Episode 5161: Georgia Meltdown Continues Over Seizure Of Fulton County Ballots
Georgia’s election fight escalates as Harry McDouglan warns of DOJ-led evidence seizures, calling Fulton County’s request a "fishing expedition" while Judge Trupas faces an 11-count felony complaint for alleged judicial impropriety. Guests compare leftist tactics—funded by groups like the DSA and Progressive International—to historical revolutionary wars, framing it as an existential threat to capitalism and family values. Urgency grows with 700+ Democrat canvassers outnumbering Republican inaction, while calls for domestic crackdowns (deportations, fentanyl smuggling) overshadow overseas conflicts, tying the battle to midterm wins and radical network dismantling. [Automatically generated summary]
It's Saturday, 21 February in the year of our Lord 2026.
You just saw it in all your glory.
Harry McDouglund's going to join us now, one of the great heroes and patriots working with Caroline Jefferson and others down in Georgia to make sure they stood in the breach in all those kind of dark and grim years.
Before I get to Harry, I just want to mention something to John Meacham right there, folks.
He said the thing Navarro was talking about, that was the Green Bay sweep.
John Meacham is the only time any of these guys on the left have ever talked about it, besides Raskin a couple of years ago.
John Meacham said right there exactly what the plan was.
You could not certify.
This is why Georgia is so massively important right now.
We never made the argument that the Trump electors should be certified.
It was quite simple.
You could not certify the Biden electors in Pennsylvania, in Georgia, in Arizona, in Michigan, in Wisconsin.
And therefore, by not being able to certify those electors, because of the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and the U.S. Constitution, you don't revote.
You don't do all these people running around.
You got to seize machines and revote.
No, there's no more.
The nation votes once.
You would go to a contingent election in the House of Representatives, and President Trump would have won that because you'd vote by state party delegation.
At the time, I think it was 26, 23 and 1.
I think Pennsylvania was actually split.
And Raskin actually said on TV years later, Bannon and Navarra Hen thought one thing, Liz Cheney wouldn't have voted.
Fine.
We still would have won by one vote and President Donald Trump would have been reelected.
Full stop.
Now, divine providence said maybe you need four years in the wilderness to get it more together against the deep state.
Harry McDouglund, you just saw, because they're intensely watching this show, not because of me, because of you and Ecleta Mitchell, Sally Grubbs, and others.
Well, I would say Professor Meacham, let's give him props for acknowledging that Trump won the 2024 election.
That was big of him.
And Jeff Duncan is out in the wilderness.
He left the Republican Party in Georgia, and so he is persona non-brada there.
And the Democrats, his only utility to Democrats is to attack Republicans.
And the minute he ceases to be useful for that purpose, they will throw him to the curb.
That's the fate of all party switchers, which I think he did not think about before he switched.
But if he switched out of conscience, fine.
But all of the people who've been looking into this election on their own dime and their own time for the last five years are also acting out of conscience.
And I think he ought to have more respect for their good intentions than he seems to be willing to concede.
Well, they start by saying that they cite the Trump v. U.S. case in the 11th Circuit, where the court rejected Donald Trump's attempt to limit the investigation by the Biden DOJ into the Mar-a-Lago documents that they seized.
And that was swept away by the 11th Circuit.
And they quote that case over and over in this brief as the court is not going to interfere in ongoing criminal investigation.
They're just not going to do it.
And so then they start with: you guys don't have standing.
You know, these documents are in the custody of the clerk.
The clerk's not in this case.
That's all there is to it.
See you later.
Then they point out that counties don't have Fourth Amendment rights under the Constitution.
So they've got no right to get these back because it's not their stuff and they don't have Fourth Amendment rights anyway.
And then they get into responding to the merits of the motion.
And one of the criteria, legal criteria for such a motion, is that there be what the courts call callous disregard for the constitutional rights of the party from whom they were taken.
Well, this party is not the right party, so they don't have any constitutional rights that are implicated.
If they were the right party, they wouldn't have any constitutional rights under the Fourth Amendment anyway, because that protects individuals, not governments.
And three, there was no callous disregard because they went to the magistrate twice.
