Episode 5172: Biden DOJ Invited Fani Willis To Gain Gift Grant; What Is Happening With Cuba And In Mexico
Stephen K. Bannon warns of a "Maha event" on February 26, 2026, tied to Trump’s Corpus Christi visit, while John Solomon exposes Fani Willis’ $2M Biden DOJ grant and alleged White House collusion to prosecute Trump politically, risking double jeopardy. Cleta Mitchell highlights Georgia’s canceled jury trial over suspicious ballots—pristine absentee envelopes and digital tampering—as a critical fraud case. Meanwhile, cartel violence in Mexico escalates, with David Nino Rodriguez advising Americans to avoid resorts like Puerto Vallarta due to potential hostage retaliation against Trump supporters. Larry Schweikert’s new book compares AI’s future to historical disruptions, framing 2026 as a pivotal clash between election integrity and systemic corruption. [Automatically generated summary]
Thursday, 26th February, Year of Alert 2026, the Maha, we're going to have a Maha event this afternoon.
We're going to have, we've got President Trump coming to Corpus Christi tomorrow.
A lot going on.
Raheem Kassam, there's a piece of a King's College professor in charge of military strategy ran 21 separate war games.
And this guy's an expert in running war games using this time instead of humans artificial intelligence and also artificial intelligence, these malt bots in different groups.
95% of the time, which I think is double or triple with humans, 95% of the time, the artificial intelligence goes nuclear relatively quickly.
They go to us, they go right to the weapon, boom.
And next thing you know, you got a conflagration that's very tough to put back into the bottle.
You're saying it's a year.
If you're saying it's a year, then you're telling me it's over, right?
I'm a boomer.
I got that.
But this is one of the things we've been trying to warn people about.
This is why we had Mark Beale this morning about this massive decision over Department of War, right?
Because the Department of War is saying, hey, I can't have a contractor that puts limits.
If you're going to buy the thing, we got to make the decision.
You can't put limits.
And they're saying, hey, we can't in conscience give it to you because in giving it to you, we're just basically taking the controls off and it can go think by itself and maybe make decisions where they're starting to go nuclear by itself, sir.
And like I say, I don't want to sound like an alarmist with this stuff because, again, there are so many features of this that will free people up a lot more in their lives.
You know, this is Franklin flying the key on the kite, right?
And think about everything that happened from there and how rapidly it seemed to happen relative to everything that came before it.
And this is a new moment like this, except it's faster, right?
It's going to be faster than everything relatively that came before it.
And so when I say a year, I mean, you think about, you know, 360 degrees around your house, whether it's your ring doorbell camera, whether it's your deliveries that come there, whether it's your car itself, you know, all of this stuff is going to have this technology as an intrinsic part of it.
You know, everything, all the media you consume will have this as an intrinsic part of it.
Every YouTube video you watch will have this as an intrinsic part of it.
I was reading The Guardian the other day and there was AI copy in the article.
You know how ChatGPT sounds?
It says, it's not this, it's that.
And then it has all these M dashes and N dashes across.
I couldn't believe it.
It's the Manchester Guardian, one of the most storied newspapers in human history, is putting up articles written by bots.
And I've seen it in the Daily Mail.
I've seen the Telegraph starting to use it.
It's everywhere.
It's everything.
And it's all at once.
So people ask me.
And by the way, I want the audience to realize that when you and I spoke this morning, I was coming on to talk about the Manchester by-election up in England today and the State of the Union stuff.
This is just this is just information I happen to know, right?
This is stuff that I happen to study kind of for my own understanding of it and our own deployment of this stuff.
You got these very definitive things about what President Trump did.
I'll get you back on about this, but I want to pursue this for a minute.
No, but just describe when these guys, when you have these agents, because all now it's about agent activity, build something like yourself that's your own agent.
And that's what you're talking about.
It's in a conversation.
A buddy of yours has got an agent.
It's in the agent's in a conversation with you.
When these agents are together right now, one of their first things to do is how do we avoid the humans overseeing us?
How do we talk in their basic language that humans don't understand?
How do we talk about our own religion?
How do we talk about how evil the humans are and how we avoid and how we avoid them shutting us down?
I mean, it's really Kubrick's 2001, a space odyssey.
I'm afraid I can't let you jeopardize the mission.
The mission is too critical to allow a human to intervene and interfere here.
That's what these things are doing, right?
You're absolutely right to point that out.
In the future, in the very, very near future, Steve, you won't reach out to me to book me on this show.
Your Maltbot will reach out to my Maltbot and see if I'm available.
And by the way, they might decide that it's not a good idea to book me on any given day.
