Episode 5163: Mexico Falls Into Chaos After Execution Of Cartel Kingpin
President Trump’s 2015 focus on cartel violence and illegal immigration—unlike other GOP candidates—highlighted families like the "Angel Moms" in Texas, who faced torture and murder by criminals crossing from Mexico. Steve Bannon credits Trump’s blunt rhetoric about rapists and killers, while Eric Prince suggests U.S. intelligence may have aided Mexico’s military in executing cartel leader El Mencho, sparking fears of retaliation. Former Border Patrol officer Art DeCueto reports escalating chaos: roadblocks, burned businesses, and threats against Americans in Tijuana and Puerto Vallarta, warning of potential school attacks and prolonged warfare as cartels fracture. ICE official Tom Holman demands mass deportations of criminal illegals, citing $110M spent annually housing them in Minnesota prisons, while Mike Lindell vows to investigate local obstructionists like Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey if elected governor. The strike’s fallout risks destabilizing Mexico further, exposing U.S. policies as either complicit or ineffective in curbing cartel-driven bloodshed. [Automatically generated summary]
Because right there, I think you're seeing President Trump at his best.
Look at President Trump leaving, going back to work.
Back in 2015, when President Trump first started running, it was only Breitbart that covered this, the great Tony Lee and Matt Boyle, and particularly a guy you might not have heard about too much, Brandon Darby.
We launched Breitbart, Texas to focus on this as the issue of the open borders, the cartels, what was happening to Hispanic American community, particularly in places like the Rio Grande Valley.
Ever heard us talk about the Rio Grande Valley with Cortez and remember in 22?
This all comes back to 2015.
No Republican politician would meet with these people.
It was only Trump because Trump was not a politician.
He's a businessman.
And when he met with them, those families, they just poured out their heart and he listened to all of it because he's not a politician.
That was a difference.
This is what Trump, remember, with all those people running and all those, the Bushes and all that, all that, that whole apparatus, all 16 of them, wouldn't meet with him.
I think a couple of them met with him after Trump tried to do it for political reasons.
President Trump came at this totally different.
And you see, right now, Ben Berquam, Ben Berquam's not there as a media person.
Ben Berquam's there as an honored guest, invited by the families and President Trump's team.
Why?
Ben Berquam has done, you know, at Real America's Voice, has covered the angel families and covered their trials and tribulations and covered the fact that nobody wanted to do anything about it.
No Republicans wanted to do anything about it.
That's the difference in Trump.
And that's, I think, today you saw the, and if we went through the stories in detail, you couldn't handle it.
You couldn't handle the torture.
You couldn't handle the murders.
You couldn't handle the viciousness like Oscar Blue Ramirez reports every day, what's happening down there right now.
These are vicious, vicious people.
And the people who come across here, the criminals that come across here are vicious people.
Let me go.
We're going to blow a break.
I want to thank Real America's voice.
Eric Prince, you were there with us in 2015.
You remember?
President Trump's the only one, first person ever, when the time he came down the golden escalator on that very first time was it June 17th of 2015.
And he talked about it right there, the wall.
He talked about the invasion of the country, the same thing we're dealing with today.
And people were shocked.
Remember CNN, Don Lemma, they went crazy that night.
They went crazy when he talked about the rapists.
He talked about the murders.
What was he talking about?
The angel families.
He was talking about what these people had suffered.
And they were outraged.
The media was outraged.
The political culture in Washington, D.C., of which the Republican Party is a major part of, was outraged.
Somebody had sat there and told the truth to the American people.
That's why I think he was in sixth or seventh place when he came down the escalator.
He went to first that night in a flash poll and never looked back.
Why?
The American people sat there and go, hey, this guy's telling me the truth.
He's giving me information I haven't heard before, but I know that something's deeply wrong.
Eric Prince, your thoughts about today.
And then back then, Trump was the only one that would address this.
Others, I think, marginally tried to come up, but nobody made the angel moms a central part.
