Exist of collusion, coordination, conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russian state actors at the time you learned of 2016 efforts.
john brennan
I encountered and am aware of information and intelligence that revealed contacts and interactions between Russian officials and U.S. persons involved in the Trump campaign that I was concerned about because of known Russian efforts to suborn such individuals.
And it raised questions in my mind, again, whether or not the Russians were able to gain the cooperation of those individuals.
I don't know whether or not such collusion, that's your term, such collusion existed.
I don't know.
But I know that there was a sufficient basis of information and intelligence that required further investigation by the Bureau to determine whether or not U.S. persons were actively conspiring, colluding with Russian officials.
rachel maddow
This is the latest statement, latest tweet, as you were just saying.
The president-elect's latest unsolicited pronouncement on the intelligence community.
This was his tweet just a little while ago tonight.
You see the scare quotes there.
The intelligence briefing on so-called Russian hacking was delayed until Friday.
Perhaps more time needed to build a case.
Very strange.
We're actually told, intelligence sources tell NBC News since this tweet has been posted, that actually this intelligence briefing for the president-elect was always planned for Friday and hasn't been delayed.
But he's taking these shots, this antagonism that's taunting to the intelligence community.
chuck schumer
You take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.
So even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he's being really dumb to do this.
rachel maddow
What do you think the intelligence community would do if they were moving?
chuck schumer
I don't know, but from what I am told, they are very upset with how he has treated them and talked about them.
And we need the intelligence community.
We don't know what's going on.
Look at the Russian hacking.
Without the intelligence community, we wouldn't have discovered it.
rachel maddow
Do you think he has an agenda to try to dismantle parts of the intelligence community?
chuck schumer
I mean, this form of whether you're a super liberal Democrat or a very conservative Republican, you should be against dismantling the intelligence community.
margaret brennan
The impeachment inquiry is underway, sparked by a complaint from someone within the intelligence community.
It feeds the president's concern, an often used term about a deep state being there to take health.
steve bannon
Well, thank God for the deep state.
unidentified
Thank you.
steve bannon
This is the final screen of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
You're going to not get a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media.
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
steve bannon
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Battle.
steve bannon
It's Wednesday, 9 July, Year of Our Lord, 2025.
I keep saying the most important fight that we have in the Third World War.
Anybody that tells you, any commentator comes on and says, oh, you know, all these people, the Panakins, you know, the Third World War didn't start because, you know, President Trump obliterated the nuclear program and et cetera, et cetera.
And Israel is just trying to do that, not trying to do regime change.
Of course, that's a lie.
No, the Third World War has started.
It's bloodier than the first couple of years of the Second World War, as this audience knows.
We talk about it.
And the most important front is here in the United States.
What's happening in these streets?
What's happening in these sanctuary cities?
The 10 million I say and Holman says 7,000 a day.
Do the math, get you to about, I don't know, 9, 9, 5 million.
Got to go in the first term.
Now, my number is 10.
Green's number's 13.
Trump's number is 21 million under the thing.
Hey, pick a number.
Let's just get them out.
Mass deportations and no amnesty.
But central to that in the geopolitics of coming back and a hemispheric defense, because today they're marking up the NDAA.
MTG is going to join us in a second.
We've had the team from CRA over here about the wokeness to get the codification of this anti-woke stuff in there.
But that's not actually the biggest deal.
The biggest deal is the size and scale and our ambitions as an empire.
It's got to end.
And that fight, folks, is about the deep state.
And you can tie Epstein and Ukraine and what's happening, quite frankly, in the Middle East, right?
And the Chinese Communist Party's infiltration of our nation all tied back to the deep state.
It's got to come down.
And we only have a couple of years to do it.
And we've got to be a general quarters.
This is what we have to be a DEF CON one about.
And if we blink or do some side deals, right, or, you know, go after some marginal people, so you've got a couple of trophies up on the wall.
That's not, this must be dismantled.
It must be taken apart brick by brick.
It's not going to be easy.
You think, look at USAID.
You think it's going to be easy to take this apart?
No, it's not.
You just had Sherman people saying, hey, you go ahead, play the fool, go do it.
Go try it.
Well, we have to do it.
We have to do it.
We don't have an option.
The upstream thing about whether they have it or not, it's a central front in the taking down of the deep state.
It must be done.
This Ukraine thing, the whole effort to get Bridge Colby and Pete Hexeth out of the Pentagon right now because they're the ones cautioning that we're getting the deep state is sucking us in just like what happened in the 12-day war.
You give them arms first.
They really sometimes can't use all the arms or don't know how to operate them or they need additional help.
Then, when the fighting starts, we come in as a combatant immediately.
We had the Arlie Burke-class cruisers in the eastern Med were providing all the air defense.
The ceasefire came because President Trump, as commander-in-chief, saw how the Israelis were getting crushed by the ballistic missiles of the Persians.
