Episode 5216: Americans Want Voter ID; Armed Terrorist Attempts To Enter School In Texas
Stephen K. Bannon frames a domestic "war against Islamic invasion" alongside Middle East conflicts, highlighting Texas educator Julie Pickering's claims that an armed man fleeing Klein Elementary was a terrorist enabled by Biden-era open borders. The discussion details upcoming hearings on April 7th and 8th targeting Sharia indoctrination, supported by polling showing 343,000 voters oppose such laws. Further segments advocate for the Save America Act, noting 84% of Americans demand citizen-only voting, while Jan Yakovlevic alleges Chinese organ harvesting despite upcoming diplomatic tensions. Ultimately, the episode blends election security urgency with broader geopolitical anxieties about national sovereignty and external threats. [Automatically generated summary]
Saturday, 14 March, in the year of our Lord, 2026.
We've got a war in the Middle East that's expanding.
Let's be blunt about that.
We've got a war at home against this Islamic invasion.
We're going to go to Texas here in a moment.
And I want to go back to one of the things is how is this reported?
How do you get the information?
One of the young reporters, considered one of the best young reporters, she's the head White House correspondent for the Daily Caller, also had been in the Oval Office of the President with a 101.
Reagan, you've walked through how difficult it is to juggle all these things between the White House and the Pentagon.
What is your sense of where this is going from a reporter's point of view?
What's your sense of how this is unfolding?
Because last night, and the president's been pretty upfront.
I mean, he said, look, I could declare a victory now, but I'm going to pound these guys and every night's going to be a harder pounding.
And I think Pete said the same thing the other day.
And last night was another horrific pounding of the Iranian regime.
And look, they punched back.
They're kind of, obviously the command and control has been seriously degraded, if not destroyed, because they're kind of shooting out onesies, twosies, except these drones.
But what's your sense as you sit here today of how this thing's developing?
And then the president has also said it could be four to six weeks.
You know, based off of just conversations that I've had with sources and, you know, talking to people and just being in these briefings, I feel like it's likely that it goes to those four to six weeks.
You know, does this, like your previous guest talked about, does this require boots on the ground or does it require arming Iranian citizens?
I think that's a really interesting proposition.
One thing I do want to draw your attention to, Steve, I asked this in one of the press briefings.
What is the post-war plan?
I think we can talk a lot about the war expanding and how long it's going to go, but I think that's the next big topic that people need to start talking about and that we want to start reporting on.
Is the United States going to be involved in the aftermath or are they going to leave it to the Iranian people?
I posed this to Secretary Hegsteth and he told me that the aftermath will be in the U.S. interests.
You know, you can do with that answer what you will.
I think that is a roundabout way of saying that the United States will be involved in the aftermath of the Iranian conflict.
And so that's the thing that I think Americans need to start to focus on, because even if this war does wrap up quickly, if the United States chooses to stick around in Iran and help with the aftermath, that makes things a little bit longer.
Let's everybody pop in there and get up to date with Reagan Reese.
Thank you, ma'am.
Appreciate you.
Got Jenny Beth Martin is going to join us here in a moment.
Jenny Beth, Tea Party Patriots.
Jenny Beth, one of the founders of the entire movement's got some amazing polling on the Save America Act.
But before we do that, Julie Pickering, we've had you, we've had Brandon Hall, we've had others as we've spent so much time in Texas and focus on Texas.
We got, you know, all this talk about war and the Lambert Republic.
What happened?
I saw a tweet of yours last night.
It kind of shocked me because I didn't think it got the, I didn't think it got the broader coverage that it deserves.
Walk us through this tweet.
What exactly happened?
You're on the state board of education in the state of Texas.
So, Steve, you know, under the Biden regime, Texas had a completely open border.
So we do not know exactly who is in our state right now and, you know, what they're up to or who's here.
Thank God Governor Abbott has activated the Joint Terrorism Task Force and has activated our elite police force, the Texas Rangers and DPS, to start looking into, you know, possible terrorist sales or possible terrorists inside the great state of Texas.
But under the Biden regime, Texas had an open border for four years.
So people really need to pay attention to their surroundings and what's going on around their families when they're just out and about living their daily life.
