Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 974: The Healthcare Industry Is More Of A Monopoly Than You Think Aired: 2026-03-24 Duration: 48:08 === Primal Scream of Dying Regime (03:06) === [00:00:12] This is the primal scream of a dying regime. [00:00:17] Pray for our enemies because we're going to medieval on these people. [00:00:22] Here's not got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people. [00:00:26] The people have had a belly full of it. [00:00:28] I know you don't like hearing that. [00:00:30] I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. [00:00:32] It's going to happen. [00:00:34] And where do people like that go to share the big lie? [00:00:37] MAGA Media. [00:00:39] I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience. [00:00:44] Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? [00:00:48] If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved. [00:00:55] Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon. [00:01:02] Monday, 23, March, year of our Lord, 2026. [00:01:06] We're going to go back over to the White House with Neil McCabe momentarily, but I want to finish with Tim Esses. [00:01:11] Tim, you were telling us a hit rewind. [00:01:13] You've been in this industry 20 some years. [00:01:16] It's not that you're a political guy that said, hey, I read a book on AI and here's the problem. [00:01:21] You really know the problem. [00:01:22] Walk me through that story again. [00:01:25] So all I've ever done since college, I was a UVA kid, kind of from Nashville, Tennessee, and I started an AI company at 20 years old. [00:01:33] And that was in 2000. [00:01:34] I mean, I don't think a lot of people knew what AI was back in 2000. [00:01:37] And so 25 years I've been in this industry. [00:01:40] My first company, the first use case is we were hunting terrorists after 9-11 with this technology. [00:01:45] We were trying to figure out a way to look at all the signals and all the pieces, use early algorithms like ChatGPT type stuff. [00:01:51] I think it's something 15 years earlier than that to go and help our troops find the bad guys and protect them abroad. [00:01:57] And then use it after the financial crisis to actually find people that were criminals that were actually defrauding customers in these banks in the aftermath of the Great Recession. [00:02:09] And then probably the coolest application that we ever built was with this wonderful charity called Thorne, where we started looking at all these escort ads online, millions and millions of them, where many of them were children. [00:02:22] And we figured out a way for the AI to detect the kids. [00:02:24] And this is in like 2015, 2016. [00:02:28] And that system helped identify 12,000 children that were being trafficked for sex in this country. [00:02:33] So I've been in this fight for a while, not as anything political. [00:02:37] When I was growing up, I was close to Senator Fred Thompson when I was a teenager and so forth. [00:02:41] I've had the amazing blessing of having amazing senators in my state like him and like Senator Blackburn. [00:02:48] So I've always been an admirer, but this is an issue that's just too big to stay on the sidelines. [00:02:53] And so I started getting involved with it last three or four years more publicly. [00:02:57] And yeah, I think that AI is the most consequential technology, you know, in humankind in our history. [00:03:04] And that means that we as a democratic republic need to decide where it goes. [00:03:09] It shouldn't be ceded to like six human beings that have every incentive to do what works for them and not for us. === Democratic Republic Must Decide (04:27) === [00:03:19] Where do people go to immerse themselves in what you guys are putting together? [00:03:23] Because this alliance coming from the pro-family groups and coming forward and say, hey, now when we're in this fight, we're going to lead this fight is quite powerful. [00:03:31] So Tim, where do people go? [00:03:34] Yeah. [00:03:34] So we are at betterfutureai.org. [00:03:38] You can rally there, sign up. [00:03:40] I'm on X. Janet Kelly, our CEO, is on X. [00:03:43] She just got done running health and human resources for Governor Yunkin. [00:03:47] She's a solid Republican conservative of 20 plus years. [00:03:51] We have some great people on the council you can see about in our about page on this one. [00:03:56] They've been writing on these subjects for some over a decade. [00:04:00] Some are the best legal minds on the right when it comes to family policy. [00:04:05] So we have been doing this for some time. [00:04:08] I'm blessed to help kind of pull it together. [00:04:10] These are the heroes. [00:04:12] Like I said, I kind of showed up in this lately because I was busy building and doing AI to try to make a good impact. [00:04:17] And that's probably what, you know, that's where the center of my outreach comes from, Steve, is I think it's a giant lie that you have to tolerate evil use cases of technology to get the good ones. [00:04:28] Okay. [00:04:28] I don't think that's true. [00:04:29] And I think that's the lie we're being sold right now. [00:04:32] We can shut down the bad use cases or we can regulate it or we can create disincentives in the market and try to keep this conservative. [00:04:39] We can do any of those things. [00:04:40] And if we don't do it, you know who's going to do it? [00:04:42] The socialists. [00:04:43] If we don't protect Americans as conservatives, the socialists are going to protect Americans their way. [00:04:47] That's going to be bad for all of us. [00:04:49] Okay. [00:04:49] So I'm here as an intervention with this team to say, let's return to our roots. [00:04:55] And if I can for a second, I was trying to share something at the break that's been on my heart. [00:05:00] And that's this idea that we're in this country that's coming to celebrate his 250th anniversary. [00:05:06] And one of the things about this country, when you're growing up back when we used to have like really good civics and teach you the history the right way, you knew things like America didn't have a prayer. [00:05:16] He called and he's had no prayer against the United Kingdom to England. [00:05:21] We were outmatched. [00:05:22] George Washington went into battles over and over again thinking he wasn't going to win, often struggled. [00:05:28] But somehow, miraculously, America is the most powerful and greatest country in the