Time Text
President Trump Breton invoking the Insurrection Act today in the True Social Post.
I'm wondering what his tipping point is.
Like, what would it take for him to invoke the Insurrection Act?
Look, that's only a question, frankly, Reagan, the president can answer.
But the Insurrection Act is a tool at the president's disposal.
As you know, it has been used sparingly, but it has been used by previous presidents in American history.
And I think the president's True Social Post spoke very loud and clear to Democrats across this country, elected officials who are using their platforms to encourage violence against federal law enforcement officers who are encouraging left-wing agitators to unlawfully obstruct legitimate law enforcement operations.
And if you talk to any law enforcement officer, no matter what level they work at, they want to be working with their counterparts, whether that's at the federal level or the federal authorities wanting to work with their counterparts at the state and local level.
And it's truly shameful that now for more than a year, you've had elected Democrat governors and mayors who have basically held their state and local law enforcement hostage and told them you cannot cooperate with federal law enforcement.
Why?
They cooperated under the Biden administration.
It's because these Democrats are deranged in their hatred for President Trump and they are holding their state and local law enforcement hostage as a result.
And these Democrat mayors and governors are doing this over what?
Over the lawful and legitimate law enforcement operations to remove violent criminals from the streets of Minnesota, from the streets of California, from the streets of New York, and from the streets of every state across this country.
And you don't see these riots and this vandalism taking place in states like Florida.
Why?
Because you have a governor in that state who has empowered federal and local authorities to work together.
And it's despicable what we're seeing from these Democrat politicians, especially in sanctuary states and cities across the country.
On top of it, the administration appears to want more confrontation, not less.
Saying ICE agents have absolute immunity, calling demonstrators domestic terrorists, and accusing the governor and the mayor of encouraging violence against law enforcement.
Quote, Waltz and Freight, I'm focused on stopping you from your terrorism by whatever means necessary.
That's what Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said on X, adding that this is not a threat, it's a promise.
And we must, finally, we must, we must reform ICE.
But it looks at this stage, folks, ICE is beyond reform.
ICE is totally out of control.
And this week, I intend to introduce a bill to abolish ICE.
We need to make ICE go away.
2003, before 2003, without ICE, various federal agencies were able to take care of business, and we can do this without ICE.
But we do not need the murderers.
We do not need this paramilitary organization's members on our street.
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
Here's not got a free shot.
All these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA media.
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
It's Thursday, 15 January in the year of our Lord, 2026.
Thank you for coming back and joining the late afternoon, early evening edition of the War Room.
Of course, at 6 o'clock on Monday, Tuesdays, and Thursdays now, at least until February, we're going to try to go five days a week then.
We have the War Room Texas as we focus on the issues about the Islamic takeover of Texas and what's being done to confront that and roll it back leading up to the March 3rd primary where Proposition 10 banning Sharia law in Texas is on the ballot.
The brothers Pesobic joined me, Kevin Basobic last night in the heat of the action in Minneapolis.
We streamed everything last night, huge audience and people very intense on this and focused.
Jack Basobi is going to co-host Wright Shotgun with me.
Sheila Mather is going to join us.
We're going to also go back to the White House.
We got Neil McCabe and Brian Glenn there.
Big activity today, particularly around the opposition leader, bringing her Nobel Prize, her Nobel medal to the White House.
And we'll find out.
We'll answer the question, did she leave it?
Was it accepted?
But first, I'm so honored.
Madison Sheehan, Madison was deputy number two over at ICE, just announced she's stepping down to run for Congress in Ohio 9 against Marcy Kaptur.
Boy, we have focused on that seat for many, many years.
Madison, first off, as your deputy in ICE, just give us your assessment.
How is ICE, I mean, we're obviously in the war room.
We're huge supporters of ICE.
We covered everything last night.
We did the whole first hour of the show on the activities of this insurrection that's going on.
We're big advocates for President Trump, number one, to invoke the Insurrection Act and also on one February, stopped giving federal money to random states like California, Illinois, New York, and Minnesota.
Give us your assessment of how did the institution do while you were there, ma'am?
Well, look, the men and women of ICE are the bravest law enforcement agents in the country.
They go out every single day and remove rapists, murderers, and gang members.
While I was at ICE, we had the opportunity to go from 20,000 employees to over 30,000 law enforcement officers that go out and enforce the law.
And they enforce the law that was written by Congress, the same law that Marcy Kaptur wrote in the 90s is what law enforcement officers at ICE are enforcing today.
And that's why I want to go beat Marcy Kaptur in the Ohio 9th District because she continues to use this dangerous rhetoric against ICE officers who go out every day and do their jobs when she voted for the very laws that they're enforcing.
And ICE has been so successful thanks to the leadership of President Trump and Secretary Noam and allowed our officers to go out and do their jobs.
