I have no idea what's going on because obviously I haven't seen anything.
I have spent my entire career covering the news.
I will not stop now.
In fact, there is no more important time than right now, this very moment, for a free and independent media that shines a light on the truth and holds those in power accountable.
Again, I will not stop now.
I will not stop ever.
Last night, the DOJ sent a team of federal agents to arrest me in the middle of the night for something that I've been doing for the last 30 years, and that is covering the news.
The First Amendment of the Constitution protects that work for me and for countless other journalists who do what I do.
I stand with all of them, and I will not be silenced.
The people that I think are truly heroic right now, not just the journalists that are putting themselves on the line there, but just the people, people holding their phones in Minneapolis and in other places, because Alex Petty was holding a phone.
You know, like these are people that are watching the watchers.
They're making sure that there is a record for history of what's happening right now.
Like if this stopped tomorrow, this is all going to be in the history books.
And it's great that there are people brave enough to put their lives on the line because they actually now know that they can be killed by agents of the state and that the state will then try to demonize them after the fact.
I think they are trying to impact the 2026 election and the 2028 elections.
It's my opinion that Fulton County, Georgia, has been a target of this administration since 2020 when he asked to find 11,000 plus votes.
I was chair at that time and was concerned at that time.
And so he's been challenging every, it seems like monthly, even sometimes it seems like weekly, there's some sense of we need to revote, redo the 2020 elections.
Well, the 2020 elections have been reviewed.
They've been audited.
They've been looked at from A to Z. We've even had hand counts.
And in every instance, every instance, we've come up clean.
So what they're after, what they're looking for, I have no clue.
I think everyone needs to understand that if we want to destroy accurately what's happening as tyranny, as moving from an administration that kind of has autocratic ambitions or authoritarian ambitions to one that is actively seeking autocratic and authoritarian power and killing American citizens in the streets for doing nothing but protesting nonviolently.
If that's the analogy, people need to, as I said before, this is coming to a theater near you and people need to buckle up for a long fight.
Like I pray that it's not an eight or 10 or 15 year fight, but people should be ready for the fact that the other side here is determined, is ruthless, and has millions of people, fewer than our side has, but has millions of people on its side.
And so people need to get ready for that and begin to strategize in a way that takes the long view and is determined and stealed for a kind of conflict, ideally a nonviolent conflict.
But again, we've seen the other side willing to resort to violence.
People have to be ready for what's coming because this is not a thing that's going to end when the seizure of Minneapolis ends, whenever that is, hopefully soon.
But the fight is not going to end.
And we now know what the other side is capable of.
And when I say the other side, I don't mean the Republican Party.
So we at Fulton County can no longer be held responsible or liable for the contents of those boxes the moment they left our care last evening.
And the other thing that's unusual, I understand, is that typically you're notified in advance that something is going to happen.
Well, in this case, they just showed up.
We had no advance warning whatsoever.
So I think, my opinion, that this whole raid, and I call it a raid, was just a distraction, if you will.
I think there's something bigger at stake.
And what I think is at stake is a move to possibly take over through the state elections board to take over the control and running of elections in Fulton County in 2026 and 2028.
If you don't believe that, look at not just Minneapolis, yesterday.
Look at Los Angeles down by the federal building.
We saw a little bit of clips there.
Hopefully we'll pull even some more throughout the show.
Outright riot down there.
So the other side is turning up the violence day by day.
Also, they're confirmed reports.
Now, the Iranians are saying these are gas leaks, but there's supposedly a number of explosions happening in Persia right now.
And, you know, who knows?
But I got to tell you, the timing of that could not be worse.
Having not had the not having the show of force that we've had in Minneapolis and now seeing the streets taken over yesterday, you had what, 20 or 30,000 people out there and no police, no sheriffs, no ICE, no customs and border.
But they took over the streets and had a march.
Most of it was peaceful, but the rhetoric was very hot.
And as you saw, Ben Berkwam and other conservative media can't even get out there unless they're attacked, right?
So the other side's going to play hardball.
And John Howman's right.
This is two sides that are dug in.
