Secretary of Treasury Scott Besant, who are trying to get for maybe later in this hour, if not, we'll do it at five o'clock, is there leading the first wave of the contingent.
We'll break that off.
Manor bin Laden and Royce White are going to hang around.
We're going to talk more about the globalists and Davos.
Rabbi Walicki is with us to break down everything on the Peace Committee and what's happening in Gaza and Iran.
I want to bring in now Congressman Brian Mast from the Foreign Relations Committee.
Congressman, just break it down for us because, as you know, the leading voice and platform for anti-CCP has been the war room from the beginning.
I'm the only civilian they tell me that's fully sanctioned by the Chinese Communist Party.
It happened on the first day of Biden's administration.
It was Peter Navarro and myself, a couple of others.
We've been adamant about this situation with the AI race.
We had a Sputnik moment when Deep Sea came up, and clearly we're providing too much assistance to build an ecosystem for the Chinese Communist Party.
They can even compete with us.
Yet we have the oligarchs, the broligarchs in this country continue to argue education, national labs, companies, Harvard, Stanford, but most importantly, the selling of chips.
Yeah, so let's start with the basics on just the history of chips in part, right?
You have companies like NVIDIA that, hands down, they make the best chips anywhere in the world.
Chinese company Huawei, their chips do not compete with the NVIDIA chips at all.
And I would tell them, go sell your chips anywhere and everywhere you want if it was just Xbox and PlayStation that they were affecting.
But that's not the reality.
Their chips are affecting at the highest level real war, real warfighters, real casualties.
That's the seriousness of what we're talking about here.
NVIDIA only cares about selling the most number of chips.
They don't care if it's the absolute best ones or the middle-range ones or the worst ones.
They just want to sell as many as possible.
So they're a very powerful force that's trying to say no ban on any chip sales, sell them to China, sell them to ByteDance, Alibaba, Tencent, Chinese military companies, sell them to anybody that'll buy them.
What does my bill do?
It takes something that we already have in Congress for anything related to military sales.
What are foreign military sales, right?
You got a company in the U.S. that makes a fighter jet or a jet engine or a missile that goes on the wing of a jet or the avionics that go in the cockpit.
If that takes place, it goes through a foreign military sales process where the administration is going to say, okay, we're okay with selling this missile to some ally.
And then, after they make that okay, then they send that to Congress, that agency, that bureau, they send it to Congress and say, Congress, are you okay with it sending this to this country or this company, or do you see a problem with that?
That's the foreign military sales process.
What this does, this bill does very simply, it adds these advanced AI chips that are being used for everything from the nuclear strike on Iran's nuclear facilities, the B-2 strike on Iran's nuclear facilities, to drone swarms in Russia with the you know with Ukraine to decision-making, who decides first, who decides last.
It's wholly integrated in the U.S. military.
It says those have to go in that foreign military sales process.
And Congress says, Yeah, okay, we're okay with that sale, or we are not okay with that sale.
Okay, let me break down two arguments I see all the time against your bill.
Number one, the argument that Jensen Wong and others, I think even David Sachs, are making that mast missed the point.
We actually want them to be on our chips because that sets a whole ecosystem, a whole structure to their industry that they don't put enough capital into trying to compete with us.
They'll always be behind us because we're never ever going to sell them the leading chips.
So, it's smart for us to kind of addict them to our chips.
They don't put the capital expenditures in, they don't allocate capital as an asset class to do this, and therefore they will always trail the United States.
If we get them hooked on our chips, then they won't develop their own system.
Huawei will just go out of business, they'll stop working, they'll stop developing, they'll stop trying to steal our intellectual property.
All those problems will go away.
That's what happened to a million telecom companies in the 1990s and early 2000s that no longer exist because they thought the exact same thing out of China.
It's an argument that they can make, but it's never been an argument that's proven true.
And you can use Xi Jinping's own words, he said it himself: listen, to rely on another country's technology is like building your house on somebody else's foundation.
They have no desire to stop their development.
They want us to bring in as many chips into China as they can get so that they can examine them, exploit them, learn how to copy them, learn how to improve on them, make their systems better, and ultimately make our systems inferior.
