This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
Here's not got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you're going to like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media.
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
steve bannon
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
Waru, here's your host, Stephen K. Battle.
steve bannon
It's Tuesday, 28 October year of our Lord, 2025, and the first hour, this jaw-dropping level of lawlessness by the previous regime is now coming to light.
Comer, Chairman Comer, putting out a hundred-page report on the Autopen.
And saying it's an Auto-Pen is, you know, being too general.
Some of the most shocking things you're ever going to read is in this 100-page report.
Basically, the executive orders and the pardons are null and void.
This is outrageous of what they did.
They ran a White House that was running amok.
Also, at the same time, Jim Jordan, and he was nice enough to join us in a very busy day for him.
They put out these FBI reports that he and Cleta Mitchell went through.
Number one, they showed that the entire persecution of the electors, of the President Trump electors, just average citizens doing their job there, spent tens of thousands, sometimes hundreds of thousands of dollars defending themselves, was totally coordinated by the White House, the senior levels of the Justice Department, and the FBI.
These were not state charges.
They wanted to put him in state charges so President Trump could never, when he returned to office, couldn't pardon him.
This is how evil these people are.
It's just absolutely shocking.
So we're packing this second hour.
I want to start with Laura Loomer.
Laura, I've had you on here to talk geopolitics given the massive success of the president's trip to East Asia, particularly Japan Day.
But I got to ask you, because you've been trying to warn people, and I don't know if they're quite getting it yet, about what's going to happen next Tuesday at 9 or 10 o'clock when Man Donnie is, you know, he's called, they called the race at about 10 o'clock for Man Donnie as the mayor of New York City, the global capital.
Jon Stewart, I think it was last night, had Mondami on and he was glazing him and actually said his election next Tuesday would be a Jackie Robinson moment.
Go back to the iconic Jackie Robinson really coming in and breaking the color barrier that led to all sports, all pro-sports being integrated.
And God Saad, I know the Israeli psychiatrist who's written a number of incredible books, literally went off on him today.
Your thoughts about, is it a Jackie Robinson moment next week of what's going to happen in New York City, ma'am?
laura loomer
No, look, Muslims in this country want to amass political power because they aspire to have an Islamic takeover of our country, Steve.
You and I have been talking about this for years.
The Muslim Brotherhood has successfully infiltrated all of our political institutions here in the United States because they are being increasingly funded by places like Qatar and Turkey.
And this is a huge problem.
And the reason why we're seeing candidates like Zoran Mamdami, Steve, pop up all over the place and other Muslim candidates and places like Michigan and Georgia where there's been an explosion of Muslims deciding to file to run for elected office is because, you know, you see Republicans and Democrats unwilling to address the Islamification of our country.
Republicans are trembling.
They're so afraid of being called Islamophobes.
And yet they want to wait till the 11th hour to cry about this Islamic jihadist who is going to usher in a wave of Islamic terror and communism and anti-Semitism into New York City, the most iconic city in our country.
And it also happens to be the most Jewish city in our country.
It's also quite ironic, Steve, given Jon Stewart's record.
He likes to tout himself as an advocate for the victims of 9-11.
This is a guy who shamed lawmakers on both sides of the aisle for not showing up to a hearing regarding the 9-11 victim compensation fund.
And yet just last week, I broke a story about how Zora Mamdami is campaigning with Siraj Wahaj, who was an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.
He's campaigning with Linda Sarsour, who called for jihad against President Trump and who has said on video that Siraj Wahaj is her mentor and one of her closest allies and associates.
And so for Jon Stewart to pretend like he cares about the victims of 9-11, just stop pretending, John.
Just stop pretending like you actually care about the victims of Islamic jihad when you are going to usher in God only knows how many more 9-11s.
We all know that Zoran Mandami is running for office because he has said it himself.
These are not by words, Steve.
These are his words.
The Palestinian movement mobilized him and inspired him to run for office and to become the mayor of New York City.
Point number two, last week after the debate, he was caught on camera in a mosque talking about how when he wins, it is going to help usher in not only the Islamic takeover of New York City, but also the Islamic takeover of our country.
He's on video, literally admitting this.
So good luck, right?
Good luck.
And all I have to say to the Republican Party is, you know, you're going to have to make a decision soon about whether or not you like going to fancy soires and parties at the Embassy of Qatar or if you want to save your country from an Islamic takeover because it's kind of hypocritical.
I mean, we have President Trump at UNGA talking, talking to all of the European leaders.
Oh, your countries have become shitholes.
Oh, you know, we're going to have Sharia.
We're not going to have Sharia law like you guys have in your country because of mass migration.
Well, actually, we are.
