Bannon's War Room - Episode 5223: Battle Over The SAVE ACT Begins Cont. Aired: 2026-03-17 Duration: 51:55 === Primal Scream of Dying Regime (02:39) === [00:00:02] This is the primal scream of a dying regime. [00:00:07] Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people. [00:00:12] Here's not got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people. [00:00:16] The people have had a belly full of it. [00:00:18] I know you don't like hearing that. [00:00:20] I know you're trying to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. [00:00:22] It's going to happen. [00:00:24] And where do people like that go to share the big line? [00:00:27] MAGA Media. [00:00:28] I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience. [00:00:34] Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? [00:00:38] If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved. [00:00:44] War Room. [00:00:45] Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon. [00:00:52] It's St. Patrick's Day, Tuesday, 17 March, Year of Ruler, 2026. [00:00:57] The Irish Prime Minister's heading to the White House. [00:01:00] There's an explosive debate that's kicked off on historic, could be historic, on the Senate floor on the Save America Act. [00:01:09] I'm going to get to Neil McCabe at the White House. [00:01:10] Jenny Beth Martin is still with us. [00:01:12] We're going to go back to the floor. [00:01:13] Looks like there are going to be some votes on this at 11.30. [00:01:16] Weather's holding stuff up. [00:01:18] John Solomon, in the first of many exclusives, is breaking massive news about the Chinese Communist Party's involvement in the 2020 election to thwart President Trump. [00:01:30] Ties in with the pandemic votes, as you know. [00:01:34] Also, Joe Kent, one of the really great guys around, explosive resignation letter early this morning on resigning as head of the National Counterterrorism Center under Tulsi Gabbard. [00:01:48] We'll try to get to that this morning. [00:01:50] Also, if not, we're going to break out plenty of time this afternoon to talk about that because that is explosive. [00:01:55] His reason for resigning is already starting to explode across the political landscape of Washington, D.C. Let's go to Neil McCabe at the White House. [00:02:04] Neil, walk me through processes. [00:02:06] There's going to be some votes at 11:30. [00:02:08] Just walk through how the audience can anticipate what is happening here. [00:02:18] Yeah, Steve, with this live streaming from the floor, you're going to see a lot of exposure to Senate rules. [00:02:25] For example, the call for a quorum, they read off one name. [00:02:29] The Senate rules say you can only be debating or voting on the Senate floor, but a quorum call is a vote. [00:02:35] Hang on, let's go right to Grassley. [00:02:38] Policies of this legislation. === Voter ID and Public Trust (08:16) === [00:02:42] Number one, only U.S. citizens are eligible to vote in our elections. [00:02:50] So this bill simply requires Americans to show proof of citizenship when they register to vote. [00:02:59] Number two, it requires a photo ID when voting. [00:03:05] This helps ensure the person who is registered to vote in that election is the person who is actually casting that ballot. [00:03:18] The Save America Act would give voters peace of mind that federal elections are conducted fair and square. [00:03:30] It would give voters peace of mind that their vote isn't diluted by people not eligible to vote. [00:03:41] I'm co-sponsor of Save Act and the Save America Act. [00:03:48] I support free, transparent, and accurate elections. [00:03:55] Every American deserves absolute confidence. [00:03:59] There's no funny business distorting election outcomes. [00:04:06] Let me tell you about the track record in my home state of Iowa. [00:04:13] Voter ID laws in my state have been successful and well received since passage in 2017. [00:04:24] Iowa voters turnout increased in the 2018 midterm elections and turnout has continued to remain very strong. [00:04:39] So the proof is in the pudding. [00:04:43] Iowa's track record demonstrates voter ID improves integrity and security of our elections, also enhancing voter turnout and also boosting public confidence in the outcome of elections. [00:05:04] Nearly a century ago, a Supreme Court justice said that states are the laboratories of democracy. [00:05:17] Guess what? [00:05:19] Iowa has shown voter ID laws work. [00:05:24] They don't impede voter turnout. [00:05:28] As Iowa has shown, voter ID boosts public trust. [00:05:36] In fact, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures, 36 states have voter ID. [00:05:46] Their laws on the books require voter ID. [00:05:52] This bill would apply a minimum federal standard, much like other federal voting laws. [00:06:02] Partisan critics of this common sense bill are misleading the public with bad information. [00:06:12] This bill would not make it harder to vote. [00:06:16] Americans ought to be insulted by arguments being made on the other side of the aisle. [00:06:24] I'm confident Americans are capable of bringing a photo ID with them to vote. [00:06:30] That happens to be no different than when they drive, when they open a bank account, when they board an airplane, when they buy cold medicine, or sign up for government benefits. [00:06:51] These are all examples of people showing ID. [00:06:56] Another argument claims it's unfair to require people to provide proof of citizenship to register to vote. [00:07:08] That's even more revealing, coming from the other side, because it makes the Biden administration's open border policy even more alarming. [00:07:22] After President Biden allowed more than 12 million people to illegally enter our country, protecting the right to vote for American citizens is top of mind to the millions of law-abiding citizens throughout America. [00:07:42] Because of the influx in illegal immigrants streaming into our country during Biden's border crisis, it's not surprising Americans want to prevent voter fraud and ensure every ballot is legitimate. [00:08:01] The bill gives voters five different ways to show proof of citizenship and to give citizen, the states and citizens and states the flexibility to create other pathways to show proof of citizenship. [00:08:20] For example, for those whose current name doesn't match their birth certificate, they can provide a marriage certificate or other name change verifications. [00:08:33] I've been honored to serve in my elective office for many decades. [00:08:38] I've worked hard to