Congressman, in fact, in May of 2019, after Lighthizer and Navarre worked under President Trump's guidance for two years and had really the big deal that taken away the seven original sins of the Chinese Communist Party's economy, integrated in.
They said, No, we don't want to be under submission of the foreign devils.
They declared a people's war on us, but at the same time, she put out an argument that said, Hey, all of our tech companies, you're just temporarily using Western technology.
I want to get you got to, your number one priority is to take Western technology and build.
And this is what you saw on TikTok and DeepSeek, all of it.
And in the 45 administration, I want to back up what President Trump did.
He did the right thing.
He said, Okay, number one, these other companies like ASML, they make the most advanced chip-making tools that China cannot replicate.
President Trump to work to say, Hey, none of those tools are going to be sold to China.
That puts them behind.
And right now, he has a ban on the highest-end NVIDIA chip, what's known as the black well-from being sold to China.
Secretary of War, Pete Hagsett, said, Listen, this is integral to the military future and military advantage, and we have to win this fight.
So, if we have to win that, under no circumstances should we be selling that to China.
And again, this is the, you know, this is what I advise the president.
I'm not a yes man for Jensen Wang.
I'm somebody that looks out for my warfighters, my country, and I look at it and say, we should not be selling any chips to China, especially these most advanced chips like these H200s that they want to sell.
And I'll put a fine number on that for you right now, Steve.
Let's say the number of chips right now in Elon Musk's biggest data centers, what's known as Colossus 1 and 2, if people aren't familiar with that, China, ByteDance, Alibaba, these Chinese military companies, they're asking for four times the amount of chips that Elon Musk has in the world's biggest data centers.
They're asking for four times as much of that to be sold to them as we speak.
They are directly trying to compete with Elon Musk and American tech.
In the years in the wilderness, of course, you know, America First Policy Institute, CRA under Russ Vote, Heritage is Project 2025, Mike Davis, the War Room.
We redefine, said, hey, the Article II powers of the president as chief executive, as chief magistrate and chief law enforcement officer, but particularly as commander in chief, really, the inherent powers are much larger.
And we've been mocking Congress now under Johnson for a while, calling it the Duma.
Doesn't your bill, one of the arguments is that you are directly trying to interfere with President Trump's capacity as commander-in-chief to make these decisions and trying to insert the Duma into the decision-making process.
Yeah, we are trying to make sure that Congress has a say-so.
When any administration goes out there and says we want to sell some kind of military hardware, military component to another country, that we take a look at that and say, you know what?
My evaluation is that the Chinese military, the commies, they are the end user of that.
So that if there are people in the Bureau of Industry Security that say, hey, they're fine with selling the most advanced tech to Alibaba and ByteDance and Chinese military companies, that there is another stop from preventing that.
Because the fact is, the president's eyes are not on every single thing.
He has people across all of these agencies.
And when it comes to U.S. military advantage and the potential for U.S. military casualties, yeah, I want to make sure that we have eyes on those sales just like we have eyes on all other foreign military sales today.
I've spoken to all three of them in the last several days, but those are private conversations that, you know, for the purpose of trusting relationships, I will not speak to them.
But I'll say, let Secretary of War Hegseth's policy tell everybody exactly where he is.
He just released something saying, we need to win this race.
They released six points about what we need to make sure doesn't happen.
No Chinese military end users was one of those points.
Making sure that selling chips to another country like China doesn't result in American companies getting less chips.
Obviously, if you sell a couple million chips to Chinese military companies, then that's a couple million less chips that the U.S. companies can't get because every single one of them is sold out.
Making sure something that we didn't bring into this conversation as one of their points that they put out.
If they can't get their hands on the chips, the Chinese, the commies, they try to get into it via cloud.
They try to access it because there's a computing power that they need that if they can't get access to these chips, they can't compete with us.
So they'll try to reach that computing power via cloud in another way, even if the chips aren't within their country.
So it's making sure that they don't have that access.
And the point I'm making is all of these things are being laid out by Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, and others to say, we can't let the Chinese touch these things.
I want to back that up.
I'm not, like I said, I'm not going to say what we talk about privately, but let's just say that's their policy that they're putting forward.