Tel Aviv was getting, they were taking blocks out.
And then you get drawn into, to bring it to it, you get drawn into as an offensive combatant.
That's what this amazing, magnificent bombing run and tomahawk missile from the North Arabian Sea, a part that I used to cruise in a little destroyer, but the Tomahawks hit from 400 miles, a combined Navy-Air Force operation.
The same arc is going to take place in Ukraine unless we stop it now.
You get sucked into giving more arms.
NATO doesn't step up, or they're still the weak sister.
Next thing you know, you've got people there doing the defensive, the air defenses, because the Russians are coming and they're hitting Kiev as hard as they can hit.
And they're going for Edessa.
Understand they're going for Edessa.
So you're going to get sucked in to defend Edessa.
Next thing you know, you're in a shooting war in the exact place where we bled out the Wehrmacht in World War II and destroyed Hitler and his army at Kursk and Stalingrad and all of it, the Bloodlands.
It ain't called the Bloodlands for nothing.
Right there, you're going to get inexorably drawn into a war that Patton and Montgomery and Marshall and Eisenhower and all of those guys.
If you think they're all the heroes of World War II, I don't want to hear about Churchill.
I want to hear about the Americans.
You look at the Americans, because Churchill is always trying to get you into the Balkans.
The Americans said, not going to happen ever.
MTG, you have courageously now stood up again, and your courageous stance on AI is you and Blackburn are the two reasons in this country that we don't have this AI thing is at least somewhat slightly under control, what it would have been because of your courage telling President Trump, who you put at the top of the list, and he respects you more than I think anybody else in the house said, look, I love you.
I ain't voting for this.
So you've already had action.
Tell me about this bill you're putting up on this disastrous NDAA of the trillion-dollar defense bill, ma'am.
marjorie taylor greene
Well, this is so important, Steve, and I really appreciate your opening there.
And I fully agree with you.
I have fought from day one, U.S. involvement in Ukraine, U.S. funding of that war, sending weapons there.
This is a war that should not be happening.
It should be over.
And the United States has no business being involved in it, let alone guiding the efforts in the war.
And that's something that we can't ignore.
That is what has been happening.
However, so I fully support our military.
Love President Trump.
I think Pete Hegset's doing a great job.
But there are some parts of this NDAA that I cannot support, and that's continued foreign aid and foreign funding.
And it needs to come out.
So I'll run through my list real quick, Steve.
I'm entering amendments to strike $500 million more dollars for nuclear armed Israel.
And it's important to say nuclear armed Israel because they do have nuclear weapons.
This is not a helpless country.
And we already give them $3.4 billion every single year in the state from the State Department.
$3.4 billion every single year.
They don't need another $500 million in our defense budget.
That's for the American people's defense.
That's for the defense of the United States of America and our borders.
And, you know, Israel, you can, nuclear-armed Israel, I think it's really important to phrase it that way.
Nuclear-armed Israel doesn't need $500 more million dollars from the American people.
Our government just bombed Iran on their behalf and destroyed their nuclear, Iran's nuclear problem.
So I'm entering an amendment to strike $500 million more dollars for nuclear-armed Israel.
Another amendment, $500 million for Taiwan.
I'm entering an amendment to strike that.
We give them $300 million every year in the State Department, and they just got $2 billion, $2 billion with a B in 2024 from the foreign aid supplemental under the Biden administration.
They don't need $500 million more dollars.
I'm also entering an amendment to strike $500 million to Jordan.
Jordan doesn't need it.
They get $1.6 billion every single year from the State Department.
So I'm entering amendments to strike those.
But let me give you some that I think are outrageous beyond what I've already listed.
$15 million for HIV prevention, education, and activities.
$15 million for Africa for HIV prevention, education, and activities.
That is absurd.
We don't need to be doing this anymore.
If people don't understand what's causing AIDS, then they're on their own.
And I'm sorry, the American people are broke and cannot afford this type of funding for foreign aid anymore.
And the American people shouldn't have to pay for it.
The American people are loving and giving people, and they can donate to these things on their own.
But we're $37 trillion in debt.
Here's, I'll give you the last one.
$118 million for overseas humanitarian disaster and civic aid.
Steve, this crosses the line for me.
I didn't see foreign countries flooding into America when Lahaina burned, when California burned, when East Tennessee, Western North Carolina, and North Georgia were destroyed, and Eastern Georgia were destroyed with Hurricane Helene.
I don't see foreign countries running to Texas right now.
I don't see them throwing money and disaster aid and civic aid and all of this stuff.
And I don't think that doesn't belong in our defense budget.
And so I'm entering amendments to strike all of these things.
And I think it's important that we do that.
Enough of the foreign aid.
steve bannon
But hang on, hang on.
Hang on.
But I want to go back and talk about the way the system works.
You were a voice on this back in the early days of 22 when we started stripping all this money over here.
