Bannon's War Room - Episode 5314: Going Off Defense And Dropping The Hammer Against ACT Blue; Massive Victories With MAHA Aired: 2026-04-20 Duration: 48:56 === Justice Through Bold Action (14:49) === [00:00:03] This is the primal scream of a dying regime. [00:00:07] Pray for our enemies, because we're going to medieval on these people. [00:00:12] You're not going to have a free shot on all these networks lying about the people. [00:00:17] The people have had a belly full of it. [00:00:18] I know you don't like hearing that. [00:00:20] I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. [00:00:23] It's going to happen. [00:00:24] And where do people like that go to share the big lie? [00:00:27] MAGA Media. [00:00:29] I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience. [00:00:34] Ask yourself. [00:00:35] What is my task and what is my purpose? [00:00:38] If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved. [00:00:44] War Room. [00:00:45] Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon. [00:00:53] Monday, 20 April, year of our Lord 2026. [00:00:56] Okay, there's still. [00:00:58] Are we going to Islamabad? [00:01:00] Are we not? [00:01:01] Do we have somebody to negotiate with or do we not? [00:01:05] Are we going to keep the straight clothes or the naval blockade? [00:01:10] Looks like it. [00:01:11] We'll get more into that. [00:01:12] But I've got some lawyers with us this afternoon, three of my favorite Mike Davis, Jeff Clark, Ken Paxton. [00:01:20] I want to start with Mike Davis. [00:01:21] Michael, I'm about to play a clip from MSNBC who is in total and Carol, what Lennox over at the Washington Post. [00:01:28] Total and complete meltdown about our good friend Joe DeGeneva stepping in to assist the folks in South Florida. [00:01:37] But first, they're also in total meltdown because Todd Blanch, both at CPAC and then at several interviews thereafter, including with us on Saturday morning, where he was at the NRA after he gave the keynote address, talking about the President of the United States, the Office of the President's Article II powers involve the cabinet. [00:02:00] Department of the Department of Justice of actually having some involvement in there since he's the chief magistrate and chief law enforcement officer. [00:02:07] Any observations on that? [00:02:08] Because they're in total meltdown that Blanche is like destroying the post-Watergate convention. [00:02:15] I guess everybody's agreed to that DOJ would just be run by a bunch of radical lawyers, sir. [00:02:23] Cheers to our good friend Todd Blanche, President Trump's acting attorney general, who is off to a very strong start. [00:02:32] Remember, Todd Blanch put everything on the line to go represent President Trump for many years in many courtrooms across the country against the Democrats' unprecedented Republican lawfare. [00:02:47] He is a warrior for the Constitution. [00:02:51] He lived the lawfare, and he is already making bold moves to bring accountability. [00:02:58] He is taking my friend Jason Redding Quinones. [00:03:04] Recommendation The Miami U.S. Attorney's recommendation in hiring Joe DeGeneva to help lead this accountability effort. [00:03:12] So, Joe's going to go work for Jason down in Florida. [00:03:16] And Todd and Jason and Joe are going to deliver justice. [00:03:21] Like we've been saying for a long time on this show, sometimes justice getting delivered takes more time than we'd like, but it's definitely coming. [00:03:34] Justice is definitely coming. [00:03:36] Joe DeGeneva. [00:03:37] Is a former U.S. attorney in the District of Columbia. [00:03:42] He's a serious lawyer, a serious former federal prosecutor. [00:03:46] He's 81 years old. [00:03:47] His kids are raised. [00:03:49] He doesn't need another job. [00:03:50] He doesn't need to make more money. [00:03:53] He is going to deliver justice. [00:03:56] This guy is a bulldog for the Constitution. [00:03:59] And I am very pleased that Todd has taken Jason's recommendation and hired him. [00:04:06] Mike, hang her for one second. [00:04:07] I'm going to play a clip from, I'm going to play a cut from MSNBC just a few minutes ago. [00:04:12] But I've got Ken Paxson, Attorney General Paxson, on the campaign trail calling in. [00:04:19] Mike, as you and I have talked about, Ken Paxson, sir, you've just announced that you're suing ActBlue for, I guess, voter interference for breaking campaign laws, raising money from illegitimate sources. [00:04:33] Can you walk us through it, sir? [00:04:35] Yeah. [00:04:36] So in 2023, we did some of our own investigation. [00:04:40] What we found was it was, we thought pretty clear that they were violating federal law by accepting contributions from basically straw people that didn't really exist, and that they were using gift cards and debit cards and Venmo and Apple Pay to hide people, not disclose who they were. [00:04:59] And then we were concerned also about contributions, foreign contributions that were not being disclosed. [00:05:05] And now, since nothing happened to the Biden administration, we've filed our own lawsuit. [00:05:11] It is not based on the same federal laws, it is based on. [00:05:14] Deceptive trade practices in Texas misleading people about what they're actually doing. [00:05:19] And we're very sure that they're doing this because we've gone online and given money and then I had to disclose as they said that you were required to do. [00:05:29] So, and they also, of course, admitted in Congress that their lawyers admitted that they were not following the law and that they were likely willfully doing so. [00:05:40] What do you hope to accomplish by this, Attorney General Paxton? [00:05:44] So, holding ActBlue accountable, they've raised $16 billion since 2004. [00:05:49] They have lied to Congress. [00:05:50] They've admitted that they've lied to Congress. [00:05:52] They've lied to us. [00:05:53] They told us they were getting these codes on these credit cards, and we know now that they're not because we've gone online and found out that they weren't doing