You've got a lot of fans, obviously, here, Bovino, what you guys have been doing, Holman, Christy Noam, the whole crowd, no backdown.
But we have a thin bench.
Do you think it's the best use of your obviously extraordinary capabilities to actually be in the line of fire with ICE or to go into the line of fire in Congress, ma'am?
What I know is President Trump needs fighters in Congress.
He needs people who can work towards this agenda that he's put together that 77 millions of Americans voted on.
And I'm going to go to Congress to fight for him in that capacity.
It's been an honor to serve President Trump as the deputy director of ICE.
But going to Congress allows us to pass the laws that President Trump needs to continue to make America great, make America more prosperous.
It allows us to continue to move forward as a nation to pursue the America First agenda.
With the ICE agents, and I know you're bringing people in and training them up.
If you had to take a vote just of ICE right now, the leadership and below.
Would they recommend to the president that he invoke the Insurrection Act, or are they still think, hey, let's give this a while to play out?
Well, look, President Trump understands these issues better than anyone.
He understands exactly what the United States needs for us to be able to be successful and allow our officers to do our jobs.
But at the end of the day, this is a problem with governors like Governor Tim Walz and the mayor of Minneapolis who continue to use this dangerous rhetoric that puts law enforcement officers at risk.
These officers go out every single day to enforce the law as it's written.
We don't get to pick winners and losers.
We continue to go out and remove gang members, murderers, and rapists.
And President Trump has great judgment on being able to support these law enforcement officers like he has his entire career.
Can you tell people, give us a little bit of your background.
We'll get a few minutes here at your background.
What are people in Ohio 9?
Who are they voting for?
Absolutely.
Well, I grew up in Northwest Ohio.
I grew up on a small family farm here, went to the Ohio State University and was a college athlete, had the opportunity to work for Governor Christy Noam in South Dakota.
And then I went to Louisiana and served as a cabinet secretary for wildlife and fisheries for Governor Landry, overseeing both law enforcement efforts and conservation efforts, serving on the unified command, and then went to ICE.
And at ICE, we were able to deport over 2.5 million illegal aliens.
We assisted President Trump in removing dangerous alien criminals from our streets, and we've made America safer.
And as I get into this race, what I know is that the people of Northwest Ohio have been neglected for 43 years of Marcy Kaptur.
And I'm going to bring them a voice into the district that can fight for them in Washington, D.C. and can stand up with President Trump and fight for his agenda every single day.
Ma'am, where do people go on social media to follow you, your coordinates, and your campaign site?
People, I'm sure, are going to want to know a lot about you and potentially support you.
Absolutely.
You can go to Sheen for Ohio.
It's S-H-E-A-H-A-N for Ohio.
Go to the website.
I would appreciate any donations and any support on that website as we continue to kick this off.
Very excited to get in this race because I am the only person in this race that can beat Marcy Kaptur.
Madison Sheehan, thank you so much for your time at ICE, assisting the president of the country.
And good luck on your race.
Thank you, ma'am.
Thank you.
Jack Posobiec, that's a young generation coming up of fighters.
Your thoughts.
Well, Steve, look, you see jumping from one fire straight into another, going from being the deputy director of ICE.
You see there?
No, I mean, it just shows the caliber of people that are in this movement that are in this fight that are members of the posse, that members of the administration.
They go from ICE.
You see Commander Bovino when he's out there.
Something happens out in Minneapolis.
He's there within seconds.
I'm telling you, they snap their fingers.
He's immediately on this.
He doesn't need to do that, by the way.
He doesn't need to go out there and put himself in the line of fire, put himself in danger, but he does that because he knows that the morale of the people of ICE, the officers, the agents that are going out there being smeared, being attacked by so many of the mainstream media, as well as, by the way, the mayor, the governor, the attorney general, Keith Ellison yesterday.
So the deputy director here, of course, jumped that she jumps from the national firestorm that's going on right now against ICE directly to running for a hard scrapple seat there in Ohio.
You just have to look, Steve.
These people, they're so talented.
They're so smart.
She could be doing anything.
What is she doing?
She's serving her country.
She's serving her people.
Now she's going to go back home and serve the people of her district.
That is why these, you know, there's no lobbyist for the American people.
That is why the MAGA movement exists.
The MAGA movement is the lobbying arm of the American people.
By the way, it's Marcy Kaptur, one of the worst, you would agree, and been there for what, over 40 years?
One of the worst.
One of the worst.
Your thoughts?
No, the problem that we have so often is that you got to clean out some of the, you know, Pacific Palisades are probably asking you about this because sometimes you got to clean out the dead wood.
Sometimes you got to do a little controlled backburn on some members that have been there for a little bit too long.
Here in South Carolina, where they got a senator who's flying over to Israel right now to work with Bibi Netanyahu on crafting his Iranian policy or whatever that is.
