Are you committed to bringing the David Hoax of the world and get because in War Room, Texas, what we found at the conference, we had these briefings, it's hard to get, you know, Huffins is running for controller and he's the first to admit that they're kind of all over the place, but it looks like potentially tens of millions, if not hundreds of millions of Texas citizens' money going to fund this madness and could be billions of dollars from the federal government.
We're trying to get our hands on it.
Are you going to, because this, if there's a problem in Minneapolis, there's maybe a bigger problem in Texas?
Are you dedicated as Attorney General to get to the bottom of this?
Yeah, it's the number one reason that I'm running, Steve.
Look, we're at war and the Islamification of Texas is the goal of the enemy.
Okay.
It's the stated goal.
If you talk to intelligence operations, you know this.
You know the people.
The Muslim Brotherhood.
They're sitting in London.
They're sitting in Paris.
They're looking at Dallas and they're saying Dallas is where we're taking over next.
And they've already got their entrenchment here.
They're already moving it forward.
And you are correct.
There is dramatic concern that they're using significant Texas dollars and resources.
And the Office of the Attorney General has significant authority to go root out fraud from Medicaid fraud to other aspects.
But importantly, as I mentioned before, to go look at the nonprofits, look at the books, look at the flow of the dollars, look at care, look at all of the different organizations where money is flowing into Texas to undermine our freedom.
It is where our authority is the greatest in the office of the attorney general.
So when I'm the attorney general, we're going to know where every dollar goes and how it is flowing to our enemies.
And we're going to stop it.
We're going to thwart it, undermine them, and get our enemies out of Texas.
And I'll leverage my relationships in the Trump administration to ensure that we're working with them to remove people, get them out of the country, or get them in jail.
We've got to do it, Steve.
We're at war and we've got to do it right now.

The $1 million earmark she did, and that was Omar.
Remember, she's very bright.
She's heckling us.
That $1 million earmark pass got through.
It got through, correct?
No, we killed it.
We were able to kill that one because we exposed it and we pulled it out.
So that got killed.
But you know, yesterday, this stupid NAT, you know, uh, whatever, national endowment for democracy, it passed, right?
And the funding for the courts passed.
So, like, we're winning some, we're losing some.
Our guys have got to get religion and understand we're at war.

Dave, Brad, you were there for the earmark fights.
You heard Burchett.
You've heard Chip Roy.
You know the frustration.
Is Chip being too optimistic, you think, maybe about the fighters there?
Because 46, this is about Boesberg yesterday.
He had 46 Republicans vote against him.
They had all these Republicans vote against on the National Endowment of the Democracies, which is just a in the Reagan years, it was to fight communism, but it's not.
Now it's to fight the United States of America, a republic.
What are your thoughts?
You've been in this thing.
Why do they continue to finance?
Hoke is showing you every day how they're stealing money with both hands.
They're shipping it out of the Minneapolis airport.
Some guys did an analysis.
I think it's like one ton of cash they've shipped out, right?
Why is the House not on top of this, sir?
Yeah, because ultimately immigration is about cheap labor, right?
And so, and Chip was being a little generous to his colleagues and a little bit.
It's getting better, like he said.
But you want to end all of it tomorrow, put in a bill for E-Verify.
Ask Rosemary Jenks, any of the immigration experts.
Chip Roy is a fighter.
He's been putting in the real stuff.
But E-Verify, you would scare limb daylights out of two-thirds of the Republicans because that ends all employment, right?
You put E-Verify in place, you just solve the problem.
You have a Democrat down there in Texas in the state house.