it. [00:06:00] So, I'm trying to get them to follow the law so that these elections, that we're all following the same rules. [00:06:07] Because right now, ActBlue is funding a lot of liberal Democrats, and they have a huge fundraising advantage if they don't have to report who the contributions are coming from. [00:06:15] And if they're coming largely from overseas donors, We've got a real problem because that means that overseas donors instead of Americans are funding the Democrats. [00:06:24] And that's one, it's a violation of federal law. [00:06:27] It's misleading my voters, and it's affecting the entire country in a negative way that I don't think the founders ever intended. [00:06:35] Attorney General Paxton, you're on a roll. [00:06:37] Latest poll, I think, has you up by eight over Cornyn. [00:06:41] Where can people go and find out more about that? [00:06:43] Also, your social media where they can find out more about your suit against Act Blue, sir? [00:06:48] Yeah, so kenpaxton.com, you can find out how to contribute, which we definitely need help on in that. [00:06:54] Ken Paxton TX is Facebook and Twitter where you can find out about our lawsuit. [00:07:00] Ken, thank you so much for joining us. [00:07:02] Good luck on the campaign trail today. [00:07:04] Hey, thank you. [00:07:04] Appreciate it, Steve. [00:07:05] Have a great day. [00:07:07] Mike Davis, you've been an advocate both in all your media hits, which are voluminous, plus behind the scenes, saying, hey, look, guys, we got to go on offense. [00:07:16] It's enough playing defense. [00:07:17] Jeff Clark's right behind us, and then we got Tony Lyons and his lawyer right behind us of people going on offense. [00:07:24] Give us your thoughts, what you've seen of Ken Paxton and others are finally saying, look, we can't be playing defense. [00:07:29] We got to put the hammer down on this, sir. [00:07:32] I love Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. [00:07:36] He is a bold and fearless warrior, and he always has been. [00:07:40] He was the tip of the spear against big tech. [00:07:43] He's been the tip of the spear against DEI, lawfare, weaponization, Axe Blue. [00:07:52] I am a huge fan of Ken Paxton's. [00:07:55] And Jeff Clark's. [00:07:56] Jeff Clark is another bold and fearless warrior. [00:07:59] I think conservatives, particularly conservative attorneys, Oftentimes, they lack a backbone. [00:08:06] And it is really important that conservative attorneys lean in and be bold, be fearless. [00:08:14] And who gives a damn what the elite thinks about us? [00:08:19] Who gives a damn if we get invited to the attorneys' cocktail parties, their bar meetings? [00:08:26] I don't want to go to any of them. [00:08:27] So I want conservatives to be bold and fearless, the conservative judges, conservative attorneys. [00:08:35] And we need the conservative attorneys to be the tip of the spear against the Marxist left because if we don't fight back against them and when they're going to destroy us. [00:08:46] Yes. [00:08:47] And their lawyers are the tip of the spear. [00:08:49] I'm going to play now what MSNBC thinks of Mike Davis and Mike Davis's friends. [00:08:55] Let's go ahead and play it. [00:08:56] A former Trump campaign lawyer who has a history of spreading false claims about the 2020 election was just put in charge of a DOJ inquiry into former federal officials who investigated Donald Trump. [00:09:06] 81 year old Joseph DeGeneva. [00:09:09] Will lead an inquiry into former CIA director and MSNOW contributor John Brennan and others using a grand jury overseen by federal judge Eileen Cannon. [00:09:19] Brennan has denied any wrongdoing. [00:09:21] Joining us, MSNOW senior legal reporter Lisa Rubin and Carol Lennig, who's still with us. [00:09:25] So, Lisa, remind us again who Joe DeGeneva is. [00:09:29] Joe DeGeneva, as you just recalled, is 81 years old. [00:09:33] He served as a U.S. attorney in the Reagan administration for the District of D.C., also served in the Justice Department. [00:09:40] Gives him on paper credentials. [00:09:42] But what he really is, at least for these purposes, is a Trump loyalist, someone who was paid by the Republican National Committee, his law firm, that is, the one that he and his wife, Victoria Tensingrong, paid over $150,000 between 2021 and 2023 because they represented the Trump campaign in a bunch of election related litigation. [00:10:01] Joe Dugenova has also made statements about Chris Krebs, who ran election related cybersecurity for the country, saying that he should be basically taken out and shot because he disputed. [00:10:12] The president's account of what had happened in the 2020 election. [00:10:16] So he is a very controversial figure among people who believe that the 2020 election was won by Joe Biden. [00:10:23] He is a very popular figure, however, among the right, and particularly popular for some of the work he did with Rudy Giuliani with respect to investigating the Bidens in Ukraine. [00:10:31] Carol, what does this tell us about the investigation that he's going to be heading up into John Brennan and others? [00:10:37] That this administration is still struggling to find people who can deliver Donald Trump. [00:10:44] The results that he wants against his perceived political enemies. [00:10:47] Isn't that part of the reason why Pam Bondi is out of her job? [00:10:51] Yeah, perfectly said. [00:10:53] By the way, Katie, literally, while I was listening to your question, what I was going to say was all of this needs to be seen through the lens of Donald Trump removing Pam Bondi as Attorney General, politely removing her, but cutting her off at the knees nonetheless because she could not deliver the scalps that Donald Trump is looking for. [00:11:13] And he's made clear that he doesn't want just grand jury presentations, he doesn't want just announce an investigation, he actually wants arrests. [00:11:22] Pretty much everything we've seen here in the last two weeks since her departure is a flurry of folks trying to please that audience of one who holds