We are going to have Sharia law in this country, which is why so many Republican lawmakers have now been forced to file legislation to combat Sharia law.
We literally have a Sharia law center in Bethesda, Maryland, 17 miles away from the White House.
So we have Erdogan going to the White House, sitting there with President Trump, going to Egypt, sitting there with President Trump, being told how amazing he is, how we're going to sell him F-35s and how the Turkish military is one of the best militaries in the world.
And yet we have the Dianette Center of America, 17 miles away from the White House, Steve, where they are literally teaching Muslims, Turkish Muslims, how to implement Sharia.
The Dianette is the branch of the Turkish government that enforces Sharia in Turkey.
So I don't understand what the Republicans are doing.
I don't know if the counterterrorism directors like Joe Kent and Sebastian Corka are even briefing the president on these things.
But America, we have a Muslim problem and it is only going to get worse unless the GOP puts their foot down and designates the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization.
steve bannon
Amen.
Muslim Brotherhood's got to be designated a terrorist organization.
I've worked on that for years and I got to tell you, the pushback is enormous inside the apparatus.
Real quickly, Andy Ogles, myself, and others are saying, hey, this guy's a Ugandan citizen.
He lied on his naturalization forms.
Do you support the Justice Department getting on it like immediately and looking if this guy lied on his naturalization process, denaturalizing?
laura loomer
Andy Ogles is coming on my show tonight.
He's going to be joining me on my show in a couple hours and we're going to talk about this.
But again, are we really serious or is this more performative bullshit?
I need to know.
I need to know.
Are we really serious?
Because we've been talking about the Muslim Brotherhood.
And I'll tell you, Steve, if we would have designated the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization during the first Trump administration, when it was promised to us, the American people, that this was going to be done by the Trump administration, we wouldn't have a Zoran Mandami.
Zoran Mandami and his entire campaign apparatus is a byproduct of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Qatar has funded years of Zoran Mandami's mother's films.
Okay.
Qatar has funded the Islamic 501c3 organizations that are propping up Zoran Mandami and abusing their 501c3 status to wage jihad here in America and to support the campaigns of all of these Muslim candidates.
And so, yes, look, it'd be great if the DOJ would get on this soon.
But, you know, look at how many people in the Trump administration have lobbied for Qatar.
I hate to go there, but it's true.
I mean, you know, I just can't help but bring this up.
I mean, I like Pam Bandi, but she lobbied for Qatar.
Cash Patel lobbied for Qatar.
At the end of the day, the administration has a Qatar problem.
You had the Amir Qatar flying on Air Force One the other day.
This is a problem, Steve.
And so are we really going to push for denaturalization of all these Muslims in our country?
Are we going to see denaturalization of Zoran Mandami?
Or is Qatar going to run in influence because the Emir of Qatar is now best friends with Donald Trump?
I mean, I'm sorry, but it has to be said.
I am a die-hard supporter of President Trump's, but there is such a lack of awareness in this country right now by the GOP.
How can you criticize Zoran Mandami and then say that Qatar is our ally?
Do people not understand that Zora Mandami is funded by Qatar?
steve bannon
The Muslim Brotherhood has to be designated a terrorist organization, full stop.
They are a terrorist organization.
They're really the underpinning and foundational element of all the other terrorist organizations.
They're all splinter groups.
That's the railhead.
I'm pressed for time, so I want to pivot to Venezuela.
The president's on a triumphant tour of East Asia just had a magnificent, I think, the most important meetings ever in Japan.
You know, the Japanese are with the with the Taiwanese and also certain elements in South Korea adamantly anti-CCP.
That's why this meeting on Thursday is so big.
We're going to cover it live from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. or to when it's over tomorrow night.
Pasebi is going to join me.
Many other experts are going to go through all of this.
But the war and rumors of war in Latin America right now, we have a carrier battle group off of Venezuela.
I know you've been all over this topic too.
Give me your thoughts.
laura loomer
Well, look, I think that this is a lack of pertinent information being given to the president.
We're being told that this is about fentanyl.
We're being told that the reason why we need to send warships to Venezuela is to combat the flow of fentanyl.
Well, the facts are this, Steve.
Fentanyl isn't produced in Venezuela.
Okay.
The chemicals that produce fentanyl come from China, and the fentanyl is produced in Mexico.
And so, you know, if we're going to try to, you know, curb the influence of the CCP, shouldn't we actually be trying to negotiate with Venezuela?
Shouldn't we be trying to actually bring Maduro to the table?
Current numbers, right?
These are the numbers, Steve.
I want to break this down for your viewers.
Over 1 million barrels of oil per day are coming out of Venezuela.
You know where a majority of those barrels of oil are going to?