And sometimes the people around the president is not as dug in as I think they have to be.
So, you know, I just hope these explosions in Iran and in Persia at these facilities are at gas leaks as the Mulas and the Ayatollah and the Revolutionary Guard tell us.
Of course, everything they always tell us is 100% accurate.
You know that, right?
So we're going to follow that throughout the day and obviously throughout the weekend.
EJ Antoni, brother, the basics, the entire bet we made here is an economy, not the entire bet.
The foundational element for the turnaround is we have to turn around the economy from the debacle of the Biden years, particularly as it impacts and helps this thing called this entity called the United States of America and as it affects people called American citizens inside the United States of America.
Give us an update.
We've had a Fed announcement yesterday.
Gold has taken a hit.
There's some profit taking, but that's backed off.
Silver's taking a bigger hit because as I've said on this show and to the media, I was Kevin Worsh's biggest proponent in 2017, 2018, where Mnuchin kind of blew the due diligence and convinced people that Powell was the guy, which obviously he was not.
But Kevin Warsh, those were different times.
I mean, Kevin Worsh is a guy known for his philosophy.
He's first off, he's an institutionalist with the Fed.
So you're not going to get a guy that's going to end the Fed or break up the Fed or go full Andrew Jackson on the central bank, number one.
He may make some reforms on the margins, but he's not going to get in there and tear the place apart.
Highly unlikely.
He's also a hawk on interest rates, and he's a strong dollar guy.
Far be it from me to say that that's maybe not President Trump's probably since Washington's most sophisticated businessman we've ever had.
And he's got very set ideas of what he thinks about interest rates, the economy, lending, and leverage.
Remember, he comes out of being a real estate developer, and those are guys that are quite comfortable with leverage.
That's how you basically make money in the real estate business.
Well, Steve, as you know, having backed him back in 2017, he would have been infinitely better than Powell.
And sure enough, if we go back to that time, and then if you look at 2020 and 2021, you can see all of the things that Warsh was saying turned out to be true.
In other words, the advice that, or I should say, the direction that he wanted to go in terms of monetary policy would have been the correct course.
And instead, the Fed went the other way.
And sure enough, you can go all the way back to the global financial crisis, the GFC.
During the GFC, he, again, was recommending the Fed take one course.
And instead, the Fed took a different course.
And the result was pretty disastrous.
The result was a series of asset bubbles created throughout the economy that did wonders for Wall Street, but they just left Main Street with the inflation.
One of the things that Warsh wants to do now is unwind this entire really novel monetary framework that was built by Ben Bernanke and then put on steroids by Jerome Powell.
And it has funneled literally trillions of dollars.
This is not an exaggeration.
It has funneled trillions of dollars to Wall Street, has helped explode asset prices, whether you're talking stocks or whether you're talking home prices.
And again, what did Main Street get stuck with?
The inflation.
And I think he has a reasonable plan to reverse all of that.
And that makes me very, very optimistic about him as a pick for the Fed.
You're right.
He's not somebody who's going to blow up the entire institution, but that would take congressional action anyway.
But I do think he is somebody who's going to implement real reforms that are going to essentially allow the economy to benefit Main Street and not just Wall Street.
The cover bid when they picked when Mnuchin kind of forced Powell onto the scene was John Taylor at Stanford, which Dave Brett talks about all the time, the John Taylor model.
Another would have been another great pick.
And Kevin Warsh.
Just now, I agree with you.
We'll spend more time in the next days and weeks going through this because, yes, he's got a very well thought-through plan.
We've got other issues.
Rosemary Jinx is going to join us from Numbers USA.
We're going to go through employment.
We're going to go through things called American, folks called American citizens versus foreigners, maybe people not born in this country about employment.
Mike, you've been kind of running the tables on this so far.
A couple of people have already dropped out.
I know there's still seven or eight in there, but Amy Klobuchar is leaving the Senate to contest to basically, because they're so worried about you becoming the governor.
And everything that's happening is going to be another 100,000, or I shouldn't say another 100,000.