their careers in the balance. [00:11:36] Many people have described to me, sources inside the Department of Justice, Todd Blanch's efforts to audition hard for this job and allow everyone under him in various field offices to, again, engage in trying to deliver those scalps. [00:11:55] You see the snark, Mike, got to deliver scalps, et cetera. [00:11:58] What's your assessment of what's really going on, sir? [00:12:01] I love this. [00:12:02] I love this that they're panicking on the left. [00:12:06] Joe DiGeneva is going to be our Jack Smith. [00:12:09] And these leftists praised Jack Smith for many years. [00:12:12] They said if the grand jury indicts, there must be probable cause. [00:12:17] And if the jury finds the defendant guilty, they must be guilty. [00:12:21] We're just going to use what these leftists said. [00:12:26] During the lawfare against President Trump, we're going to throw it right back in their faces. [00:12:31] And the great thing about Joe again, he's 81 years old. [00:12:35] He doesn't need another job. [00:12:37] His kids are raised. [00:12:38] He doesn't need money. [00:12:39] He doesn't need fame. [00:12:40] He doesn't need fortune. [00:12:41] He's going to investigate. [00:12:44] He's going to bring indictments if there are crimes that he finds, and he's going to throw people in prison. [00:12:50] And I would say to people like John Brennan, if you did nothing wrong, then you have nothing to worry about. [00:12:57] But in the meantime, you should probably lawyer up. [00:13:01] Mike Davis, where do they get you on social media? [00:13:03] Where do they get to you on Article 3? [00:13:06] Because our work is really starting to rev up now. [00:13:08] You can see across the board, John Salma is breaking some big stories tonight on his show. [00:13:12] And then tomorrow morning, I think a mini bombshell. [00:13:16] Where do people go to Article 3 and to you, sir? [00:13:19] We've been talking about this for four years on this show, and it's finally happening, Steve. [00:13:23] So thank you to the War Room posse for helping us get out this message. [00:13:28] Justice is definitely coming. [00:13:29] It's Article 3 Project. [00:13:33] Article number three project.org. [00:13:35] You can donate, follow us on social media, and take action. [00:13:38] And thank you again. [00:13:40] Thank you, sir. [00:13:41] Thank you for doing this. [00:13:42] And Ken Paxson. [00:13:43] Ken was on the campaign trail today. [00:13:46] One of the reasons there's been a blockage is that I know this is going to come as a shock. [00:13:52] I know it's going to come as a shock. [00:13:54] There are some people in the Republican Party that don't want to do this. [00:13:58] There are, in fact, there are many people in the official Republican Party that do not want to talk about 2020, do not want to talk about. [00:14:05] Muller, don't want to talk about Brennan, don't want to talk about Ukraine or the Russia hoax or any of it. [00:14:11] Sorry. [00:14:12] I'll be blunt. [00:14:13] You people don't count. [00:14:14] And we need to press on with this, drive it, drive it hard, and drive it home, and then get rid of you people. [00:14:22] Right now, they're all in a tizzy because they're looking at the numbers, and we're about to lose the United States Senate. [00:14:29] Why? [00:14:29] We got a bunch of stiffs. [00:14:31] McConnell in this crowd, Stephen Law put up a bunch of stiffs that are running. [00:14:34] They are just stiffs. [00:14:36] Nobody's excited about it. [00:14:38] They're not doing anything. [00:14:38] They're running away from any confrontation. [00:14:41] John Thune's been a complete and total disaster, gutless. [00:14:45] They got 27 votes removing. [00:14:49] Armageddon's coming because you've been leaning on your rakes. === Losing The Senate Race (13:11) === [00:14:52] Well, some people are not, and one of those is Jeff Clark, and he joins us next in the War Room. [00:15:00] Here's your host, Stephen K. Bann. [00:15:04] Okay, breaking news. [00:15:05] Labor Secretary Lori Chavez D'Reamer, I think I got that right, has resigned as Secretary of Labor, the Trump cabinet. [00:15:16] Jeff Clark, warrior extraordinaire, welcome back to the War Room. [00:15:21] Now, we're going to be, I guess, streaming an Arctic Frost hearing tomorrow. [00:15:28] I think it's the Senate Judiciary Committee. [00:15:31] You are the star witness. [00:15:34] What is going on? [00:15:35] Tell our audience once again what's Arctic Frost? [00:15:37] Why is it important? [00:15:38] Why is Jeff Clark testifying, sir? [00:15:41] Sure. [00:15:42] Well, first, Steve, it's great to be back. [00:15:43] And, you know, this is the first time back since President Trump took office again on January 20th. [00:15:49] I was on once on War Room, but that was a day you came to visit the White House. [00:15:54] So I was on with Dave Brett. [00:15:56] So It's good to be back. [00:15:57] Hope to see the War Room posse more regularly now that I'm back in private life after leaving OMB. [00:16:04] So, look, this hearing tomorrow is a big deal. [00:16:06] It's in the Constitution Subcommittee. [00:16:09] So, it's got all the conservative big brains like Mike Lee and Senator Cruz, you know, who are going to examine the legality of Arctic Frost or, in reality, the illegality, the unconstitutionality of Arctic Frost. [00:16:26] It starts at 10 15 tomorrow morning. [00:16:29] Uh, you know, my friend Dan Epstein from America First Legal is the other Republican witness, and then there's one Democrat witness who purports to be an ethics expert. [00:16:38] I look forward to hearing from him. [00:16:41] The purpose of the hearing is to explore how Arctic Frost totally weaponized the federal government against really the entire Republican Party leadership, and especially against its populist leadership, and especially against President Trump trying to destroy him, trying to send him to prison. [00:17:00] And trying to send a bunch of his supporters to prison as well, just terrorizing people up and down from closer to President Trump to just