world. [00:05:33] And that is a divine intervention. [00:05:36] Okay. [00:05:36] We are here because we have a purpose. [00:05:38] And the thing that's resonated with me is July 13th, 2024, Butler, Pennsylvania. [00:05:46] But for a split-second turn of the head, we would have lost President Trump. [00:05:51] Right? [00:05:52] That was a miracle. [00:05:54] And I believe he knows he's here for a purpose. [00:05:57] And I think that is to protect the American dream, the American people. [00:06:01] That's why we're coming out here supportive of what he is trying to do, but trying to make it clear that his base, his voters are not with these tech oligarchs. [00:06:12] They are not with these people that are exploiting families. [00:06:16] And we have to shut it down. [00:06:17] We have to turn it around. [00:06:19] And our leaders in the Congress need to not be taking meetings with these lobbyists, need not be taking meetings with the money from these companies. [00:06:27] They need to be taking meetings with parents. [00:06:29] They need to be taking meetings with church leaders. [00:06:32] They need to be taking meetings with workers, the people that are the heart of this country. [00:06:37] And we are here there for them because we have a purpose. [00:06:40] And I'll tie this all up, Steve, and something you asked me earlier in this interview. [00:06:44] You said, how do we win? [00:06:45] You know, how against these trillion-dollar companies, this little rebel alliance that we built, actually prevail. [00:06:52] And when I think about how improbable it is for America to be here, that's the reason, Steve. [00:06:59] In fact, I know we're going to win. [00:07:05] Very powerful, Tim. [00:07:06] If we don't, I think the revolution generation shows us if we don't quit, we'll win. [00:07:11] You just have to stay in the fight. [00:07:12] That's right. [00:07:13] Just stay in the fight until the end. [00:07:15] In the end, you'll win if you stay in the fight. [00:07:17] Tim, one more time. [00:07:18] Where do people go? [00:07:19] What's your social media? [00:07:21] I'm on, so you will look for better future AI on X, on Instagram, and betterfutureai.org on the web. [00:07:31] Come sign up, push it to your friends, send it to other families. [00:07:35] If you're a mom at home that has kids, if you're a dad at home, send it around. [00:07:39] Let them know help is here. [00:07:41] Help representing you is here. [00:07:43] We are doing this because we are you. === China Attacks First Amendment (09:39) === [00:07:46] Okay. [00:07:47] We're not some slick political consultant that crypto funded and now AI is funding. [00:07:52] Okay. [00:07:52] Going out here to AstroTurf. [00:07:54] We are the real deal. [00:07:56] Are members of the real deal, and we are here to have your back. [00:07:59] And we believe that's what made the Trump presidency actually happen, as you were there for. [00:08:07] Amazing. [00:08:07] Tim, honored to have you on here. [00:08:09] Look forward to having you back, sir. [00:08:10] Great, great. [00:08:11] Absolutely. [00:08:11] Thank you, Steve. [00:08:12] Great launch. [00:08:14] They got Heritage. [00:08:15] They've got Terry Schilling. [00:08:16] It's just a who's who of these family groups. [00:08:18] We're going to have more of them on. [00:08:19] They're in the fight and in the fight. [00:08:21] I couldn't summarize it better myself, what Tim just said. [00:08:24] Mike Lindell's on deck. [00:08:26] I want to go to Jan. [00:08:28] Jan, the book got as low as 111 on Amazon. [00:08:31] It's now 201. [00:08:32] We need some more size. [00:08:33] And here's the reason: you just talk about AI. [00:08:37] And one of the big things is that, oh, we got to do all this and we got to give the tech oligarchs everything because the Chinese Communist Party. [00:08:43] No, We need to stop the Chinese Communist Party from having any access to chips or ecosystem or training or education about artificial intelligence. [00:08:54] We must block it. [00:08:56] We have to. [00:08:56] We have a moral obligation to do it. [00:08:58] Why? [00:08:59] I don't know. [00:09:00] Read the book, Kill to Order. [00:09:01] Why do we have a moral obligation? [00:09:03] The Chinese Communist Party, the way they think, and this is why the biggest torturers and murderers of Lao Beijing, the Chinese people, they've killed, I think, a quarter of a billion through concentration camps, starvation, beating, cultural revolution. [00:09:19] You pick it, you know, a five-year plan, great leap forward, all that, on top of the 400 to 500 million through forced abortions, principally of little girls. [00:09:30] This is why they have the imbalance in China. [00:09:32] This is a murderous dictatorship. [00:09:34] How do I know that? [00:09:35] I've read Kill to Order. [00:09:37] Jan, brother, walk me through it. [00:09:41] Well, I think you said it really well. [00:09:43] And the thing is that, like, the big thing that's in this book, of course, I talk about this horrible forced organ harvesting industry. [00:09:49] I mean, a murder for organs industry that claims we don't know how many lives, but 60 to 90,000 transplants a year done in this kill to order fashion. [00:09:59] But the more important thing, in a way, is what you were talking about. [00:10:02] And this is in a way the punchline of the book, but I explained it in detail from multiple vantage points, like especially valuable to policymakers, I think. [00:10:10] The Communist Party instrumentalizes absolutely everything, including even people, including even human bodies and human body parts. [00:10:19] And you pointed out, you know, this forced whole forced abortion and one child policy industry, right? [00:10:25] Like that, what a horror show. [00:10:27] But again, like these are the most vulnerable people. [00:10:30] There's this massive dehumanization campaign against whoever the black class happens to be. [00:10:35] And in China, for the longest time, it was, you know, basically the most vulnerable of us. [00:10:41] Then it was the Felong Gong on forced organ harvesting. [00:10:44] Then they added the Uyghurs when no one did anything about that. [00:10:47] And it looks like they might be going after Christians next. [00:10:49] This is when I was talking with Rob Schneider at our book launch. [00:10:52] I'm not ready to say that, but I do see the dehumanizing rhetoric. [00:10:56] The point is that you're exactly right. [00:10:58] We have to cut off