Yesterday, I think was 30 to 40, but it was big.
Today, they're anticipating MSNBC and local media are saying 100,000 people in this march today.
I don't know if that's true or not, but it's still either way, it's a lot of people down there.
Like the president truthed out, which says this is just a big cover-up for the Elon Omar and all the Somalian fraud, the biggest fraud this country's ever seen.
And I think people are realizing this, and it's early enough, everybody.
I don't want anybody to go into a panic.
When this lets up, we're not letting up on the fraud.
We're going after every single person that's part of it.
Well, first off, I'm going to fire a lot of commissioners right out of the gate.
I'm going to ban Sharia law on the first day, and I'm going to enforce protester laws.
We wouldn't have all these problems, the cities, these sanctuary cities where we're not enforcing protester laws, Minneapolis being the tip of the spear.
That's where all this is happening.
Minneapolis has very strict protester laws, but it's never been enforced, everybody.
It's disgusting.
You have to get permits.
There's all kinds of things you have to do.
None of this would ever happen.
Other cities where the president's in there with ICE, it's working great because the local law enforcement is enforcing their protester laws.
They don't get to go attack, commit crimes while protesting.
Right now, like I'm going into this debate, we have a big, our biggest straw poll is this Tuesday, February 3rd.
So if you're from Minnesota, please get out there.
This is for the GOP endorsement.
And, you know, we'll find out, Steve, how much the establishment might be against me because they don't want someone that's not a politician to get in there and fix this.
And so it'll be interesting to see what happens on Tuesday.
But I'm in 100%.
Amy Klobuchar has to go.
I'm focusing on her.
And she's not, she's just Waltz 2.0.
This all happened under her watch.
It's been under her watch for almost, what, two decades now?
She's watched this all.
And she was, and Steve, interesting enough, Amy Klobuchar was all about getting rid of voting machines.
She was very boisterous in 2018, but she didn't get sued.
And all of a sudden, she flipped and said, let's centralize our voting, our voting, our elections.
And so I can't wait for the debates with her to be able to call her out on these things.
Look, there's a lot of things in tension right now in the labor market.
It's not all sunshine and rainbows, but it's not all doom and gloom either.
And in a lot of ways, in this last year or so of transition, I guess you could call it, we have made good progress in the areas that really count, such as the number of Americans that actually have jobs, the number of Americans that are working.
Under Biden, we had a labor market that was almost like a temp agency, if you will, for foreigners.
Foreign-born employment skyrocketed while native-born Americans had fewer jobs.
It's not an exaggeration.
During almost the entirety of Biden's last year, the annual change in native-born employment was actually negative.
Again, that means that native-born Americans were losing jobs, not gaining them.
So all of that great job market growth, all of that great labor market performance we kept hearing about in the mainstream media was basically just foreign-born workers getting jobs.
Under Trump, that situation has completely flipped.
And now we're at a point where we've added well over 2.5 million jobs for native-born Americans in the labor market over the last year.
That's phenomenal news.
So almost all of the net job growth we have seen, again, has gone to Americans and not just foreign-born workers.
The number of foreign-born workers employed, Steve, over the last year is only up a few tens of thousands, not millions, like it was under Biden.
So again, we're seeing job growth.
And most importantly, who is getting the jobs?
It's Americans.
It's native-born Americans.
So great news there.
Again, there's a lot of people in the labor market.
Yeah, but what about this situation where you have artificial intelligence, no matter how the borlegarks are trying to temper it, it's coming in and taking a big swath of kind of this particularly entry-level coding, managerial administrative jobs.
Amazon lays off, I think it's Amazon, 30,000 folks in the last 90 days, 14,000 first, 16,000.
My understanding is that they're still continuing to hire H-1B visa holders, but they're firing American workers.
So, Steve, this is the next point on where you have some tension, I would call it, in the labor market.
On the one hand, AI is absolutely eliminating jobs.
There's no doubt about it.
Look, there are plenty of projects I've been able to take on, just anecdotally, Steve, where I normally would have had to hire a research assistant and the project just would have been prohibitively expensive.
