Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies because we're going to medieval on these people.
Here's not got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media.
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
steve bannon
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
All right.
steve bannon
you Okay, it's the 80th commemoration of the victory in World War II.
We've talked about that a lot in the first hour.
Get back to it in a moment.
Also, President Trump hurtling an Air Force One towards Anchorage, Alaska, the joint base, operating base there where they're going to have this meeting.
A lot of the Russians have already shown up.
And Putin and President Trump will sit down, scheduled to be, I don't know, five or six hours.
President Trump said, hey, I'll know in the first five minutes whether it's going to be a good meeting or not, and I'll cut it off if it's not.
Of course, Secretary of Treasury, our own Scott Besson, is going to be the safe pair of hands.
I'm sure a lot of this is going to come down to economics.
And Secretary Besson will be there.
Also, our own Jack Pasovic is on Air Force One today.
He's in the press pool.
He's going to have a lot of inside baseball.
So we've got Brian Glenn, who will get up in this hour, who's actually there.
We sent Brian out beforehand, and Jack is going to be with the press pool.
They'll get more of the inside baseball.
Wall-to-wall coverage throughout the day, including the joint press, scheduled to be a joint press briefing.
I think that's anticipated at 7.30 to 8 o'clock, at least starting Eastern Daylight Time, Eastern Time.
And we'll cover it all the way through.
And then Real Merck's voice, we're going to have commentary observations.
If we can get Pasobic, we'll do it.
And maybe even Warroom will jump back on.
I'll give some observations where President Trump essentially takes a red eye back.
It's a one-day trip.
Only Trump can do that.
I wonder if he's taking field of greens.
He looks younger every year, right?
Also, I want to announce our new co-host going forward, Dr. Greg.
I'm just kidding.
Man, that was amazing.
I had nothing to do with that.
The Auburn study I just found out about a week or so ago, it's amazing.
But I want to thank Dr. Greg and the team over there.
So to make sure, this is one of the reasons we've put up free on Warroom.film the film, The Deep States Takedown of Richard Nixon by Michael Patrick Leahy and Jeff Shepard.
Jeff Shepard was, as you know, a junior lawyer on the White House staff in the White House council's office.
Remember, the White House council does not represent an individual like General Washington or Donald Trump.
The White House counsel represents the office of the president.
It's been continuous.
It's the lawyer for the office of the president.
And Jeff Shepard was in there.
He saw John Dean and these guys at the very beginning.
He knew something was amiss.
He then spent the rest of his life in archives researching.
He's come up with two brilliant books and talks about really the way that the deep state removed Nixon was through lawfare, was through Judge Sharica.
And if you read the books, it's unbelievable.
You had staffs at the House, on the Judiciary Committee, coordinating with Department of Justice lawyers, of which Nixon, you know, on a titular basis ran because he had his lawyers over there.
But you see, the Justice Department's got their own way that they roll with the permanent lawyers on the staff.
Also, they had the Senate committees, the House committees, Judge Sarica's staff.
It is absolutely mind-blowing what these books show.
And Michael Patrick Leahy put it into film.
It's an hour, approximately 30 minutes.
We've had 28, over 28,000 downloads of that film just in the last two days.
And everybody go to warroom.film.
You can download totally free for two weeks.
Just got to give me Your email so we know how you get how they send the link to.
And also, we're requesting reviews, and the reviews have been unbelievable.
People have been blowing my phone up, so this is incredible.
Well, 10 years ago, as John Solomon's putting out this amazing information that's coming out now from the FBI and from everybody about these grand juries and these grand juries in Florida and the seditious conspiracy of obviously the deep state actors, Comey and Brennan and Clapper and all of them, right?
Now it's come up and John Solomon has put up this incredible reporting about the Clintons and the Clinton Foundation, the Clinton Global Initiative.
And if you hearken back a decade ago, a little institution, a small institution really run by some amazing people actually drilled down into the Clintons and expose their corruption.
And as much as anything else, President Trump's America First and President Trump's, you know, build the wall and bring jobs back in that really intense fight in the 2016 campaign.
A big element of this was people's just hesitation and reservations about the Clintons just being too corrupt.
Not just Bill Clinton and his obvious perversions and corruptions, but really Hillary as the head of the mob over there.
I want to bring in now Peter Schweitzer Eric Eggers from government accountability.
And guys, I just want to, because a lot of people, particularly a lot of the newer audience that's come to the war room since the pandemic or since the 2020 election, a lot of those, a lot of these people didn't even vote for Trump in 2016 or were not awakened to politics, much less what happened in 2015.
I want to go back to the beginning and talk about, because my understanding in talking to people after John Solomon broke it, there's some serious, I don't know, grand jury, there's some serious investigation going on about the very topics you guys exposed over a decade ago.
So walk us through, Peter and Eric, walk through what exactly are we talking about in Clinton corruption, Clinton Cash, all of it, guys.
peter schweizer
Well, what we showed in the book, Clinton Cash, and Clinton Cash was, of course, a culmination of research that the Government Accountability Institute had put forward.
