And enough is enough.
And it's your party.
You put up the signs.
You knock the doors.
You do the work.
You should hear the truth.
You should hear the truth.
And the fact that they're trying to silence us, look, that just means we're winning, Charlie, out of the gate.
But let me tell you, when you see this nasty stuff, because it's going to come, they're going to call me everything in the book.
They already have.
I want you to remember, Mitch McConnell would always say, if they throw a pebble at me, I'm going to throw a boulder back.
Mitch McConnell is the nastiest politician in the history of America.
And he will do anything to win and to keep his power.
And so I want you to think about that because we're going to punch through every one of these attacks and we're going to tell the truth.
unidentified
Thank you.
charlie kirk
And just the idea of a lifetime achievement award for Mitch McConnell.
I mean, how broken do you have to be?
I mean, that's why I'm here.
Okay, that's why I'm here.
Is that we're going to go give Mitch McConnell a Lifetime Achievement Award?
Was it like the government of Ukraine that's giving him the award or something?
I mean, everybody, the stakes are high.
And I'll close with this.
And then Nate, final word, just remind people, because we're still a ways out from the primary.
We're still a ways out.
But a final word I'll say is this, is that I travel the country.
I love the grassroots.
I love the state.
I love talking to you guys.
Thank you guys for watching the show and everything we're doing.
We're going to keep on doing maximal aggression against the left on campuses, in communities, all across the country.
You can count on that from us.
But I would be a hypocrite to you.
I would be a liar to you if I only fought Democrats.
I would be a liar because that's not the problem, everybody.
I do the thing against Democrats, and that's great.
We should do that.
But the real problem is Republicans that call themselves Republicans when in reality, they aren't.
And Kentucky can send a message heard around the world.
It will be a message heard around planet Earth that you are turning the page on the McConnell Mafia and the people are back in charge of this wonderful state.
unidentified
Thank you.
Thank you.
nate morris
Well, Charlie, it has been an honor to have you.
You're the future of this country and what you speak for.
You speak for the future.
You speak for the future generation.
We're honored you came to the bluegrass.
And Charlie, I'm going to get you on a garbage truck at some point.
We're going to get you.
You're great at taking out the trash.
You just didn't know it.
charlie kirk
Well, Biden did call us all garbage.
nate morris
That's right.
charlie kirk
And remember when Trump wore that beautiful garbage vest?
Was that not one of the greatest things ever?
nate morris
And look, we're in a street fight.
This is a street fight.
And the way we're going to take this back is we need your help.
We need to knock every door.
We need to tell everybody we go to church with, we work with, that we've got to get out our message.
That we cannot send a McConnell puppet to the United States Senate.
And, you know, I am asking as well, we need your help.
Make an investment in this campaign.
A few dollars, make an investment.
I want your investment.
I need your investment.
Because we're going to have to have everything it takes to send a message to the McConnell cronies and everybody that has been supporting Mitch and is propping Mitch up.
You can find me at natemorris.com.
But come and be part of this movement.
Come and be part of this campaign.
And we're going to take it back.
And look, I think that Kentucky is going to fundamentally change when we send new leadership to Washington once and for all and rid the state of the stench of Mitch, as President Trump would say.
unidentified
Thank you.
charlie kirk
God bless Kentucky.
You deserve better.
Let's fire the McConnell Mafia and we're going to send a message heard around the world.
God bless you guys.
Thank you so much.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
You're going to have not got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
MAGA Media.
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
steve bannon
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
steve bannon
It's Monday, 30 June, Year of the Lord 2025 right there.
You see in Kentucky the kickoff of Nate Morris's grassroots campaign, our own Charlie Kirk, Real America's voice Charlie Kirk.
Charlie follows us at noon today.
You see right there what the Senate could be.
We're dealing with the Senate as it is throughout the day in the next couple of days.
The big, beautiful bill tries to get passage and sent back to the House without too much of the swamp in the lobbyists getting what they want in there and the people not getting what they need, including smart cuts to spending and also, obviously, the extension of the tax cuts.
At least the tax cuts for the middle class and working class.
As I said, the only way I think the math works, you've got to increase taxes.
Either have a snapback on the upper bracket or you've got to set a new bracket up at a million bucks and put that in at 40%.
I think it's the only way the math works.
But hey, I'm just one lonely voice in the wilderness.
Josh Hammer now joins us.
Josh, a summary for Friday, because what Friday, I think, to me just reminds me of is that President Trump is really Dealing with executive power here and Article II power.
That's what's really driven the Trump agenda.
As you can see, getting anything through legislatively with so many rhinos and so much resistance of the established order, it's very difficult to get full MAGA policies through.