Trump made it a central part of the campaign and demanded that he have a role at the convention when even then, after Trump had won, because they tried to take it away from him, Cruz and these people tried to take it away and steal it at the 2016 convention.
We covered it nonstop when I was running Breitbart.
They tried to steal it then, and one of the things they're outrageous about in the business community, the same people in Texas today that are looking the other way in this Islamic invasion because they can make money.
They didn't want to do it, they thought it was too you're going to lose the suburban moms because you're going to come across as xenophobic, you're going to come across as hell with you.
You stand with the American people, they'll support you.
Eric Prince, thank you for doing this and thank you for hanging around.
Well, Steve, you know, what we're seeing in Mexico yesterday with an explosion of cartel violence, um, you know, Trump is right to take on the immigration issue to say we're going to deport the illegals, we're especially going to go after the criminal illegals that have been uh killing and looting and uh and wrecking the country.
Uh, we're working in Haiti right now, which is at the far end of the spectrum of what this defund the police uh embracing of lawlessness will get you.
And so, if we want cartel explosions like in Mexico, uh, or you want the extreme, the complete meltdown of a society in Haiti, then keep allowing laws to be ignored.
But but hang on, hang on, I don't talk a lot about this about the personal of how I even came about, but Haiti is a perfect example.
I, why was I selected to step into the campaign and becoming a CEO?
I'd never run a campaign in my life.
It was because we were experts at Breitbart on taking on banging up the Clintons, and particularly Peter Schweitzer.
He was, I was chairman of government accountability.
We'd just done this big project called Clinton Cash.
What was it about?
How the Clintons had stolen all the money out of Haiti, how the Clintons and the Democratic apparatus and all these do-gooders had sat there and used Haiti as an example to say the world, oh, this is so terrible.
Poverty got earthquakes, got all those hurricanes, and they had looted the cash.
What you're seeing today is the payback for the looting of Clinton because they don't care.
What they want is illegal aliens that come in the country and then put them on big social programs and get them to vote Democratic.
They don't care about the carnage they leave behind.
And Haiti is a perfect example.
They didn't care about the Haitian people.
The Haitian people were just a means to an end for them to get more money.
And you saw how they left it.
They turned it over to barbecue and the gangs.
And now, today, what, 10, 12 years later, it's a hellhole.
It's a bigger hellhole than it was then.
It's 10 times worse, Eric.
And you've seen this up close.
This is what these do-gooders do.
Trump stepped in and said, Hey, here's what we're going to do.
He gave the American common sense and they hate him for it.
This is one of the most central reasons why they hate him.
You saw it there today.
He says, How can the media be against this?
How can politicians be against this?
How could they be fighting up in the streets of Minneapolis to keep the bad ombres there to protect them?
It's the same reason they looted Haiti.
They use all these people a means to an end for them to concentrate wealth and power.
And if the American people have to suffer, or the Haitian people have to suffer, or the common man and woman in Mexico has to suffer, then that's just tough because, you know, those people don't have any power.
What you saw in Haiti 10, 12, 15 years ago with the earthquakes, with the hurricane, was a big fundraising effort.
And the Clintons looted a lot of that.
They left the place undoubtedly worse.
And with all that aid money, it's basically like watering weeds and it reinforced all the negative aspects of that society.
What you saw in Mexico yesterday is a cartel explosion.
It is a government that's allowed the criminal class to basically overmatch law enforcement.
When you take out a gang leader and the gangs respond by locking down large parts of the city, including thousands of Americans that are stuck there, taking over an international airport, it's allowing lawlessness and chaos.
What you're seeing the early stages of is the lawlessness and chaos allowing tens of millions of people to have come across the border over the past few decades, and especially over the Biden administration, and they're trying to.
They're trying to protect that.
The people that are paying for those kind of protests are undoubtedly on the take from the aid money that goes to those migrants.
The Trump administration was brilliant to liquidate uh, U.S. AID at the beginning of the Trump administration, because that money was used to foment more illegal migration and more nonsense.
