Bannon's War Room - Episode 5258: Banning All Illegal Immigrants From Schools Aired: 2026-03-30 Duration: 48:54 === Medical Freedom and Open Conversations (04:28) === [00:00:02] This is the primal scream of a dying regime. [00:00:07] Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people. [00:00:12] Here's not got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people. [00:00:16] The people have had a belly full of it. [00:00:18] I know you don't like hearing that. [00:00:20] I know you're trying to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. [00:00:22] It's going to happen. [00:00:24] And where do people like that go to share the big line? [00:00:27] MAGA Media. [00:00:28] I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience. [00:00:34] Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? [00:00:38] If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved. [00:00:45] Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon. [00:00:50] Monday, 30, March here of our Lord, 2026. [00:00:54] First hour, giving an update. [00:00:56] There's going to be a press. [00:00:58] Caroline's going to take the podium at 1 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. [00:01:01] Of course, Real America's Voice will be covering that wall to wall. [00:01:04] The president said that shortly, his quote, the world will see his response to this broadening out of the attacks by the Iranians, both in Kuwait and in Israel. [00:01:18] And we're standing by for that. [00:01:20] Also, we're trying to track down, and I think it looks like they may have, Iranians may have hit the pipeline or attempted to hit the pipeline from Abu Dhabi. [00:01:28] There are two pipelines. [00:01:28] Saudis have one and the UAE has one that gets oil to the Red Sea. [00:01:36] Doesn't have to go out the strait. [00:01:37] We'll get to all that. [00:01:38] Chip Roy's going to join us in a moment. [00:01:40] First off, Michael Kunzler from Sir, I want to make sure that all family pharmacy people know that you are not the war room binky. [00:01:50] I just put you, I don't put you on here after we have the war news all the time. [00:01:54] But the reviews we have from the war imposse getting back to us has just been outstanding on the service you're providing. [00:02:00] Can you walk us through it one more time? [00:02:02] I want to make sure everybody takes advantage, not just of the sales, but actually understand what you guys are trying to accomplish. [00:02:09] Because I think we saw from Bobby Kennedy taking the stage at CPAC on Saturday afternoon and just what a magnificent job he did. [00:02:15] That the fight for medical freedom goes far beyond just fighting big pharma with Bobby Kennedy. [00:02:21] It also, you can't have medical freedom until you have the freedom to actually talk to a physician, a pharmacist, and get the drugs that you need at the cost and the timing of when you need them, sir. [00:02:34] Yeah, so we've been fighting medical freedom now for over six years. [00:02:39] To us, it stands as the individual's ability to order prescriptions, medications that may fit their lifestyle need, requesting them to a physician, not having a physician prescribe them only when it's appropriate in the eyes of the physician, right? [00:02:56] So we still go through our similar processes of a doctor reviewing the profile, speaking with a patient, and making sure it's safe and effective. [00:03:04] But if it's the patient approaching the doctor saying, hey, I believe this medication will help me. [00:03:09] I believe this is something I should be stocked up on for allergy season, for flu season, for summer travels, whatever the case may be. [00:03:16] That's medical freedom. [00:03:18] Having year-round access to medications that fit your needs, that fit your lifestyle, and that are only safe and effective. [00:03:26] And so we've been battling this for six years. [00:03:28] You can go directly on our website, place your orders. [00:03:32] We can get it to you as soon as one to four business days. [00:03:35] Our number one goal is convenience. [00:03:37] We're trying to make life easier because the healthcare system is broken and it makes every individual who tries to use it miserable. [00:03:47] It is just such a frustrating thing to deal with the American health system nowadays. [00:03:51] Waiting on a doctor, waiting on a pharmacy, waiting on somebody else other than yourself. [00:03:56] Now you can put the power in your own hands, place your own orders, request these prescriptions from a physician. [00:04:03] You can have an open conversation with a doctor. [00:04:05] You can have an open conversation with a pharmacist where they're actually going to speak with you. [00:04:09] They're going to listen and they're going to give you their medical expertise rather than them at a corporate pharmacy telling you, go to aisle three or the bottom left corner, you can find an NSAD that might fit your need. [00:04:22] We have pharmacists that'll have an in-depth conversation. [00:04:24] We have doctors that'll have an in-depth conversation with individual Americans. === Aggressive Action Against Illegal Immigrants (15:59) === [00:04:31] Take advantage of this. [00:04:32] They built this company around this. [00:04:34] The feedback for people have done it. [00:04:36] The feedback is amazing. [00:04:37] One more time, both website and phone number. [00:04:41] Michael, where do people go today to start engaging with your team? [00:04:45] Because that's the beginning of the process. [00:04:47] Engage with the