ordinary folks. [00:17:11] And I'm going to tell the story of how the weaponization was directed personally at me, what the costs were, how I've fought through that, including how I've fought through the ridiculous WICO indictment by Fani Willis, which got dismissed, and her coordination with the people running Operation Arctic Frost at the Justice Department and in the White House, Steve. [00:17:35] Let's talk about your personal journey because we just had John Eastman on here. [00:17:41] They disbarred John Eastman finally. [00:17:43] California got around to that. [00:17:45] We're working with him and assisting him in making sure he continues the fight. [00:17:50] You were another one. [00:17:51] Rudy's another one. [00:17:52] I mean, they're singling out some of our best legal minds to take them out in this whole weaponization. [00:17:58] I mean, they're very strategic about how they do this, correct? [00:18:01] These are just not random events when you see this from the other side, correct? [00:18:06] That's correct. [00:18:07] Look, what happened to John is a total travesty. [00:18:09] I've spoken in support of John many times. [00:18:13] And look, he and I were both targeted by this thing called the 65 Project and a whole bunch of leftist NGOs. [00:18:20] But you're right, Steve. [00:18:22] They target the people who on our side are effective. [00:18:25] If you don't have them coming after you, it means that they think you're not worth going after. [00:18:31] They thought bringing down John, bringing down Rudy Giuliani, bringing down me, bringing down several others. [00:18:37] Was worth it. [00:18:38] And so they sunk a lot of resources into it. [00:18:40] You know, as I described in my written testimony, you know, there were times when we were like in seven different forums at the same time. [00:18:46] We're in the bar, the court that supervises the bar, the board that sits above the bar security committee. [00:18:53] We were in, you know, federal district court. [00:18:56] I got Jack Smith saying I'm unindicted co conspirator number four. [00:19:00] I got Fonnie Willis saying I'm part of a RICO grand conspiracy with President Trump. [00:19:05] I mean, all of this stuff is nonsense and illegal for a whole host of reasons, but it's designed to chill. [00:19:12] Conservative lawyers, MAGA lawyers, so that people don't want to stick their heads up out of the trench for fear that their careers, or especially their legal careers, with this barfare will be destroyed. [00:19:24] And it has to end. [00:19:25] And I hope that tomorrow in the committee with the heavy hitters of the Senate Judiciary Committee there, that it will begin a process of what I'm calling radical accountability. [00:19:36] Steve, we need radical accountability. [00:19:38] And I think you've mentioned the midterms. [00:19:40] The midterms are not going to go well if people don't get the accountability. [00:19:45] That they voted for. [00:19:46] And so that's one of the main things I'll be calling for tomorrow in the hearing. [00:19:49] Well, we're burning daylight because I just spent the honor of spending time yesterday with Warren Posse and volunteers in this referendum in Virginia and their outrage that forget accountability, they haven't seen the beginning of anything. [00:20:06] This is why we had Mike Davis on here about Joe DeGeneva. [00:20:10] I mean, it's got to happen now. [00:20:12] We're burning daylight. [00:20:13] Are you going to not have people come to the polls? [00:20:15] The other thing is that go back to the seven venues. [00:20:18] Folks, what they try to do is so overwhelm you from every different angle. [00:20:23] Not only are you burning through your cash rapidly, but you just overwhelm it, it takes over your life. [00:20:30] And they know that they're trying to break you psychologically. [00:20:33] Because if they can break a couple of people like Rudy Giuliani and John Eastman and Jeff Clark, you're never going to have these other Federal Society lawyers step up. [00:20:44] This is why the Todd Blanches and the Jeff Clarks and the Rudy Giuliani's and the John Eastman and this handful of others that stepped into the breach in those quite dark years of late 20, 21, 22, 23 are heroes. [00:21:02] And the left knows it. [00:21:03] The other thing, Jeff, what you're doing tomorrow is not a history lesson. [00:21:07] It's not a, oh, this is what happened. [00:21:10] They are going to, this is their plan to the 10th power if they come back in office. [00:21:17] They figured that, hey, the Trump and the Trump family and Bannon and Clark, all these guys kind of slipped away and they won the presidency again in the House and the Senate. [00:21:26] But this time we're going to get them. [00:21:27] They've got law firms lined up. [00:21:29] They already have the subpoenas ready to go. [00:21:33] They've got the articles of impeachment of Trump and many of his cabinet members already. [00:21:37] And they're going to drop them in the first couple of days, but they're not going to actually bring it for 18 months because they want to do it after the primaries in 2028. [00:21:46] They have this thing totally thought through. [00:21:48] They have law firms on retainer. [00:21:50] What we saw before, as horrible as it was, and I say this with a guy like Jeff Clark, whose life was destroyed, and myself, who went to federal prison, you ain't seen nothing yet. [00:22:02] Because they're sitting there thinking, and this is the most evil of them the people like Weissman, the people like Norm Eisen. [00:22:10] They're sitting there going, this time we have to deliver a death blow to Trump and Trumpism. [00:22:17] Jeff Clark, your observations, sir. [00:22:21] I could not agree more with that, Steve. [00:22:23] I think you're absolutely right. [00:22:24] What we're talking about is a complete Marxist takeover of the law. [00:22:30] And if you think that it was bad from 2021 and early 2025, and believe me, it was bad, millions of dollars spent for each of the defendants. [00:22:43] I think that if I weren't me and