earn every vote at the ballot box. [00:08:45] Public trust in elective office holders requires public trust in our elections. [00:08:54] Voting rights have a long history in America's march to a more perfect union. [00:09:02] They're enhanced by the 15th Amendment to the Federal Constitution, by the 19th Amendment to the Federal Constitution. [00:09:10] My mother was one of the very first women to cast a ballot after ratification of the 19th Amendment, and I've shown proof of that with placards here on the floor of the United States Senate in a speech that shows her picture in the Des Moines Register newspaper and the Waterloo Courier newspapers. [00:09:36] The Save American Act doesn't infringe on these hard-fought voting rights. [00:09:42] It would preserve the integrity of every vote cast in a federal election. [00:09:50] Election integrity is sacred to our system of self-government. [00:09:57] Losing public trust in the outcome of elections would be a death knell for our fragile American experiment, even though it's 250 years long. [00:10:11] For our nation's 250th birthday, the Save American Act is a gift to current and future generations to strengthen our system of self-government. [00:10:26] This brings me to more common sense policies included in the bill, as well as the voting issues. [00:10:35] Like many Americans, I'm alarmed by the prevalence of gender mutilation surgeries being performed on minors. [00:10:45] Protecting children makes our society stronger. [00:10:50] Irreversible damage from gender reassignment surgery should not be conducted on kids. === Senate Turbulence and March Madness (04:01) === [00:10:59] This bill would put an end to this reckless practice on American children. [00:11:04] The Save American Act would make this policy the law of the land. [00:11:10] This very week, on another issue in the bill, America is in the thick of March madness, filling out brackets, watching buzzer beaters, and cheering on Cinderella contenders is a rite of passage during the month of March. [00:11:33] I'm thrilled to cheer on our Iowa teams in the NCAA tournament, including two women's teams, the Iowa Hawkeyes and Iowa State Cyclones, as well as three teams, the Hawkeyes, the Cyclones, and my alma mater, the University of Northern Iowa. [00:11:54] Earlier this month, the Iowa High School Basketball Tournament brought the best. [00:12:01] Let's go back. [00:12:02] Do we have Neil still up at the White House? [00:12:03] Neil, we can expect, I take it, votes coming at the bottom of the hour. [00:12:09] Can you walk us through that? [00:12:12] Right, Steve. [00:12:13] The Senate rules say that you are either voting or debating. [00:12:16] And what they'll do is when they need a gap, they'll do a roll call, like a quorum call, where it's untimed and they just read one name until whoever owns the floor takes it over again. [00:12:28] At 11:30, they're scheduled to vote on a nomination, but that's really just a roll call to see who's here to make sure they have 51. [00:12:37] Once they have 51, they can take up the bill, and then the debate starts, Steve. [00:12:44] They can get on the bill. [00:12:45] Part of this is travel. [00:12:47] Quick update. [00:12:48] Do we understand the timing? [00:12:50] Walk me through the timing of the Irish Prime Minister. [00:12:54] Yeah, that's going to be in the next half hour or so. [00:12:58] And they've already called a gather for reporters and photographers lining up behind me. [00:13:06] Okay, fantastic. [00:13:06] So that'll probably be at the bottom of the hour, too. [00:13:08] There's no doubt the president, they always have the media in for that because it's St. Patrick's Day, but I'm sure the President's going to address questions from the media. [00:13:19] I tell you what, we're going to do. [00:13:20] We'll take a short commercial break here, trying to get as many in as possible. [00:13:27] Action on the floor, although the debate has kind of started, it really will start when they have 51 and they're able to roll. [00:13:34] Jenny Beth Martin is riding shotgun with us this morning. [00:13:37] Cleeda is going to be with us this afternoon. [00:13:39] Real America's Voice is going to be covering this throughout the day, you know, show by show by show, as the hosts go in and out of it. [00:13:47] But we'll be live streaming all of it. [00:13:49] So you can see all of it as history is being made. [00:13:53] We still have not ascertained whether this is just performative. [00:13:57] We're just going to take a couple of days of votes and say 51, and we can't do the standing filibuster. [00:14:02] And so we tried, you know, we tried to do it, but we couldn't do it. [00:14:08] Or are we actually going to get it done? [00:14:12] Times of turbulence, a lot's going on in the Gulf. [00:14:15] A lot is going on in the general war. [00:14:18] Dr. Thayer's here to update us if we can fit him in between floor action and action over at the White House. [00:14:24] It's so much to cover, but we will figure it out here in the war room. [00:14:28] We can't get this morning. [00:14:29] We'll get to it this afternoon. [00:14:31] One thing you've got to get to, though, is Birch Gold. [00:14:33] Talk to Philip Patrick in the team. [00:14:35] Birch Gold, end of the dollar empire. [00:14:38] Go check it out today. [00:14:39] It's not the price of gold. [00:14:40] It's the process of what drives the value, particularly in times like this. [00:14:45] When you have all this turbulence and geopolitical risk, like the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf and the Red Sea and Suez Canal, our allies led by Italy telling us, nah, we can't do it. [00:14:56] Check it out today. === Geopolitical Risks and Legislative Deals (15:28) === [00:15:00] The only difference is that this time, MAGA Republicans know they're in trouble politically. [00:15:06] So now they're suddenly saying the system's compromised and broken and it needs to be changed. [00:15:11] It's all lies, all lies. [00:15:14] And they want to drag down the entire Senate for who knows how long in a vain attempt to pass this bill. [00:15:22] Let's be clear. [00:15:24] Senate Democrats will never allow the SAVE Act to pass this chamber. [00:15:29] They should, If a small band of MAGA senators wants to drag this out on the Senate floor, keep us here through the night, through days or longer while stalling all other important business, they can try. [00:15:42] It will not work. [00:15:44] MAGA Republicans, Senate Democrats will hold the line as long as necessary, because with this bill, democracy is