It wouldn't have been worth it for me.
But now, because of AI, I can use certain tools to gather information for me, and I no longer need to employ that person to do that.
And I've therefore been able to take on more projects.
So, on the one hand, yes, there's clearly job destruction there.
But on the other hand, what's happening is you're actually creating jobs in other areas of the economy because you're increasing productivity, you're increasing efficiency, and you're reducing costs.
And this is showing up in the macro level data where we have productivity numbers that are absolutely booming right now.
You have unit labor costs that are incredibly low.
So, that's good news for the overall economy.
So, again, there's a tension there.
On the one hand, AI is definitely eliminating some jobs.
And what tends to happen in this creative destruction process, as we like to call it, is the job losses are on the front end and more of the job gains are on the back end.
And so, the question is, how soon until those job gains start to eclipse the job losses when it comes to AI?
Now, to your point on the H-1Bs, there's absolutely no reason why you need to be bringing in so many of those folks to do what are effectively entry-level jobs.
This is a program that is in desperate need of at least, at the very least, reform.
I know a lot of people want to just get rid of the whole project entirely, but at the very least, I think all of us can agree it needs reform because a program that is designed to be bringing in the best and the brightest talent from around the world, it should not then be used to bring in foreigners to compete with Americans for entry-level jobs.
That's not even what the program was created to do in the first place.
There's going to be a massive, there's going to be a massive protest march today.
The one in Los Angeles got out of control last night.
The one down by the federal building.
I think they had another one on the west side.
Rosemary Jenks, we love EJ Antoni.
We want E.J. Antoni to be the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
He should have had the job.
They've actually appointed now some guy that's been there for 15 years who is obviously part of the problem.
But hey, this is McConnell and the Republicans.
There were Republicans that wouldn't even meet with EJ given the fact that he is full MAGA.
So that tells you about everything you need to know about the Senate, who, by the way, right now is kowtowing to the Democrats in the Senate two-week negotiation on DHS of what they've asked for, what the Democrats, because they're radicals, what they're asking for would strip ICE from even being able to put a field, a team in the field.
Rosemary, so that being said, I'm not sure that's the correct way to actually look at these numbers.
Is it?
I mean, you're the hammer.
It's the reason you're revered in the MAGA movement about the math.
We are hiring, let me just be blunt.
We are hiring way too many foreigners in this country for jobs that Americans should be taking.
What they're doing is suppressing, these foreigners are suppressing wages.
And clearly, the business side of the Republican Party, the Chamber of Commerce, Governor DeWine, they got this situation in Ohio.
They're supposed to take away the temporary protective service status of the Haitians on Tuesday.
And he's given a press conference yesterday saying, oh, no, they're adding to the community.
They're holding jobs.
They're adding to GDP.
The same Chamber of Commerce pitch you hear.
So what is the reality of this situation with foreign workers, including this new, I think it's H-2Bs.
They're trying to bring in another, I don't know, 100,000 H-2B foreigners, ma'am.
It's absolutely right that we are hiring more Americans than foreigners right now.
But the fact is that the number of foreigners working in the United States should be declining, not just growing more slowly.
And so we've got DHS announced yesterday, and we broke this on X, that they're bringing in an extra $65,000.
That's on top of the 66,000 cap for this year.
So that means in the next eight months, they're going to allow in 65,000 additional H-2B workers who are taking construction jobs, landscaping jobs, hotel and restaurant jobs, resort jobs, ski instructors, all of these jobs that are entry-level jobs for Americans.
I mean, I spent the morning talking to moms who got their kids through trade school specifically so that they would be able to find these kinds of construction jobs, and they can't find jobs.
They're being denied.
And, you know, if you look at the wages that these H-2B employers are paying these workers, they're outrageous.
I mean, you know, some of them are being paid $9 an hour, $11 an hour, construction jobs for $16 an hour.
You can't live in America on those wages.
So if we take away the cheap foreign labor, these companies are going to have to raise their wages to recruit Americans.
Talk to me also about this H-1B visas and this layoffs, AI is coming through.
