If Democrats win the House in November, quote, the subpoenas are coming.
That's the message in a new memo from communications firm Villa Nova to his clients advising that Democrats plan to investigate both the Trump administration and the private sector if they take control of the chamber.
Quote, due to two key changes in congressional Democrats' thinking, the focus on operations is likely to be more intense than ever.
And executives who are not prepared risk being swamped by a legal, political, and media onslaught.
So that's where I want to pick up because I think it's easy to see this as a media story, and it is a media story, but it is fundamentally a First Amendment story.
And let's not forget Don Lemon and Georgia Fort, who've now been indicted in a conspiracy case for doing journalism.
Let's not forget the failed attempt to indict six members of Congress for speaking out and exercising their First Amendment rights to say what the law is, to say that members of the military are obligated not to follow illegal orders.
And not only do they have a First Amendment right to say that, they are elected members of Congress who are elected for their policy views to speak on these things, right?
That's an assault on the First Amendment.
Let's not forget the assault on law firms, right, that started almost a year ago already, right?
Blacklisting law firms for representing people and causes the president dislikes.
This First Amendment assault goes just across the board.
It's not just about the media.
It is about silencing critics and intimidating others and shutting people up.
And then there was a huge flip, obviously in 2024, towards Donald Trump.
That's all changed.
That most critical demographic has changed again.
And you look at special elections in Texas, you look at polling in Texas.
It is a completely different state today politically than it was a year, a year and a half ago.
How, if you're talking to the Republicans in the House, you say, I understand deportation at massive levels is important to you, and that's what you campaigned on.
Well, my message first to Donald Trump is you made a mistake keeping Christy Noam.
I mean, he, in one fell swoop, could have said, you know what, we're making a little bit of a move on immigration here.
This is a two-thirds, one-third issue as far as where people feel that ICE is overreached and the immigration policies are oppressive, to say the least.
And the fact that Christy Noam still has her job just shows Trump's not making a move on anybody.
And the problem is, and you talking about Texas, I'm not saying Texas is in play, but the immigration thing in Texas and every place else is not playing the way anybody wants to play if you're a Republican.
And, you know, we're so early out in the midterms, we're six, seven, eight months away, but the Democrats are set up for a tremendous, tremendous wave.
Well, so for 80 years after the cataclysm of the Second World War and the First World War, two of the largest events in human history, we created a structure against a lot of American public opinion, which was isolationist at the time.
Averill Harriman once said, you know, after the war, everybody wanted to come home and drink Coke, but they had to project power.
And what Eisenhower believed was that in supporting NATO and President Truman and building it, we could not have just had American men die in the Second World War and then allow a third world war to unfold in Europe.
The post-war order of NATO, the Marshall Plan, which brought down the Iron Curtain, as well as the internal and inherent weaknesses of the Soviet system, about which we were correct, that in fact human beings do want freedom.
There's a reason the wall came down and they were going from east to West Berlin is because West Berlin was more prosperous.
It was where people wanted to be.
It was a, as President Kennedy said, a long twilight struggle.
It took patience.
It took administrations of both parties.
It took different congresses.
It was this deep, deep commitment.
And what we have not proven in the 21st century is that we still have the capacity to carry on a long twilight struggle.
I think the ill impacts of globalization, I think the, and the cares and concerns of those who believe the globalization and the last 30, 40 years have not been good for them are right.
And that's the political case that the Democratic Party has to make.
That has to be made clear is that by voting for an erratic autocrat, you are voting for someone who is going to act on whim for their own benefit as opposed to someone who's going to act on principle for yours.

The elections board, I think, is meeting right now.
We're going to have various election board members from Georgia on the show in the next couple of days to say exactly what's going on.
To get to the bottom of the 2020 election, is the type of thing that MAGA needs to see to not just drive the election forward in the midterm elections, but to make sure that we hold accountable who stole the 2020 election, who left us in this terrible situation.