He's love, love, love, and posing as a Christian, all this kind of stuff.
But his metaphor for immigration, because he said he acknowledges there's chaos down there.
He said, we got to have a big, wide welcome mat open to everybody, all of our immigrant, you know, sojourners, wanderers from the Bible, and all that kind of thing.
But then you got to lock the door to your house.
I'm like, and I mean, that's a crazy analogy.
So everybody's welcome, but you're going to lock the door to your house because he's in Texas and he's here in an earful.
But the spending, right?
You just heard David Hoke do a wonderful job.
That budget in Minnesota is about $40 billion, $20 billion of it's funded.
And we got the wrong business model, right?
Republicans are still spending $7 trillion a year, $2 trillion in deficit spending, which is stimulative.
And we're doing monetary easing right now at the same time.
That's another point for another day.
But the business model is socialism.
Why won't we change it?
Because when you've got $20 billion in Minnesota, guess what?
Republicans and some of the businesses in Republican districts are using that $20 billion.
And the speaker's scared stiff of losing one more vote in a moderate area.
So instead of going aggressive with a contract for America that ends this terrible, the wars, the debt, the border crisis.
And then finally, I'm just going to say that the press is to blame here, right?
If you're in a district and you're Republican and the messaging here, right, what never gets explained is the damage to the American people, the people that have been murdered by these criminals, the drugs, the fentanyl, the cocaine from these crime syndicates, the women, the girls that have been raped.
Where's the press with that?
If there's one person that's harmed or damaged by ICT, but you can't.
You know, that's bad.
The media.
Yeah.
The media is part of the business model.
They all understand this.
In fact, right now, it's beyond debate.
We don't need to debate anymore.
We know what the problem is.
They know what the problem is.
They want the problem.
They're sitting there and saying, you don't have the right.
The president and I, the president of the United States.
And this is why we took so long in the years in the wilderness to work around the construct of the Article II powers, that the president, the office of the president, is the chief executive officer of the United States.
Therefore, he can fire anybody he wants.
Okay.
He can, you know, the appropriations bill is a ceiling, not a floor, and that he can cut stuff like these programs.
He can just go into this type of corruption and fraud.
You zero him out.
He's also the commander-in-chief.
That if he believes that there's a threat on the national security of the United States, which the biggest threat on the national security of the United States ain't in Tehran, this is what I told the Israel First Crowd back at the National Conservative Convention.
If you really love Israel and want to defend it, your problem ain't in Tehran.
Your problem is in New York City with Mamdani.
Okay.
And now we see it that's in Minnesota.
That's the problem.
And that's the problem for the commander-in-chief.
And number three, which they hate the most, he's the chief magistrate and chief law enforcement officer of the United States government.
This is why this new assistant attorney general reports, I think, directly to Trump, which I've been arguing for a long time.
Get a bunch of special prosecutors.
You know, the six guys that quit in the Minneapolis office, you know, or Pam Bondi fired them.
They were hesitant about investigating this.
She terminated six guys.
The next six, have them report directly to Trump.
You invoke the Insurrection Act and then have the prosecutors and hey, you don't need six months to take these things to trial.
Take them to trial right away, like, you know, rough Roman justice, like a drumhead trial, right?
Boom, you're gone.
We're at war.
Congress does, we're not in peacetime.
You want to see it?
Don't take it from me.
Cut the freaking TV on and just watch Minnesota last night.
They're breaking into, they're chaining for guns, right?
They're breaking into.
Now we know from Christy Noam's stand-up at the sticks that it's an FBI vehicle.
And Kash Patel, have we surged another 100 agents into Minnesota to find out who stole the weapon and the ammunition and whatever documents you had in the vehicle?
Brad, do they understand up on Capitol Hill, it's not business as usual?
That, yeah, in the normal time, appropriations got to cut deals and make deals and do deals.
Here, we're beyond deals, that the country hangs in the balance.
Folks, with all of Trump's imperfections, you got a guy that's like Lincoln in Washington.
And once you don't got him, you ain't going to have anybody like him for a long time.

So we got to maximize.
We got to maximize the moment.
This is the moment.
We either got a nation or we don't have a nation.
You're either going to sit there and it's acceptable to you to have 12 to 15 million minimum minimum illegal alien invaders in your country, right?
That you're paying for to destroy your country.
They have no assimilation possibilities because they do not believe in the basic tenets of your culture and civilization, right?
You either got a chance to remove them as they should be removed or let a bunch of atheistic, Marxist, progressive, gutless beta male sit there with these Karens and tell you, no, no, it's not going to happen.
If that's the test of wills, let's bring it, but let's bring the heat.
No more, we're just getting the bad ombres out.
We're getting them all out.

And the White House, I think it took them a couple days, two or three days, to show the ICE officer was hit by the car.
And this, the second case, the guy's been was beaten with a broom and a shovel from what I've heard on quick reports.
But we need to put that stuff up.
And Mike Johnson and Thune and the Congress needs to be letting the American people know what's happening.
The Washington Post or the New York Times, if anyone went into their office and started throwing bottles at them, lighting off bottle rockets, hitting people, threatening, spitting in their face, they'd be in their pillow rooms crying.
Right?
That's what's going on here.
So our officers of law, the federal officers are being assaulted on a daily basis.
The American people get that, but we need to, the press is saying these are innocents that are being rolled up.
ICE and everybody needs to do a better job of letting people know who these folks are that they're carrying to their cars.
These are not innocents walking to daycares and mothers with three kids.
You know, the left's, you know, their patterns are the same every time.
They lie, they deny, and then when the truth comes out, they never report that.
And so we're in a loop.
We need to be that loop.
The war room is that loop.
Everyone needs to spread these truths to your networks, the churches.
And these churches are in on some of these scams, right?
The NGOs and this kind of business.
And we need to clean out the money, right?