Can you just give us, we had Mike Davis open the show and we teed up that you were going to be here.
Can you just give us an overview of the historic day on Friday and where you think it puts President Trump's MAGA agenda, particularly going forward, where, let's be honest, the most power he's going to have is using his Article II powers, sir.
josh hammer
So, Steve, a couple of things to highlight here.
So, one is I think if you go back all the way to 2017, look, Donald Trump has faced any number of obstacles.
He has faced the intelligence community, the deep state.
He has faced the Russia Gate collusion hoaxsters.
I mean, he has faced the rhinos, as you said there.
He's faced his own party.
He's faced the opposition party.
But probably from where I sit, the number one thorn in his side, literally since January 2017, is the judiciary, is the judicial insurrection.
Donald Trump faced more so-called nationwide injunctions just in his first term from 2017 to 2021, between 60 and 70 by my math.
He faced more so-called nationwide injunctions than the first 44 presidents of the United States combined.
And then literally just since January, you can tack on two and a half, three more dozen easily there.
So he was going to lose his second term.
He was going to lose his second term through the imperial judiciary unless something happens.
The CASA case, again, the media is calling it the so-called birthright citizenship case.
They didn't actually rule on birthright citizenship.
We probably will get a ruling on that next term, as you and I discussed on Friday, Steve.
But for now, this ruling, when it comes to the sweeping nature of so-called nationwide injunctions, is the firmest action that the Roberts Court has taken to date in the 20-year history of the Roberts Court.
This is the firmest action they've taken to try to finally, once and for all, put the lower court judicial insurrectionists in their place.
Now, it's not the final word on the topic there.
There is some lawyerly language in this majority opinion from Amy Coney Barrett that says something to the effect of, oh, you know, this is a remedy, at least unless and until it is truly, absolutely necessary to achieve the desired effects.
I'm paraphrasing a little bit there, but there is some lawyerly language that will allow the ACLU, the open borders, NGOs, and so forth, to try to string this out a little further.
But there's also some very, very, very good language there.
And I think that this is finally, finally, and finally, at a bare minimum, going to lead the federal appellate courts, the courts of appeal, to try to slap down some of these rogue district court judges when they really step out of line.
So that is a tremendous victory.
But that actually was not even the only major victory on Friday.
Friday was one of the best days at the Supreme Court, probably in my entire adult lifetime there.
There were at least two other major victories as well.
There was the case out of Montgomery County, Maryland, the Mahmoud case, involving the LGBT books, the transgender homosexual books there in the public school elementary school in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Very interesting case.
You had a religiously pluralistic group of parents, Ukrainian Orthodox, Catholic, and Muslim parents alike, alike, excuse me, suing on First Amendment free exercise grounds, saying, look, you guys are trying to indoctrinate our children into this sexual stuff that our faith says that we cannot possibly tolerate here.
We need to be able to opt out our children at a bare minimum here.
Very strong ruling from San Alito, 63 majority says that parents do indeed control the upbringing of their children.
This is a First Amendment free exercise right there.
Therefore, Montgomery County, at a bare minimum, has to allow the parents to opt out the children from this indoctrination.
A similarly strong ruling out of a digital pornography case down in Texas, a case involving Ken Paxton, the great attorney general there.
So Texas passed a statute called HB 1181, which would mandate that pornography websites in the Lone Star State have some sort of digital verification means to make sure that the people trying to access that pornography are at least 18 years old there.
Very commonsensical 603 ruling from Clarence Thomas says that, yes, of course, this is constitutional.
Frankly, the most appalling part of that case to me, Steve, is that there are three justices who disagree with that, that there are three justices who apparently think that you have an unambiguous, such an unfiltered First Amendment right to pornography.
Frankly, something that back at the time of the American founding, you would have been more likely to be tarred and feathered in the public square than to be able to assert a First Amendment right in court.
Apparently, there are justices now that think you have such an unambiguous First Amendment right to that that you can't even limit it for minors.
Really disgusting stuff, frankly.
But anyway, a strong victory there.
The combined effect, and I'll stop after this, but the combined effect of the Paxton case at Texas, the Machmood case in Maryland, and then maybe the biggest culture war victory of the term, the Scrimetti case at Tennessee, which was this additional six to three ruling where the court said that, yes, the state of Tennessee can severely limit or outright proscribe, ban chemical castration, genital mutilation for John who thinks he is Jane or Jane who thinks that she is John there.
That actually is constitutionally permissible there.
The combined effect of all this, Scrimetty, Machmood, and Paxton, is a tremendous parental rights revolution.