So this is behind the scenes on Capitol Hill and Washington is the biggest fight that's going on and one of the most, if not the most important.
I want to make sure people are up to speed and have access to as much information about this as possible.
So Congressman, where do they go?
Your social media coordinates, particularly your site in Congress, I want people to get fully up to speed on your bill because there's, as you know, a lot of very powerful MAGA influencers who people respect a lot are on the other side of this argument from us.
And I want to make sure everybody understands fully what's going on.
So there, you know, I'd say directly to Jensen Wang, you know, listen, why don't you take your dozen or so influencers and anybody else that supports you?
You guys go stand at one podium in the Oval Office.
I'll stand at another.
And let's argue this out in front of the president.
I'd be happy to do that this afternoon, tomorrow, next week, any day that you want.
But it is that important that we need to go out there and we need to have this argument.
We can come on with you and argue it out if he wants to do that there.
It's simply to cut off China from any hardware capacity that would improve their military capabilities in AI or any other computing operation.
So the opposition, so far as I can tell, could only have one real motivation, and that would be to continue to open up the market for NVIDIA to sell their chips to China.
But they admit that the other side, but they're saying, what about the theory Jensen's pushing is that you want them kind of addicted to our chips, that they will not go full bore on developing their own capacity.
They won't have the capital allocation because they'll be spending too much money buying our chips and be happy to use it and always not a leader in this competition, but a deep second place.
It would make sense if you didn't have Huawei continually pushing forward with the development of the Ascend chip.
And they've already got a couple of superclusters up that are running to feed them the NVIDIA chips, the H200s, or if it were to open up to the Blackwells or the upcoming Rubens, then it would just give them, one, more capacity, more compute capacity to develop their artificial intelligence and to run their artificial intelligence.
It would also give them a greater opportunity to reverse engineer the chips.
The entire argument, as far as I can tell, rests on this assumption that sort of like with Huawei getting Europe, especially the UK, addicted to their telecom services, that it then locks them in to those, the Huawei hardware.
Well, that's not really true in that case, but in the case of the AI chips, in the case of building out data centers with NVIDIA chips, it's not as if they can't go in and refashion those with their Ascend chips.
And it doesn't really impact the Huawei or any other Chinese company's ability and motivation to develop their chips.
I've heard, for instance, that right now you have a call to block NVIDIA chips from local authorities in China because they want to protect Huawei's interests.
I don't believe that at all.
The minute they can open up the market to NVIDIA chips, especially the high-level chips, they'll do so.
I think Brian Mask's Overwatch Act is at least one way to block that advancement.
Well, listen, I think what's happened is we're starting to see members of Congress who dug into the Somali fraud scandal, James Comer, Rand Paul, even Tom Emmer, the number three member in the House, number three leader in the House, all saying this was a business model.
And the business model goes like this.
First, overturn Donald Trump's plan to not count illegal aliens in the census.
If you count them, then they go towards apportionment and they go towards federal fund distribution.
So the liberals do that first.
They reverse Donald Trump's plan to not count illegal aliens in the 2020 census.
Then Biden opens the borders.
Then the nonprofits, the liberal nonprofits take taxpayer money and move those illegal aliens from the border to battleground states into blue sanctuary cities.
Then they allow them to get on welfare, even though the law says you're not supposed to be on welfare as an illegal alien for five years.
Then, when the fraud starts, because that's the only way to keep these illegal aliens present in the cities, they turn a blind eye to that.
Now, every one of those five sentences happened.
What Comer, what Rand Paul, and what Tom Emmer and several other people are telling me is they're now beginning to see evidence that this was a master scheme, a master plan that the left and maybe some of its allies in foreign countries were working on together.
Now, if that turns out to be true, it'll be one of the biggest stories of our lifetime.
If the Democratic Party intended to have money stolen, borders broken down, and illegal mass migration into the battleground states to save the Democratic Party during a time when the country was turning more and more conservative, more red, more Trump red.
That would be an extraordinary story.
There's zero doubt that Congress is investigating it.
Those five things all happened.
If they are able to prove that it was part of a master plan and hold to account those who built the plan, executed the plan, it will be one of the most largest reckonings in American history.