The Lutheran church, the Catholic Church, Catholic charities up to their necks.
And a bunch of these evangelicals up to their necks in this.
And the mainline Protestant church, they got a couple of Jewish organizations, all of them, all those moderates.

And now finally, President Trump has come out after all his patience.
He's got the patience of Job.
People say he's got the patience of Job dealing with Zelensky in this crowd.
He finally came out last night and said, hey, he's the stumbling block to get peace done.
Of course, you've got our NATO allies.
Are they surging the troops they committed for the guarantees that they want into Ukraine?

He's sitting there going, we can protect Greenland from the United States.

Thousands of Verizon customers yesterday experienced a widespread outage, disrupting calling and other cellular service.
This was a big deal yesterday.
Many impacted users reported their phones were in SOS mode in New York.
Alerts warned that the outage may disrupt 911 calls.
Customers urged to use a landline if they had one or connect to Wi-Fi for internet calling.
Verizon says the outage since has been resolved.

I had so many people.
I had a bunch of calls they couldn't call because they had Verizon.
What in the hell's going on?
And Chris Hoare, you always do this for the war imposter.

What in the hell happened?
Well, Steve, we're not sure what happened, and that's what's notable about this.
Verizon says they're working on the issue, but they haven't told us what the issue was.
So in my mind, this points to a potential cyber attack.
Look, Steve, this is just the latest in a long list of recent massive outages.
Verizon suffered one back just in August of 25.
The outage affected their morning joe, they're saying tens of thousands of people, but Down Detector had over 175,000 complaints.
So if you figure that out, not everyone's complaining.
This looks like millions of people who were affected.
And certainly SOS, when you see SOS on your phone, you have to remember that means you can't make a call or send a text like normal, but you can, your phone can potentially connect to other networks like ATT and T-Mobile to get those calls through.
But look, when the cell phone service goes down, the only way you can communicate is with a satellite phone.

You know, cyber warfare is the initial shock of the shock troops.
You're just going to have to understand, I think you're going to go through situations where the phone service could be taken down and it ain't something they can turn around 24 hours.
That's just a reality, is it not, Chris?
Yeah, see, you're absolutely right.
I mean, look, there have been many proven cyber attacks on the on our utilities and cellular networks in the last couple of years, and they're getting more sophisticated.
There's more funding going into this.
We know China, Iran, North Korea are all working on this, and as well as other terrorist groups and other organizations that want to disrupt our country.
And the best way to do that is to attack utilities such as the Power Grid and the cellular communications networks, because that leaves a lot of the country in the dark.
So again, you know, a lot of law enforcement, local, state, federal governments, you know, have SATCOM, have SAT phones and Starlink units, stuff like that.
But, you know, we as a people need to be prepared ourselves to be able to assist in recovery and defending this country, should it come to that one more time.

I have signs on my house that say homeowner is armed, dogs on premises, no trespassing.
The lights stay on all night.
And look, that's, I'm not saying everybody has to do what I'm doing because it was very dangerous and it continues to be dangerous.
But this has to be the spark where people say, okay, this is enough because eventually they're going to take me out.
I got a bounty on me.
And I need to know that all of this was not in vain.

Walls and the Republicans in Minnesota have forced their Minnesota government to have, you have 24-hour security, do you not, sir?
By the state?
The answer to your question is not by the state.

I've worked with Homeland Security and they're not far from my home.

And I was told that if I need an agent outside my residence, that it's a phone call away.

We are going to the Civil War right now.
But it's magnified because this is a battle between good and evil.
And my feeling is you're either with me or against me.
There's no middle ground on this.

You're on my side.
or you're in favor of evil and fraud and all those things that go with it and all these corrupt politicians.
So you got to make a decision.
Either way, I'm moving forward and you're going to get plowed through.