these, you know, kind of deep financial connections, which the CCP has built with us, you know, of course, leveraging our greed, leveraging our kind of gullibility as well, to be fair, right? [00:11:13] And now they've kind of insinuated themselves deep into the global economic system. [00:11:17] And this is a problem because we have to, we may have to suffer a little bit to do this, but I think it's essential that we do that. [00:11:24] And this book explains why in detail. [00:11:26] KilltoOrder.com, that's where you can get it. [00:11:29] But yeah, I mean, this is the time. [00:11:32] And the fact that it went up to 111 on Amazon, all books, I'm just completely astonished. [00:11:39] And like it tells me that this issue, which was for the longest time relegated by CCP propaganda to the fringes, is now entering the mainstream. [00:11:47] And thank God for that. [00:11:50] Okay. [00:11:51] I don't want to give it away, but the New York Post has a blockbuster story. [00:11:58] A producer with even the major TV networks reached out to me because they watch War Room and said, Look, there's a couple of people that want to come on. [00:12:05] We're going to book all that. [00:12:06] I don't want to give it away, but it's going to detail how a big organ of the mainstream media has been suppressing information around these heroes, Lao Baijing, these Chinese heroes that have been trying to show the better aspects of Chinese people and Chinese culture. [00:12:23] The CCP can't have that. [00:12:24] They have to have everything has to emanate from them. [00:12:27] That's why this is such a dangerous difference. [00:12:30] This is why there's a difference between the CCP and the Chinese people and a difference between the CCP and the nation of China. [00:12:36] It's a murderous dictatorship that has wrought nothing but agony on Lao Baijing, the little guy, the common man in China. [00:12:45] We're going to get even more in that tomorrow. [00:12:47] Jan, one more time, where do they go for the book? [00:12:49] The book's at 201 now. [00:12:50] We're going to get it back up to 111. [00:12:52] And of course, the New York Times bestsellers will figure all that out this week. [00:12:57] But I want people to read this book and to think about it against a competitor. [00:13:02] You know, people say it's a peer competitor. [00:13:04] No, it's not a peer competitor. [00:13:06] It's a mortal enemy to the United States of America, to the citizens of the United States, to the citizens of China, to Lao Baijing, and to all humanity. [00:13:15] Don't believe me. [00:13:16] Read Kill to Order. [00:13:17] One more time. [00:13:17] Where did they go, Jan? [00:13:19] KilltoOrder.com. [00:13:22] And, you know, get it now if you can. [00:13:24] I mean, this is the time. [00:13:26] And I don't even know if these days, but very soon we'll know if we made it to the bigger bestseller list. [00:13:31] And if we do, man, that'll really blow this issue out of the water. [00:13:34] You know, look, thank you for your help in this. [00:13:36] But let me comment one thing about this story in the New York Post about Shen Yun. [00:13:42] This is incredibly important, okay? [00:13:44] Because this is the quintessential, the true American dream story. [00:13:48] Okay. [00:13:49] These are people, these are, as you say, Lao Baijing, okay, came over to America. [00:13:53] Okay. [00:13:54] They built a dance company that has eight troops, okay, over 20 years, right? [00:14:00] No external funding. [00:14:01] They built it with their own hands, sweat, tears. [00:14:04] They got people who are experts from Taiwan. [00:14:07] They managed to bring people from China who had managed to keep this traditional Chinese dance. [00:14:12] They created an orchestra and they trained thousands of young people. [00:14:17] And the CCP has been trying to destroy them. [00:14:20] And this itself would be an amazing American dream story, okay? [00:14:23] Except that the CCP has been trying to destroy them the whole time because their tagline is China before communism. [00:14:29] They explain to people why actually all the great things about China don't come from the CCP, which is the quintessential CCP propaganda. [00:14:36] And this is the reason the CCP hates them so much and has been trying to destroy them. [00:14:41] And as you've been saying, has been leveraging lawfare and leveraging some pretty prominent American media companies, I believe, at least. [00:14:49] I believe the evidence shows this against them. [00:14:52] So amazing story. [00:14:54] I look forward to seeing that bit on War Room tomorrow. [00:14:57] And again, this is like the best of America for me. [00:15:00] The opportunity created and people taking advantage of that and building the First Amendment, right? [00:15:07] Freedom of freedom of belief, freedom of speech, and freedom of conscience at the core, right? [00:15:13] This is what these people are living and this is what they transmit to millions of people every year. [00:15:18] Shen Yun, you know, actually is coming to just coming to New York. [00:15:21] And there's a film called Unbroken, which I've been invited to a premiere of next Tuesday in New York City. [00:15:28] And just kind of an unbelievable expose on this. [00:15:32] No, we're going to get it all teed up tomorrow. [00:15:35] Unbelievable. [00:15:36] Unbelievable people. [00:15:37] China before communism. [00:15:38] Remember that. [00:15:39] Jan, thank you so much, brother. [00:15:40] Appreciate you coming on. [00:15:42] Thanks so much. [00:15:43] Kill2order.com for those that didn't hear it yet. [00:15:48] We turned Jan into a marketing machine, the most self-effacing, nice guy in the world. [00:15:54] Humble book is amazing. [00:15:56] Mike Lindell, talk about humble, nice guy. [00:15:59] Mike, I've been thinking about you all day because we had this morning on the show, we had Mike Davis walking through this issue before the Supreme Court of mail-in ballots. [00:16:08] And then, of course, we played clips on it early in the five o'clock hour. [00:16:11] You have dedicated, you've turned to politics now because your beloved state of Minnesota is off the tracks and people realize that you're there giving up everything to get in this fight and they're coming after you hard, but you're giving as good as you got. [00:16:24] But for, I don't know, five years, you put it on the line. [00:16:27] They tried to destroy your company. [00:16:29] They tried to