Bannon's War Room - Episode 5270: Search For The Pilot Continues; Battle For The Schools In Texas Aired: 2026-04-03 Duration: 48:57 === Primal Scream of Dying Regime (15:02) === [00:00:03] This is the primal scream of a dying regime. [00:00:07] Pray for our enemies, because we're going to medieval on these people. [00:00:12] You're just not going to free shot all these networks lying about the people. [00:00:17] The people have had a belly full of it. [00:00:18] I know you don't like hearing that. [00:00:20] I know you're trying to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. [00:00:23] It's going to happen. [00:00:24] And where do people like that go to share the big lie? [00:00:27] MAGA Media. [00:00:29] I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience. [00:00:34] Ask yourself. [00:00:35] What is my task and what is my purpose? [00:00:38] If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved. [00:00:44] War Room. [00:00:45] Here's your host, Stephen K. Bass. [00:00:53] It is Good Friday, 3 April, year of our Lord 2026. [00:00:57] The most solemn day in the Christian calendar is today. [00:01:01] We'll have special programming throughout the day. [00:01:03] Natalie Winner is going to have our evening show. [00:01:06] We've also got Ben Harner will join us from Rome tomorrow, our Holy Saturday special that we always do, and of course, Easter Sunday. [00:01:16] Brandon Weichert, you're on deadline. [00:01:19] And of course, people got to put this in perspective. [00:01:22] We've had CENCOM reporting. [00:01:25] I think 11,000 or 12,000 sorties. [00:01:29] First off, that's an extraordinary amount just in the time we've been there. [00:01:32] And it shows you the up tempo of what these kids have been doing on these carriers and the airmen in our air bases in the region have been doing in harm's way. [00:01:43] It's just incredible. [00:01:45] These things are going to happen. [00:01:46] You're going to get some people shot down. [00:01:48] That's just the reality. [00:01:50] This has not been confirmed by SENCOM, but like Jack Pasovi just said, Axios and other people that have Insight Baseball or they leak to on a regular basis are now starting to report it. [00:02:00] So, Weickert, as we leave you, because you're on deadline, you're overall, where do you think we are? [00:02:07] The other day you said that President Trump left it open for combat troops. [00:02:11] I don't happen to believe that. [00:02:13] I thought he shut that down. [00:02:14] I know you're right. [00:02:16] Specifically not saying. [00:02:17] But where do you think we are, particularly given the update that looks like now we've had an F 15 shot down and we have a bunch of search and rescue heroes and helicopters and C 130s hovering over the area? [00:02:32] Well, I think that this might be a wake up call in the White House, and it might actually spark Trump to actually find that golden off ramp. [00:02:42] That's my hope. [00:02:43] But I still am watching these troops flowing into the region. [00:02:48] You know, the USS Gerald R. Ford apparently is underway now from Croatia, and I am told it is heading back to the CENTCOM AOR area of responsibility at a time when now they're deploying the, I think, the George H.W. Bush is inbound. [00:03:04] You've got the Abraham Lincoln, and apparently, in that last wave of Iranian missile strikes last night, the Iranians actively shot at the Abraham Lincoln. [00:03:15] So, to me, this looks like we're plusing up. [00:03:18] It doesn't look like we're de escalating. [00:03:20] It might be in support of just more airstrikes, which I think is the hope that this is all that this is. [00:03:26] But when you pair that with the number of troops flowing into the region, unfortunately, again, it looks like Trump is still tempted to climb that escalation ladder. [00:03:35] I can't stress enough how significant of a problem this will be for the United States if we get bogged down in a ground war, either along the Iranian coastline or what I think is probably going to happen or they're going to think about doing is this Tom Clancy running gun in the desert going after 450 kgs of uranium. [00:03:57] So I hope that this is a wake up call, that we get these pilots home, and then President Trump says, I've accomplished everything I need to. [00:04:04] Tag Europe, you're it. [00:04:05] That's where I hope this is going, but I don't think it is. [00:04:08] It looks like he's still moving those troops into the area and another carrier. [00:04:14] That's a big show for us. [00:04:17] Brandon, where do people go to get your update in all your writings, particularly your books? [00:04:21] If you want a great book on Iran, Brandon wrote it a couple of years ago. [00:04:26] Thank you. [00:04:27] You can go anywhere books are sold, Amazon or wherever. [00:04:30] The Shadow War is the book on Iran. [00:04:32] Also, check me out at 1945.com. [00:04:35] I'm the Natset guy at Emerald.tv. [00:04:38] And Natsec Talk on Rumble. [00:04:40] That's my podcast where I interview really interesting professionals in the national security space and get some really interesting insight there. [00:04:50] Brandon, thank you. [00:04:50] Thank you for carving time out today. [00:04:52] Join us on Warrior. [00:04:52] Thank you, sir. [00:04:53] Jack Bosovic, we are still funneling a massive amount of to add a third carrier battle group and not to bring the Ford home after its short stay in the yards in Croatia is a pretty big development, correct? [00:05:11] Because you've got a couple of three carrier air wings. [00:05:13] You're still sending 82nd Airborne in. [00:05:16] Understand some National Guards have been on the ready. [00:05:17] Your thoughts? [00:05:19] Well, Steve, of course, when we saw that, we were looking at it to wonder if that was going to be. [00:05:24] A way of relieving the Ford and have the Bush come in to backfill the Ford there and perhaps bring them back. [00:05:33] They've been out already for a record amount of time. [00:05:35] I