Episode 5133: Passing The SAVE Act And Stopping The Globalist Agenda; Irregularities In 2020 Georgia Election
Texas Imam Momdani and Sheikh Ustad allegedly advocate for Muslim demographic expansion and martyrdom while praising Hamas, amid Texas’s 172% Muslim population growth (2000–2020) and 300+ mosques. The SAVE Act, backed by 80–83% of Americans, mandates voter IDs and citizenship proof but faces GOP filibuster hesitation despite warnings about Georgia’s 2020 irregularities. Meanwhile, China-linked nonprofit networks like Neville Singham’s evade oversight, and Virginia’s Abigail Spanberger gerrymanders a 10-1 Democratic congressional advantage, undermining election fairness while pushing anti-ICE policies—echoing California and Illinois’s radical shifts. Election integrity and ideological control hinge on GOP mobilization and legal reforms to counter both foreign influence and domestic overreach. [Automatically generated summary]
We see further evidence of a Sharia movement with Imams making concerning claims.
For example, in a recent video posted on X this month, a Texas Imam said the following, Momdani is victory.
We didn't succeed to conquer Vienna by the sword for 200 years, and now it's 10% Muslims.
We need to enlarge the Muslim population in America.
Sheikh Ustad, an imam from Epic Mosque in Texas, preaches regularly that jihad against the non-Muslims and martyrdom is the highest cause of reward in Islam.
And he praises Hamas and other terror groups, espousing the following, quote, my brothers and sisters, we are going to die anyway.
So why don't we aim to die as a Shaheed?
Shaheed is Arabic for witness, but used in Islamic context for martyrdom on behalf of Allah.
All of this while the Muslim observing population in Texas has grown.
For example, in 2000, there were 115,000 Muslims in Texas.
In 2020, the most recent data available, it's estimated 313,000, a 172% jump, and it's much greater five years later.
One can make the claim that not all devotees agree or enforce with Sharia, but no one can deny the increase of Muslim observers in Texas, many of whom likely harbor support for Sharia's tenets.
Moreover, Texas ranks third among U.S. states in the number of mosques with 224 counted in 2020 and estimated over 300 today.
I mean, this is not really relevant to this committee and what's going on in America today.
There's so much we could be dealing with concerning the Constitution and protecting America.
White Christian nationalist ideology has been put forward.
One of the gentlemen here said something about, what is it, Certain, it might have been you, Mr. Spencer, something that the group put forward as their plan for the future, some publication or some ideology.
You might be referring to the explanatory memorandum, which is I didn't mention, but it's a captured internal document of the Muslim Brotherhood detailing its program for the United States, where it says the brothers must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within and sabotaging its miserable house by their own hands and the hands of the believers so that Allah's religion is victorious over other religions.
I suggest that just saying that we've got other flowers doesn't make that.
And what you're talking about sounds like a Middle Eastern version of Project 2025, another type of manifesto to take over and do all these things and to control our government and to turn it around on its head.
We are seeing the Democrat strategy play out in real time in other countries as we speak.
I've been saying this for years.
All you got to do is go to Europe.
They're us 10 years from now if we don't pass the Save American Act.
It's gone.
Their leaders are getting fired right and left.
They've lost their moral values.
They lost their culture and they lost our country.
All it started with mass migration, which they have allowed to completely destroy what they've had for centuries.
The socialist-controlled Spanish government recently imported 500,000 migrants and are in the process of granting residency.
You've got to be kidding me.
Or look at Romania, where the conservative pro-Romania first candidate was cheated out of a victory in 2024 because of made-up claims that Russia had interfered in their elections.
Sounds familiar.
If we don't pass the Save America Act this year, what's happening in Europe won't just be overseas anymore.
It's going to be right here in our backyard because many of the enemy are already inside the gates.
Politicians often warn about the crime or national security threats that illegals pose to this country, but this isn't just about American safety.
It's also a serious financial problem.
You know that every year now we're having to pay for the illegals that are in this country.
It costs you and me and every taxpayer in this country $150 billion.
What could we do with that money in our states, in our communities, in our neighborhoods?
Folks, we have to take our country back.
Our borders, we have to take it all back before it's too late.
Senator Tommy Tuberville joins us after giving that great talk on the floor of the Senate.
Are we taking our country back or are these bills?
I know the House is working through this.
We intercut you today with the first Sharia caucus, of which you're a member, but that was the House version.
He saw the Democrats right there mocking it, talking about the internal memo the FBI has from the Muslim Brotherhood from the Holy Land Foundation trial back in the 90s.