I mean, they get there for so long, they forget to be in touch with their actual constituents and the people of this country.
Jack, Bibi talked to President.
You got to love these guys.
They're on President Trump 24-7.
You see Lady Lindsay and that whole crowd?
They're on him 24-7.
When President Trump tells the guys, hey, look, give me a target set that can take this guy out and I'll consider it.
They come back, well, there is no target set that long-range bombing.
He says, hey, I'm going to let Besson and the economic warfare guys keep at this and let it collapse.
Bibi immediately goes to the press, you know.
Exactly.
But Bibi goes and says, you know, we gave the president advice not to attack Iran.
That is a bald-faced lie.
Just a bald face lie.
Lady Lindsay is so broken up.
Hold it.
Lady Lindsay is so broken.
We got a clip of him.
He's so broken.
He just tweets out.
He's on a plane to go over and sob, you know, put his head on, put his head on Netanyahu's shoulders, have Netanyahu burp him like a little baby because he's all upset now.
The President Trump hasn't taken his advice.
He and Tel Aviv Levin.
And President Trump said, no, no, no, no.
We're going to let the Persian people deal with this right now.
We'll watch it closely.
Anyway, vocations, big activities.
We're going to get a rotation together.
Maybe they're heading over to Cyprus.
A vocation.
Wow.
Down Tel Aviv, down to Ababa.
I don't know.
There's a couple of islands in Greece.
I don't know.
Yeah.
Anyway, on vocation, stays on vocation.
Short commercial break.
Jack Besobic's riding shotgun.
Kevin Bisobic's here.
Sheila Matthews.
Short break.
Nobel Peace Police.
I presented the President of the United States the medal of the Nobel Peace Prize.
And I told him this.
Listen to this.
200 years ago, General Lafayette gave Simon Bolivar a medal with George Washington.
Bolivar since then kept that medal for the rest of his life.
Actually, when you see his portraits, you can see the medal there.
And it was given by General Lafayette as a sign of the brotherhood between the United States, people of the United States, and the people of Venezuela in the fight for freedom against tyranny.
And 200 years in history, the people of Bolivar are giving back to the heir of Washington a medal, in this case, a medal of the Nobel Peace Prize, as a recognition for his unique commitment with our freedom.
Okay, Machado is good.
Let me just interpret that.
As you remember, General Washington had two individuals close to him.
He considered his sons because he didn't really have sons.
That was Alexander Hamilton and the Marquis de Lafayette, a general from the French aristocracy, where Machado said that in presenting it to President Trump, she said in 1825, the Marquis de Lafayette sent a gold medal featuring an image of George Washington to the South American independence here, Simon Bolivar.
Machado called Lafayette's gift, quote, a sign of the brotherhood between the people of the United States and the people of Venezuela in their fight for freedom against tyranny, end quote.
Jack Posobiec.
How do you interpret that?
And do we have a readout yet that the president did he receive it for the American people, sir?
I've only seen what Machado said there.
She said it has been gifted to the people of the United States from the people of Venezuela.
So I would take that to mean she gave it to him.
I don't doesn't sound like she brought it back with her, just given, you know, given the way she put it there.
I don't know if that's exactly what happened, but we'll see, of course.
You know, I will say, though, A plus in terms of her understanding gift giving as a way to communicate to President Trump.
She understands the importance of gifts.
She understands, of course, the importance of the Nobel Prize, the importance of that to him, and the importance of tying it back to history.
But of course, the real thing is we have to understand, Steve.
So she understands, so good play on her part.
But at the same time, what's going on here is once again, just like we saw back in this past summer, what, six months ago now, she wants regime change.
Steve, once again, it's the regime change upsell all over again.
You remember the regime change upsell from Iran all the way back during neocon summer when all the neocons were saying we need regime change Iran, regime change Iran.
Guess what?
They're still doing it right now.
Now they're coming in.
They want the regime change upsell in Venezuela.
President Trump rightfully looked at the situation and said, she doesn't have the support.
She doesn't have the backing she's going to need.
It's going to be much easier to do a targeted operation.
You send in Delta Force, you get them out, then you work with the infrastructure in place.
It's not regime change if you just get rid of one guy.
It's regime transition.
And so we need to be careful about all of these things.
Yes, the symbols are great.
The messaging is great.
Of course, we want all these things.
But at the same time, we have to live in the real world.
And in the real world, President Trump has already made the decision.
Well, I got to tell you, her use of symbols in language and history is second to none.
I mean, that was she's stuck the landing today.
Of course.
A plus.
It's interesting, too, in Venezuela, the three most impressive people are, number one, the VP, you know, Tony Soprano's daughter, who's basically the interim president down there right now, the VP.
She's a hammer.