I didn't have the legal training that I had, which involved highly complex litigation going on, In multiple forums at the same time. [00:22:54] That's what multi district litigation is. [00:22:56] And, you know, for like almost a decade long period of my career, I spent my time at what was the largest multi district litigation ever. [00:23:05] But if I didn't have that experience, right, if I was just some kind of, you know, ordinary lawyer, you know, who hadn't been at the Justice Department before, didn't, you know, have all the experiences I had, I probably would have, you know, someone like me probably would have collapsed. [00:23:19] And they were predicting I was going to collapse. [00:23:21] I can remember Norm Eisen saying, like, Oh, after this last blow we struck against him, we're certain that he's going to turn on President Trump and he's going to testify against him. [00:23:30] And then we've got him, right? [00:23:31] That's what we've engineered. [00:23:33] And, you know, they calculated wrong. [00:23:35] I was never going to do that because principles are more important than this. [00:23:40] And God helped see me through it, and prayers helped see me through it. [00:23:43] The war room posse helped see me through it, and lots of other helpers in my family. [00:23:47] But, you know, you're right. [00:23:49] The level of pressure is going to go to truly, truly astronomical, exponential levels. [00:23:55] I mean, I describe it in my testimony. [00:23:57] Tomorrow is tectonic already. [00:23:59] It's going to get worse. [00:24:00] They're going to expand it to more people. [00:24:02] Their view is you know, it's almost like Jack Smith was a piker. [00:24:06] We're going to make sure that we have true assassins this time, take all of them out. [00:24:12] Just give me that again. [00:24:14] People think, oh, the Jack Smith, that'll never happen again. [00:24:16] Not only is it going to happen again, they're already working on it in quite a bit of detail. [00:24:22] This is why the referendum in Virginia why the hell do you think we're working so hard in Virginia to save the Commonwealth and in saving the Commonwealth, save President Trump's presidency? [00:24:32] They win that tomorrow. [00:24:34] They're virtually almost there for the House. [00:24:38] And the House is the instrument they need. [00:24:40] Of course, the hapless Senate is going to probably cough it up too because of Stephen Law and the Senate Leadership Fund and the fact that Thune hasn't done anything. [00:24:48] But give me that one more time. [00:24:50] They are going, they're ready to go. [00:24:52] They're hiring law firms, they're getting this all set up. [00:24:55] This is going to be quite methodical. [00:24:57] And their determination this time is nobody escapes, there's no exit. [00:25:02] Jeff Clark. [00:25:03] Right. [00:25:04] Absolutely, Steve. [00:25:05] Look, even if we go back to 2021 to 2025, Norm Eisen wrote two draft prosecution memos for Fonnie Willis, right? [00:25:16] That he put out as open prosecution memos from the Brookings Institution, which is just one of his bases paying, who knows, one third, one fifth of his salary. [00:25:26] He's got a lot of different gigs and NGOs going on, all feeding him millions. [00:25:31] And the left, people like Soros and a lot of others of his ilk, the new generation, Of them like Arabella, et cetera. [00:25:40] They've all, they have billions of dollars. [00:25:43] They're funding all these NGOs. [00:25:45] If you think that Norm Eisen's two prosecution memos for Little Old Me was already overkill, then wait till we see 2029 plus. [00:25:54] It's going to take off like crazy. [00:25:57] And they're going to have people terrorized constantly all up and down the Trump 47 administration. [00:26:05] They may go back into Trump 45. [00:26:08] They're going to have, obviously, if they win the House, they're going to have what I'm calling impeachment palooza. [00:26:14] It's going to be barn busting. [00:26:16] They're going to not hold back anything, Steve. [00:26:19] They're going to try to really turn us into a one party state, a one party monopoly. [00:26:25] So the neo Marxists, I want Jeff Hanger for one second. [00:26:28] I'm going to hold you through the break for a moment. [00:26:30] Tony Lyons is also going to join us about Make America Healthy Again, the coalition partner. [00:26:36] Where do we stand? [00:26:37] What do we got to do to get things fired up? [00:26:41] Patriot Mobile 972 Patriot. [00:26:44] Call right now. [00:26:44] Talk to a customer service rep with an East Texas accent about the finest phone service in the world. [00:26:52] Also, a company with Glenn and Jenny's story that supports your values. [00:26:56] 972 Patriot. [00:26:58] Call today. [00:26:58] War Room. [00:26:59] Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon. [00:27:05] Okay, welcome back. [00:27:06] Birchgold.com. [00:27:08] Of course, I went to birchgold.com, promo code Bannon, end of the dollar empire. [00:27:12] I went on it today about UAE. [00:27:15] Dubai, some people came to me and said, well, you know, Abu Dhabi is kind of a different. [00:27:19] No, no, no, no. [00:27:20] Ever since Dubai went bankrupt in 2008, MBZ in that branch of, I guess, the family or the tribe runs the deal, asking for a bailout. [00:27:32] Why? [00:27:33] So they can, I don't know, keep buying things in petrodollars, threatening us to get off it and start using the Chinese currency. [00:27:41] Anyway, end of the dollar empire, birchgold.com, promo code Bannon, eight free installments, the books on back order. [00:27:49] So let's get the online copy, get all eight installments free. [00:27:52] You can immerse yourself so that you understand money and power, geopolitics, and macroeconomics. [00:28:02] How's that? === Radical Accountability Now (11:37) === [00:28:04] Jeff Clark, tomorrow, 10 15. [00:28:07] Just one more time, give the audience a heads up. [00:28:09] You got some heavy hitters. [00:28:10] You got Mike Lee, you got Ted Cruz, you got the constitutional heavies there