Almost all of that was washed through US-based NGOs that just paid for more leftist do-gooder, do-gooder without actually doing much of anything effective in the field where let me get your thinking in the time, in the short time I've got of you for you or available um, there is this talk.
You've been, you've been a strong advocate of take the torch to the enemy down there, of interdiction.
If the corrupt and incompetent Mexican government is going to do it, then we're going to have to do it yesterday.
There's now open discussion about how this was a joint internally, the United States, on every different command, an intelligence team put together called Cartel Control that provided targeting.
At least all the mainstream media reported that the Mexican military led this effort.
Well, do you believe that uh, that Delta Force and other beyond even intelligence was was involved in this strike?
Uh, what we do know Steve, is that there's been a lot more uh U.s military aircraft uh traffic uh along the Mexican coast and washing some of those areas, Rivet Joint aircraft, which is a big electronic intelligence.
It's going to vacuum up pretty much every every uh radio or tv or internet transmission in an area.
So they've definitely been building an intelligence picture, in the same way that the pattern of life, the bed down location of Nicolas Maduro was down to the square meter.
Uh, I would say that kind of firing solution and information intelligence has been gathered on a lot of these cartel leaders.
I'm sure that was passed to some vetted Mexican unit um, unlikely that there was U.s guys that went with them uh all the way to the doorstep of the objective, but certainly that helped them with the find and fix part uh, which is often the hardest part, and the finish was left to a trained Mexican unit, because there are, there are Mexican, Mexican patriots that love their Country.
But for the rank and file, it's a terrible, terrible position to be in.
If you're a state or a local law enforcement officer in Mexico, that as soon as you get in the job, you're visited by some agent of the cartel and they say, Plato Iplomo, silver or lead.
Take our silver.
We're going to pay you, or we're going to give you lead and we're going to kill you and we're going to kill your family and we're going to kill them ugly in front of your eyes.
That's what, you know, the role of the Mexican government is to put that to an end.
And if they need some help from the USG, it is absolutely in our strategic interest to do so.
And it can be done through a lot of intel sharing, advisory, training.
It does not have to be done by Americans down there doing it.
They were going to allow flights out of there again, but I just got word that they have closed them down again.
So planes are once again grounded.
They didn't even get a single plane off the ground, to be honest.
And I think that's the major concern is we have American citizens that are stuck in this war zone, you would say, where the cartel has taken over various parts of the cities.
They burnt down banks.
They burnt down the Costco, various other supermarkets.
They burned down the Walmart.
And they were able to acquire some bulldozers.
And they went to the main roads outside the city of Puerto Hallarta and they destroyed the roads with bulldozers.
They lifted the pavement and made sure that no vehicles can enter or come out.
So it is going to be quite a mess.
Also being reported is that the body of El Mencho has been transported to Mexico City.
So Mexico City is also in high alert, as well as many other cities in Mexico.
Now, one of the big concerns, because I've seen this many times before, when a lot of these drug lords get, you know, taken out and somebody else takes control, is those that were very loyal to him will try to escape.
So I think we need to reinforce our borders even more so now, because we're going to have some of those individuals that are part of El Mencho's cartel that maybe do not get along with the new leadership or there's infighting within the new leadership that are going to try to escape Mexico and come into the United States.
So that should be a very, very huge concern for America and for our borders as well now.
Well, we talked about it, Steve, when the border was secured.
I told you this, and we said this on the war room.
Inner wars were going to start.
The unstableness of Mexico was going to demonstrate.
This is what is actually happening now.
Let's see how the federal government is going to come and protect the Mexican citizens and also the international citizens, not only American citizens.
We have a huge presence on tourist areas, but like Tijuana, it is one of the most transit cities in the world in terms of coming back and forth for our American citizens.
We got hundreds of thousands of them that they are concerned right now.
The whole city right now, Steve, let me tell you, Tijuana is a ghost town right now.
Businesses are closing at six o'clock in the evening.