The wife of the wife that's in prison with the bus driver, she was the AG under Chavez.
She's a hammer.
And then you've got Machado.
The three most impressive people I've seen on the scene down there are all women, just saying.
Simon Bolivar would be very impressed.
One more time before I go to get Kevin in here.
Just thoughts on this situation in Iran.
President Trump looked at all the information, look at what Scott Besson's doing.
He knows the regime is falling, which we've been saying.
They're not having cut off the oil yet, although he's put China on notice, the CCP, 25% tariff, if you keep taking the oil.
And he laid it out to the CIA, the Mossad, to Bibi, and all of them said, hey, if there's a target set that can actually, at the end, take this down and let the people be free, I'll consider it.
But if you don't have it, it's a big massive bombing campaign.
I'm not in.
And this is what they wanted to do back in July.
This is a full facial to Bibi and that entire Israel first crowd.
And this is why Lady G's crying.
He's moping around.
And he's now on a plane over there.
He says, I'm over there to plot strategy with Israel and with Bibi.
The people in South Carolina should be outraged by that.
Where is your senator?
Is he like a military aide to Bibi Netanyahu?
Jack Pasobic, your thoughts.
Well, no, they're going on their mancation at Tel Aviv.
You know, the Mediterranean, East Med is really nice this time of year.
They got that, you know, they got some of the Greek islands.
So they're going to go on the mancation together.
It's going to be very nice.
But yeah, they're very upset that they're not getting this second round of bombings, that they're not getting the second round of attacks that they were pushing for all weekend, that they wanted.
And then Arab nations came together and they said, wait a minute, we don't need this full-on regime change situation right now because look, you look at what's going on.
The oil's flowing.
Business is going.
And the question is, are the tariffs working?
Is the president's current policy, which remember, he said himself six months ago, it was Donald Trump's strategy.
We're going to have the tariffs.
We're going to put the tariffs on their partners, put the tariffs on China.
We are going to look at those trades of Hormuz and understand what's going in and out of the Strait of Hormuz.
And that's where, and then you get Besson come in to say, Mr. President, your understanding of the economics of this is unmatched.
You get the currency, which has never been targeted before.
Besson, of course, has a history of this.
In the private sector, he comes in with his knowledge of international currency and those markets, comes in, targets Iran directly there and says, Mr. President, look, you can either do this this round.
And this is, by the way, Steve, when I was in the intelligence community, this is why they would sit there.
And if they would actually talk seriously, they would point out that's why conducting assassination campaigns and conducting these decapitation strikes isn't always useful for other countries because you never know what comes next.
You never know who power is going to fall to.
And many of the assessments in Iran say that power, if the Ayatollahs go, if the MOLAs go, power would fall to the IRGC.
It would get very bloody.
It would be very brutal.
There would be a civil war among the various different factions there.
You got NDK.
You've got the son of the former Shah.
So again, so many different factions and as well as the IRTC themselves, who have an incredibly powerful second military.
Iran has two militaries, ladies and gentlemen.
If people aren't sitting there walking you through the P's and Qs of this thing, then they're not explaining to you the order of battle and the realities of a country that's as mountainous as the Rocky Mountains.
So President Trump said, look, this way gets us money, and this way is just this is another Afghanistan, another Iraq.
Not doing it.
By the way, we're on Tenter Hooks down in Venezuela too.
That situation is still to play out because they're all armed.
They're all against each other.
Jack, hang on.
I want to bring Kevin in.
Kevin, we live streamed it last night.
It was so dangerous.
And my talking to you and others, it was actually 10 times more dangerous in real life in the streets of Minneapolis than we could even pick up on the TV.
And we've got a lot of footage.
You walk our audience through.
You happen to be right there.
I think Sorter was there.
You guys are right there when they went into it.
I think it's an FBI vehicle, destroyed it, and then took a weapon out of it and ammunition.
That's correct.
Yes.
So I and a whole crew of people were down there.
Multiple people were there.
It was at the intersection where this shooting occurred.
Van was shot in the legs because he was trying to kill an ICE agent with a shovel.
But we have released footage of, you can see there were three vehicles, three SUVs that were blundered, just totally looted and destroyed.
They were destroying comms, wonky-talkies, laptops, and also stealing sensitive information, these notebooks, as you see them on the live stream.
And it's a very, very tense situation.
And I alluded to it earlier today, but these people, like, what drives them to do this?
I don't know.
There's no moral compass here.
They just seem to be in it for this speeding frenzy of sharks.
Okay, hold it, Kevin, Kevin, hang on, hang on.
Let me point you to the writings of a guy named Jack Posobiec.
His unhuman support.
These are nihilists.
These are atheists.
There's no moral compass.
What do you mean, moral compass?
You're sitting down there where you want to all take them to mass and take them to confessions that they're going to say a rosary with you.