And you, Steve, of course, co-found GAI with me, and you were chairman of the organization at the time that the book came out in 2015.
We showed that the Clintons were taking huge sums of money in the forms of speaking fees that Bill Clinton was getting while Hillary was the Secretary of State.
This was coming from foreign sources like Russia and China, these very corrupt corners of the earth.
And the Clinton Foundation itself was getting large donations from people that were getting favors from the State Department.
They were getting Haitian reconstruction contracts, et cetera.
So that was kind of the genesis of the book.
It was the paper trail.
It was the money trail.
And I would argue that kind of laid the predicate or laid the pattern, which the Bidens would follow later with regards to China.
eric eggers
Yeah, I think you absolutely can't separate the Biden family corruption, which we also chronicled here at the Government Accountability Institute.
Remember, Joe Biden's vice president, Hunter Biden, his son.
They're watching how much money the Clintons are making because she's Secretary of State.
One of the more shocking statistics, Steve, and your audience will just be stunned to learn this.
Bill Clinton, after he leaves the presidency, gives 13 speeches for which he's paid over half a million dollars.
He leaves the office in 2000.
11 of those speeches, in which he's paid over a half a million dollars, don't come until Hillary becomes Secretary of State.
And as Peter likes to say, so he either became a better speaker or people realized the front door to the State Department came in Bill's wallet, right?
And so, yeah, Clinton Cash just exposed the shameless and obscene ways that people traded favors.
And that's what I think widely, quite honestly, the FBI reached out.
And that's what we now know from this John Solomon reporting.
Clinton Cash is published on May 5th, 2015.
And now we now know the FBI is having internal negotiations about should we open an investigation into the Clinton Foundation less than two months later.
steve bannon
When Clinton, because I want to go back about how it was set up, when Clinton, the Clintons left the White House, they actually had negative net worth Because they had never really owned any real estate because he'd been governor of Arkansas and then the president, right?
So they hadn't built up any net worth.
They were actually, I think, had negative net worth, Peter, if I remember your analysis, because of the legal fees around Monica Lewinsky and his impeachment.
As I told people at the beginning, remember, the White House Counsel's office represents the office of the president, not the individual.
So Clinton had to go get his own individual lawyers.
peter schweizer
Right.
steve bannon
Negative net worth.
But they thought of the concept.
They understood with all the world leaders coming into the White House and the Chinese generals with the cash, they weren't really able to skim anything off the top.
So they came up with an architecture that combined their contacts throughout the world.
Hillary's going to be president one day, right?
Maybe she'll take a stop as Secretary of State or Secretary of Defense.
But they set up an apparatus to monetize these relationships, not forward the advancement of the United States, but to monetize their relationships and relationships empowered to come, did they not?
peter schweizer
Yeah, that's exactly right, Steve.
And the reason that this works so well for the Clintons is Bill leaves office in 2000.
What happens?
Hillary runs for the U.S. Senate two years later and becomes a senator from New York.
And we trace the fact that she joined certain committees and the committees that she was on ended up covering areas where big donations came from people who wanted favors from Hillary and Hillary gave it to them.
When she became the Secretary of State under Barack Obama, that's when it just absolutely exploded.
And you got all these foreign entities.
The whole Russia collusion farce as it relates to Trump was not a farce when it came to the Clintons.
I mean, one of the things we showed in the book, and you'll remember, Steve, the New York Times ran a front page story, 4,000 words, confirming the Uranium-1 story.
The fact that Bill Clinton helped these investors get the uranium mines from Kazakhstan with the help of the Russians.
And then they, of course, got Uranium One, which was a U.S. uranium company.
They folded that into it that ended up being bought by the Russians.
And the Clinton Foundation got $145 million from the investors in that uranium company.
So there was Russia collusion.
It was not just that, but there was massive Russia collusion involving the Clintons.
You know, those were the days where they thought Putin, oh, this is a decent guy, a guy we can do business with, and a guy who can make us rich.
steve bannon
Eric, there you see right there is it's not just the foundation that can get the speaking fees and everything else, but it's the exploitation of relationships.
This is what we saw in Biden when we went and saw everything they were doing with the Chinese Communist Party and later with Ukraine.
Talk to me, though, for a second on Uranium One, because people are on me all the time.
Why don't you ever bring up Uranium One?
Did it not shift with nuclear power and nuclear energy and our nuclear ballistic missile submarines as a part of the triad of nuclear defense?
Did we not essentially transfer ownership of Americans, a lot of Americans, almost all of Americans' best uranium, exploitable uranium assets to essentially what became a Russian entity?
Is that the big reveal in Uranium One?
eric eggers
Look, Steve, historians can debate whether it was wise to transfer 20% of U.S. uranium assets to Vladimir Putin.
I mean, he's clearly someone who's proven to be a great steward of energy resources, and he's not going to encroach in a global thing.
No, this was a disaster.
And it was a disaster then.
People flagged it as a disaster.