China.
916,000 of the 1 million barrels per day are currently going to China.
So how exactly is Venezuela being punished by sanctions right now?
They're not.
China is actually purchasing the oil that the United States is not purchasing from Venezuela.
And the CCP continues to expand their influence and their presence in the Western Hemisphere, which is a national security threat.
And if we really do go into Venezuela, if we invade Venezuela and we have a conflict or a full-blown war in Venezuela, that is going to turn into a war with China because the Chinese have thousands of military-aged men who are prepared to be deployed, who are currently in Venezuela.
A lot of there hasn't really been a lot of reporting on this, Steve, but these Chinese men are being stationed there in the refineries, working in the refineries currently in Venezuela.
And the Chinese now actually have their own physical refineries in Venezuela.
And so, you know, with tensions rising with China, I think that we really need to take a step back and think: do we really want to hand over the world's largest oil reserves to China?
Do we really want to hand over the world's largest gold supply to China?
Do we really want to hand over some of the largest rare earth mineral supplies to China?
I mean, this is a very resource-rich environment that we could be benefiting from as Americans.
We talked about drill, baby, drill, no more wars.
And yet, all of these decisions coming out of the Department of War and Marco Rubio's Department of State is completely contrary to what President Trump campaigned on.
No new wars, peace through strength, and drill, baby, drill.
So I just think that it's in the best interest of our own country to secure those oil assets, to secure that gold, to secure those minerals, and to try to find a way to bring Maduro to the table.
I think that, you know, look, I'm not going to whitewash Maduro's record, but this administration has decided to kind of pick and choose which dictators and which tyrants around the world they want to play footsie with.
And again, I'm a supporter of the presidents, but you can't say that we're going to lift sanctions on Syria and we're going to talk about how amazing Jolani is when he's an ISIS head shopper for the sake of allowing the Syrian government to improve their economy with oil when he's currently leading and orchestrating the slaughter of Druze and religious minorities in Syria to the point where our own State Department yesterday had to issue an emergency declaration and commitment of humanitarian aid to the Druze.
Okay.
You can't do that at the same time and then say, oh, well, you know, Maduro is such a tyrant and oh, Maduro is such a dictator.
Oh, you know, we have to keep sanctions on Venezuela.
If we're going to bring Syria to the table, what's the excuse for not bringing Maduro to the table if in the end it means American energy dominance?
That's my argument.
That's how I see it.
At the end of the day, I don't think that Maduro, I personally don't think that Maduro is worse than Jolani.
I think that if this administration, the State Department is willing to play footsie with jihadist Muslims, they should be willing to make a deal with Maduro.
steve bannon
But you're supportive of if we can get Maduro to step down, go into internal exile, whatever, has some transition to a new government.
You support that.
You don't want regime change by military intervention, but you support you would support it if it could be done peacefully and quickly.
laura loomer
Yeah.
And from what I've heard from my sources on the ground, they've told me that Maduro is open to that.
He's open to leaving within the next year.
Maduro has also said that he's willing to, he's already agreed to this too, to hand over all of the detainees, all of the American detainees that were in Venezuela.
He peacefully allowed for those individuals to be handed over.
Okay, Rick Rennell did a fabulous job with bringing back those Americans from Venezuela to our own country, Steve.
And additionally, he also agreed to all the repatriation flights.
And so he's already agreed to comply with President Trump's immigration policy.
From my understanding, he's also complied with President Trump's request to look into election fraud and the ties to these voting machines at the center of the stolen 2020 election.
Maduro has already said that he's willing to turn over all of the devices to the Department of Justice.
And so I think that there's a way to have a peaceful transition of power.
It might not be immediate.
It might take a year or so.
And we can have energy dominance.
We can push the CCP out of Venezuela, which reduces their stronghold in Central and South America as they try to expand and complete their Belt and Road initiative.
And it also is better for our economy because estimates that I've seen, Steve, there's about 15,000 energy jobs here in the United States that are going to be killed off or already are being killed off with these sanctions and the flow of the oil from Venezuela to China as opposed to Venezuela to the United States.
So look, I know that my opinion on this has been seen as quite controversial.
And some people have accused me of trying to carry water for Maduro.
But at the end of the day, Maria Machado doesn't have a military, right?
Who's going to fight this regime change war for her?
It's going to be the United States of America.
And that is completely contrary to President Trump's promise to not get us into any more wars.
And I don't know if they're being honest with the president about how much oil is going to China right now.
I mean, we're talking about a million barrels per day, Steve.
That's a million barrels per day that are going to China.
And they're just laughing their way to the bank.
They're laughing their way to the bank as they continue to amass more resources, gold, rare earth minerals, and oil.
