This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies because we're going to medieval on this people.
You're going to not get a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you're trying to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media.
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
steve bannon
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
Waru, here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Tuesday, 11 November, year of our Lord 2025.
It is Veterans Day in 2025.
President went to Arlington National Cemetery earlier in the day and they had a commemoration event, gave some speeches, laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown.
Kind of bitter cold in Washington today.
Trevor Comstock, you're with us.
I want to kick off the 6 o'clock hour.
Tomorrow there's a Make America Healthy Again conference in Washington, D.C. We're trying to get to make sure that we can cover some of the highlights of it.
There's a lot of controversy about are the tech bros, the palantiers of the world, the Peter Thiels, are they trying to take over the Maha movement?
We will make sure we're on top of that to ensure that that does not happen.
Make America Healthy Again is too important to the nation and obviously to the MAGA movement.
This is the way we continue welding those two movements together as a way that we ensure a grassroots movement that can win national elections time and time and time again.
Trevor Comstock, what do you got for us today, sir?
trevor comstock
Yeah, great to see you, Steve.
So I just want to take a moment to obviously honor and thank all of our veterans who served in the armed forces.
From all of us at Sacred Human, thank you for your courage, your sacrifice, and your bravery.
You know, what you've done is truly remarkable.
I can't speak enough on that.
And with that, we are running our Veterans Day sale all the way through tomorrow.
So if you use code VETERAN at checkout on any one-time order, you can get 15% off.
Like I mentioned on any one-time order, excuse me.
And just with the time I have too, I just wanted to highlight our flagship product, which is our grass-fed beef liver.
And, you know, we still get a ton of questions around it.
And I know a lot of people aren't familiar with the benefits of beef liver.
A lot of people don't know just how powerful it is when it comes to nutrition.
But I always like to make the analogy that it's essentially like nature's multivitamin and it has a ton of benefits.
And mainly the benefits around it are just the fact that it's one of the most powerful superfoods on the planet.
And it's packed with highly bioavailable nutrients like iron, zinc, vitamin A, B12, CoQ10, and folate, which are all essential for things like healthy skin, hair, heart, immune support, as well as brain function.
And then to take it a step further, it also contains a ton of other critical minerals that most people are deficient in.
So things like choline, K2, selenium, as well as copper.
So it's a pretty remarkable supplement in itself.
But I think what people love most about it is just the fact that it does tend to give people a natural energy boost, which if you go through our reviews, people rave about.
And that's mainly just because your body can actually retain and absorb these nutrients as opposed to just flushing them out, you know, which is usually the case, unfortunately, with a lot of other synthetic vitamins or just general multivitamins on the market.
So, like I mentioned, it's a really powerful product and definitely our most popular.
Of course, you know, our new tallow moisturizer, which is amazing for skin hydration and bringing things down like redness and eczema, is also extremely popular.
I would say now that's our second most popular product.
The reviews have been great on that.
And then, lastly, too, just with the time I had, I know we haven't spoken too much about it, but we launched our new creatine product, which is amazing for memory, cognitive function, as well as muscle growth.
So, I really encourage people to check those three products out specifically.
And then, of course, if you ever have any questions, you can always just shoot us an email and we can get back to you.
steve bannon
Well, we've got a second here.
The grass-fed beef liver became, you know, you got the Joe Rogan and you got the Manosphere, and you've got this whole thing of reversing toxic masculinity and kind of men being men.
Grass-fed beef liver was a big part of that at the start of it.
And it got a little controversial with some of these, some of the original spokesmen.
Why is grass-fed beef liver so important?
And why was it taken up by the kind of, you know, the detoxification of masculinity movement?
unidentified
Yeah, I don't know.
trevor comstock
For some reason, I think red meat and people on the right go hand in hand in the democratic view.
unidentified
So a lot of people, I don't know why it is, but it seems to be a common thing.
steve bannon
I think we're carnivores.
I think it's because we're carnivores, right?
trevor comstock
Exactly.
But the irony is red meat and beef liver are two, or both, you know, they come from beef, but it's the most nutritious food you can eat.
And a lot of people forget that.