team, go to the website, get the information, but then actually talk to somebody. [00:04:51] Where do people go today? [00:04:53] So you can go to allfamilypharmacy.com backslash Bannon. [00:04:57] We still have the Bannon 25 coupon. [00:05:00] Obviously, you know, things are still going on in Iran. [00:05:53] Thank you, sir. [00:05:54] Appreciate it. [00:05:54] Not just setting up the company, but making it available in the 25% discount off for the Warren Posse. [00:06:00] Appreciate you, sir. [00:06:04] Chip Roy, I want you to, because you're kind of going full-spectrum dominance on so many topics and issues related to the sovereignty of this nation. [00:06:14] The Hill newspaper, one of their lead stories this morning is Chip Roy taking the lead on this situation with the illegal alien children in schools, which I guess you're going to take up to the Supreme Court. [00:06:25] Also, you're running for Attorney General. [00:06:28] As Attorney General, you've come out on full spectrum dominance on this issue of Sharia law. [00:06:34] First of all, talk to me about the illegal. [00:06:36] What is this Supreme Court ruling? [00:06:38] You think it could be overturned? [00:06:40] What is going on here with, because I know it's a massive burden for the taxpayers in Texas and the families that the schools are overwhelmed now. [00:06:51] So what is this whole issue, this story that's in the Hill newspaper this morning? [00:06:56] Yeah, Steve, thanks for having me on. [00:06:58] And first of all, thanks for presenting this as it is, which is the full spectrum approach and the reality of what we're dealing with as a nation in terms of our sovereignty, the wide open borders, which are tied to the issue of the march of Islam, all of which is tied to this issue of Plyler V. Doe, medical benefits, healthcare benefits, but also what we're dealing with on birthright citizenship, which is before the court on Wednesday. [00:07:18] So let's kind of take them all in chunks, but starting with Plyler Vidoe, this issue of how you deal with educating illegal alien children. [00:07:26] In a Supreme Court opinion in the early 1980s, 1982, the court ruled held erroneously, wrongly, like Roe was wrongly decided. [00:07:36] It held that Texas must fund the education of illegal alien children. [00:07:44] I think that was a terrible ruling. [00:07:47] And now we are, what, 40 years later, and Texas has borne the brunt of this issue. [00:07:54] And it is one of the primary magnets for the flood of people coming here illegally. [00:08:00] If you take that issue, you look at it and you recognize that there is no provision in the United States Constitution that says that the taxpayers of Texas or any other state in the union must fund the education of children who are illegally present. [00:08:14] We held a hearing on it as chairman of the subcommittee on the Constitution. [00:08:18] I prioritized this issue. [00:08:20] We had witnesses in front of us. [00:08:21] My friend Mandy Drogan, who works for the Texas Public Policy Foundation, she testified at the extraordinary expenses that then flow to the American people, the extent to which English as a second language adds burdens and then makes the schools less effective for the citizen children, and the extent to which the federal government limits our ability even to collect the data. [00:08:41] So we're pushing on collecting the data. [00:08:42] We're pushing on the unconstitutionality of, or I should say, the wrongfulness of the opinion, saying that it would be unconstitutional for Texas to say, wait a minute, we don't have a burden or a requirement to educate illegal alien children. [00:08:56] So that's a really important issue. [00:08:58] I'll be fighting it as Attorney General. [00:09:00] We should have fought this a long time ago, set up the case. [00:09:04] I do believe some school districts are starting to push in Texas. [00:09:07] Mississippi's got one they've set up, some others. [00:09:10] This is going to be an issue in the next year or two. [00:09:12] As Attorney General, I'll lead that fight. [00:09:14] Birthright citizenship is the same thing. [00:09:17] President Trump and his administration on day one rightly issued an executive order. [00:09:22] I held a hearing on this as the chairman of the subcommittee on the Constitution. [00:09:25] I led a brief that I wrote along with my friend Chuck Cooper that we filed on this issue of birthright citizenship that is before the court right now. [00:09:35] The court, I believe, got it. [00:09:37] The law, I think, has misinterpreted the court's ruling from back in the late 1800s. [00:09:42] And now the Trump administration is rightly saying, wait a minute, these are not folks that are subject to the jurisdiction thereof. [00:09:49] These are people who are legally present. [00:09:51] China and other countries are running profit centers to basically make ChiCom citizens who are now over in China because they came over, had a baby and went back. [00:09:59] Now you got people coming here and illegal aliens who get citizenship simply because they were birthed on American soil, which is not at all what the 14th Amendment says. [00:10:07] We make that clear in our rulings. [00:10:08] I hope the Supreme Court will do that this week. [00:10:11] That would be a really important ruling to defend the president of the United States. [00:10:14] As Attorney General, I'll be fighting that issue no matter what happens in the court this week. [00:10:18] We've got to continue to fight it. [00:10:20] Texans can no longer allow that to