think they're actually going to hold the record for a post Vietnam deployment coming up here in a couple weeks in May. [00:05:41] So we know they've been out for quite some time. [00:05:43] They're also involved in the Venezuela operation just to give folks an understanding of how long the Ford has been out there, this crew, what they've been under, the amount they've been under. [00:05:53] As my Navy friends tell me, of course, Croatia is a great Liberty port. [00:05:58] So hopefully they had some. [00:05:59] Had some good times going out. [00:06:01] Steve, I believe you call it going booming out there in Croatia. [00:06:05] Not that you would know anything about that, but of course we hear the scuttlebutt around the fleet. [00:06:09] And so they're getting back in the fight. [00:06:12] Now, look, if this is in fact true, if this reporting does line up, then you could see a drastically increased op tempo of these strikes with three carriers there. [00:06:23] We haven't seen this since really the peak of the war on terror, the peak of the Iraq war, for their ability to be able to continue to conduct. [00:06:29] These types of strikes. [00:06:30] They can go hard. [00:06:31] They can go heavy. [00:06:32] And of course, this is all messaging to the regime itself. [00:06:35] So President Trump really presenting them the fork in the road. [00:06:38] Do you want to continue down a path potentially of more escalation, hit the bridge yesterday, of course, that we saw? [00:06:46] Or do you want to go down this road of perhaps an off ramp? [00:06:49] And remember, we saw the talks going on in Pakistan, bringing together some of the biggest foreign ministers, the biggest power players in the region, Egypt, Turkey, Saudi. [00:06:59] And then, of course, China. [00:07:01] Everyone knows that anything coming out of Pakistan is going to have the Chinese Communist Party stamp on it. [00:07:06] So, that five point plan that was issued by them is absolutely clear. [00:07:09] And the fact, Steve, that we have to say it again the U.S. petrodollar is what is at risk here. [00:07:16] That is why the Iranians are very clearly taking those tolls up through the Strait of Hormuz in Chinese yuan. [00:07:24] That is Chinese currency, not the U.S. dollar. [00:07:27] And that is not happening by accident. [00:07:31] That's full bricks. [00:07:32] By the way, I think, Jack, check this. [00:07:34] I think the Pentagon has just confirmed a U.S. fighter jet has been shot down over Iran. [00:07:41] Let's see. [00:07:41] I saw the New York Times were just hitting it. [00:07:45] Yeah. [00:07:46] The paper of record, then it has to be true. [00:07:48] It can't be fake news, the New York Times has it. [00:07:50] Dr. Thayer, did the fork in the road come a little early? [00:07:56] I thought that my understanding, hey, look, I'm just watching the president. [00:08:03] My understanding, what the president said, is that the hitting of infrastructure, energy infrastructure, More like transportation, things that are actually about the life, not the military capabilities of the regime and not the regime's command and control, but that the fork in the road might be in a couple of weeks if we didn't get a deal. [00:08:24] They hit him pretty hard last night, including taking out bridges. [00:08:27] I think the Israelis hit much harder than the Americans. [00:08:30] Your thoughts? [00:08:32] Right. [00:08:33] Look, Trump is maximizing his options, Steve, as we would expect. [00:08:40] And so even though he's Delineated that timeframe, two to three weeks, with Trump, as you well know, other options. [00:08:50] He wants alternatives and he wants choices. [00:08:53] So we could certainly escalate, as Brandon and Jack have mentioned. [00:09:00] That's putting real pressure on the Iranian regime. [00:09:02] That threat, the threat in being of the Marines, the 82nd, obviously other assets that we have, is putting real pressure on the Iranian regime. [00:09:11] Also broadening out to the civilian target set, the economic target set. [00:09:16] The hit of the bridge was just an indication of what the United States could do to Iran if it wanted to. [00:09:25] So I think we need to keep that in mind, recognizing that President Trump will be making his own decisions in this regard. [00:09:34] But he has arrows in the quiver if he chooses to escalate. [00:09:38] I would just add to Steve the pilots, the WISO and the pilot of the F 15E, we pray for their safe recovery. [00:09:45] If they're captured, of course, that. [00:09:48] That adds a wrinkle. [00:09:49] We remember the three soldiers who were captured in Kosovo, actually, I think in Albania, but how the three soldiers in 1999 affected Operation Allied Force. [00:10:02] So we pray for their safe recovery, of course, because if they are prisoners of war, the Iranian regime obviously has another card to play. [00:10:13] But people are going to have to be steeled for this. [00:10:16] There is a probability they could be captured. [00:10:18] Hopefully, I mean, let's pray that they're alive first and that. [00:10:23] The WISO is the weapons officer because it's a two seater. [00:10:28] The plane itself is flown by the pilot and all the weapons and navigation. [00:10:31] The Bombardier Navigator is the second. [00:10:35] You used a Klaus Witzian term. [00:10:37] I want to make sure people have nomenclature here. [00:10:39] Threat in being. [00:10:42] Define for our audience what that means and how important that is. [00:10:45] Well, it's a military capability that is not yet deployed, but could be deployed very rapidly. [00:10:52] So the U.S. has. [00:10:55] Those assets clearly again, 82nd, the Marines. [00:11:00] There are ground options clearly that President Trump could choose to execute. [00:11:07] But that threat in being, of course, is on the minds of the Iranians. [00:11:11] And that's the whole point here to focus on their will to continue this conflict and their calculus of how many costs they're going to incur. [00:11:23] So