What happened in Dallas, I think yesterday was the night before.
A jury, jury nullification nullified a capital murder crime against a trende Aragua, you know, terrorist group.
The guys killed one of their own members that had stiffed him, I think, on some money in front of, I think, his daughters and some nephews.
The jury twice hung jury.
The guy's going to walk.
And they've got a whole process.
This is the collapse of the legal system.
They're now giving training courses in Minnesota.
We got a brochure for to train you for jury nullification.
They're also sending out, they've got videos, they've got lectures about how they defeated the effort for mass deportations in Minnesota.
I just think that people, and there was this league, very Mark Halperin did a very good, detailed analysis of this meeting.
They had, I think, for 75 or 100 people yesterday at the Capitol Hill Club.
It's great.
It's time to get everybody organized and go through data and go through information and analysis.
And, you know, the team laid it out.

It looks like the entire kind of forward-leaning cabinet members that would have data and information about that were there, but it seemed quite conventional.
I just don't think we're in conventional times.

Paul Ryan quit about this time in the cycle, but would not leave.
Stayed as Speaker to House instead of saying, hey, I'm not going to run again.

Let's have the vote now, get a motivated team.
And they mailed it in.
And I think we lost, what, 35, 40 seats?
And President Trump was impeached at their first opportunity.
You saw what I've been arguing for behind the scenes, and you saw it now.
They're going to turn the corporations, they're going to turn corporate America against President Trump and the Trump administration.
That was the first part of the clip.
They're already telling these people and law firms are getting prepared for it.
They're going to subpoena all these CEOs.
They're going to put massive pressure.
If the Democrats take the House, they're going to put massive pressure on these corporations to turn on MAGA and to turn on the Trump administration.
They have a very well thought through plan, and they're moving down that path quite aggressively.
It's one of the reasons we're in Texas.
Texas is the epicenter right now of the political world.

So early voting started yesterday.
Texas has a history, particularly.
There's a big contingent of hardcore grassroots here that just do not believe that they should vote early.
They think that data is manipulated by Democrats or taken by Democrats.
It's a core belief of that part of the Texas grassroots, and those is very powerful.
So you may not see some huge numbers in this early voting because there's a big contingent here that just will not participate.

It's number one, it's we must get it done because this is the entry point to the 2020 election steal.
And this is why the Patriots, from Caroline Jeffers to Sally Grubbs to everybody, all the people on the Georgia Election Board, to the Garland Favaritos, to all the Patriots, average Americans, normal Americans that dug in and would not give up when the pressure was intense.
They're trying to do the same.
The mainstream media in the left is taking this, I just think, much more seriously, at least this fight for the evidence than it appears we are.
Maybe I'm wrong, but we're trying to put a spotlight on this because the left is all over this.
They're bringing two of their heaviest guns down there, Abby Lowell and Norma Eisen, to get the evidence back.
They want to get the ballots back.
And as people are saying, when they get him back this time, they're going to destroy him.
In fact, this is one of the reasons I don't think they have standing.
They don't have the clerk because the clerk argued before she wanted to destroy him two years ago.
It'd be quite difficult to slide her in here now because Judge's going to say, well, hang on.
You want to destroy him two years ago.
Why is it a big deal if the FBI and DNI have him?
I want to start with Joe Hoff of the Hoff brothers.
People don't fully understand because they have not talked a lot about the, that's the cut of the jib of the Hoffs.

So, how can you tell me on Wednesday, the morning of Wednesday, 18 February in the year of our Lord 2026, when there's a frickin' firestorm in Georgia right now at the Elections Board and they're going to court and the Democrats are pulling in their heaviest guns to get their freaking hands on that evidence, those ballots and those tabulators.
How can you tell me, Harry, that six years into this, there's thousands and tens of thousands and maybe hundreds of thousands of signatures that can't be verified, sir?
This board meeting, I talked to board members beforehand.
This board meeting is going to go all day to five or six, they think Eastern Standard Time.
They're going to get into this level of detail.
So, Harry Housy, can you still answer?