destroy you, try to put the company in bankruptcy. [00:16:32] And I kept saying, hey, this company employs so many people at good wages. [00:16:35] They don't care. [00:16:36] They try to shut down big box, everything. [00:16:38] Keith Ellison, you have a charity to try to use access to the word of the living Christ that people can use to get over their addictions. [00:16:47] And they're coming after you for that. [00:16:49] Why do they have to destroy Mike Lindell? [00:16:51] Because Mike Lindell stood in the breach when it mattered the most. [00:16:54] And I'm talking about in 2021 and 2022, those dark years when so many people fled the MAGA movement and so many people fled President Trump. [00:17:03] That's when Mike Lindell stood in the breach. [00:17:05] Lindell, you're a hero to people that watch this show. [00:17:09] And I want to hear about what's going on with you, particularly on the day when the Supreme Court heard it. [00:17:14] And the judge elita was so amazing. [00:17:17] A day is a day, a birthday, a holiday for the day, Labor Day, Memorial Day. [00:17:23] How about Election Day, Mike Lindell? === Breaking Through The Media (15:06) === [00:17:26] Well, thank you, Stephen. [00:17:28] And, you know, it's a tale of two candidates, or two candidates, too. [00:17:32] You look at Minnesota. [00:17:34] You know, Amy Klobuchar and I had a historical agreement back in 18 and 19 when we both said, hey, we got to get to paper ballots handcuffed. [00:17:42] And she was the biggest voice in the country. [00:17:44] But what I did then with all that election fraud, went out and spent everything I had, 70, 80 million dollars to secure our elections. [00:17:52] What Amy did, she went to the federal government and got about 25 billion and brought it into Minnesota only to let it be stoved through fraud. [00:18:02] And Steve, you know what they're doing to me right now? [00:18:04] I just looked it up here, Minnesota governor's race. [00:18:07] And they've got Amy Klobuchar came in, Tim Walsh dropped out. [00:18:11] But then they've got candidates that have already dropped out, Republican kids. [00:18:14] You can't even find me. [00:18:15] They're trying to suppress me running for governor, everybody. [00:18:19] It's a big game they play. [00:18:20] Let's just ignore Mike Lindell. [00:18:22] Well, we're going to, we've shifted our campaign now. [00:18:25] We're going to do rallies all across Minnesota. [00:18:28] I'm going to use President Trump's, what his model was. [00:18:31] We're going to break through the media. [00:18:33] And just like the last five years, we broke through the biggest cover-up or the biggest crime this country ever had, the world ever had. [00:18:40] They wanted to take our country without firing a shot. [00:18:43] So I'm very excited. [00:18:45] That we're going to take this route now. [00:18:47] And you're right. [00:18:48] We've all these attacks, Tim or Keith Ellison right now is still attacking my Lindale Recovery Network. [00:18:55] My pillow is still being attacked, but yet we're still standing by God's grace and all of you out there that have supported us. [00:19:02] And which brings up where we're at today, everybody. [00:19:06] We have two days left. [00:19:07] We moved everything. [00:19:08] My employees over six weeks moved everything into our new factory. [00:19:13] And we have two days left to get the product sold that is still in the old factory. [00:20:35] And with Neil, we're going to talk about the Save America. [00:20:38] Our president said today, no deals, not going to do a deal. [00:20:41] Looking to do a deal maybe in the Persian Gulf and Iran. [00:20:44] He ain't doing, he's not trading off. [00:20:46] And I think we've got verification. [00:20:48] The lines have disappeared. [00:20:50] Far be it from me to say because the ICE guys show up, maybe the lines got shorter. [00:20:55] Huh? [00:20:56] Huh? [00:20:57] But you also got this situation with the ICE agents there and things just moved along. [00:21:02] So Mark Elias, you're right. [00:21:04] I think it's perfect training for the fall of 2026. [00:21:06] Look what happened. [00:21:07] They'd moved everybody along. [00:21:08] People get there quick. [00:21:09] They vote quick. [00:21:10] Maybe every now and again, they pull somebody line. [00:21:12] Hey, yo, ID, got an ID? [00:21:15] ID? [00:21:16] Don't have an ID? [00:21:17] Can you step over here? [00:21:18] Can you step over here? [00:21:20] I know the mainstream media hates it, but that's what's going to happen because you know what? [00:21:23] We're not going to have any more elections stolen. [00:21:26] Not going to happen. [00:21:28] There's $100 billion of fees every year, Medicare. [00:21:32] For those at a certain age to use it or to be available to you, remember, this is not a social welfare program. [00:21:40] This is all about kind of what you paid in. [00:21:42] And this thing gets so complicated. [00:21:43] Everybody's got to use an advisor. [00:21:44] What most people don't know is the advisors are really paid for by the insurance company. [00:21:48] There's $100 billion of fees out there every year. [00:21:50] And a lot of the advisory business that kind of shift those fees to the insurance companies, the company named Chapter, you get a free consultation. [00:22:00] I think this one will change your life as far as your Medicare goes, because already we've gotten tremendous feedback from the Warren Posse. [00:22:07] The CEO came on in the first two days last week. [00:22:10] I think it was Thursday, Friday. [00:22:11] He came on Saturday after we launched this on Thursday. [00:22:14] He said that Warren Posse members had already saved hundreds of thousands of dollars. [00:22:18] And if you're in a Medicare plan and you're uncomfortable with it, you think you're paying a penalty or fee, they have a free consultation. [00:22:24] 845 War Room. [00:22:27] War, W-A-R-Room, R-O-O-M, 845-WAR ROOM. [00:22:33] Tell them you're part of the posse and get a free consultation. [00:22:36] Just unload to them everything about Medicare. [00:22:38] You can't give them too much information. [00:22:41] This company didn't come out of the healthcare industry. [00:22:43] It came out of the data industry. [00:22:44] So they have every, every, every, and I think there's tens of thousands of different perturbations on the program. [00:22:50] This, the reason it's so confusing, it's been put together over a long time and it's obsuffed, I