This is the greatest time to be a parent in America, maybe in American history, or at least since the earliest years of the Republic from a First Amendment perspective.
And again, as a new parent, myself, we had our baby daughter born in December, Steve.
I'm very happy with that.
That is for sure.
steve bannon
No, Josh, I think this is what people say.
This is what they voted for.
I mean, this is where you're seeing the actions come through all the way up to the Supreme Court and really be very, you know, a nuclear family, traditional American family.
You're pretty good at looking downrange.
We still have, I don't know, 175 cases outstanding.
You know, you've got the Justice Department barely hanging on because just to get lawyers to fight this, the pressure under the president to read all these briefs because he's very engaged in all this.
They're trying to use this as an opportunity to slow us down.
How do you think this plays forward with the judicial insurrection, sir?
josh hammer
Well, this is the strongest rebuke that we've had.
And it's notable that it came from Amy Coney Barrett.
I mean, a lot of us thought that this would come from Clarence Thomas, Sam Alito, maybe Neil Gorsuch there.
But it's notable that it came from one of the more moderate members of the Republican-nominated bloc of the court.
The fact that Barrett was writing here, and Barrett used very strong language.
She accuses Katanji Brown Jackson, the DEI affirmative action pick from Joe Biden there in the court.
She accuses Katanji Brown Jackson of rebuking the imperial executive only to stand for an imperial judiciary.
And she has some very snarky language there, accuses Jackson of ignoring 200-plus years of case law.
So, this is a very strong assertion from a justice who is not necessarily always known for having the strongest, most fire-breathing pronouncements, the sort of stuff that Mike Davis or I would say on War Room, for instance, there.
That's not necessarily always what Amy Coney Barrett is known for.
So it's very notable.
I mean, I think that says a lot, frankly, about the way that this court, I guess in theory, including even John Roberts, views how out of line the judicial insurrection has gotten there.
So I'm actually very optimistic about this moving forward.
I really am, honestly.
steve bannon
Josh, how do people get to your writings?
How did you get to your book?
You wrote a magnificent book on Israel in Western civilization.
How did people get to your social media account?
All of it, sir.
josh hammer
Yeah, I'm on X, Josh underscore Hammer.
Instagram is JoshBee Hammer.
The book is Israel and Civilization, the Fate of the Jewish Nation and the Destiny of the West, available on Amazon, Barnes, Noble, wherever books are sold.
My show, The Josh Hammer Show, also available as a podcast and on select radio stations as well.
steve bannon
Josh, thank you so much for joining us.
josh hammer
You bet.
steve bannon
Rate analysis.
Is that what you voted for?
Of course it is.
President Trump fighting.
We're going to be in and out of the big, beautiful bill throughout the day.
Home title lock.
Make sure you're at the ramparts.
We're going to need you there and not worried sick because somebody took out a second mortgage on your house because they got access to your title because you didn't have it wrapped up with home title lock.
Home title lock, $1 million triple lock protection, 24-7 coverage alerts in the middle of the night and $1 million restoration project.
Home title lock.
unidentified
Public host.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Battle.
steve bannon
We are going to need you at the ramparts of the next couple of days, not just on AI.
There's so many aspects of this bill, and then it's going to go to the House.
President Trump, this is his key legislative movement of his second term, not just the first year of it.
I think all the way through.
That's why this bill is so big and so complicated, right?
I think they all wanted to get it done at one time.
Part of that, a big part of that is border security.
A massive part of that is border security.
The House bill, I think, had $90 billion.
I think the Senate bill has got almost $150, $170 billion in ICE, rebuilding the logistics from the Biden agenda.
That's why the home title lock, I want to make sure you're not, if somebody gets, think about it for a second, with your house, if somebody went into the middle of the night was to come up and get access to your title and took out a $50,000 second mortgage, it would consume you to unwind that.
You would have, first of all, you'd be worried to death.
You'd have lawyers.
You'd be nonstop.
It would consume your life.
That's what Home Title Lock is there to do.
But opportunity costs, to make sure that you don't get consumed if somebody gets in there.
And it's getting more and more prevalent every day with cyber, with artificial intelligence, with rogue lawyers, rogue accountants, even a family member.
HomeTitleLock.com, promo code Steve.
They make this as simple as possible.
Natalie, Dominguez, and the team are over there.
They can answer all your questions.
So do it.
$1 million triple lock protection.
I wanted to get Josh up and, folks, to go over Friday.
Friday was monumental in the Supreme Court.
And what Josh laid through of everything about parents' rights is everything you fought for, particularly some of the newest people in building our coalition to make America Healthy Again, folks, and the moms.