By the way, you know who knew it was a problem that the Clintons were set up to be kind of trading international favors while people are being paid?
The Obamas.
The Obama administration made the Clintons sign a number of disclosures about people they would and would not take money from in the Clinton Foundation.
Of course, the Clintons violated that almost from day one.
And Uranium One is perhaps the most flagrant violation of things that should have been in the United States' best interest.
I think among the more damning pieces of evidence we have in the Clinton, in Clinton cash, the book, the documentary, the graphic novel, is the fact that this entity called Salita Capital, which eventually became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Russian energy company Rosatom, paid for a speech by Bill Clinton and donated the Clinton Foundation.
Those are the same people, Rossatom, by the way, that built the Iranian nuclear reactors.
So, I mean, the Clintons are deep in the worst elements of what's happening to Russia right now.
steve bannon
Guys, hang on.
I want to hold you through the break.
We've got a lot more to get to go over, including the release of the book, Clinton Cash, the graphic novel, then the film, recent film in 16, how many views the film has had, how it changed the mind of many, particularly Bernie Burroughs.
And I think it shows you, I've always said Bernie Sanders is not a serious person.
All this was out there.
He had two shots at the Clintons, and it was always a pillow fight.
He would never, you have to go there.
If you're going to go against the Clintons, you've got to show that they're a mafia type operation.
And they do not put the interests of the United States first.
They put their own personal avarice and greed and search for power first.
They always have.
Short commercial break.
The government accountability guys are here to talk to you about Clinton Cash and the ongoing corruption of the Clintons.

Guys, I want to get back to the Clintons, but I got to remind people: this small institute, government accountability, you also found out Peter and Eric proved how Nancy Pelosi went from a person on a school board to one of the richest people in Congress, not just by insider trading, but it was even deeper by getting kissed in as she shook down Silicon Valley for the first time to give political donations.
That's what was her rise to power.
She also got kissed into all the pre-IPO, of all the blow-out tech deals and made a fortune.
Her husband, who I think ran a car service, they said, oh, what a genius.
You actually, Peter, exposed them.
60 Minutes actually bid on this.
And I remember they went and they embarrassed her at her weekly meeting where that mouth couldn't even, you know, she couldn't, all the plastic in her face, she couldn't stop the lips moving.
But you got the stock act passed.
I want people to understand all the insider trading stuff you're hearing today.
Schweitzer and Eric got the stock acts passed that banned that for about a minute, did you not, guys?
peter schweizer
Yeah, it, you know, the book Throw Them All Out came out.
That was the first product of Government Accountability Institute that we set up.
60 Minutes ran an episode on insider trading.
They went and interviewed Nancy Pelosi.
I would say find that on YouTube, Nancy Pelosi 60 Minutes.
You're going to be astonished.
It's great.
And then shortly after that, Barack Obama mentioned in the State of the Union address that he wanted to ban insider trading.
And like you said, they did it for a minute, Steve.
Then in an act of bipartisanship, who says bipartisanship is dead in DC, the Republicans and Democrats said, wait a minute, we want to do insider trading.
So they basically gutted the stock act.
And we are where we are today.
And you're quite right.
I mean, people describe Paul Pelosi, Nancy's husband, as an investor.
He ran a car limousine business in San Francisco.
What turned him into an investor was the fact that they got juiced into all these pre-IPO shares of stock.
And in the 60 Minutes episode, we showed that they got, I think it was like 5,000 shares of pre-IPO stock in Visa.
And there was a piece of legislation in Congress that was going to be really tough on Visa.
Nancy Pelosi was the speaker and she killed it.
And they got the 5,000 Shares of IPO stock.
They made $100,000 in like less than four hours when it went public.
And I think there were 11 different IPOs that got shares in stock.
And it also has to be said, Paul Pelosi has a success rate on options trading.
You would know more about this than I do, Steve.
Options trading, very, very difficult, very speculative.
His success rate in making money in options trades is above 80%, which is just unprecedented.
So this is all courtesy of the inside information.
steve bannon
The reason the system, when Peter came to me and says the system allows them to trade on material non-public information, of course, I always say that's ridiculous.
It doesn't happen.
Of course, he was right and proved it.
The book comes out.
The book comes out on May 5th of 2015.
A couple of weeks before Joe Becker, the great investigative reporter for the New York Times, does a front page story on Uranium One that has everybody going to general quarters because it shows just this graft and greed of the Clintons.
What happens?
The FBI, what do we know now in this investigation about what the FBI was thinking of after the publication of the book, Clinton Cash?
peter schweizer
Yeah, so the book came out and within a couple of weeks, we got contacted by the FBI.
These were field offices.
And, you know, Steve, when we set up GAI, one of our rules was if a congressional committee or law enforcement wants our information, we're going to share it with them.
I mean, that's just kind of what we're going to do.
So we gave them all the information and the investigation evolved organically.
These were the field offices.
This was not FBI headquarters.
So you had the FBI office in Little Rock.
You had the public corruption section in Banassas, Virginia.
You had the New York office.
You had the Boston office.
