Speaker Time Text

My name is Shane Jenkins, Enrique Tario, Robert Morris, Daniel Caldwell, my name's Mickey, my name is Pete Schwartz, Barry Ramey, Ryan Nichols, Deborah Mamau, John Nassif, Jordan McClure, George, White Wolf Riley, Robert Geeswine, Daudrian Southern, Andrew Taki, Jessica Watkins, Timothy Hale, Tomiki, Billy Cressman.
This anthem means a lot to me because it's what held us together.
Against the odds, our faith that our days of this nation will be renewed is still there.
We formed bonds that can never be broken.
I, along with my brothers and sisters, weather the storm.
We will never stop fighting for this country.
And my friends and my brothers that also helped me through this tough time.
Because we are what makes this country the greatest country on this planet.
In this moment, in this anthem, is living.
We sing for all the people who never made it home.
Through us, their stories will be told.
We stand as one united in this fight for liberty.
Justice full of our voices ring the dental free.
Freedom ain't free, no, it comes with a price.
Rest in peace, Charlie, can't believe they took your life.
Didn't make it back home to your children and wife.
By any means, we have to keep freedom of speech alive.
Hey, rest in peace, Corey, all the fires that you fight.
To the cops and military that been fighting day and night.
So we could have liberty and our God-given rights.
To all the mothers and fathers that's just trying to protect their child.
Hey, freedom worth dying for, dreams worth fighting for.
God got us, I promise that's the reason I smile.
Protesting with our voice and our presence and our words.
We ain't killing people for disagreeing, man.
That's absurd.
We ain't burning down cities because we pray to you.
We sing for all the people who never made it home to us.
We stand as one united in this fight for liberty.
Justice.
When we protest and you ain't seen no guns and no flames.
We don't have to agree, we ain't gotta think the same.
Country builds on conservative values, let's reclaim it.
It's not about hate, we just wanna feel heard.
We standing for the truth, not just following the herd.
You can love your country and still call out its flaws.
You can back the Constitution and still question the laws.
We don't wanna be killed just for speaking our voice.
God coming soon, man, so it's time to rejoice.
Let the ballots be counted, let the questions be asked.
Let the people decide, don't just bury the past.
And don't let evil get you down, cause God will be aware of this.
We sing for all the people who never made it home to us.
We stand as one united in this fight for liberty.
Justice for our voices ring the phantom of the free.
Another person that I have to thank is Donald J. Trump.
Our brotherhood that we built and the country we believed in and especially our president, we never would have made it out.
Blessed by God, pardoned by Trump.
Thank you, Donald Trump, for pardoning us and giving us a second chance on life.
President Trump for pardoning me.
saving my soul and Donald Trump for giving me the part.
I want to thank Donald Trump for parting us and it's the only reason that we're here today all together free with smiles on our faces.
All voices ring.
Let them free.
micki witthoeft
The American people were attacked by the police that day.
My daughter was shot by a police officer who had a disciplinary record that dates back decades.
And in any other police force, he would have been fired, not promoted.
He's been protected.
He's been honored.
He's got raises.
He's benefited both professionally and financially from the death of my daughter.
So I want to see Michael Leroy Byrd held accountable.
steve bannon
Tuesday, 6th January, in the year of our Lord 2026, five years to the day of what we call Patriots Day in the MAGA movement.
And one day we will have a national holiday on this day for all the patriots that stood up.
There's so much going on today.
We're going to get to a lot of the J6 commemorations.
Hopefully, I think in the next hour, we're going to start.
That right there was Mickey, who's Ashley Babbitt's mother.
Very moving commemoration today at the exact moment that Ashley Babbitt was assassinated by Lieutenant Byrd.
And he needs to be brought to justice about this.
Very high priority for the war room posse and for the war room.
Ranks right up there with freeing Tina Peters' unfinished business.
I want to start.
We got Pesobic.
I got Oscar Ramirez about Columbia, about Venezuela.
Pesobic's going to join us on a raft of issues, including Ukraine and Greenland.
Senator Tupperville's here.
We're packed, so let's just get on with it.
Sarah McAbee, co-founder of Stand Your Ground.
Sarah, talk to me about this day.
What does it mean for you?
And more importantly, what do you think it means for our country, ma'am?
sarah mcabee
Well, thankfully, by the grace of God and President Trump keeping his words, we were able to gather in Washington, D.C. on the fifth year anniversary with many of the January 6th defendants who had been sitting in jails for four years.
They were sitting in solitary confinement, worse conditions than what you would see in third world countries.
It is absolutely horrific that even today, they have not received justice, as you were talking about with Ashley.