And I understand the theory of creative destruction.
I understand the theory that we're going to be more productive and hire more people later, but that's not the reality of what's happening now.
Artificial intelligence is obviously, and the big corporations are trying to hide it every way they can possibly hide it.
They're not bragging about it, okay?
What Brian Costello calls the efficiency model.
And they're letting go or not hiring these lower level, entry-level jobs for kids under 30 or young people under 35 years old, which is that most important decade of your life professionally is in your 20s when you're kind of, you know, understanding what your profession is and how you get through it.
But they're laying off.
It's pretty obvious when you look at the Twitter feeds and go back to the source documents.
They're laying off American workers and continue to hire H-1Bs, correct?
I mean, it is just completely absurd that a company can be laying off American workers and hiring H-1B workers at the same time.
You know, it doesn't matter what department you're hiring or firing from.
If you are hiring, if you're laying off American workers, you should not be allowed to apply for a foreign worker, period, full stop.
That is just a fact of life.
You know, hire Americans.
We've got so many American tech workers who are unemployed or who are employed in non-tech jobs because they can't get these jobs.
It just cannot continue.
We have to put Americans first.
And, you know, I am sick and tired of hearing these politicians on both sides of the aisle, quite frankly, who are talking about compassion for illegal aliens and compassion for foreign workers.
Yeah, you have a really screwed up moral system if you think that having compassion for foreigners is somehow better than having compassion for your fellow Americans.
We don't expect the nationals of any other country to put our interests before their own, and yet somehow we are supposed to put everyone else's interests before our own interests.
No, having compassion for Americans is what this country should be doing.
It's what our government's duty is.
And we should all have much more compassion for our own fellow Americans than for anyone else.
If you go to iapaction.com, iapaction.com, you will find our congressional ranking system where we rank every member of Congress based on what they're doing on immigration.
Birch Gold, we're going to have Philip Patrick Monday.
Philip Patrick's going to join us.
We're going to talk more about the end of the dollar empire.
Kevin Worsh is coming in.
We're going to walk through his plan to try to strengthen the dollar, what that means for gold now and in the future, what it means for central banks purchasing gold.
Remember, always remember that the event that has been driving this the most is the decline, the 25% decline of the U.S. dollar under Biden and central banks throughout the world, including the Bricks Nations, starting to buy it at record rates.
BirchGold.com, promo code Bannon, the end of the dollar empire.
We are coming out shortly with the eighth free installment on a series that we started, I don't know, four or five years ago.
So make sure you get it, get up to speed.
The next installment, you're going to absolutely love.
Also, something quick and dirty, you can just take the phone out and text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, at 9898-98.
Get the ultimate guide.
This is from Birch.
Totally free, no obligation.
What they want to do is get you up to speed as an investor, right?
Get you totally up to speed so you understand it.
You're just not buying gold.
You understand what the process is that drives the value of gold.
So this is the one that's the ultimate investment guide for investing in gold and precious metals in the age of Trump.
So make sure you do it today.
Do we have Ben Berquam?
Ben Berquam is in Minneapolis.
Ben, first off, I want your observations on Los Angeles.
Number one, there was some protests out by some of the theaters showing Melania's movie, and people that actually went to the film said you could barely hear yourself inside.
There was almost a mini riot outside, but downtown near the federal building, and you're near the federal building today in Minneapolis, they actually did have a, they actually did have a, I thought, a riot around the country, particularly in place of Los Angeles.
No, it's the Red-Green Alliance and some people say the Red, Green, Blue, because you got the Globalists in there.
Peter Schweitz's book lays out how the CCP and the Mexican government are very involved in this, along with people like Soros and the new CCP member, that radical Joni Evans' husband, Code Pink, who's funding this, putting hundreds of millions of dollars into it.
It's absolutely, and you can tell it's coming to a neighborhood near you.
And this is why we have to continue with the show of force of ICE.
And it has to be mass deportations.
It just can't be the criminal.
Criminals, you got to triage.
Obviously, you got to get the criminals out first.