They got these small little not-for-profits that have been digging in.
You got the gateway, the gateway pundit, Jim Hoft and Joe Hoft.
That's not the Salzburgers.
That's not the New York Times.
They're not some international media empire.
It's a huge site that they've built.
You know, when Jim Hoft and Andrew Breitbart kind of started this back in 2000, what, 2008 after the financial crash or 2006, Andrew was the editor over at Drudge, and Jim Hoff was one of these guys out in St. Louis at the beginning of the Tea Party on 15 April of 2009, and he's built it up, but they're trying to bankrupt him.
Why?
They don't want to have this conversation.
They don't want to look at the facts.
Why are they putting all this effort to send their top legal guns and to lie?
You heard this yesterday from people in Georgia, all the mainstream media every night lying about what's at stake here to do what?
To simply get their hands on the ballots and to get their hands on the tabulators to make sure that we can't show the evidence that the FBI can't pursue criminal investigation and that DNI, Tulsi Gabbard, can't do because it's an intelligence op.
And John Solomon was on here last week and said, hey, over the next week or two, you're going to find out that there's foreign interference.
And oh, guess what?
This makes, this understands why Peter Schweitzer's book has been number one, I think now the fourth week in a row, because he talks about the foreign involvement of the Chinese Communist Party.
And Chinese Communist Party is going to be a name that pops up.
So how is that?
That's why all the chips are pushed into the middle of the table on this.

It's going to be pretty amazing because I think they're going to get down to some receipts on individuals and just show how screwed up this thing is.
So just answer my question again, Harry, if you will.
I had to cut you off, but how could they, this thing's been certified, 22 has been certified.
How can you sit here in February of 2026 and tell me whether they can't possibly certify them because there's all these mismatch are not even a non-existent signature, sir?
Well, the fact is that they ignore the law repeatedly.
They're certifying without having reviewed the detailed information that's at hand.
They are fighting a scorched earth battle to prevent anybody from ever getting to the actual paper receipts.
But what our organization has done is looked at the way they've recorded the actual electronic receipts.
Even there, there are ample evidence of election fraud all over the place with tampering with their record, the fact that they have people that are voting that have the name asterisk.
It goes on and on and on.
But the problem that we've had is the judiciary itself is afraid of this matter.
They just won't hear it typically.
The people, and I've testified in front of the State Board of Elections in Georgia about these issues directly.
And, you know, the fact is that the law is clear.
They aren't obeying the law.
The evidence is clear that they have materially affected the outcome of the elections.
Yet, you know, we fight and fight and fight against a very well-funded scorched earth machine that tries to destroy people.
I mean, our organization has been declared because we fight just on the basis of data, right?
We're data analysts.
We knew at the beginning of this fight in 2020 when I sat in the Weston Hotel for two months that the preponderance of evidence wasn't going to sway the judges.
You had to have actual burning evidence of criminal activity to get them even to listen.
So what we've concentrated on is finding evidence of criminal activity, which we have found in all of the swing states and even more in California, Illinois, and New York.
So the fact of the matter is they're also, you know, establishing new purple spaces.
So we see certain areas of Ohio being attacked.
We see certain areas of Texas being attacked.
But in Georgia, they have done everything they can to prevent anybody from seeing the actual paper receipts, but they made some mistakes.
They inadvertently, because they don't understand the complexity, they inadvertently exposed some of the mischief.
And the mischief that I'm talking about is the fact that things are scanned with improper digital signatures when the rest of the batch has proper signatures.
So they've injected objects into the system with no signatures or fake signatures.
And I'm not talking about the signature on the voter registration.
I'm talking about the digital signature that protects the provenance of the scans that are associated with the vote record, the CBR.
Listen, part of their game, they got the huge funding from the Chinese guys in Shanghai and Soros and others, all these foreigners, and they back these lawsuits.
So when you step in there, don't think it's, oh, I'm going to, you know, it's going to be great.
No, they're going to come after you.
They're going to take your, they want to take your house.
They want to destroy your business.
If you're an analyst like Harry or a lawyer like Harry McDougland, they want to drive away your clients.
They want to make sure no big law firm ever work with you.
This is their game.
They play Smash Mouth because they understand the stakes here.
This is the key that picks the lock right now on the steel of the 2020 election.