continue. [00:10:22] And Sharia, I mean, look, what more can we say than the extent to which Islam is on the march? [00:10:27] 330 mosques in the state of Texas. [00:10:30] Keith Self and I co-founded the Sharia Free America Caucus to highlight this issue. [00:10:34] We've been working with Amy Meck, the great people at Rare. [00:10:37] Tommy Robinson came up to the Hill. [00:10:39] We focused, and I look, I explained, stop blaming this on radical Islam or, you know, some subset of folks. [00:10:46] This is an overarching theme for the Muslims come to the United States to wage jihad against the West, take over the West, undermine our Christian heritage, our Judeo-Christian founding principles. [00:10:57] All of those things are under assault. [00:10:59] They want to destroy the West. [00:11:01] They're called to destroy the West. [00:11:03] If you don't admit that, you can't win a war you don't acknowledge exists. [00:11:06] So you got to secure the border. [00:11:08] You got to stop the flood of Islam. [00:11:09] As Attorney General, I'll do what we haven't done enough of with all due respect. [00:11:13] Open up the books of every nonprofit, every NGO, look at their books and shut them down, pull their charters. [00:11:20] You got to go to war with these folks, Steve. [00:11:25] Let me, as Attorney General, also, because we've had the Texas Education Board up here, they're trying to change the history books in Texas, the Alamos Islamic design. [00:11:34] It's insane what they're asking for because they are insane. [00:11:37] But the people saying CARE is actively bringing, there's going to be another one, I think, April 7th. [00:11:43] Make sure people know what day because they can go testify. [00:11:46] But CARE is organizing people to come. [00:11:48] I thought CARE was a terrorist organization. [00:11:51] It's designated by the governor of the state. [00:11:54] What is you as attorney general? [00:11:56] Are we finally going to get the Muslim Brotherhood and CARE shut down in the state of Texas? [00:12:00] Because I think people, as we push now to get more meat on the bone on this Sharia law proposition, people are very frustrated that CARES like in Austin every day, talking smack to the citizens of Texas, sir. [00:12:14] No, that's exactly right. [00:12:15] And the governor was correct to make that declaration. [00:12:18] I support that declaration and he did it for care and the Muslim Brotherhood. [00:12:22] And people don't understand what I just pointed out, which is there are some, according to Amy Mack and our friends at Rare, there are 600 organizations across the country and operating in Texas heavily that are funded by foreign nationals, funded by Middle Eastern countries, funded through channels involving and surrounding the Muslim Brotherhood in care, all of whom are operating to advance the march of Islam through Texas and through America on purpose. [00:12:51] What we're seeing in Dearborn, New York, Minneapolis, that's alive and well in Plano, Texas, Houston, throughout the state of Texas. [00:12:59] And that truth, what you're seeing, people are just, you know, sick to their stomach of watching these, you know, people down on prayer rugs right off right next to the 9-11 memorial. [00:13:09] Over the last 25 years, and I'm going to answer your question. [00:13:12] Over the last 25 years, we've allowed in almost 5 million people from majority Muslim countries over the 25 years since 9-11. [00:13:20] That is not what a nation does that wants to protect itself. [00:13:24] We've done the opposite of what we should have done after 9-11. [00:13:26] Care is emblematic of that. [00:13:28] The governor is right. [00:13:29] The attorney general, I'm telling you, we've got to look at the books. [00:13:33] We've got to pull the charters, yank them, shut them down, and go after all of these entities using the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, going after them for their violations of other state statutes. [00:13:44] The state passed more statutes last year to be able to go after this epic city. [00:13:49] Use every single one of them. [00:13:50] Go on full offense. [00:13:52] We have got to be aggressive in shutting them down, or we will lose not just the state, but the country. [00:13:57] It's a central pillar of our security and safety. [00:14:00] You can't stay safe with open borders. [00:14:03] You can't stay safe with Islam on the march. [00:14:05] You can't stay safe if you've got cartels and other entities operating here and criminals on our streets because judges put them on the streets. [00:14:12] You've got to have an attorney general who's done it, who's doing it, working in real time to do it in Congress, and who's actually prosecuted cases in court, who's gone to court. [00:14:21] My opponent has never been in a courtroom. [00:14:23] My opponent has never actually worked in law. [00:14:25] My opponent has never been in a law firm. [00:14:27] My opponent has never had to do briefs. [00:14:29] He's never had to do anything legal at all because he's a trust fund kid who's trying to buy the election. [00:14:34] Texas is not for sale. [00:14:38] Chip, we got about 20 seconds. [00:14:39] Where do people go for your campaign in social media? [00:14:42] Chiproy.com, Chiproy TX on X slash Twitter. [00:14:46] Look, we've got a country and a nation to save. [00:14:48] We do not have time for on-the-job training. [00:14:51] You got to have somebody in there who can do the job. [00:14:53] Thanks, Steve. [00:14:55] Chip, thank you. [00:14:56] Quite powerful. [00:14:57] Thank