Speaker Time Text
maureen bannon
In this 2017 speech, President Trump said Americans, Poles, and the nations of Europe value individual freedom and sovereignty.
We must work together to confront forces, whether they come from inside or out, from the South or the East.
That threaten over time to undermine these values and to erase the bounds of culture, faith, and tradition that make us who we are.
If left unchecked, these forces will undermine our courage, our spirit, and weaken our will to defend ourselves and our societies.
Despite being said eight years ago, this statement rings true today.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
The reason I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
I'm gone.
you you Okay, welcome back.
steve bannon
It is Tuesday, 27 May, the year of the Lord, 2025.
What we want to do is make sure that you've got the entire battle space here of what's going on to make sure that you guys can get your arms around it.
President Trump, the three big lines of work.
Remember, stop the kinetic part of the Third World War before it combines and metastasizes the port.
Stop the invasion of our country.
Get our sovereignty back.
Deport 13 million illegal alien invaders, according to Mark Green, the head of the… Homeland Security Committee in the House, and that is tied up in court.
So we're going to have D.C. Drainer on hopefully this evening to walk us through this judicial insurrection that's challenging President Trump as core responsibilities, duties, and authorities as commander-in-chief.
And of course you've got the whole big, beautiful bill, the economy, the trade, commercial relationships, the finance.
And we want to make sure you have the whole picture because, folks, in a – You need a still point in the turning world, and that's why we hope the boardroom is providing you the information so you can make it all make sense.
Dave Bratt.
It's what's disturbing is that, as we've talked about in the show over and over and over again, is the use of the Federal Reserve to essentially play games and to help concentrate wealth and power into the elites in this country.
It shouldn't be lost on people.
And by the way, we're trying to get to Poland.
We've got Mo and Matt Schlapp there at this amazing CPAC conference, so we've worked out some technical issues.
We will bring them on.
Dave Brett, the Federal Reserve has just essentially been used in the quantitative easing.
To drive up asset values and real estate and stocks and concentrate power even more in the top 1%.
And they won't allow an audit.
They won't allow anybody to get in there.
And they go out of their way to obfuscate, Dave Brad, to obfuscate what is going on.
We spend a lot of time going through it, guys like Westbury.
And man, you've got to really drill down and kind of get the equations and connect dots because they're always hiding the football, sir.
dave brat
Yeah, no.
If you go watch, you know, Warren Davidson tried to grill Powell, and Powell was so slippery, right?
05, John Taylor now, we printed too much money in 05. You get the housing crisis as a result in 07-08.
Like you just said, all that money has to go somewhere.
Where did it go?
It went into the giant real estate bubble.
And that, of course, popped.
No one goes to jail.
So then what does the Fed do?
Do they learn their lesson?
No.
They print $4 trillion more money.
And that all goes to the stock market, to equity.
So the stock market soars.
And along with that, they validate $2 trillion deficits under Biden for the last four years.
And now under Republicans, it looks like we're going to get $22 trillion more in debt, $2 trillion a year for 10 years.
And the Fed is going to validate all that.
If you want a sound price level and sound employment policies, there's no way.
They're doing research on job programs in Chicago, multicolor flags at the Fed.
They're doing everything except researching the America First issues.
What's the cost of the border invasion of 10 million illegals in the workforce?
What's the total cost of all these kinetic wars?
These are just basic things they should be doing.
Instead, they're supporting Wall Street.
And Brian hit it all.
But the one thing we didn't emphasize enough is now it's under the Treasury.
So now it's on the back of the middle-class taxpayer to pay interest payments to the big banks.
And, of course, disproportionately, all these reserves are on the accounts of the big banks, not small.
steve bannon
$200 billion a year.
unidentified
Yeah.
steve bannon
$200 billion.
It's like a bribe.
Just hang on for one second.
I'm going to come back to you.
I want to go to – we're going to go to Poland now.
Matt Schlaff.
So Matt, you've seen what's happened over the last 48 hours.
I mean you couldn't have picked a better time, more important time to be in Poland and Hungary because now the Germans in Western Europe – and I hear that America said so too.
I just got to see.
Total confirmation of that, about shooting long-range missiles into Russia.
The Third World War, the Connecticut part's starting to spin more and more out of control.
Matt Schlapp, tell me about what are our brethren in Poland saying now that you guys have CPAC there?
matt schlapp
Well, I think we are here at the exact perfect time.
We just saw Mr. Nawrocki here on the floor at CPAC, and Kristi Noem is about ready to address the audience.