Michael Byrd is walking free.
He assassinated an unarmed woman without warning on live television in our nation's capital.
And that man has profited.
He's been promoted and he financially profited off the death of Ashley Babbitt.
Same thing with Metropolitan Police Officer Lila Morris, who beat unconscious and unarmed Roseanne Boyland as she lie, pretty much lifeless, at the stairs at the Lower West Terrace Tunnel.
And so we came to Washington, D.C. to make these voices heard so that the American people don't forget that just because President Trump kept his word and we are very grateful for that, he gave all of them pardons except for 12 that we are continually to work on.
But they came here to make their voices heard because the persecution continues for them.
You know, a lot of them lost their homes.
Their families were torn apart.
They lost their careers.
And so now it's the rebuilding process.
I would say probably 95% of America has forgotten about them.
But we, with you, Steve, and the War Room posse and Rob and Parker with Real America's Voice, Donna Donnell with Cowboy Logic, we are not letting this go until we get true justice.
steve bannon
We're not going to let go.
By the way, your group is standing in the gap.
So let me ask you, put yourself back five years ago.
What did this day, what surprised you about the commemoration today, given you were in the middle of the maelstrom five years ago?
What did today mean?
sarah mcabee
It was absolutely moving to be able to be there with Mickey Widhoff, Nicole Reffitt, and the January 6th defendants.
You know, of course, you have your counter protesters, but I would say the entire day was beautiful from having the press conference this morning to going to the ellipse and having more speakers to walking the same walk from the ellipse to the U.S. Capitol and being able to lay flowers on the U.S. Capitol steps at 244 when Ashley lost her life five years ago.
It is so moving.
It is encouraging.
It puts a fire under us to continue to fight for these individuals.
steve bannon
Sarah, talk to me about what when you talk about Lieutenant Bird and these other police officers, what does it mean about bringing them to justice?
What is Stand in the Gap in other groups?
What are you demanding for accountability?
sarah mcabee
We do.
We truly do need accountability.
They need to be tried.
And in my opinion, they need to go into the same conditions that they put these January 6th defendants in.
They need to be thrown into the D.C. Gulag, the guards to treat them the way that they treated these January 6th defendants to sit in solitary confinement, to not see their families, have no haircuts, no religious services.
Their trial needs to be prolonged.
They don't need the media in their trial.
They need the same thing that these January 6th defendants went through so they know how the system is rigged against them.
steve bannon
You talk about even after the pardons, the commutations, given the time in prison and the pressure and the pressure the federal government put on them.
Are too many of these J6 patriots, are they broken?
And what can we do to help your group and others to make sure we're there to help them repair themselves, ma'am?
sarah mcabee
You know, I wouldn't say they're broken.
I would say they're bent.
They're trying to rebuild their life after the federal government kidnapped them.
Truly, they had no warning.
The FBI came pre-dawn raids, took them out of their homes and threw them into prison.
And so you have the families completely torn apart.
The children don't know where their father or their mother is, sometimes weeks at a time.
And then you have the, and they were usually the breadwinner.
And so then you have the loved ones that are trying to stand in the gap for them and keep their homes, keep their cars, pay for all these legal bills.
And it truly ruined them financially.
I would say the majority of what we are seeing now is the emotional and mental distress of what they went through.
The PTSD, the anxiety.
I can't imagine some of them that came back to do the exact walk that they did five years ago for the first time, how that made them feel.
Just the anxiousness and the PTSD.
And that's where we come in at Stand in the Gap, is to walk this road with them.
Because just because the pardons and the commutations happen doesn't mean that this is over for them.
They need help now more than they ever did before because now they're trying to come back out and they've truly been put with this scarlet letter.
And I say that they need to wear that letter proudly.
But when they try to go get jobs and they try to reintegrate into society, they already have the odds stacked against them again.
And so it is time for the American people to stand up and to continue to do their part so we can walk this road with them to rehabilitate them into contributing members of society again.
steve bannon
Okay, we get the song and the song's number one in many categories.
We want to make it number one throughout the country.
You go to iTunes.
I'm looking at my producer here.
We go to iTunes and download the song.
That is from the J6 Prison Choir Anthem for the Free or Anthem of the Free.
And I got to tell you, it's so powerful and it's more powerful with each rendition.
I want to thank the guys also that made the video for that, go along with the song.
Also, a film, go to the Real America's Voice app.
There's a complete movie, I think 45 Minutes, that is absolutely just incredible.
And Sleeping Giant.
You've just got to watch this.
Incredibly powerful, how the RAF team, Parker and everybody, put this thing together.
