[00:04:09]  And kills a lot of birds.

[00:04:13]  You know, if you shoot a beautiful bald eagle, they put you in jail for five years.

[00:04:24]  Last year, I took action to save 74 coal power plants from crushing restrictions and regulations.
[00:04:31]  They were putting them out of business.
[00:04:33]  They would have forced them to shut down, including four plants we saved right here in Kentucky.
[00:04:39]  And some of the people that work at those plants are here with us now.
[00:04:48]  It's very powerful.
[00:04:49]  And it is now with modern equipment, clean, beautiful, but it's a very powerful fuel.
[00:04:55]  It's very powerful.
[00:04:57]  And if it wasn't China and some of these other big behemoths would not be using it.
[00:05:02]  They use it because it's powerful, very, very powerful.
[00:05:06]  The wind, you know, you're watching television and you want to watch.
[00:05:10]  And your beautiful wife, our first lady, says, I'm sorry, darling, you can't watch tonight.

[00:06:55]  And my administration, as you know better than anybody, is also working to keep the oil flowing.

[00:07:02]  We knocked out, you know, they wanted to drop some mines.

[00:07:09]  And we knocked out, as of, you know, every hour I have to change because they knock them out so fast, I've never seen anything.

[00:07:16]  They knocked out 54 ships in two days.

[00:07:21]  In fact, I got angry at my people.

[00:07:26]  Why didn't we just capture them and use them in our Navy?
[00:07:30]  They said they wouldn't have qualified for that.

[00:07:37]  And actually, one of my generals said, sir, it's a lot more fun doing it this way.
[00:07:43]  But we knocked out 58 naval ships.
[00:07:47]  We knocked out their Navy.
[00:07:48]  Okay, let's put it that way.
[00:07:50]  But they also knocked out the mine layers.
[00:07:54]  They call them mine layers.

[00:08:00]  And we knocked out 31 of them.
[00:08:03]  And you know, I was very proud of myself.
[00:08:05]  I said, why don't you use the weapon that we use on the drugs that come in by sea?

[00:08:20]  And I said, that's a hell of a weapon.
[00:08:24]  And they said, well, give it a shot.

[00:08:26]  We've knocked out, I think, 28 or 29, all of them, almost all of them.
[00:08:31]  They'll all be gone.
[00:08:32]  By the time I'm finished speaking, they'll be gone.
[00:08:35]  These people work very fast.
[00:08:37]  But I'm pleased to report that earlier today, the International Energy Agency agreed to coordinate the release of a record 400 million barrels of oil from various national petroleum reserves around the world, which will substantially reduce the oil prices as we end this threat to America and this threat to the world.
[00:08:58]  We don't want to leave early, do we?
[00:09:01]  We got to finish the job, right?
[00:09:06]  Over the past 11 days, our military has virtually destroyed Iran.
[00:09:13]  Tough country.
[00:09:17]  Their Air Force is gone, totally gone.
[00:09:22]  That took the better part of about three hours.
[00:09:26]  They no longer have radar.
[00:09:29]  They don't have anti-aircraft equipment.
[00:09:32]  They don't have anything.
[00:09:33]  Their missiles are down 90%.
[00:09:36]  Their drones are down 85%.
[00:09:38]  We're blowing up the factories where they're made left and right.
[00:09:47]  And frankly, nobody has ever seen anything like it.
[00:09:51]  Nobody's ever seen anything like what you're witnessing now.
[00:09:55]  And that can include the original killing of Salome and Al-Baghdadi, two of the worst killers in the world that I did, as well as Operation Midnight Hammer, where we totally obliterated Iran's nuclear potential.

[00:10:12]  They don't have nuclear potential.
[00:10:18]  And then during, after Midnight Hammer, and then we left.
[00:10:21]  We figured that'll be the end of them for a while.
[00:10:23]  But they started again.
[00:10:25]  That's why we got to finish it, right?
[00:10:28]  We don't want to go back every two years.
[00:10:32]  Because, you know, there'll be someday when you don't have me as president.
[00:10:36]  You'll have perhaps, perhaps, perhaps you'll have a weak, pathetic person like we've had in the past, mostly all.
[00:10:48]  Like Barack Hussein Obama, who signed one of the worst deals ever with Iran, where they were going to give up everything.
[00:10:58]  Remember when he filled up a 757 with billions of dollars of cash and sent it to Iran?

[00:11:06]  That's when I realized the presidency is very powerful.
[00:11:09]  When you could put over a billion dollars in an airplane and fly it over and give it to a foreign country, that's your enemy.

[00:11:17]  But that deal, the Iran nuclear deal, gave them the right to have a nuclear weapon as of three years ago.
[00:11:25]  If that deal, if I didn't terminate that deal, I terminated it very quickly.
[00:11:29]  If I didn't terminate that deal, they would have had nuclear weapons and this world would right now be a different place, much different place.

[00:11:42]  And then Biden, he came along.
[00:11:45]  He had no clue.
[00:11:46]  He didn't know what the hell he was doing.
[00:11:49]  But they really, what they did was incredible.

[00:23:47]  One of the greatest victories we have achieved for hardworking Americans with the help of our great Republican majorities in Congress is no tax on tips, no tax on Social Security, and as I told you before, no tax on overtime, which affects you.

[00:24:09]  And every Democrat voted against it.

[00:24:31]  We also made interest on auto loans tax-deductible, first time that's ever happened, but I did put a little proviso.

[00:24:48]  Our tax cuts are projected to raise incomes in the Commonwealth by $5,400, boost household take-home pay for you by nearly $10,000, and protect more than 84,000 Kentucky jobs at a minimum.

[00:30:55]  And this year, due to our president's no taxes on tips and overtime policy, I got more year-end taxes back than I ever have, which has helped me get that much closer to my American dream.