John, with that, and you kind of saying, hey, where's OMB been and where these guys proven this have been for years?
But you've got that, plus you've got the deep state.
Charlie Kirk's student action summit in July said the most important thing we've got to do, the highest priority is take it apart because we don't do it.
Pesobic's been putting up tweets over the last couple of days of people.
He's hearing just the low propensity, low information voters are the core of Trump's thing saying, hey, man, I just don't see it.
You came on the show, I think, back in July and talked about the conspiracy.
That four and a half minute clip is now going viral again.
People are looking to you like, what the hell is going on here?
Are we serious?
Because you see these things about the business model.
And we're sitting there going, yes, it's obvious.
And people are talking about it, but we're burning daylight, as you know.
So we lost all the policy anywhere.
President puts out, president puts out, hey, Omar last night, and it's like, we got it.
Why is no one looking at her and the husband and her $30 million?
You're dialed in.
Is there any sense that people are working around the clock and working weekends to sort this mess out?
And I think the most important day was January 12th, Monday, January 12th, because that is when the grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida, for the first time convened to look at the grand conspiracy case.
I have seen enormous activity by federal prosecutors all across the country since that day.
Documents being pulled, people being briefed, questions being asked, evidence being gathered.
There is an effort to put together a conspiracy case that the government was weaponized to deprive Donald Trump and his followers of their civil liberties by falsely pursuing them for criminal charges when there was no evidence to do so.
That will take you all the way back to Jack Smith and Lois Lerner 2014 IRS all the way to Jack Smith 2024 and the prosecutions that ultimately were dismissed by Judge Eileen Cannon.
And ironically, that will all be in Eileen Cannon's district.
It looks like that's where the grand jury is based.
Now, separate of that, there is the Democrat machinery, the fraud machinery, and the possibility that's an election strategy.
You saw Friday night that the confirmation that Waltz and Mayor Fry are being criminally investigated for obstructing the ICE activities.
But that investigation is broader than just interference and ICE.
It's also looking at whether a willful and blind eye was turned to the fraud because the fraud was essential to a Democrat election strategy.
So that grand jury in Minnesota is looking at more than that.
There could be subpoenas delivered today or tomorrow, hand delivered to the governor and the mayor of Minneapolis.
That is a big moment.
I would not be surprised to see the Minnesota Attorney General also receive a grand jury in the next couple of days because these whistleblowers, these state workers are now cooperating with federal investigators.
Rand Paul confirmed that on Friday.
So you have a federal criminal investigation, congressional investigation looking at this strategy that the president just tweeted out in the story I did.
Then the final piece of the puzzle, and I think this could have indictments or arrests as early as this month, based on my reporting, is they're looking at who is funding these protests, who is obstructing ICE, who are the funders, the orchestrators, the facilitators of these riots and these efforts to impede lawful enforcement.
I think that could be the first sign of indictments that we could see arrests and indictments as early as the end of this month based on the activity I'm seeing in the field.
I think the Florida grand jury, we're probably looking at between now and early spring before we see the activities there.
But for the first time, the resources are in place, the evidence is gathered, and now real grand jury activity that can result in real charges beginning to happen.
Now, they got to deliver, right?
It's one thing to have the process.
It's another thing to deliver.
So I'll have to see if they deliver, but the machine is rolling.
I told you about Peter's book, big exclusive in the New York Post today.
I think he did Maria Bartiroma.
He's going to be everywhere.
I think he's doing Maria as the kickoff tomorrow morning.
Just huge.
Patriot Mobile, 972 Patriot.
You'll get a hillbilly with the East Texas accent.
Talk to you about the greatest phone service in the world.
And most importantly, they support, they have your back on the causes.
Remember, we have launched War Room Texas between now and March 3rd, the primary day, to make sure that we pass overwhelmingly this ballot proposition, Proposition 10, to ban Sharia law in the state of Texas.
Also, the show is to focus on the designation of the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization, along with CARE as an international terrorist organization as designated by the governor of Texas.
They're having a grand jury now about obstruction from Fry and the governor Waltz, who, you know, Mike Lindell, one of our other compadres, has run against.
You're running for the Senate.
Your thoughts?