How does your group specifically help people?
I want people to go to the website now, Sarah, and find it.
What are you guys specifically doing?
What are your priorities when you're helping the J6ers?
sarah mcabee
Really, any of the January 6th defendants that come to us that need help, whether it's emergency services, whether it's a vehicle, whether it's the mental and emotional health counseling that they need to go through, any person that comes to us is going to go through one of our programs.
And it is funded, truly funded by private donors through the American people.
You can go to standinthegap.foundation to learn more about what we do.
But truly, we were formed in the belly of the beast by Shane Jenkins, who is a former January 6th defendant.
He cast this vision from inside of the DC jail where there were needs not being met by other organizations.
And we decided to stand with them even after that.
And so we are helping them piece by piece.
Everybody's story is unique.
I can't say that I've met one person that has the same story, the same circumstances as what they are going through.
And so each case is unique.
But I would say the majority of them are trying.
They're trying to rebuild their lives.
They're trying to get employment.
But you're looking at people who 72% were veterans or law enforcement officers.
And the majority of them are not going to go back into what they were doing previously.
And so now they're trying to find new careers, ways to provide for their families.
And so Stand in the Gap is fulfilling every need that individuals come to us with.
steve bannon
You talk about the Gulag.
The film's got some of the details of the Gulag.
It's absolutely horrific what they went through.
And these, remember, and President Trump today, I don't know if we're going to have time in the evening show, but we'll have it tomorrow morning.
President Trump, as you know, we covered the hour and 50-minute discussion with the House.
President Trump went off there about the stolen election.
President Trump went off on True Social about the stolen election.
The 2020 election was stolen, full stop.
And these patriots that peacefully protest to show the nation what was going on are patriots.
And that's why, I don't know, I think we need a federal holiday, Patriots Day, January 6th in the year of our Lord 2020.
Sarah, we can't thank you enough.
You guys are fantastic.
I know we get a great response every time you're on.
One more time, where do people go to find out more about you and your group?
sarah mcabee
Stand in the Gap.Foundation.
unidentified
Thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
Sarah, thank you.
Thank you for all the work.
Appreciate you.
Okay, we're going to go out with the J6 prison choir.
The number one song, I think, in rap in so many other categories.
We want to make it number one overall.
I think it fell down to number three.
Go to iTunes and download it.
Also, go to the RAV, the RAV app.
You get the film.
The film is just absolutely amazing.
Besobic's with me.
Oscar Ramirez is with me.
Insights on what's going on from Venezuela to Ukraine, to Paris, to Greenland, all of it.
Center of Tubberville.
Also, take your phone out.
Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, at 989898, the ultimate guide from Birch Gold for gold and precious metals.
Remember, I added precious metals a couple of months ago.
Why?
Gold, silver today, over 80.
Gold at an all-time high.

Check it out.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Jack Posobiec joins us.
Jack, we got a lot of geopolitics to talk about national security, but you were with us five years ago.
You were on the show.
Ben Berquam was on the show.
Walk me through your feelings today and your thoughts today, observations.
The President of the United States could not be harder on this on both his presentation at the Kennedy Center and what he put up on True Social Overnight.
The 2020 election was stolen, and he wants to get to the bottom of it.
He went up to Charlie Kirk's Amfest.
You remember, Jack, you were there.
Went all the way out to Amfest last year in December, and he said he told Charlie on stage, the reason I came out here was because of the work that Turning Point Action had done in Pennsylvania, Arizona, and other states to deliver that victory.
And he said, I wanted to tell you why I ran.
I ran because I know the 2020 election was stolen, and I could not let that stand.
We're not going to have a country.
Your thoughts, sir?
jack posobiec
Well, Steve, I'll do you one better because who came to our Amfest all the way back in, it wasn't even called Amfest back then, but the students summit right there after the election in 2020 was none other than the current sitting vice president at the time, Mike Pence.
So go all the way back to December of 2020.
Mike Pence shows up at Turning Point.
And what does he say to the entire turning point?
I remember this.
I remember it as clear as day.
He says, I will fight for every ballot.
He said, I will fight for every ballot.
He said that to Charlie, said this to myself, to Tyler, to all of the people who were there.
He said, we're all going to fight for every ballot.
And then what did he do just a couple of weeks later, about one month later down in D.C.?
We know what he did.
So what President Trump has up on the website right now, I want everyone to go and see this, whitehouse.gov slash j6.
And he's got the entire timeline up there.
He's got the timeline of the day.
He's got the information about what was supposed to happen that day, about the debate, which, by the way, still has yet to actually ever take place, even on the fifth anniversary.