So that's why the beef liver, you know, like I mentioned, is just a ton of vitamins and nutrients that your body can actually absorb, which is why it's become such a popular product, especially at Sacred Human.
steve bannon
Also, people come up to me all the time or text me if they know me or get to people who know me.
And a lot of folks are saying, hey, about staying sharp, staying on top of things, the amount of information.
What is it about creatine?
Because so many people are coming and say they want to be sharper.
They got a little brain fog.
You know, there's so many products out.
If you watch particularly cable news, this is probably the proliferation of product offerings.
And folks ask me all the time, you know, what are the good ones?
What are the bad ones?
And I don't really take an opinion.
Why is Sacred Human, given how detailed you are when you roll out a product?
Why was it creatine?
Why was creatine next and why is it important?
trevor comstock
Yeah, so the creatine is amazing because creatine in general is one of the most studied supplements in history.
You can Google it and fact check that.
But it has a ton of studies and scientific evidence behind it.
But what's amazing about the creatine is it actually naturally helps your brain as well as your muscles produce more energy.
Now, if you want to compare it to like a lot of other brain boosters that you see on the market, this can sometimes be effective.
But creatine, again, it's just, it's tried and trued.
It's studied.
It's proven.
It's something that actually works for brain health and cognitive function as well as memory.
Something that I take every day.
I feel super sharp on it.
And I know it's a recent product, so we don't have a ton of reviews on it, but I know the people that have taken it that at least have purchased through us have had amazing feedback with it.
And again, not all creatines are created equal.
We third-party lab tests all of our products, especially our creatine.
So we're giving you the purest form possible.
Whereas oftentimes, some other creatines, they're either not third-party lab tests and they contain a ton of heavy metals or they add a bunch of other fillers and unnecessary ingredients to it, which really dilutes the product.
So again, we just give you the natural raw ingredients.
steve bannon
Where do people go one more time?
You know, our audience loves to get into the receipts, the details.
One of the reasons that you and Meriwether and Warpath Coffee is because of the websites and the level of detail you put in there and then having access.
It's like you're like Birch Gold.
People can have access to you and ask you questions if they are uncertain about something.
Where do people go?
trevor comstock
Yeah, you go to sacredhumanhealth.com.
And then, as I had mentioned, through tomorrow, we're running our Veterans Day sale.
So feel free to use code VETERAN for 15% off at checkout for any one-time order.
And like I said, if you have any questions, you can let us know.
And we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
steve bannon
Okay, Trevor Comstock, thank you, sir.
Kicking off the 6 o'clock hour.
trevor comstock
Thanks.
steve bannon
There's a piece up on my getter.
And if we can put it up, and if Grace, I think Mo is actually still at West Point working on some projects there.
Grace is writing shotgun with us today, if Grace and others can put it out.
And I'll break this down more tomorrow.
But there's a there's, and I keep going back to the core of the Trump economic program.
And that's more important than, hey, you know, particularly you saw this morning, and this is why it's so difficult for the mainstream media to correct itself and actually become something that people can get legitimate information from.
The Secretary of Treasury Scott Bessant went on Morning Joe.
And I would like you to compare Morning Joe's interview 40511 versus what we did last week.
We asked probing questions, but we let the Secretary of Treasury explain himself and explain what the Trump program is, and particularly in this critical element of, because it is a massive undertaking that is underway, and that is to rejuvenate and to bring back America to be a manufacturing superpower.
And there's been a lot of talk about it, a lot of talk about why the rustbaut happened.
This is actually an action plan that has many aspects of it, but the two converging forces are a tax cut that rewarded capital investment.
And at the same time, a Liberation Day talking about not just tariffs and protectionism and economic nationalism, but really redoing the world's commercial relationships that at the centerpiece said we are the best consumer market in the world.
And if you want to get access to this, number one, we would like you to manufacture here and create high-value added jobs, which American citizens would get.
But if you're not going to do that, then you're going to pay some tolling fee to come into here.
That's now before the Supreme Court.
As this is going on about returning us to a manufacturer superpower, you have the entire situation with artificial intelligence.
And now we are told by our betters that we're in an arms race, that this is a Cold War arms race, just like we had against the Soviets back starting really after World War II, let's say the 1940s, but by the 50s and 60s, it was turbocharged.
Artificial intelligence is supposed to be the end-all and be-all.