And you might also remember, Steve, there was actually an annex office of the FBI in Lagos, Nigeria that was investigating this as well.
And they actually got their hands on a video recording of a Clinton Foundation donor from Nigeria bragging on a phone call with somebody else that he had donated to the Clinton Foundation, was getting all these favors from the Clinton campaign.
So the investigation was off and rolling.
And again, this was the field offices.
We now know based on the FBI documents released by Cash Patel and John Solomon's reporting that this was shut down by headquarters.
They said, you are to cease and desist.
Stop.
We don't want to hear any more about this.
The field offices kind of continued a little bit because they thought that this was such a big, important story.
And then it was finally Sally Yates at the Department of Justice who said, this is done.
Shut it off.
No more investigation into this.
eric eggers
But Steve, think about this, right?
We now know that we know, according to the timeline, so Clinton Cash comes out May of 2015.
Formal investigations are opened in January of 2016 in his office, as Peter just mentioned.
And then you get pushback from Adrian McCabe and Sally Yates.
Sally Yates says to shut it down.
It's no specific date, but in March of 2016.
So you've got the Department of Justice actively shutting down investigations into real things.
Meanwhile, because of Clinton Cash and the reporting on the Uranium One story and how Hillary essentially helped funnel 20% of U.S. uranium to Russia specifically, this is really important.
The Clinton campaign did a poll.
We know this because it was reported in the Columbia Journal and Review years later.
They knew they had a problem.
They were actually seen as too sympathetic and friendly to Vladimir Putin.
They knew it was one of their biggest political vulnerabilities.
So when Donald Trump emerges, they say, okay, how do we take care of, how do we address this real political vulnerability that we have?
I know, we'll say Donald Trump is the Russian asset.
That's where the steel dossier came from.
That's where all the fabricated intelligence came from.
And so they were able to kind of funnel that and feed that to reporters who felt bad that they were used in this report that ultimately hurt Hillary Clinton.
So just remember this.
The FBI is shutting down an investigation into a real problem of influence trading and money going to Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation.
At the same time, they were promoting the fake story of Donald Trump being a Russian asset.
That's among the things that we now know and this timeline helps add grain or detail to.
It's incredibly gross.
steve bannon
Do we know, by the way, the film comes out, we make the film and we put it out for free.
I think we release it on 1 August.
And it's millions and millions of views, particularly among independents, Democrats, and a ton of Bernie bros that sit there and go, you know, this is what we wanted Bernie to attack her on, her corruption.
And they didn't.
That was a big part of people's hesitation or reservations about Hillary Clinton herself, not just Donald Trump's relentless campaign on putting America first and attacking Hillary Clinton, that there was independent sources out there, particularly.
And I want to mention, Eric, you actually went in this whole process against our advice.
You actually went to Haiti.
Give me a minute on Haiti because now Haiti is another mess because the Clintons, look, the Clintons went down there and grabbed money with both hands and left those people defend for themselves.
Give us your take on Haiti.
eric eggers
Well, let me just say, if Peter told me today not to go to Haiti, I'd probably be more inclined to listen to him.
No, what the Clintons have done in Haiti, I mean, and you talk about the Bernie bros being against what Hillary did.
Their original populist uprising against Clinton corruption is actually from Haitians because you have this devastating earthquake that happened.
$13 billion in aid pours into Haiti.
Hillary as Secretary of State and Bill as special envoy to Haiti for the UN are singularly and uniquely positioned to kind of oversee the reconstruction.
Haiti, as we now know, is still quite broken, arguably way worse off than it was.
But who's not worse off are the friends of the Clintons who were paying for speeches for Bill, donating to the foundation and making money off of these reconstruction contracts.
A cell phone company called Digicel made millions of dollars.
Haiti actually became their most profitable market in the aftermath of the earthquake.
Meanwhile, they're getting contracts from Hillary's Department of State through USAID for like a phone banking initiative.
For the first time ever, Haiti's Senate decides to open up two gold mining permits.
They're going to say, all right, hey, look, we don't have a lot, but we maybe have some natural resources.
Let's see if we have some gold, how that does on the open market.
One of the two companies called VCS Mining, they end up deciding that it'd be a good idea to add noted mineralogist Tony Rodham, Hillary's brother, to the board.
I mean, it's just so blatant the way they exploited that country, those people.
And you can just, and the proof is in the pudding.
Like, the Clintons are rich and Haiti is still quite broken.
steve bannon
They've got barbecue running the thing.
Real quickly, we've got about a minute and a half.
Today, with the grand jury's everything meeting, since they still got Clinton, I think the foundation, they're still out trying to shake people down, this ongoing conspiracy.
The statute of limitations, I think, technically has not run out, has it?
Or is this going to be an active part?
My sources are telling me that, hey, people are drilling down on this big time, even at the grand jury level.
Any updates on that or anything you guys have heard?
peter schweizer
Yeah, no, I think they are drilling down on it.