There are going to be casualties, I understand, but those people should have been out helping me.
The people who own legitimate child care, legitimate autism centers, they should have been helping me.
Not one of them would lift a finger to help me.
So if they have to go by the wayside, we're going to have casualties in a war.
And at the end of the day, the government here doesn't understand the supremacy clause.
They're living in a fantasy land that they can tell ICE what to do.
And I think when it comes to it, the government, the president should invoke the Insurrection Act.

You've got the one February, President Trump has said, I'm cutting off the sanctuary cities in California, Illinois, New York City, and Minneapolis and others like Portland and Seattle.
Tell me about those two things and the Insurrection Act.
Should he invoke the Insurrection Act?
Answer those three questions, sir, for the audience.
Yeah, no, hold tough on all three when the other side of the football is a criminal.
All political views are my own.
But Waltz, I think the evidence is going to come in pretty hot that he's a criminal.
Let the American people decide on these votes.
No government shutdown.
Shut off all the funding we can to these illegal operations.
The American people do not like the smirks and the arrogance and the in-your-face.
The American people, at the end of the day, are decent folks, and they'll vote the right way, and they will reward you.
The Insurrection Act just allows the use of federal military officials in the cases when you need to suppress a rebellion or hinder.
The other side is hindering the execution of the law.
That's what the left is doing.
They're in your face.
President Trump, I think, will absolutely stand firm.
The question is whether the Congress, Mike Johnson and Thune, will be behind him in these endeavors and message on this.
I think it's an absolute winner.
Like you said earlier in the show, when the other side is up to their eyeballs, the mayor of Minneapolis said this is unsustainable.
Fetterman is Senator Fetterman, Democrat, is in the papers today saying, round up all of the illegal criminals and deport them.
The other side's cracking already.
They cannot sustain that conversation.
And these events, all three of them, are going to allow us to heighten that conversation.
What Hope just said, we're in a civil war.
We are.
It is a war.
The other side is in your face on the rule of law.
This is still a Christian nation.
The other side likes to say love, love, love.
They omit law, law, law.
This is a nation of individuals under the law.
All three of the things you just mentioned have to do with maintaining our integrity as a country under the Constitution, which of course came out of the Judeo-Christian tradition.
The very first, this big test of this is cutting off the money.
Because they're going to go to court.
That's going to go up to the Supreme Court.
It's a test.
This is why we built it for years in the years in the wilderness, this test about the Article II powers, which I think, Dave, 24, 25, 24, 25 times, the, I think 22, the Supreme Court has just said, hey, it's a political decision.
This is a political thing.
It's not for the courts.
And President Trump has gotten his way.
It's political.
This is too.
Hang on for a second.
Do I have Terry Schilling?
Terry, I got to get you in this morning.
We've been talking about Minneapolis and out-of-control nature, but I got to get you in.
I just want to get a wrap-up for this historic Supreme Court issue the other day on the men in girl sports, men who think they're women in girl sports.
Also, the New York Times, if we can put it up, Cameron, the New York Times had this piece on fertility saying, hey, no matter how hard Terry Schilling and the War Room posse and the Trump movement and President Trump personally have been invested in this.
And remember, we picked you guys up live when you were at the fertility conference down, I think, in Austin, Texas, early in the year.
As hard as people are working, there's still a massive problem.
And quite frankly, Trump and his team and the MAGA movement's not making any true progress on this.
Sir, can you help us out?
Yes.
So just right off the bat with the Supreme Court, look, I still think we're in a very good position to win this case.
I did see a few clips and listen to the audio from some of the exchanges.
Alito is obviously our strongest guy on the Supreme Court, like the period.
There's no question.
What I was very concerned about, though, in the hearings was you heard Amy Coney Barrett use terms like trans woman.
These are fake terms.
They're literally made up by our enemies to confuse people and to solidify this stuff.
You really shouldn't pay attention to the oral arguments.
They are not indicative of how the case is going.
And the Supreme Court will obviously shock a lot of people like they did with Obamacare.
However, I think we're going to still win this case and it's going to be great.
The New York Times article.
So here is the big issue, Steve, is back in the 1960s and 70s, America was our politicians, our experts, they were very concerned about overpopulation.
We were going through a baby boom.
All of these overpopulation concerns are absolutely garbage.
You're never going to be overpopulated because God designed the system.
That's what our whole Constitution is about.
But they set up this whole system that incentivizes what they call family planning services.
Now, that's a euphemism for sterilization, birth control, abortion.
All the family planning services that were set up in the 60s and 70s are still in place today.
So we have to greatly reform those areas and what America treats as family planning services.