Because we saw this happen in the Klein Elementary School, which is a suburb of Houston, where a man came in through a door that someone had kind of left open or propped open.
But a man came in through a door into the elementary school and he was in full tactical gear.
He was armed and he gained access into this school where our teachers and our children were during the school day.
And thank God that one of the employees of the school asked him for some ID.
It's my understanding she actually thought he was part of a SWAT team or a policeman or something of that nature.
And so she asked him for his ID.
And whenever she asked him for his ID, it scared him or what have we or whatever happened and he fled, but he didn't get away.
They caught him.
He's been arrested.
His name is Muhi Muhammad Najim, N-A-J-M.
And so Mr. Muhi Muhammad Najim now went into our school.
And, you know, this is a terrorist act.
The definition of a terrorist act is someone who's striking terror in the hearts of people.
Well, these people that live in this community in this suburb of Houston now had an armed man come into their school campus.
You know, God knows what he was going to do.
And thank God, I can tell you right now, thank God for the people of Texas and the people around America that are praying every day for the safety and security for our children, for the teachers, the parents, and the grandparents that are praying for our children's safety.
Because I do believe this was God's divine hand of intervention.
This man had already gained access to this school.
This man was already inside the school.
So I just thank, thank the Lord for the divine hand of providence that these children and these teachers are safe.
And this man fled whenever he was confronted.
But it still, it happened.
And so we need families.
We need parents.
When you're out and about, we need you to be vigilant until we can track down all these people that intend to strike terror in the hearts of Texans and these people that intend to cause harm in our great state.
You kind of shocked our audience when you were on.
Yeah, hang on.
You shocked our audience when you were on the last earlier this week by talking about the CARE, an organization designated as a terrorist organization by the governor of Texas, by the governor of the governor of Florida, by the President of the United States.
Excuse me, that's Muslim Brotherhood he designated, but the CARE in Florida and in Texas, and it's already been designated a terrorist co-conspirator by the United Arab Emirates, which is our strongest military ally in the Gulf.
When are people going to wake up that, and when are Texas authorities going to start moving that you've got to start putting these people on notice?
And if people got to be bounced out of here, they've got to be bounced out of here.
We can't depend upon really divine providence stepping in here and having some alert school guard or some teacher or school administrator, even a young person giving somebody a heads up.
I mean, we avoided a potential massive disaster yesterday.
And I'm not saying it's luck, but it was, you know, it wasn't totally by design.
The school children in Texas and the citizens of Texas and the parents of Texas should not even have this as a possibility.
So when do you think that the authorities down there are going to get serious about this problem, man?
When a mom or a dad drops their child off, they're little, right?
These are small children.
This is elementary.
This is five-year-olds to 10-year-olds.
When they drop their child off at school in the morning, the last thing that should be on their mind is, is a terrorist going to come in, armed terrorists going to come into my child's school today and potentially do great harm to my children or to the teachers of my children.
That should be the absolute last thing on a parent's mind.
And so I am vice chair of the school on a school on the committee on school initiatives for the state of Texas.
And school safety and security actually reports to my state committee.
And so on April the 9th, we're going to have a committee meeting in Austin about this because I want answers.
I want to know how did a terrorist who was going to potentially harm children or murder children, how did they gain access to that campus, number one.
Number two, how was this not on anyone's radar?
How has this man been in the state of Texas for several years now?
And no one was tracking his movement.
No one was looking into, you know, what was he planning?
So yes, I have a lot of questions about this.
And I'll ask these questions publicly on April 9th in Austin because we do need to get serious about this.
You know, we saw in Austin, Texas, you know, three Texans being murdered on 6th Street just a few weeks ago.
So we're seeing terrorism actually happen in my great state.
And yes, we need to get serious about this.
We need to get serious about tracking these people down, you know, locking them up, getting them out of our country, whatever needs to happen to keep the citizens of this great state safe, to keep families safe and to keep children safe.
And actually, let me explain the importance of this.
As an elected official, there's kind of a scale on the magnitude of someone's outreach and someone's voice, okay?
If someone emails us, if someone takes the time to email us, that generally for an elected official represents a certain amount of the population.
If someone is taking the time to call you or call your office, then that kind of equates to also how much your constituents or your part of the state really cares about an issue.