When this show and Tucker Carlson and Jack Pesovic, all of us warned, we can't go there.
Mersheimer's right.
We cannot do this.
There wouldn't have been 2 million people dead, and Trump hadn't been in office, wouldn't have happened.
President Trump, he had the Israelis here.
He's trying to get peace.
He's trying to lay down the guns in Gaza.
He's saying, We're not going to do regime change.
I ended the 12-day war.
It's obliterated.
He's trying to work with Putin to put the guns down.
You hear every time it's the humanity of Trump saying, hey, they're killing 5,000 guys a day.
What do you say, particularly in this Ukraine pivot?
What do you say to the president who's trying to bring peace to the world when the Russians have 675,000?
I confirmed that overnight, the Ann Apple bomb.
They've got a 675,000 man army for guys that got defeated.
You know, where do they come from, right?
But they're focused on Edessa.
They're going to be rolling.
So what do you tell the president, ma'am, who's trying to get peace?
And he believes in his heart that a little bit, Putin double-crossed him.
It thought they were making progress.
And Putin said, butt out last week.
It's a bilateral deal.
And then they bombed Kiev in the worst bombing they've had.
30 seconds, MTG, I got to hold you over for a second.
Your thoughts.
marjorie taylor greene
I'll tell the same thing I tell President Trump in private when I talk to him on the phone text messages as I'm so thankful for his efforts for world peace.
And that's one of the reasons why I fully support him.
But we don't need to be involved in the Ukraine war.
We just don't.
We shouldn't have ever been involved from the beginning.
Our only efforts should be to work towards peace, Steve, and not towards war and involving ourselves in there.
So that'll be my continued advisement to President Trump.
And I will continue to say I'm not voting to fund the Ukraine war.
I'm not going to vote to fund the American people's taxpayers and never for American troops to be on the ground there.
steve bannon
Hang on.
Just give me a short break.
I just need you for a couple of minutes on the other side about this NDAA.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Battle.
steve bannon
MTG, hang on.
So folks, go to Bill Blast and get Grace Chong, and I got to talk about Bridge Colby.
Some of the stuff MTG said right there, I don't totally agree with.
You know, we got to defend Taiwan.
We got to take down the CCP, but that's a detail.
MTG, here's what I don't get, ma'am.
Because you've been a warrior.
She's not a Johnny Cum lately, and she's not someone who made all these ridiculous comments and are trying to backtrack on it.
She's been right as we've been right.
And Tucker's been right.
And everybody's been right that are on our side since that day was in February 22, right?
Right.
Right.
Now, hold it.
You're talking about an amendment, and you're going to have the warrant posse up on the ramparts, and they're going to be taking Bill Blaster, and they're going to be lighting guys up.
Correct me if I'm wrong, ma'am.
Didn't we get, you held up, I think the Foreign Relations Committee, we got an amendment because they needed every vote, and we were pounding them, and they needed your vote to pass on an audit, a forensic audit for the American people of every penny we sent to Ukraine.
Ma'am, it's July of 2025.
Can you please let's walk through the audit that they gave you?
Can you talk to us about that audit, ma'am?
marjorie taylor greene
Yes, Steve, and the War Room posse is amazing and always pushing helping these things get across the line.
And so I've been opposed to government funding of the Ukraine war.
I don't want to be involved in any foreign wars.
I think we've got a war in our own country that we need to be fighting.
And I think that's the most important one.
But yes, the Foreign Affairs Committee in 2023 passed my amendment to do an audit of U.S. funding to Ukraine.
And I never got that spreadsheet.
I never received that audit in detail.
But I did get a little chat with the Government Accountability Office on governments, on our funding.
But they told us that they were going to be able to do that.
steve bannon
Hold it.
You got the amendment and they told you to go F yourself, essentially.
They're not going to give you an audit.
You're just a congressman from Georgia.
Who cares?
You're one of the leaders of the MAGA movement.
They don't care about the MAGA movement.
The deep state said, hey, pat her on the head.
Let's pass an amendment.
When she comes looking for an audit, hey, we'll let you talk.
Call this number and talk.
This is the helpline.
Call the helpline and they'll assist you.
They're just blowing us off.
marjorie taylor greene
Yeah, they're blowing it off.
But actually, what I did by continually being vocal is I built support in what I was saying.
And it became one of the top issues in the 2024 campaign where it was no more money for Ukraine.
steve bannon
On narrative, it's brilliant.
My point is, and we're going to get fitting on here about the Justice Department and the Epstein thing.
The apparatus sits there to control the information.
By controlling the information, they control the process.
By the control of the process, they have power.
Our objective is quite simple.
Here's the thing about the deep state.
Here it is.
We're going to take General Sherman, and that's, as you know, coming from Georgia, a simple plan, aggressively executed.
Not some complex plan, a simple plan, aggressively executed.