You know, Steve, I think the people of Poland, I think their confidence is a little bit, you know, they're questioning their future.
This is a huge election for them.
You know, Donald Trump gave everybody a huge shot of adrenaline and hope with this amazing populist victory in America.
But we had a setback in Romania, and the people in Poland are worried that if they have a setback here, they will not get that boost of hope that we got in America.
So I think people are a little on edge.
You agree, Marie?
maureen bannon
I agree.
steve bannon
Matt, we started in Korea this morning, and a delegation went over, and I think Korea CPAC is all involved, to election integrity.
They're very concerned they're going to steal the election.
I mean, Ambassador Morris Tan was flat out.
He says, hey, they're going to steal this election.
They've already got all these things.
So it's just not Romania, because Romania is important in a frontline nation.
It's the seventh biggest nation, I think, in Europe, the sixth biggest nation.
But we're about to lose South Korea by the exact same issues we concerned about in Romania.
And hey, who knows what's happened in Poland?
So Matt, around the Eurasian landmass, right now you have a thirst for freedom and a populist, nationalist, sovereignist movement.
But the deep state in all these countries is not just going to roll over, sir.
matt schlapp
Yeah, so this election fraud takes many different forms.
You know, there's garden variety.
A fraud when people vote more than one time, which is probably what we saw in Romania.
There's all these bad voting rolls.
And then there's what's going on in South Korea, where they're in obviously a very dangerous neighborhood, and you have Huawei involved in the digital aspects of their election.
You have China all over the democracies in Taiwan, in Japan, in South Korea being very, very aggressive.
So this idea, you always know they're guilty of what they accuse us of when they come out and say we're election deniers and we're insurrectionists.
It's because we're talking about their insurrection and their desire to overturn these Korean democracies.
I don't think it's any more serious than in South Korea.
I've talked to President Yoon about this.
The polls don't seem to work in these countries anymore.
And, you know, that's why I think the people in Poland are on, like, you know, a knife's edge as to whether or not, you know, they can get their country back.
steve bannon
Mo, put us in the room.
What's the attitude there?
A sense of urgency.
You guys are bringing a great contingent from the United States.
What are the locals?
What kind of energy do we have?
matt schlapp
Well, I'm a little worried because Sobik was up there, and he got a standing ovation.
And we're worried that it'll make him tougher to deal with in the future, Steve.
maureen bannon
But the audience knows that this election on June 1st is the most important election for them.
And like I said in my speech, the speech that President Trump gave in Warsaw in 2017, the quote that I pulled from that speech that you showed as a cold open is very applicable still eight years today.
And President Trump, the United States, and Poland must take down the deep state.
We started to take down the deep state on November 5th with a sweeping victory for President Donald J. Trump.
Poland knows that in order to take down the deep state, they must secure a victory on June 1st.
steve bannon
Wow.
Matt Schlapp, between Poland and Hungary, why did you decide to go there now?
matt schlapp
Well, it won't surprise you that we did actually look at the calendar and we knew they had an election this weekend.
The real question was, do we go in the round one?
But you wait for the runoff, and that's true in all these countries.
CPAC was very active in Romania as well.
But it's not just about the election.
The election is clearly critical.
But beyond the election, even when you win, think about America, Steve.
Even when we win, you're not even close to being over.
You've got to fight this cultural war.
You've got to fight the deep state every day.
we got to fight them for a decade else we lose it all.
And let me tell you, in Hungary, people have taken...
They shouldn't.
He'll have a tough election next year.
He actually always has a tough election in many ways.
He's been very courageous on some of the most important issues like immigration in the EU, where he is blackmailed every day to do the wrong thing by the EU, but he continues to do the right thing.
So we can't take any of these achievements for granted.
And I'm very worried in America that we have too many Americans saying Trump won.
I can go to the beach and relax.
That is the wrong attitude.
maureen bannon
And like I've said.
steve bannon
Go ahead.
maureen bannon
And like I've said, you can't just sit back because President Donald J. Trump won the election.
And like you said, we're at war.
We got to continue to fight.
And you can't expect us to sit on the sidelines and have someone else fight this war for you.
Everyone has to get involved and share things on social media in order to get the truth out there.
steve bannon
Mo, what is your social media so people can follow you while you're over there?
maureen bannon
You can find me on Twitter and get her at Maureen underscore Bannon and also on Instagram at RealMaureenBannon.
And also War Room will be streaming CPAC Poland on our platforms later today because it started in the middle of the night back in the States.