But Ben, they're showing you, you know, Ellison the other day, they slapped essentially Tom Holman in the face.
Has there been any effort at all to connect ICE with the actual jails, with the prisoners, the criminals, which they know they have?
You know, Ellison said, well, we may do it.
Fry is sitting there going with Waltz and saying, we're sanctuary cities.
Have you heard any updates at all that they've cooperating with federal authorities?
And to the point you just made, Steve, it's important.
We have to do mass deportations, but the most critical thing that we do right now is prosecute the traitors in our country, prosecute the activist organizations.
This is a criminal conspiracy against our country.
This is sedition.
It's insurrection.
Every single one of these organizations and individuals need to be prosecuted.
Unless that happens, it doesn't matter how many illegals we deport because the apparatus that is running this, both internationally, the foreign adversaries that are a part of this, as well as the enemies within our country, nothing changes.
You can deport every illegal, but if that apparatus is not destroyed, completely destroyed, we're going to be destroyed.
Well, the 2020 elections have been reviewed, they've been audited, they've been looked at from A to Z. We've even had hand counts.
And in every instance, every instance, we've come up clean.
It was hard enough for me to listen to that during the cold open.
David Schaefer.
David, you are an unsung American hero.
We're going to start singing your praises now.
You're going to be a regular in the war room.
You were chairman of the GOP.
You know more about their stealing the 2020 election.
I probably suffered as much as anybody.
Right now on TV, they're nonstop.
Oh, the ballots have been fouled.
This raid was awful.
All it's about is 2026.
They know they lost 2020, but this is Trump in War Room and all these, and all the folks down in Georgia that we've had on, you know, Garland Favarito, now yourself, all of them.
I think Raffensburger became psychologically and politically invested in the idea that of defending the election, whatever happened.
You know, he gave an interesting interview on the, I think it was the day after the election in 2020, where he said that based on the number of votes that were outstanding, that President Trump's lead could not be overcome.
And then they kept discovering new ballots that, you know, after his original pronouncement.
And as the new ballots kept getting discovered, our lead narrowed and eventually was overtaken.
And the moment that it was overtaken, Steve, the moment it was overtaken, they began to treat every report of an irregularity like it was a Bigfoot sighting or an alien abduction story.
The people pointing out problems, raising concerns, asking questions were ridiculed.
And if they didn't shut up, they were then themselves placed under investigation and charged with crimes.
And so I think I'm encouraged that the Justice Department is moving so that we can finally get to the bottom of what happened in 2020.
What are we going to have to do, though, right now to come back?
Because all of a sudden they're saying, hey, we were perfect.
We kept these things because the court told us to.
We kept them, but now the FBI is in.
So they're clearly fouled.
And anything you hear from the FBI is going to be a pack of lies because the FBI is controlled by President Trump and these radical Make America Great Again crowd.
I mean, the only reason that those ballots are still in existence is because of litigation that was filed by Garland Favrito and Carolyn Jefferson and others immediately after the election to force an inspection of the ballots.
And the judge who had that case ordered that they be preserved.
Otherwise, they would have been long gone by now.
But we've been fighting for five years to have a physical inspection of those ballots.
And we came close to that happening in 2021.
And then a year into the case, the judge suddenly declared that the plaintiffs had no standing.
And he's been reversed on appeal, but it's five years later.
We are still fighting to look at those ballots.
The FBI, it's my understanding, asked for those ballots several weeks ago.
They weren't turned over.
And that's why a search warrant was obtained and they were seized.
And I think they're in much safer hands now than they've ever been in the last five years in Fulton County.
We're also going to go to Texas, Lee Wilmskin, and that the very important Senate 9 race today actually is the voting today, believe it or not.
It should have been a couple of weeks after the first round, but of course they want to stretch it out so out-of-state Democrat money can win.
Last question.
We got about a minute, and then we're going to go to break.
The FBI, why was it at the time, why did the Georgia Bureau of Investigations not step in here under Kemp, under Lieutenant Governor Roffensberger, to get to the bottom of this years ago?
Why do we have to wait for the FBI five years after the fact, sir?
