So more people than not recommended that I started a Patreon.
Um I still feel really funny about it, but I'm going to do it because I've got to be realistic.
I'm unemployed.
I'm having trouble finding a job.
I'm currently doing a Kickstarter campaign that I don't think's going to work.
I don't have anything else I can do.
If anyone's familiar with my videos, and I hope some of you are by now, I'm not going to change anything.
I'm just going to carry on as I am.
I'm going to carry on taking the piss of anyone who's a fucking idiot.
I'm going to keep railing against things that are just insane and stupid.
You know, any social justice warrior bullshit, any feminist bullshit, any stupid political bullshit, anything that's bullshit, I'm going to oppose.
And if you think that I'm wrong, tell me.
You know, if you've got anything you want covered, tell me.
If, you know, I'm more than happy to give my opinion on anything that is funny to take the piss out of.
And I guess I'd like some people to help me out while doing it.
I really enjoy doing these things.
But unlike certain people, I don't just do this for me.
I actually do it, in a way I do.
a way i i started doing these to silence my own conscience because i watched i've i've grown up and i swear the world has just got tangibly worse Every fucking day, something comes out that I just think, I can't believe people are entertaining this bullshit.
And so it got to the point where I thought, right, okay, well, what can I do?
And, you know, I can speak into a microphone about how I think about it, and hopefully how other people think about it as well.
You know, just to, if nothing else, give them the philosophical ammunition to attack these very well-constructed but fallacious arguments that the academic feminists or social justice warriors have created.
And after, you know, after they've done 15 years of higher education and they've been conspiring with other academics in the same way, They build up a good case if you don't know anything about it.
And so they will present their argument.
And I think your average person, I've seen this happen, your average person doesn't...
They know it's wrong.
They know deep down that it's wrong, but they don't know why, or they can't really elucidate why it's wrong.
And I think that I can help them do that and fundamentally, that's what I want to do.
I think that I think I can do that.
You know, I think with reason and logic you can break down any concept, analyze it and find out where the flaws are.
And this isn't to say that they're all flawed or they're all they all need destroying, because a lot of the time I do think that both sides of an argument always have a point, otherwise why would they be arguing it?
But very rarely is the solution to simply destroy one party because there's no compromise.
And so you know, if these people are allowed to continue destroying the other side of the argument because they have infested academia and they have managed to co-opt the narrative into solely believing that only their perspective is correct, it can't bode well for the society.
It can't bode well for people like me who are on the other side saying hey, I don't agree with that at all.
A lot of them are predicated on the idea that it should be all one way.
And I am never all one way or the other.
And as soon as I see something going all one way, I will argue the opposite.
Because I am a firm believer in the middle ground.
I am a firm believer that the only way to get along for everyone is that everyone gives a little bit to get a little bit.
You know?
Yeah, okay, I think that, you know, women should have a lot of the things that feminists are asking for.
But by contrast, I don't think they should have it at the expense of the things men need.
You know, I don't think that women should get quotas at the expense of merit.
You know, that's crazy.
That's absolutely crazy.
But then, contrasting to that, I think they should have full equal rights and opportunities to do what they want to do.
These things aren't mutually exclusive until you put things like quotas in.
And then one side is winning out over the other and creating an imbalance.
And I don't like it.
I'm doing this because I do need financial help.
I don't like saying that.
You know, I was raised never to ask for money.
And I'm loathing having to do this video.
I'm loathing having to do anything about this.
I wish I could just produce something that I could sell.
But apparently I'm not good enough to do that yet.
Not that I'm going to stop trying, but needs must as the devil drives.
And yeah.
So I spend a lot of time reading.
I spend a lot of time enjoying history and philosophy.
And I know that makes me sound like a really pretentious twat.
But I really enjoy it.
And I really like gleaning the knowledge that these people have gained.
Because if there's one...
History is just the diary of the human race.
If you want to know what will happen if you take a certain action, someone will have taken it.
And there will be a precedent for that.
And that's why I like it.
And it gives, to quote Dan Carlin, who I thoroughly recommend, it gives you an axis on which to pivot.
So when I'm presented with something new, I've got a good quote for it.
Because there's nothing new under the sun.
And so I can see where this has happened before.
And I can, you know, hopefully give an insight into it that a lot of people aren't.
I'm also a big fan of calling people on their bullshit.
I mean, I'm sure you guys have seen my videos if you're watching this.
And so you're well aware that I don't let any kind of bullshit just stand.
I can't do that.
So, basically, my hand's being forced.
If I didn't have to do this, I wouldn't.
And I feel that I've lost a bit of dignity in the process.
I'm never going to panhandle.
If you guys want to back me, you know, for any amount, even if it's, you know, a tiny amount a month or a video, whatever, great.
That's brilliant.
I appreciate it.
If you don't, fucking don't.
You know, if you can't, if you don't want to, if you think this whole thing's stupid, don't do it.
Don't do it, for God's sake.
You know, if you can think of any reason not to, don't.
If you're doing well in life, then you're doing a lot better than I am.
And if you're liking the things I'm saying, you know, if it's giving you ammunition in an argument against the sort of idiots that you're going to have to face, then if you want to help me out, I'd really appreciate it.
Really appreciate it.
I'm not just going to make the reactionary videos, although they are some of my favourites, and they are some of the funniest ones, I think.
And it seems that you guys think so too.
But I'm also going to produce things that are thought-provoking, or at least I hope so.
I suppose the things I'm going to be doing are very much geared towards boys as well.
I'm really sick of how feminized the media is these days.
I see very little that's actually for me.
You know, very little that really stirs my blood.
And I'm going to go out of my way to produce things that I hope does that for you.
Yeah, I know that I'm deliberately leaving out a large segment of a potential audience, but I don't care.
You know, I'm going to talk about, I'm going to do videos about things that I think you might be interested in thinking about.
You know, when, you know, sort of Sunday afternoon or something, you're chilling out, maybe you're on the internet, just or you're playing a game or something, and you've, you know, you might want to listen to something interesting that just, you know, just you can just mull over in your head just to get the old ticker working.
Just to get the old brain ticking a bit.
You know, that sort of thing.
As well as directly challenging the bullshit that goes on.
And unfortunately, there's more bullshit than not, so I'm probably going to do more of those than the thought-provoking ones.
But I'll do my best.
And I'm always, always ready to listen to criticism.
I'm always ready to listen to a differing opinion.
So, you know, I try to be really active in the comments, and I do try to be really responsive to the people who watch and comment on my videos.
Because I like talking to people.
You know, I like having the banter.

I'm still going to do them as much as I can.