And remember the parental rights?
Just monumental.
What's happened in the Supreme Court over the last couple of days.
That's what you voted for.
That's where you rang doorbells.
That's where you knocked on doors.
This is delivering for you.
Part of this bill is, and look, there's many aspects of this bill I know people in this audience hate.
There's some of this bill that I'm not excited about at all, and I hate.
But when you take the whole, in its totality and of what they're trying to accomplish, particularly on some key issues like the central front of the Third World War, you know, because people are saying, oh, because we didn't, you know, President Trump, you know, stopped this new Persian war, the 12-day war.
He stopped it so definitively, there's no regime change.
Hey, I'm not saying the Ayatollah is a good guys.
They're terrible guys.
Persian people want to overthrow them, overthrow them.
If the Israelis want to go and overthrow them, go ahead and overthrow them.
We just don't want to have any part of it.
Reason is the Third World War started.
People are saying, well, Tucker and Bannon all were wrong.
No Third War.
Third World War started.
We're a couple of years into it.
And the biggest front of the Third World War, the most important front of the Third World War, the part of the Third World War that we have to win.
We don't have a choice.
It's not optional like in Ukraine or like in the Middle East, right?
Which are not existential.
The one we have to win is on the streets of America of getting rid of at least, I say, the 10 to 12 million illegal alien invaders came in on Biden's watch.
And you see the nation changing because of what President Trump did.
Ben Berquam has done more than any single individual.
There's been others close to him, but for years of his life, he's been down from the Darien Gap all the way up to all the most dangerous parts of the northern part of Mexico and in the country to show you this every day.
And it was a huge part of why President Trump won, because it awakened so many people that realized that, hey, every town is a border town, that every state is a border state.
And look at what's happening in New York City today.
I spent three or four days in New York last week.
We're going to start doing a much more detailed series of analysis of what's going on in these sanctuary cities, particularly New York, and how the elites were caught by surprise.
The media is caught by surprise, but there's something very insidious that's been going on for years, paid for by various people that you're going to find out about.
Let's go down to Ben down in La Jolla, Texas, down near McAllen, and it ain't La Jolla, California by Longshot and Lieutenant Emmanuel Casas.
First off, Lieutenant, just for Hispanics and for the hardworking Hispanic citizens in South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley, how has life changed since President Trump's come back for his second term and actually sealed the border in the first 60 days, sir?
lt manuel casas
Well, everything did change.
It was like night and day.
First of all, it kind of sort of completely slowed down for us.
The illegal migration and these undocumented immigrants coming in almost completely seized, which allows us to work on real cases of chasing the real, real bad guys, not just these people that wanted to inter themselves in.
So it changed us.
steve bannon
And so talk to us about that.
What do you mean, the real bad guys?
So you're not just a consolatory force that's there to back up Border Patrol since Border Patrol wasn't doing anything.
You now actually can focus on crime?
Is that what you're saying?
lt manuel casas
Absolutely.
You know, the aftermath of all of that is, you know, the cartels, their tentacles reach into the United States.
They are part of the United States.
So we have to focus on them because they're still committing crimes, whether there's human smuggling, which they're still doing, drug smuggling, they're holding people for ransom, all of those things, even committing murders over here in the United States.
So it allows us to focus directly on those type of cases versus us having to go out there the way it was when this mass invasion happened.
It took us away from doing what we're really supposed to be doing out there is to serve and protect, which we were doing, but to a certain degree, we were kind of letting go of the putting our emphasis on true criminals that were actually doing some bad stuff in here in the United States.
steve bannon
Lieutenant, I use, and here in the word we always talk about it as an invasion.
You just use the word mass invasion.
Is that how it was for you?
Did you consider it a mass invasion?
And more importantly, did the citizens of La Jolla, Texas consider it an invasion, and particularly an invasion onto their rights as American citizens?
lt manuel casas
Yes, without a doubt.
It was a mass invasion.
It got to the point where it was out of control.
We even got swarmed.
I can use an example.
Giving them water one time, we got swarmed to the point where we had to take the officers out of there because the people were fighting over the water.
And people were calling us constantly.
Hey, there's somebody running through my backyard.
My dogs are barking.
Somebody's knocking on my door.
Somebody's kicking my door.
It was nonstop.
And it was completely out of control.
Nobody could help.
Not even because we had Border Patrol out there.
We had Texas DPS out there.
We had Game Wardens out there.
We had everybody you can think of was out there, but yet it was not enough.
steve bannon
Right now, with ICE, the big, beautiful bill is up there.