And he's got an incredible commemoration as well.
So he talks about how the crowd was peaceful.
And Steve, you remember that day?
I sat down in the war room with you, Raheem Kassam.
We said, Steve, they were peaceful until the police started throwing stun grenades, flashbangs at them.
We said they were completely peaceful.
And then something happened.
It set them off.
And it looked like the police set them off.
We didn't, at the time, we had no idea what was happening.
So they walked through that chapter and verse, and there's a commemoration of every single Jan Sixer who has been lost.
Every single Jan Sixer who is no longer with us, all the way up to and including, of course, the great Ashley Babbitt, whose mother just went back to the scene five years later today and laid a wreath on the steps of the United States Capitol.
And Steve, listen to this.
As ominous as it may sound, she was escorted to the steps of the Capitol by the Capitol police.
steve bannon
Wow.
Ironic.
The law of unintended consequences.
Powerful.
Jack, what did we do on Lieutenant Bird?
Sarah McAbee is right.
We have to have accountability to this.
What is your record?
jack posobiec
Oh, Steve, don't demote him now.
He's Captain Bird.
He received a promotion following the events of Ashley Babbitt.
Captain Byrd.
And plus, Paul Sherry had a great article this morning that it turns out that Michael Byrd, Captain Bird, apparently, not only does he have this track record of issues, but apparently he and it looks like his spouse have been running another one of these unregistered, unlicensed daycare centers out of their family home.
Now, this is something they're running on the side.
And one of the ones that we certainly know has been rife with fraud complaints all the way up from Minneapolis to all the rest of them.
So, gosh, I certainly hope that they didn't apply for any taxpayer money from the federal government.
And I certainly hope that if they get audited by the U.S. Department of Education or the U.S. Department of the Treasury, that all of their books and all of their paperwork are completely within, you know, completely up to code, completely up to notice.
I want to make sure they have actual kids there or else Captain Bird might be in a world of trouble.
steve bannon
Jack, I think it was in Paris today, Starmer and Macron signed a document with Zelinsky there.
It talks about security guarantees.
There's all these rumors flying around.
Mertz was not there of Germany, no U.S. representative.
But it's talking about actual, they're now actual.
But Mertz was not in the picture signing the document.
He did not know.
jack posobiec
Okay, so Mertz is in the family photo.
There's a larger family photo of the entire, what they're calling the coalition of the willing.
But, and this was, we talked about it yesterday on the program, this huge meeting, Kushner, Witkoff were the ones holding it.
Then Zelensky flies in.
The trilateral agreement for military hubs was only signed between Zelensky, the head of Ukraine, and then Starmer and Macron.
So UK, France, and Zielinski, military hubs for troops from the UK and from France on Ukrainian territory, but contingent on a ceasefire to be in place.
That's the big news coming out of the coalition of the willing.
But yes, Steve, there was a larger family photo, and then you can see in Barris there.
And in fact, Maris gave this very strange comment where he says, Germany will assume the security of not only Ukraine, but all of Europe.
And my question for all of these guys is: which military are you going to use that with?
Because you don't have the fighting for it.
These are colonial, these are former colonial powers, the UK, France, Germany, that just completely lost their industrial sector.
They're absolutely in freefall in terms of their economy.
What troops?
What money?
What systems?
What equipment, Steve?
What they're doing here, of course, is what we've said all along.
They're using the threat of Russia to distract from the massive migrant invasion of their own countries, the rape of little girls, the rape of little children, the crime that's being done by these migrants that's running roughshod all across Western Europe.
So they are sitting there saying, well, no, no, no, don't worry about that.
Worry about Putin.
Worry about France, worry about Russia.
Focus on that.
Don't worry about the economy.
Don't worry about all those migrants.
Don't worry about the fact that Berlin, by the way, what, it's the third day without power because they just had the power grid struck by this Antifa group, Vulcan, which nobody's talking about.
Merz isn't even there.
He's over in Paris, sitting down with Zelensky, while the people of Berlin in the middle of winter don't have any power because their electric grid got attacked by Antifa.
That's how bad the situation is in West.
steve bannon
Are they trying to position the United States for a troop commitment for this security guarantee?
Because you know, it's clearly what they're pushing for.
England, who's broke, is never going to live up to their commitment.
They haven't lived up to commitment in NATO.
Are they trying to position President Trump?
Are they trying to position the United States to try to force them to have some sort of security guarantee that now is just not a written contract?
It actually is going to have American troops.
jack posobiec
There are only two countries that have the military wherewithal to uphold something like that in a peacekeeping, an actual peacekeeping situation in a post-war Ukraine.