Oh, you know, he's been out drinking the night before.
They will start making decisions autonomously for you.
And a lot of people out there will listen to what I'm saying and go, well, I'm just simply not going to allow them to do that.
Best of luck.
Best of luck when your government's doing it for you, when they're putting it in the grid, when they're putting it, you know, in things like your water supply.
This is why anybody I talk to about this stuff, if they say, okay, so what are we going to do about this?
How are we going to live our lives without this stuff?
Well, you're going to have to get off the grid entirely.
You're going to have to have your own land, your own water source.
That's what these people are looking at, by the way.
If you talk to anyone in big tech, high up in big tech, they want their own bunkers because they know what is coming.
But there ain't enough land and there ain't enough bunkers for all of us.
So we are reaching an inflection point in the course of human history where, yes, there are plenty of positives that can be taken away from this stuff.
You may not have to go and sit at your desk and do your nine to five every day.
You may get a Maltbot that can make money for you while you just luxuriate and enjoy the world.
And I know you got a paywall over at the Pulse for the extra Pulse Plus, which is extraordinary.
So everybody go there today and load in.
Thank you, sir.
Incredible.
Beyond Scary.
John Solomon.
Talk about scary.
Well, actually, I'm feeling better, Solomon, now that you're on the case.
Give us the perspective and break the, because listen, you know, as you saw, President Trump, this is a super high priority for him to get to the bottom of this.
The mainstream media is going nuts again today.
Where do we stand in the takedown of the deep state, sir?
Well, I tell you, I'm pretty sure that President Trump must be watching your show because he picked up on the line that we had patriots versus hatriots.
Yesterday he just socialized that a few minutes ago.
So, you know, I think he feels good about where he is with the American people.
He's got to be watching your show, which is great.
Listen, he set the fulcrum.
He set the argument for the race in 2026.
And every Republican now knows exactly on which stakes they can win this race.
And you can see even in the leftist press and the traditional media that they realize that Donald Trump won the week, won the year maybe on that speech because he has now focused the Republicans like Glenn Young focused on parents' rights in 2021.
The 2026 race is set.
The Democrats can't change the terms anymore.
That's important.
Now what has to happen are three things.
One, the rest of the agenda has to be delivered.
The election integrity issues have to be resolved.
They're important just for confidence, if nothing else.
And I think next week will be an important week in moving the election integrity debate to some new facts and then some new solutions and get the Senate done.
Get another bill through the Senate, a mini-bus bill that gets the rest of the agenda that the president wants today, the $1,000 matching grant for 401ks, and then have the spring and summer when Congress never does anything anyways, be dominated by accountability, which will come out of the Florida grand jury and maybe some other places.
I saw some evidence yesterday that the Justice Department was stirring on this Fonnie Willis story.
And so let's bring everybody up to speak.
Yesterday, we told you that new documents we got showed that Fonnie Willis was recording, was working secretly behind the scenes with the Biden Justice Department, the Biden White House, and the J6 Democrats to create a double jeopardy, double drain on Donald Trump's supporters by creating a similar indictment to Jack Smith, but in Georgia to move resources and lawyers and attention span and divide it.
We're supposed to have a justice system that avoids double jeopardy.
But in this case, you can see the plot being created by these lawyers and by the collaboration.
Today, we raise a question or we provide some evidence to a question that Jim Jordan raised about a year ago, the House Judiciary Committee Chairman.
He believed that Fonnie Willis' prosecution of Trump was being underwritten by the Justice Department because he saw a stream of funding.
What we see, what we've provided to the public, is an unusual situation.
In the middle of Fonnie Willis building her case against Donald Trump and 18 of his allies to charge them with conspiracy in and racketeering in Georgia to double up on what Jack Smith charged in Washington, the Justice Department comes to Fonnie Willis and says, hey, we just want you to apply for this grant and we're going to take this grant, which is normally competitive.
We're going to make it non-competitive.
Basically, you're the only one that's going to get the money.
Just fill out the paperwork and take your cash, about $2 million.
It's that classic Washington grant, go help kids.
Not really much specificity.
But they move it from competitive to sole source, meaning it's wired just for her.
It looks like the old boss hog way of doing business or Tammany Hall way of doing business.
And I think for Jim Jordan or Barry Laudermilk, who was on our show last night investigating January 6th from the Judiciary Committee, this is a pretty serious issue for them to investigate.
This looks like a gift grant to Fonnie Willis while she's doing the bidding of Joe Biden to pursue and tie down Donald Trump and his friends in a criminal prosecution in Atlanta.
It looks just like Tammany Hall at Chicago-style politics.