And what are we getting out of it?
Nothing.
steve bannon
Laura Loomer, social media, Twitter, and particularly your show, your shows on the night with Ogles comes on a couple of times a week.
Where do people go?
laura loomer
Yeah, you can follow me on X at Laura Loomer and also on X at Loomer Unleashed.
My show is called Loomer Unleashed, and it is live on Rumble every single Tuesday and Thursday evening at 9 p.m.
Eastern.
I have Congressman Andy Ogles on tonight to talk about the Islamification of our country, why the Trump administration has still not designated the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization, and whether or not we are actually going to see the denaturalization and deportation of Mom Dami or if this is more, you know, performative bullshit.
But I'll tell you, we're running out of time, Steve.
We don't have enough time.
We are losing our country to this Islamic takeover.
And these Muslims, they love just throwing the opulence at President Trump because obviously President Trump loves being flattered.
But at the end of the day, there's no Republican that is going to have the strength to stand up to these Muslim tyrants, okay, these jihadists, other than President Trump.
And so if we allow for these people to blindside the administration and to woo all these officials to their, you know, their parties like they did this last week, I mean, you have the Secretary Treasury, okay?
You have Scott Besson.
You have Sebastian Gorka, the director of counterterrorism at the Qatari embassy partying with these people.
Are you kidding me?
We have the director of counterterrorism partying with the funders of Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood.
I mean, what are we doing here?
What are we doing?
There's a lot more people that are there too whose names I haven't posted yet.
Okay.
And you should be lucky that I haven't posted your names because it'd be a scandal.
A lot of Trump people.
Okay.
A lot of officials.
And the only reason why I'm not posting it is because I don't want to embarrass the administration.
People can go see that video themselves and see who's all captured at that party the other night.
But it is total infiltration.
And these are not our friends.
These are not our friends.
I think it's important, see, for people to remember that we could have had the hostages out.
We could have had the hostages out two years ago, but it was the Qataris that were providing safe haven to the leaders of Hamas so that they weren't killed by the IDF.
Are those our allies?
Where are the dead bodies of the American hostages that we were told that were going to be turned over weeks ago when this peace deal was finalized?
Where are the bodies?
We don't have the bodies yet.
Qatar controls Hamas at the end of the day.
They do.
So I think that we need to have a real conversation, Steve, and the GOP.
And hopefully, amid all this Israel derangement syndrome that we're seeing from many people on the right, you don't see these people ever talk about Islam.
You don't ever see these people talk about the threat of Islam, Steve.
And they got to stop being so obsessed with Israel and so obsessed with the Jews.
You know, it's not the Israelis that are going to have another 9-11 here in our country.
steve bannon
No, no, no, no, no, no.
Hang on, hang on for a second.
If Netanyahu and the Jewry, hold it, if the Israeli government had dealt straight with us, you wouldn't have had this problem.
They're liars.
They've been stone-cold liars.
They gave bad information.
So I'm not going to let that go unchallenged.
That's just bullshit.
Okay.
laura loomer
Well, people leave.
We're talking about the Islamification more.
steve bannon
They need to talk about Islam more.
By the way, I've been the tip of the spear on the Muslim Brotherhood forever, and you're seeing a huge pushback on this.
We can do it if we unite.
We definitely should have the Muslim Brotherhood designated a terrorist organization, and that will change everything.
But do not say that.
unidentified
So who are we uniting with?
steve bannon
Netanyahu's government has been atrocious, and we should have regime change in Jerusalem, and we should have it immediately.
They've lied to the American government.
They've lied to the American people consistently.
laura loomer
Who are we uniting with that to designate?
steve bannon
We can unite with many elements of the ⁇ I just want to spend four days in Texas.
People in Texas are prepared now to step up and take a hard stand against the Islamification of Texas.
laura loomer
Right.
unidentified
But we have the administration now.
laura loomer
How come Marco Rubio hasn't designated the Muslim Brotherhood?
We're nine months into the administration.
Steve, you told me yourself, you pushed so hard for the Muslim Brotherhood to be designated during the first term, and you said that they tried to bite your head off for it.
You said that the one thing that you received the most pushback for was trying to designate the Muslim Brotherhood.
You and I have had so many private conversations about this, Steve.
You told me that the one thing that it was like a no-go zone was the Muslim Brotherhood.
So I just want to know what the hell is going on.
steve bannon
Well, by the way, you're going to have to go after Wall Street.
You're going to have to go after the tech boroughs.
You're going to have to go all these guys.
Look, it's doable.
The American people support us, I think, 100% on this.
American people want the Muslim Brotherhood designated a terrorist organization.