tomorrow. [00:28:15] It's the constitutional subcommittee of the Senate Judiciary Committee. [00:28:19] And Senate Judiciary is already a big deal because they're all lawyers anyway. [00:28:24] Right? [00:28:24] There's like the best of the best. [00:28:25] What are we going to see at 10 15 tomorrow, sir? [00:28:29] Well, we're going to see those constitutional heavy hitters on our side, but we're also going to see folks like Adam Schiff on the other side and Senator Whitehouse, who tried to tank my nomination, but I still managed to get confirmed by the Senate in 2018. [00:28:45] Look, you know, it's going to be, I think, you know, a hearing with a lot of pyrotechnics. [00:28:54] And attempts to kind of throw me off my game and throw mud around. [00:28:59] But I'm not going to let that take me down, just like I didn't let it take me down in 2018 and in my service in the Justice Department or my work after. [00:29:09] And look, now that's one of the reasons why I've joined as the vice president of litigation at the Oversight Project. [00:29:15] We have decided that we have to fight back, we have to get radical accountability, and we have to go on offense, Steve. [00:29:22] We can't just be sitting around all the time on defense. [00:29:25] We need a defensive game too, because we know they're going to come after us again, especially if they win the midterms and take the presidency, God forbid, in the election of 2028. [00:29:34] But, you know, we just can't sit around and be passive. [00:29:38] We have to provide radical accountability. [00:29:40] And here from the outside, you know, I'm here in the organization Oversight Project with Mike Howell. [00:29:46] We're going to try to light a fire under the administration so that it doesn't. [00:29:51] Mike Howell is a total brawler. [00:29:53] I love this. [00:29:54] So, and today, our show, we've had Paxton. [00:29:58] Leading off with his litigation against Act Blue. [00:30:02] We got the Viceroy Mike Davis. [00:30:04] Now we got Jeff Clark out of the government and back in the harness on offense. [00:30:08] We're going to get Tony Lyons and the great lawyer Scott McCullough in the second, talking about it's all offense all the time with the five o'clock show. [00:30:16] Where do they go and get you, Clark? [00:30:18] Welcome back. [00:30:19] Welcome back and let's fight on. [00:30:21] Where do they go? [00:30:23] Thank you. [00:30:23] So I got to memorize my full set of socials, but the main one is Jeff Clark US on X. [00:30:29] And then you can find the oversight project at itsyourgov.org. [00:30:36] Yeah, Mike Hal, the mass deportation project. [00:30:39] So much. [00:30:40] Hal's on fire. [00:30:41] Jeff, glad you're over there and glad you're back so we can get you on more frequently. [00:30:45] Thank you, sir. [00:30:45] Appreciate you. [00:30:46] Thanks. [00:30:47] Always good to be here. [00:30:50] Paxton Davis, Clark, now Tony Lyons. [00:30:54] Tony, so the broadband, I want to talk about you guys did a magnificent job to make sure this thing is being thought through. [00:31:03] Just riddle me this. [00:31:05] I thought the broadband we need, Because we got to get, you know, MAGA's all rural, or I shouldn't say all rural, a lot of rural. [00:31:12] I was down in Hanover County yesterday. [00:31:14] This whole fight to save the Commonwealth of Virginia is the 56 rural counties. [00:31:19] Talk to me about what is it, HR 2289. [00:31:23] They were going to put a tower in everybody's backyard and fry your brain. [00:31:26] Is that the problem with it, sir? [00:31:28] Yeah, that's the basic story. [00:31:30] I mean, they were trying to ram through HR 2289, strip state and local governments of control over wireless and You know, rural areas all around the country. [00:31:40] We sent a letter to Speaker Johnson. [00:31:43] We copied all the co sponsors, the Rules Committee, and told them, you know, you just can't do this. [00:31:48] There are millions of Americans who don't want this. [00:31:52] And, you know, we put it out on social media, got millions of views. [00:31:56] We sent out emails to hundreds of thousands of people. [00:31:59] Many of them made, you know, all the Maha base called in. [00:32:03] And they realized that they just didn't have the backing. [00:32:05] They decided not to do a vote because they didn't think they could win. [00:32:10] And they saw that Maha was just coming down really hard and that we can have a gigantic impact that we represent so many people all around the country who are not going to stand for this kind of treatment. [00:32:22] Yeah, I want to get into this because they were, Politico had a piece and they're all trying to break us up and divide us, smack talking us down in Louisiana. [00:32:30] Maha's issues are not at the top of the list. [00:32:33] Nobody knows what they're talking about, et cetera. [00:32:35] But hang on, Scott McCullough, you're the lawyer here. [00:32:38] Walk me through exactly what we achieved and what is the outcome that we're looking for, sir? [00:32:44] What we achieved was that finally several members of the Republican caucus communicated that they weren't going to be able to support the bill. [00:32:54] And that's because the people in their district, and especially the conservatives and Maha, told them they're against this bill. [00:33:03] The problem with the bill, let me just stay at a high level here for a second, is that it really was against all the liberty and property and individual rights principles. [00:33:17] That Republicans say they support. [00:33:19] What this bill did, it eliminated individual rights, it violated separation of powers, it gave total control to unelected federal bureaucrats beholden to globalist corporations. [00:33:31] The wireless industry wants to put a tower like the one here behind me in everybody's front yard and prevent folks from being able to have any voice in that question. [00:33:42] Now, look, we are not anti wireless, we are not anti broadband. [00:33:48] What we think, though, is that those who are most affected. [00:33:52] By