One of the most important reasons besides the tax cuts, the extension of the President Trump wants us through here, is that during the Biden regime, somehow the logistics all got shut down for ICE, and there's so many illegal aliens in the country.
President Trump, the Senate bill, I think, has $150 to $170 billion.
Are you seeing, is ICE have the resources right now?
I mean, are you guys assisting them?
I know they had this big fight in the Texas House about, I think, 287G.
I mean, what's exactly going on with the deportations, with ICE, and with your guys' involvement?
lt manuel casas
You know, when we're asked to help, because they're doing an operation in our city, I'm just using our city as an example, we're going to go out there and help them.
I've been asked that question many times.
You know, are you part of that?
Well, we're part of it when they ask us for help because that's what we're supposed to do.
We're supposed to back them up.
They not necessarily have come into our city, but all our surrounding cities that are around us have, there's a lot of presence of ICE in these areas, especially these flea markets, these small businesses that are hiring these undocumented immigrants or illegal aliens that are getting hit by ICE.
And every time they ask us for help, we have to go out there and assist them as presence so that these people know it's law enforcement.
Because some of these agents, unfortunately, don't always wear a uniform.
They just wear their vests that would say police and ICE on them.
And just about anybody can put that.
So when we bring these units out there and in uniform, people know that it's actually the police.
So we have to do that.
We have to help them.
steve bannon
Are the mass deportations or the deportations going at a click that you feel that there's any impact down in the Rio Grande Valley, at least now?
Or are most of the illegal aliens, have most of them just gone up into the more interior of the country?
Or can you feel any impact at all so far down in McAllen, down in La Jolla?
lt manuel casas
Yes, that is a very good question.
Actually, there is an impact, and I'm going to tell you that.
And business-wise, there's some areas that are known that these undocumented immigrants were renting out to do whatever type of work they were doing, whether it's car washes, window tints, or whatever it is, selling food, whatever.
What that would do is it would take so much of them being there that nobody that was here legally in the U.S. could rent those areas.
But when President Trump went into office and ICE was out there and they started working, these people just basically disappeared.
And now the regular U.S. citizen that wants to have his business washing cars, whatever it is, just basic stuff, are able to do that.
Because as soon as this happened, these people either moved, left, or self-deported themselves, believe it or not.
steve bannon
But yeah, it is a very important thing.
But hang on, Lieutenant, hang on for a second.
Hang on a second.
We've been told over and over and over again that American citizens won't do those jobs.
Are you saying that the media was wrong?
Are you saying the Democrats are wrong?
They're actually American citizens that will step in and actually do those jobs and make a living and get some income?
Is that what you're saying?
lt manuel casas
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
You know, there's a lot of young men.
I'm going to use an example, that love washing cars and they detail them.
And they charge very well for that.
But they didn't stand a chance before that.
But at least now, because of that spot that was left for them, they're able to continue their business.
unidentified
Yeah, there's people that work those jobs.
lt manuel casas
We're in South Texas.
I don't know about, I cannot speak for other states or other parts of the state of Texas, but here in South Texas, people will work.
And those jobs that they say nobody wants, yes, they do.
They'll work them.
Maybe there's some they won't work, but I can tell you for the most part that I know.
steve bannon
Lieutenant Cassis.
Lieutenant Cassis, hang on.
We're going to be right back.
Short break.
unidentified
Waru.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Matt.
steve bannon
Okay.
Today, the BRICS conference starts later this week and it's going to culminate, I think, on July 6th.
They're going to make an announcement.
But we're going to have a team there.
Philip Patrick and the Birch Gold team is going to go broadcast with us every day from there.
They're going to leave today, actually.
Philip Patrick and his team are going to leave.
We're going to have Philip, hopefully from the airport, maybe even by phone on 5 o'clock, talk about what's in store for the global south in revolt against the U.S. dollar, the prime reserve currency.
And they're sitting there pointing, well, you got a $5 trillion lift to your debt ceiling, United States of America.
What does that mean?
Because this could come down to math.
We've got a lot of announcements, too, of some of the folks we're going to have on throughout the week to actually explain the bill to you, the theory of the case, what President Trump's trying to do on this kind of the, he said it many, many times, Scott Besson said it, grow the economy faster than the debt.
And we'll drill down on all that Philip Patrick Day on the show.
Birchgold.com slash bannon into the dollar empire.
Get up to speed on all of it.
And you can make contact with Philip Patrick and the team, and particularly while they're in Brazil.
Interesting that Brazil, Lula, and those guys who hate the United States of America, different than Bolsonaros, who really are our partners and believe in freedom, Lula's run of the country.