President Trump is giving them that threat in being. [00:11:27] The possibility of this conflict escalating to a level the Iranian regime simply does not want to pay. [00:11:35] So it weighs on their minds, and that's the point, even if it's not deployed. [00:11:42] Jack, I know you've got a bounce. [00:11:44] Give us your closing thoughts. [00:11:45] You're going to be doing some more hits, particularly as you have search and rescue now in the Pentagon's confirmed. [00:11:53] We've had a fighter jet shot down over Iran. [00:11:56] There's a rescue attempt for the pilots. [00:11:58] Your thoughts, sir? [00:11:59] Well, Steve, that's right. [00:12:00] Of course, we're going to be tracking this, tracking how the administration responds to everything, tracking whether or not. [00:12:07] Keep in mind that with additional assets in the region, and of course, assets that the United States can already bring to bear, They certainly have the ability to maintain suppressive fire if a search and rescue operation and recovery operations do begin. [00:12:22] I imagine you'll start to see that to make sure that everyone's able to make it out of there safely. [00:12:26] You may see those A 10s come online and some of the other forces that we know of being pulsed to the region or surged to the region as the nomenclature goes. [00:12:35] And of course, we're praying so much for the pilot here, remember, and the WISO, you know, reminds me of so many different types of very high profile engagements, whether you go back to January 2016. [00:12:48] And the United States Navy sailors that were captured by the Iranians, or even all the way back to Gary Powers, the spy pilot that was shot down over the USSR, and the fact that that was turned into a massive international scandal, this international affair between the US and the Soviet Union at the height of the Cold War. [00:13:08] But, Steve, of course, we're going to be tracking that over here at Human Events. [00:13:11] And just wanted to give a special shout out, by the way. [00:13:13] There are a couple good members of the posse that showed up last night over at George Washington University. [00:13:18] We had a huge turning point event out there, a thousand people. [00:13:21] Showed up in total. [00:13:22] It was the great Caroline Levitt, our White House press secretary, as well as the new Turning Point CEO, Erica Kirk, was there. [00:13:30] And you had an opening speaker who was myself kicking things off. [00:13:35] It was just a great thing. [00:13:36] The team was incredible. [00:13:38] The students were incredible. [00:13:39] Great questions. [00:13:40] And I would say we're doing everything we can to make sure that the mission of Charlie Kirk stays focused. [00:13:48] Yeah. [00:13:48] You had a couple of headliners, and Jack was the opening act. [00:13:51] No, Jack, it was fantastic. [00:13:52] It was huge, huge, particularly. [00:13:54] Given a lot of the schools are shut down, people are left DC. [00:13:57] It was over a thousand people, it was absolutely extraordinary. [00:14:00] Uh, Jack, I do think they got a C 130, I think they got a gunship up there already. [00:14:06] So, um, suppressing fire, it's going to be quite intense on Good Friday, the most solemn day in the Christian calendar. [00:14:14] Let's make sure we're praying for not just all our troops and sailors and everybody in harm's way, but specifically for the families and the pilots that eject looked like they ejected and also. [00:14:26] These incredibly brave men and women that are going now in harm's way to rescue their comrades. [00:14:33] Jack Posobic, where do people go? [00:14:34] Your Twitter feed, particularly. [00:14:36] You're back here at two o'clock. [00:14:38] We're going to be back. [00:14:39] Natalie's going to have the five o'clock, real quickly, your Twitter feed. [00:14:44] All right, Steve, we'll be up. [00:14:46] We're reporting all of this in real time at Jack Posobic. [00:14:49] And of course, the podcast, Human Events Daily, Good Friday Special today. [00:14:56] Short break. [00:14:56] Back in the warm in a moment. [00:15:00] Here's your host, Stephen K. Bann. === Medicare Plan Simplified by Data (07:21) === [00:15:05] Okay, I think we got an update. [00:15:06] We're going to get back to that in a moment. [00:15:09] And Dr. Thayer is going to stick around with us. [00:15:10] We've had to juggle a lot on the show this morning. [00:15:13] Julie Kelly, who was going to be here for an analysis of Pam Bondi and some of the candidates, is going to be with Natalie tonight at five. [00:15:22] Also, we had an update. [00:15:23] Peter Ticton, the lawyer at the federal level for Tina Peters, was going to join us. [00:15:28] We're going to, I think, also get Peter at 5 p.m. [00:15:32] So the 5 p.m. show is already going to be packed with Natalie, albeit the anchor. [00:15:38] Kobe Blumenfeld Gantz, I can't thank you enough for this. [00:15:43] This is really extraordinary what you've done because I've gotten such tremendous feedback in starting this company. [00:15:49] I just want to go back to a core basis for starting chapter about this Medicare situation because now there's all kinds of reports coming out. [00:15:56] There's even more confusion. [00:15:59] About Medicare. [00:15:59] And of course, the president did say the other day, he says, Hey, look, Medicaid, Medicare, we're going to have to figure this out. [00:16:05] We got to pay for these wars. [00:16:07] The budgets, I think, coming out today, leaked to Bloomberg. [00:16:10] Folks, we got a lot of work we got to do on the budget. [00:16:13] Scott Besant, the Secretary of Treasury, former contributor here, his target of getting to 6% of GDP on the deficits, I don't think we're going to hit that. [00:16:22] And that means we've got a whole nother issue in front of us. [00:16:25] So we'll break that down. [00:16:26] Like I said, Philip Patrick will join me tomorrow and on Monday and Tuesday now, given all the war coverage. [00:16:31] We'll get down to some