And here's going to be the plan.
We're going to take these people down one by one.
We're going to make this thing right now.
They're trying to take out Bridge Colby.
This is McConnell's crowd because he says we got to pivot to Asia.
We've got to get out of the Ukraine.
We've drawn down the Patriots.
We're making the United States vulnerable, right?
marjorie taylor greene
Yes, Israel.
steve bannon
We've got to move out of the Middle East.
This is what they're trying to do.
We have to, and that's why you're the tip of the spear.
You're the tip of the spear, and they're always trying to take you out, ma'am.
marjorie taylor greene
Of course they're always trying to take me out.
They spread lies about me constantly, Steve.
Here's the issue, and I really want to bring this up because I think everyone watching the show fully agrees.
The war that we have to fight is for our elections because it's through our elections that the American people actually control their government.
And we don't have control of our elections right now.
And you can call me conspiracy theorist or whatever you want to call me, but I really think our elections are a major problem in this country.
And so I've introduced a bill, Steve, that would immediately call for a new census where we count, not only do we count the population because that's in the Constitution, but we count American citizens only.
We count American citizens.
Then, the second part is calling for reapportionment based on the count of American citizens only, so that House district lines are drawn to represent United States American citizens only.
And that also involves the Electoral College count, which is incredibly important.
That will be based on American citizen count only.
So, you're going to see changes from California will lose seats.
They will lose electoral college numbers.
So will New York, and so will any other sanctuary state and city.
It will drastically change how the American people are represented, and it will drastically change and correct our elections.
steve bannon
And then the third thing is that the census, we had in the last census, we had the Commerce Department ready to go with exactly that, word for word, and like an executive thing.
The people that we had to fight the worst were the rhinos.
marjorie taylor greene
Yes.
steve bannon
The corporatists and the Republican Party were worse than the Democrats.
They're the ones that got to pull that.
Let's find them, Steve.
We're going to.
Last thing.
Last thing.
Your recommendations to the president this morning on the Epstein situation.
You've been all over this.
Tell me, what's your recommendation to President Trump?
marjorie taylor greene
Well, I don't tell President Trump what to do.
I support President Trump and I represent my district and the American people and the House of Representatives.
And here's what I think is incredibly important is the Department of Justice and the FBI needs to provide more answers because Jeffrey Epstein is the most well-known pedophile and sex trafficker in modern day human history.
And he was surrounded by rich, powerful people, foreign leaders, and American leaders.
And this can't go unanswered.
People will not accept it.
I mean, think of the fact.
Bill Clinton was on his plane over 26 times.
He was one of his victims was photoed with Prince Andrew.
These people were surrounded, surrounded themselves with Jeffrey Epstein.
And when you hang out with somebody, you know what they do.
So it's very hard for people to believe that there weren't foreign leaders or American leaders or rich, powerful people involved in his activities.
That's just, it's hard to, it doesn't pass the smell test.
And it's not wrong for people to continue to ask questions.
steve bannon
Your recommendation is FBI and DOJ need to turn over all the information they have?
marjorie taylor greene
My recommendation is this case should not be closed.
We have Ghislaine Maxwell is in prison right now, and her little black book was ordered to be sealed under the court.
And it has over 2,000 names of rich, powerful people and politicians in that contact list.
So it's hard.
It's just, look, there's nothing wrong with asking these questions.
There's nothing wrong with saying, we want to know more about this.
And I think that's important.
It's important to say, I support President Trump and his administration while continuing to say, we want more answers on this.
That's not disloyalty.
That's actually thinking for yourself.
And it's actually pushing for better accountability.
And that's what the American people deserve.
And I think it's incredibly important to keep asking those questions.
The American people are fed up with what they consider to be being lied to or told a narrative that's not true.
And that's what this election was about, not only in 2016, but again, in 2020 and 2024.
The American people demand that the deep state no longer control this country.
The American people demand loyalty and truth and transparency.
And that is the right thing to continue to search for.
steve bannon
MTG, where they go to social media to make sure they read this amendment you've got for the NDA and all your other posts.
Where do they go?
marjorie taylor greene
Yes, Rep MTG is my official congressional pages.
That's where I'm posting up much of this information, as well as information about the new weather modification and geoengineering bill that I have introduced this week that would ban this, just like the state of Florida and Tennessee has already done.
It's a bill I've been working on for months and months and months, and I think it's incredibly important.
steve bannon
Thank you, ma'am.
Thanks for taking the time.
I know you're busy.
marjorie taylor greene
Yeah.
Thanks, Steve.
steve bannon
Grace, let's get Bill Blaster up there.
We need people on the ramparts today in this NDAA.
Let's go to Tom Fenton.
Tom, Brennan Comey, your work at Judicial Watch, and since I've known you and I made the film with you, I don't know, back 10, 12 years ago, District of Corruption, your fight really at Judicial Watch is against the administrative and deep state, is it not, sir?
tom fitton
It sure is.