think, so that the tie goes to the insurance companies. [00:22:59] That's what chapter is to break. [00:23:01] They actually represent you. [00:23:03] 845 War Room. [00:23:04] Just check it out today. [00:23:05] It's a free consultation. [00:23:07] You don't feel comfortable? [00:23:08] Obviously, move on. [00:23:09] But I think you're going to get some traction in here. [00:23:12] Warroom, 845 Warroom. [00:23:14] Call them right now. [00:23:15] Neil, Neil, you've hung around for us at the, we got Dr. Tucker when we come back, but I want to take a minute or two. [00:23:22] Save America, any kind of updates. [00:23:24] I know the president kind of, you know, had what we call in the Navy a come round with Thune last night. [00:23:29] Say, look, we're not cutting deals. [00:23:30] I don't want this thing to be kabuki theater. [00:23:32] I want it passed. [00:23:33] What do you got for us, sir? [00:23:37] Well, of course, over the weekend, one of the amendments was attempted, and that was the keeping men out of women's sports. [00:23:44] They couldn't get closer on that. [00:23:45] They got 49 votes. [00:23:48] Right now, the Senate is not on the Save America Act. [00:23:51] Right now, they're on the confirmations of Colin McDonald to be the Assistant Attorney General for fraud. [00:23:58] And you have Mark Wayne Mullen to be the new Secretary of Homeland Security. [00:24:03] Those votes are expected a little before 8 o'clock, Steve. [00:24:08] On over at the John Solomon Justin News, you did an interview earlier. [00:24:12] By the way, so we'll get up to, I'll get up on Getter later about what's happening on Save America. [00:24:17] You did an incredible interview. [00:24:18] I want to take a minute because I want, when I know I got permission, when John Solomon's played it, you've done an incredible interview with a young man in Colorado that really comes out and kind of makes the case of what's going on behind the scenes about Tina Peters. [00:24:33] I don't want to steal the thunder, Justin News. [00:24:36] They're going to play it, but just give me a minute on what you found out about the Tina Peters situation. [00:24:43] It's a very interesting dynamic inside Colorado. [00:24:46] You have Jared Paulis, who's termed out as governor, a Democrat who wants to be president of the United States. [00:24:53] And he must have made some kind of calculation or he had internal polling saying that Tina Peters and her situation is resonating with people around the country and is something he cannot defend. [00:25:05] And so he has basically sold out Colorado Democrats who want Tina Peters to die in jail. [00:25:13] And he is trying to navigate how to give her some form of clemency. [00:25:19] And basically, Scott Bottoms, who's a state rep, a pastor, he's running for governor of Colorado. [00:25:26] And he's saying, hey, he really believes that Paulus will find a way to spring her. [00:25:31] And maybe it has something to do with the Justice Department investigating some of the agencies in Colorado. [00:25:37] And maybe that will be part of the deal, Steve. [00:25:41] Neil, we're going to keep people up to date on RAV in War Room throughout the night on Save America Act. [00:25:47] President Trump said, Hey, Mike Lee's trying to get some legislation. [00:25:50] I don't want Kabuki Theater. [00:25:51] I want legislation. [00:25:53] John Thune, you're named the leader. [00:25:55] Act like a leader. [00:25:56] So there's a lot going on there. [00:25:57] Don't people don't despair if you thought maybe you didn't have the energy. [00:26:00] Mike Lee's fighting the good fight. [00:26:02] Where did they get you, Neil, throughout the night for your updates? [00:26:07] You can follow me at Reporter McCabe on all the socials, Steve. [00:26:13] Thank you, brother. [00:26:14] Appreciate you. [00:26:15] See you tomorrow. [00:26:17] You know McKay, Brian Glenn out with the president today. [00:26:20] That was an amazing event out there, wasn't it? [00:26:24] Very important with AI, hometitle.com. [00:26:27] This is pennies a day. [00:26:28] Don't take it from me. [00:26:29] Talk to Natalie Dominguezon team, hometitleoc.com, promo code Steve. [00:26:34] Keep it simple. [00:26:35] Two-week free trial, $1 million triple lock protection. [00:26:37] You learn everything, and it's free. [00:26:40] People want access to the war room posse, and they give you these special deals. [00:26:43] Take advantage of it. [00:26:44] Don't let, particularly with artificial intelligence and cyber, anybody get into your title and take out a hard money second loan where you got to pay it off with that interest. [00:26:53] Don't let it happen. [00:26:54] Bobby Kennedy, Make America Healthy Again. [00:26:57] Dr. Jeffrey Tucker is here to explain how the federal courts are trying to shut it all down. [00:27:03] next in the War Room. [00:27:13] Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance. [00:27:19] Okay. [00:27:21] Like I said, there are decades in which nothing happens, and there are weeks in which decades happen. [00:27:27] We're in another one of those weeks, folks. [00:27:29] And how many of you had, how many of those have you had in the war room as global turbulence? [00:27:36] And we'll make sure we'll make it all make sense to you. [00:27:38] I want to get at Dr. Jeffrey Tucker. [00:27:40] And here's the reason. [00:27:42] I got him for one. [00:27:42] And of course, he and the team of Brownstone are so brilliant. [00:27:46] They've actually broadened out my thinking on this. [00:27:50] Tucker was smart enough to realize, and this has happened in a couple of different areas that are core to MAGA. [00:27:56] Our coalition with Make America Healthy Again and all the great work that Bobby Kennedy has done. [00:28:01] Obviously, people realize, hey, what is up when the Roundup thing happened? [00:28:06] And then it seemed like Bobby was kind of put in a cage and you heard the leaks. [00:28:10] Oh, you know, he can't do anything for the midterms, the midterms, the midterms, the midterms. [00:28:14] When you hear that, that's all the corporatist lobbyists getting to certain people in the White House staff and on the political side. [00:28:21] It just is. [00:28:21] You saw that at that Capitol Hill meeting where they leaked to the press and they were talking about, you know, drug transparency. [00:28:28] I mean, issues that are important, but are not going to move any needle when it comes to the midterm elections, which