Two times hanging with the Chinese Communist Party in Beijing, and now he's hosting all the BRICS nations, which two-thirds of them are not, let's say, this friendly to the United States of America.
I want to go back to so, Lieutenant, just to reiterate, at least as far as you see it with the evidence that you see in South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley, there are young people and Hispanic citizens that will step in and do those jobs so that at least when people talk about the Rio Grande Valley and South Texas, they're lying when they say, well, we need illegal aliens here because they're doing jobs Americans won't do.
Is that correct?
lt manuel casas
That's correct.
You got to remember there's people that don't have necessarily a higher education, although there is a lot of people here that do.
But there's people that have traits, and those are the ones that will detail those cars.
They're the ones who make their small businesses, and they exist.
They will work.
I mean, they say, well, the sun's bad.
Well, they find a way around that.
But people say that no one's going to do those jobs, that's a lie.
Because I know very well, because I live here, that people will work, and they're looking for work and for that opportunity to be able to do the work and get paid for it, versus not having a spot because someone else took it that shouldn't even be there.
steve bannon
Ben Berquam, you're down there.
You're going to be doing more specials down there.
Tell me what you're seeing, sir, since you've been the last four years of your life in and out of everything related to this issue, and now we're trying to set it right here up in the Imperial Capitol.
Your thoughts?
ben bergquam
Yeah, Steve.
Well, this is just one example.
I'm honored to be back down here with Lieutenant Casas.
This is where law and border began four years ago under the invasion of Joe Biden.
I was here doing some of those police chases with these guys, going after the really bad guys while the others were coming in.
You have to remember, all of the illegals that were being brought in by all these Catholic charities, all these NGOs, United Nations, they were all being used by the cartel as a distraction to be able to push the really bad guys.
Now Border Patrol is able to come back here, not be Uber for the cartels, but actually be able to be on the line.
Lieutenant Casas is able to protect his community.
ICE is able to go in there.
And to the point now where Border Patrol is actually doing joint operations with ICE.
And so we're going to be working on those where Border Patrol is actually going into the interior with ICE to give ICE the hand because most of the issues we're having right now are obviously on the interior as illegal aliens move into the country and you have the leftists that are protesting against them.
So I'm back down here with Lieutenant Casas going to be showing the reality of the difference between what it was and what it is now.
And then we're going to be joining up with Border Patrol and ICE over the next days and weeks and continuing to tell the story the mainstream media doesn't want you to see about the reality of what these guys are doing, who they're protecting, and why it's so critical to the, not just right now, but to the long-term success of this nation.
And ultimately, why 2026 is so important to getting representatives in the House and the Senate that will actually pass legislation so that it's not just executive orders, that this will be long-term solutions to these problems.
So we don't have this in another four or eight years.
steve bannon
Well, in other four or eight years, you're going to see, and you've done Chicago and you've done a little New York, but I spent four days up there.
New York is just like the border was not chaos and Biden, these guys had a completely thought-through plan.
This is a plan that's been up in New York City.
If you think this is just random and it's the culmination of a lot of these laws and groups, and what you're seeing, though, in South Texas and Texas, this is what the Hispanic citizens wanted.
What they wanted was somebody to come in and have their back to make sure the illegal aliens were not here to compete for them for jobs, to drive down wages, to also destroy the medical system, destroy the education system, to make their communities dangerous.
They wanted what all U.S. citizens want.
Hey, I want you to stay my life, but I want you to have some good order and discipline and not be flooding the zone with not just bad guys, but with just so many people that have to have government assistance, have to use the schools, have to use health care, and drive down wages, compete for me and my children for jobs.
And you see it from Le Costas right there?
It's a lie.
People will work.
And you're seeing that in South Texas right now.
People are going back.
They're getting those jobs.
They're entrepreneurs.
They have the entrepreneur spirit.
They're building little businesses.
That's what America is about.
This is what you voted for.
If we do this and have these people's back, we're going to change this country.
But I'm telling you, you look up at New York City, you got a mess up there.
And that thing is so deep and so pervasive and so well thought through.
It's exactly like the border invasion that Biden and the NGOs and all those radicals in Biden's administration.
Biden barely knew what the hell was going on, but the people around him did.
And they did an invasion.
And this is one of the reasons Big Beautiful Bills got $170 billion.
Think about that for a second.
To back up ICE, to back up Border Patrol, to back up the local police, and to actually deport these mass deportations.
And this is why I keep saying we can't be sucked into another Middle East war.
We're going to have a war enough in L.A., a war enough in Chicago, and a war enough in New York City.
You're going to have all the war you want, folks.
You do not have to be going to the Middle East.
If you're looking to get into those kind of situations, you don't have to go to Tehran.