infrastructure deployment, should have a voice in how that goes. [00:33:57] And what this bill did is it took everybody out of the equation except for the Federal Communications Commission and the wireless companies. [00:34:05] Finally, some folks realized this is a problem. [00:34:09] We don't have the votes. [00:34:10] Let's pull it down. [00:34:13] Walk me through when you say beholden to these globalist corporations. [00:34:19] Is this the wireless companies? [00:34:20] Yes. [00:34:21] Yeah, the wireless companies. [00:34:24] And, you know, I'll name some names ATT, Verizon, T Mobile. [00:34:29] These are multinational corporations, and they are part of the globalist regime that wants to take control of our lives. [00:34:40] You know, I could talk all day about the health effects. [00:34:43] But let me explain something to your viewers. [00:34:46] The next generation, and it's coming within a couple of years, of this cell technology will soon have sensing capabilities that can see through walls and monitor everything that goes on in your home. [00:34:57] You will have no privacy. [00:34:59] The mobile network is the foundation for surveillance and a control state, including digital ID, digital currency, and all these 6, 10, 7, 15 minute cities that we've all been fighting against. [00:35:13] This bill would have federalized its deployment. [00:35:17] And so there's privacy problems, there's individual rights problems, there's property problems, there's significant liberty issues with this bill. [00:35:28] Where does this, now that you've killed it, where does this lead to? [00:35:32] What's a fix here, particularly if we don't want the Palantir state? [00:35:36] That's what I think everybody's afraid of, right? [00:35:37] We don't want to be. [00:35:39] Palantir's got way too much power right now, some powers we don't even know about. [00:35:43] But if we want to avoid living in the Palantir state and still keep a constitutional republic, Scott, what do you recommend that we have to do to torque? [00:35:52] These bills are to go back to the beginning and restart with them, sir. [00:35:56] Well, let's start with what you just said a constitutional republic. [00:36:01] A constitutional republic diffuses power and pushes it down to the lowest way that it possibly can. [00:36:11] These kinds of decisions, where we would put infrastructure that has benefits but also very severe downsides, the decisions on those things need to be decided at the local level. [00:36:25] By the people who are affected by it and their local elected representatives who know what's best for their community. [00:36:32] This bill just took all of that away and sent everything up to the Federal Communications Commission, which, let's be frank, is a captured agency beholden to the telecommunications industry. [00:36:46] Scott, when you started getting information out and Tony, the Maha movement and various influencers and various personages, podcast shows like our channel, Riddle America's Voice, Ours, when people started actually seeing the information, what was the sea change? [00:37:02] When did you notice that happening when people got galvanized to stand up to these globalist corporations and their factotums here on Capitol Hill? [00:37:12] You know, what I think really finally broke through was when people realized what things like social media and these wireless devices were. [00:37:21] You know, that have captured our children and what screen time is doing to them. [00:37:26] That's when people realize that these modern conveniences may, in fact, have a very severe downside. [00:37:32] From there, it's a relatively short step to understanding how things like the radio frequency radiation that's necessary to wireless communications can also directly impact people. [00:37:45] Look, it directly affects reproduction, it can set the stage for cancer, diabetes, it can cause a wide range of neurological problems. [00:37:54] Children are the most affected. [00:37:56] It makes autism worse. [00:37:58] It increases behavioral problems. [00:38:00] And of course, it's what supports all the social media stuff. [00:38:04] But from a rural perspective, it makes livestock sick, it kills pollinators, and it reduces soil productivity. [00:38:12] So there are many, many downsides that people have now just begun to realize that this thing that is so convenient really is beginning to control our lives and make us and our children sick. [00:38:25] And we want to have a voice in how this is all developed. [00:38:29] When you talk about the next generation that you're saying, which is already coming out of the research labs, they're just trying to make it a product that to be able to see through walls to monitor everything. [00:38:40] Is that also going to increase the health risk? [00:38:46] Yes. [00:38:47] I don't want to get too technical, but in order to do those things, you have to use very specialized technology. [00:38:54] Let me just use one modulation. [00:38:57] Which is what allows the sensing and surveillance corporate capabilities to occur. [00:39:05] To link it to another thing that's been in the news from time to time, the Havana syndrome that we've heard about. [00:39:12] You know, that was caused by radio frequency radiation using very, very, very powerful modulation techniques. [00:39:19] But that same capability is in the cell phone network, and it could be used against virtually anyone. [00:39:27] If local people do not have a voice in where it goes, how it is deployed, and what it's used for. [00:39:39] Scott, can you hang on just one second, you and Tony? === Wireless Power Risks (06:29) === [00:39:42] I want to hold you guys to the break and then come right back. [00:39:47] Chapter. [00:39:48] If you've got issues understanding your Medicare plan, and everybody does, go to Chapter 845 War Room. [00:40:00] It's a company, these guys come out of the data industry. [00:40:02] They're not healthcare people, but they understand understanding all these plans and the data in back of it. [00:40:09] Is the path to get