The radical leftists that attacked ICE in Minneapolis are the same radical leftists that are working to steal the elections, are the same radical leftists that invited the illegal aliens into our country.
And now they're rubbing our nose in it.
You have the Democratic socialists, aka the revolutionary communists out there saying, this is how we won in Minneapolis.
This is how we got ICE to leave to stop the surge in Minneapolis.
This is how you can do it in your neighborhood.
And they're out there celebrating the nullification of these jury trials of criminal illegal aliens who murder people in America.
Going into the community and saying, that's right.
If ICE or the police, you know, as bad as this bad ombre is, he's not as bad as Trump and Trump's fascists, right?
So you have to, I don't care if this guy murdered a guy in the community, you have to nullify and let the prosecutors know you're not going to back this up.
They're doing training programs on jury nullification.
You just saw it in Dallas.
In Dallas, they pulled a gang member out and killed him in front of his daughters and a couple of nephews twice, two hung juries because jurors were trained and they had jury nullification.
And they're bragging about it and they're training people on it.
Tell me, give me the specific reasons on this.
How do they claim victory?
What worked for them that they're saying, hey, we can shut down Trump.
We can shut down mass deportations.
We can shut down law enforcement.
We can shut down the implementation of any immigration law in the United States, sir.
Well, they're training people on the nullifications.
They're training illegals on how to obstruct ICE.
They're training traitors in our government on how to obstruct ICE.
And then when ICE moves out, they take it as a victory.
Now, the surge in Minneapolis was always going to be a temporary thing.
That's what the plan was to go surge in these communities.
But the fact that they were able to use Rene Goode and Alex Predi as the poster child, they were able to basically shut down the state for a month and get ICE to say, okay, we're ending our surge operations.
That was an absolute victory for these radical leftist communists.
The key takeaway from Ben and Ben, it was fantastic.

The stealing of the election and the run-up, the summer of love, the stealing of the election, because remember, Raheem Kassam broke it.

I'll get to all that.
But take, I think, now more than ever, if you haven't done it, you need to understand why gold, physical gold, has been a hedge against times of turbulence.
When I say geopolitical, normally that means either the war or the rumors of war.
So it's a 20% because of the illegal immigration and open borders alone.
And it's skewed, it doesn't, it's not uniform across the nation.
It's skewed towards the sanctuary city.
So in places like New York, where you get a Mamdani coming in, Chicago, LA, and also a border town like Houston, they just, I mean, it was housing affordability carnage, right?
But it's all reversing now under Trump policies, and it's a beautiful thing to watch.
We're shifting into higher gear for single-family housing now.
We had been building a lot of multifamily dwellings because that's where, number one, the illegals go.
And number two, because mortgage rates were high because of the Biden inflation, we had people locked in to existing homes because of their fixed rate mortgages.
So all of that is coming undone in a good way.
And we've got a fairly significant correction now where we're seeing affordability get dramatically better.
And so that's a very, very good thing.
And, you know, the bigger picture, of course, which is when we're talking about, I'm going to make a prediction here.
This is a little news for the war room.
10-year bond yields are going to fall soon below 4%.
And 30-year fixed, 30-year is going to fall below 6%.
They've been coming down ever so slowly, but they're getting near that threshold level.
And for the technicians who look at this kind of stuff, once we get below that, that'll have a really good impact on the housing market.
We'll get that going.
So what you're going to see going into November is that the primary issue the Democrats have been trying to beat us on, which is affordability, is we're going to see relief among the base, among low and middle income folks across a wide range.
And when everybody came out in November, says it's all going to be about affordability in next November, I said, no, it's not.
Because here's why.
The inflation of Biden ain't going to go away.
You've stopped the rate of inflation and are doing a magnificent job.
And the argument's compelling.
But we are going to get back to it's going to be GDP growth, which means economic growth, job growth, and wage growth on that part, because you guys are doing, I think, a terrific job of getting your hands on the affordability issue across a broad platform and bringing the accelerating rate of inflation down.
So you've kind of capped that, but people are still going to think prices are high because of Biden.
But on the other three, growth of GDP, economic growth.
I think your rents are coming down because also you sealed the border in the first 30 days and you're getting folks, 2 million people decided, hey, maybe I'll just go home.
This is not working out for me in America.
Apartment rates are coming down.
The cities you mentioned, like, oh, a random city like Houston, right?
Things are coming down.
No, don't get me wrong.
I think it's great what you guys are doing.
I don't think you're getting enough credit for it because the business press will not give you the credit for it.
That'll open you up to X, Getter, Truth, Instagram.
And I just really urge people to take a look at these 60-second videos, share them with friends, because they distill little nuggets of whatever into easily digestible economics.