So Senator Tuberville, in your perspective up on Capitol Hill in the Senate, are we taking this country back?
We can't seem to chew gum and walk at the same time here.
We're really concerned about what the left thinks, what the Democrats think, what the far left progressive thinks, instead of saying, listen, we've got the majority in the House and Senate and the White House.
Let's get this done.
And again, we've got several people up here that already said, listen, there's no way I'd vote to bust a filibuster or I'm not voting for the SAVE Act.
And I'm talking about Republicans.
I mean, they're just out there blatantly out there.
I don't know how they get elected.
I really don't, especially on the Republican side.
So, no, we're not making a lot of progress.
You know, we can't make our mind up on whether we want to really play tough or just give in to the Democrats, Steve.
They talked about he came back from Mar-a-Lago of watching the Super Bowl with the president.
He's got a Protect America Act.
They want to go on offense.
They're in this negotiation.
As you know, they sent us 10 things they have to eliminate with ICE.
Each one of them is outrageous.
I mean, they get, you know, judicial warrants, all of that, but every part of it is outrageous, particularly since we had a federal judge that just confirmed in the state of California that Newsome state law doesn't override federal law for keeping mask on the ICE agents.
So in the negotiations, are we drawing a tough line?
And is Senator Schmidt, or are you able to have his back so we can go on offense there?
John Salman's going to join us momentarily after the break about developments in Georgia and what the FBI is reporting already about inconsistencies.
Senator Tubberville, are you saying if the House works through rules and votes on next couple of days, are the Senate even going to stick around to even have, even try to move on a standing filibuster?
Isn't everybody getting on a plane and going over to the Munich Security Conference on Thursday?
Well, yeah, there'll be a bunch of more Democrats because the Munich Security Conference is all about the globalists and the Europeans and begging for money for our taxpayers, our working taxpayers, to send them money so they can Survive basically because they're wasting all their money on illegal aliens or migration coming in.
I went a couple of years and it's really a waste of time.
But we'll have we'll probably have four or five 77s packed with congressmen and senators going over there for four or five days.
And next week we're supposed to be in recess.
But I don't know what will happen if we can't come up to some kind of agreement because we'll have to shut down TSA, we'll have to shut down FEMA, and it'll be a tough road to hoe for some people, especially if they're traveling.
Walter, the CCP's involvement in our tax-exempt sector is one of many ways, one of many ways that China has sought to harm America's national interest.
Can you please walk through Mr. Singham's web, the big web of nonprofits, and explain how the CCP is using our tax-exempt sector to push CCP propaganda?
I have to say that some of this is speculative because so little is known for certain.
And like a good Maoist, Mr. Singham works hard to hide what he's doing.
And our nonprofit sector makes that easy.
But there's been some very good reporting, especially from the New York Times, on this, which uses the number hundreds of millions of dollars Mr. Singham has spent to try to influence politics in America and other countries as well through a vast number of groups.
All those groups do different things, but one thing they do is exactly what you say.
They all push communist China propaganda.
As the New York Times is perfectly clear, none of them are registered under FARA, as the Times also points out.
They do all kinds of things like the People's Forum, as you said, it both trains and organizes for protests on multiple issues all over America.
Other groups operate YouTube channels to reach youth.
Others operate fake news websites.
Still more, lobby Congress, operate the Tricontinental Institute, a Marxist think tank, support candidates for office in multiple countries.
And in all cases, by the way, they don't just boost the communist government of China, they also support other hostile regimes.
For instance, the no-dut-doll group connected to Singam propagandizes for the gruesome dictatorship of North Korea.
And of course, their protests famously include disrupting hearings in Congress, which shows their contempt for America and their contempt for the rule of law.
So I think this is clearly something that needs additional investigation from multiple parts of the executive branch.
And I applaud your investigating it here.
A lot of these problems involve America's nonprofit sector, which is traditionally a glory and a strength of this exceptional country.
But foreigners abuse this sector, especially tools like fiscal sponsorship and donor-advised funds, which aren't inherently bad things, in order to hide their influence ops.
Americans' homegrown groups also exploit those tools.
Recall the politicized multi-billion dollar nonprofit network operated by Arabella Advisors, one of whose presidents admitted their business model, which heavily uses fiscal sponsorships, is, quote, a workaround to the tax regime.
This same Arabella network's first major funder, whom we can discern, was Hans-Jürgen Wies, the Swiss foreign national and democratic mega donor Ms. Sutherland discusses.
A big part of the problem is so-called campaign finance reform.
It greatly narrows money flows into hard-dollar entities like political candidates and parties, but it places no restraints on 501c3, private foundations, and public charities.