at stake. [00:15:54] And I want to be very clear. [00:15:56] The SAVE Act is not about voter identification. [00:16:00] It's about voter suppression. [00:16:02] Under the SAVE Act, every single state would be required to share its voter roles with the Department of Homeland Security, something even many Republican states do not want to do. [00:16:13] Those roles would be reviewed by a system designed by none other than Elon Musk and his Doge using an algorithm that has already been shown to be deeply flawed. [00:16:24] Millions will be kicked off the rolls for no reason. [00:16:30] This means American citizens, many millions, would be booted off the rolls wrongly. [00:16:35] And if you're kicked off the rolls, you may never be told. [00:16:38] There's no requirement to let you know. [00:16:41] Then when you show up on Election Day ready to vote and a poll worker tells you, sorry, you're not registered, you're not in the system, what do you do? [00:16:50] You can't re-register that day, especially with the onerous requirements for registration in the SAVE Act. [00:16:58] And it's not just, as I said, it's not just as simple as re-registering. [00:17:02] Under the bill, Americans would have to run through an obstacle course of red tape unlike anything we have ever seen in voter registration. [00:17:09] A driver's license would no longer be enough. [00:17:12] A military ID would no longer be enough. [00:17:15] You would need something like a passport, which most Americans do not have, or a birth certificate, which many Americans cannot easily find. [00:17:24] And if you cannot produce these documents, you could be out of luck, even if you're an American citizen with every right to vote. [00:17:31] That is almost certainly the majority, the vast majority, of who would be thrown off the rolls. [00:17:39] Meanwhile, say goodbye to some of the safest, most convenient, and most effective ways to register to vote. [00:17:46] No more registering online, no more registering at churches, no more registering at college campuses, no more registering at the DMV. [00:17:55] No more registering by mail. [00:17:57] No more vote by mail. [00:17:59] Many red states love votes by mail, and yet MAGA radicals want to eliminate it almost entirely. [00:18:06] I ask my Republican colleagues, how does it protect our elections to stop people from registering at a church or at the DMV? [00:18:16] How does it make our democracy safer to tell seniors, people with disabilities, or working Americans they cannot register online and must find their way to an election office, something only a fraction of Americans do today, 5.9 percent to be more precise. [00:18:32] How does getting rid of vote by mail, something red states do, something blue states do, strengthen democracy? [00:18:38] The answer is it does not. [00:18:41] The SAVE Act is not about election integrity. [00:18:45] It is about voter suppression, plain and simple. [00:18:49] MAGA Republicans would rather take democracy down than back away from their own right-wing extreme policies that have killed jobs, started wars, exploited working people to benefit the ultra-rich. [00:19:04] Senate Democrats will not let them succeed. [00:19:08] I tell my Republican colleagues, hear me. [00:19:11] We will hold the line for as long as it takes. [00:19:14] Iran, each day brings more evidence that Donald Trump has no idea what he's doing in Iran. [00:19:20] Yesterday, the President effectively admitted his administration badly miscalculated Iran's responses to his attacks. [00:19:28] As he put it, they hit Saudi Arabia, Gutter, the UAE, and Nakuwa. [00:19:33] It's hard. [00:19:33] It's hard to listen to Schumer at all, but we must listen to him on the SAVE Act because this is where the debate is going to be. [00:19:40] You see the nonsense he's spewing out on that. [00:19:42] Jenny Beth Martin. [00:19:43] And Jenny Beth, there is going to be, we know the Democrats are going to try to come out and trash this. [00:19:50] You've set up an action center over at your Tea Party Patriots to make sure people have the information to be able to counter that. [00:19:56] I want to get to that in a second. [00:19:58] Because folks, you see what Schumer, you see the lines have already been drawn. [00:20:02] You see how Schumer, they're going to lie about everything that they always lie about the 2020 election and voter fraud because it's part of that. [00:20:10] This is why they fight us on mass deportations. [00:20:13] They want 15, 20, 25 million illegal aliens here on Biden's watch. [00:20:18] That's their business model. [00:20:20] We're now down to the heart of the heart of the issue. [00:20:24] Jenny Beth, anything else, and people should know that a little bit of this is being, they got a plan, they got a framework, but a little bit of this is uncharted territory because the ultimate goal, Jenny Beth, is to get a bill that has a Save America, all the aspects of the voter integrity, plus the additions President Trump wants to make. [00:20:48] And we now know that's going to be in this Senate bill. [00:20:52] So we'll have to go back to the House anyway. [00:20:55] Just talk to me about what we know so far about process. [00:20:59] Okay, let me talk about the process. [00:21:00] And I think that there are people in your audience who are probably skeptical of this process and they don't trust it. [00:21:06] And I understand that because we are conditioned because of the actions of the leadership and the establishment for so long, we are conditioned not to trust them. [00:21:18] And I think you always have to trust and verify. [00:21:21] So people don't worry. [00:21:22] I haven't lost my mind when I earlier was saying that I appreciate what Thun has done. [00:21:28] But we also have to understand, if we want this bill to pass into law, it has to move through the Senate. [00:21:35] And that means Thune has to do something. [00:21:38] And when he does what we're asking, I think he deserves the credit for doing that. [00:21:43] It doesn't mean we don't keep an eye on it, but that's what's happening. [00:21:47] So right now, they're just basically filling time and they're giving some speeches and people are flying into D.C. and both sides, Republicans and Democrats, are behind the scenes counting how many senators are in so they know how many people are present to vote. [00:22:04] And that's part of what's going on. [00:22:06] At some point, it should be later today. [00:22:08] It could be tomorrow, but it should be today. [00:22:11] Senator Thune is going to proceed to begin. [00:22:16] And