you, brother. [00:14:58] Sure, great. [00:14:59] Here's your host, Stephen K. Bass, hometitlect.com: 90%, 80% or 90% of your net worth tied up in your home. [00:15:10] Okay, your home equity. [00:15:12] Because of the rudimentary system we have in this nation to protect that or even to log it, let's say, not even to protect it. [00:15:17] It's not there to protect it, just to log it. [00:15:20] There are many different ways to get to your title. [00:15:24] Artificial intelligence, cyber, rogue lawyer, rogue accountant, rogue financial advisor, rogue significant other, rogue, I don't know, maybe even children. [00:15:33] You know, it's open field running on this thing. [00:15:36] That's why you have to protect it. [00:15:38] The opportunity costs. [00:15:39] If somebody gets in there and takes out a hard money loan or tries to sell it, just the legal time and the angst, anxiety, and the opportunity costs. [00:15:47] You ain't going to be listening to the war room and you're not going to be a man on the ramparts because you're going to be every second of the day, you're going to be worried like, how did this happen? [00:15:55] Hometitleck.com, hometitleoc.com, promo code Steve. [00:15:59] We keep it simple. [00:16:00] You get a 14-day free trial on the $1 million triple lock protection and you get to talk to Natalie Dominguez and the team. [00:16:06] That's what you need to do today. [00:16:08] HomeTitleLock.com, promo code Steve. [00:16:10] Take away the angst, take away the anxiety. [00:16:13] Do it and do it today. [00:16:15] Rosemary Jenks, we've got this huge battle coming up at the Supreme Court on Wednesday. [00:16:20] However, Punch Bowl, who's always ahead and is super inside baseball, tells us that Rosemary Jenks and the war room and the Warren Posse, you're fighting an impossible battle because the K-Street guys, the lobbyists in the Republican Party that feed the Republican politicians their money, they don't like what we have to say. [00:16:39] In fact, they think President Trump's policies of sealing the border and mass deportations, they think they're awful and they don't show well. [00:16:48] And oh, we just got to get past the midterms and more of this crap. [00:16:51] It's in Punch Bowl today. [00:16:53] Your thoughts, first off, man, the donor class don't like what you stand for, man. [00:16:58] What do you got to say about that? [00:17:00] Well, that's nothing new. [00:17:01] This has been, we've talked about this multiple times, Steve. [00:17:04] The donor class is literally the opposite of the American voters. [00:17:11] And, you know, this, this poll just proves that that is true. [00:17:16] I mean, it is literally the inverse of the polling that we did three and a half weeks ago that showed that 87% of Trump voters want Trump to exceed the Eisenhower level deportations. [00:17:31] We know the American people support deportations of illegal aliens, all of them, not just criminals. [00:17:37] And yet here's K-Street with 88% of them saying, oh, no, no, the administration has to stop the deportations because we don't agree with it. [00:17:48] Well, 88% of the donors and the lobbyists, we don't care what you think because you are literally on the opposite side of the voters who put President Trump in office on this issue. [00:18:03] So, I mean, this is why the immigration issue, we have such a hard time getting our way because the money is on the other side. [00:18:11] And God bless the war room posse for helping us at IA Project and, you know, trying to somewhat even out that balance because we've got the people on our side. [00:18:22] They have the donors. [00:18:27] Real quickly, Wednesday. [00:18:29] Why is that such a big day, ma'am? [00:18:31] And so much of your work is focused on helping us get over this thing. [00:18:35] Why is Wednesday such a big day? [00:18:38] Wednesday is when the Supreme Court holds its arguments on the birthright citizenship case, Trump's executive order to end automatic birthright citizenship. [00:18:47] This is a crucial case. [00:18:50] We need to have the Supreme Court do the right thing on this. [00:18:54] It is very clear that subject to the jurisdiction thereof, as Chip Roy said, does not mean that anyone born in the United States gets to be a citizen. [00:19:05] That is ludicrous. [00:19:07] Except for Canada, we're the last developed country to do this, to change its laws to stop birthright citizenship. [00:19:16] So Wednesday is a critical day for the Supreme Court, and that will be a critical decision for the future of our nation. [00:19:24] By the way, Peter Schweitz is one of the reasons the book was New York Times bestseller for five or six weeks because he lays it out here how the Chinese Communist Party has weaponized it. [00:19:33] Real quickly, the Hill newspaper and the story about Chip Roy also going to go back on this issue that's really destroyed, helped us try to destroy the education system in Texas and many other school systems in the country. [00:19:46] Your thoughts about that, ma'am. [00:19:48] Yeah, this case has been a long time coming. [00:19:50] The Plyler v. Doe decision needs to be challenged. [00:19:53] Essentially, what the court said is that at that time in 1982, the state of Texas couldn't show that the harm to Texas outweighed the harm that would come if we didn't educate the children of illegal aliens. [00:20:09] That situation has changed dramatically. [00:20:12] There is no question that the burden borne by states like Texas to educate children of illegal aliens far exceeds the cost