And the magistrate said the application for the warrant was proper and issued the warrant.
So they're dead like three or four or five different ways.
And so I don't know what the judge is going to do.
I mean, I spend all day trying to figure out what judges are going to do, but I don't see this one getting anywhere.
Well, do you think the judges got enough courage now that this thing has not just national attention, but global attention, given the stakes here about getting to the bottom of the 2020 election and what it means going forward?
Do you think there's any chance that they cannot have this hearing?
Wouldn't that create another fire political firestorm that these judges are just not about to take on?
Well, so the judge has made difficult decisions in other cases.
So he's certainly up to the task.
And the grounds for not having a hearing are strong.
It's clear and obvious that what the county is trying to do is run a fishing expedition.
They want to put the agent on the stand and ask him all about the investigation, all about things that are not in the affidavit, all about things that are not publicly known.
That's not what these hearings are for.
And that's an improper use.
And I don't see the judge allowing that to occur.
So, you know, if they have a hearing, the government has asked for it to just be legal argument and not evidence.
But we'll know, I think, early next week whether the judge is going to grant the government's motion to cancel the hearing or limit it to legal argument.
The Calvary is starting to arrive to assist the besiege homesteaders.
Let's say it that way from the classic Westerns of the 1940s and 50s.
I want to talk, I'm going to stay on judges, the Wall Street Journal.
Judge Trupas up in Wisconsin.
This is just not Georgia.
Georgia is kind of now the railhead of it.
It's going to move to Maricopa County.
It's Pennsylvania.
It's Michigan and it's Wisconsin.
Another patriot, a guy stood in the breach and trying to destroy him.
Judge Trupas joins us from Wisconsin.
The Wall Street Journal, Paul Gijot and the team, which we normally disagree with 80 or 90% of the time, actually has a magnificent main page editorial about you specifically and your journey, sir.
The Wall Street Journal last night published an editorial that essentially reviewed what's going on right now in Wisconsin.
Well, they're looking back at elections in Georgia and what have you.
In Wisconsin, the tact was quite different.
It was to come after the lawyers, that's me, and literally file an 11-count criminal felony complaint against me for using alternate electors.
They had bizarre theories.
I won't go into that, but the theories were clearly wrong.
So we filed a series of motions, my excellent attorneys.
And we, and what happened was a private citizen, a former judge, provided off the record, that is, ex parte.
We had no idea this had happened.
He wrote an opinion denying the motion to dismiss, gave it to the sitting judge, undisclosed to us, secretly.
And then that opinion became the opinion of the court.
The court admitted, the court, when I say that, I mean the trial court judge, Judge Hyland, admitted he hadn't even read the briefs when he received a complete opinion from the son of that now private person, former judge.
We had forensic linguists look at this because this order controls the entire case.
And the forensic linguists work for the FBI, among others.
And they said unequivocally, unequivocally, the opinion was not written by the judge sitting on the case, but was in fact written by a private citizen who has very clear ways of speaking.
And that affidavit would be enough literally in a federal criminal proceeding against people.
Ron Johnson was so upset about this after he had seen this.
He wrote a letter to the Department of Justice in November, early December, asking them to begin a federal civil rights and criminal investigation into the conduct of the judges of Dane County Circuit Court.
Mind you, we went to the judge privately.
We tried not to make this public initially because we said, look, if we're wrong, tell us we're wrong.
No one has told us we're wrong.
Eventually, the judge simply said, I'm not going to hold a hearing on this, bind you over.
So, in other words, all we asked for was an evidentiary hearing where we could put on linguists, experts, as well as other facts about the case to demonstrate the judge didn't write the opinion and put those facts on in front of a different judge.
100% of the lawyers listening to your program this morning and 100% of the judges would say, of course, when you have that kind of evidence, you must hold a separate hearing in front of a different judge to determine if there's been judicial impropriety.
Sam Fettis is going to join us at the bottom of the hour, and Sam's going to give us, given his expertise and intelligence, we're going to walk through exactly how you think through what's happening in the greater region of the Middle East right now and this whole aspect of hitting potentially going kinetic in Iran.
This is why it's so important for you right now to understand the process of what drives the value of a hedge like gold.