And now we have a piece in zero-hedge.
And I told you this day was coming.
That they're going to sit there and go, because this is a national security situation against the Chinese Communist Party, because lo and behold, we can't let them win the AI race, that we're going to need government support, just like the defense industry needs government support.
We need government support now to the tune of hundreds of billions of dollars, not simply on the data centers, but to power the data centers.
And of course, the leaders of the climate change movement, all these progressives in the tech area, the tech bros, the oligarchs, have now all got old-time religion and you can burn anything, do anything, just as long as they get power.
In zero hedge, and you've seen this coming from the CFO of OpenAI and others in the industry that are sitting there talking about, well, you know, we can't lose this, so the government's going to have to get involved, including now not just AI itself, not simply the data centers, but now the energy, supply the data centers.
No one has taken the time to walk the American people through this.
This has to stop.
It has to stop.
We kind of need a presentation on a, whoa, exactly what this is going.
You don't want any regulation.
You have more regulation on a nail salon on Capitol Hill than you have on the entire, you know, a technology that could end the world.
And that's according to the guys that run these frontier labs, not Stephen K. Bannon.
So now we're told that it's not simply the data centers, which are going to suck every ounce of water out of places like Arizona and Texas, but that the energy needs are so vast.
And I've got to get Dave Walsh on here tomorrow.
Well, we still got Dave Walsh to explain this to us.
But it's going to take, according to, and it's a really great, classic zero-hedge piece where they're knitting together about five or different news sources to really make a really powerful article.
It's up on my getter right now, which getters totally free, to hundreds of billions of dollars of just going to have to have government financing for it, that the AI companies don't have it, even though they have trillion-dollar market caps.
So my point here is that, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
We've got to stop the madness.
Number one, we've got to figure out a regulatory apparatus.
Yes, I'm not, I'm a deconstructing administrative state, but I'm not a techno anarchist.
This has to have some sort of regulatory framework.
I'm sorry, AI industry.
You can cry and whine all you want.
Call us deceleration.
Call us what you want.
We do not care, particularly coming from you guys who we don't give a tinker's damn what you think about anything.
Number one, then we've got to talk about the economics of it.
If the basic schmendricks are going to be the guarantor, and now they're talking about loans, if you either guarantor a loan, that means U.S. taxpayer is in the deal.
If you're in the deal, then you've got to get a piece of the ups.
Right now, they're treating you like a fool.
They're just running around.
The David Saxon world just running around.
Elon Musk will run around, running around to Craig Trillions here, billions there, hundreds of billions.
Hey, that's all fine.
But if you need a government backstop or if you need actual loans, if the capital requirements are so big that you can't sell equity, and I guess you can't sell equity because you don't want dilution for yourself, I'm just throwing this out there as a comment or a concept, I should say.
This is the discussion I used to have with Elon all the time.
He came in the West Wing.
He want all these guarantees on the button.
I said, dude, you don't understand.
You're asking people that make $42,000 a year to essentially get all these tax breaks.
They're financing what the venture capitalists should finance.
So therefore, you're going to own less of Tesla, right?
Their returns are going to take longer and maybe be lower.
So they're going to own even more.
But that's the nature of venture capital in early stage private equity.
Capitalism, it's pretty straightforward.
It's not quantum mechanics.
But every venture capitalist, every private equity, every management team, of course you want the suckers to come in.
The people who don't own anything, right?
To socialize the risk.
Because remember, I said all of this is about risk mitigation, to socialize the risk.
And you guys keep all the upside.
That has to stop.
This is why young people don't believe in capitalism because you know what?
That is not capitalism.
That's corporatism.
So what young people in this country, being logical, have looked around.
They haven't actually seen capitalism at work.
They've seen crony capitalism or they've seen corporatism with the devil take the hindmost approach.
It has to stop.
And it has to stop about artificial intelligence.
If they're going to have, and we need somebody to sit there and go, hey, this is what the capital requirements are.
This is how it rolls out of the next couple of years.
Understanding that every projection we're ever seen never hits it exactly right.
Of course, there's going to be perturbations.
There's going to be changes.
They're going to be sometimes misses.
Sometimes you're wrong by years.
But at least you have a general direction of the action you're taking today and how that and your thinking manifests itself in the future.