It's not going to happen.
You're not going to convert these people.
They're not convertible.
They're revolutionaries.
Last night they could have killed some people.
Last night was much more dangerous than people thought.
Okay, tell me about that.
You're trying to take them to mass and have them say a novena afterwards.
It's not going to happen, brother.
These are hardcore nihilist atheists.
Go ahead, sir.
Yes.
So that's exactly it, Steve.
That's my next point.
But if you go onto these websites called Indivisibles, where they're planning to have protests this weekend again, that's what they'll tell you: it's all about this happy talk.
Like, pray with us, reflect on the lives lost here, reflect on your neighbors.
That's what they tell you.
But what's really happening is they're using it as a front.
It's a total front for these Antifa cells to gather, raise their numbers every day, and then create chaos for the rest of the day amidst like maybe a few people that actually want to peacefully protest.
But you're absolutely right.
And we want to find out who's funding this.
Soros and his goons, other grunt dunes going around.
Yeah, so stay tuned for that.
This will continue.
Hang on.
I want you to stick around, but real quick, I only got 30 seconds.
Should the president invoke the Insurrection Act this afternoon for Minnesota tonight, sir?
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
American people are behind it.
This has to end.
Hang on.
Kevin Pasovic, who's been in the middle of the action last night, extremely dangerous.
They were destroying all types of stuff, throwing firecrackers almost like hand grenades, and they destroyed an FBI vehicle and took out a weapon and ammunition.
They're trying to armor up to go guns-free.
Short commercial break.
back in the warm in a moment.
We're going to go back to the Brothers Besobic in a moment.
Also, Sheila Mathis is going to join us.
I want to go to the White House, though.
We got both Brian Glenn and Neil McKay.
Brian, first off, the War Room engine room always being on top of things.
Say, hey, look, she left the medal, but did she leave the million dollars?
If she didn't leave the million dollars, you know, Trump's going to sit there and go, hey, that's not the prize.
The prize, where's the cash?
Brian Glenn.
That's right.
No, I agree.
And the War Room posse is on point on that.
And Neil and I sit here and we laugh at that, but it's kind of almost true, if you will.
When she left here, she did go across the street in Lafayette Park.
Steve and had a brief press conference there.
I wasn't able to listen in.
I was in on the activities here at the White House.
But we were, I want to mention the amount of foreign press here over the last couple of days here at the White House is the most I've ever seen it since I've been covering the White House from the Danes about Greenland to, of course, Venezuelan media here.
Even I saw some Ukrainian.
You saw the hockey press today.
The hockey press was here.
So it's been a very big.
The patch where we're standing right now was completely full with tripods earlier as the world was watching the White House today as Machado was here.
But unfortunately, well, she didn't leave the cash.
Well, that's important.
That is important.
Neil, talk to us about the Insurrection Act.
We got Kevin Bosobic, and last night he and Nick Sortor were right there as they destroyed that as the insurrectionists, the traitors in the streets of Minneapolis destroyed the FBI's vehicle and took out a gun, stole a gun and ammunition.
Are we any closer tonight to invoking the Insurrection Act, sir?
Yeah, absolutely.
Christy Noam was here at a gaggle this afternoon and basically voiced her support, saying it was up to the president, but she left no doubt that that's something that she wants done.
They're going full John Brown in Minneapolis right now.
And, you know, they talk about the Insurrection Act like it's some obscure law, obscure 19, like it's on some dusty shelf.
JFK used the Insurrection Act three times down south, and Eisenhower used it at Little Rock.
So nobody had a problem with the Insurrection Act then.
And so, you know, what are you going to do?
You just can't leave these people going crazy against our federal law enforcement officers.
And I'll say this: in 2020, the summer of 2020, Americans were waiting for Trump to do something when our cities were burning.
And there were people in the White House telling them, no, no, let him burn.
It embarrasses the Democrats.
The Americans expect Trump to act, and I think they're going to see it, Steve.
Brian Glenn, talk about act.
President Trump, in fact, did not act on the bombing of Iran.
It was supposed to be very close last night because he told guys, give me a target set that takes out the Ayatollah, and I'll think about it.
It didn't happen, as you know.
And now Beebe jumped in front of the news when the Daily Mail put it up in the Wall Street Journal.
And Beebe said, I talked him out of it.
I'm the guy that said you shouldn't bomb Iran.
Is there any credibility to that at all, sir?
I'll kind of toss that back to Neil a little bit.
You know, I'm hearing kind of mixed reports on that.
I think we were.
I saw it pop up.
It was somewhat attributed that Beebe thought it would bounce back on Israel, but it makes you wonder who's running this country.
Yeah.
I mean, it's like, you know, the Netanyahu program, going back to when he was an undergrad at BU, is to destroy Iran.
That's, you know, that's why he roped us into Iraq and everything else.