This preference for the charitable sector is explained by the fact that...
Well, as I was saying in the end of what you just had there, the foreigners can easily abuse this sector because there's, you know, you know, if you, if a foreigner, I have a C3 charity.
That's my think tank, right?
If a foreigner sends me money, I don't have to tell anybody that I got money from a foreigner.
That's true for the whole sector.
And there are no limits on the giving, whereas there are strict limits on, you know, the hard dollars to candidates and parties, no limits at all on the amounts that come into the nonprofit sector.
So you have, you know, arguably the two biggest bad guys here are Hans Wies, a Swiss national.
And by the way, he'd given money to the Democrats' witness, which the Democrats witness was not very honest about admitting.
And the other is the Neville Singham, who is, you know, literally lives in Shanghai, is joined at the hip with the Communist Party regime there, and has all kinds of influence ops.
The most famous probably is the People's Forum, which the morning after the October 7th massacre had people on the streets to applaud their good friends there in Gaza.
I mean, it's really radical stuff, and it's completely unpoliced, unchecked.
Is this, because you mentioned Jody Evans, his wife, and Code Pink.
Part of the conversation today was to highlight Treasury, to the nation, to the IRS, that a lot of what we call the color revolution is because Singh is, or Singham is considered by many to be associated with the Shanghai military intelligence of the CCP and the PLA.
Is part of this is what Jason Smith's trying to get to is that we have to have a massive investigation over at the Treasury Department and the IRS to check into who's actually funding this insurrection in the streets of places like Minneapolis and New York City.
Yes, that's exactly what Chairman Smith has been very well focused on.
And the thing is, part of the trouble is that Singham is bizarrely is actually a U.S. citizen still, though he doesn't live here and holds us in blazing contempt, which makes it somewhat harder for the government to investigate him.
But given, you know, if I hole up in Shanghai for a few years and start doing their government's business, I don't think I have a right to complain if U.S. intelligence is going after what's going on here.
That perfect election that everybody declared in 2020 looks a little less perfect every day when we get new evidence.
We knew about the China interventions a few months ago with the driver's licenses coming in.
We learned about belatedly the Iran hack of voter systems.
But today, we're finding out that the recounts and the efforts to count ballots accurately in Georgia were substantially flawed.
What the FBI said in In an affidavit that was unsealed by a federal judge about 45 minutes ago, is that the FBI has substantiated about five irregularities in the vote counting in Fulton County, Atlanta, the major hub, the major urban area of Georgia.
This kind of puts a shine on Brad Rafsenberger's claim that everything was fine.
It wasn't.
Fulton County couldn't get vote counts to match.
There are concerns that they might have faked or altered numbers.
The FBI declares in an affidavit they have confirmed in Fulton County or the state of Georgia have confirmed that in some cases during the recounts, ballots were double counted, double scanned and double counted, that numbers didn't match up and then they suddenly just magically matched up with no additional work.
That there were other and that some ballot images have been lost and that about 315,000 ballots which were certified were not properly certified through Georgia law.
Now, why is that important?
It's much like the way the FBI and the IRS ultimately got Al Campone.
They didn't get him by charging him as being a mopster.
They got him by not following other things like tax law.
Here, it is a federal felony to fake or fraudulently put out vote counts that don't match or are inaccurate or that don't follow your state's law.
You're trusted as an election official in Fulton County.
You have to follow the law.
It looks like the FBI has some pretty substantial proof that the law wasn't followed.
What the FBI agent says in this bombshell affidavit is: if we find any intentionality to this, that they did anything, like they were embarrassed, they didn't want to admit that they couldn't get their votes to match, they could be federally charged with felonies five years later.
In fact, one of the persons interviewed in the affidavit is his former director of elections who said, I didn't know some of this stuff, and it does seem problematic to me.
That's his top guy, the guy that was responsible for this.
Listen, at the end of the day, Brad Rafsenberger belatedly, over the last few years, acknowledged that Fulton County was a mess.
That's after we got the Carter Jones report, some of the other evidence.
By the way, all five of the irregularities are all things that Justin News have chronicled between 21 and 24.
So the FBI was able to corroborate what we had out there.
Brad Rafsenberg has changed his tune over time.
Fulton County has always been a mess.
Finally, there's going to be accountability for that county.
Do you know what percentage of Muslims in the United States support making it illegal to show a picture of the cartoon or cartoon of the Prophet Muhammad?
Mr. Spencer, and I'd look to you on this question here.