of the fiscal and financial responsibilities. [00:16:36] You looked at Medicare in this situation with your parents and people like your parents or people like me that have advanced degrees from Ivy League schools and cannot understand even the most basic stuff about Medicare. [00:16:49] It's so confusing. [00:16:50] You get so frustrated. [00:16:52] You came at this from a very different perspective. [00:16:54] You're not a healthcare guy. [00:16:55] You came at this from data because at the end of the day, to make choices here, you have to understand the information. [00:17:02] And that's one of the things that the system. [00:17:05] It's kind of set up to obfuscate that, and that plays into the hands of the insurance company. [00:17:10] So, when you see these other advisors, they want it to be complicated. [00:17:14] They want you to be confused, and they certainly don't want you to have, as we say, markets tend towards efficiency in efficient market theory. [00:17:23] The more information you have, and to get perfect information, that's when they're totally efficient. [00:17:28] The Medicare market is highly inefficient because they go out of the way to make sure that you don't have access to or can understand the information that's out there. [00:17:38] Kobe, your thoughts. [00:17:41] Yeah, you talk about the budget deficit. [00:17:43] We spend over 2x the amount on our healthcare that we do relative to what we spend on our defense and all of our military efforts. [00:17:52] And a large part of that is this wasted administrative burden that's imposed on the system. [00:18:00] So, exactly as you said, we do not do a good job of giving people clear information and clear guidance. [00:18:06] So, at CHAPTER, we really pride ourselves on having the best information and we do a lot of work to provide that information to Americans. [00:18:14] Today, over $100 billion per year is wasted just because people aren't on the right Medicare plan. [00:18:22] That's $100 billion that could be going back into Americans' pockets and that is being wasted into the system, which contributes to these very large outlays that we incur every year. [00:18:32] And as you said, we as a country need to do a much better job of diminishing our debt, not increasing it. [00:18:38] And we're not going to be able to do that if we don't get much more efficient healthcare systems and, particularly, a much more efficient Medicare system. [00:18:46] Kobe, the perverse incentive is that the insurance companies want that. [00:18:51] They like this complicated system because the $100 billion in fees are out there, shift to them. [00:18:58] It doesn't really shift to the American people. [00:19:00] Hence, when we send people to chapter, they come back and go, This is like a revelation. [00:19:05] Walk through what you guys do, how you're set up, how you're structured, and how you interface just with normal people like myself or the rest of the world in posse that need this service. [00:19:17] We provide the only unbiased Medicare guidance in the country. [00:19:21] So, if you call us and you can call us at 845 Warroom, you'll be connected to one of our licensed Medicare advisors. [00:19:28] These are all full time employees who have access to our proprietary platform and all of our data. [00:19:33] We give you unbiased guidance. [00:19:34] We'll educate you on the different components of Medicare. [00:19:37] If you have any questions, we'll answer them. [00:19:39] And then we'll automate all the tedium and all of the anxiety out of the process. [00:19:43] So, we'll make sure that you're getting the best coverage for your needs at the lowest possible price. [00:19:48] If you're already on the right Medicare plan, we'll tell you that. [00:19:50] We're not trying to just sell you something and make you switch, but we use all of our data and all of our engineering time to make sure that you get the right plan for your needs. [00:20:01] And then, crucially, one thing that a lot of Medicare advisors in this country don't do, or most don't do, is after you are enrolled in a plan, we will still continue to support you. [00:20:10] So, if you need help finding a specialist who's in network, or appealing a bill or a claim, or finding a prescription at a lower cost, and this is where a large bolus of the cost is incurred, that's where we really come in and will help you. [00:20:24] Help you make sure that you get everything out of your plan that the insurance carrier has been promising you but probably isn't delivering on. [00:20:31] And we do this all for free. [00:20:32] And the way we're able to do it for free is because, like other Medicare advisors, we do earn revenue from insurance carriers. [00:20:38] But unlike everyone else, no one on our team knows which plans we earn revenue on. [00:20:42] They don't know how much we earn. [00:20:44] And that allows all of our Medicare advisors to enroll people in the plan that's best for the end user's needs and for the posse's needs. [00:20:52] And then our Medicare advisors' compensation does not vary. [00:20:56] Every single day, chapter enrolls the posse into plans on which chapter earns no revenue just because it's the right thing to do for the individual. [00:21:04] And that's sort of one of the key promises we make to everyone we talk to. [00:21:09] And the initial call takes about, my understanding is about 20 minutes. [00:21:13] And on average, you're saving seniors about $1,100. [00:21:16] Is that correct? [00:21:18] That's right. [00:21:18] Often more, but on average, about $1,100. [00:21:21] And that's a function of lower premiums, lower prescription co pays, just lower costs because we do look at every option and we're always putting your needs first. [00:21:29] And we're not trying to push a plan down your throat that might be better for us, that's worse for you. [00:21:34] And that's sort of in aggregate, if you think about that $1,100 or $1,200 a year across 70 million Americans, that's that $100 billion. [00:21:45] Kobe, where