It's not the price.
I think this price today is $5,100.
It was $1,100 when we first started at the end of the dollar empire.
We did that for a reason.
We understood that with Biden, the illegitimate stealing of the 2020 presidential election.
And what did Meacham say?
Yeah, they called Biden illegitimate.
You know why we call him illegitimate?
Because I just had Harry McDougall on here talking to you about Georgia, and I got Trupas up in Wisconsin.
Of course, they were illegitimate and they stole it.
The crime of the century, and we cannot forgive it.
We cannot forget it.
And we have to get to the bottom of it because it's going to drive everything.
And anybody who says, oh, just put it past it, then they're wrong.
End of the dollar empire.

And geopolitical is this fancy schmancy thing for war and the rumors of war.
Birchgold.com, end of the dollar empire.
And what I'm so proud of when we talk about the American system in there five years ago because the report on manufacturers from Alexander Hamilton is a document that is almost at the level of the Declaration of Independence in the Constitution, because you know why?
It was a declaration of American economic independence.
Check it out today, birchgold.com.
Talk to Philip Patcher and the team.
Judge Trupas, only got a couple of minutes for Packman back on a week, but I just want to make sure people understand why did I start with Yoon in South Korea?
They didn't give him a death sentence, but they gave him life in prison.
And you heard about his defense secretary got 30 years in prison.
Bolsonaro's in prison.
Le Pen, they're trying to send to prison.
In Georgia, in Georgia, they try to send Fonnie Willis, who's going to send Trump to prison as a death sentence.
Trupas, you are known as a good and decent man and a good and decent lawyer.
I just want to make sure the audience understands this.
The 11 felony counts, I think, seven years, it was a seven potential 70-year criminal charge against you.
You're my age, sir.
You would have, this was a death sentence for you, was it not, sir?
I want everybody in this audience to understand this.
How can we forget this?
You cannot move on because that apparatus still exists.
Look in the streets of New York today.
Look at Springsteen.
Look at the streets of Minneapolis.
Look in New York City.
Look in Los Angeles.
Look in these centuries, these sanctuary cities, these sanctuary states.
That apparatus is not only there, they are getting stronger because we haven't taken a trenching tool and dug it out.
And this is why when I hear what's going on at the Capitol Hill Club, we're talking about transparency and drugs, and we're going to have this.
No, we are at war with people that are trying to steal this country and shut down this demo, this constitutional republic.
And if you don't understand that, look at Trupas and even the Wall Street Journal, and they kind of do it in their very, you know, awfully, awfully way, you know, over a cup of tea.
It is hard for me to understand how, whether it's the White House or the Justice Department or individuals or businesses, how they do not understand that from the other side's perspective, elections are everything.
And you have to destroy the people who would protect those elections like me.
I had been doing election law for 40 years.
Everyone knew it.
I helped write the law in Wisconsin.
We announced in advance what we were going to do.
But it's critical for the left.
It's critical for our Attorney General Josh Call.
It's critical for these people to destroy me because then no one will ever step up and defend the electoral system as it should be defended.
Number one, make sure 90% of your net worth is tied up in your home.

Cliff Maloney, you're one of the great grassroots leaders in 2024, particularly in Pennsylvania.
So I had the great Sam Fattis, I had him on last week about this American Tet.
Sam's back and I said, hey, look, I want to have an assessment of all the intelligence around Iran.
They got the situation in Cuba.
You've got these pieces up.
They're brilliant and I want to go through it.
But in the time I've got, I want to go back to the American Tet because last night, I think Times Square was shut down where a couple thousand Muslim men did the call to prayer.
And I just don't feel that people understand.
We haven't, there's too many of us that are not awakened to what we're up against.
And this is what Cliff was talking about in Texas, DSA, the Working Family Party.
These people are dedicated.
They're dedicated because they're Marxist as jihadist.
This is what they do.
They dedicate their life to taking over this country.
Sam Fattis, you wrote this seminal piece about the American Tet, harkening us back to Vietnam and the fight with the communists there.
Do you think people understand the depth of what we're up against and the reality that they intend to take this country over and they intend to take it over now?