the language that he, oh, I had that up. [00:22:21] He's going to use is that he's going to say that there is a motion to lay before the Senate a message from the House. [00:22:29] That's when we know he's actually beginning this process. [00:22:33] But in that same breath, in that same paragraph, he's also going to talk about, and I have to look at my notes because I'm not a Senate expert. [00:22:41] He's going to talk about a motion to amend and a motion to concur and a motion to refer to committee, a motion to instruct the said committee, a motion to refer, to instruct the referral of the committee. [00:22:55] I don't know. [00:22:56] It gets a little bit complicated, but there are going to be a whole bunch of motions all tied to this underlying bill that is the Save America Act. [00:23:04] The one right after the bill for the Save America Act is an amendment that replaces what's in the existing Save America Act with the new language that President Trump wants. [00:23:17] So it'll be saving American voters, saving American sports, and saving American children. [00:23:24] Then it's a bunch of other motions. [00:23:26] Now, the way this was explained to me is to think of it this way. [00:23:30] Imagine those old cartoons where a cartoon character is falling off of a building. [00:23:36] And there are a bunch of people who are holding sheets out to try to break his fall. [00:23:40] And he hits the first sheet and he plows right through it. [00:23:43] And he hits the second one and he plows through it. [00:23:45] And he keeps going. [00:23:46] And finally, at the very bottom, the sheet holds. [00:23:49] It breaks his fall and he doesn't get hurt. [00:23:52] All those other motions are like the sheets and the fall. [00:23:57] And so they are all there designed to protect the underlying motion, which is the amendment that we want that is the Save America Act with President Trump's changes to it. [00:24:09] And there will be cloture votes along the way on those different motions. [00:24:14] And we have to be prepared for that. [00:24:16] It doesn't mean that when those cloture votes are happening, that the world is ending. [00:24:21] It's just part of the process to eventually get us to the point where we can have cloture on the final bill. [00:24:29] Now, between the final bill and when that first, the guy starts falling and starts to begin to hit the sheets, we have a lot of work to do. [00:24:38] Our work is to remind the Senate what it means to legislate because they are used to just bringing a bill forward, knowing they have all the votes, or just doing a perfunctory show vote, and that is it. [00:24:50] What we are asking them to do is to actually go legislate, make deals if you have to with Democrats and get us what we want. [00:24:59] Now, whether that will happen or not is still to be seen. [00:25:03] I don't know if that will happen or not, but that's part of that process in there. [00:25:08] That's why I keep saying you have to call the Democrats. [00:25:11] The Democrats have to feel the pressure on this bill because at the end of the day, I think there are two ways for this to end. [00:25:20] It either ends through exhausting time and all of the possible debate, or it ends through a cloture vote to end the debate. [00:25:29] And so we're trying to figure out a way to get it to a point. [00:25:32] And I guess there's a third way, and it could just be that they table the whole thing. [00:25:36] If they table the whole thing, it kills it and it goes away. [00:25:40] So we don't want that to happen. [00:25:42] So that's kind of the process and the way it's been explained to me. [00:25:47] Yeah. [00:25:48] Jenny Beth, and we're going to get more details as we go throughout the day. [00:25:52] Where do people, the call to action, where they go for your action? [00:25:55] You're going to stick with me. [00:25:56] Where do they go for your action center? [00:25:58] Where do folks go? [00:25:58] You can go to one of two places. [00:26:00] Save. [00:26:01] I'm sorry. [00:26:02] Pass the saveamericaact.com. [00:26:05] Pass the saveamericaact.com or teapartypatriots.org, teapartypatriots.org. [00:26:13] And it's really important. [00:26:14] One of our action items today, in addition to calling the Democrats, we are posting the lies and the myths the Democrats are talking about and rebuttals to them. [00:26:23] It's really important for people to start getting those rebuttals down and putting them out there in social media because the Democrats are just going to lie about what the bill is. [00:26:35] Terrific. [00:26:35] Stick around. [00:26:37] It's in action right now. [00:26:40] Other things are going to happen on the Senate floor. [00:26:42] We're going to be following all of it. [00:26:43] The Irish Prime Minister is supposed to be arriving to the White House. [00:26:46] President Trump's going to have a byland. [00:26:48] I'm sure he's going to make a few statements, take questions from reporters. [00:26:52] A lot going on in the war. [00:26:54] We're packed. [00:26:54] What we don't get to this morning, we're going to get to this afternoon. [00:26:57] We're also going to be live streaming all the action on the Senate floor as you're taking part in history one more time. [00:27:05] Short commercial break. [00:27:06] back in the warm in a moment. [00:27:19] Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon. [00:27:25] Okay, let's go to the White House. [00:27:26] Neil McCabe has some observations of what Jenny Beth was just talking about. [00:27:30] Neil, what do you got for us? [00:27:34] First of all, what Jenny was talking about with those amendments is called filling the amendment tree, and that blocks Democrats from entering their own amendments because the tree is now full. [00:27:44] I want to say that John Barrasso is absolutely passionate about getting this done, and he is the whip. [00:27:50] He's the number two to Thune. [00:27:52] So I would watch for him and Mike Lee to really drive this bus. [00:27:55] And the third thing is, I really got the feel as I was walking around the Senate offices in the Capitol yesterday that they want to take this thing to the mattresses and see how long they can go to it. [00:28:06] So maybe last week, Thune was looking to get it off the table, but I think now the Senate leadership is committed. [00:28:12] And I think obviously the president's comments to the House Republicans down in Florida had some impact on that, Steve. [00:28:21] What do you mean? [00:28:21] What comments? [00:28:22] That it's got to be passed, and you have to add