I mean, that film, District of Corruption, was 2012, right?
And, you know, we talked about those issues back then.
And, you know, of course, it wasn't even new then, the issue of actors who either are appointees or part of the permanent administrative state, the deep state, that think they can wait out reformers, wait out politicians that they don't like when they come into office, and just keep on doing what they want to do.
And Brennan is a perfect example of this.
You know, he's a former communist, if I recall correctly.
He voted for the Communists.
steve bannon
He was 1972, I think, the election.
tom fitton
Yeah, I mean, so necessarily he takes the long view.
He's trained that way.
And they set up President Trump at the end of the 2016 during the transition, obviously going into 2016 as well.
Obama was running it from the White House.
People have to understand Brennan was not a sole actor here.
He was acting at the direction of Barack Obama.
Joe Biden was directly involved in the targeting of Trump along with Comey.
So the Justice Department leaks Yesterday, and I wonder if there's any timing issues with that leak.
That Brennan's been referred to for criminal investigation, presumably for some perjury issues.
I'm not quite sure what he testified to, so I'm not sure what that is going to be about.
And then Comey for something that's unspecified.
Now, I don't understand why Comey hasn't been arrested yet, given his threats to the president, his threat to the president encouraging the murder of President Trump.
But, you know, look, I'm not going to say I'm not unhappy about the fact there's going to be a prosecution or at least a criminal investigation.
But I tell you, you know, given the timing of the leaks, you got to wonder if it was more about distracting from the menu.
steve bannon
You were talking about the timing of Brennan and Comey versus what happened with Epstein.
Tom Fitton here has a solution he's going to lay it out for us.
Poso also and George Papadopoulos all next in the war room.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Battle.
steve bannon
You can go back to a point in time in 22 November 1963, the murder in broad daylight of the President of the United States, Jack Kennedy.
A coup d'état by the CIA.
We know this now.
The CIA's lied.
If it wasn't a big deal, why have they lied about basically having Oswald on the payroll, on the payroll of one of these front groups in New Orleans?
In New Orleans.
That's a fact.
Something they lied about because they understood that was going to unwind him as the Patsy.
It's clear of Angleton and what these guys were doing.
And they had another coup.
That's the first coup.
Nixon wasn't.
It wasn't Bob Woodward and Bernstein running around the Washington Post.
That was part of it.
That was narrative building.
It was also the intelligence services, but it was also the judiciary.
Read Jeff Shepard's books.
Look at the work that Michael Patrick Leahy has done.
That was a coup, absolute coup with the judiciary this time, because that's when they realized we can hermetically seal the Justice Department.
You're going to have massive news.
Poso is going to break on the show in a second, about the corrupt judiciary and the prosecutors over at the Justice Department putting an innocent man, giving him a two or three year prison sentence just thrown out in an appellate court for lack of evidence after he's already been found guilty in a federal court.
unidentified
This is in your face.
steve bannon
The reason Epstein, Fenton, you're the pro, you're the tip of the spear here, but my point is Epstein's part of the war against the deep state.
You have to take it to its logical conclusion.
And part of that is the information has to go out, particularly it has nothing to do with people being worked up about it.
It's about the deep state.
It's about the intelligence services.
It's about how the intelligence services work with foreign intelligence services.
That's the deep state.
It's the interconnection with MI6.
It's the interconnections with German military intelligence.
It's the interconnections with not just the Mossad, what was it, Shin Ben, the Israeli military intelligence is better than that's better than the Mossad.
It's also with some of the Arab states' intelligence services.
So Fenton, you've been on this more than anybody.
You've got a lawsuit with them.
You've heard this mumbo-jumbo that's coming out.
Let's go to General Sherman and let's have a simple plan aggressively executed.
Tom Fenton, because I know Fenton knows this better than anybody.
The brother's been doing this for two decades.
On this one, he's been the tip of the spur.
It's his suit.
It's O'Keefe's video and his suit that got us to this point.
So what is your specific recommendation to the President of these United States that we should do here in this situation with Epstein?
tom fitton
Well, if they had asked me initially, they probably could have saved themselves a lot of heartache and the president wouldn't be going ballistic at a cabinet meeting over the screw-ups by his Justice Department and FBI with that crazy anonymous memo.
So the memo is telling us that we're not getting any more documents.
Literally contemporaneous with that, the Justice Department, through a Judicial Watch FOIA lawsuit, told the court, oh, the FBI has searched for and is reviewing documents for potential release.
The Justice Department has searched for and is reviewing documents for potential release.
So which is it?
Are we not getting any more documents or is the reality more complicated that there's a FOIA lawsuit out there, and I bet you we're not the only one, asking for these Epstein records?
And so if I were President Trump or Pam Bondi or Cash Patel or someone in a position to try to be more transparent on this issue is that I would take advantage of this FOIA law and FOIA lawsuit.