I heard my colleagues on the other side of the aisle who were raising objection to legislation that a number of bills that some of us introduced, particularly one that I introduced, that was raising the issue of vetting individuals as we're bringing them into the United States for their adherence to Sharia law.
That was the idea.
The idea is that Sharia law is inconsistent with our values in Western civilization, so we should know if we're bringing people into the country that may want to advance a system of law or systems that are contrary to our laws.
Here's my question.
In doing so, my colleagues acknowledged and said that that would mean that Muslims generally would be in fear of deportation or inability to be brought into the country.
Does that not suggest that there's a recognition that Sharia law is central to most of the Muslim population throughout the world and those that come to the United States?
Sharia is considered divine law, and thus it takes precedence over all other legal systems in areas of the Muslim world where it is not fully implemented, such as Egypt or Syria, other countries.
It still has a tremendous cultural influence, such that elements of it are often enforced by individuals or groups where the government doesn't do so.
That is Robert Spencer right there, one of the world's, if not the world's leading expert on Sharia law in the West.
Unbelievable testimony today in the House.
The first anti-Sharia law, Sharia Free America Caucus, as we're down here in Texas for the run-up to the primary on March 3rd, they have Sharia law on the ballot Proposition 10 prohibiting Sharia law in the state of Texas.
And I can tell you that it is exploding down here with people's interest in awakening to what this issue is.
We gave a permission structure.
the people that worked on the conference and all of it gave a permission structure for people to talk about this.
Next hour in Worm, Texas, we're going to go from the actual district level to then talk to in the precinct level about what people are thinking in the North Texas area all the way to a Muslim that converted to Christianity and the hell on earth his life has been.

You can get it with an appropriate purchase through Birch Gold.
Talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
Do it today.
Let's play.
We've got Spanberger in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the new chairman of the Virginia Republican Party just elected.
Let me play this and I'll bring him on board.
It's hard for me to watch that.
Jeff Ryer, you join us.
You just were elected, I think, this weekend, sir.
I guess congratulations and condolences simultaneously.
You're taking over a party that has been basically shattered and they brought you in to rebuild it.
Talk to me first off.
How do we get this situation where you have a radical like Spanish, a deep state radical like Spanberger?
She's already put out a slew of executive orders, although she promised on the campaign trail that local authorities and police would work with ICE and work in customs and borders.
She signed a declaration executive order that did away with that.
She has worked more like a deep state operative than a governor of the Commonwealth in her first couple of weeks.
Well, I think that's become somewhat typical of the Democratic playbook is to run as a moderate or somebody who is concerned about the middle class and then to govern to appease some of the furthest left elements of their own party.
It's become exceptional now, really, to find a Democrat who serves in the same manner that they conducted their campaign.
And Abigail Spanberger is no different than that.
She ran as somebody who was bipartisan and moderate.
And we have seen really just an extreme level of partisanship plus a dramatic shift to blue state policies over the course of a very short governorship.
She has only been in office so far for less than a month.
First off, this radical shift, what she was signing right there, I think was a redistricting where they're going to have, I guess, a referendum in April.
I think the court's already nervous about this, but she's taken a state that was essentially, and it flips between six, five Democrats, six, five Republican with 11 seats.
They're going 10 to 1.
Is she doing this because she wants to be Newsom's VP and she's got to play Smash Mouth in the new Democratic Party?
I mean, it makes no sense, particularly the way you see the map, the way it's carved up.
Well, with fellow Virginians, they're just becoming aware of it at this point, because although the Democrats started working on this, they started working on it a week before the general election last year.
So there wasn't really an opportunity for many people to focus on it.
And they followed through entirely.
We had really some of the best congressional districts this state has had since the institution of one man, one vote.
They were compact, contiguous, and observed communities of interest.
They really did look like model redistricting.
And now Governor Spanberger has signed legislation that would put on the ballot a constitutional amendment as a special election, not as a general election, but as a special election in April, a time of the year when Virginia never holds elections.
And what it would do is turn it to a 10-1 state.
And if you see the map, which they have already produced to their credit, they have put out a map demonstrating what they're going to do.
It unites communities that are so far apart and so disparate that it really looks absurd.
It is a more egregious gerrymander than one that had been cited like Illinois or the most recent one in California or even the ones in Maryland and New York State.
It is really bad.
It basically disenfranchises most about 46% of the Commonwealth that voted for President Trump.
Well, she has limited the ability and really restricted the ability of local law enforcement to cooperate with ICE.
And as a result, as we know, in places where there are restrictions on cooperating with ICE, you end up, in fact, with a greater deal of difficulty than you do in places where they are cooperating with ICE, simply because you have law enforcement that's not cooperating with law enforcement.