mail-in voting. [00:28:25] You got to add men and women's sports, and you have to add the mutilation of transgender surgery. [00:28:31] That yeah, Trump didn't give them away. [00:28:35] Trump didn't give them an exit. [00:28:37] Trump said, We're going for this, and this is what I want. [00:28:40] It's his number one priority this year. [00:28:45] Exactly. [00:28:46] No exits. [00:28:47] March or die. [00:28:48] And we're going to be following this throughout the day. [00:28:51] A couple other breaking news. [00:28:52] Steve Stern about voter integrity and in the grassroots. [00:28:57] You got another major meeting happening tomorrow. [00:28:59] I want to make sure everybody understands this. [00:29:01] We'll be streaming. [00:29:02] We're also going to cover it, we'll figure it out, we'll cover Stern's meeting tomorrow. [00:29:06] What do you got for us and why should people attend? [00:29:09] So we got two meetings. [00:29:10] We got one tomorrow, one Thursday. [00:29:12] Tomorrow is going to be the election security call. [00:29:14] You go to Stern American Rumble. [00:29:16] Harry Harry will be on there talking about the vote in Texas. [00:29:20] We're going to be having Leah Hoops, Dr. Robert Epstein, who will be talking about how Google is swaying the election. [00:29:27] We will have Dr. Jerome Corsi, who will be talking about the EO if he fails to pass in the Senate. [00:29:36] We'll have Fanny Montavani, who will be talking about check the vote. [00:29:40] Mike Lindell, our favorite. [00:29:42] Jay Delancey, Captain Seth Keschell, new book, number one on Amazon. [00:29:47] He'll be talking about that and about how the Republicans are taking over many of the states. [00:29:51] Daniel Richards will be there from New Hampshire. [00:29:54] He has the only lawsuit that's for the 2020 elections. [00:29:57] Sam Anthony, yournews.com. [00:29:59] We have Dr. Rick Richards be talking about the voter rules, Greg Stentrum, many more. [00:30:05] It's a who's who. [00:30:06] Where do people go? [00:30:07] What time? [00:30:08] How do they dial in? [00:30:09] Where do they go? [00:30:10] Tomorrow, 2 o'clock Eastern Time, Thursday, 2 o'clock Eastern Time for our precinct project.org, USA.org, Precinct Project USR. [00:30:20] We're going to have 200,000 new Committee of Medicare Women. [00:30:24] So this is the first time that I've done Wednesday and Thursday. [00:30:27] So tune in. === Accountability and Committee Connections (13:38) === [00:30:28] You're on the website. [00:30:32] Wednesday, Thursday, back to back, 2 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, correct? [00:30:36] And what number do they go to sign up now? [00:30:40] Go to SSERN1054gmail.com. [00:30:43] We'll send you the link. [00:30:44] Or it's very easy. [00:30:45] Go to Stern American Rumble. [00:30:47] Take a look there. [00:30:47] It'll be on live at 2 o'clock Eastern Time, both Wednesday and Thursday. [00:30:51] We expect about 100 podcasts to be streaming this, along with Getter and The War Room and everybody else. [00:30:58] Thank you for having us on. [00:30:59] I know you snuck us in. [00:30:59] I appreciate it very much. [00:31:01] Action, action, action. [00:31:03] Thank you, Steve. [00:31:05] Big meetings tomorrow and Thursday. [00:31:06] Thank you. [00:31:07] We'll make sure we promote those. [00:31:08] Shannon Everett, big developments on this scourge of foreign drivers in the United States with these licenses killing Americans. [00:31:19] I think we've got, I think we have some good news to report, or at least some better news, sir. [00:31:24] Yeah, we do. [00:31:25] You know, this week, the interim final ruling that Secretary Duffy implemented late last year became law on Monday. [00:31:34] And so no longer are states allowed to issue illegal aliens, these not what are called these non-domiciled CDLs. [00:31:42] We still have the challenge of all of the ones that have been issued. [00:31:45] So all of the truck drivers that have been issued these licenses are on the road. [00:31:50] But thank goodness, you know, because of the efforts of President Trump and what Secretary Duffy has been doing, they can no longer issue any more of these. [00:31:57] There's also advancement right now on the Delilah Law, which is the law that the President announced during his State of the Union address in the honor of the little girl that was hit by a truck in California by an illegal alien. [00:32:09] So I'm actually here in Washington, D.C. right now advocating on behalf of her family for the passage of Senate Bill S-3917, which is the Delilah Law. [00:32:19] But the House Transportation Committee is going to be marking up a separate bill tomorrow. [00:32:24] That's House Resolution 5688, known as the Non-Domiciled CDL Integrity Act. [00:32:32] That legislation is the same as the ruling that Secretary Duffy had issued back in September. [00:32:39] They are now amending that legislation. [00:32:41] We got a copy of that draft last night. [00:32:43] They're amending that legislation to include several of the components that are in the Delilah law that's come out of the Senate. [00:32:51] And so they have strengthened that bill. [00:32:53] When that bill was first announced last year, we were opposed to that legislation because they were not intending to revoke any of these non-domiciled CDLs. [00:33:02] And so we've really been advocating and shouting from the rooftop: hey, it's not okay to just stop issuing them. [00:33:08] We've got to take them away. [00:33:09] We know, we now know that all of these drivers, all of these illegal aliens that were given these CDLs, not only did they not get vetted. [00:33:18] Yeah. [00:33:20] Yeah, but hang on. [00:33:21] The 200,000, they're not going to be renewed. [00:33:23] Are you telling the audience that all these illegal foreign drivers, their licenses immediately are not being taken away from them? [00:33:33] Correct. [00:33:34] And the 200,000 number is not the correct number. [00:33:37] We estimate, so our data that we investigated, which they, you know, the FMCSA and they pushed back and said our number was too high, but our number was 876,000 off of their data. [00:33:48] Now, that includes all CDLs. [00:33:50] There was an unexplicable surge in the issuance of commercial driver's licenses from 2021 through 2024. [00:33:59] And we calculated that to be around 876,000 that were dumped into about 10 states. [00:34:04] Those 10 states happen to align with a lot of the drama that we're seeing right now in our election problems. [00:34:10] And so, you know, we had California, you