Once you do that, so much stuff changes.
But you can't whitewash.
You hurt your argument by sitting there and try to defend Netanyahu.
It's just not happening.
Anyway, we've got to bounce and get over the game.
laura loomer
I am not sitting here defending Netanyahu.
What I'm asking for is that all these, I just want them to dedicate to the people.
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
unidentified
Hang on.
steve bannon
Hang on.
You say Israeli derangement syndrome.
It's not Israeli derangement syndrome.
I certainly don't have it.
What I have is the Greater Israel project that was never done.
No due diligence was done.
The American people never signed off that.
The Trump administration never signed off on that.
That's a Netanyahu.
We need regime change in Jerusalem, and we need it tonight.
Okay?
Everything that comes out of Netanyahu's government is a stone-cold lie.
unidentified
Okay.
steve bannon
And the Muslim Brotherhood is 100 times worse.
I understand that.
They hate America.
They hate the West.
It has to be dealt with.
But you can't sit there and whitewash and say, oh, everybody's got to get off Israeli derangement syndrome.
I don't have derangement syndrome against Israel.
laura loomer
I don't know if you can't think that people can't be central to Israel.
But I just, I don't ever see any of the people that focus all of their efforts on criticizing Israel.
I wish that they would criticize Qatar as well.
My point is that if you're going to criticize Israeli influence in American politics, talk about the Qatari lobby because the Qatari lobby has substantially way more influence on our American politics, Steve.
And they spend way more money.
They own way more real estate and they're giving way more political favors to American politicians than the Israelis.
unidentified
The Qataris have the type of money that people dream that Jews have.
steve bannon
Yeah.
I don't know if they have more influence, but I will tell you, they've come from a place that they were almost overthrown by UAE and Saudi Arabia in June of 17 after we had our first, that first big conference in Riyadh, and they refused to sign the terrorist financing memorandum.
I mean, they were in our grill.
After that, when that regime came within that close of being overthrown, they went on a cash jihad.
You're absolutely correct.
They've spread money around everywhere.
There's no doubt about it.
Well, I keep saying they're the railhead.
They're the railhead of the financing of the Muslim Brotherhood.
laura loomer
Go ahead.
Look, I think it's really shocking, and I don't think a lot of people understand this because they think, oh, Muslim Brotherhood, a lot of people just don't understand what the Muslim Brotherhood is.
How is it that the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia have enough sense to designate the Muslim Brotherhood, but our own country doesn't?
What does that say about our country when we have all these trade deals with Saudi Arabia and the UAE and Qatar?
The president just had this magnificent trip to the Middle East in May, securing all these deals.
You know, if I worked for President Trump and I was one of his official advisors, right, I would have said, hey, why don't we try to get UAE and Saudi Arabia to force the hand of Qatar and we sign the designation of the Muslim Brotherhood while we're in Saudi Arabia.
Do you know what a power move that would have been if the president of the United States would have designated the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization while he was sitting next to MBS?
It should be done.
unidentified
Yeah.
steve bannon
No, by the way, they've designated CARE a terrorist or associated with terrorist organization in the Muslim Brotherhood because the Muslim Brotherhood's been trying to overthrow those monarchies forever.
Anyway, Laura, real quickly, where do people go tonight to see you and Andy Ogles?
laura loomer
Rumble.com slash Laura Loomer, rumble.com/slash Laura Loomer.
You can follow me on X at Laura Loomer.
Thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
Loomer, we love you.
You're the best.
You're the hardest.
I guess if Bannon and Loomer can't get it done, can it get done?
I don't know.
We'll ask that question throughout the week.
The Muslim Brotherhood has to be designated a terrorist organization.
They're in back of all of it.
If you go to all these different terrorist groups, all these different financing groups, you'll eventually get to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Anyway, short commercial break.
We're going to return.
We got Tom Fitton to give me some commentary on this FBI disclosure.
And also, believe it or not, our own beloved Dr. Stephen Hatfield, the paragon of truth, starting in the first days of the pandemic, was fired today over at Health and Human Services.
Dr. Hatfield is going to join us.
Greg Delaney is going to join us.
We're going to get to the bottom of all of it in the war room.
Short commercial break.
back in a moment.

Tom Fitton joins us, Tom.
Today, we had a 100-page report from Comer at Oversight on this Autopen, which is really one of the biggest scandals I've ever seen, dwarfs Watergate, and then Jim Jordan releasing these documents from the FBI on Arctic frost that are really jaw-dropping the lawlessness of this FBI and the Justice Department and the White House under Biden regime.
Plus, Cleta Mitchell came on and said, Hey, all of the prosecutions at the state level were all coordinated by the White House, by DOJ, and by the FBI.