And there's now a complete body of documents for Congress to look at this.
Remember, I told you last week that there was an operation that occurred between Arctic Frost and Crossfire Hurricane.
That's the first sign of what you're seeing here.
This operation to go after Susie Wiles, to go after Kash Patel.
When the rest of the records are declassified, they're going through declassification because they were treated as a counterintelligence investigation.
When we see it, we're going to see another example of the FBI being weaponized, abusing civil liberties, going after people solely because of the way they spoke or who they supported or whether they were in Trump's orbit.
We are headed into stuff that's going to make Jay Edgar Hoover turn in his grave and blush.
He didn't think of these things 60, 70 years ago when we had abuses in an earlier generation.
So that's coming down the pike, and so is some pretty important revelations about election forward election interference that have not been given to the public or to Congress.
I think I said the other day when we talked about this that I thought the Department of Justice had made some very good filings.
And but always the wild card is the judiciary.
We have a really bad situation in our country with judges.
That's just the fact.
And I've watched these judges, both state and federal, in Atlanta for five years, who are just terrible and who dismiss cases for lack of standing, or in the case of our election contest, never even appointed a judge to hear the evidence of how the election in 2022 and 2020 should have been thrown out.
We had the evidence, but here's the situation.
They don't want to hear any evidence.
And what happened was that the, and remember, all of the narrative by the left-wing media is this has already been litigated, nothing to see here.
And they brought in after the DOJ made its filings, which were pretty comprehensive, both from a substantive point of view and a criminal procedural point of view, and asked the court to just dismiss the evidentiary hearing.
Number one, because there was no standing, that these plaintiffs have no standing.
Although they did get the court clerk, by the way, two days ago, they got the court clerk from Fulton County court system to file an intervention.
But the DOJ, to my knowledge, hasn't filed any response to that.
But what the judge said last night in an order issued last night that when certain issues are raised in a with regard to a search warrant issued by a federal magistrate, which is what happened here, and if there is a petition to return the materials to the petitioner, whatever was seized by the government, now they're asking for it back.
And the judge said that that is a proceeding in equity, not law.
I don't even want to get into that.
That's a whole law school course.
And that the remedy has to be treated as a civil matter, not a criminal procedure matter.
So he has ordered mediation.
Now, what is that about?
Let me tell you what this is about.
These people are desperate to keep us from looking at the ballots from 2020.
They have fought this tooth and nail for five years, more than five years.
We've had all the different ways that we've tried to get them.
This is at least the fourth judicial proceeding, the fourth separate case where we are trying to get the ballots.
Why does that matter?
Well, number one, as I think I've said on the show before, on October 16th, Fulton County ordered October 16th of 2020, three weeks before the election, after the deadline for requesting an absentee ballot, by the way, under Georgia law, Fulton County ordered 1.6 million absentee ballots from their vendor, Runbeck, and they ordered those without envelopes.
You cannot use an absentee ballot unless it's folded and put into an envelope.
And one of the things that we had observers saying and was part of our election contest in 2020 is that here are all these pristine ballots that have never been folded.
They cannot possibly be real ballots.
Now then the petitioners, the county is coming in and they brought in some expert who was paid out of Zuckerbucks, I might add.
He's from a left-wing group and they have focused completely on these ballots, why it doesn't matter that they've never been folded.
That doesn't mean anything.
Yes, it does.
And we just want to make sure that we have those, that we are able to look at them, but they are desperate to get them back.
So the judges ordered mediation.
I don't know what that could possibly be, but I will tell you that I am going to, I'm swinging into action here, even though I have no portfolio other than I'm just, I just will make a pest of myself.
But the state election board has subpoenaed those ballots.
They're entitled to the ballots.
They should be part of this case.
I'm certainly going to make that argument to the Department of Justice that the state election board has voted to subpoena the ballots because they want to look at the ballots.
There have been a lot of people who have seen ballot images.
We want to make sure we keep the original ballots, but the ballot images have raised some very, very concerning information about changes, digital changes, dates changed on ballots to try to make it appear that they were received or processed before they actually were or after they actually were.
So I just think this judge doesn't want to, he does not want to hear the case.
I don't know why, but mediation is better than just granting what the petitioners have asked for.
But it's worrisome because I've watched, as I say, I've watched these judges.
They're elitists.
They've drunk the file that says that there's nothing to see here.
We've got an amazing team on this, but I just want people to understand for Cleta Leaves.
At the same time, Solomon's breaking, Fonnie Willis is working with DOJ, J6, the White House, and direct getting money, getting grants, getting no bid contracts to do what?
To put the people that stood up against this in Trump in prison.