That's never a good idea if you're interested in actually combating crime.
And that's really kind of been the headline of the things that she has passed or rather signed as executive orders as far as the reversals.
But in addition to that, the Democratic General Assembly is very busy passing a lot of what I would describe as anti-business legislation, making it more difficult really to do business here in the Commonwealth and more expensive to do it, especially if you're a small business or a startup.
Chairman Ryer, you were not the pick of the establishment.
My understanding is a lot of grassroots supporting you.
The reason that the House of Delegates and the state Senate can pass these things is supermajorities.
How did we get, and I don't think you can blame it just on a bad candidate.
How did we get into a situation where I believe there's supermajorities in the House of Delegates and the Senate?
I also think that there were seats lost that people from Virginia just thought could never be lost by a radical Democrat over a conservative Republican.
How did that happen?
Because this was kind of, you're stepping into a situation.
You have a systemic failure more than just personalities.
First of all, just so you'll know, the Senate is actually still pretty evenly divided.
Thankfully, they weren't up last November.
So it's 2119.
Obviously, we're in the minority, but it's not as severe as the situation in the House.
What happened, I think, was failing to learn the positive lessons that we learned in 2024.
Trump Force 47 was based on as a volunteer model and volunteer campaign, engaging people who agreed with us and a lot of activists and occasional voters and really growing our coalition.
Although we weren't able to carry the state, we improved President Trump's performance rather dramatically over the previous two runs and also managed to hold five of the 11 congressional districts.
So it was not a bad year, all in all.
The following year, we reverted away from that model.
And we, to some extent, failed to excite, to a great extent, we failed to excite our activists and our activist base.
The exit polls at the end of last year's election showed that while 46% of Virginians voted for President Trump in 2024, of the 2025 electorate, only 42% had voted for President Trump.
That's a heck of a drop off of your base if they're not even keeping pace with the electorate as a whole.
And that's somewhat desultory.
It had a very bad effect.
We need to get back to engaging our activists at the local level, engaging our strongest base supporters.
And a lot of people who, you know, they always say President Trump is the one who brings them out.
No question, it is President Trump, but it's also the policies that the president promotes and a lot of the values and the principles that we stand for that help to invigorate our base and keep them at that level.
And I think that's going to be critical going forward.
Chairman, can you just, Ryer, can you just hold on for a second?
Because I think the lessons that you guys have learned and are going to implement throughout the country are going to be vitally important in this run-up to 26.
I can see this in Texas.
We're having people that want to come on the show from North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida.
The grassroots has got to be ignited, right?
With a set of policies and a get out the vote effort that takes them seriously.
Take your phone out.

Chairman Ryer, I know Virginia is very close to the president's heart, right?
He's always wanted to win that.
You guys did a better job, the Trump Force 47.
Talk to us.
Give us a couple of minutes on your action plan.
You were put in there by the grassroots.
You're kind of the anti-establishment guy, the Trump guy.
Walk us through.
Give us a minute or two on what the plan is to turn around Virginia.
Well, the plan to turn around Virginia is fairly straightforward.
We know who voted in 2025, and we know who we missed from 2024.
And now it's time for us to identify those voters that we're missing, those Republican voters.
And that means empowering our local units and our local volunteers to go out and work and attract and talk to those individuals and engage them.
One of the things that the Democrats did successfully, and they used COVID to great effect for this, was to take their least likely voters and turn them into people that were permanent voters and who showed up in every election.
They got them on permanent absentee lists.
They signed them up to continually work them.
Our party didn't do that.
Well, we're going to have to do that.
And we can't just have our top performance during presidential years anymore.
We can't afford that.
We need those Republican voters and those conservative voters out every single year.
And we need to be spreading a message that they find attractive.
And most of that message, as you know, is delivered very effectively by President Trump.
One of the things I ran on was we should not be pretending to be something that we're not.
We are supporters of the president, and we need to go ahead and emphasize that.
He has a lot of supporters here in the Commonwealth, and we have a long mission to go.
I think Spanberger being so over the top is going to play into your hands because I think the people in the Commonwealth are saying, hey, we didn't vote for this.
She didn't run on this.
We didn't vote for this.
We don't know what's going on.
And I think you guys stick to President Trump's policies.
And I know the president will be very engaged with you, helping to rebuild the party there and to make sure we can get back into the ability to strike, you know, get closer so we can strike for a victory.
Where do people go to follow you on social media?
Where do they go to the website of the Virginia Republican Party?
Yeah, and you guys have been actually emailing me.