Number one, the United States of America.
Number two, by the way, Poland and Donald Tusk, which is, of course, right next to Ukraine, the other large army of Europe, they're right there.
And Donald Tusk has been talking about wanting to send Poles over as well.
This, of course, became a huge flashpoint in the presidential election last year.
So Donald Tusk, a man who is not long for this world as the prime minister of Poland, is talking about committing Poles in there.
But of course, you've also got, Steve, and this is what's really interesting in the never-ending musical chairs of the Ukrainian regime.
Alexei Arestovich, former advisor to Zelensky, came out and said, hold on, though.
These military hubs that they're talking about, they're not about protecting Ukraine from Russia.
What they're actually about is protecting Ukraine from the Ukrainian militias, these banderite militias, the Azov battalions, and all the rest to keep that post-war country from devolving into a massive civil war of Eastern versus Western Ukraine and all the militias vying for power.
That's why you're seeing this fight now between the nationalists, the military officers, everyone who's fighting within the regime.
People are knifing each other in the back, left and right, in Ukraine right now.
And I think the music, Steve, is rapidly coming to a halt, and they all know it.
steve bannon
And by the way, we know the shifting players will have you on later in the week to go through all that.
And in the middle of this, they want American troops in the middle of a Ukrainian civil war.
Greenland, hemispheric defense, manifest destiny 2.0, as you know as a naval intelligence officer, and I know as a naval surface warfare officer, the importance of Greenland vis-a-vis Soviet submarines.
The White House just put out a statement a little while ago, Jack.
They're looking at a range of alternatives.
Your thoughts.
jack posobiec
A range of alternatives.
The Wall Street Journal also has a piece up talking about saying that Marco Rubio discussed Greenland with a number of lawmakers today, talked and said the main goal right now is putting together an acquisition agreement from the United States to Denmark regarding the sale or the purchase of the territory of Greenland.
And by the way, for folks who don't understand, this goes back over 100 years.
Seward wanted to buy Greenland the same time that we bought Alaska, going all the way back to the 1860s.
And in fact, the United States, after successfully, I would add, defending the territory of Greenland during all of World War II, the United States also offered Greenland to be purchased from the Danes all the way back then as well.
So the United States military has provided the defensive shield militarily in terms of surveillance, ISR, in terms of actual military might for all of these years from 1941 on, from 1941 on, almost over 80 years.
So the question is, the question that I have is, when is Greenland finally going to uphold their end of it, or excuse me, Denmark uphold their end of it and say, you know what?
It's time for us to actually call it what it is.
This is United States territory.
steve bannon
Jack, what overview?
We got about a minute.
I would like to hold you through just for a moment.
Senator Tuberville is going to join us.
Your overview of hemispheric defense, because Venezuela fits in there.
And look, you're America first in a non-interventionist.
But this overall construct of hemispheric defense, sir.
jack posobiec
Well, you've got the GI-UK gap all the way down to the Panama Canal.
So you've got to look at it from a naval perspective.
You've also got to look at it from an Arctic perspective because that is going to be the spot where the future of U.S. sovereignty is challenged and perhaps threatened, just like we knew during the Cold War.
That's why Greenland is so significant.
And President Trump understands this.
steve bannon
Jack, hang on for one second.
Senator Tuberville is going to join us.
We have Oscar Ramirez with an update on the collectibles down in Venezuela.
No, it's not something of China or anything like that.
Some bad ombres.
Birch Gold, take your phone out.

Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Jack, before you bounce, I got Senator Tuberville coming on.
Before you bounce, I want people to get access to tales of regime change.
It's absolutely brilliant the way you guys put it together.
And it couldn't inform people more about what the globalist elites have tried to do in the past and how you can get a frame, a frame of reference for these new discussions we're having on America First, sir.
jack posobiec
Well, Steve, thank you so much for the opportunity.
You go to human events daily at Apple Podcast, Spotify, RarebegetThem, Humanevents.com as well.
You can see the entire series there: Tales of Regime Change.
We go through the way that the Bush administration, the way that even other administrators, Biden, Obama, Hillary Clinton, all of the key players, the neoconservatives, the neoliberals, the way they use this system of globalism to come up with their, to enrich themselves and actually do so at the detriment of what?
American blood and American treasure.
And tales of regime change.
Everyone's got to go listen to this four-part series, President Trump rejecting that policy outright.
We're now seeing this new, which is really an older policy of this is the pre-Bush policy of all American statesmen going back to Seward, hemispheric defense.
The Monroe Doctrine is almost as old as the United States itself.