got Illinois, you got New York, you got Pennsylvania. [00:34:14] You also have Red States. [00:34:15] You got involvement down in Texas, you got Florida. [00:34:18] And so all of those states were responsible for issuing this flood of the state. [00:34:23] Where do we stand? [00:34:26] Where do we stand right now in rectifying this? [00:34:29] Where do we stand with, because I thought 200,000, what they're going to take of the existings and get rid of them, and that would be the problem. [00:34:35] You're saying the number is actually closer to 876, but they're not taking these licenses back right now. [00:34:41] That's not part of this. [00:34:43] Yeah, they're not taking any of them back. [00:34:44] So the rule that got implemented this week no longer allows them to issue them, but they're still out there. [00:34:51] And so we've been screaming, you've got to take these licenses away. [00:34:54] Duffy and the Federal Motor Care Safety Administration are saying they don't have the authority to do it. [00:34:59] The FMCSA is the agency that gave the DMVs the guidelines to issue the CDLs to the same. [00:35:08] But why are they saying they don't have the authority to do it? [00:35:13] They're saying the state has to do it, essentially. [00:35:16] So they're saying the state DMV is issuing the license, and they gave them a guideline by which to issue the license. [00:35:23] The state followed that guideline. [00:35:25] And so, you know, I don't really understand their logic for why they can't revoke these CDLs, but they're pointing at the state. [00:35:33] But what about at the state level, Florida and Florida and Texas should be all over this, correct? [00:35:42] That's right. [00:35:43] Absolutely, they should. [00:35:44] But, you know, it's gotten ⁇ this is a nonpartisan issue. [00:35:49] They are not moving on that. [00:35:50] So, you know, this affects everybody. [00:35:52] A Republican child can die in an accident just the same as a Democrat child can die in an accident. [00:35:58] So everybody should be taking this. [00:35:59] But Shannon, but Shannon, but Shannon, that's theoretical polyanish. [00:36:05] Of course, it's to the core of the Democratic business model. [00:36:09] These illegal aliens are what, you know, that brings more illegal families here. [00:36:14] What do you think we're having this debate for? [00:36:15] It's not bipartisan at all. [00:36:17] The outcomes are obviously bipartisan, just like the outcomes of having 25 million illegal aliens in this country. [00:36:23] Destroy the education system for people to vote Democratic, destroy the healthcare system for people to vote Democratic. [00:36:29] Most of the African Americans in the country, I think still 80 or 85% vote Democratic. [00:36:34] They're the ones that take the brunt of illegal aliens, but it's the core of the business model of the Democratic Party. [00:36:40] They're never going to budge on this. [00:36:41] They'll fight you tooth and nail because they want to have opportunities for illegal aliens in this country and not for American citizens. [00:36:48] That's their plan. [00:36:49] So what do we need to do to mount this effort to get to either Duffy or whoever's in charge, say, hey, look, it doesn't matter about issuing new licenses. [00:36:59] That's fine. [00:37:00] That's great. [00:37:00] But we need to go back on somewhere between 200,000 and 876,000 to make sure that we pull all the driver's license from these guys who are on the road right now killing American citizens, sir. [00:37:15] Yeah, so number one, we've got to revoke the license. [00:37:17] I don't know if that takes an executive order. [00:37:19] You know, we need Duffy to tell us. [00:37:21] If he's going to say his hands are tied, well, tell us who's tying his hands and what we need to do to get the licenses revoked. [00:37:27] He knows that they were issued illegally and these guys weren't properly trained. [00:37:30] He's been very passionate about this. [00:37:32] He's very engaged. [00:37:33] I think Duffy wants to do the right thing. [00:37:35] So we need to get him those tools. [00:37:36] The second thing is we need to hold the people responsible who are profiting from this. [00:37:41] And that is the freight brokers. [00:37:43] And so every accident that we've seen, including the crash of Delilah Coleman, a freight broker was involved in giving that load to the illegal alien. [00:37:51] And so those same freight brokers right now are asking the Supreme Court for immunity from damages in these crashes. [00:37:56] And I believe that's outrageous. [00:37:58] We need to make sure that we hold them accountable. [00:38:00] If we hold them accountable, they'll stop putting them on the road. [00:38:03] You know, one of the main reasons that we've never had this problem before in our trucking industry is because the American trucking industry tends to self-police itself because we have a federal agency that has failed miserably at its job. [00:38:14] Over 90, I think it's 94, 95% of all the truck trucking companies in the United States have never been audited. [00:38:20] And so the whole reason that the trucking industry has stayed safe until this time is because guys like me and guys like people in our association have always been afraid of a nuclear verdict in court. [00:38:33] And so even though the federal regulators might not be holding us responsible, we knew a jury of our peers would hold us responsible if we were negligent in hiring illegal alien truck drivers and went out and killed someone. [00:38:43] The brokers need to have that same fear. [00:38:46] They need to have that same liability, that same responsibility for these accidents. [00:38:51] Sir, where do people go to find out more action, how they can support you guys? [00:38:57] We're on all the social media. [00:38:59] I would encourage you to follow us on X at ATU Truckers. [00:39:03] Also, our YouTube, we're starting to release a lot more YouTube videos on this content. [00:39:07] Again, the same at ATU Truckers and on Facebook and TikTok. [00:39:14] Thank you, sir. [00:39:15] Appreciate it, Shannon. [00:39:17] We're in the fight and we're winning, but we need to have ultimate victory here for the American people and for the truckers, the backbone of our country. [00:39:25] Thank you, sir. [00:39:26] Jenny Beth, the president is now, they've set the cameras in the White House, so we may this last segment may go there. [00:39:32] I want one more time for people to go to your action center. [00:39:35] I think it's very important during the day to have a center