The whole history of Netanyahu is how can I use the United States to destroy the Iranian regime?
And then somehow he said, don't do it.
I don't know what's going on.
Yeah.
Strange credulity.
Hey, Brian, before I let you go, you've got big news to announce about where you're going to be with the president.
Can you walk us through it?
Yeah, we leave out on Saturday.
We leave to Davos, go to Switzerland to cover this event.
We'll be on the ground there really Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, come back to the States on Thursday.
I'll be doing the morning show, American Sunrise Early Edition from there as well.
But we'll have full reports there on the ground and all the activities.
I know I'll get the complete printout of the president's schedule.
And of course, we'll get it out to the war room posse so you guys can follow us along.
But happy to announce that right here on Real America's Voice that we'll have a solid presence there at Davos this year to find out exactly how President Trump intends to take on the world.
It might be a little warmer to cover the world.
It might actually, it was going to be colder here than it was there.
So this is kind of the warm-up act, if you will.
You know, it was rumored in the group because they've got America House and it's a big contingent going over, but that President Trump might just go over, take some meetings, do a speech and fly back and basically make it a red eye and a glorified day trip.
That's not the case.
You right now can say that you believe he may be there for three days?
No, I know that he's got to always do the speech on Tuesday.
I think there is something on Wednesday as well, but I can't confirm that he will be heading back out to the States on Thursday.
Now, mind you, Monday, he is in Miami for the national championship game, so he must be taking a red eye on Air Force One from the game there in South Florida.
But he's got two days.
It's relatively a quick day, but he's got a lot of action packed in those two days.
For a guy who travels as much as Trump does, he does spend a lot of nights.
He always ends up back at the White House.
It's almost characteristic of him.
Yes.
He basically says tag your end.
He's a day trip.
Yeah, he's a day trip guy.
Last question, Neil and sir, either one of you got the seats inside Miami, inside the stadium for the national championship game.
Are either of you going with the president on that evolution?
No, and I wish I was.
So maybe I need to do a shout out to the president real quick behind me.
I would love to go.
Of course, my Texas Tech Red Raiders crapped the big one in the playoffs.
I'm not a big fan of the first run by, by the way.
That's 28 days not playing.
High-powered offense.
This wasn't Boston College's year, Steve.
Maybe that's my next question, guys.
Can we just do away with the first-run buys in the college football?
Make sure you get that, run that by the president.
He'll take action.
Okay, guys, thank you very much.
Reporting from the White House.
Brian Glenn, Neil McCabe, thank you guys.
Brian Glenn going to Davos with the presidential's team.
Actually, Real America's Voice.
Brian does a 7 a.m. show now for us, kind of the pre-game for American Sunrise.
He'll be doing a live show every day from Davos.
So it'll be extraordinary.
Make sure he gets some great guests there.
Sheila Matthews joins us.
Sheila, you've got a very interesting article up about you've been following the situation in Minnesota closely ever since we had the shooting at the Catholic grade school and high school, but you've been following walls a lot.
Tell me what your story says and why you think they're covering up even more than it looks like they're covering up.
Well, because within every state, Minnesota being our focus right now is the Behavioral Health Oversight and Advisory Committee.
And basically, that's the industry advising the state what to write, like legislative-wise.
And in Minnesota, there's minutes missing from the years when the fraud really took place.
So it's very concerning because these three big behavioral health providers advise the state to buy this software to avoid audits.
And they also advise to relax laws.
And Kiki Brown, who was put on the hot seat by CBS, basically seems so unaware, but she wrote the plan for the Medicaid money.
So we believe that it is deeply embedded in these advisory commissions and advisory groups that are benefiting from all the Medicaid money and then telling the state how to ease up on audits.
So we have the receipts within our article, but we do need help foyering the missing data.
And so that's a real concern.
So it's to be dissolved right now.
I am across the board.
They were meant for consumers and parents, not for behavioral health providers that actually benefit from the Medicaid dollars.
So I understand that, you know, Minnesota is all upset because that President Trump wants to stop all the funding.
And I understand their plan does not meet President Trump's requirements to restore the funding.
And we stand behind President Trump on that because these advisory committees are they are fraudulent and they are not being, they're not representing the people.
And are you calling for, are you call, are you calling for President Trump, the agencies themselves inside the state government for a federal takeover and forensic audits and no cash until you can find if there are records for this thing?
Do you believe that's how you get to the bottom of this fraud quickly and get accountability quickly?
Absolutely.
I think that the forensic audit is more important than attorneys.
The smartest person in the room is always the auditor.
And so I understand that Minnesota is like blocking Trump from withholding the money, but the American people and the parents in Minnesota deserve an audit, a forensic audit of these behavioral health.
We want the records, no records, no money.
That's basically what we're saying.