do people go? [00:21:47] 845 War Room, how do they interact when they call? [00:21:51] How do they interact with your customer service personnel? [00:21:55] It's very simple. [00:21:56] You call 845 War Room, you'll get immediately connected to one of our teammates, and they'll handle it. [00:22:03] We don't transfer you to seven different people. [00:22:05] You'll always be working with one of one or two people who have all of your information, so you don't have to repeat yourself. [00:22:11] It's a very simple process. [00:22:14] You can find us at 845 War Room, and we'd love to support you. [00:22:21] Over this holiday weekend, I think I'd strongly recommend this is worth a few minutes of your time. === Military Logic for Escalation (04:20) === [00:22:26] 845 War Room, talk to Kobe and his team. [00:22:29] Kobe, thank you for setting this company up and for making it so accessible, not simply to the War Room, but everybody. [00:22:36] Really appreciate it. [00:22:37] Thanks for having me. [00:22:41] To take away the anxiety and angst, you notice kind of a common thread. [00:22:46] Through many of our sponsors. [00:22:47] That's what they're trying to do make your life better, one by making it simpler. [00:22:53] 845 War Room. [00:22:54] Go talk to the data specialist over at Chapter. [00:22:58] Really incredible. [00:22:59] Great feedback we've gotten. [00:23:00] So check it out today or this weekend. [00:23:02] Dr. Thayer, you've got an update for us, kind of one of the updates, pretty startling. [00:23:07] What do you got for us, sir? [00:23:09] Well, the former Iranian foreign minister is sending up a trial balloon. [00:23:14] Former Iranian foreign minister Zaref has. [00:23:17] Talked about the necessity of having a comprehensive peace plan to resolve what he calls a stalemate. [00:23:25] That he's recognizing that this is not a war that Iran should continue or is going to achieve victory, identifying again as a stalemate, and is calling for then the conflict to be resolved. [00:23:42] So that's a very important trial balloon, Steve. [00:23:45] That shows. [00:23:47] Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on. [00:23:49] Hasalone, why do you think it's a very important trouble? [00:23:53] Do you think he's got any authority to do it, or he's just another guy throwing it up there? [00:24:02] I'm sure he's got ties to the existing, the present Iranian regime. [00:24:08] And so I don't think he's just throwing spaghetti at the wall here. [00:24:13] If you look at the details of what he's saying, even though, of course, It's a bit ambiguous. [00:24:21] Again, it's a trial balloon. [00:24:24] It's showing that there are elements in the Iranian government, if not the totality of the Iranian government, saying it's time to recognize that this is a stalemate. [00:24:36] As Zaref identifies, they'd be willing to give up the nuclear program in return for lifting sanctions. [00:24:46] And the other points there, of course, are going to be important, but that's a huge step forward. [00:24:53] For potentially bringing the conflict to an end. [00:25:01] Walk through. [00:25:01] We got about a minute. [00:25:03] I want to hear again your thoughts on you don't believe President Trump is walked in, like a lot of his critics are saying, walked into an escalatory trap. [00:25:12] Before we go to break, we got about a minute. [00:25:14] Walk through your logic for saying that, because I think that's a very big element of where we are strategically in this, if true. [00:25:21] Sure. [00:25:22] If true, absolutely. [00:25:23] So it begins I think we need to recognize that President Trump is not boxing himself into any particular Path. [00:25:33] So he wants to maximize the optionality that he has, like every good statesman. [00:25:40] He wants to ensure that he's going to use only as much force as needed in this contingency, in this case, and not more. [00:25:50] At the same time, if he needs to do it, he will. [00:25:54] And he's got forces in the region now that can be deployed, as we've discussed this morning and as we've discussed previously. [00:26:05] If he chooses to escalate, right? [00:26:08] Moses only brought down 10 commandments from Mount Sinai, Steve. [00:26:12] He didn't bring down 11. [00:26:13] So we know the 11th commandment is not that you're going, if you escalate, you're going to get into a trap, right? [00:26:19] There's a good logic, military logic for escalating in the right circumstances. [00:26:24] U.S. military history is replete with examples of escalating to bring about the defeat of the adversary. [00:26:33] Linebacker, too, of course, perhaps being most famous. [00:26:37] Or Allied Force, yeah, too, where we began to spread out the target set from the military targets to uh the Serbian uh economic uh targets as well. === Capturing the Next Generation's Mind (14:51) === [00:26:47] So, Dr. Thayer, hang on, hang on, hang on for one second, we're taking a short commercial break. [00:26:54] Be back in the warm in just a moment. [00:26:59] Here's your host, Stephen K. Bann. [00:27:02] Uh, Ben Benny Ray Harmony's at the White House. [00:27:07] Hopefully, we'll get a statement. [00:27:09] I think we're working on a statement from CENCOM or some information from. [00:27:11] From CENCOM. [00:27:13] We'll go there as soon as we have it. [00:27:14] Dr. Thayer is going to stick with me. [00:27:16] Like I said, we've had to change up the show a lot today. [00:27:18] Julie Kelly and Peter Ticton will be with Natalie at 5 o'clock today. [00:27:23] Update on Tina Peters and an update on everything over the DOJ Justice Department around the firing of Pam Bondi and Todd Blanch. [00:27:34] It looks like on an interim basis, he's going to be Attorney General. [00:27:37] So Julie Kelly has an update on all that. [00:27:41] Very important, and we need to fit this in because. [00:27:44] You have the holiday, you have Good Friday today, you have Holy Saturday tomorrow, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday. [00:27:49] Uh, and