And taking advantage of it means you start disclosing through the process, and the disclosures usually come with, you know, they want to withhold information.
You can withhold information.
You have to disclose the reasons for the withholding and explain to the court and to the American people exactly what you're doing and why, as opposed to this blunderbuss email or memo that was leaked to Axios saying that, you know, everyone is asking questions about.
steve bannon
Hang on.
But hang on.
Hang on.
Stop right there.
Stop right there.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
The memo.
It's not dated and it's unsigned.
What is it?
Is it an inner office?
Correct me if I'm wrong.
There's no date on it and it's unsigned, correct?
We don't know who the author is and it's not dated, correct?
tom fitton
Yeah.
It's very strange.
You know, I was thinking about this.
I've been here.
I've been now 27 years at Judicial Watch.
There's something new every day from the government that just makes you scratch your head saying, well, this is, I hadn't seen this before.
I hadn't seen this one before.
You know, an unsigned memo laying out, and really, and the reason no one wanted to sign it, in my view, was because at its heart, it's an attack on President Trump's supporters.
It's an attack on Americans who have concerns about the way the Epstein case was handled, which goes beyond even President Trump's supporters.
And my guess is if you polled it, it'd be, you know, you'd get 70% who have questions about it.
And they basically told us that we don't know what we're talking about.
And the reason we don't know what we're talking about, because they've looked at secret evidence that they won't share with us.
And I don't think that's going to, you know, that memo isn't going to stand up in court.
That's my view.
And so we're just going to keep on litigating.
I mean, the solution is just keep on doing what we've been doing.
You know, whatever path you're on, you just keep on going forward.
And in case of judicial watch, we will be relentless in trying to get more information.
And in fact, there shouldn't have to be anything.
steve bannon
We will be doing more.
Right.
We will talk to the state department, CIA.
tom fitton
We're going to be asking.
steve bannon
If you could talk to the president, though, that means years in court.
This is how the deep state wins.
They break you.
You financially have done such a great job, have so many small donors.
My dad used to hit you all the time.
The one institution he loved in this town was Tom Fenton.
He'd get that monthly newsletter.
He'd read the print off it.
Every time I went down, I'd go down, try to go down every weekend, the same or every other weekend.
He'd be reading the petition.
No, his greatest thing was coming to the premier of the District of Corruption.
But Fenton, can't the Justice Department approach the court and give them a petition to unseal the evidence that's sealed and then bundle it with everything they've got and just put it out there?
Isn't that the most basic thing you can do?
tom fitton
Yes, and I've heard that that's something the Justice Department has refused to do.
They told us that in the memo.
They don't want to do it.
But I don't know how many documents there are at issue.
Maybe we don't need the documents that are under seal.
I don't know.
Again, this is a black box, and FOIA is designed to open that box up and see exactly what is it you mean, what documents, how many documents are at issue.
Remember, the FBI, both Cash and Pam were talking about how the FBI interfered with their efforts to disclose this information up in New York.
Do you remember that?
I remember it.
They were talking about it.
Nothing in the memo about that.
Who obstructed the release of the information?
Our lawsuit's about that.
They haven't given us anything on it yet.
And the president can accelerate the FOIA, and the agency heads can accelerate the FOIA process.
And all it takes is political will.
I mean, we were in court the other day, Steve, trying to get the Biden family emails out of the archives.
They come into court, Justice Department attorney working for Pam Bondi, says we've got 700 more documents to review.
We need 30 months.
unidentified
God.
30 months.
tom fitton
And by the way, even if we don't want to give you some of these documents, it's not reviewable under the law.
So you may have to wait up to 12 years or something like that.
So that's me, and I'm not saying that.
steve bannon
This is the Justice Department.
tom fitton
This is the failure of leadership on FOIA and transparency.
The biggest issue in recent American history, the corruption of the Biden family, we've got a Trump Justice Department lawyer working and reporting to Pam Bondi and her colleagues, representing the archives.
Who's the archivist now?
Marco Rubio?
Coming in and says Judicial Watch may have to wait up to two and a half more years before we get the full detail on what Joe Biden was up to when he was in the Obama administration.
steve bannon
Uh, Tom, where do people go to your website?
I want everybody to go to Judicial Watch today.
tom fitton
I'm going to have to take my blood pressure medication now.
steve bannon
No, I want your blood pressure up on this because Finton, that means Finton's in the lead tank.
It's got to be more than just a FOIA.
Here's why.
You just seen, the memo told you, and what you're seeing over here on the Biden stuff.
This is my point.
Let me step back for a second.
We don't control the Justice Department.
We don't control the FBI.
We don't control the CIA.
We don't control all the agencies that Tulsi oversees.
We don't control the Pentagon.
That part of the apparatus that is the deep state and the administrative state around it, they control it.
We don't.