Got two minutes, sir.
Give us the summary of what's happening in Minnesota, and particularly should the Insurrection Act be invoked by the president.
The Insurrection Act should 1000% be declared by the president.
Like I said earlier, things will fizzle out here in Minnesota.
Today is negative four degrees, feels like negative 18.
People have a lot of other things going on.
For a lot of these folks, the politics are theater.
For some of them, they're method actors.
They're willing to die in the drama, and that's a scary proposition.
On the political side, we know that there's fraud.
We know that there's corruption.
And the president should 100% pursue these investigations and indictments.
This is no longer, on the political side, this is no longer about right or wrong, due process, or any of these things.
This is about who has the power at the time where the public consent favors investigations and prosecutions.
That's what this is about.
And the president surely has enough momentum and enough evidence to bring down the hammer on some of these Democrats because they surely would against him with far less evidence.
And they're going to do it if they win, if they're successful on the other side of this.
If we don't do it now, we know what they're going to do.
They're going to round us up.
They're going to prosecute us.
They're going to throw us under the jail and make us watch gay porn or in solitary confinement or whatever.
Yeah, they're not hiding it.
They're not hiding it.
And that's what we're headed towards if we don't play hardball.
So I even worry here in Minnesota that the witch hunt show trials and prosecution law affair will start on me in my race leading up to this 2026 midterms.
But that's just the way it has to be.
We have to go max because that's what this political war is about right now.
Well, I have been working on it, but the problem is we have a lot of infighting.
We are not focused on the mission.
The mission is to register voters, but more importantly, to get those voters out.
And you can't do that if you're not in communication with them, if you don't have a plan.
The Democrats don't have a strategy.
They have rhetoric and we have results.
Look at this president.
We have so much that the public should be aware of, but it gets in the way because we're so fighting.
We're not fighting with ourselves.
We're fighting with the Democrats.
So we have to take control of the narrative, raise money, and get the job done.
We have a primary in six months.
I'm on the field right now.
I'm just asking to be promoted to get the job done for Arizona.
And I'm competent.
I can raise the money.
I can communicate.
But most importantly, we can get Republicans elected by ensuring that we bring focus.
Our Secretary of State right now, Steve, is refusing to give the DOJ our voter roles.
He says he's protecting the voters and their social security numbers.
The federal government has their social security numbers.
How ridiculous.
So I'm hoping that we have indictments.
I'm hoping that the DOJ is taking a hard look at Arizona.
And I think the whole country knows that our election systems are broken.
And you need strong leadership at the top of the Republican Party to ensure that we keep that front and center, that our Democrat leadership in our state has failed Arizona.
Everybody go over to that website today and check it out.
Sean Davis, thank you for, I know you had to step out of a meeting and force us in and get us in here for a couple of minutes, but you're one of the most even-handed guys I know, a steady Eddie, not a guy's hair on fire.
This tweet you put out, Trump's DOJ needs to throw out all these people in prison, get on it, Pam Bonnie.
They did this on purpose because nobody pushes back.
There is no pushback.
They think they can go in a Christian church during services and basically harass the people, threaten them with physical violence, and nothing happens.
That's why if you don't put it down now, it's just going to ratchet up.
You either cut out the cancer or you lose the limb or you sacrifice the entire body.
Everyone knows this.
When you allow this to happen in one little place, it spreads.
The infection spreads.
It always spreads.
So you either have to lance the boil and get the infection out, you have to excise the tumor, but just standing by and doing nothing and sending out tough talk and tough tweets and true socials.
I'm sick and tired of it, quite honestly.
I want action.
I want my country back.
I want law and order.
I want borders.
I want evil, violent, left-wing terrorists in prison.
And I think I have a pretty simple ask here.
My baseline for what should happen to these people is what happened to people on J6.
My baseline for what should happen to them is what happened to Douglas Mackey, who got put in prison for a meme, a jokey meme.
My baseline is that I want whatever happened to Christian pastors who are silently praying outside abortion mills, who were swatted in the morning, who had pre-dawn raids by FBI, who were put in prison for silently praying.
That is my baseline for what should happen to these people who go and use violence, who assault churches, who use terrorist activity to go and try to intimidate law enforcement, who attack our law enforcement, who attack Christians.