are in the middle of a war, right? [00:28:34] Not just the one in Iran. [00:28:36] I'm talking about the one against the deep state and the people that did the pandemic and the vaccines, all of it. [00:28:43] And so Tucker was smart enough. [00:28:44] He went out and said, hey, look, I just don't believe this information. [00:28:47] I say, I don't believe it. [00:28:48] And so he went out and did a massive poll himself, right? [00:28:53] Did a massive poll himself. [00:28:54] And guess what? [00:28:54] It came back with, I don't know, two-thirds to 80% of the two-thirds to 75%, 80%, depending on the topic you pick, agree with, I don't know, the moms in the country that have now come to make up the Maha movement and be a coalition partner with MAGA, consistently, what Bobby Kennedy's fighting for. [00:29:12] And quite be brutally frank, what President Trump has taken the lead on so many times, including VACs. [00:29:17] And now we got judges making a decision. [00:29:19] We're in a big old battle over there. [00:29:22] And we got to have these guys back. [00:29:23] But then Jeffrey Tucker tells me over the week, he says he was going to come over the weekend, but we got so jammed with war news. [00:29:29] And he says, hey, this is kind of war news because what's happening here globally and what's happening, particularly in these energy markets, is starting to meet to have a feel like the great reset in the pandemic and COVID. [00:29:42] So Dr. Jeffrey Tucker, thank you. [00:29:44] Just give us your thoughts on what's going on and particularly as it ties together with our great coalition partner, Make America Healthy Again, because we cannot forget that. [00:29:53] Let me be blunt. [00:29:54] We cannot win unless Maha is an active part of our coalition. [00:29:58] That is the lesson of, quite frankly, 2022 midterm, right? [00:30:05] Where we took control of the House in the 2024 election, where President Trump won the greatest come from behind victory in the history of, I think, democracy. [00:30:15] And to just kind of schluff that off is people that are missing the signal for the noise. [00:30:21] Dr. Jeffrey Tucker, your thoughts on all this, sir. [00:30:24] We got two big blows to us delivered by industry in the form of court judgments last week. [00:30:31] The first one came out of Massachusetts. [00:30:33] It was the American Academy of Pediatrics, was the plaintiff in that case. [00:30:38] And the judge issued a preliminary injunction in which he said the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices has to be dismantled. [00:30:48] It's in effect illegal. [00:30:51] And all of its judgments, including thousands of hours of works by top medical scientists and data statisticians and really the best people in the business who are not conflicted by big pharma, have done wonderful work. [00:31:07] And the childhood schedule was dialed back by five shots and some other changes were coming. [00:31:12] Many shots were put on instead of recommended, which in effect means mandated, was changed the status to shared decision making. [00:31:21] So this is all going well. [00:31:23] RFK was playing according to the rules, right? [00:31:26] Doing exactly what the system sets up. [00:31:28] It was totally within his prerogative. [00:31:31] The American Academy of Pediatrics, which is backed by the eight largest pharmaceutical firms, sued in Massachusetts, of all places. [00:31:40] And this judge, Brian Murphy, issued a preliminary injunction to wipe it all out. [00:31:45] Just frankly said, ACIP is illegal. [00:31:48] It has to be disbanded. [00:31:50] And all of its decisions over the last year have to be reverted. [00:31:55] That was a devastating blow because this is a centerpiece of what RFK was doing. [00:32:00] It was really a stroke of genius, as I say, playing within the rules to apply genuine science in ways that could make America's children healthier, but then threatened the interest of the pharmaceutical industry. [00:32:14] So they went to the courts and the courts, these district judges, these rogue judges, one of them, in a venue they chose, decided to make ACIP illegal and thereby demoralizing and deleting the work of 12, 15 scientists that have been appointed to the ACIP committee. === CDC Compliance And Conflicts (06:55) === [00:32:33] So that's one thing. [00:32:35] We didn't even have a judgment in this case. [00:32:37] All we have is a preliminary injunction. [00:32:40] So it's going to be up to the Department of Justice to decide what to do. [00:32:44] Meanwhile, the CDC has had to comply. [00:32:47] So, Steve, what's happened now is the CDC has reverted back the schedule to what it was two years ago. [00:32:56] And Pharma is celebrating this as they did this morning in the New York Times, including that strange Satanist allied doctor who resigned from the CTC is quoted all over the New York Times saying, this is just great. [00:33:12] This is a major blow to RFK. [00:33:14] So that's one. [00:33:16] That's out of Massachusetts. [00:33:18] The second federal court decision, or it was a ruling from the bench. [00:33:23] So not even, it was just some guy talking from the bench, if you can believe it, right? [00:33:28] Not even a decision, not even a judgment, not even an opinion argued, just yammering blah, blah, blah from the bench, said that RFK's changes to HHS policy concerning gender child transitions or what's also called mutilation have to be reverted. [00:33:49] And the plaintiff of that case was Blue States, and they got their way and have now overriding another major piece of the agenda that RFK put in over the last year to the cheers of the multitudes of people. [00:34:07] So we've got now two rogue justices overriding democracy, the will of the voters, Trump's wishes, stated wishes in a press conference, and his appointee and the appointee scientists. [00:34:22] So this is judicial despotism of the most extreme and brazen sort. [00:34:31] I'll stop there. [00:34:33] No, hang on, Harry, but I want to drill down and hang over a second. [00:34:36] This, folks, as you remember, we had Tuberville. [00:34:39] Senator Tuberville on Friday was so proud, or maybe Thursday, so proud of on Saturday afternoon, as they had this massive debate on Save America. [00:34:47] They were going to add what President Trump's had to be added, no men in women's sports. [00:34:51] And then on Sunday, they were supposed to do the transgender mutilation. [00:34:57] Tuberville, they