They just see Trump as a passing figure, like they see everybody as a passing figure.
They had two coups.
They took out Kennedy in a coup.
They took out Nixon in a coup, right?
And they took out Trump the first time in a coup.
They got three.
tom fitton
They tried to set him up to be a trip.
steve bannon
This audience and this president, this is what his moral authority is.
He said, screw you.
They wanted to go to Mar-a-Lago.
This audience said, f ⁇ yourself.
We're not going to do that.
We are going to fight and get it back.
And now we're back.
It's the first time they've ever been defeated.
And now we must run the tables.
If we don't run the tables, they're going to destroy us.
And you know what?
We will deserve to be destroyed.
If we don't do this now, now, now, we deserve to be destroyed.
We've got, this is what the thing of victory is.
It's not permanent until we permanently take them apart.
And it can be done.
They're cowering.
With all their power and all their control, they understand that we're the mortal threat to them.
And this is why they try to, and this is why they try to suck us into these sideshows.
Like, let's go regime change Persia and get you sucked in for 25 years.
Let's get you into a land war near Stalingrad and Kursk.
How about that?
Let's go do that.
Let's have Americans die.
Do you understand if you talk to Sir Bernard Montgomery and if you talk to Patton and if you talk to Eisenhower and Marshall And said, Americans are going to be defending Odessa.
They go, have you lost your freaking mind?
We're not going to be anywhere near there.
You get sucked into a land war there.
You're an idiot.
This is what the deep state does to distract you from the central fight.
The central fight is in the streets of America and in the halls of power in this city, in the imperial capital.
The Praetorian Guard is here.
If we're going to fight and destroy them, let's take down the Praetorian Guard.
Ain't that the lesson of the Roman Empire?
Well, isn't that the lesson of the Republic?
tom fitton
I mean, you know, I've talked about shattering and scattering the FBI.
I mean, that's a perfect example.
38,000.
Have they had their budget cut in any significant way?
I don't think so.
They even have it.
They even had a budget cut in a significant way.
And poor Cash is out there celebrating their new hires.
How more people are applying for work?
And I'm like, I thought we were going to.
It's just driving me crazy.
steve bannon
You're killing me now.
No more photos.
I don't need to see the assault team with my brother Cash on.
Anyway, you're killing me now.
Fenton, where do people go?
Where do people go to social media?
Where do they go to your site?
tom fitton
Well, they go to judicialwatch.org.
We got the documents.
I'm just not yelling about this stuff.
We're going to court two, three times a week now, not against the Biden administration, but against the Bonnie Justice Department.
steve bannon
Damn.
It's unbelievable.
We fought for this.
tom fitton
We're all over.
We're all over the internet.
Tom Fitton at Twitter, Judicial Watch, YouTube, Facebook, your name.
steve bannon
Take your blood pressure pills.
Take your blood pressure pills, Tom.
tom fitton
I don't think there are enough in the world to deal with this.
steve bannon
Fitten's not a screamer.
Love you, brother.
Short break.
Papadopoulos and Poso next.
unidentified
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the CCD.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
This is why the line of demarcation in history is January, February, is Trump coming back and said, I'm going to do this, going to CPAC, this audience.
And remember, we were down, probably a third of the audience was in the mumble tank.
It had been stolen.
And we came back.
That's like Moses leaving Agrab.
They're Pharaoh's army and they're heading towards the Red Sea.
We must always keep that in mind.
If we lose that and lose sight of that, this whole thing's for nothing.
This is not about changing marginal laws and attacks.
Yes, we've got to do all that too.
This is one of the reasons that the artificial intelligence and their surveillance state they're building up right now saying, well, we're doing it on a Trump swatch.
Can't life.
You don't think that'll be turned on us in a New York second?
Navarro's coming out with this prison book.
We're going to publish it at War Room.
We're going to come up.
We're going to get in the assets.
We're going to start rolling it out.
I think this Thursday.
Bonnie, I think, is going to be here.
We're going to roll it out.
Why am I publishing that?
Because it's a great look inside the deep state.
When you go to a federal prison, you can see what their ultimate plan is.
Poso, give me, break some news here about.
You're going to be stunned, audience.
They sentence a man, the Justice Department prosecutors and a federal judge in a federal courthouse with 12 of his peers, sentence a man to prison and it's thrown out an appeal because of, wait for it, lack of evidence.
Jack Pesobic, break some news here, brother.
jack posobiec
Yes, Steve.
Well, back in 2016, there were a number of people who used a certain online platform known as Twitter to post memes and organize flash mobs and use hashtags and generally just generate interest and connections and interconnectivity through the MAGA movement.
President Trump, of course, himself utilized the platform quite extensively in 2016, leading to the birth of the online MAGA movement.
Now that has obviously grown and evolved.
But back in 2016, there was a guy who had an account by the name of Ricky Vaughan, now known to us all as Douglas Mackey.