And look, I'm not a lawyer, but my understanding is that if there is a conspiracy, an illegal conspiracy that's engaged in, the statute of limitations runs as long as the conspiracy, not as when the underlying crime itself happened to occur.
And let's remember, Steve, I mean, what happened when Hillary Clinton lost in 2016, the next year, the Clinton Foundation donations dropped by close to 90%.
And a lot of that was international money.
So it just showed that this was an influence game.
So look, the reason this needs to be investigated is not just to have justice with regards to all the things that the Clintons did.
As you and I have talked about before, Steve, anytime you have a corrupt mechanism that is created in Washington, D.C., it's going to be imitated by Republicans, Democrats, by the establishment.
So we've got to lay down the marker.
This is unacceptable.
You cannot do this.
steve bannon
Hang on for one second.
I just want to hold you to the break because I want to get where everybody goes to get the information.
And Eric nailed it.
Not just did Biden take it as a template.
It's the predicate.
It's the linking device for the whole Russia collusion hoax.
They had to have something and the Clintons had to have a diversion.

steve bannon
Okay, remember, this Clinton investigation is a real thing, and it's going to heat up, and we have to get to the bottom of it.
And the two guys are going to help get to the bottom of it, or my two guests.
Eric, where do people go to get all your social media and everything that you're putting out, sir?
eric eggers
Yeah, thank you.
So, Peter and I do a podcast each week called The Drill Down.
We've been fortunate to have you on as a guest.
We have a lot of really important newsmakers.
We do information you're not going to find anywhere else.
You can find that at thedrilldown.com.
You can find me on Twitter at Eric underscore Eggers.
steve bannon
Peter, where do people go get all your writings, all your books?
You've been doing this for a while.
The stuff's outstanding.
So, where do folks go to get all your content?
peter schweizer
Yeah, you can certainly listen to me on our podcast.
You can go to at Peter Schweitzer on Twitter, and you can find the books anywhere where books are available.
I've got one finished now that'll be coming out in January that I think will be of a lot of interest.
steve bannon
Perfect.
Guys, this Clinton thing is going to is real.
A grand jury is all over top of it.
You guys are going to be the centerpiece of this.
So, go with God, Godspeed on this task of bringing the Clintons to accountability.
God bless you.
peter schweizer
Thanks.
Thanks, Steve.
eric eggers
Thanks, Steve.
Great to see you.
steve bannon
Those are two warriors right there.
And they've taken, but you can't believe the threats.
You can't believe everything about shutting things down, and they've refused to do it.
Another great warrior, maybe our greatest warrior, Alex Jones, joins us.
So, Alex, you help the audience out here.
I'm hearing tons of confusing information every time you talk about info wars and the deep state coming for your assets.
Can you get our audience up to speed on exactly what's happening, sir?
alex jones
When I was on with you last time, and this is basically what everybody's been getting from it.
You're like, hey, great surviving Bloomberg and his gun control group.
It's now come out with the Justice Department, starting with Obama.
And then, even when Trump was in, rogue elements of the Justice Department.
And then, under Biden, running all this lawfare against myself, something you obviously have experienced at an even greater level, Trump and then Flynn and Bannon and myself down the line.
So, I've not been as targeted as you, but I've certainly been targeted by it massively.
And the PR firms, the law firms, the debanking, the lawsuits, the rig courts where you're found guilty by these Democrat activist judges.
And then I went into bankruptcy and they said, oh, we're going to catch you with all this hidden money and stuff.
And that wasn't true.
Then they had the U.S. trustee last year and the CRO who were assigned to it by the Justice Department try to close the building without a court order.
We went and challenged that, stopped them there.
I had to literally stop armed security.
They sent with no court order and said, no, you're not.
I'm calling the police.
They said, well, that makes sense.
We don't have a court order.
This is crazy.
And then they said, we've got a lawyer from the Justice Department saying, you know, I'm ordering you to do this.
And that was back on May 31st of last year.
Then the judge said, sell it on an online auction.
And we had buyers that had already done the first bids because you do bids before the online auction that was more than triple what the other side had done.
And so they just pulled the auction the day before, said they got a secret auction and gave it to the Everytown group that is financing the onion.
And that Everytown group is 97% owned and run by Michael Bloomberg, who we know was financing some of the suits going back years ago.
And so we said, no, we're not leaving.
So they sent in security again.
They turned off the internet.
I went to our backup studios, the Australian Network, and didn't even miss a beat.
You know, thanks a lot for your support.
We're able to build that as a backup.
And then the judge the next week ordered us back into the building, said, this is not true.
I don't believe this was a real auction.
He then, in December, had a two-day hearing and said that the sale was fraudulent and then overrode that.
But the U.S. trustee that's appointed by the Justice Department, and this is hangovers from Obama, will not sell it to anyone.
And we sued them and got the emails and depositions and documents where they said with the plaintiffs, which really Democratic Party, the Paul Weiss law firm and others that have already admitted the wrongdoing against the Trump administration with the law fair, did a $40 million settlement with supposedly community action they were going to do and community service.
And then they even called part of the $40 million community service in their federal filings the suits against me.