then on Tuesday in Texas, and a lot of people take off Easter Monday, uh, Tuesday in Texas at eight o'clock in the morning, there's going to be an incredibly important um hearing in front of the Texas Education Board. [00:28:03] Brandon Hall, a member, that Brandon, why is this such a big deal? [00:28:07] And we need to alert people about what's going on, sir. [00:28:11] Good morning, Steve. [00:28:12] This is the first time in the state of Texas in 16 years that we revised our social studies standards, and so. [00:28:18] What we do with social studies right now will be in place for more than a decade and possibly a lot longer than that. [00:28:24] It's going to shape the way that the next generation of our Texas students see their country and their state and really the worldview of Texas students. [00:28:32] That's why it's so important. [00:28:36] Well, you guys have fought to make sure that we get back to teaching the very basics and foundation, not just of Texas history, but American history, with a focus on what it took the patriotism, the sacrifice that our forefathers went through, and the great women in this country to actually build this nation, correct? [00:28:58] So, why is this a big deal? [00:29:01] If we're doing that, people support it, that's great. [00:29:03] Texas leads the way. [00:29:05] The book publishing deals that the book publishers have with Texas are so big given the number of. [00:29:11] Of children in the Texas school system that it drives basically the school textbook publishing business in many other states. [00:29:18] I think it's 16 states at least. [00:29:21] So everything you say is great. [00:29:24] What's the big deal? [00:29:26] Well, the big deal is right now the Islamic groups like CARE, the left wing teacher organizations like AFT are coming out of the woodworks and they're rallying their people to be at the State Board of Education next week. [00:29:40] Hang on, Brandon, hang on, Brandon, hang on, hang on, hang on. [00:29:44] Texas is designated, the governor of the state has designated CARE as a terrorist organization. [00:29:51] And I see pamphlets and flyers that this weekend they're having training sessions and having anti Islamophobia meetings to prepare their people to show up on Tuesday. [00:30:04] How can that possibly happen? [00:30:05] They're designated as a terrorist organization. [00:30:09] How can CARE be putting on these events to basically prep people? [00:30:14] To go before the Texas Education Board. [00:30:17] And how can they even be there if they're not arrested? [00:30:19] They're a terrorist organization. [00:30:21] Didn't the governor designate them a terrorist organization? [00:30:24] Well, the governor sure did. [00:30:26] The FBI has called them a Hamas front group. [00:30:28] I mean, this is a group that some of their leaders were convicted of funneling money back to the Middle East for terrorism. [00:30:33] So we know that they're a terrorist organization. [00:30:36] We've got to come after them. [00:30:37] I mean, they should be in handcuffs, not testifying for the State Board of Education. [00:30:41] I agree with you 100%. [00:30:43] They understand how important this is. [00:30:45] If you can capture the mind of our next generation, You can take over this country. [00:30:48] And that's certainly their goal. [00:30:50] And I can promise you that myself and the conservatives on the SBOE, we're going to stand up to them. [00:30:54] We're going to call them out for being a terrorist organization. [00:30:58] But unfortunately, politics is all about pressure. [00:31:01] And there are elected officials that, if you put enough pressure on them, they could vote the wrong way. [00:31:04] And so we need our people to be there right along with them. [00:31:07] And that's the fight that we're going to have next week. [00:31:12] What are they proposing? [00:31:13] What are CARE and these other groups you mentioned? [00:31:18] You and Julie and others sitting there going, we got to get back to the basics of patriotism. [00:31:22] We got to get back to the basics of the truth of American history and what happened in both Texas and the nation. [00:31:31] On the opposite side, what are the care terrorists trying to propose should be in to poison the mind of the young citizens of Texas, sir? [00:31:44] Well, they've come and they said that they want to talk about the Islamic contributions to America and Texas history, which when you look, Throughout our history. [00:31:52] That's going to be an awfully short study if we were to do that. [00:31:54] But they just want anything that would be friendly towards Islam. [00:31:57] And then also, they really hate the Christian roots and foundations of this nation. [00:32:01] And so they're attacking all of those mentions of God and the fact that our founding fathers were Christians and generations of Americans were Christians, with the Mayflower Compact taken out, and just anything that mentions God in history. [00:32:15] And so they're just very uncomfortable, obviously, living in a nation that's a Christian nation. [00:32:19] So I would say, you know, if you're uncomfortable with our culture and way of life as Americans, maybe another country would be a better fit for you. [00:32:28] Julie Pickering, this is almost Kafkaesque. [00:32:31] The care people should be arrested when they show up on Tuesday. [00:32:34] They shouldn't be given a time to speak. [00:32:36] And the Islamic contribution to this country is all negative. [00:32:40] Let me repeat that it's all negative. [00:32:43] The cost that we've had in fighting wars in the Middle East, the cost we've had of terrorism here, the opportunity cost we've missed because we put trillions of dollars, trillions of dollars into national security in this country because of a religion that's based upon hate, and particularly it's based upon hatred. [00:33:02] Of Christianity. [00:33:04] So I don't know why Texas authorities are not arresting the people at CARE that