Family planning services is never used to help people get married, never used to help them have more children or afford more children.
It's always used to stop having more babies because the system is so outdated that it's still trying to address a crisis of overpopulation that never came, right?
And so we have to update the system.
But the whole system is geared towards getting kids in college, locking them into college now until their late 40s, when it's really tough to have babies at that point.
But the whole system needs to change to where it's easier to get married when you're earlier.
It's easier to have babies and afford them.
And you don't have a system that is constantly indoctrinating children against having their own families today.
So what then is to be done?
I mean, you've had this great conference down in Austin.
You got President Trump.
You got Vince Haley runs Domestic Policy Council.
Stephen Miller.
You're never going to have an administration that more has your back, you know, Bobby, all of everybody.
What then is to be done?
Well, the big thing, so there are, I put this into two categories, right?
There are the things that we should stop doing that are hurting family formation, and then there are the things that we should start doing.
The things that we should start doing is looking at lowering taxes for families, especially and incentivizing, lowering taxes even more when you have more children.
Expand the child tax credit to $5,000 a kid.
That's great.
It's not going to create more children, though.
No one, you know, no mom and dad are sitting at home at night, married, saying, Well, honey, they increased the child tax credit to $5,000.
Let's have another baby.
You have to fix the economy.
You have to fix it so that people are comfortable at the end of the year, that they have money in the bank so that they realize, oh, well, we could have another kid and it's not going to cost that much.
But the things that like I would say we should stop doing right now is like subsidizing birth control.
We shouldn't eliminate it.
We shouldn't make it illegal.
People should be free to choose it, but free to pay for it themselves.
It's 50 bucks a month.
Why are we subsidizing this?
The federal government spends billions of dollars every year on these family planning services, and we should stop doing things like that.
But, Steve, this is why is that?
Okay, we just we've had hang hang on.
We've had this argument all morning.
We had Chip Roy on, we had Burchett's clip, we got the great Dave Bratt.
Why does the Republican House maddening enough?
We've got the situation in Minneapolis where they're just funding the destruction of the country.
But why, on the other hand, are they funding these things?
Why are they not out of the bill when Trump is the president and we control the house, sir, with supposedly with a MAGA philosophy?
Well, the last time Republicans tried to cut funding for these types of family planning services, it led to major pushback.
It led to, you know, it was back in like 2012, 2011, after the Tea Party wave.
The Republicans are afraid of their own shadow, right?
And they need to strap on a pair and they need to start saying, guys, we have $38 trillion in debt.
We're below replacement levels.
We're at 1.6 kids per woman.
We're literally dying.
We need to stop subsidizing and funding birth control.
It's not helping our country out at all.
But this is a big throwback to the pharmaceutical companies.
And it's a nightmare, but they need to strap on a pair because if they don't, America is going to die.
The fertility number is just a fake number.
The reality is that people are having fewer children than they desire.
All the public surveys show that it's between two and three children that most women want to have, most men want to have.
And they're going to fall very short of that because they're prolonging all this.
Steve, this is an enormous project.
I don't think anyone realizes how big it is and how tough it's going to be to solve, but we must do it.
It's a do or die thing here.
And that fertility conference and the natalist conference, Steve, they want to solve it with sci-fi.
It's a nightmare.
We need to get back to the traditional routes.
We need families, moms, and dads, a married man and a married woman having kids.
That's the only way to really solve this.
Everything else is going to cost way too much money.
And not so much.
We're committed to do this and be the platform for this.
One of the things I point to is Japan.
The folks in Japan have kind of focused on it, they danced around it for a while, but they focused on it.
But it's a heavy lift.
Europe's seeing the same thing.
It's just, you just don't snap your finger and say overnight, bang.

And they weren't able to really dig into this and figure everything out before Ironwood Finance of Texas bought the property from the fraudster, cash quick sale, 350K.
So well below what it was worth.
And the family couldn't get through the process to stop it.
Now, consumer protection chair and attorney Scott Midayoshi commented on this in a news interview, saying that rightful owners on their own have little to no power to prevent sales, even from fraudulent owners.
And we see time and time and again that buyers will actually go through with the sale, even not knowing whether or not it's fraudulent and finding out it's fraudulent and doing it anyway.
This guy's been investigated for doing this on multiple properties.
The biggest thing here is that if you are a homeowner and you're in this situation, you said 90% of your net worth, right?
So, this family had plans to take the equity in this home that had built over many, many years and use it to have specialized care for their incapacitated mother or grandmother.