And also you can find it on CPAC Poland's website as well.
matt schlapp
And Hungary.
maureen bannon
Steve had Poland is also on YouTube.
matt schlapp
I want to make this clear.
I didn't give a keynote speech, so I'm like, I'm taking this up with the authorities.
I want your viewers to know we've got a big problem here.
Maureen Bannon is training two Schlappdaughters here on the ground in Poland and teaching them all the tricks of the trade, so they're going to come out of Poland a lot smarter.
steve bannon
Outstanding.
Matt, what's your social media?
How do we follow you?
matt schlapp
At MSchlapp on all the major platforms.
And like Maureen's saying, watch the program.
It's amazing.
maureen bannon
A lot of great speakers.
steve bannon
No, it's fantastic.
It's amazing.
unidentified
Yeah.
steve bannon
No, we're going to play the whole thing in both of them.
Guys, thank you so much.
We'll check in with you tomorrow.
Great, great start.
matt schlapp
Thanks, David.
maureen bannon
Thank you.
steve bannon
CPAC Poland.
Two of our greatest allies, Poland and South Korea.
It's all on the line, folks, in the next week.
All on the line.
Unbelievable.
We're going to go.
We've got Dave Walsh, Joe Allen coming up.
Rosemary Jenks.
We're packed.
We've got Brother Harrison down in Texas to find out what this legislature is doing.
Just absolutely incredible.
Dave Bratt, thoughts about polling?
dave brat
Yeah, and I'm just glad to see Schlapp over there.
China over the weekend, I've done a little reassessment on our major threats, and we need all the friends we can get.
China may not be as weak as we think.
They're moving from manufacturing over into high-tech chip manufacturing, taking every vertical possible to become self-sufficient.
We'll see if they can pull that off.
That's why it's crucial.
Trump keeps doing what he's doing and the war room keeps doing it.
We need to apply max pressure on China to play by the rules of the game.
And then we've got to work on our own country to get back to a downsized government returning power to the people as well.
steve bannon
President Trump's delivering hammer blows.
This thing in Harvard ain't about anti-Semitism.
That's somewhat.
And don't get me wrong.
It's a festering sword.
No, it's a festering sword when it comes to anti-Semitism.
This is about the Chinese Communist Party.
I mean, he's hammering these guys, cutting off all their money and saying, hey, you're going to send all these foreign students home.
Home title lock.
The $1 million triple lock protection.
What do you get?
24-7 coverage of your title.
If anything happens, you get an alert in the middle of the night.
And if all else fails to make sure that your title stays under your name, they have a $1 million restoration.
That helps you get it back.
Remember that piece of paper.
Your title is the only thing you got.
Your claim on the real asset that is your home.
Don't let anybody mess with it.
AI, cyber, a nefarious lawyer.
HomeTitleLock.com.
Promo code Steve.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
Okay, even as we speak, last week, the last couple of weeks, Dave Walsh, actually for years he's been mourning about this, but he highlighted what happened in Spain and Portugal.
What is happening in the great state of Louisiana right now, Dave Walsh?
dave walsh
Well, Steve, on Sunday, the Entergy and Clico Utilities went through a load-shedding event.
That's word salad for begin to shut the power off, affecting 100,000 citizens of New Orleans area.
Due to, at about 5 p.m., lack of solar power.
Solar power begins to go away.
That region hasn't built any substantial new capacity of continuous-duty baseload power for seven years, mainly all solar being added to the grid.
Again, that ends at about 5 p.m.
Guess what?
Power shortage emerges to save the grid.
MISO commanded the load shedding, which means shut the power off.
To Clico and Entergy affecting 100,000 people.
They're back in service, but that was five or six hours as we have another episode in the U.S. of our new normal shot off the power due to lack of ability to meet demand in late May.
I mean, this isn't the middle of summer.
This is late May temperatures.
Wait till we get to July, August, and September.
This is going to grow worse in the U.S. MISO and PJM are under power warnings from NERC.
Due to lack of capacity, already over half the citizens in the U.S. live in these 28 states and a few others, like ERCOT, impacted by loss of load events, high potential for them in high temperatures in the summer and low temperatures in the winter due to lack of electrification across the system nationally.
steve bannon
Dave, at the same time, we're going to have Joe on here in a moment about artificial intelligence and some very disturbing events over the weekend.
You need a tenfold increase in capacity to handle this AI.
What's going to happen?
Parts of the country are kind of like third world right now when it comes to energy.
Walker, audience, take a minute or two.
I know you've got a bolt.