And Steve, by the way, happy to announce that we are currently in talks with Liberty University about turning tales of regime change into a symposium down there later in the semester.
steve bannon
Wow.
unidentified
Fabulous.
steve bannon
Jack, social media, where do people go on Twitter to get you and all your content?
jack posobiec
We are at Jack Posobiec on X, on Telegram, Truth Social.
And of course, we have the new shirts up at disrespectcommunists.com.
steve bannon
Jack Pisovic, talk to you tonight.
I'm going to have you back on.
We've got to talk more Manifest Destiny 2.0 in the next couple of days.
Military hubs in Ukraine.
Unbelievable.
Senator Tuberville joins us on this great day.
I got a call open for Senator Tuberville.
Let's go and play it.
I'll bring the senator in.
tommy tuberville
You know, January 6th was my first day on the job here in the United States Senate.
Come to think of it, it was the first day of the year and started a huge disaster for the next four years.
I sat right over there.
And again, it was my first time on the Senate floor.
One of the first things I heard from my Democratic colleagues after we returned to the floor that same night after being taken and hidden out for a few hours was this was the worst disaster and was even worse than Pearl Harbor.
By the way, that was a real attack that killed 2,403 Americans.
And I thought at that time, are you kidding me?
What are we talking about here?
And then almost immediately afterwards, those same Democrats that said this about Pearl Harbor came after all of us Republicans that said this January the 6th attack was racist.
And, you know, I didn't understand that.
Being the first day here, I'm like, wait a minute.
I mean, I thought we're all in this together.
They know dang well this wasn't a racist attack, but it was just something that they wanted to use.
But they never missed an opportunity to paint somebody a racist, you know, when it comes to the Democrats.
So, January the 6th had nothing to do with racism.
Let's speak clear what happened that day.
Democrats in the deep state hate Donald Trump so much that they helped orchestrate a coup against our government.
It's been looked at, vilified, and the information that we found today is just amazing.
And it first started with the tampering of the 2020 presidential election results to oust President Trump and to install a different type of government.
As a result, great American patriots gathered in Washington to peacefully, peacefully protest the illegal tampering of the election of 2020.
When the leader of the Democratic Party at that time, Nancy Pelosi in the Deep State, learned of Trump supporters coming to Washington, D.C., which, by the way, was hundreds of thousands of people, they started and got an idea.
Now, again, this has all been proven.
They decided to infiltrate the crowd with Antifa and intelligent community members who would stir up trouble.
The FBI has confirmed that there were 274 FBI agents in plain clothes in the Capitol here that day.
Then they set up Capitol Police by failing and refusing President Trump's offer to bring in National Guard as backup.
They turned it down.
I interact with the Capitol Hill police here every day.
They're brave men and women who work tirelessly to help keep us all safe.
But they were set up to fail by the Democrats that day.
And then, of course, Democrats placed all the blame on President Trump and the Republicans for everything that happened that day and afterwards.
They had the majority.
Nancy Pelosi spearheaded the true insurrection that day.
This has all been proven true, and she even admitted responsibility for the massive security failures of that day.
But Democrats planned to destroy President Trump and his supporters.
It didn't end on that January the 6th, 2021.
For the next four years, next four years, Joe Biden and the Democrats did everything they could do, everything, to arrest, harass, bankrupt, deplatform, and kill President Trump.
Not to mention the hundreds of innocent patriotic Americans who sat behind bars for the past five years over this made-up witch hunt.
That is one of the most embarrassing things that I've seen since I've been here.
Thankfully, most of them now have been released.
You know, conveniently, the Biden DOJ neglected to investigate members of the intelligent community for their treasonous involvement in the events of January 6th.
It was very convenient.
As a matter of fact, they never brought the guy in who was in charge of Capitol Hill Police for an interview.
They never wanted to talk to him.
He was in charge of the Capitol Hill Police because he knew the truth.
Still today, Democrats are trying to rewrite the true events of that history.
They keep mentioning all these Capitol police who were supposedly died on January 6th.
Now, don't get me right, wrong.
We have brave people that work in this building.
But this was made up and it continued to be made up.
The only person who died on January 6th was Ashley Babbitt, an unarmed Air Force veteran who was shot that day in this building.
Recently, Senate Democrats attempted, think about this, attempted to strip Ashley Babbitt of her military funeral honors.
Now, why would they do that?
Ashley Babbitt was wrongfully killed on January the 6th, 2021.
The federal government admitted it, and they paid money to her family as part of legal settlement.
Interesting.
But Democrats, they don't care about the truth.
Today is a reminder that radical Democrats in the deep state, they don't like our country the way we run it too much.