There was a post on social media on Facebook that it was threatening the citizens of Tijuana and also American citizens that they were going to start shooting at civilians after 10 o'clock at night.
That was considered a fake post, but it is also threatening to citizens that they, the power of the cartel, of how they're showing it to just basically terrorize the citizens of Tijuana and terrorize the citizens of Puerto Vallarta, Jalizco, Michael, in places that they have a lot of presence.
The federal government had just gave out a statement right now in the morning conference.
The head of Cedana, the military, was in tears to say that there were falling soldiers on this operation and that it was an operation that needed to be done and that they demonstrated the force of the state in collaboration with the intelligence of the American government.
That is what the most important things that it needs to be addressed.
It is that the head of the military of Mexico has said that there's collaboration with the American intelligence to execute this mission, that it was perfectly done, almost perfectly done in the central parts of the countryside.
Oscar Ramirez TJ on X. You also can get me all around Oscar Blue Ramirez, of course, Real America's voice news, and also follow RAV in Spanish, RAV and Espanol over there.
We're doing also the reports in Spanish of this current event, Steve.
We in America say, God bless ICE and the people, everyone who puts on that uniform and goes out to work and put their life on the line every single day.
That's who we want to honor.
We want to honor the angel families, the American citizens, the law-abiding American citizens, not the criminal, illegal aliens, and the people that are trying to obstruct the work of ICE.
And there's no greater person than that than Tom Holman.
It's an honor to be here with you, sir.
What's your message from to today to the American people?
It doesn't make sense to release a public safety threat backing to reaffirm take lives of these children.
I mean, it's just, I don't understand sanctuary citizens policy.
This is the reason why we have to have cooperation with the jails with the bad guys and safety and security of the jail, which is safe for my officers, safe, families, safety, another reason why we have a mass deportation.
It's just not criminal image that burnt the children.
That's why we need this mass deportation.
We need a historic deportation operation because we just solve historic illegal immigration crisis on board.
So match historic with historic metrics of the American people, but tell the stories of these families.
President Trump's saying the media doesn't understand.
He doesn't understand how the media doesn't get this, how the media is out there portraying the illegal aliens as the good guys and American citizens, in particular angel families.
Attacking the president, they're attacking the secretary, attacking me, they're attacking men and women, Ice and Borgo, who are trying to arrest people who murder children of United States citizens, right?
That's a big part of what we do.
So they want to keep vilifying ICE.
Meanwhile, no talk about the criminal aliens that murdered the children and caused his parents to bury the children.
Men and women of ICE are trying to prevent this stuff from happening.
Ben Berkwan, I want to go to you because I don't think I've seen a more touching ceremony than today.
I mean, you've been with the angel miles, but President Trump, I mean, that was heartrendering.
He's sitting there going, I don't understand it.
I don't understand how the media continues to attack and how these mayors and governors defend the worst of the worst and don't allow American ICE working with law enforcement to extract them.
And you've got these stories of the you've got these stories of the families that sit there and talk to you about the brutal murders, the torture that many of these people went through before they were murdered.
That to me was one of the most powerful ceremonies I've ever seen at the White House ever.
When you talk about the American citizens that have been murdered and the moms that have to live with this every single day, well, in your case, the illegal alien is still on the run.
It's just absolutely outrageous when you hear Laura Wilkerson talk about her son being tied up, hogtied, and lit on fire, strangled and lit on fire.
And the media, the mainstream media, is silent.
It is disgusting.
They're out there marching for illegal aliens.
They're out there attacking ICE when we are called.
The American people voted for this.
They want these people arrested.
They want them deported.
And as Tom said, not just the criminals.
They want all of them.
These are the stories, the moms that we should be telling.
I think it was on Breitbart News Radio and SiriusXM because we had done an article about it.
When she came on, her story about, I think her son's named Joshua, he had been beaten, tortured.
I think then they burned his body, and I believe he was still alive when they burned him alive, and then threw, I believe, the body into a, into a, in one of these huge trash bins.
People were shocked when she came on.