So that's something that President Trump obviously needs to know about.
When Paul Weiss said they were going to stop all this, they're the main group running it.
And so now the federal judges said, status quo, you don't want money.
You just want to shut it down.
Jones has offered to settle.
Plus, it's all an appeal at the state and federal level.
And so then they said, no, we're going to get a receiver with the same judge, Guerre Gamble, who ran the show trial in Texas.
And so she appointed the receiver at a Wednesday hearing.
And you can read her statements in Bloomberg, strangely enough.
Of course, Bloomberg doesn't tell you they're behind it.
They should tell you in the article, by the way, the owner of our company is behind this.
That's on record.
But there they are reporting on it.
She said, well, we're going to have now another hearing in September 16th, and that she intends to do the order.
A five-day order is then issued to send in the Travis County Sheriff's Department and close the building.
The equipment's probably only worth $300,000, $400,000.
Again, they've said in the news, we do not want money.
But now they're saying, oh, he'll never pay us.
We're doing this to get our money.
And MSNBC last night said, how dare Jones be appealing this?
He's a terrible person.
And so this has been a long battle.
And when Trump got in seven months ago, two weeks after we were sent finally for a request we did years ago, and it was Obama putting me under national security investigation with Comey 2013, where they then strategically go in and try to disrupt what you're doing, like you're a foreign adversary, and then you ran the law fair and all of that.
Then this year, we discovered in the federal filings, thanks to a lot of Doge stuff that got published, millions from the Justice Department directly to the charities of the people suing me, who then paid the money to the Democrat law firms that are suing me.
They'd be given federal DOJ money, and then they would give the exact amount a week or two later over and over again, millions and millions and millions of dollars to the very law firms, as clearly the payment, it matches up exactly.
And we also got an undercover CIA, FBI, liaison, Gavin O'Blebas, two years ago in an undercover Veritas sting.
It was on a totally separate subject saying, yeah, we investigated Jones back 10 years ago, which we now have the documents was true, and the FBI couldn't find anything.
So we went and did this whole Sandy Hook thing.
Then we have the head counsel in Connecticut saying two and a half years ago in the show trial there that indeed he went and generated the lawsuits, organized the law firms and the families.
So we have a total chain of this being the Democrats and the deep state, the judges finding me that I was defaulted.
So I was guilty.
The juries decided how guilty.
And now they've got so much egg on their face after Bloomberg and the Onion tried the takeover in November of last year and got thrown out and was shown to be a fraudulent auction in the words of the judge.
Now they're back.
The Onions bragging that now they are going to get the name and the equipment and all of it in state court.
And they say, so they can misrepresent who I am and basically, quote, destroy the brand because it's not about money.
It's about punishing me for what I did.
But also in federal filings, we've now learned that these very foundations run by the very families of the children have raised hundreds of millions of dollars by running ads all over Facebook, YouTube, Twitter over the years, everybody saw saying, Alex is harassing us.
Alex is being mean to us.
Send us money.
And when they start the PR campaign for two years, then when they sue me, then when they have the show trials, each time the money massively spikes from nothing, a couple million a year to tens of millions, 30 million, 40 million a year directly off of my name.
So they've gotten 74 million off Remington.
They've gotten almost 300 million in donations off of my name playing victim.
And then they got their $1.4 billion imaginary show trial judgment.
And then they're running around saying it's not about the money.
We just want him off the air, but he also won't pay us our money.
And they've tried to get my appeals thrown out, but now they're failing the Third Circuit that's Democrats signaled they are going to overturn it because the judge in Texas, after the jury found what my, because I've already found Lala the judge, how liable I was, but they only gave him $4 million.
So then the judge busted the caps three weeks later, which you can't do under the law.
It's cut and dry, saying that I was elder abuse because the man was above 65.
So that busted the caps to $47 million.
Well, you can't have a judge find somebody civilly liable for something two weeks after a jury has already come in with their verdict.
So this is the most flagrant kangaroo court show trial garbage ever seen.
It even rivals, it actually surpasses some of the stuff that was done to Trump because of the total and complete absolute transparency.
And they have, again, and I'm non-dischargeable because of how these rulings were done.
And so even though I've turned over all of my assets that are non-exempt, got a house and a car, I get two guns, which I don't ever care about money and stuff, so it's fine.
But now they say their job with these receivers is for the rest of my life to be overlooking every credit card, everything I buy.
I mean, the committee of these Democrats that is a joint committee of the Texas plaintiffs and the Connecticut plaintiffs get in live time every few weeks my bank statements, my credit card statements.
They call my lawyers and subpoena.
Why did he spend $400 at a steakhouse for business?
Who was there?
I mean, this is the level of harassment and stalking that I go through while they play the victim and say that I did things to them I never did.
So this is epic.
I know there's a lot of big news, and I appreciate you being concerned about this.
And it's been a long marathon battle, but the good news is they haven't silenced me.
They haven't silenced you.
And we see populist movements, not just here, but worldwide, exploding as the people of the world have a real hunger.
steve bannon
But hang on.