And I'm telling you, I had a clear mandate from my constituents in the primary, so March 6th, in the last primary, just a week ago.
The almost 343,000, almost 20% of the entire vote of the great state of Texas were my constituents saying ban Sharia law in Texas.
So I'm telling you, 343,000 votes.
This is the loudest voice possible.
When someone actually takes time out of their day, takes their ID to the polling location and takes time away from their job or their family or whatever they're doing during the day to go and make their voice heard in person through their vote.
That is a very loud message and that is a very clear message.
And that is also the very loud and clear message that we need April 7th or April 8th at the Texas State Board of Education in Austin.
We need people to show up in person to make their voice heard that they do not want this radical Islamic Sharia indoctrination that is being advanced and being requested by a foreign terrorist organization, right?
This isn't just moms showing up and requesting this.
This is a foreign terrorist organization showing up before the state board of education to say what they want taught and what they don't want taught in all of our Texas public schools.
So we need patriot voices there.
The meeting will be April 7th through or April 8th.
I don't have an exact date yet, but I'll know when the chairman releases our official agenda.
But we need our patriots to show up and say no to this, that we want truth taught, that we want real American history and real Texas history taught, and not this radical rewrite that the Alamo was designed and built to honor Islam.
That's just one of the most egregious things you're requesting.
Oh, I absolutely think the media is trying to suppress it because I've already seen in my local news, the reporting from local major news affiliates.
They're already changing his name to a more of American name, Kyle Chris, or something along that.
And that's not his real name.
His real name is Muhi Muhammad Najm.
And so they're already trying to change his name in the media stories.
And so, yes, I think that there it looks like to me that there's an active effort to suppress this news story.
But we need, you know, we need the funding of DHS, right?
Texas works with DHS.
We need the Senate to fund DHS because, like I said, Texas had an open border for four years during the Biden regime.
We have to weed these people out of our state.
We have to get them out of our state and out of our country.
Our families deserve to be safe.
Our children deserve to be safe.
Parents should not have to worry about when they're taking their, when they're dropping their little children off at school in the morning, is a terrorist going to come into that school and do great harm.
You know, I just don't want to think about the possibility, Steve.
But yes, we need the Senate to fund DHS.
We need to get these people out of our state and out of our country.
Where do people go to find out more about the 7th, 8th, April, and everything you're working on to make sure that the Islamists do not take over the teaching of history in the great state of Texas, ma'am?
So you can go to, you can email the State Board of Education at sboe support at sboe.texas, spelled out t-e-x-a-s dot gov. You can email me directly.
You'll see my email at my state email on the screen, julie.pickrin at sboe.texas.gov.
Or you can go to my website.
Please visit my website, www.juliepickrin.com.
You'll see a lot of great information there.
You can sign up for an email list there where I'll actually send this information out.
But my Twitter or my ex, I guess we say now, is at Julie, the number 4TX at Julie4TX.
And yes, please contact me.
Our meetings will be April 7th and 8th about the social studies, the new social study standards, where I'm telling you, I am going to stand firm.
My voters, 300, almost 343,000 of my constituents have said they do not want Sharia law in the great state of Texas.
So I promise you, this is a fight, fight, fight moment.
I will not give in to this.
And then also April 9th, the Committee on School Initiatives for the Great State of Texas, which I'm vice chair of, we're going to take up this school safety and security issue and what happened at this Klein Elementary School in the suburb of Houston.
And I'm telling you, I'm going to want some answers because it is the state spends a lot of money to keep our children safe.
And I want to know how this terrorist gained access to our school.
Jenny Beth, this has got to be, I mean, you've fought a big fight down in Georgia to make sure a lot of times you brought people in to say, hey, there's an Islamization of my great state, of my state of Georgia.
It must warm your heart to see now we got so many patriots on the front line fighting this, and particularly with the big fight down in Texas right now, ma'am.
You've got some polling and you've also got some ideas of how we're going to fight this because there's not a more classic grassroots MAGA base versus the swamp versus the way the insiders work than this issue right here.
Can you walk us through your polling and then your recommendations, how we fight this?
And remember, the Save America Act will require proof of citizenship to register to vote and voter ID.
And then President Trump wants a few other things added, including changing who can get mail and ballots to make it military and then people who are disabled or just not able to get to the polls because they're sick.