of not educating them and, in fact, sending them home so that their home country can educate them. === Constitutional Rights and Judicial Hearings (08:51) === [00:20:30] It's not like they're being denied an education, they're being denied an education here in the United States where they and their families do not belong. [00:20:43] Rosemary, where do people go to find out about your new organization and how they can support you, ma'am? [00:20:49] Iaproject.org is our website, iaproject.org. [00:20:54] We're on X at IAProject. [00:20:56] We need all the help we can get from your audience. [00:21:00] You guys are great. [00:21:04] And you're going to be at the Supreme Court on Wednesday, correct? [00:21:08] Yes, indeed. [00:21:09] We will be there live for the arguments. [00:21:13] And we will be there live also. [00:21:14] We'll get hopefully Rosemary on the way in and the way out. [00:21:17] Thank you, ma'am. [00:21:18] Appreciate you. [00:21:19] A true warrior. [00:21:20] Thank you. [00:21:22] Go to her site right now. [00:21:23] Dave Bratt's the chairman, and they just do extraordinary, extraordinary work. [00:21:28] Garland Favreita joins me. [00:21:29] I gave you an I name-checked you guys and gave you a shout-out from the main stage at CPAC on Friday because you warriors down in Georgia inspire everybody. [00:21:37] I got to tell you, brother, I'm totally cornfused of what happened on Friday, so make it make sense. [00:21:43] You got Abby Lowell, you got Norm Icy. [00:21:45] You got the biggest guns in the progressive left down there trying to get their hands on that evidence and get it out of there. [00:21:51] What happened in the court, Garland? [00:21:54] Yeah, so Abby Lowell was the key attorney for Fulton County. [00:22:01] This case, as you know, started with Fulton County claiming that the FBI violated their constitutional rights in seizing the ballots. [00:22:10] On March 20th, the DOJ submitted a devastating brief that just destroyed all of their arguments. [00:22:19] You don't even have to be an attorney to understand it. [00:22:21] But the court, within two hours, issued this evidentiary hearing for Friday in spite of the fact that the plaintiffs don't have standing and cannot meet what we call the substantive criteria. [00:22:36] So let me just start with the most fundamental thing that's most sensitive to me is the standing issue. [00:22:42] There are three government agencies and two officials who are operating in their official capacity, and they are claiming constitutional rights violations, but none of these plaintiffs have constitutional rights. [00:22:57] Government agencies, as you know, don't have constitutional rights, nor do people who are operating in their official capacities. [00:23:06] So there really should not have been an evidentiary hearing to begin with. [00:23:11] Then you top that off with the fact that even if they had standing, they cannot meet the four-part substantive test for this criminal procedure claim that they're making. [00:23:24] And that has things like callous disregard and that type of thing. [00:23:30] So they really were not really even qualified to have the hearing to begin with. [00:23:35] But the judge, I don't know if he didn't read all the DOJ stuff, but he ordered this hearing two hours after getting the brief. [00:23:45] And the hearing, basically, for the eight hours, we talked about whether or not the FBI had a callous disregard for the rights of the plaintiffs, even though they had no constitutional rights. [00:24:00] So in order to meet that standard, just to give you an idea of what the FBI did, Steve, the FBI cited five areas of probable cause in their search warrant affidavit. [00:24:12] They got a magistrate judge court to issue the search warrant. [00:24:16] Then they refined it more and down to just the clerk's area of the warehouse that they wanted to search. [00:24:22] They didn't break into the warehouse. [00:24:25] They didn't harm anyone. [00:24:27] There could be no possible callous disregard of constitutional rights, even if the Fulton County had constitutional rights, which they don't have. [00:24:37] So for all those reasons, this was a circus in some way, shape, and form. [00:24:43] But I think that the court is going to rule in favor of the DOJ. [00:24:47] The DOJ, one of the highlights of this was when they played two videos, and when we have a longer segment, I'll get you these videos. [00:24:56] But Fulton has to show an injury and a need as well. [00:25:00] So Fulton County, they showed the video in our case where back in 24, when the clerk wanted the ballots to be destroyed and the judge said, we just want to move them over. [00:25:17] We got about 60 seconds. [00:25:19] Eight-hour hearing. [00:25:21] Where do you think the judge is going to come down on this? [00:25:23] Are they going to back up? [00:25:24] Because if we let them get the evidence, they're going to destroy it. [00:25:28] Everybody knows that. [00:25:29] Where do you think the judge is going to come out on this, Garland? [00:25:32] Well, so the good news is that FBI has already made digital copies of this and they have returned the digital copies to Fulton County. [00:25:42] So Fulton County has no injury. [00:25:45] The elections director says that they will just make paper airplanes out of them. [00:25:49] They don't care if the FBI makes paper airplanes out of them. [00:25:53] So they don't have an injury. [00:25:56] So the judge is going to have to come down on the side of the DOJ to maintain any credibility at all. [00:26:03] And