you the best plan possible, something that fits you, your lifestyle, your financial needs, et cetera? [00:40:17] Kobe and the team there have, I think the average savings of a War Room posse member now is at like $1,100 or $1,200. [00:40:24] 845 War Room. [00:40:26] It's a totally free with no obligations consultation. [00:40:30] Well, you will walk them through what you currently have with Medicare. [00:40:33] They will do their analysis and sit down with you and break it all down. [00:40:38] That is 845 War Room. [00:40:41] The company is chapter. [00:40:43] And the Warren posse is saving a lot of money right now. [00:40:46] So go check it out. [00:40:47] Totally free, no obligation. [00:40:48] Short commercial break back with Make America Healthy Again. [00:40:52] Tony Lyons in a moment. [00:40:58] Here's your host, Stephen K. Bann. [00:41:03] Okay, Tax Network USA, if you have not filed yet, it's not the end of the world. [00:41:08] 866 513 5516. [00:41:10] You get a free discovery call. [00:41:12] You get to understand what the IRS thinks you owe. [00:41:15] I know what you think you owe. [00:41:16] They'll tell you what you really owe. [00:41:18] Free discovery, no obligation, totally free. [00:41:20] A number set up just for the war and posse. [00:41:23] 866 513 5516. [00:41:25] Don't delay. [00:41:26] If you missed your filing, don't be burning daylight here. [00:41:30] Tax Network USA, it's totally free, no obligation. [00:41:33] 866 513 5516. [00:41:36] Warren Posse has been raving about this. [00:41:38] They do a free discovery. [00:41:39] It would normally cost hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. [00:41:43] Tony Lyons, lead story this morning, dawn launch of Politico to kick off the week, was about Louisiana, Senator Cassidy, and the re election, the primary down there, where they specifically called out the Make America Healthy Again movement, Maha, Maha Inc., you personally, and a test of your manhood. [00:42:05] They said, You're not up for it. [00:42:09] Down there, and you're losing, and you haven't made any of the issues of Make America Healthy Again. [00:42:14] The significant issues in this race against Cassidy, who's been really all over Bobby Kennedy in the Maha movement from the start. [00:42:22] He's your number one target. [00:42:23] What say you, sir? [00:42:25] I say Julia Letlow is a powerhouse. [00:42:27] She's going to crush Cassidy. [00:42:29] And I say that Politico represents big pharma, big food, big ag. [00:42:34] These people are terrified. [00:42:36] They represent multinational companies. [00:42:39] They want to claim that we don't have any power. [00:42:41] But we are everywhere. [00:42:42] We represent millions and millions of Americans who are mad as hell. [00:42:47] They're not going to take this anymore. [00:42:49] They're tired of letting captured agencies make decisions for them. [00:42:52] And they want people in power. [00:42:54] And they have it now for the first time in a generation who are going to fight for them, fight to protect them and their children. [00:43:01] And that's what's going to happen. [00:43:02] That's what's going to win. [00:43:03] That's what's going to win in the midterms because that's what people really care about. [00:43:09] It's a time, doesn't it seem, though, that with all the fight we had to get Bobby Kennedy named, to get him confirmed, To have his back, President Trump was in the Roosevelt room on the vaccine mandate, the vaccine schedule, all the fighting that we've done, all the wins that we've had. [00:43:26] Somehow, someone in the administration that would not be President Trump are kind of getting nervous, saying, Oh my gosh, we got to go get the moderates. [00:43:34] We got to go get the middle of the road people. [00:43:36] And they're getting nervous about the revolution that Make America Healthy Again is leading, sir. [00:43:43] You know, it's not the moderates who control the undecided voters. [00:43:47] So it's 12 to 14% of the population that hasn't decided what they're going to do in the midterms. [00:43:53] That's what we need to focus on. [00:43:54] And those people overwhelmingly want the Maha movement. [00:43:58] They want Secretary Kennedy to continue to complete the mission. [00:44:02] They want the president to continue. [00:44:04] He is totally on board with this. [00:44:06] He's proven that time after time. [00:44:08] And we need to continue that because this is what's going to win the midterms and this is what's going to make America healthy. [00:44:15] And nothing at all could be more important. [00:44:19] You know, we were here an hour early on Saturday when the president got off the plane, I don't know, two in the morning, was back in the Oval Office at nine, had an executive order that something had gotten through on this psychedelics in a week in FDA and had everybody lined up at Bobby Kennedy. [00:44:34] And he couldn't have been more effusive in his praise for Bobby Kennedy and HHS. [00:44:40] And they had the whole team up there Dr. J, they had Dr. Oz, they had everybody. [00:44:44] I agree with you. [00:44:45] The president is 150% in back of this program. [00:44:49] And this is the difference between. [00:44:51] Holding the house and adding seats versus a loss is our coalition partners make America healthy again. [00:44:57] Tony, where can they go to get all the information about this? [00:45:01] What you guys are working on this house with the cell phone towers, and as Scott said, allowing the people to be able to make these decisions locally. [00:45:10] That great concept, I think, from Thomas Aquinas of subsidiarity that the best decisions are made down at the lowest level of government we possibly can make them, and that's what this is all about. [00:45:20] Where do people go to learn more about Maha and more about Skyhorse Press, sir? [00:45:25] Yeah, they should go to mahaaction.com. [00:45:28] We're hosting like crazy. [00:45:30] We have social media all day, day after day. [00:45:33] We have a sub stack, you know, that is just a really great sub stack.