Douglas Mackey had a meme, a silly meme about Hillary supporters, you know, and it was an old political joke, you know, Democrats go vote Wednesday, ha ha ha.
Well, the Justice Department went in and tried and convicted him on the basis of this meme.
He's 24 years old when he posted it.
They wanted to throw him in jail.
And in fact, they did secure a conviction and a sentence of seven months, longer than you got, Steve, longer than you got, seven months in federal prison for the posting of a single meme on Twitter.
As of this morning, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals has thrown that opinion out.
It has dismissed the conviction and it has sent it back to the federal court with orders, not just suggestions, but orders for a full dismissal.
It says there's lack of evidence.
It says these memes are, this is political.
This is politically, this is constitutionally protected political speech.
unidentified
And you do not have to have conspiracy here.
steve bannon
We should charge the prosecutors today.
They should be charged with federal freaking crimes.
They should, and we ought to get to the judge and roll him in for an impeachment starting on Monday.
You're going to take action against Pharaoh's army?
Let's take action.
They took an innocent man from one meme.
Remember Darren Beattie's over the State Department now.
He'd be on the show.
Revolver was on this.
Remember, Jack, every freaking day.
By the way, blockbuster news coming in even as we speak.
Linda Ya Carino steps down as CEO of Elon Musk Twitter or ex.
Hey, Linda, you can run, baby, but you can't hide.
You're not going to hide from the lawsuits, girl.
We know why you're stepping down and why you're running.
Okay.
We understand why you're stepping down and why you're running.
That Elmo's out of control.
Sorry, baby.
That came with the job.
You took the job.
You took the pay.
You took the warrants.
You took the stock options.
You took all, you know, the hundreds of millions of dollars you're going to make.
No, if you can't keep Elmo in the nursery and keep him under control, you're going to pay a price.
You are going to pay a price.
It doesn't matter that you're resigning today, baby.
The whole scam over there, the whole complete scam of Elmo is going to be taken apart brick by brick.
Okay, brick by brick.
All of it.
You will be stunned at what you will find out as we pursue this.
Jack Pasovic, I want to go to Epstein.
I got to hold you through the break.
There's this Texas, Texas may have another, I got to get to your Texas speed.
They're going to have another press conference.
We may dip into that.
I got Papadopoulos, who was critical to this Comey thing.
Number one, tell me about what's happening down in Austin.
You broke this thing this morning.
What in the hell is happening down there about resources that were held back?
jack posobiec
Well, Stephen, and I don't know if the Denver has this video, but it's not even a story that I broke.
It's really just something that has gone on down there.
And it started up on Facebook where the Austin Fire Association said we've been biting our tongue on this because recovery operations were still underway.
But because recovery operations have now ended, we've decided it's time to break our silence.
And the president of the Austin Fire Association, so everybody knows Austin is the biggest city in this area out by Kerrville, has, and they have some of the best rescue swimmers in the world.
And in fact, they have rescue swimmers and helicopter teams and boats and all of it that specifically train for swimming up in that hill country in the valleys where all of this took place.
And to wit, this isn't the first time the Guadalupe River has done this.
This happened back in the 80s.
There was an entire school bus and all the rest.
And a lot of kids went down in the 80s as well.
So it's something that's been on the mind of the Austin fire chief for a long time.
steve bannon
We're going to get the video.
We're going to go.
Papadops are going to be here.
We've got a lot in the deep state we got to do.
Here's what I don't understand.
He said on Thursday they recommended to the fire chief, who I think is a DEI hire, right?
jack posobiec
Steve Wednesday.
steve bannon
Mr. DEI.
jack posobiec
Wednesday.
steve bannon
And he's on Wednesday.
They could see something coming and they wanted to deploy seconds down there.
jack posobiec
They said they wanted to pre-deploy assets.
The call came down from the state.
They said, hey, there's some trouble brewing down in Kerrville.
We want to pre-deploy because we know what's going on.
We know all the kids are down there.
The firefighters of Austin and the swimmers and the helopilots, they said, let us go.
steve bannon
Let's pre-position the boat.
jack posobiec
He denied it.
steve bannon
The Swifts.
Okay, hang on.
The Swift Room is Poso.
I got to hold you over.
unidentified
I got the great George Papadopoulos is with us.
steve bannon
The first guy they targeted ever back in the spring of Crossfire Hurricane, that Papadopoulos is with us.
He knows a couple of three things about when they come for you.
They roll hard.
It's nothing but Pharaoh's army heading towards the Red Sea.
But we have to make it happen.
Just like in 21, when I told you, this ain't going to happen unless you roll your sleeves up and put your shoulder to the wheel.
Now it's a flat-out war.
It's either us or them.
You pick them.
What side are you on?
If you're prepared to sign up for this, I ain't promising you in a rose garden.
Not going to promise you a rose gardener.