This is what the audience wants to know.
And we only got a couple of minutes.
One, are you going to be shut down and where can people still get Alex Jones' voice?
And number two, what can this audience do to help?
alex jones
We're battling them.
We're in federal court.
We've blocked them for years.
What they're doing in the state court is cut and dry, unlawful.
But we don't know.
They're so desperate.
I have a gut feeling that Judge Gore Gamble, who's literally a Soros judge on record, I mean, you can pull up her pictures.
Before she became a judge, she has little blue hair and has antifa stuff she promotes.
She doesn't care what the federal court says.
She doesn't care if she gets even in trouble later.
She says she wants this place closed.
And that's what you're supposed to get under the law.
So I would expect by the end of September, barring another miracle, that they will come in here and close it down and grab the name InfoWars.
They've also tried to get real Alex Jones on X, but Elon Musk came in and sued and blocked that.
We have the Alex Jones Network at AJN Live on X. We have backers there.
I don't own it.
So that will be able to continue.
I will be an employee and the news director at a new network we're going to launch.
And then we will just move forward.
Our goal is then to go to 20 hours a day live, not just 12 hours a day live, and to stand in the face because everything they've done is about stopping us, spending our time, our money, our energy.
So we're not focused on exposing the globalists and the Democrats and their agenda.
And they want to stop us from backing President Trump and all the great work he's doing.
So I understand it's imperative that we not just stay on air, but that we redouble our efforts.
So we've already got new news sites.
We've already got it all.
People will find the details at the Alex Jones page on Rumble and Real Alex Jones on X and at AJN Live on X. And there'll be new sites announced, new systems announced, but it's going to be the Alex Jones network.
And then we intend to, again, pick up more and more shows, just like you guys do, one-hour shows, two-hour shows from in the morning right through the evening.
And again, we're just here to augment and boost what everybody else is doing.
And that's really why I'm so excited to see all the other great programs of patriots like you reaching tens of millions a day and just more and more people coming online that are really smart.
Their goal to try to shut me down when it was just you and I and a few others nine years ago has totally backfired.
And we're the majority.
We have the initiative.
We're winning.
But they see Infowars like capture the flag.
They see it like a Roman standard that if they can just get that, it's going to demoralize everybody.
We're going to give up.
No, my crew has never been stronger.
My family's never been stronger.
We're not giving up.
We're not backing down.
And if they think harassing me and demonizing me and all this stuff is Going to deter me in the words of John Paul Jones, the founder of the U.S. Navy.
I have not yet begun to fight.
And I just really appreciate you, Mr. Bannon, for caring about this and realizing how important it is because if they can get me, they can try to pick us off one at a time.
steve bannon
You are a national hero, an American patriot, and national treasure.
unidentified
Going to get everybody over to make sure that they support the new Alex Jones network.
steve bannon
Alex, thank you so much for coming on explaining that in the war room.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Matt.
steve bannon
Hey, Alex, I want to tell people right now where they can go.
They want to make sure they're seeing your content now.
And if you shift over, they'll do the shift.
But where do they go right now for your content, sir?
alex jones
You made a great point.
Sometimes I miss the forest for the trees.
I've not even been talking about where to go because they could come even sooner.
The judge was saying two days ago.
We're still at Infowars.com, Infowars.com forward slash show, where you can find my broadcast of the broadcast we do.
And again, all of this information belongs to everybody.
It's a trademark copyright-free.
You've asked before, hey, can we hear this from your show or that?
Anything I've ever done, it belongs to you, Steve.
It belongs to the people.
That's always how it's been.
They even want to say they own my past catalog of news so they can try to take that off the web.
They are scared of this information.
They're scared of what you're doing.
They're scared of General Flynn.
They're scared of President Trump.
They're scared of Stephen Miller.
And whoever they're scared of, folks, is over the target.
And that's what you've got to promote.
I know your audience is the most informed, understands that, but you're the Paul Revere's.
You are the answer to 1984.
You are 1776.
So yes, my broadcast is 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., but it restreams.
It belongs to everybody.
You can find our own streams at Infowars.com forward slash show.
And of course, on Rumble and over on X. And those are the only platforms that allow us to be there.
But thank you so much, Steve.
And thank you for standing with Infowars because as Trump always says, they've got to get through Trump and Steve Bannon and Alex Jones to get to the people.
And the more the people understand that, the more we win.
So thank you so much, sir, and have a great weekend.
steve bannon
No, your platform is so important and you are so important.
We'll make sure we push all this out.
Any updates get back to us.
The great Alex Jones, American patriot and American hero.
Thank you, sir.
Folks, they're trying to shut him down for a reason.
They know that he is a danger to the deep state.
Full stop.
That's what they're coming.
And what they're doing to come after him is, you just heard absurd.
Brian Glenn, let's go to Brian Glenn.
Brian Glenn in Alaska on the scene.
Set the stage for us, sir.