So yes, we want those advisory commissions dissolved.
Sheila, I want people to go to the site and get these articles right now because I think you're onto a line of attack here that really works.
Where do people go to get more information about this?
I think it's going to become a quite big topic as we roll up to 1 February.
The president's committed no more money to these guys, but it's deeper than that.
You've got to grab the agencies, grab the records and see how they've stolen it in the past as you cut it off.
Where do they go, Sheila?
We want the software too of the audits that were given to the big three behavioral health providers.
So they go to ablechild.org, ablechild.org.
We have a petition that could get us federal hearings.
We urge you to sign it.
We don't take federal grants and we don't take state grants.
So we are an independent consumer-driven organization.
And so ablechild.org, and please donate to us.
And we support the withholding of funds.
And we urge the court to listen to us so we could use an attorney to file a brief to the court that is standing in Trump's way.
And we can provide them with the minutes that we need from these oversight committees.
Yeah.
Thank you, man.
Appreciate you.
Ablechild, Sheila Matthews, on top of it, as she always is.
Kevin Pasovic, Christy Noam says we're not backing off.
We're not stopping the surge.
In fact, we may increase the surge.
President Trump's weighing and measuring the Insurrection Act.
Is it going to get dicey again tonight?
And is Antifa pouring in for a bigger, are they rallying people for a big weekend of protest and mini riots in Minneapolis, sir?
I believe so.
Absolutely.
Yeah, thanks to Christy Noam and the team.
Operation Metro surge continues and operations are continuing regardless of all this mayhem.
I think for certain that there will be more numbers tonight, tomorrow night, all through the weekend.
Not really like they have really important jobs anyway, but as we've seen, these people are walking out of their schools during the week.
The teachers as well are walking out.
So yeah, the numbers will definitely increase.
It's getting to be also about zero degrees.
It's getting colder this weekend.
Another factor for last night, which made it particularly dangerous, was that the sidewalks were covered with ice too, about a quarter inch thick solid ice.
So even everyone's maneuvers were halted there.
There's wind.
As you can see in the video playing right here, there's wind carrying the tear gas everywhere.
And this is going into people's homes too that are just innocent bystanders.
Like you can't change your house location.
Kevin, hang on one second.
We're going to take a short break.
We're going to hold you through the break.
Kevin and Jack Posobiec, join us on the other side.
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.
Okay, we almost bombed Tehran last night, and we almost called the Insurrection Act, which we may call tonight, Silver is at an all-time high, 92 bucks.
Gold at 4,600, heading to 5,000.
Take your phone out and text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, 989898, the ultimate guide, totally free, no obligation from Birch Gold about investing in gold and precious metals in the age of Trump.
Get to Philip Patrick and the team.
It ain't the price of gold.
It's the process that drives the value of gold.
That's what you need to understand.
Once you learn that, you're on your way to financial freedom.
So check it out today.
We've been banging the drum of this.
Also, birchgold.com promo code Bannon, the end of the dollar.
Empire, make yourself smarter.
We started this when gold was, I don't know, a thousand bucks.
Why?
Because we knew Biden was destroying the dollar.
28% drop in the value of dollar since Biden raised his hand in that phony inauguration after he stole the election.
Check it out today.
But most importantly, get to Philip Patrick and his team and get it today.
Kevin, I know you got to bounce because you're working with the human events team in Minneapolis and around the country about tonight's activity and the weekend.
Where do people go to find you, sir, and particularly if they want to get a stream?
What happens?
Where do they go?
Well, thank you so much.
Yeah, we're at X Instagram at Kevin Fasovic and follow human events on X as well.
I'm also on Substack.
And yeah, we're down there.
Next man up, Steve.
It's two weeks since Hill Sanctuary City lose all their funding anyway from the president.
But we want to fast forward that a little more and really clean this up.
Kevin, Kevin, be safe and don't take them to, say, a rosary.
Okay.
No novenas for these guys.
Just you be safe and just do the great reporting that the Pesovic brothers are known for.
Love you, man.
Be safe tonight.
Amen.
In bitter cold Minneapolis.
Jack Pesobic, you're live at six with Thought Crimes.
Want everybody to tune in and maybe you can watch Thought Crimes first and then we'll get on tape.
You watch War Room Texas next.
Thought crimes.
What is on Thought Crimes tonight, sir?
Yeah, Steve, we're hopping up on Thought Crime.
For people who don't know, Thought Crime is the show I used to do with Charlie Kirk.
Now it's myself and the rest of the Charlie Kirk show team.
So Blake Nev, Andrew Colvett, Tyler Boyder hopping in.
And this is where we get into sort of the things that, you know, just the stories that don't pop up anywhere else.
So obviously, we're going to talk about ICE because that's huge.
Typically, this is our highest rated show of the week.
It's actually our highest rated.