And they will do whatever it takes to try to make the Republican Party and President Trump look bad.
Unfortunately for them, the American people aren't buying it.
77 million people came to the rescue of our country a year ago, November.
77 million people.
And that is why President Trump is back in the White House.
And thank God he is.
So, no, we don't need a resolution condemning the attack on the Capitol on January the 6th.
In fact, the only thing we should be doing is condemning and condemning Nancy Pelosi's role in setting up the government orchestration and orchestrated the hoax of January the 6th.
steve bannon
Senator Tubberville joins us.
Let me take it from, I don't represent all the J Sixers, but as someone that went to prison because of Nancy Pelosi on a misdemeanor and went to a federal prison, I got to tell you, I thank you.
That is the most clear.
And my question is: why is it not more?
Right there in five and a half, six minutes, you absolutely laid out the case perfectly and you used the language that needs to be used.
Treason, coup, all of it.
Senator Tuberville, your thoughts?
tommy tuberville
Well, people up here, Steve, and again, thanks for having me on.
Happy New Year.
They don't want to lose votes and they don't want to take any kind of chance of making anybody mad.
But at the end of the day, you know, thank God we got President Trump.
You know, again, that was my first day.
It was a disaster.
And I would have, if I'd have been here for a few years, I would have spoken up.
I didn't know what to say when they came after us on the Senate floor that night about 9, 10 o'clock.
And they called us everything but Americans.
I mean, it was unbelievable.
And we sat back and took it.
And you got some of these people who have been here for a long time.
And I wonder today, why in the hell didn't they speak up?
I mean, they knew what was going on.
And so it's just, it was bad for our country, but people have learned from that.
We got Donald Trump back.
Thank God we did.
And he's off and running.
And I think, Steve, we're getting ready to have a hell of a year in 2025, 2026.
steve bannon
We're going to have a hell of a year because of the policies he's pushed through, but not because the Senate.
This is what, you know, the audience understand your five years here.
You've been a breath of fresh air because you're fearless.
You don't care.
You're going to go in and say exactly what it is.
And the people in the great state of Alabama, I hope, understand what a voice, not just reason, but clarity, moral clarity you've been.
And I got to tell you, when you see something like that of what you did today, I sit there and I just say, when Tuberville's gone and he's back as the governor of Alabama, you know, Alabama's going to make out.
But my God, man, we need you in the Senate, sir.
tommy tuberville
Well, I tell you, I'm going to miss it.
I got another year.
But at the end of the day, you know, what worries me up here, Steve, is we've got the greatest president ever.
He's here at the perfect time.
Our country is in so much trouble and our world is in so much trouble.
And he's the only one who's got balls enough to step out there and say, listen, we're going to take all this on at the same time.
Here's a problem I got.
When the next time the Senate takes over, and it could be this year, the majority of the Senate, they're going to bust the filibuster.
And they're going to change everything from the flag to everything else.
steve bannon
Hang on, hang on.
Is it any doubt in your mind that that's going to happen?
Any doubt?
unidentified
No.
tommy tuberville
100% it's going to happen.
100%.
Because I went through the vote last time, and thank goodness Joe Manchin and Christian Sinema voted against it, but they took a lot of heat for it.
But all the other people are still here.
And, you know, it's just one of those things.
They want control.
And they know if they ever get back, they will change it and they will not relinquish that control.
But here's what we're going to do.
We're going to waste President Trump.
Now, we're going to hopefully get one more reconciliation, but just think of the things that we could pass with 51 votes.
Maybe.
You know, I still don't have a lot of confidence in some of these people I work with.
But, you know, we could do all the voting laws, get that out of the way.
We could start cutting the budget.
We could do things that were unbelievable for this country.
But what are we going to do?
We're going to say, no, that's a Senate tradition.
Folks, we don't work for the damn Senate.
We work for the people of this country.
And if we don't do something now, it will never get done.
We will lose.
And our kids and grandkids and even us, Steve, will be punished by the Democrats when they take control again.
steve bannon
We're going to go to break in 60 seconds.
Are we getting any traction at all on the 51 votes of the Republicans to make that happen, sir?
tommy tuberville
No.
No, you've even had some stand up and say, if you bust a filibuster, I'll turn Democrat.
So, you know, it's just one of those things that they think they need control in the Senate.
No, you don't need control.
You need to vote for things that will save this country.
I don't think they really understand how bad it is.
They need to get their ass out there and understand the people are hurting.
We're broke.
You know, we've got so much crime out there.
And, you know, President Trump's trying to do all these things.
I think he's got the greatest cabinet ever.