It's right there in downtown L.A. It's right there in Chicago, and it's soon to be right there in New York City.
Park Avenue this weekend totally taken over.
So you better don't be looking to Tehran to stir up the pot.
We got enough here we got to put down.
And it shows if you have folks back like Lieutenant Casas and the folks in La Jolla, Texas, it's going to work out, but you have to have their back.
Lieutenant Casas, you have social media?
Can we follow you or follow the police department down there somewhere?
lt manuel casas
Yes, we use Facebook and it is straight to Facebook.
This is La Jolla Police Department.
Just basically like that, you'll find it.
There's only one site up there that we use for us and social media.
steve bannon
Perfect, sir.
Appreciate you.
And Ben Berquam, tell us about new shows you got coming out, your social media.
People want to follow you while you're down there.
Glad you're back there.
That's God's country, man.
ben bergquam
Yeah.
Yeah.
Next episodes of Law and Border will be coming out in a couple weeks.
We've got five episodes we're working on right now, so that will all be ongoing.
But to your point, Steve, just real quick, prosecutions against the enemies within this nation are the key to fixing this in New York, in Chicago, across America.
All of the organizations, individuals, and politicians that were behind this have to be prosecuted.
And we're going to be covering that as well.
At Ben Berquam, the most important one, Real America's Voice, at RealAM Voice, America's Voice.news, and then my personal social at Ben Berquam, frontlineamerica.com and frontlineamerica substack.
steve bannon
Hey, if you want to use military power, let's do it.
Let's have a couple of interdiction strikes down there against the cartels in northern Mexico.
Lieutenant Casas would back us up.
Let's go have it.
You want to use some hardware?
Let's go down and use it.
I got exact places you should drop it on.
Guys, thank you so much.
Look forward to visiting with you many times during the week.
Thank you all.
ben bergquam
Yes, sir.
Thank you.
steve bannon
Right there.
That's what those folks voted for, and they're getting it.
You don't need to go.
We don't need to wander.
The third world war is right here.
We don't need to wander the earth's, you know, the surface of the earth.
President Trump's going to get the Nobel Peace Prize for getting peace.
Joe Allen, I got to get you here, and you're going to come back in the 5 o'clock and 6 o'clock hour because this deal on artificial intelligence couldn't be more important.
Tell us where we stand right now and who's in back of this?
What billionaires are in back of driving this?
Because this just didn't happen.
This AI thing gets slipped into the big, beautiful bill, sir.
joe allen
Yes, Steve, the 10-year moratorium looks like it's going to be a five-year moratorium, assuming that the amendment that is being put forward by Marshall Blackburn and Ted Cruz goes through.
But you really do have to look at who is pushing this agenda.
Who is trying to give AI companies basically amnesty from any sort of state intervention or regulation?
You've got David Sachs is pushing hard on the senators and many other levers behind the scenes.
You've got Howard Luttnick pushing hard to do for his justification.
It is we have to be, America must be first in AI.
And the idea, apparently, is that if America doesn't have unfettered chatbots or medical AI or educational AI, that China somehow will race ahead of us and take over the world.
I find that very, very dubious.
But maybe most importantly, Steve, you have Joe Lonsdale, co-founder of Palantir, really putting pressure on Marsha Blackburn, I am hearing.
And also Palantir in general is pushing for this while simultaneously trying to facilitate AI being introduced into the government at every possible level.
So it's like you have on the one hand, this idea that the companies must be free.
On the other hand, you have this idea that the AI companies should have their hands in every federal agency possible.
You know, just to reiterate something that Mike Davis was talking about, that why would states want to regulate AI?
I think number one is simply liability.
If the federal government does not have legislation in place to hold AI companies liable for any harms that they've done or even any sort of negligence on their part that would produce some sort of faulty algorithm,
not to mention the sorts of damage that can be done if, for instance, you have an AI that does tell children to kill themselves or a medical AI that does consistently hallucinate and give faulty diagnosis, then you have no way to bring these companies to heal.
The language of the bill itself talks about how states will not regulate autonomous decision-making systems.
That could be anything from hiring to medical care to autonomous vehicles, which, you know, if you've seen the latest videos out of Tesla that will occasionally smash what it thinks to be little children, if you've seen the doll being smashed by the Tesla car, these sorts of things, you would hope the federal government would keep this under control and rein it in.
But right now, there doesn't seem to be much willingness to do so.
And so you do need states and municipalities to have the autonomy to decide these things for themselves.
So if I can just also repeat something Mike Davis said, you need to reach out to Josh Hawley and have him make an amendment to strip this provision from the bill.