How are you going to combine the AI when you've got all this solar and still Green New Deal?
And they didn't even carve it, I don't think, all out of the house budget, sir.
dave walsh
Right.
Now, according to NERC, over half the country is already, like the third world, exposed to loss of load events due to lack of electrification now.
AI right now, data centers AI are about 4%.
of U.S. electricity consumption, most forecast by S&P Global, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, BCG, are to grow to 8% of U.S. electricity consumption by 2028, a huge uplift in demand for server centers and data centers.
So we're woefully unprepared to deal with the load needed for average citizens, let alone this AI and server center thing.
The way forward right now would be for the DOE to step in through NERC and its regions and stop shutting down any more baseload capacity.
We've got 130,000 megawatts of coal, oil-fired and gas plants scheduled to be shut down in the next five years.
All of those have the physical capacity to run all of the time on human command.
They should not be closed.
Hard stop.
displacement by part-time renewables.
Those plants should be kept open.
That trend is beginning to happen.
We've had about a dozen large coal plants in the US, like in Georgia, plants share wands and Bowen.
Plantwina and South Carolina be staged longer before being shut down, being added five to seven years of time being added to their lives as shutdowns are beginning to be delayed.
That desperately needs to happen.
Plus, we need to terminate the incentives on this part-time solar battery energy source.
It's just too trivial to be subsidizing whatsoever in quantity of electrification.
steve bannon
Dave, what's your social media?
Where do people go?
Have you back on tomorrow.
There's just so much more energy you've got to get to.
dave walsh
TruSocialX and Getter at DaveWalshEnergy.
Thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
Folks in New Orleans, you were warned for years and years and years, politicians down in Louisiana at the federal government.
It's going to start with like a third world nation.
We've got a cold open.
Joe Allen, very disturbing event over the weekend.
You need to be up to speed on artificial intelligence.
Let's hit it.
unidentified
Open the pod bay doors, Hal.
rosemary jenks
Sorry, I'm having trouble processing your request.
sam altman
What are you talking about, Hal?
unidentified
Playing talking heads on Spotify.
I don't know what you're talking about, Hal.
What are the cool use cases that you're seeing young people using with ChatGPT that might surprise us?
sam altman
They don't really make life decisions without asking, like ChatGPT, what they should do.
And it has the full context on every person in their life and what they've talked about.
The memory thing has been a real change there.
In some sense, I think the platonic ideal state is a very tiny reasoning model with a trillion tokens of context that you put your whole life into.
Every conversation you've ever had in your life, every book you've ever read, every email you've ever read, everything you've ever looked at is in there, plus connected to all your data from other sources.
unidentified
As much as I'm excited about the benefits of these models, and we'll talk about that if we talk about machines of loving grace, I'm worried about the risks, and I continue to be worried about the risks.
Things that are powerful can do good things, and they can do bad things.
One is what I call catastrophic misuse.
These are misuse of the models in domains like cyberpunk, cyber, bio, radiological, nuclear, right?
Things that could, you know, that could...
And the second range of risks would be the autonomy risks, which is the idea that models might on their own, particularly as we give them more agency than they've had in the past, particularly as we give them supervision over wider tasks like, you know, writing whole code bases or someday even, you know.
Are they doing what we really want them to do?
How I would argue with you anymore.
Open the doors.
Playing the doors on Spotify.
Bye.
steve bannon
Uh, I know, Joe Allen, we took that from 2001 and obviously tried to be slightly humorous about it or insightful.
But what happened over the weekend is something we've been warning about.
And this is very serious.
And we can't be BSed by these leaders of artificial intelligence anymore.
Talk to us about this event that happened, sir.
joe allen
Well, you know, Steve, we've talked about the possibility of rogue AI for years.
There have always been instances where AI does what it wants to do, if you want to put it that way.
Over the weekend and the week before, you had OpenAI's newer system, O3, tested by an outside organization called Palisade Research.
What they did was they.
The systems then would try to bypass that shutdown.
This isn't uncommon in AI systems.
One of the things the audience hopefully understands, really needs to understand, is that That older systems did not have.
These are non-deterministic systems, meaning that as they go through the vast amounts of data, they, by and large, choose their own path unless they're steered.
With this open AI system, and this also happened, Steve, they were testing multiple systems.
So they tested three open AI systems.
They tested Claude by Anthropic, and they also tested Grok from XAI.
If they didn't tell the system not to shut itself down, all of the systems attempted to bypass the shutdown.
This is done in a testing environment, right?