So we did some polling because we knew what was going to happen.
It's kind of predictable with the Senate.
They don't want to change.
The way this bill originated, it was in the Senate as a bill.
It went over to the House.
The House completely replaced the text with an amendment, made it the Save America Act, sent it back to the Senate as a message.
And then doing that as a message, it means that it can be brought to the floor with only 50 votes rather than the standard 60 votes.
But we were listening to senators and just they're predictable.
They're afraid of change.
Doing only 50 votes to get it onto the floor is different and they're just not comfortable with that.
And humans are that way.
It's not just senators.
People are always afraid of change.
So we did some polling.
Of course, 84% of Americans still want only Americans voting in American elections.
But here are some things that are interesting from our polling.
65% of Americans want to pass the Save America Act.
And it crosses almost every single demographic line, except for the people who don't like Trump or are Democrats.
But even with those people, 34% to 38% do want this bill to pass.
59% say they prefer for the Senate to bring the bill to the floor and fight to make a real effort to pass it, not just to hold a vote and say that they tried.
And I think that's going to be really important for us to remind the senators of this next week.
67% say they want a photo ID and they think, let me rephrase that.
They say that requiring a photo ID is a reasonable requirement that the vast majority of Americans can meet.
That includes 50% of Democrats, 50% of people who watch left-leaning cable news, 64% of African Americans, and 84% of Hispanic people.
65% agree that states would agree with requiring states to run their voter rolls against DHS to ensure only American citizens are registered to vote.
Steve, that's another thing that this bill does is tell states they've got to send their records to DHS to clean up the, so we can flag potential people who may not be citizens.
So it'll have to be researched.
And if they are a citizen, they can still prove they are and be registered to vote, but it's flagging for potential issues.
77% think that we should have proof of citizenship to register to vote.
75% think requiring a photo ID is a good idea, idea.
And then the Democrats like to say, oh, this is going to be too hard for people.
95% of Americans have a photo ID.
And I would bet there are a few people who said they don't who just have Trump derangement syndrome in there.
So we have the vast majority of Americans on our side with this issue and this bill.
What we need to do is to make sure we are calling senators all week long.
Thune has said he's going to bring it to the floor for a robust debate.
Senator Mike Lee has said that his office and Thune's office are working together on this.
And so that is a good sign.
That means we don't need to just be beating up on Thune with our voices, not physically, of course.
But what we can be doing is calling the Republican senators and saying the American people are with you.
They want this bill to pass and they want you to make a real effort to pass it.
We don't want a show vote.
And make sure that they understand that the American people are with them and we want this bill to pass.
Real quickly, how do we avoid it just being optics and a show vote?
I mean, we are hopefully going to get a debate like President Trump called him out of the State of the Union where the Democrats are trying to defend illegal aliens voting.
But what is your recommendation?
Because we're going to have to call some audibles this week.
What's your recommendation?
As you think going into this, because you fought this battle so many times, to make sure it's not just the optics of there was a debate, but that we actually start to move on the standing filibuster.
So what Senator Mike Lee has been posting on X is he's saying once the debate begins, we want to keep the debate going as long as possible.
We don't want Thune to come in and close the debate too early.
So we need to make phone calls on Monday and Tuesday.
I think it's going to come to the floor on Wednesday, but that could change.
I may be wrong about that.
And then when the debate does begin, whichever day it is, we want to just keep making those calls and remind the senators, thank them.
Thank them for bringing it to the floor.
Thank them for debating it and tell them to keep on debating it.
Because the goal here is to get the Republicans to stand strong, to understand that we are behind them and not just us, not just the base, but that the vast majority of Americans, when 65% of Americans want this bill to pass, that is a big number.
When you've got 84% of Americans who want only American citizens voting in American elections, it's a huge number.
So we have to just remind them, you're doing what America wants and what Americans want.
And then if your senator is a Democrat, you need to tell them you're out of touch with Americans.
Why are you blocking something that is so common sense?
Why would you want non-citizens voting in our elections?
Why would you want the possibility even of non-citizens registering to vote in our elections?
And push them on why they don't want a voter ID.
Now, the voter ID question, the way you would handle that, it's going to be a little bit different depending on which kind of state you live in, because so many states already require a voter ID, a photo ID.