So we're going to talk about how Hollywood is being completely decimated by AI, deep fakes.
They are done.
Actors, the whole industry, it's all in collapse in Hollywood, L.A.
Now, Barbie, they've got a new Barbie doll out with an autistic Barbie is the new Barbie that's come out.
So people saying it makes a mockery of children who actually have issues like this.
We're going to obviously mass migration.
And we're going to talk about the latest in injections where, believe it or not, girls are now getting Brazilian butt lips and apparently facial injections.
And they're getting not artificial fat, they're getting fat from cadavers.
These are a couple of the things that we're going to get into on this.
Just what's going on out there in the world.
And Steve, we may, we may just have to start talking about the Man Cations again because we need to see what's going on with this Man Cash.
We need to understand it.
We need to get into it.
We need to unpack the psychology of the Man Cation, BB, Lady Gee.
So we're going to get into all that as well.
Man Casians.
Man Casians are so fake and gay.
By the way, I notice on Thought Crimes, you guys have what they say in baseball, you have range.
You have a lot of range.
And it's not the typical Jack Pesovic.
No, that's the point.
When you do Thought Crime, Human Avelly was on, he would talk sports and just everything.
That's great.
That's great.
Six o'clock on Rumble, correct?
Yeah, so I'm going to sign.
I'm here in the studio, so I'll sign off and hop on right there.
And Steve, I'll just say this real quick on people need to understand.
People need to understand.
We are in the testing phase right now.
We are winning.
They are completely losing this narrative.
We have the advantage.
Do not relent.
Do not hit the brakes.
Now we press forward.
We press onward.
This is what the American people wanted.
They know they're breaking.
Go look at Tim Walz.
He's firing off tweet after tweet after tweet.
He is getting desperate.
If we can break them in Minnesota, their lines will be broken everywhere and we can get our country back.
Yes.
Yes.
All gas, no break right now.
Let's invoke the Insurrection Act and get on with it and cut them off on Monday 1 February.
Jack Pesovic, thank you.
Go do Thought Crimes.
Look forward to seeing you.
100%.
God bless.
God bless.
What an interesting thing.
Okay, Mike Lindell.
We're not selling pillows tonight.
The Warren Posse, I'll do it later.
But right now, you're on a roll, brother.
And the reason we're not going to sell pillows right now, you're going, I don't know if another debate or whatever, but man, you got to save Minnesota.
This thing is out.
It's a great state, great people, beautiful.
It's one of the most beautiful states in the country.
Man, it is a mess up there, brother.
What in the hell is going on?
Well, first of all, yes, I'm going to head to another debate here in 20 minutes.
And you guys can help out, MikeLindellGov.com.
The other night I said, Well, what's the first one of the first things you're going to do, Mike, when you get in office?
I'm going to ban Sharia law.
That's for sure.
The first day, ban Sharia law, and you're going to make new protester laws.
Minnesota, right now, you need to arrest all these protesters.
When you stop people from getting to their children, their homes, these people, my friends and stuff that are downtown Minneapolis, they're scared to death because they can't get to the hospitals.
They can't get to their daughters to pick them up for school.
And just the other day, Steve, this happened Monday.
I want everybody to think about this.
By the way, these protesters are busting.
This is all a big show.
The other day, on Monday morning, I came to work here at 6:45.
I used to chase someone.
We're 20 minutes from Minneapolis.
I used to chase somebody out all the way right across from my pillow in the street, five ice cars.
Within five minutes, protesters showed up in my parking lot calling my employees Nazis and stuff.
Of course, I got there.
It's you get out.
I mean, it was, you know, but this is where it's at.
If you make protester laws where you don't let them stop people, you don't let them block streets, you start there and you just start arresting them.
It's disgusting.
And others, you know, go get a permit.
I'm all about, yeah, you can have a protest, but you don't commit crimes during the protest.
This all comes down from Waltz Fry, the governor.
I mean, the governor and the mayor of Minneapolis, when they let the precinct burn to the ground in the summer of 2020, Steve, at one point, this goes back eight years.
Black Lives Matter blocked off 35W eight years ago, an eight-lane highway, and they let them do it.
We couldn't get, my people couldn't get to work from Minneapolis, and we couldn't get our products.
So, you know, this is where we're at.
And this is to me, you arrest the protesters.
You just sweep them.
They're all out of state.
There's not many Minnesota folks.
Mike, real quickly, where do they go to find out when you run for governor?
Where do they go, sir?
Yep.
We need help right now.
It's mikelindalegov.com, you guys.
Every dime that I get is going to help save Minnesota, save the country.
I want to be the next governor, and I need your help.
Thank you.
Stick around next for War Room Texas.
Mike Lindell's already thrown down as governor of the great state of Minnesota.
He's going to ban Sharia law.