Your thoughts on all this, sir?
tom fitton
Well, of course, working with the Pelosi gang over in the Congress as well on their January 6th jihad.
On the pardons, they're null and void.
The committee report confirms beyond a shadow of a doubt that no one really knew how the pardons emerged, and there was really no authorization that anyone can reliably point to for the pardons, not even an oral authorization.
You know, one of the misconceptions is they need to be signed.
They don't necessarily need to be signed, but they do need to be authorized.
And there's really no evidence that Biden authorized many of these pardons.
And on top of that, when you look at the pardons themselves, they're deficient.
They don't state crimes in large measure.
They go back years, and you can't have a pardon that doesn't delineate a crime.
It's not valid.
It's null and void.
And what the Justice Department should have done six months ago, eight months ago, was investigate and prosecute as if these pardons didn't exist.
Let the defendants raise them as defenses.
And even if they're upheld by the courts, one might argue that the prosecution can go forward.
And the only thing that's prevented is imprisonment or fines or punishment.
So they can go up to being found guilty in the lease.
But I don't think they're valid.
Millie should be prosecuted if there's no pardon or investigated.
Same for Fauci, same for the Biden family mafia gang, all of that.
And it's, I don't know how much evidence we need.
He didn't sign them, and they don't pardon anyone for anything.
They're unenforceable on their face.
steve bannon
When you look at the scale of what Comers had and you look at the scale of what's in the FBI, doesn't this reinforce what we talked about on Saturday, that the Justice Department is overwhelmed right now and that we actually need a special prosecutor that reports directly to the office of the president, or we're never going to get these done in time?
Because now if you look at the Arctic Frost allegations, if you couple that with the Autopen and both the executive orders, and I don't even know the executive order is going to have so many lawsuits around them.
If we don't designate a special counsel, and that special counsel doesn't report directly, directly to the White House, are we ever going to get this done?
Are the criminal referrals ever going to get executed upon?
unidentified
I think some might, but it won't be sufficient.
tom fitton
There's always something that's going to get done, right?
They always do something.
But Durham did something, but it was woefully almost a joke in terms of what he was able to get done.
And, you know, we're told there's going to be a grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida next, in January.
So, yes, something might get done after a grand jury meets three months from now.
Again, it's this go-slow approach.
When you look at the documents Jordan released, it shows that the FBI should be dismantled.
It shows that the Justice Department should have its wings clipped and they can't be trusted to prosecute a jaywalking ticket, let alone politically sensitive matters.
And it's not a question of who's running it.
It's institutionally, they are irredeemably corrupted.
They were targeting dozens of Americans for engaging in First Amendment protected activity.
They went after you.
They went after innocent conservatives.
They went after, you know, they hauled me in before the grand jury.
It was an abuse of power never seen before.
And nothing has been done of substance that we're aware of to date.
Nothing.
No prosecutions.
steve bannon
That would be your recommendation.
tom fitton
No criminal investigations.
Look what they did on January 6th.
They came in and they went out on January 6th from the get-go.
They said this was a big issue for them, and they started prosecuting and hauling people in and targeting Trump immediately.
No evidence any of that's happened at this Justice Department yet.
Maybe it's there and it's all in secret, as we're always being told.
But you know what?
That does not jive with my experience with the way these operations run.
steve bannon
By the way, you're 100% right about the FBI.
If this is the nail in the coffin, I mean, Cash and Bongino, it's impossible for them to reform this because it's too out of control.
It ought to be cut in half immediately, bottom-blown.
What would be your recommendation, Tom, to the president?
tom fitton
I would get a special counsel who can hire unconflicted federal law enforcement or bring in private folks.
There's no reason private entities can't help or private individuals can't help engage in these prosecutions and be deputized effectively by a special prosecutor working directly for the president.
And to a degree, there's support needed from Attorney General Bondi.
She can provide counsel as to the appropriateness of some investigations and such.
But the president has the ability and the right, and I think he should exercise it, to prosecute, direct the investigation.
And I only say this half-jokingly, if he wanted to, he could go into court and prosecute the case himself.
steve bannon
Wow.
You agree with me.
This has to special counsel, special prosecutor has to report to the office of the president.
And President Trump is the chief magistrate and chief law enforcement officer.
He ought to take charge here on getting to the bottom of the scandal.
tom fitton
The FBI agents who are doing this, can the FBI interview the FBI agents who are doing this?
Is the Justice Department going to investigate and investigate the Justice Department attorneys who are still on staff who are involved in this?
They can't do it.
And if they're conflicted out, Institutionally, they're so corrupt that I can't trust them to do it.