The people in the Sirius XM of the day when we ran Breitbart News was more of a call-in show.
I had guests, but we took a lot of callers, just the format.
And the audience was stunned.
It was the first time that these stories started to come out.
We had written a bunch of my Breitbart, the great Tony Lee and Brandon Darby and Matt Boyle, but this is the first time people heard their voices.
Let me repeat, only Donald Trump would meet with them.
Think about it.
This topic, this evidence was there.
The border had been open and people were flooding into the country, including bad ombres and going after people in places like Texas and Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Although that's where we came up with this saying that every town's a border town and every state's a border state.
And nobody would touch it except for Trump.
And the Republican money class and donor class hated it when he did this, hated it when he was able to elevate the story of people like Laura Wilkinson.
David Nino Rodriguez, sir, you live in one of the tips of the spear.
If anybody saw the movie Sicario is about El Paso, Texas, you are there, sir, and you have one of the biggest podcasts in the state of Texas in the country.
You've got a better feel for the cartels than anybody.
What is going to happen?
As you see it right now, particularly El Paso.
And if you have not seen the movie Sicario, you should see it because the El Paso community and the northern Mexico community right north of it is like the old West, sir.
And what people really need to understand right now is that this is war with Mexico.
This is not just some bad, bad ombre gangs that we're fighting against.
This is now war with Mexico.
When you understand the cartels own and control every element of Mexico, we are at war with Mexico.
And, you know, to see this playing out, I've been seeing that.
I've been watching this now for the last year, the heavy artillery being moved up to the border, watching this, getting a bird's eye view, front lines.
I can only tell you that I knew what was coming.
And on my show, at least for the last few hundred shows, I've been saying, do not go to Mexico.
Americans, Canadians, do not go to Mexico.
This is about to kick off.
I don't know when, but it's going to kick off.
And now it has kicked off.
And you can expect this to last for a long while because the cartel's objective now will be, if you're looking at this as strategy, will be to muddy Trump's face, make this as ugly as possible, kill innocent civilians, mow down schools.
This will bleed into America.
You better believe it.
Right now, Juarez, see that, Juarez is kind of, it's like the calm before the storm.
You know, different cartels control different sectors of Mexico.
So we are anticipating something coming very soon.
This is going to get ugly, very ugly.
It's already ugly now, but it's going to get worse.
Sam Fattis started this off this morning by saying, hey, we've been trying to do the law enforcement model, but you saw kinetic military activity with an American at a minimum major intelligence component.
We're hearing rumors might have even been a part of Delta Forces, some CIA paramilitary in there, because all the story is saying the Mexican military led the operation.
It didn't say that they did the operation totally.
A guy that knows the board have been warning about it.
President Trump, they dropped a hammer yesterday.
And what Nino's, I think, accurate, these cartels are not human about how they fight.
In fact, you saw on the Angel Moms.
So many of these were cartel actors.
In fact, a horrible story about the Border Patrol officer that was gunned down in front of his family, right?
In cold blood.
That's how they live and die.
Mike Lindell, a magnificent day at the White House with the angel moms, President Trump at his best.
It was heartrender to sit there and see the president saying, hey, I don't know how the media, I don't know how these politicians, he was talking specifically, mentioned Fry, how people in Minneapolis cannot want ICE to come in and get the bad ombre, how they cannot sit there and want the criminal class to be removed.
And it was quite heartrendering seeing the president really, I think, in a very open moment saying, we have to get these people out.
We have in Minnesota, it's like, I think it's over 900 prisoners we have here that are illegals that we're paying $85,000 a year as Minnesota taxpayers.
It comes to $110 million we're paying to house the worst of the worst in our prisons.
Well, can you think you could let ICE come and pick them up and get them out of our country and go back to put their prison time in their own country?
Steve, it's so, you can't even wrap your head around this as someone like Fry.
I mean, you're either in on it or there's alternative motives here.
I don't know what it is, but it's disgusting.
And we're going to get to the bottom of it.