All right.
brian glenn
The last hour or so, Steve, we have been on these buses that are transporting us to the base here, the Air Force Space here, where President Trump will be landing in about a little over two hours.
But they're going to bring us to a media folding center.
And this is where hundreds of media outlets, Steve, from around the world.
You think that the U.S. has enough?
Well, consider every other country in the world coming here to cover this.
So there's a special media center that we're going to go to.
And they'll hold us there until they bring us to this Warrior Center theater.
And that's where the press conference that takes place at 7:30 your time tonight between Putin and Trump.
And if Trump lands here a little bit after the 10 o'clock hour, but we were granted special permission to literally get off the bus and do this quick update for you guys right now.
But we're on the ground waiting for President Trump to get here.
As you know, all eyes are here on Alaska.
And just recently put out some statements.
I think he's very optimistic that we can get a deal done.
I personally think that maybe Zelensky should have been here as well.
You get them all three in the same room.
But hey, we'll see what happens.
unidentified
No.
steve bannon
No, no, no, no, Zelensky.
Is Putin there yet?
I know the Russian team, a bunch of the Russian teams showed up last night.
For President Trump and his team, it's a one-day trip.
You fly out, get up and crack it before dawn, get to Andrews, fly out, seven or eight-hour flight, six-hour meeting, press briefing, and then get back on a red eye.
Are the Russians already there?
brian glenn
Well, from what I understand from the official schedule that was kind of given us to us yesterday, he wasn't scheduled to land until 11 o'clock today.
So any reports that you might have seen on X, it might have been someone from his team, but President Putin himself is not scheduled to land here until 11 o'clock.
steve bannon
Brian, you're there all day.
The rest of the Real American Voice shows, Charlie Kirk, everybody.
Of course, our own Jack Pesobic is on the plane on Air Force One.
They're going to be coming back to you for updates.
We'll see you back here in the five o'clock hour.
And then Brian Glenn will be in the press briefing.
Brian, I anticipate and I expect not to put any pressure on you that you get the first question.
I don't know.
You know, just not to raise expectations and not to say that Rob Sig said your entire Christmas bonus is tied to that, but we anticipate that you'll get, if not the first question, one of the first questions.
brian glenn
It's all about positioning inside that theater.
And from what I've been told, I've got a good prominent direct eye contact with the state.
unidentified
So let's see what happens.
steve bannon
Brian Glenn, Brian, where can people go on social media?
You're going to be on Real America's Voice all day.
Where do people go on social media to keep up with you, sir?
brian glenn
Yes, sir.
You can find me at Brian Glenn and TV across the board at Brian on Two Source or at Brian Glenn's movie on Getter and Instagram and Facebook and X. And I'll be on the ground.
It's nice and cold here in Alaska, Steve.
Get away from that muggy swamp.
unidentified
Much cooler conditions here.
steve bannon
Much cooler.
The great state of Alaska, the great strategic asset.
Brian Glenn, thank you, sir.
brian glenn
Thank you.
steve bannon
Real America's Voice coverage is going to go in.
We're going to have specials all throughout the day.
You'll have many of the hosts and other commentators, observers talking about when President Trump gets there.
I'm sure there's going to be a ceremony.
We had the governor, Mike Dunlevey, on last night.
He was nice enough to come on and start the show.
A lot going on today.
80th commemoration of the end of World War II, the surrender of the Japanese Imperial High Command in the Empire of Japan.
The official signing document, I think they signed it on the Missouri on September 2nd.
We'll cover all that.
But the two great allies, the Russian people and the American people, today meet through their leaders, President Trump and President Putin, to try to make peace in the bloodlands in Ukraine quite complicated.
Remember, the key is they're going to want the Ukrainians and the EU are going to want the Americans to bail them out financially, and they're going to want us to bail them out on a security guarantee.
That means troops and military support.
So that's two things we've got to watch.
Got some very smart people with President Trump.
When deals collide, the quantum mechanics of my pillow.
And it's been a great day.
Our audience has been working away.
They want a special deal.
What do you got for Mike Lindell?
mike lindell
Well, we had right state when deals collide.
And by the way, Keith Ellison has just attacked the Lindell Recovery Network again today.
Maybe I can tell you about that at five o'clock, everybody.
But today, when deals collide, we have this, three of them collided.
We have the two deals, the free shipping on your entire order and the employee pricing sale, which, by the way, there's a lot of items.
Once they're gone, they're gone.
That's the slippers, the sandals, the beach towels getting low, all these employee pricing sales.
But we've added to it, everybody.
When you click, when you go to mypillow.com forward slash war room, we also added the My Store with a thousand entrepreneurs and thousands of products made in the USA.
Free shipping on your entire order there too with that promo code war room.
It's the only time we've ever done this, and you guys deserve it.
You guys have had our back at my pillow as we continue to get attacked.
Call 800-873-1062.
Tell them you're with the war room posse and with that promo code warroom.
Do all your shopping at mypillow.com forward slash war room where the deals collide and everybody benefits.
steve bannon
We'll see you this afternoon.
Charlie Kirk is next.