I mean, we are at war with a radical revolutionary communist movement that intends to destroy the republic, capitalism, family structure, everything.
And apparently we're pretending that none of this is happening.
I mean, it's like the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor yesterday.
And today we just got up and we're going about our business, you know, as the ships are settling into the mud.
I mean, we wrote another piece today talking about these groups that are organizing on behalf of Cuba in the United States, which is all the usual suspects.
Cliff just named a bunch of them.
You know, Code Pink and all these guys under the banner of the Progressive International.
These guys laud Lenin, specifically by name.
The fact that the USSR doesn't exist anymore is it depresses them.
They mourn the loss of the USSR.
They're in league with the communists.
A say explicitly, capitalism is a virus that must be eradicated.
These are the terms in which these guys are talking.
It's not about reform.
The DSA, Mamdani's party, has a big webinar a couple of months ago.
The title is Abolishing the Family.
These guys could not be more clear, and they are on the march, and they got billions of dollars, and they are highly organized.
And we got a bunch of guys still sitting around talking about bipartisanship and how we're going to have some compromise with people that are trying to eradicate us.
You spent, what, 30 years of your life or 35 of your life in defense of your country, principally overseas.
And then you came back and in Pennsylvania, you're one of the great grassroots leaders of the Trump movement and really firing up the grassroots to get people out to vote and do their civic duty.
But you have come, I believe, to see that this is just not Rebecca Sonnybrook Farms.
It's just not, we're not a good government movement.
There's something dark and sinister.
And I'm telling you, you can see it in Texas, the reason we've shifted the show here.
And it's actually darker and more sinister as I see it now that I'm here.
I just want, once again, why did you choose the Tet Offensive for your piece you had the other day?
If you had the ability to sit with the president and have a cup of coffee this morning while he had one of his Diet Cokes and you were in the oval, give me two minutes of what you would say, Mr., because I know you're a, like we are here, revere the guy of what he's had to go through and what he represents in turning this with all his faults, with all his faults of why he's, and I say the third greatest president in the history of this country and back up General Washington and Lincoln.
In the pivot, and we play this all the time, in that movie, as historically inaccurate as is, the key scene is when Sean Connery, the Irish cop that's now working with the Untouchables, turns to Kevin Cosner and goes, everybody knows where the whiskey is.
everybody knows where it's made it's do you have the guts do you have the balls do you have the steel to take this axe beat down the door and go in and do it do you essentially have the political will to take this down yes if you have that and commit to it we'll take it down if you don't they're going to win is that the exact situation we're here sam yeah that you just put your finger on it precisely i've used that exact analogy Are you prepared to do what is required?
You look at Fattis, you look at Trupas, you look at McDougal, you look at Caroline Jeffers, you look at Sally Grubbs.
Can I go through the list?
These are people just not prepared to sit there and say, we're going to just let them win.
Oh, we're going to talk about transparency of drugs.
No, We have to take the torch to the enemy.
Short break.
Listen to Springsteen.
He's telling you.

Taj Gill, you heard every, are you down for this fight, Taj?
You served your country overseas for, I don't know, 16 deployments.
Is the fight in the streets?
Is the streets of Tehran even hold a candle to what's happening in New York when they shut down Times Square for an hour or so to have the Muslim call to prayer with a couple of thousand people?
They're in your grill showing you what they think is important and daring you to do anything about it.
Of course, I just wanted to mention that our grass-fed beef liver is still our number one product.
And I also know many people still don't know about the benefits of it and they don't know just how powerful beef liver is when it comes to overall nutrition.
But it's oftentimes called nature's multivitamin and for a pretty good reason, mainly because it's just packed with highly bioavailable nutrients like iron, zinc, vitamin A, B12, CoQ10, and folate, which are all essential for things like healthy skin, hair, heart, immune support, as well as brain function.
But then to take it a step further, it's also loaded with vitamins that most people are deficient in.
So things like selenium, K2, as well as copper.
And then, of course, if you go through the reviews, people just love the natural energy boosts that you often get after taking the beef liver because your body is actually able to retain and absorb these nutrients as opposed to taking like a synthetic multivitamin.
