism stupid.
[00:06:09]  Ha ha ha.
[00:06:10]  I will mock you.
[00:06:12]  And I have a great time doing that.
[00:06:13]  And I'm glad you guys seem to enjoy them.
[00:06:16]  But it's really nice to be able to actually say things that I believe that are good.
[00:06:23]  Because I do believe, I'm surprisingly optimistic.
[00:06:27]  I don't seem to get to express it that much in my videos, though.