So we just, well, there's hundreds of billions of dollars now, not just for data centers, but to power the data centers.
And who's supposed to finance that?
You.
Do you own a warrant package?
Do you have equity package?
Do you have a package of options?
Do you have anything?
unidentified
No.
steve bannon
You know what you got?
You got the sweat on your freaking brow and you're the full faith in credit.
Always remember that you, this audience, these great patriots that have delivered victory after victory against all odds.
You got the sweat on your brow and the tax man all over you to pay your taxes.
And those taxes now to go to either government guarantees or outright loans to these guys, hundreds of billions of dollars.
Well, how did that happen?
And of course, now they're saying for guys that didn't want the same crowd in Silicon Valley that didn't want to build a nuclear power plant and shut them all down in California.
Now they want to have a little nuclear reactor.
Just bolt it up there in Scarsborough.
Let's build a data center out in El Paso, Texas.
And let's just bolt a little nuclear reactor.
What do we do with the waste?
I don't know.
We'll figure that out.
No, no.
This has got to be thought through, and people have to have buy-in.
This is outrageous.
And they're just dropping it.
Of course, they're the new masters of the universe.
They got it all.
And I'm saying this in the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday, they've already reached human level intelligence.
That's not a small hurdle.
And some of the things going on in this labs is quite extraordinary.
I'm the first to admit that.
But you also have quite extraordinary with, you know, you talk about mitigating risk.
Here, we're going forward at this Mach 2 with the devil catch the hindmost on the risk.
And these are the type of risks if these things happen.
It's like biological warfare.
You can't put the genie back in the bottle.
More on that.
We're going to be hammering this every day because this is one of the central issues of our time.
Of everything else is going on.
All the other stuff we talk about.
All the efforts you put in for politics and culture and turning things around.
This will probably be known of the inflection point for the species, Homo sapiens.
And you can see it coming right now.
They talked the other day, a huge piece about this young generation.
They got to start thinking about, do you chip the kid to play sports or to just be smarter?
The moral dilemma of people say, hey, last time I look, we're made in the image and likeness of God.
Maybe that's the way it's supposed to be.
Maybe my kids study harder, work harder, do more reps in volleyball and baseball, right?
Or football or whatever they play, dance, piano.
Maybe they do it the good old-fashioned way.
The way that we got Mozart and Jesse Owens and all of it, or we can just chip, you know, chip yourself and then head out.
You know, Elon, besides telling the library, we're going to get on a rocket and go to Mars because you want to build a new civilization.
Hey, how about let's sort this one out.
Always love heading for the stars, stuff like that, but I think we got enough to sort out here.
Of course, he's talking about you got robots all over the place.
You know, everybody's going to have a robot.
That's the new thing.
Of course, the one he's working on, according to the Wall Street Journal, you know, looks like an 11-year-old girl and they're all focused on, you know, getting all the anime.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I just don't know.
But we certainly don't want people like that making decisions that the rest of the country and this republic and the citizens in this republic will have to live with forever.
Natalie Winters, your thoughts, ma'am, on the surveillance.
We got a color revolution.
We got a deep state we're still trying to take apart.
You got the surveillance capitalism, right?
And these guys don't want to hear anything.
They know they're your betters.
They know it all.
Your thoughts, ma'am.
natalie winters
Well, I think with everything you've outlined, we might need to add a fifth hour of war room programming.
And I still think we'd fall short of being able to address all of this.
But I think to add to the convergence narrative of all of this, I mean, what you're essentially talking about, right?
The idea of bettering humans, this idea of chipping and the space stuff, I think you see it the through line through the H-1B debate, right?
And it really goes back to what it means to be an American, right?
Maximizing the value of your citizenship.
And sure, we could all live like bug people in colonies.
You know, it's essentially, I think, culturally very communist or totalitarian.
I think that's sort of the other side of the coin of what all of this is.
It's sort of a slow-roll take on that, where it's like we exist, right?
The idea of making us maximally productive, that's sort of the scolding the American worker in favor of some, you know, H-1B scam Indian or Chinese person that's going to come over here.