And failing that, hopefully, we have people like Marjorie Taylor Greene and others, Thomas Massey, in the House, who will also make the effort.
But hopefully, we don't get there.
Hopefully, Josh Hawley will step up and strip the provision from the bill.
steve bannon
Yeah, I'm not so sure I like this five-year, but anyway, I want to strip the whole thing out.
You're going to be back with us in the five to seven hour.
Maybe even ride shotgun with me.
This is how important it is.
Where do people go?
Your writings are amazing.
You're changing the arc of this narrative on all things AI.
Where do people go, sir?
joe allen
I would actually just encourage people to go to their phones and call their senators, especially in Missouri with Josh Hawley.
Hit Grace Chong's bill blaster or Mike Davis's Article 3P, and just reach out and pressure these guys to strip that provision, to strip the 10-year or five-year moratorium from the bill entirely.
steve bannon
Yeah.
Perfect.
See you back here five to seven.
joe allen
Thank you very much, Steve.
steve bannon
See that good work down in Texas?
That's Patriot Mobile.
You know, Glenn Sturrey and the team, they had a little freak us over the weekend, but it kind of died down.
So we don't need to have Bo French on by popular acclaim.
Bo French.
Short commercial break.
Back in the warm in just a moment.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon

As goes Texas, so goes the nation.
As goes the nation, so goes the world.

Jillian Barbary, more than ever, people, the debt on credit cards, $1.3 trillion.
I think 10% is non-performing.
There's so many people out there, and this is what they're trying to do.
Same with the tax thing.
They put the letter from the credit card company in the drawer.
They don't look at it.
They think it's not going to go away.
There are people that can step in immediately and represent you to negotiate, to cap the fees, to maybe get your lower interest rates, to take off even maybe some of the face amount.
These people are professionals in doing it.
This is an industry, and it's an industry where you need the best people to represent you.
You can't go this alone.
That's one of the reasons you got so much anxiety.
Jillian, why should it be the done with debt people?
They've saved your life, essentially.
Why should you use done with debt, ma'am?
jillian barberie
These people are skilled negotiators.
They are incredible at what they do.
And essentially, once you get a hold of them, because a lot of people are in debt, and as Steve, you mentioned, they just want to make it go away by ignoring it.
And that, we know, does not work.
In fact, it gets a lot worse when you do that.
So what Done with Debt will do, once you reach out to them, go to donewithdebt.com, they assign to you essentially a team of skilled negotiators who will work for you, getting you back on track.
But you've got to get ahead of the game.
And why?
What does this mean?
It means do it today.
Don't wait till tomorrow.
Do not pay another bill until you get a hold of Done with Debt.
And essentially, all of the harassing phone calls and the mail that you've been getting will stop.
They will put an end to it right away.
And then they start with your negotiating.
That means talking to the banking institutions, talking to credit card companies.
And some of these places already have in state already.
They can do pennies on the dollar for you.
They will help get your funds back into your own pocket where they belong.
They'll get you back on track.
But it doesn't start without you.
You have to get a hold of them.
And once you do, go to donewithdebt.com.
It starts immediately.
No waiting.
That happened for me.
You know, when you're just, you've got disease, divorce, debt, everything's climbing up.
Happened to me all at once.
And regardless of your situation, it's not like people are out there, you know, spending extravagantly.
They're just trying to make ends meet.
And in doing so, you get behind that eight ball and boom, it just, it's like a mountain that falls on you.
So that's what they're there for.
They're skilled negotiators and they're going to help you get back on track to financial freedom.
Sorry, my lens is so.
steve bannon
So Jillian.
That's okay.
It's one of those.
Hold it.
I thought we were talking to Carrie Lake.
I'm just kidding.
Jillian, how do people get to done with debt?
Where do they go right now to talk to a professional done with debt?
jillian barberie
You got, they go to donewithdebt.com.
That's the simplest way.
And you'll get your first consultation for free.
You can see what they're all about.
Go look at the reviews of people that have, you know, how long it's taken them, how happier they are.
They've gotten their life back on track.
It really, you'll see some of the statements that have been, that are on the website.
And people are just amazed that it can be done.
And it can.
It just takes you.
steve bannon
It can be done.
jillian barberie
Do not pay another bill until you go to donewithnet.com.
steve bannon
The credit card companies want to get this cleaned up, too.
That's why they will negotiate.
Jillian, Barbary, you were saved by him.
Thank you so much for coming on and sharing that with the Warren Posse.
jillian barberie
You bet.
steve bannon
Folks, now more than ever.
You need representation.
This is why you elected Donald Trump president, the master deal maker, right?