that people go to. [00:39:39] We're going to have Bill Blaster up. [00:39:41] You got Article 3, you got others, but I want people also to participate in yours. [00:39:45] One more time. [00:39:46] Where do they go? [00:39:47] And you're going to be putting up fresh new content all throughout the day. [00:39:50] Where do they go right now, Jenny Beth? [00:39:57] Jenny Beth, you're on mute. [00:39:59] I did it to you again. [00:40:00] I'm so sorry. [00:40:01] It's past the SaveAmericaAct.com, past the SaveAmericaAct.com. [00:40:08] And if you can't find it for some reason, teapartypatriots.org. [00:40:12] And then I'll be posting on social media, Jenny Beth M. [00:40:15] And we'll keep everyone updated. [00:40:18] And I think, based on what I'm hearing from you, today, Steve, and from the audience and the posse, is that we need to try to explain in plain English what's happening over on the Senate floor so people understand and I'll work to make that happen on my social media feed. [00:40:33] No, it's fantastic because people want to make sure this is not performing. [00:40:37] As McCabe said, the president didn't give him an out. [00:40:39] He didn't give them an offering. [00:40:41] He said, I want this and I want these other things added, which adds complexity. [00:40:44] They need to be added, but we've got to go back to house. [00:40:46] But he doesn't want some sort of 24, 48-hour performative, just get up there and talk. [00:40:53] He wants real action. [00:40:54] And that's why I think your center is going to be so important. [00:40:56] Jenny Beth, I'll talk to you after the show. [00:40:57] Hopefully see you this afternoon. [00:41:00] We'll have more to report. [00:41:01] Jenny Beth Martin, Tea Party Patriots. [00:41:03] Thank you, ma'am. [00:41:05] Short commercial break. [00:41:07] We'll come back, I believe, to the White House next in the world. [00:41:11] We will fight till they're all gone. [00:41:14] We rejoice when there is no more. [00:41:15] Let's take down the CCP. [00:41:19] You might want to be discussing that a little bit, but it's an honor to have you. [00:41:23] And thank you very much for being here. [00:41:24] Thank you. [00:41:25] And may I thank you, President, for facilitating this visit. [00:41:29] And in what is for us probably one of the most important weeks in the United States. [00:41:35] And in many ways, you're affirming the tremendous bonds between Ireland and the United States that go back to the very foundation of this republic. [00:41:42] And 35 million people in this country claim Irish descent and Irish heritage. [00:41:50] And I spent the first two days in Philadelphia going back really into the heart of that history. [00:41:56] And the fact that three Irish people born on the island of Ireland signed the Declaration of Independence. [00:42:02] It was printed by an Irishman, John Dunlap, and disseminated across the colonies. [00:42:08] And Charles Thompson, who was discussed earlier, he designed the ball deal that the seal of the U.S. [00:42:14] So in many ways, our connection is foundational. [00:42:17] It's historic. [00:42:18] And the Irish helped to build America. [00:42:20] We're very proud of that connection. [00:42:22] And we think you hosting us here in the White House is affirmation to all the Irish Americans out there and to our diaspora in this country for what they've contributed to America. [00:42:34] And that's very much true to PRISM this year, the America 250. [00:42:38] It's a very exciting year and we're discovering new things. [00:42:41] I mean, even a guy from my own city, a guy called Stephen Moylan, who was an ADACOM to Washington, he's regarded as the guy who came up with the phrase, the United States of America. [00:42:53] And it's in New York in the history of those bonds. [00:43:01] Well, you told me something before that was maybe the most interesting of all. [00:43:06] How many presidents are in some way related, related through blood with Ireland? [00:43:14] 23. [00:43:16] They're great politicians. [00:43:18] The Irish are great politicians. [00:43:20] No, but think of it: 23 are in some form, and many of them have gone to Ireland. [00:43:27] Absolutely. [00:43:28] Grant, which is. [00:43:28] Grant went to Ireland after his presidency. [00:43:31] I was saying earlier, Ronald Reagan's visit was an extraordinary one in a place called Vallipurina in County Tupperi. [00:43:41] And of course, John F. Kennedy, whose grandfather was Irish, came back I think early in 1963. [00:43:49] That's a very memorable visit because of a tragedy that happened subsequently in the assassination, which touched people in Ireland very deeply. [00:43:59] Very popular. [00:44:00] The Kennedy family is strong. [00:44:02] Very resonation with Ireland. [00:44:04] Well, we like the family too. === NATO Support and Presidential Visits (07:49) === [00:44:06] One person in particular. [00:44:08] One very non-controversial person. [00:44:10] I know that. [00:44:12] But now he's doing a very good job, though. [00:44:14] He really is. [00:44:14] But we have more, I think, people here by far than you have in Ireland that are of Irish descent. [00:44:22] So you have quite a few, but we have a lot. [00:44:25] You have a lot more than we have. [00:44:26] It's pretty amazing. [00:44:27] By a lot. [00:44:28] Absolutely. [00:44:29] Anyway, thank you very much. [00:44:30] It's a great honor. [00:44:31] And any questions for you? [00:44:37] Are you going to visit Ireland in September? [00:44:38] I want to stay at Dunebeck. [00:44:40] Well, I'm having, it's a great thing, my son and my family. [00:44:45] We have a great golf complex in Ireland, one of the best in the world, called Dunebeg. [00:44:50] It's in Dunebeg. [00:44:52] And it's been amazing, and Rory McElroy loves it. [00:44:55] They all love it. [00:44:56] Great golfers. [00:44:57] You have a tremendous golf tradition. [00:44:59] And it was chosen for the Irish Open, which is a big deal. [00:45:03] That's a big event. [00:45:04] Absolutely. [00:45:05] Looking forward to it. [00:45:06] Everybody wants me to be there. [00:45:07] You just said, I hope you're going to go. [00:45:09] I did. [00:45:09] And we're going to try. [00:45:11] We are going to try, but it would be an honor. [00:45:12] But it was a great honor to be chosen. [00:45:14] They only choose the best courses in the world for the big opens. [00:45:19] It's one of the big ones, the Irish Open. [00:45:21] It's really become one of the most important tournaments in the world. [00:45:24] It's going to do. [00:45:25] I hear it's going to be a