Is it's like, well, actually, I don't exist or said worker doesn't exist just to boost the profit margins of some evil multinational global corporation that when push comes to shove, like I don't know, January 6th, they're going to stop funding and they're going to blacklist all the politicians who are fighting for the very voice of the employees that they're essentially subjugating.
So there's so many layers to this.
And, you know, I'm in D.C. a ton.
I know I don't go to the White House as much anymore, but I still talk to people in that sort of tech space.
And, you know, it is so fake.
That would be the message.
And I know that that's nothing new.
We've been sort of banging that drum.
But they, I think, Steve, one of the most profound things that you have said, and there's a lot of that, but as of recent, is that everybody wants a piece of this audience.
Everybody wants a piece of the MAGA movement.
And these tech people, they're smart.
I'll give them that.
And they understand the power that this audience has, right?
It's the reason why they want to meet and talk with me, not because of me, but because of this audience and the audience that you have, you've created because they actually do stuff.
They understand action, action, action, and accountability.
That is not what Silicon Valley and all these tech people are about.
They are about fakeness and distraction and pumping fake value and, like you said, socializing the risk.
And right now, it's right, it's like the Mark Zuckerberg performative, you know, ending the fact check.
That's not it.
These people, frankly, belong in prison, and that's the opening bid for what they did in the 2020 election.
But I think the scariest people are the ones who pretend to be your friends as compared to the people who will stay firm on their convictions.
And you see that in the Carp article today, talking about how he used to be buddy-buddy with Democrats, and now he's, you know, hanging out with Trump.
People like that, beware.
steve bannon
Natalie, you know, I've been hammering on Sachs and Jensen because they've been at the lead of kind of this, it doesn't matter who wins in AI and aren't we being greedy?
Aren't we being terrible as Americans because we want to hoard these chips?
I think the comment was we want to hoard these chips ourselves.
You've done, and you're going to hang through the break.
You've done some more investigative reporting.
Kind of your wheelhouse has always been looking at the Chinese Communist Party and the subversion of our technology companies, the government process, all of it.
You've got some amazing pieces up on Substack.
What do you got for us?
natalie winters
Well, yeah, we definitely got to go through all the details on that one because it's just maddening.
But I think the point that I would make broadly, people like Jensen Huang, people like all of these sort of, you know, China simps, people like David Sachs, is that I've never liked the idea of the I can save it for after the break.
steve bannon
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
I want anybody.
unidentified
Anybody that gives me a CCP simp is going to, you hang on for a second.
steve bannon
As the Kaysons go rolling along, it's going to take us out.
It is Veterans Day 2025.
Mo's up at West Point.
I think we've got a clip from her.
I think she's at one of the games right now.
Anyway, I think we got a clip for her.
Natalie Winters is with us.
She's done another great investigative report.
I love it.

Okay, welcome back.
Natalie Winters, it's simp for CCP.
Continue on, ma'am.
You've got plenty of runway here.
natalie winters
Well, I'm going to make that sentence even more interesting.
I don't know if simp has ever been used in the same context as the Thucydides trap, but we're going to go there.
But, you know, they treat it right like it's, as you would say, a law of physics that you have, you know, a rising power and then you have the United States.
There's going to be some form of conflict.
And they always sort of use that paradigm to explain how China's going to eventually overtake the United States.
But I've never liked that because there's sort of this passive, you know, agency and autonomy-less view of what the United States can do to prevent that conflict.
And people like David Sachs, people like Jensen Huang, that sort of ilk, not even the outright pro-China collaborating faction, but the sort of euphemistic, wishy-washy crowd, those are the people who make that trajectory, the replacement of the United States, not in a unipolar world order, but us being replaced effectively by the Chinese Communist Party, not just a nightmare, but they make it reality.
And I think some of the words we've heard from President Trump talking about Chinese students, most recently with Laura Ingram, are quite concerning.
I would argue that we need to be at a Manhattan project level of not just decoupling from the Chinese Communist Party, but understanding the hybrid, unrestricted warfare that we're at with them and how it is American useful idiots who are getting very wealthy off of collaborating with China.
And it's our tax dollars that are propping up the same apparatus and ecosystems that are now being weaponized against us.
Case in point, everything to do with the rare earths, I would just add, making America great again is not about turning Jensen Huang into a kleptocratic trillionaire or David Sachs into a kleptocratic deca millionaire.