show up. [00:33:09] But what are we doing to make sure that the voices of Texans, of patriotic Texans, are heard? [00:33:15] Because this is going to be eight o'clock. [00:33:17] And my understanding is at 5 p.m. today, Texas time, Central Daylight Time, you have to fill out some paperwork with the State Board of Education to make sure that you can testify on Tuesday. [00:33:30] Is that correct? [00:33:31] Yes, Steve. [00:33:32] And Steve, I completely agree with you. [00:33:34] I don't understand how they can come before the Texas State Board of Education and not be arrested. [00:33:38] You know, if we had a terrorist, if we had a known terrorist going through an airport, would they say, oh, you have First Amendment rights. [00:33:44] We're not going to do anything? [00:33:46] No, of course not. [00:33:47] So why are we letting known terrorists, according to the governor of Texas, why are we allowing them to come and say what they want our children to learn and bring groups of people that they have groomed and that they have trained to influence us on what Texas students should learn? [00:34:04] So I agree with you. [00:34:04] They should be arrested the minute they step foot. [00:34:07] Inside the Barbara Jordan building. [00:34:08] But yes, we need people to testify. [00:34:10] And let me tell you who's qualified to testify. [00:34:13] Anyone who lives in the great state of Texas, if you are a mom, a dad, a grandparent, a business owner, you have a vested interest. [00:34:22] Citizens of Texas have a vested interest for us to get this right, for us not to have this radical Islamification of U.S. history and Texas history that completely cancels out Western civilization and completely cancels out Judeo Christian values. [00:34:36] You have a vested interest in making sure that the next generation of Texans, these are your Future doctors, your future attorneys, elected officials, business owners, pipe fitters, mechanics. [00:34:48] You want a population that loves and appreciates America, not a population that resents America, resents Christianity, and loves Islam. [00:34:58] This is a complete replacement of our culture. [00:35:01] And now is the time to stand up. [00:35:03] If you want to protect the Texas way of life, you need to sign up today and come and testify on Tuesday because we already have a Republican. [00:35:12] Hang on. [00:35:13] Yep, hang on. [00:35:14] But people are going to sit there and go, Hey, Julie, I hear you, but you and Brandon are on the board. [00:35:20] I'm just a schmendrick. [00:35:21] What am I going to do to testify? [00:35:23] So, what do people need? [00:35:25] They don't have to be a subject matter expert, right? [00:35:27] You don't need to have a PhD in education to do this. [00:35:30] This is where the board wants to hear from everyday Texans, right? [00:35:35] About not simply their love for their state, but also their belief of what should be taught to future generations. [00:35:42] So, people don't need any academic credentials. [00:35:44] They don't need to be a subject matter expert. [00:35:47] They can just be In fact, what you want is just average Texas citizens to show up, correct? [00:35:55] Exactly. [00:35:55] This is on the agenda. [00:35:56] It is titled a public hearing. [00:35:59] We want to hear from the public. [00:36:01] We want to hear from Texans. [00:36:04] We want to hear from everyday moms and dads and people who just do their life in their communities. [00:36:09] That's who we want to hear from. [00:36:11] And on agenda item number one, like I said, we already have a Republican member from Houston who has submitted amendments. [00:36:18] They're on the State Board of Education website. [00:36:20] That is doing exactly what CARE has asked us to do, exactly what the terrorists have asked. [00:36:25] This Republican member has already submitted amendments to remove all books about the presidents, all books about patriotism, all books related to white supremacist organizations. [00:36:35] Whoa, whoa. [00:36:36] Hang on, hang on, slow down. [00:36:40] Slow down, slow down. [00:36:41] You're telling me, we know the Democrats are in bed with them. [00:36:45] This is part of the Red Green Alliance they've made. [00:36:47] This is how they took over New York City. [00:36:48] This, they took over Minnesota. [00:36:50] You're telling me, an actual Republican. [00:36:53] Already supports this? [00:36:55] Can you give us his name and maybe even a website so people can give them their unvarnished opinion about what that is? [00:37:05] How can a Republican support the terrorist? [00:37:10] Steve, I completely agree with you. [00:37:11] When he submitted these amendments at our last meeting, it's a Republican member from Houston, Texas, Will Hickman. [00:37:17] When he submitted these amendments at our last meeting, I said publicly, Member Hickman, do you understand that you want to remove patriotism, everything related to patriotism, everything related to a United States president, everything related to Western civilization? [00:37:35] And so he doubled down on it, submitted his amendments, anyways. [00:37:38] And so people can look at that amendment on the mandatory reading list that goes along with these new teaks. [00:37:44] It's at the Texas State Board of Education website. [00:37:47] When you look at it, everything in red is what he wants to remove. [00:37:50] And you'll see it is shocking to me when we actually have a Republican member of the Texas State Board of Education that has already filed amendments that align with the terrorist organization. [00:38:03] Is he a convert to Islam? [00:38:05] Is he a convert to Islam? [00:38:07] Sir, he hasn't said that publicly, but that's between him and God. [00:38:10] And so I don't know. [00:38:12] I don't know. [00:38:13] I mean, I don't think it's between him and God. [00:38:15] I don't think it's between him. [00:38:16] Hang on, Full stop. [00:38:19] I don't think that's. [00:38:20] If he's a private citizen, it's between him and