So what I would be saying when I'm calling, if you're calling from Georgia to the two Democrat senators in Georgia, we already require this in Georgia.
It needs to be nationwide.
It's not fair that there are some states where photo ID isn't there because in a national election like for president, it kind of it allows for cheating in some places, which we don't allow for in Georgia.
We shouldn't allow for it anywhere.
But if you're calling in a state that doesn't have photo ID, then you'd be saying we need photo ID to help keep our elections clean here in our own state.
I hate to be the guy that throws all the fragile at all this important stuff, but a little bit of a weather report.
I mean, the last two weeks have been crazy, especially if you're on the East Coast.
FEMA now has a letter on our website or a notice that basically says we probably won't respond to you because we don't have money.
And that's kind of wild.
There's no better way to be prepared for yourself than going to preparewithbannon.com because you guys have special order is the four-week food supply.
Then you get this one-week food kit, nice and jam-packed, little ammo can.
Yeah, my military boys better like that one.
But I mean, this thing is packed.
So I actually unpacked this today and it took me quite a bit to repack it.
So make sure you order lots of those to mess around with our guys that have to pack those up because I'm sure it's a pain and I think it's awesome.
So and you're throwing it by the way, it's a home, it's it's almost 100 bucks off.
I think it's 90 bucks off the regular, and then you throw in a free free week, correct?
Essentially, yes, sir.
So 277 perfect.
And you're getting a free week.
Real quickly, talk to people about, and this is the Calvary is not going to arrive for you.
You are the Calvary.
Anybody listening, anybody watching, that's why we want you to go to my Patriot Supply, preparewithbannon.com.
You got all the information.
Just give me a minute.
I'm going to give you a FEMA letter because I think, and I'm glad, and I've glad, well, there's no money.
First of all, the thing's shut down.
There's no money.
There's also been a big restructuring.
The point is, you have to depend upon yourself.
You can't assume that any, and I think a lot of people have this assumption that either state or federal authorities, if anything happens, are going to come.
You cannot, that is not a working assumption that you should base your family, your and your family's health and safety on.
Just give me the FEMA letter again.
They're telling you, and they're putting it out everywhere saying, hey, look, we're broke.
Well, if the incredible thing is that Rob Schneider actually did stand up about this forced organ harvesting, it kind of blew my mind and I knew that he wanted to educate people around this.
So that's why he's on board behind this issue, lending his name behind it.
We're going to do kind of all the basic information, but also a little bit of dark humor, which we're kind of in the process of figuring out now.
But so the event is on Monday at Kent Trump Kennedy Center, okay, 6 p.m. for the main event.
I think there might be still a few VIP tickets left for the 7:30.
That's kind of a meet and greet afterwards.
But basically, they've upgraded us to the concert hall.
It's kind of unbelievable.
We were in a smaller theater.
So we actually have 2,000 seats available.
So the door is open for anyone who would be interested.
And quite frankly, the most important thing about this whole issue, in a sense, okay, it is that there's this horrible next level murder for organs industry that's happening in communist China.
But really, it's that we haven't understood the Chinese Communist Party.
And actually, this issue is the lens through which we can understand them, even for the majority of our policymakers.
We've gotten a lot better in the last while.
I think what President Trump is doing recently is kind of right on the money.
But I still think we don't fully grasp the extent to which this regime will go to subvert America.
No, that's what, you know, Besson is negotiating right now in Paris to set up this state visit.
You're one of the leading experts on the Chinese Communist Party and not just how monstrous they are, but how so focused they are on destroying America.
Well, look, they've destroyed their own people.
They've killed, what, a quarter of a billion Chinese, you know, Lao Beijing.
How do they, I don't understand in Venezuela in Iran, how she, and this is why I'm so nervous about this, because something's up the sleeve.
How does she have a state visit with Trump in early April, a couple weeks from now?
I mean, Trump shows up like a conquering hero, Dudney.
Am I missing it?
Or there's got to be something they're going to pull on this thing that makes me very, very nervous about this state visit because President Trump's taken out their two biggest energy providers, Venezuela and now.
And although there are ships coming through Hormuz, and I'm on this, I don't know why we're not seizing them.
It's not, it's a trickle compared to what they got.