Plus, they're practically speaking conflicted out.
And Pam's busy as it is, take it off her plate.
steve bannon
Tom, where do people go?
What's your social media?
Where do they go to?
All the Instagrams you put up, all your social media, and Judicial Watch.
tom fitton
Yeah, it's at Tom Fitton at Judicial Watch.
unidentified
We're at judicialwatch.org, judicialwatch.org.
tom fitton
I got a bunch of great books out, including the most recent one that just came out in November.
Of course, the titles now escape me.
Lord help me.
Turning into Joe Biden.
It wasn't written by Auto Pen.
But there's no one doing more to uncover this.
And I tell you, we're still getting the runaround on documents from the Justice Department and FBI.
Do you know they're still hiding the names of Jack Smith's top people?
steve bannon
God, unbelievable.
tom fitton
And text messages from everything that we're concerned about, they're hiding information from us on, more or less.
They're turning good stuff over to Congress.
That's good.
But there's a lot more to be uncovered, and there's zero interest in doing it in the regular way.
steve bannon
Tom Fenton, you're a patriot and a hero to all of us.
Keep grinding, sir.
unidentified
Look forward to having you back on.
steve bannon
Holding up the information of Fenton.
That makes a lot of sense, doesn't it?
Okay, huge development today at Health and Human Services.
Greg Delaney, Dr. Hatfield.
Gray, first, how do we get here?
This is a couple of months ago.
It was about the $500 million being cut to the big pharma on the research.
The messaging wasn't handled the best.
Nothing was kind of just flopped out there.
The mainstream media was having a field day on this.
You took action.
Tell us what you did.
You took action to make sure that we could counter that narrative, did you not, sir?
gray delany
Yes, and we got Dr. Hatfield came on your show and gave one of the most devastating takedowns of the mRNA technology, seven straight minutes of just truth.
But that was it.
And nothing came out.
There was no fact sheet.
There was no further explanation.
There was no other principals lined up to do media.
There was no full frontal assault to go and explain the tremendous harms of this technology and the American people, why we see friends, family members with stage four cancer out of nowhere.
People need to know the evil that was perpetrated on the American people during the COVID regime.
This was the beginning of unraveling the operation.
And we were prepared to do it.
Unfortunately, we're not able to do it.
And then that ultimately led to my dismissal.
And I know that Secretary Kennedy told Dr. Hatfield that he did a tremendous job on your show and wanted to do more media.
But unfortunately, I don't think I've seen Dr. Hatfield do a show since he did your show.
And I think Emerald's show, maybe the day after.
But since then, I haven't seen anything, including after the autism report, which a robust defense was needed, especially about Tylenol and autism.
So, you know, we're seeing Secretary being very ill-served by his senior leadership, Matt Buckham.
And I don't know exactly the circumstance.
I mean, Dr. Hatfield can explain surrounding his dismissal, but it's extremely troubling to me that the people that are most aggressively driving the Secretary's agenda and trying to make the real substantive structural reforms are the ones being dismissed at HHS.
So what does that say for the future of HHS and for Maha?
I don't know, but we're ringing the alarm bells, and that's why we're here on your show today.
steve bannon
So, Dr. Hatfield, you were our, I reached out to you in the first days when we shifted War Room impeachment.
We took an hour and started, I think, January 20th and called it War Room Pandemic, which became the show for the next, I think, year and a half.
You were our first guest because I called around and said, who's the expert?
They go, Hatfield.
You come on.
And, you know, you're a tough guy and a smart guy.
And you're going to stand your ground about truth.
You're amazing.
Five days after you were on our show, you're at the White House with Navarro working in EOB for the rest of the pandemic.
Talk to me.
What happened today?
You came on our show.
You gave the best defense of Secretary Kennedy and what he's doing and really explained to people, because this audience loves you, why were you fired today?
dr steve hatfill
It's a good question.
I think I was in the way of something.
I got a phone call on Saturday stating that Mr. Kennedy wanted my resignation.
I said, for what?
And Matt Buckham replied, well, you know, the secretary wants to take ASPER, the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response, in another direction.
And I was designated by my boss, who's principal secretary of ASPER, as the chief medical officer for that group.
So I'm saying, well, that doesn't make any sense to me.
I need to hear it in person.
He says, well, you know, your resignation.
I said, no, I did nothing wrong.
You'll have to fire me.
So I heard no more back from him.
And then the following day, I think it was Bloomberg or someone.
I get a phone call and it states that I've been fired for using the title of, I guess, the I'm a senior advisor and the chief medical officer.
So that apparently was wrong.
Although my boss appointed me as that, and they gave me the credit card or the calling cards that said that and put it on my computer in my signature area.