got blown out on Saturday, not even close to that. [00:35:00] I think it was 53, 47. [00:35:02] I'm not even sure they even got to the thing yesterday, but they told me in advance, Blue States, you're not going to move this. [00:35:09] Back to the panel. [00:35:11] I just want to go back and make sure everybody understands this. [00:35:14] In Bobby Kennedy's confirmation, which this audience was the primary factor in making sure it got approved, because you guys went to the ramparts and said, we have to approve Bobby Kennedy. [00:35:25] In there, they grilled him about this vaccine schedule. [00:35:27] Bobby Kennedy colored inside the lines. [00:35:30] Everything was done methodically. [00:35:32] In fact, of the ones that are scheduled, I think there were only five taken off with overwhelming evidence. [00:35:39] Of course, big pharma in the blue states on both of these, on both the setting up the panel and doing it the right way, and on the transgender mutilation. [00:35:49] What they had to do to run to court, Dr. Tucker, is to prove that, and the courts had to step in here that if you play by the rules, you color inside the lines, you actually do the will of the people because these were major campaign issues for the Maha folks and for MAGA. [00:36:06] And that's one of the reasons Trump won that they'll refute it. [00:36:09] They'll go to these rogue judges, but and they have the power of the best law firms in the country, the best research in the country. [00:36:16] And of course, the media, as you see in the New York Times, they cheering them on. [00:36:20] Correct, sir. [00:36:21] That is everything you said is exactly correct. [00:36:24] But what happened when RFK came to HHS is that he examined the system and how it came to be. [00:36:30] And everybody pointed to this advisory committee on immunization practices, which has been around for decades. [00:36:36] It's mostly just rubber-stamped, whatever pharma puts in front of them. [00:36:40] Actually, whatever pharma puts in front of the CDC, the CDC puts it in front of this committee. [00:36:46] And the committee sleeps through the meetings. [00:36:48] They wake up at the very end, shaking off hangovers and take votes. [00:36:53] And it's always been unanimous. [00:36:55] Every new shot gets approved. [00:36:57] Well, RFK looked at who was on the committee and found obvious stated and many unstated conflicts of interest. [00:37:05] Direct payments to these guys from pharmaceutical companies, ownership of patents and the drugs on which they're voting. [00:37:13] I mean, this is a brazen plot. [00:37:16] I mean, it was so outrageous that it struck RFK that, well, why? [00:37:23] I'm here to root out corruption. [00:37:25] How can this committee possibly survive? [00:37:28] Is it within my power to fire them all? [00:37:30] And the answer came back: yes, it is. [00:37:32] It's up to you. [00:37:32] So he did. [00:37:33] He fired the whole committee and then went on a nationwide hunt to find actual experts in vaccines and medical science and data science and all these areas. [00:37:44] People who have written and studied this issue very carefully. [00:37:49] Many high-level professors and places like Brown and Tufts and many other places put them on the committee provided they had no conflicts of interest. [00:37:59] So this was not an easy thing to find in this world. [00:38:02] As you can imagine, Steve, finding people who are experts on immunization practices that weren't paid by pharma. [00:38:09] It's definitely the exception, not the rule. [00:38:11] But he populated the committee and they've been meeting for an entire year and they've been gradually dialing back the childhood schedule, which has exploded beyond belief since the 1986 indemnification of the industry. [00:38:24] So they've been doing everything exactly according to the rules, working very hard, very earnestly, very sweetly, and with great precision to look at the data to find the data, which is a trick in itself, and come together in public meetings. [00:38:40] We've all watched them. [00:38:41] And it's been very scrupulous and wonderful to behold. [00:38:44] It seems like, isn't this the way reform is supposed to happen? [00:38:48] You vote for leaders, the leaders appoint appointees, they play by the rules, try to eliminate the conflicts, change the system. [00:38:57] So the system was being changed just slightly on the margin, but in a way that looked like progress to me and to many people. [00:39:05] So it was, and this next week, actually, when I say this next week, I mean, it's this week, the ACIP committee was going to address vaccine industry, injury, vaccine injury for the first time in the history of ACIP. [00:39:21] They're going to examine injury. [00:39:23] Okay. [00:39:24] That was on the docket. [00:39:26] And the documents had all been prepared. === Defense Industry Runs The Deal (06:31) === [00:39:28] The testimonies have been written. [00:39:30] And it just so happens that a matter of days before this committee could meet, a federal leader. [00:39:35] There's no coincidences. [00:39:38] Yeah. [00:39:38] On behalf of the American Academy of Pediatrics. [00:39:44] I wanted to have you also on the war and other things, but I'm going to get you back on this because I want to tell a story that I don't think I've really told all of it. [00:39:51] And I don't have time to tell all, but about what Bobby Kennedy's up against. [00:39:55] And like you said, they're getting vaccine industries and you get this ruling. [00:39:59] There are no coincidences, folks. [00:40:00] This whole thing's rigged. [00:40:01] It's 100% rigged because Bobby Kennedy is going up against the power of big pharma, the big pharma distribution companies. [00:40:08] This is why we have All Family Pharmacy now as a sponsor. [00:40:11] He's going up against the food processors. [00:40:14] He's going up against Big Ag. [00:40:16] He's fighting. [00:40:17] I mean, it's almost like it's worse than the defense industry and almost big tech. [00:40:21] Let's go back to 2016 when President Trump first won. [00:40:25] We had that meeting with Bobby Kennedy. [00:40:27] And of course, the whole world, you know, when Bobby Kennedy went down, he said he met with President-elect Trump, the whole world melted down. [00:40:35] And we were working on getting a meeting with Dr. Francis Collins, who kind of ran the deal, right? [00:40:40] I think it was NIH, and he was the