Every last one of them should be in prison and they should be in prison yesterday.
So, Pam Bondi, no more speeches, no more tweets, no more talk.
Well, my recommendation is just to stick to the actual 20-point plan that Israel agreed to, that the other side agreed to all the way back when it was announced.
This phase two of the 20-point plan is not phase two of the 20-point plan because of the issue we keep discussing, Steve, the disarming of Hamas.
Israel's concern is not for what type of civil life is built for the Gazans.
And if foreign actors want to come in there and build something wonderful for them, that's great.
But we need Hamas to be disarmed.
We need our final hostage to be released.
Steve Witkoff put out a statement a few days ago before they made the official announcement.
The White House made the official announcement of the Board of Peace.
And in his statement, he announced that phase two was going to begin.
And what he said was as follows, and I'm quoting from his tweet: Phase two establishes a transitional technocratic Palestinian administration and begins the full demilitarization and reconstruction of Gaza.
And then it says the U.S. expects Hamas to comply fully with its obligations, including the immediate return of the final deceased hostage.
Failure to do so will bring serious consequences.
So, look, if we stick to that, Israel is fine, and this will actually succeed.
Bottom line, this is not just about Israel's security.
If Hamas is not disarmed, then this will just be more death and destruction and conflict, and it'll all blow up and it won't work.
But you're then signing off on a two-state solution because to have Qatar and Turkey and their Qatar putting the money up and 2 million Gazans staying and Turks providing security, that's a proto-Palestinian state, is it not?
I'm at RabbiPW on X. Make sure to visit the Israel365 YouTube channel where I put up these explainer videos of many things going on in the Middle East.
We have one up about Saudi Arabia today.
And go to Israel365Action.com and in the Jerusalem Post every couple weeks.
But just to give a little bit of context to the posse, as you know, every year the annual meeting has a title.
This year, the title is A Spirit of Dialogue, which is incredibly ironic since all their efforts is about squashing our speech as dissidents or critics of the Davos globalist cult and elite.
But that is the title this year.
And I also wanted to show the posse the cover of the Global Risks Report, which is always published the week before, just for everybody to get a feel of what to expect when it comes to the talks this week.
So I don't know if you can see this.
Sorry.
It's a globe at the edge of the precipice with an incredibly ominous background, fiery background.
And the list, obviously, the number one threat this year that they're talking about is geoeconomic confrontation.
This follows the last couple of weeks, I would assume.
So that has been put in there in first place, but second place remains misinformation and disinformation.
So this is still very much at the forefront of the week.
The list of the things that will be all as they blame the war room for all this different disinformation and misinformation, but we speak the truth and we provide a platform for truth tellers like Nor Bin Laden.
Real quickly, 60 seconds on, you use the word cult when you refer to the World Economic Forum, Davos, and Davos Man.
As we've discussed, Steve, you know, this is a cult.
They have their ideology, their ideology that they've been pushing forward in these various agendas, the great reset Agenda 2030 of the UN.
Now the horizon has been pushed to 2050 with the opening panel this evening regarding what's to expect or what 2050 do we want.
I think is the title of the panel that is starting in a few minutes, actually.
So they keep pushing the goalposts, but the goals very much remain the same, which is total control, centralization of power, and centralization of resources of the world's resources.
And there's one word that I want to leave the audience with this evening, which is tokenization.
And this is very, very important when it comes specifically to Larry Fink.
There is a dedicated panel on the topic, and he has written extensively on it.
And this is his end goal to monetize everything in nature.
So during the week, we'll be talking about this as well.
As you know, we do unique coverage on Davos every year.
This is how we defeat the globalist.
Mike Lindell, I got to tell you, I'm going to have you on maybe tomorrow, the next day, or maybe in the afternoon about this situation in Minnesota.
The church is being stormed, Don Lemon and these people terrorizing, terrorizing the young people and mothers with babies yelling at them putting a car.
It is unacceptable.
And I think people are so proud of how you're standing up.
But to kick off a Monday, we need to hear about a topper, a mattress.
You know, do some, let's do some commerce to kick the week off, sir.