so I think it's going to turn out all right. [00:26:06] But it's just a fascinating hearing that occurred Friday, and we were there for the entire thing. [00:26:15] Garland, where do people go to keep up with this, man? [00:26:19] It's intense. [00:26:19] Where do they go? [00:26:20] VoterGA.org. [00:26:22] We try to keep this up to date, but things are happening down here so fast, it's hard for us to keep up. [00:26:31] By the way, I want to give them anything, but the digital, as long as you keep the hard copy, Garland Favarito, great fight down there in Georgia. [00:26:39] Take your phone out. [00:29:15] Jack Bisobi, I want to say thank you for changing. [00:29:19] This was such a huge issue and such a huge issue. === Defending Holy Ground and Church Sites (15:27) === [00:29:22] You actually changed around your palm sunday with the family to join us yesterday and I can tell you we set off sparks because my phone blew up. [00:29:31] The entire rest of the day talked about where we are yesterday. [00:29:35] You know we still haven't gotten a straight answer how it happened. [00:29:38] Palm sunday services at the Church Of The Holy Sepulchre were canceled because Israeli officials stepped in. [00:29:45] The Israeli government officials stepped in and wouldn't let the cardinal in charge of things see it and correct me if i'm wrong. [00:29:52] Pozo, this is the church. [00:29:54] Isn't this the church? [00:29:56] Really about the sanctity of this church and the control of this church and to make sure this church was not being uh, desecrated. [00:30:04] Wasn't this essentially why? [00:30:08] Uh, there was a call for the first crusade. [00:30:10] This is really the crusaders. [00:30:11] This is the the, the reason for the first crusade, or at the heart of it, was it not, sir? [00:30:19] Yes Steve, thanks for having me on, and that's exactly right. [00:30:21] And, of course, the posse members know that. [00:30:24] Uh know their history about the church Holy Sepulchre. [00:30:26] Of course we've reported on it, we've uh done specials there, my brother and I going back to 2022, and pope Urban, when he issued his papal call for the first crusade, specifically referenced the destruction of the church of Holy Sepulchre by the time the Caliphate, of course, as a call to arms to all Christians of across Christendom to come and defend this church. [00:30:50] So it's. [00:30:51] It's a key church in uh Christian history, is referred to as the Mother Church Of Christianity. [00:30:57] It is, of course, uh the site, and it was originally built by Constantine and, and above a, an even earlier site, but emperor Constantine um submitted it there as and his mother, of course, and Helena found the original tomb of Christ that pilgrims had already been traveling to. [00:31:15] Well, hang on, but hang on, I mean Helena, Helena. [00:31:20] Helena was so Involved in this, that she actually moved to Jerusalem and spent a couple of decades there at the end of her life. [00:31:29] She became the top archaeologist to find actually their tomb. [00:31:33] I mean, she was as serious as you could get, and she made sure that these, I mean, she took active control to make sure that this was going to, you know, we're the church all built to make sure that everything was taken care of and done at the highest quality. [00:31:49] She dedicated her life to this, did she not, sir? [00:31:54] Well, absolutely. [00:31:55] And of course, when your son is the emperor, it's what can they say? [00:31:59] It's good to be the king. [00:32:00] It's good to be the mother of the king. [00:32:02] And so this church was set up, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. [00:32:06] And during the Crusades, when the Crusaders would arrive, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre took once again new prominence in the church and within the history. [00:32:15] There's even a column that you can even see today where the Crusaders would arrive and they would carve crosses into the stone. [00:32:23] And this goes back almost a thousand years now. [00:32:26] So, you know, we're talking about something that's incredibly central to Christianity. [00:32:31] It is the holiest site in Christianity. [00:32:34] It is the site of the crucifixion. [00:32:36] It is the site of the burial. [00:32:38] It is the site of the resurrection. [00:32:39] All of Easter takes place at this site, and you have the Roman Orthodox, or excuse me, the Roman Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox Church both agree. [00:32:46] It's like the one thing, you know, that the West and the East agree on, and that's the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. [00:32:54] And so that's why it's in times of war. [00:32:59] But hang on, I'm also totally confused. [00:33:01] This has happened when the American government helped get it set up after. [00:33:05] I'm totally confused. [00:33:07] It's the Holy Land for a reason. [00:33:09] It's where Christ was born. [00:33:11] It's where he taught. [00:33:13] It's where our entire religion came from. [00:33:17] It's where he suffered and died. [00:33:19] This is why it's the Holy Land. [00:33:20] I don't understand why we are supplicants about these sites. [00:33:24] This just has to change and it's going to change. [00:33:27] No longer can we be a supplicant to the Muslims or a supplicant to the Jews in this. [00:33:32] These are Christian sites. [00:33:35] These are Christian sites that are central to our religion, absolutely central to our religion. [00:33:39] And I agree. [00:33:40] Ben