And they're doing as much as they can, but they need help out of the people in the United States Capitol that the people voted to put them back in there to vote and help President Trump.
But no, they've got that big ego.
We're not busting that tradition of the Senate.
You know, it's only like 50 or 60 years old that we have to have 60 votes.
And we can change it just like that.
No, we won't do it.
steve bannon
Hang on one second.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to talk about America first, hemispheric defense with Senator Tommy Toveville, the great state of Alabama, next in the world.
unidentified
We rejoice when there is no more.
Let's take down the CCP.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Battle.
steve bannon
So, Senator Tuberville, in Paris today, Starmer of the United Kingdom, Macron, signed an agreement with Zelensky to put military hubs to actually put troops into Ukraine as soon as there's some worked out ceasefire.
They anticipate the United States and Germany.
They're trying to get Germany and the United States to commit to that also.
The Senate, there's a word out that Marko Ruby will brief the Senate, at least certain senators, about potential range of alternatives in Greenland and maybe even the potential acquisition of that.
Can you put in perspective?
Because I know you're a non-interventionist, you're America first, this whole concept of hemispheric defense and how does Greenland and Venezuela and all of it fit into this, sir?
tommy tuberville
Well, it goes back to the Monroe Doctrine.
You know, President Trump said we're going to protect the Western hemisphere.
And, you know, energy dominance, oil, gas, lithium, everything they got, all the rare earth minerals down there, the financial power of the Western hemisphere, you know, the dollar system, you know, it's got to remain dominant.
You know, what gets me, too, is the military exclusion.
We do not need in the Western hemisphere a foreign government that is our adversary with a base in the Western hemisphere, a military base.
We don't need that.
And it should be excluded.
And then, of course, we got all this AI, you know, all this tech stuff coming, the satellites, all those things.
You know, of course, we got Cuba.
It's been down off the Miami coast down there for 90 miles for years.
They get everything we probably send out or talk about here.
But at the end of the day, I think they might be next down the road for President Trump if they don't straighten up.
But, you know, the thing about this, Steve, is we've got to do what we need to do to protect ourselves and protect this country.
Now, we've got a problem with Mexico.
We've got a problem with soft Canada.
You know, Europe's gone and Canada is going to be next because they're eating cheese and working two days a week and living off a socialist system.
It ain't going to work.
So we're going to end up having to help them.
But, you know, thank God President Trump has started this situation to where he can protect the people of this country first.
And that's what he said he was going to run on when he ran.
And he's doing exactly what he said.
steve bannon
I know that he appreciates your input all the time.
What's your guidance to him, particularly in Venezuela, as we go through the next couple of weeks, sir?
tommy tuberville
Well, we just got to force an election.
I mean, we got to have an election.
This lady, Delsey Rodriguez, I mean, she's number two in charge down there.
She's as corrupt as Madura and probably the top 10 or 15 people down there.
But President Trump knows he's got to get some kind of election down there.
Rubio, I'm going to tell you, Rubio, I've known Marco now for five years.
He's a great guy.
And he takes Central America to heart because, you know, his family came from Cuba.
And they're going to be all in on this.
So, you know, we need to get all hands on deck.
You know, we need to find out.
You know, I'll say this.
There's a handful of congressmen and senators up here, Steve, that if it wasn't for Venezuela, they wouldn't be here because of those Dominican Dominion voting machines and all the voting that was ran out of Venezuela.
We all know the deck was stacked in a lot of these states and more so for President Trump.
But it also trickled down to the down ballot with senators and congressmen.
So they did a lot of damage.
Venezuela did a lot of damage.
And I hope we get the real truth out of Madura.
You know, while he's here in jail in New York, he probably will never see the light of day again.
But at the end of the day, if he wants to see the light every once in a while, he's going to need to start talking like a like somebody that knows quite a bit that we know he knows quite a bit.
steve bannon
Senator Tuberville, where do people go to find out about your new campaign for governor and also all the work you're doing in the U.S. Senate?
tommy tuberville
Yeah, at Senator Tuberville and coach for governor.
And I signed up yesterday, Steve.
So I got a year, and I'm looking forward this year because I'm telling you, 250th birthday, President Trump is going to be on a roll, and he doesn't give a damn what these Democrats say.
He is going to run the show.
Like he said, he's going to run it.
And they are scared to death.
And thank goodness we got him in the White House.
steve bannon
Senator Tuberville, thank you so much.
Love having you on here.
The audience loves it, the Warren Posse.
So thank you so much.
tommy tuberville
All right, Steve.
Thank you.
steve bannon

I hope the people in Alabama appreciate.