guy. [00:40:42] Fauci was a Grundoon compared to him. [00:40:43] This guy ran it. [00:40:45] And I remember in setting, because I was kind of running that aspect of it up in Trump Tower. [00:40:50] I was told by a person point blank. [00:40:53] He says, I'm not so sure you could get Collins to come up for a meeting. [00:40:56] I go, excuse me. [00:40:57] He says, yeah, I don't think Collins will be coming to, I don't think he will come see Trump. [00:41:02] And I go, it's not Trump. [00:41:04] It's the president-elect of the United States he's coming to see. [00:41:06] And he goes, yeah, you don't understand. [00:41:08] He says, this guy, he says, this system is set up that they've taken all this money and they've put it in every congressional district, gets a taste, gets their beak wet on some sort of research at a university. [00:41:18] He says, this guy's bulletproof. [00:41:21] He says, there's nobody going to move on Collins and nobody going to move out Collins. [00:41:25] And what Collins says is what goes. [00:41:26] And I said, are you kidding me? [00:41:28] And they go, no, you got to understand the reality here. [00:41:30] He's the man. [00:41:31] You guys are just passing through like all the elected officials just passed through. [00:41:35] You're just here for a while. [00:41:36] They're permanent and they run the deal. [00:41:38] And now it took a little negotiation, but he came up and saw President Trump. [00:41:43] But when he came in there, it was like, I'm going to give you a little bit of information. [00:41:48] You seem like a nice guy. [00:41:49] Glad you won. [00:41:50] Hope you have a good time. [00:41:52] Is my train? [00:41:53] I'm going to go get my train again. [00:41:55] It was not like, tell me what your ideas are about this, Mr. President-elect. [00:41:59] We're here to, you know, we're here as faithful public servants. [00:42:03] He was like an emperor of this whole thing. [00:42:05] And I understood. [00:42:06] And they said, listen, no congressman is going to go against this guy because he's giving them money in their districts, each one, all 535 and the 435 and throwing 100 senators. [00:42:17] He spread money all around. [00:42:18] These guys, until Bobby Kennedy came on the scene under President Trump's second time, because the first time we didn't lay a glove on him, it was Bobby Kennedy that went to slay dragons and he did it, Dr. Tucker, in a very specific, smart way. [00:42:34] And they realized we got a problem here. [00:42:37] Let's get the best lawyers. [00:42:38] Let's pick a, let's go jub shopping. [00:42:40] Let's get one of these super progressive judges and we got to shut this crap down and we got to shut it down now. [00:42:45] Is that not the story here, sir? [00:42:48] Your story, sense, is so realistic in every way in which you told it. [00:42:54] The industry is a hegemon of unprecedented extent. [00:42:58] We've never seen anything like it in the modern age. [00:43:00] Maybe the defense industry comparison. [00:43:02] I'm not even sure about that because the pharmaceutical companies they own the media, the universities, the journals, the professional associations, it's everything. [00:43:13] They have an unbelievable amount of power. [00:43:16] And RFK is just this David against this Goliath, you know, and doing his best. [00:43:23] Not only that, RFK has the backing of Trump in all respects. [00:43:30] This is my point. [00:43:32] The president of the United States won the greatest comeback. [00:43:34] And he said, this time I'm going to take care of it. [00:43:36] You get a hammer like Bobby Kennedy. [00:43:38] And remember in the Roosevelt room, President Trump, I'm sitting here doing live coverage. [00:43:42] And I go, wow, I thought it was going to give Bobby Kennedy cover. [00:43:45] He's ahead of Bobby Kennedy. [00:43:47] He was bringing those people up. [00:43:48] He says, let me have another story. [00:43:49] Come up here. [00:43:50] I said, President Trump, this thing cuts to the core of his deep lift system. [00:43:55] And guess what? [00:43:56] The opposition doesn't care. [00:43:57] They don't care. [00:43:58] They go, hey, we don't care what Trump thinks. [00:44:00] We don't care what the president feels. [00:44:01] We're big pharma and you're not. [00:44:03] And we're going to roll hard because we own the media. [00:44:06] We don't care about Congress. [00:44:07] We don't care about the House, the Senate. [00:44:08] We don't care about the people, the votes, the elections. [00:44:11] None of it matters, right? [00:44:12] They make America healthy again. [00:44:15] Make America healthy again. [00:44:16] Hey, you ladies out there, the Children's Health Defense Fund suck on this. [00:44:20] We're in charge. [00:44:21] You're not. [00:44:22] You're just some sort of rebel faction. [00:44:25] Let me run something by those. [00:44:27] So what do we got? [00:44:29] Something that occurs to me about these two cases, right? [00:44:32] Because the Oregon case is also a pharma case. [00:44:34] We've got to remember. [00:44:35] Because child gender transitions or whatever means a lifetime of sales funnel for big pharma. [00:44:43] That's what it means. [00:44:44] And that's why they favor it. [00:44:45] That's why the American Academy of Pediatrics has been pushing mutilation since 2018 consistently and keep renewing their push. [00:44:54] It's a pharma scam. [00:44:55] But here's what I'm thinking, Stephen. [00:44:57] Tell me, let me check this comment against your intuitions. [00:45:00] To resort to these kind of brutal methods of extreme, undemocratic, unjustifiable, preposterous ruling from a bench, emergency injunctions, these kinds of things. [00:45:14] These strike me as maybe acts of desperation. [00:45:17] Like we've got to hold on. [00:45:20] This is the only tool that we have left in our toolbox are these ridiculous federal judges. [00:45:28] That's what it feels like to me. [00:45:30] I think they would rather do anything else. [00:45:33] They'd like to pay off the ASEP members, get a toady in as HHS secretariat, NIH. [00:45:39] They'd rather work in a sort of surreptitious way, not this public way with sledgehammers. [00:45:46] So I'm wondering if maybe this is a case in some sense for optimism that they are on the run and now they're resorting to extreme uses of power just to hang on to whatever they have. === End Of The Dollar Empire (02:08) === [00:46:00] I'm going to bother you to track after the show.