So how does she, given that Trump's running the tables on him, how does he have Trump show up for a state visit when Trump's, like I said, like a conquering hero, sir?
I am actually quite nervous about this because, you know, as you correctly said, I mean, a third of very cheap oil coming from Venezuela and China through these shadow fleets and so forth is basically, you know, not available to the Chinese Communist Party at the moment.
That's a massive amount.
They're so dependent on foreign oil.
So that's one piece.
You know, another piece is, you know, China's military hardware has been shown to be, you know, basically the paper tiger, right?
It looked really nice on paper and in these military parades, but actually it turns out it just doesn't work in all sorts of places.
So that's the big humiliation.
You know, there's this huge kind of breakdown in the Chinese military where she has fired almost everybody there.
There's only two guys left and he's one of them on the Central Military Commission and none of them have warfighting experience.
And also it's just this thing, right?
Like President Trump understands, this is the part that's really important, that the only way to deal with the Chinese Communist Party is with leverage.
And it looks to me like he's building a whole range of leverage, right?
The tariffs, the Chinese economy is kind of a one-trick pony right now.
Export, export, they have to export.
Otherwise, things are really going down, which they are anyway.
So he's got the tariffs.
And actually, there's this, you know, the Chinese regime is reacting to his action on, I believe, 16 countries, of which China is one of them around trade.
So that's another new piece of leverage that he's building out.
And he should have demonstrated also, you know, this is kind of this horse his head in the bed diplomacy.
By the way, this is all the while, you know, Secretary Best is saying there's these great mutual ties and mutual respect and so forth.
And that's, and that's actually great, right, on the surface.
But he's coming with, you know, this basically two decapitation strikes on regimes.
The one thing I'm worried about, okay, is that the Chinese Communist Party has long instrumentalized Iran.
It instrumentalizes everything, including human bodies, as is the case.
I write about, of course, some kill to order, but it also instrumentalizes its so-called allies.
Everyone's kind of watching and seeing that China is really not coming to Iran's aid in any way.
In fact, they're kind of going against them.
This was their centerpiece of their Middle East strategy, right?
You're such a humble and decent and good guy to know that we're opening the book and like a huge premiere at the Kennedy Center, and now they've moved it to a bigger room because they've already sold almost a thousand tickets and we got room for another thousand.
I want everybody in the area if you love our coverage of the anti-CCP movement, if you're Lao Baijing, if you love the Epoch Times, uh, you've got a combination here.
Rob Schneider, another great MAGA voice.
One more time, you're going to be back tomorrow, but where do they go today to find out more information, Jan, about the book and also about this massive event at the Kennedy Center?
So, if you want to get the book, if that's what you're doing, killed to order event.com.
The book's name is title is kill to order.
Kill to order event, kill to order.com is the book.
Okay, if you want to order, it goes direct to the Amazon link, and we're trying to create a movement around that.
Get a bunch of book sales done before the 20th of March because that actually will help it to best sell their status, get it into bookstores, and we can actually at least end American complicity in this horror.
But for the event, it's killed to order event.com, killed to order event.com.
That takes you right to the Kennedy Center RSV page, and you do need to get tickets there, but they're free.
And there's a bunch of space now since we're in the concert hall.
It's kind of an unbelievable book launch.
Uh, Stephen, thank you for your kind words, by the way.
Okay, we are live tomorrow morning from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, our traditional weekly time and also our Saturday show.
On Sunday, we're going to do this as long as this conflict goes.
It's the least we can do.
A lot of activity on Saturday night you need to know about.
So, we're going to have a full battle assessment tomorrow with some of our experts to make sure you do not miss that.
Also, I want to thank our sponsors, Birch Gold.
A lot of controversy now, plus a report out there that the Iranians are saying, Hey, if you go through the Straits of Hermuz, you're going to have to convert the oil into Chinese currency.
But that's their big effort, as Jean and I were just talking about.
That's their big effort to destroy the U.S. dollar and make their currency a co-equal.
It ain't happening, but because of spending, and there's a report out from the guy that heads up the Wharton Budget Analysis Office that we're actually 100 trillion in debt.
I'm going to have Joe Hoff.
We're going to break that down, maybe touch on a little bit tomorrow, but definitely on Monday.