fantastic success. [00:45:27] It's a very great success. [00:45:31] It's a very hard course. [00:45:36] How much progress have you made, Mr. President, in getting America's allies to assist the U.S. in escorting those oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz? [00:45:43] Well, we don't need too much help, and we don't need any help, actually. [00:45:46] In fact, we just put out a notice. [00:45:48] I was watching over the last couple of weeks, and all of our NATO allies were very much in favor of what we did. [00:45:56] They thought it was very important. [00:45:58] We were just discussing it actually. [00:46:00] Very important that we take out the nuclear threat from Iran. [00:46:05] And we've done that very strongly, very powerfully. [00:46:08] We've wiped out their Navy, wiped out their military in every aspect. [00:46:13] Their Air Force is now decimated. [00:46:15] They have no Air Force, no Navy. [00:46:17] They have no radar. [00:46:19] Their radar is entirely gone. [00:46:21] Their anti-aircraft machinery is gone. [00:46:24] Everything is gone. [00:46:24] Their leaders are gone. [00:46:26] I guess one of their top person was, they say a lot of people say their actual top was killed yesterday, along with somebody else who was responsible for the killing. [00:46:38] The man that was responsible for the killing of 32,000 people over the last two weeks. [00:46:43] He was in charge of the killing of protesters. [00:46:47] It's an evil group. [00:46:48] I mean, they've killed much more than 32,000 people. [00:46:51] And the man who was responsible for that was also killed yesterday. [00:46:56] And all of the NATO allies agreed with us. [00:47:01] But they don't want to, you know, despite the fact that we help them so much, we have thousands of soldiers in different countries all over the world. [00:47:09] And they don't want to help us, which is amazing. [00:47:13] I mean, amazing. [00:47:14] And I didn't do a full court press because I think if I did, they probably would be. [00:47:19] But we don't need help. [00:47:21] You know, that war has been long prosecuted as far as I'm concerned, almost from day one. [00:47:28] We knocked out many of these things. [00:47:30] We knocked out the Navy essentially in a couple of days. [00:47:33] But I was surprised to see that NATO, while they agree that it was a very important thing to do, they agree fully. [00:47:40] Nobody said, oh, you shouldn't do it. [00:47:43] They would have had a nuclear weapon within one month of when we had the B-2 bombers bomb the nuclear potential, I call it the nuclear dust. [00:47:53] So I think NATO is making a very foolish mistake. [00:47:58] And I've long said that, you know, I wonder whether or not NATO would ever be there for us. [00:48:04] So this was a great test, because we don't need them, but they should have been there. [00:48:08] The other thing is, and I think, you know, very important, we didn't have to be there for Ukraine. [00:48:17] You know, Biden chose to spend hundreds of billions of dollars on Ukraine. [00:48:22] And I guess the head of Germany just made a statement that, well, they weren't involved and they have nothing to do with the war. [00:48:32] But at the same time, they think we did a great thing by knocking them out. [00:48:38] Nobody wants to have Iran or anybody, but nobody wants to have Iran with a nuclear, because these people are crazy. [00:48:43] They're absolutely crazy and they're vicious, violent. [00:48:47] I mean, they killed, think of it. [00:48:48] They killed now, I hear it's about 41,000 people. [00:48:51] They put out a notice two days ago. [00:48:53] Anybody that protests will be immediately shot and killed. [00:48:57] That's pretty tough stuff. [00:48:58] So everyone agrees with us, but they don't want to help. [00:49:01] And we as the United States have to remember that because we think it's pretty shocking. [00:49:09] President Macron has just said in the last hour that he will never join a task force in the Strait of Hulmus until the hostilities finish. [00:49:17] Yesterday you said that. [00:49:18] Who said that? [00:49:18] Who said? [00:49:19] President Macron of France. [00:49:21] What's your reaction to that, sir? [00:49:22] Well, he'll be out of office very soon, so we'll have to see. [00:49:25] You know, I don't know. [00:49:29] President Trump, on Doompeg, you're building an extension to it. [00:49:34] Yeah, we hope. [00:49:34] But there's been an objection put in, and it's been held back at the moment due to small snails. [00:49:41] Are you disappointed about that? [00:49:45] I have not heard that. [00:49:47] Panic question. [00:49:48] Mr. President. [00:49:49] Mr. President, the course was built and it's been operated very successfully. [00:49:55] somebody's objecting human and environmental group is objecting to But we've had great support from the Middle East. [00:50:17] Qatar has been great. [00:50:19] UAE has been absolutely been great. [00:50:22] Saudi Arabia has been terrific. [00:50:25] Bahrain has been very good. [00:50:26] The Middle Eastern countries have been very strong in their support. [00:50:29] And of course, Israel has been our partner. [00:50:33] Israel's been very, very strong, along with our operation against Iran. [00:50:46] I was — if you look back a few years ago, I — I talked about Iran was a big threat to this country, to this world. [00:50:57] Turned out to be, I was right. [00:50:59] In fact, I said you have to attack Karg Island. [00:51:04] You have to attack them years ago when they were acting up. [00:51:07] They've been acting up for 37, 47 years. [00:51:11] Tossing now to Charlie Kirk live in the Oval with the President and the Irish Prime Minister. [00:51:16] We're going to be back here at 5 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time with the PAC show. [00:51:19] See you then. [00:51:20] They got a nuclear weapon. [00:51:20] I would say they would have used it within 24 hours after having it. [00:51:24] And they would have had it if we didn't bomb them out from a great raid with the B-2 bombers eight months ago or so. [00:51:32] You would have had a nuclear war in the Middle East and maybe beyond. [00:51:37] I think it would have hit Europe. [00:51:39] Maybe not Ireland, but it would have hit Europe. [00:51:41] I think you would have been a nice piece of it. [00:51:43] It all gets you. [00:51:44] It's big enough that you would have been affected. [00:51:46] They would have hit Europe eventually. [00:51:50] Mr. President, your director of national counterterrorism, Joe Kent, he just resigned today.