And he said, oh, yeah, and Bloomberg saying, and that you didn't work well with internally or externally, intra-administratively, which is a complete load of nonsense.
I'm involved or was involved in two PCCs, three PCCs at the White House, assisting the Commission Health, the Public Health Service at designing some experiments pertaining to 5G radiation from cell phones,
strengthening the Medical Reserve Corps in fulfillment of President Trump's desire to make local authorities resilient and to get some sort of pandemic response plan back in this country.
We don't have anything at this time.
I worked supervising BARDA and changing some of the focus around to early drug therapies that we desperately need.
Some of this is coming to fruition slowly.
We hope to have a couple of drugs, I was hoping by next year, and really getting a proper pandemic down a response to this.
So none of it, this was all nonsense.
steve bannon
I just want to make sure.
Hang on, hang on.
Hang on, hang on.
They came to you on Saturday and said the Secretary wants your resignation.
They got a phone call.
They came to you on a phone call and said, the Secretary wants your resignation.
He said, hey, he's got to talk to me or whatever.
They never get, when you refused to resign, they never got back to you.
The next thing you hear is a Bloomberg reporter that they leaked that to saying that you had been fired.
dr steve hatfill
Yeah.
unidentified
Yeah.
steve bannon
So it feels like Secretary Kennedy wasn't that involved in this.
Who actually wanted your scalp?
Who wanted you out?
dr steve hatfill
Well, who's controlling Matt Buckham?
You know?
steve bannon
He's the chief of staff.
dr steve hatfill
Yeah.
Yeah.
He had a very good chief of staff, excellent Heather.
But she was let go.
Look, Mr. Kennedy selected the people he wanted to serve and gave them assignments.
I was given pandemic preparedness, getting rid of the messenger RNA vaccines.
They're incredibly dangerous.
And then I'm not allowed to go out there by the communication director and support him because you knew there was going to be a backlash on this.
Mr. Kennedy is a fine man, but he's not a physician.
He's not a scientist.
He's very smart, but he's not a scientist.
I was quite prepared to go out there and explain very carefully to all Americans why this was necessary to be done.
And then the constant deluge, the thing about the Tylenol, the preponderance of evidence does really suggest that it's playing a factor.
One of many factors in autism.
One of many.
The childhood vaccination schedule is playing a huge factor.
He's challenged on this.
I'm not allowed to go out.
I passed over numerous.
I had to go through Stephanie Spear, his communications director, and get her approval to go on any program and defend Mr. Kennedy.
And I was unable to do it.
I kept passing them over, and she kept not approving it.
So he was left out there by himself.
It's the people who have done the most to advance Mr. Kennedy's agenda at HHS are the ones being inhibited and left out by Matt Buckham.
And one wonders who's controlling him.
I can't believe it's Mr. Kennedy.
steve bannon
Dr. Hatfield, we got a heart out.
What's your social media?
We're going to have you back on and drill down much deeper on this story because Make America Healthy Again is a basically foundational element of the coalition that we have that can continue to win and continue to have President Trump's back.
Where do people go?
What's your social media?
dr steve hatfill
drstephenhatfill.com.
I keep a short website and you can send me messages there.
gray delany
And I want to add one more point in on one more point in defense of Dr. Hatfield.
So who is at, can you hear me?
Yeah, so who is actually calling at HHS?
Because who's actually calling the shots at HHS?
Because Dr. Hatfield, I mean, I'm a lower-level staffer.
I may not expect it to hear.
I was supposed to hear from Secretary Kennedy after I was dismissed.
But Dr. Hatfield is a scientist, pharologist, immunologist.
And I have a tremendous amount of respect for Secretary Kennedy, but Dr. Hatfell deserved an explanation directly from Secretary Kennedy because he was fighting.
He cut over a billion dollars from BARDA.
I mean, talk about progress.
That's some of the most progress that's been made at HHS.
And he deserves a call for Secretary Kennedy.
So I'm calling on Secretary Gabriel's statement and for this to be resolved because this is extremely troubling.
I have a new article just that just came out about who is calling the shots at HHS.
steve bannon
Gray, what is your social media?
Where do people track you?
This story is just getting started.
gray delany
At Sale PGD on X. Thank you.
steve bannon
Dr. Stephen Hatfield, thank you, brother.
Hatfield's been with us from the beginning.
The first day of war room pandemic.
Remember those days, folks?
Okay.
We're going to be back at 10 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time tomorrow morning.
It's going to be a long day tomorrow in the war room.
We're going to be back with Real America's Voice at 10 p.m. tomorrow night to basically follow this incredible meeting of Xi and President Trump in South Korea on Thursday morning.