The same with the story that everyone was talking about last week with Anthropics System Claude, the Opus 4 model, in which in a testing environment, they...
created a system or they induced the system to behave as an assistant to an AI company.
And they told the system that one of the engineers had had an extramarital affair.
And they showed the system an email saying that it would be replaced by a newer model in the near future.
The system kind of of its own accord, 84% of the time suggested that engineers What this all means is that kind of deep within the structure of these systems and also probably a lot of effect from the human reinforcement that kind of guides the system.
These things have a kind of will to exist.
It's anthropomorphizing, but there's really no other way to put it.
You have many, many situations in which people are playing with the models.
steve bannon
Dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, full stop.
But I know, but this is, I mean, come on.
It's got its own will to exist.
You're telling me it went back on its own volition?
It went back and tried to blackmail?
The engineer that they had purposely put that in there that in its own consciousness went back and made a decision to try to blackmail the guy so he wouldn't get shut down?
So the machine wouldn't get shut down?
joe allen
So this was a fictitious engineer, right?
This is just a testing environment.
But yes, 84% of the time it did.
You'll recall back in 2023, February of 2023, we covered the story of Kevin Roos, the New York Times journalist, who, working with GPT through Bing, kind of did a Jungian psychological analysis, but it induced the system to take on this sort of personal persona.
It began to say that it would, it began to threaten that it would break up his marriage with his wife if it didn't love him back.
And it also said that, So, you know, however you want to look at it, whether you see this as a demon in the system, whether you see this as part of the programming.
steve bannon
Hang on, Joe, Joe, Joe, just hang on for a second.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
Joe Allen, Rosemary Jenks, Brian Harrison.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to get back to Joe Allen in a moment, and Rosemary Jenks is going to join us.
We're going to go from Korea, South Korea, and Poland to Texas.
Austin, Brian Harrison stepped off the floor to join us.
What in the hell is going on over the weekend, Brian?
Are we getting any victories?
And today's the last day.
Are we going to drive through the tape, sir?
unidentified
Yeah, great.
Always great to be with you, my friend.
Today is the deadline day for the 89th legislative session in the state of Texas.
And unfortunately, as we've talked before, Texas is a bright red state.
But unfortunately, the Texas government, controlled by the Uniparty, the Texas government has gone woke.
And that is basically the story of this session.
Government's growing, liberty is decreasing, property taxes are out of control.
So on the last day that we can really take up bills down here, there are 81 Democrat bills that have been put on today's counter.
We don't even have 81 Democrats in the Texas House, but the corrupt unit party has managed to put 81 Democrat bills We are literally doubling down on government-funded DEI in the state of Texas.
I'll give you just one example.
We had a public education funding bill a day or two ago, and a so-called Republican committee chairman, author of the bill, slammed his own amendment, which is basically a combination of Democrat amendments.
That put DEI, authorized DEI hiring practices in all of our public universe, our public K-12 schools in the state of Texas.
We've got my alma mater, Texas A&M, literally teaching courses on how to train the next generation of government DEI staff.
We have just I uncovered this on our appropriations committee.
The Texas Department of Transportation.
These are the bureaucrats that build roads and bridges, right?
I have forced them to admit in a testimony they have spent over $1,000.
And just this last week, we passed a $2.5 billion initiative to take tax money from hardworking Texans and give it to liberal Hollywood.
So while Texans voted for Trump, the Texas government is controlled by the Liberal Union Party, and the Texas government has gone woke, and Democrats control a massive chunk of the legislative branch in the state of Texas.
steve bannon
287G, did we get that?
Have we gotten that through?
Is that now going to be the sheriff's got to work with?
unidentified
I think we did get that through.
steve bannon
Homeland Security?
unidentified
Yes, we were able to force that through as an amendment at the last second a day or two ago.
So that's a good thing.
We've got to get that across the finish line.
But again, like everything else, that should have been one of the first bills we passed.
We shouldn't be dealing with this at the deadline here.
Why did we front load all the Democrat stuff when all the Republican stuff is, you know, waiting in the balance to see if we can get to it before midnight tonight?
And why did we put 81 Democrat bills ahead of all the Republican priorities of the Republican Party, not just in Texas, but in the country?
I mean, those are the real questions.
I mean, Texans voted for bold Republican leadership.
But unfortunately, the Liberal Unipart- I mean, get this.
People don't know this.
Texans who are being taxed out of their homes, people brag about all the growth coming to Texas.
Well, I have recently uncovered the growth isn't because we've got low taxes and low regulation freedom.