Harn was on yesterday and said, hey, we're all temples of the Holy Spirit. [00:33:43] You shouldn't let this. [00:33:44] I got that. [00:33:45] We are temples of the Holy Spirit. [00:33:47] But Christ manifested himself in a point in time. [00:33:52] In fact, at that point in time, the entire humanity, right? [00:33:58] Everything changed. [00:33:59] And that's why these are so sacred, Jack. [00:34:01] And the outpouring I've gotten from people, and I know you have too, are people saying, exactly, what are we doing here? [00:34:07] And the fecklessness of guys like Huckabee and these people coming out, it's not acceptable. [00:34:12] And we can't put ourselves in this position. [00:34:15] We must not be in this position. [00:34:18] Would Christ want us in this position? [00:34:21] Would the apostles want us in this position? [00:34:23] Would St. Paul and all the martyrs, St. Stephen and St. Peter and St. Paul, who were all killed? [00:34:29] And by the way, either killed by Jewish authority or killed by Roman authority. [00:34:33] Would they say it's acceptable for us to essentially turn over the beating heart of our faith to people who are not members of our faith and quite frankly, not supporters of our faith? [00:34:46] They're not supporters of our faith. [00:34:48] We have to take these back. [00:34:50] It is incumbent upon every Christian to get involved here. [00:34:54] That this is not acceptable. [00:34:55] That Palm Sunday, we could be in a position that some bureaucrat or authority in the Israeli government can say you're going to that the representative of the Holy See that is there in charge of these sites and has responsibility and accountability sites is not allowed to say Palm Sunday mass. [00:35:16] How would the disciples deal with that? [00:35:18] How would the apostles deal with that? [00:35:20] How would Christ himself deal with that? [00:35:23] What would they say? [00:35:24] I think they say you got to get your act together and you got to take charge here. [00:35:29] Jack, I think this whole thing about we got to stop being supplicants. [00:35:34] People are running around and young men, especially, hey, I want to be a crusader, a knight's templar, all of it. [00:35:39] Okay, I got all that. [00:35:41] But we got to start with the basics. [00:35:43] Those sites in the Holy Land, and particularly the most sacred with the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and others, have to be in the control of, not supplicants to. [00:35:54] We're not asking anybody, can we go say Mass there? [00:35:57] It's not acceptable. [00:35:59] We have to be in control. [00:36:01] And particularly if we're doing all this fighting over there, if we're putting young men and women, the vast majority of whom are Christians, in harm's way. [00:36:12] I mean, what are we doing here? [00:36:14] And then we're going to let other people control our holy sites. [00:36:16] Your thoughts, Jack Posobiec. [00:36:19] Steve, you're exactly right. [00:36:20] And the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, as I was just saying, it's a shared ownership between the East and the West. [00:36:28] You've also got the Coptic churches there, the Armenians. [00:36:31] This is the one spot where everyone agrees this is the holiest site. [00:36:37] And control of that and access to that goes far beyond 1948. [00:36:42] It goes all the way back to the beginning. [00:36:45] It goes back to the time of the Roman Empire itself. [00:36:48] It goes back to Byzantium. [00:36:49] Even the Ottomans allowed access to these sites. [00:36:53] And of course, knowing the history of the Crusades. [00:36:56] And so when you look at this, what was the Cardinal trying to do? [00:37:00] He was trying to go there in a time of war to be a beacon on Palm Sunday, the beginning of the holiest week in Christianity. [00:37:08] Now, he had already agreed no public procession of palms, no public mass. [00:37:13] It was going to be a private live stream that he was going to hold and that the Patriarchate had already worked with the authorities to get permission. [00:37:20] He was going there, a couple of guys to run the live stream. [00:37:23] He was going to hold Mass for the people in the Holy Land. [00:37:26] And Steve, why? [00:37:27] Because during times of war, religion becomes even more important than in times of people. [00:37:32] It's always important, but you know what I mean. [00:37:34] When the people are under fire, whether in Jerusalem, whether you're in Israel or any part of the Middle East, and even here back home, we are already facing blowback, terrorist strikes, and others. [00:37:46] This is why we need these symbols of our faith and we need to have access to him, to them. [00:37:53] And I appreciate the swift response, the swift correction of this. [00:37:58] But Steve, missing Mass on Palm Sunday is not something that can be made up. [00:38:02] This is something else that people, I think, need to understand that you can't just go in on Monday and say, oh, that counts for something. [00:38:08] It doesn't work that way. [00:38:09] It doesn't work. [00:38:09] It's daily Mass. [00:38:10] It has to be Mass. [00:38:12] Hang on. [00:38:13] Hang on. [00:38:14] But my point is that I don't agree with that you got to live stream it. [00:38:21] It should be the cardinals and the church's decision whether there's going to be Palm Sunday Mass or not. [00:38:28] Not the Israeli authorities and not the Muslim authorities. [00:38:31] The Christian authorities should make that decision. [00:38:34] And if it's