But the rare earth one, I think, is a really interesting example, sort of what you were talking about with us the taxpayers not seeing any upside to where our money is going to every corner of the earth.
But in this case, it's actually funding our demise.
I uncovered several studies and research into rare earths being done essentially at China's top lab, their kind of state key laboratory for what they call rare earth materials in chemistry.
It was founded by China's sort of grandfather of all their rare earth tech.
It's this laboratory that has allowed them to really consolidate, monopolize, and ultimately weaponize so much of the global rare earth supply, but also the refinement capabilities of it.
It's super granular research.
If I read you the titles of the papers, my eyes would bug out, and I'm sure yours would too.
So you could read it on there.
They're showing the article on the screen.
But the Department of Energy, the National Science Foundation, and even the Office of Naval Research and the Naval Research Laboratory have been sending our tax dollars to research that is being concurrently conducted between American researchers and their counterparts at this Chinese Communist Party-run laboratory that is really a central node in their efforts to shore up these resources.
And in reading through some of these papers, I actually found active energy department money going to studies that are listed as part of the Hundred Talents Program, which not only have we seen several indictments and espionage cases come from that, but on face value, even the most euphemistic description of it by the Chinese Communist Party, it's to steal high-value technology from the West, particularly from the United States.
And I just think this story is such a wonderful, yet just ominous and scary metaphor for what we have subsidized, our own demise, right?
Like the Chinese Communist Party says, it's strangling us with our own systems.
And I don't want to hear a pipe, a peep from the Fauci's of the world, the broader, equally compromised, right, scientific community that preaches the collaborationists.
They're the collaborators.
And I use that in the sense that all they want to do is collaborate with the Chinese Communist Party.
Well, collaborating with a regime that wants to not just steal your IP but steal your IP to replace you doesn't go over quite well.
steve bannon
Give me this again.
They're funding the very studies that are down.
Want me through the studies?
How does this fit in?
natalie winters
So China's key state laboratory for rare earth materials and chemistry.
This is the group that, like I said, is their foremost tip of the spear sort of organ that is conducting the actual research.
So on several research papers, nearly a dozen, listed in their funding.
So this is research that is potentially, in some cases, definitely, but some cases it's a gray area, being done in China, certainly conducted by researchers from this lab.
And it's tax dollars from the Navy, the Department of Energy, and the National Science Foundation going and supporting this work.
steve bannon
Hold it, full stop.
You're telling me that branches of the U.S. government are funding research at a CCP center on rare earths done by CCP researchers.
Our tax dollars are funding that.
natalie winters
Yes, sir, and I almost got deja vu to the COVID times, but yes, exactly.
That's exactly what's happening.
steve bannon
How does, I mean, once again, this is back to the whole COVID thing, right?
How do they, how do the Department of Energy and these other departments, how do they justify that?
natalie winters
So, like I was saying, it's part of this broader just pro-collaboration view because they don't view this laboratory.
Frankly, I think the bureaucrats who are okay in this stuff, they don't even understand or they're bought off.
Maybe I'm being too charitable.
But I mean, Steve, I have spent hours on your program alone over the last few years detailing chapter and verse the hundreds.
This is a small, this is just specifically through the rare earth lens, which I think is uniquely timely.
But how hundreds of studies have flown, our tax dollars have flown, not even to like vaguely, you know, three iterations removed Chinese military labs, but labs that are branches of the PLA, like PLARF, you know, rocket testing is being done with U.S. funds.
And they're always sort of carried out through these shady euphemistic terms.
Like I said, it's these weird memorandums of understanding.
It was under Fauci, I believe in the early 2010s that they signed an agreement with the National Natural Science Foundation of China, which has collaborated, like I said, with the PLA.
I mean, it's military leadership, even leaving aside the whole military-civil fusion.
There's no such thing as a civil scientific laboratory over there.
But the highest levels of the National Institutes of Health are signing official memorandums to increase research capabilities with arms of the PLA.
So this is sort of customary use.
And we've just never under.
And Steve, I think the other broader answer to your question is it's not even just about the rare earth science or this lab.
How did Washington, D.C. ever outsource or okay, whether it was CFIAS or any of these companies outsourcing any of these materials to China?