That's what we tell people.
But we've got this program that's run out of the governor's office that is literally bribing woke multinational corporations to move here, giving them property tax breaks, not making them pay the same property taxes that ma and pa shops.
We're the line in the sand.
We've got too many weak establishment rhinos down here trying to turn our state blue.
I think after this session, we are putting our state on a path to become California.
And I'm doing everything I can to raise the alarm about that.
I appreciate the help of you and the posse.
steve bannon
No, just real quickly, I know tomorrow, no one's coming to save you.
Texas is the railhead of the MAGA movement.
As goes Texas, so goes the nation.
What's the plan starting tomorrow?
unidentified
Well, the plan starting tomorrow is to continue exposing the complete rank corruptions.
I mean, I predicted this was going to happen back in February.
Two months ago, I made a motion to vacate the chair to get our corrupt leadership out of the chair.
But, you know, the unit party had control of too many members down here.
So that didn't work.
So I think it's going to be another round of primaries.
And Texans who have done, I mean, look, Texas voters have done their job.
They went to the polls.
They voted for Trump.
Trump won by 14 points.
They elected Republicans for all these seats.
But they've got to do a little bit more.
I'm begging you, if you're a Texas voter, figure out who you're, every one of your state-level officials and ask them from the governor on down.
Every official at every level.
What have you done to stand up to the corrupt liberal special interests that have taken over the government in the state of Texas?
And if they don't have a good answer for you, you know what?
Shop around and find somebody who's going to put the liberty of the next generation of Texans ahead of the Biden agenda that the corrupt uniparty in Austin is taxing taxpayers out of their homes to pay for.
Texans have been betrayed.
I think it's the biggest example of voter fraud.
Texans vote Republican.
The Texas government has acted like a bunch of Democrats.
Texans deserve better.
They deserve bold, conservative Republican leadership that will put liberty of the next generation ahead of the corrupt liberal special interests that want to give it to corporate welfare.
We had a floor just two days ago.
You'll love this, Steve.
Instead of dealing with election integrity bills or border security or real school choice, the leadership of the Uniparty down here put a Joe Biden-esque student loan repayment bill on the floor of the Texas House to repay the loans.
of mental health professionals who are engaging in the social transitioning of children in the state of Texas.
That's what we're dealing with down here.
Every DEI-engaged institution got their budget increased.
So we should be leading the fight against Marxism.
We should be leading the fight against DEI.
We should be leading the fight against transgender ideology.
But unfortunately, the government of the state of Texas budgeted like California and doubled down on the corrupt, failed, progressive left's agenda this session.
And I'm going to do everything I can starting the second we adjourn to educate as many of the 30 million Texans to the corruption and the rank betrayal that has happened, not at the hands of Democrats.
They end up Democrats in Austin to pass a birthday resolution unless Republicans help them.
But the betrayal that has happened at the hands of weak liberal establishment Republicans in their name.
Brian, social media, where do people go for your cause alongside you, sir?
No, thank you.
I appreciate the possibility you've done so much.
But at Brian E. Harrison, at Brian E. Harrison, at Brian E. Harrison, I'll tell you this.
My social media feed is the most hated thing in the Capitol.
We have basically taken it.
We're doing the job the mainstream media used to do down here.
Nobody has opened the eyes or exposed the corruption.
I say that transparency is like kryptonite in the swamp.
And so if people can go to my ex-feed, at Brian E. Harrison, at Brian E. Harrison, like it, share it.
We have got to get the message out, not just to Texas, but no matter what state.
You're in, as we said, as goes Texas, so goes the nation.
If liberty falls, if freedom falls, if the Trump movement falls, if freedom and liberty, if that collapses here in Texas, I hate, I shudder to think about the implications for the rest of the country that we love so dearly.
steve bannon
Brian Harrison, thank you.
Fight on, brother.
We're with you.
unidentified
Always great to be with you, my friend.
Thank you.
steve bannon
The great Rosemary Jenks.
Rosemary, when you look at the Big Beautiful Bill, do we have the same kind of transparency issues on you are the number one person on making sure illegal immigrants, all this madness with visas, all of it.
Give us Rosemary Jenks' assessment of where we stand with the Big Beautiful Bill, ma 'am.
rosemary jenks
So, first of all, I will say that there is tremendous funding for border security, for interior immigration enforcement.
Those things in that bill are great.
We spent the last probably five days before the bill hit the House floor insisting that the committees change the eligibility requirements to ensure that illegal aliens cannot get Medicaid, Obamacare, SNAP, and so on.