going to be because of national security, you're going to keep it less than 50. [00:38:38] It's not about accessibility. [00:38:40] Arguing about accessibility is buying the premise that they're in charge. [00:38:43] They're not in charge. [00:38:45] Whatever happened in 1948, we're going to go back 2,000 years. [00:38:48] Are you kidding me? [00:38:50] The Christian blood that has been shed by the best of the best. [00:38:54] And remember, the entire thing of the crusade is all a bunch of propaganda from the Muslims and others. [00:39:02] These were the best that we had. [00:39:03] The volunteers that came from Normandy and the trek they made and what they did to make sure that they could take back and seize the Holy Land and make it safe. [00:39:13] And then the Templars and the Knights Hospitalers and others that made it safe for pilgrims because at that time, and they wanted a real pilgrimage. [00:39:20] Well, you did it on foot. [00:39:21] You didn't fly into any airport and grab up and truck over. [00:39:25] You did it on foot. [00:39:26] So, so this whole thing about accessibility, I'm not talking about accessibility. [00:39:30] I'm talking about control. [00:39:31] But actually, we need to control these sites. [00:39:33] Go ahead, Steve. [00:39:34] Go ahead. [00:39:34] Because it was always about accessibility. [00:39:36] It was always about danger. [00:39:37] It was about the danger to the pilgrims. [00:39:38] It was about the danger to those in the processions. [00:39:40] The dangers inherent in the Middle East were guess what? Just as dangerous back then. [00:39:44] That's why the Knights Templar were founded in the first place. [00:39:48] We're going back in a way to first principles here because it's like we're relearning the history of our own faith. [00:39:56] Because the same issues, whether it's the Persians, whether it's whatever it is, right? [00:40:01] Whatever, the Bedouins, whatever it is, this is the reason that the faith and, of course, our faith leaders needed protection. [00:40:08] And that protection in the past was not handed off to another authority. [00:40:12] It was controlled by the faithful. [00:40:17] And you're right. [00:40:18] There is a coming together of the divisions or branches within Christianity about the running of the entire thing. [00:40:26] That's where you see East and West. [00:40:27] And it's great to see, although they don't agree on everything. [00:40:32] This has to be sorted. [00:40:34] This is a first principle. [00:40:36] This is an absolute first principle. [00:40:39] Short break. [00:40:39] Poso, hang out with me for a second. [00:40:41] I'm hang out after the break. [00:40:44] Because we're taking down the CCP for the world on through Hong Kong. [00:40:51] We will fight till they're all gone. [00:40:53] We rejoice when there's no more. [00:40:55] Let's take down the CCP. [00:40:58] Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon. [00:41:53] You know, Raymond Ibrahim, that we have on all the time, wrote three books, Sword and Scimitar, about the 1400-year war between Islam and Christianity. [00:42:02] The Fenders of the West, about the eight or ten big personalities, Richard the Lion Haunted, all of them that stood in the breach from Charles Martel to the great Poles of Vienna, the Hussars. [00:42:15] And then he wrote about the monastic orders we're talking about, Two Swords of Christ. [00:42:20] Get any of them. [00:42:21] All three of those books are spectacular. [00:42:22] And talk about the exact issue we're talking today. [00:42:25] Poso, closing observations on this. [00:42:27] And folks, we're just getting revved up on this thing. [00:42:30] The Holy Land has to, Holy Land sites have to be under the direct control of Christians. [00:42:38] Sorry, but that's got to happen and it's going to happen. [00:42:42] Jack Vasovic, your thoughts. [00:42:45] Steve, what we're talking about here goes beyond modern affairs. [00:42:51] People have been trying to put this into contemporary politics, contemporary issues, the war with Iran. [00:42:59] There's dangers, there's risk. [00:43:00] We get that. [00:43:00] We all get that. [00:43:02] We talk about it every day. [00:43:03] What people need to understand is this goes beyond that and it goes deeper than that because this is civilizational. [00:43:08] Are we a Christian civilization? [00:43:11] Does Christendom exist? [00:43:13] And if Christendom exists, then it has to exist along the lines that it existed in the past. [00:43:19] And that included the protection and access to our holy sites through. [00:43:25] And by the way, Cardinal Pizza Bollet does not need to ask for permission to go to his own church. [00:43:31] That's his church. [00:43:33] And guess what? [00:43:33] The Orthodox are going to be there next year next week. [00:43:35] Amen. [00:43:36] They're Palm Sunday. [00:43:37] Amen. [00:43:37] Holy Fire. [00:43:38] They need access to that as well. [00:43:40] There's no question. [00:43:40] And they shouldn't have to ask you not a supplicant about that. [00:43:43] But God. [00:43:44] Yeah. [00:43:46] We are not supplicants. [00:43:47] We go back in an unbroken chain, an unbroken chain of this faith and this religion, all the way back to the founding of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who was manifested in Judea in 2,000 years ago, over 2,000 years ago. [00:44:06] Unbroken chain. [00:44:08] And you look at the saints and you look at the great heroes that have stood up to defend that. [00:44:12] What do we owe them? [00:44:14] This has got to stop.