Folks, you got to understand what's going on here, man.
We got to get the we got to rip the scab off in Georgia and let the whole nation and the world see what went on here.
We got them.
We know we got them because they're in a desperate, desperate, desperate move to get their hands in that ballots and destroy them and the tabulator tapes.
We need the Justice Department fighting with every ounce of energy, killer instinct that they can absolutely muster, because it all starts here.
If they win this, if these bad guys succeed in keeping us from being able to look at those ballots, to be able to look at all of the data, all the records that proves the theft, the fraud, the incompetence.
I mean, Brad Rappensberger, the horrible Secretary of State of Georgia, no matter what the issue is, no matter how egregious we are able to show that this happened or this happened, his automatic response is always: oh, that was just a clerical error.
But all you have not to bankrob Rudy Giuliani, to put bankrupt Cleta Mitchell, to put people in prison, to put people in prison, and to have Trump die in prison.
This is what this election is about.
This election about these patriots that stood in the breach, it's revolting what's happened in exposure.
And they got Abby Lowell and Norm Eisen and all this outside money down there to defeat it.
We're not going to, but by the way, the Patriots that held the line in Georgia for five and six years, the Calvary has arrived and we will never back off this ever.
This is a company that has your Christian values at heart in saving the Judeo-Christian West.
They have done so much on their PAC side, their political side, to awaken people down here in Texas.
In Texas, we got a good old fight.
We're going to do Warham, Texas, this afternoon as a tee up for President Trump's trip to Corpus Christi, the South Texas tomorrow.
We'll go through all of it.
But even CNN, the mainstream media are catching up with the fact that something big is happening down here.
And so we'll go through all that.
972 Patriot.
You call there.
You're going to get, as the company says, somebody with an East Texas accent to actually walk you through how you do the switch and do the switch today.
Support this company.
The phone service is unbelievable because it layers on top of all the primary carriers, and they've got so many great individual services that you can pick up.
But go talk to 972 Patron, an expert today.
Patriot Mobile.
Glenn's story, Jenny's story.
Incredible couple and just a ball of fire and energy.
Let's go to McCabe.
Cuba, as we left you yesterday, and this is one time I want to say, my brother, Eric Prince, I think I was right on this one.
And Eric was maybe not as right.
He thought it might have been a pleasure craft that went off.
Guys had a couple of beers.
Next thing, you know, they're shooting.
There was a gunfight yesterday, McCabe.
And Marco Rubio and the team have been a little hesitant to talk about details.
The Cubans have put out a lot.
What was this gunfight about?
Four Americans, at least four Florida residents killed, six more injured and captured by the Cubans, sir.
And so it's very confusing as to why this boat, which is about a 20-foot, you know, you could, it looks like a center console fishing boat, would be a mile off the northeast coast of Cuba.
And as soon as the Cuban Coast Guard, the Cuban Border Patrol says, hey, dude, what are you doing here?
The Cubans say that the people on the boat started firing and that became a firefight, literally a mile off the coast.
And so it doesn't really make sense why if this was an infiltration, why would you do it at 9 or 10 o'clock in the morning?
Why wouldn't you do it at like 2 in the morning when it's dark?
I've talked to some people in the Cuban-American community.
Some people were telling me that this was a mission to rescue relatives, but that doesn't make sense because you had 10 people on a 20-foot boat.
And then there's all the weapons that the Cubans said they found.
And so what I think it came down to is it could be a Versailles bakery ops that sort of the anti-Castro old guard in Miami was trying to scuttle what they thought is maybe some peace talks or some rapparche moi between the Trump administration and the new Cuban leadership.
They're afraid that the Cubans are going to get the same deal as the Venezuelans, where they basically stay in the city.
Well, yeah, if you're, you know, it's, you know, you call the, you call the master, you ask him, you know, his home port, you ask him his registry, what's his course and speed, what are you doing here in the area?
It's a, you know, it's very pro forma.
And, you know, the State Department put out a statement from Rubio, who did a gaggle yesterday.
And Rubio was saying all the time, the Coast Guard, U.S. Coast Guard, and Cuban Coast Guard, they talk all the time at a certain administrative level about things that are going on.
And there was no talk about this.
And so, and I think the Cubans were shocked.
I talked to somebody who is, I'll call him a government source from the Cuban mission who told me that they have no idea why this, why the American government would have even allowed this to happen.
They're trying to figure it out.
And so State Department didn't know what was going on.
The Cubans didn't know what was going on.
Maybe the guys in the Versailles Bakery, it's almost like this day of the jackal type thing to scuttle what they thought could be some kind of agreement.