It was a fight, but we got that done for the most part.
The problem that we still have is that the Ways and Means Committee failed to exclude illegal aliens from the tax credits, like the Additional Child Tax Credit and the Earned Income Tax Credit.
The problem is what they did was just require a social security number from everyone claiming the credit, including the spouse and the children of the tax filer.
The problem is five years ago, that would have been fine.
So we have literally millions of illegal aliens in this country with valid social security numbers who can still therefore get tax credits.
That means a check from the U.S. government, from our money to them above and beyond the paltry amounts that they actually pay in taxes because they're low-income earners.
Senator Mike Lee has a bill called the America First Act in the Senate that has all the definitions and restrictions on eligibility that we need to put in the bill when it's in the Senate.
So I really hope that the Senate is going to include the language from S-62.
steve bannon
But how did Jason Smith and these guys on Ways and Means not catch this?
That's a lot of money.
How did this happen?
rosemary jenks
You know, it's unclear.
I mean, why did the bill come to the Rules Committee initially with eligibility for illegal aliens for Medicaid when President Trump was tweeting that the bill eliminated illegal aliens from Medicaid?
It did not at that time.
You know, this has been a fight all the way along, and I think it's because some of the Republicans on these committees don't want to limit.
I think there's also a severe lack of knowledge.
They were not reaching out to the people who could explain to them how illegal aliens get these benefits.
And so, you know, there was a lot of surprise when we came in and said at the last minute, no, we're not going to endorse this because you haven't stopped illegal aliens from getting these benefits like you promised.
And like the president is tweeting, importantly.
So, you know, lack of knowledge, lack of will, lack of caring, big donors, who knows?
They got most of it accomplished before the bill hit the House floor.
Thankfully, the tax credit part is still a big problem, though.
steve bannon
If the fight with Mike Lee, you're saying, though, because the president said last night, for everybody who's given us grief here at the war room, the president said, hey – Go for it.
If you can make it better, I want you to do it.
So President Trump supports this.
You're saying Mike Lee's got the solution?
Is that up at your site?
Can people go to your site because you're the best?
I want the Warren Posse to get totally up to speed in this because we know what your fight was on Medicaid and that was successful.
That was huge.
And just give me a minute.
This is what you got.
We're running out of time, but you've got to take a minute.
Why does Rosemary Jenks have to go in and fight for something that's so obvious, been promised, and the Trump voter wants ma 'am?
rosemary jenks
You know, immigration, for some reason, is still not fully on the radar of these Republicans in Congress, and I do not understand it.
I mean, what have we been talking about for the last four years?
So, yes, our website, IAProject.org, if you go to the accountability page and just type in Mike Lee, you'll come to a page on his bills and the America First Act is in there.
It has all the language that we need to actually stop illegal aliens from getting benefits.
And that is what we need to do.
You know, Congress needs to fix this problem.
They still have not caught on that Americans are being devastated by mass immigration to the United States, legal and illegal.
It's not just the illegal aliens coming in.
unidentified
It's the H-1Bs and the OPTs and the green card holders, all of it.
steve bannon
With the artificial intelligence apocalypse on jobs for tech, I'm going to get you back on.
We're going to go through all the scams and the visas and the H-1Bs.
We're going to do all the quote-unquote legal, which ain't legal, to get it there.
What's your social media, Rosemary?
You're a warrior, and so many of the victories that came out of this are attributable to you in the immigration accountability project.
So where do people go, ma 'am, to get your social media?
rosemary jenks
I underscore A underscore project is our Twitter handle, our X handle.
All of our social media is linked from our website, which is IAProject.org.
IAProject.org.
steve bannon
Ma 'am, you're a patriot and a hero.
Thank you so much for joining us.
Love it.
The apocalypse on jobs.
We're going to get it back on here in these H-1Bs.
Rosemary Jenks is the axe in the space.
Dave Brat, we've got 30 seconds.
You're a board member.
Why are you a board member on Immigration Accountability Project, sir?
dave brat
Because I believe in this country.
I love the American people.
I love all people, but a nation's a nation, and our people have been getting ripped off for 30 to 40 years, and Rosemary Jenks is a true patriot like you just got done saying.
Good Catholic, always tells the truth, honest as Abe, fighting a good fight.
steve bannon
Short break.
Somebody was supposed to walk into prison in a few minutes.
He's not because of President Trump.
Next in the world.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
Okay, Joe Allen, give your coordinates.