How did we get to a point where they own nearly 100% of the production capabilities, even Mountain Pass, right?
Because there's several companies, there's several case studies where CFIAS greenlighted the sale of U.S. Mountain Pass before they did what they're doing now with the magnets, where they were sold to Chinese companies and they were lobbied and CIFIAS approved it.
So I don't know whoever would let that happen.
So that's why I find a lot of this talk about the Chinese rare earth domination a little performative like most things on China are.
It's always a justification to broaden out the defense budget like we're seeing happen now.
steve bannon
We had on Breitbart Radio back in I think it was 13 or 14, I spent a whole week or so on the East China Sea on the Chinese Navy, the PLA Navy shutting down really access to the Japanese over a fight on rare earth.
And at the time, I think it was the first time I had Eric Prince come on.
So this has been over 10 years ago to walk through the rare earths, why they're, you know, it is just dirt, but there's certain aspects of it, and particularly the process of it, gets the magnets and other things, ball bearing things that are absolutely essential in the manufacturing process, and they can shut down your manufacturing pretty quickly.
And here we are, I 100% agree with you.
People are saying now, wow, how did this even happen?
You know, how did this come about?
This has been, the Chinese Communist Party has not been shy about this.
This has been pretty systematic, including, as you say, the sale of the big processing facility in Ohio that was taken apart brick by brick or shed by shed and taken over to mainland China.
And this is why they dominate.
This is why we are like a supplicant.
And as the Wall Street Journal reports today, because I kept saying, just something doesn't feel right, right?
When you joined us for the two-hour analysis in Busan, South Korea, something didn't feel right with that agreement coming out.
Like the Chinese didn't put the thumbscrews in us.
They said, oh, they're going to extend it.
And now we find out that they're doing every possible workaround for military equipment.
Also, you should know, you know, I think you had just left the show, Natalie, when the Chinese delegation pulled up and they pulled right out.
You know, they put their cars up, pulled right out.
President Trump stayed off to the side in the beast.
But the rest of them, Scott Besson, all of them, Susie Wiles, all walked across the tarmac.
And they're kind of heading to these buses that are like a quarter of a mile away across the tarmac.
And I go, wow, why are they walking across the tarmac?
And it turned out, according to media over in China, this was done as another dominance move by Xi, who's not our buddy.
So I agree with you.
This whole, oh my gosh, like in Washington, D.C., gosh, rare earths, people have known about this for obviously for 20 years, but for the last decade, it's been kind of the top of the mind when you talk about the strategic relationship with the Chinese Communist Party, ma'am.
And you see now, as you say, totally performative, like, oh my gosh, how did this happen to us?
Natalie.
natalie winters
Well, and I also think that it intensified dramatically in sort of the interregnum period between both Trump administrations under Joe Biden.
And I don't just mean that because they had a bunch of free shots on goal, but after the first trade war, though I hate that term, I think China also realized that that was where their key vulnerability was.
And if they could bolster that and buttress their ability to control both the rare earths, critical minerals, magnets, all that stuff themselves, but also, like I was saying, the refinement and the production capabilities, that that would give them a significant upper hand.
And we've essentially seen that play out, right?
That's what we're seeing right now.
But in those four years, that was when we saw it was the China Rare Earth Group.
So they basically consolidated all of their, you know, three or four largest state-owned or state directly or indirectly, they're all basically directly, but rare earth companies into one mega company that basically bought up everything they could from Latin America and Europe and Africa, right?
Sort of the Belt and Road approach with these strategic investments.
But they really bundled all of this stuff into one kind of monolithic group that just went and rolled really, really, really hard on shoring up all the rare earth stuff.
And like we were saying, this is what they've been doing.
This is what the new Silk Road is about.
When I was in Asia, I went to Laos, and I mean, it's Chinese riding everywhere.
Every single thing that's being built there is owned by China.
All of the materials, the people that they're importing there, places where there's no development and no running water, they have the most high-tech capabilities to extract this stuff.
And it's all Chinese.
I saw no American development.
I mean, when you see it in person, the scope of it, it's, you know, with a nation-ending jawdrop.
It's truly daunting.
steve bannon
No, no, no.
They're full-spectrum dominance.