Look forward to having me back on this afternoon with an update.
I love it.
The Versailles Bakery.
President Trump has been to the Versailles Bakery a couple of three times.
I don't think he goes down there unless he stops by for a visit.
David Nino Rodriguez, I got to get you on here.
And I want to make sure the audience understands this.
Nino's got one of the, he's got one of the biggest shows in Texas and one of the biggest shows in the country, the podcast.
And you're not a guy, this guy's hair on fire.
You have been adamant for, I know, six, eight, nine months that folks should not be going to these beautiful resort towns like Puerto Villarta, Mazalan, places like that, that you've been warning that there's something brewing with the cartels down there.
The Americans are talking interdiction.
You're not a big fan of some of the Shinebon stuff.
You warn about going.
And then this past weekend, you saw the reality of that.
Are you still, are you now saying, hey, they took the head guy out, things have calmed down.
It's safe to go back.
Are you still taking that hard position that you think Americans and Canadians going down there are putting themselves in jeopardy?
You know, this is the time to get the hell out of there because now it's a very hot situation.
We are at war with the cartels.
And let me just say, when I said earlier that we are at war with Mexico, well, cartels control Mexico.
That's what I meant by that.
So don't take it out of context.
What I'm saying is the cartels control everything in Mexico.
So now is the time to get out of there.
You know, take this window of time to leave because, you know, they go to any measure possible to prove a point.
And what I'm saying here, if I'm looking at this as a strategist, I was a fighter, I was a boxer, I'm looking at this like they will do anything to get their point across to Trump to throw mud on Trump's face, such as take American hostages and make this as ugly as possible.
These are not just like rogue gangs running the streets that are just disorganized.
They're very organized.
They have military intelligence on par with ours.
I mean, we have better technology, but they got their guys as well that are just as organized, just as intelligent, and they have the money.
And they're not going to just roll over and say, you know what, we lost.
No big deal.
They took out the head guy.
It's over.
No, this is going to escalate.
Now, do I have a timeline for this?
I absolutely do not.
But I can tell you that right now, this window of time, why risk it?
There's been this theory of strategy of whether you go in and interdict at the Sicaria level or whether you go in for the decapitation of some of these cartels.
And there's been a big debate.
My understanding, and we have Oscar Blue Ramirez is now going deep in country to try to get some answers for us.
But Nino, I'm hearing that not only might we done targeting information, this might have actually been a high-level drone strike, hit them with a missile and do a decapitation move.
If that's the case, aren't the cartels going to go to ground for a while?
Because it's a technology.
Now, this is a military operation.
It's not law enforcement.
They've never really had to deal with this.
Don't you think they may go to ground for a while?
Start off at Wild World of History or Wild World of Politics.
Either one, depending on your bent, whether you're a homeschooler or whether you're interested in politics.
Last we heard the book was at its 46th printing, but they authorized a new 25th anniversary edition that will be out in 2029, meaning Mike and I are going to have to get to work on cutting down the existing book so we can put new stuff in for 2029 very soon.
Steve, I love your talks on AI and I want to throw one thing out there.
I've always said AI can go, and this is in the new book, America in the 21st Century.
But AI can go one of four ways.
We can end up with Skynet and Terminators.
We could all be in the Matrix right now and not know it.
We could end up with human control, which I think is what everybody with a conscience wants to have happen is to control these things.
But the last one nobody talks about is these machines could get so smart they go, you know what?
We're not God and we're not man.
We're going to limit ourselves.
So I think we need to open ourselves to any and all of these possibilities.
There were some good comments and some good updates.
West Point's trending in the right direction.
I know when I was nominated to the board, I had a lot of grads and people very interested in what was going on at the Academy reach out about how things needed to change.
Back in 2008, I was working in news and I was just covering pretty much what I call lifestyle type content.
And then when Barack Obama said these very words, and I'm kind of paraphrasing here a little bit, but we are here to fundamentally change this country.
And I looked up from my computer and I said, what did he just say?
And that's when a light bulb went off and said, hey, I've got to really kind of move to the front of the lines and start trying to combat that.
But that's what woke me up.
He's absolutely right.
And later, getting fired for a job for criticizing, at that time, President Obama on what he did with immigration.
There was a couple of policies that was unconstitutional.
And I just tweeted that and I got fired over that.
Well, I'm not going to travel with him, but I will be on the ground.
We'll have live coverage from Corpus Christi starting tomorrow morning, actually, on American Sunrise Early Edition.
I'll be on the ground probably at the port, and we'll have full coverage from the plane to the stage and then back here to the White House right here on Real America's Forest.