God. [00:38:22] If he's sitting on the Texas Board of Education and he's an elected member and a member of the Republican Party, that is between the people of Texas and him. [00:38:30] I think somebody got to ask him the question Have you converted to Islam? [00:38:35] I think it's not between him and God. [00:38:36] Him and God, if he's a private citizen, but if he's a public citizen and backing the terrorists and backing the radicals, somebody ought to ask him the question Yo, have you converted to Islam? [00:38:48] Do you support Islam? [00:38:49] The invasion here, and you support the intellectual invasion. [00:38:53] Anyway, we got to bounce. [00:38:54] By five o'clock tonight, Julie, where do they have to go? [00:38:57] And if they need to talk to you in the interim, because they're still like, I don't know if I should do this or not, where do they go to talk to you and where do they go to sign up? [00:39:07] If it is in anyone's heart who's watching this program, that it is in your heart to preserve Texas and to preserve our way of life, you need to show up. [00:39:17] You need to register today and you need to show up on Tuesday. [00:39:20] And the website that you go to is S. B O E dot Texas, T E X A S dot gov. Sign up by 5 p.m. Central today so your voice can be heard on Tuesday. [00:39:33] We want to hear from you. [00:39:35] We want to hear from the public. [00:39:36] This is a public hearing. [00:39:38] We want to know that you, what you want for your children's education and for the next generation of Texans. [00:39:46] Julie, where do they get to you real quickly? [00:39:47] Where do people get to you? [00:39:49] You can go to my website, www.juliepickrin.com. [00:39:53] Go to my website. [00:39:54] You can also follow me on Twitter, Julie4tx, where I put a lot of this information up. [00:39:59] I have links on that on my Twitter where you can go to sign up also. [00:40:03] So I want to see y'all. [00:40:04] Y'all, I'm telling you, Texas needs you. [00:40:07] America needs you. [00:40:08] We need your voice in this public hearing because last time at our last meeting, 89 people showed up to testify for the Islamification of Texas education to remove Western civilization, remove Judeo Christian values, teach that the Alamo is honoring Islam, was built to honor Islam. [00:40:26] And only two people showed up to testify against it. [00:40:30] We need your voice. [00:40:33] Thank you, man. [00:40:33] Appreciate you. [00:40:34] Brandon, we got about 30 seconds. [00:40:35] Where do people go, sir, to follow you? [00:40:39] People can go to BrandonHallTX on x.com. [00:40:42] Thanks for having me, Steve. [00:40:45] Brandon, thank you. [00:40:46] And thank you for being a fighter, you and Julie. [00:40:49] We'll talk about this on Monday also. [00:40:51] Short break. [00:40:52] Back in the warm in a moment. [00:40:59] Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon. [00:41:03] Okay, a couple of things to keep in mind today. [00:41:05] AllFamilyPharmacy.com/slash Bannon. [00:41:08] You get 10% off. [00:43:33] Go check PrepareWithBannon.com and talk to the specialists at My Patriot Supply. [00:43:37] Dr. Bradley Thayer. [00:43:39] Give me your thoughts on a good Friday, sir. [00:43:42] To sum up, where do you think we are in this war? [00:43:46] Well, absolutely, Steve. [00:43:47] I just want to say that in the dark ages, it was the Irish monks who saved Western civilization. [00:43:53] And if Western civilization is going to be saved again, it's going to be people like Julie and Brandon and the people who show up on Tuesday to ensure that Texas history is preserved, American history is preserved, and Western civilization is preserved, right? [00:44:09] That's absolutely essential because of Texas influence in the book market and the educational market. [00:44:15] Do you want your kids taught by the Texas Board of Education or the California Board? [00:44:19] Board of Education. [00:44:20] And that's what everyone needs to ask themselves. [00:44:24] And that's really the argument of the book, Steve. [00:44:25] We've been in a long war against communism, a hundred years war against it. [00:44:31] It was the ideology of the Soviet Union, it's the ideology of the Chinese Communist Party. [00:44:35] Communism is illegitimate and it's hyper aggressive. [00:44:39] And the deep problems that we face from the Chinese Communist Party to George Soros to the anti Americanism of the Democratic Party are responsible for that. [00:44:50] The neo Bolsheviks have penetrated our identity, Western civilization. [00:44:54] We need to stand up and fight it. [00:44:57] The book explains why, but I'm proud to stand with Julie and with Brandon and other great folks, the folks who are going to show up on Tuesday. [00:45:06] I want people to win the show. [00:45:07] I want people to get, yeah. [00:45:09] I want people to get, by the way, this is why Thayer is so special. [00:45:13] He makes a direct connection from Lindisfarne, the monastery at Lindisfarne, in the Irish monks, all the way to Texas. [00:45:21] And what's going to happen on Tuesday? [00:45:22] And you know what? [00:45:23] It's exactly the same. [00:45:25] You know, trying to keep away the barbarians, right? [00:45:29] And the pagans, in this case, the Islamists and the terrorists, from poisoning your children. [00:45:34] Dr. Thayer, where do they go? [00:45:37] Book's going to be out in the summer. [00:45:38] We're going to get it up on Amazon here shortly. [00:45:40] Where do they go to get your writings and, most importantly, your social media? [00:45:44] Brad Thayer at X and Bradley Thayer at Getter and True. === Big Sale on MyPillow (03:10) === [00:45:47] Thanks, Steve. [00:45:49] Thank you. [00:45:50] And thank you for the update on the war. [00:45:51] Magnificent. [00:45:52] You and Brandon were fantastic. [00:45:54] Kind of opposite end of the spectrum, but it's what the war in posse needs right now. [00:45:58] You need to be able to weigh and measure this, what's going on.