What do you think?
Because underlying Fox Digital had a very interesting piece.
It was Mike Rowe, the get-the-hands dirty guy, who I think is pretty extraordinary about how he explains things, plus the CEO of Ford Motor.
And the CEO of Ford Motor goes, hey, no one should miss this point.
They are on a tear to be a manufacturing superpower and have the United States in a third, fourth, or fifth position, not even number two.
And they're bound and determined to do it.
As we talk about the economic plan, which is predicated upon massive capital investment and tax incentives to do that, at the same time, redoing all of our commercial relationships, right, around a policy that if you don't manufacture here, you're going to have tariffs to get through the golden door.
The CCP, I mean, they are full economic warfare with us.
They may put a smiley face on it every now and again, but this is the central, this is the central economic issue of our time: is their economic war against us, ma'am.
natalie winters
Yeah, I mean, it's communists seizing the means of production and getting us to continue to outshore and offshore all of our manufacturing capabilities.
And to another point, well, we'll link it back to my other story about this idea of just, you know, trying Trying to humiliate the United States on the world stage, even to the point where they had Secretary of War Heg Seth meeting with someone who is four or five steps below him in the chain of command.
Someone who's not the equivalent of China's Secretary of Defense, it'd be the Ministry of Defense, but someone who's like their spokesperson, like Kashawn Parnell, right?
It's little things that to most people they maybe don't pick up on, but it's signal, not noise, and that's what we're about here in the war room.
But just even a few days, it was like three days before the big summit that we were discussing.
China held its big sister cities summit, and they had Americans, 180 of them, showing up from basically every state, people who are mayors, city commissioners, the type of people that they like to invest in at a very local and early stage.
So as they rise up through the political ranks in the United States, they have people that they consider assets.
And I think I've also seen this really going on with the farmland stuff.
A lot of these groups are now making overtures, not even to senators or members of Congress, but local random agriculture officials in Nebraska or Arkansas.
Of course, they're reporting that there's weird Chinese land ownership and maybe drones being launched into a trailer park next to an Air Force base where they're running the B-2 bombers from.
So this is economic warfare, but it's that compounded with information warfare, legal warfare, right?
It's the three warfare doctrine to a T.
I think what Taiwan is doing right now is a real bright spot.
I think it's great that the VP spoke in the kind of EU parliament equivalent.
I think what they're talking about in terms of building up deterrence capabilities, that's maybe more the energy that I would think we would want to see here in the United States instead of this weird,
just horrific logic train that is insulting to the intelligence of MAGA that, you know, because we can't be greedy, we need to help the regime that's explicitly said that they want to kill us and replace us and are planning on infiltrating us every corner, every inch, every millimeter.
It's maddening to watch.
We've tracked this for so long, and all these people who are trying to co-opt this issue to make a quick buck, they're playing with fire.
steve bannon
And of course, the tech boroughs are, like you said, make a quick buck, are 100% part of the problem.
Natalie, fantastic pieces up on your sub stack.
Where do people go to get all of it, ma'am?
natalie winters
You can follow me, Natalie G. Winters, everywhere at nataliegwinters.substack.com.
Thank you, Steve, for having me.
It's always fun to talk about China with you.
It's like a return to tradition.
steve bannon
So much because I think the mask is coming off.
President Trump has gone out of his way to try to make sure that they're integrated into the world economic system and to try to, President Trump wants to take the Third World War and tone it down, whether that's in Ukraine, the Middle East, the South China Sea, the Straits of Taiwan.
He's got the weight of the world on his shoulders.
But in this regard, as bad actors as the KGB is, as bad actors as Zelensky is, of course, the Mulas in Tehran and Netanyahu on many occasions, the president has a full-blown enemy, not just personally.
I mean, she and the Chinese Communist Party are bound and determined to be a hegemon.
And we just have to continually keep that.
The thing that's most shocking to me is the infiltration and subversion here in the United States of America.
The people that you have to fight the hardest are the ones that have their business partners with the CCP.
I mean, that's just the long and the short of it.
Natalie Winters, social media, where do people get you?
unidentified
Natalie G. Winters, thank you, Steve, for having me.
steve bannon
Thank you, ma'am.
Appreciate you.