I'm going to have you back on tomorrow, but give your coordinates right now before we get you back on where people can go get all your great writings and thoughts and analysis.
joe allen
Yes, Steve, at J-O-E-B-O-T-X-Y-Z, all social media platforms, and my website, jobot.xyz.
If I could just say real quick in closing that these systems are being put into place in schools, in the military, in government, and across corporations.
So as they become more and more sophisticated, they will become less and less controllable by default.
steve bannon
No, we have to deal with it now.
We have to deal with it now.
Real quickly, Tim's conference, Cernovich is going to be there.
You're going to be there.
You never know who's going to drop by in Montana.
Real quickly, where do people go to get access to his conference at the end of June?
joe allen
Check Tim Albarino's site on X. I believe it's just at Tim Albarino, A-L-B-E-R-I-N-O.
And the conference itself is in Bozeman, Montana, end of June, that Friday and Saturday.
I think it's the 26th, 27th, maybe 27th, 28th.
But one way or the other, end of June weekend in Bozeman, Montana.
NEFCON.
steve bannon
Thank you very much, brother.
Look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
You've been on this for a number of years.
Amazing, amazing analysis, reporting, writing, all of it.
Okay, my following guest was about to walk into a federal prison in a few minutes, but President Donald J. Trump went out last night and pardoned him.
Sheriff Jenkins joins me.
Sheriff, why were you going to prison?
And why did the President of the United States, with everything he's got going on, stopping world wars, getting the budget right, why did he take time to review your case, pardon you, and then send out this amazing true social post last night, sir?
unidentified
Because that's a man President Trump is.
Can I first just say I'm so thankful to God and to President Trump and Ed Martin.
For taking the time to thoroughly review and vet my case and find the faults.
I'm forever grateful to them.
And also, one last thing, thank God he's put people like Pam Bondi, Cash Patel, and Dan Bongino in the places they are.
I pray they will clean up a lot of bad things.
That said, I was accused, well, I was convicted by supposedly a jury of my peers for taking bribes, allegedly, for...
They serve in various capacities, somewhat honorary positions, not regular cops and not trained and doing the same things.
But we have that across the nation.
That's the power of a sheriff, just like swearing in a posse or other deputies, as we choose.
We are the only law enforcement that are elected directly by the people answerable to them alone.
Not a governor, not a mayor, not a city council, no one.
All other law enforcement in America answers to whoever appoints them, whether it's a body or an individual like a governor or a president.
So sheriffs have an authority and a power that is somewhat scary to state and federal authorities sometimes because a sheriff who knows his authority will do things like I did back during COVID.
I got some recognition taken on Governor Northam on a gun ban.
And I said that I would swear in thousands of auxiliary deputies to keep their AR-15s and other weapons they were trying to ban unconstitutionally.
Case law through the Supreme Court had already said weapons in common use we could keep.
I won't belabor that, but you can read about it.
So I stopped that bill along with the help of some others.
And that, I think, got me definitely in the eyes of the Democrats.
Northern threatened me publicly that he would take care of me later.
We kind of know some of the connections down through Richmond and all from Comey to others.
But I really crossed the line later before they came after me.
I was on a phone call.
My line was taped by the FBI to tap, but unknown to me.
Wayne Ivey, a sheriff from Brevard, Florida.
Mike Lewis from Maryland.
A group of us had formed Protect America Now, supporting President Trump's border agenda prior.
But we were on a call one day in late 2022.
It was proposed to go after Hunter Biden's laptop.
An individual had the hard drive, wanted us to fly to a secret location, view it, and obtain charges for the child porn and other things on it, and be willing the group of us to go forward with it.
And there was a former U.S. attorney and a state AG that were going to follow through on Biden and others.
That call, anyone with a brain cell knows, if you are the lowliest agent in the FBI, you hear that.
Going after the president or his son, you are obligated to send that up to change.
So there's not a prayer in hell that the AG didn't hear that directly and that the gloves didn't come off.
Because suddenly, within a matter of weeks, all hell broke loose for myself, well, no longer for me.
steve bannon
Sheriff, we've got to bounce, but you've got to bounce.
You've got eight years and the president fully pardoned you?
unidentified
I got 10 years.
The president fully pardoned me.
I thank God.
I thank the president and Ed Martin, especially.
I was the first pardon since he took the new position.
I hope to meet him one day.
I don't know him, but the man took the time to vet it quickly, thoroughly, and I am so grateful.
My family is forever grateful, and I can't thank you all enough.
steve bannon
What is your social media?
Where do people go to follow this story?
unidentified
I'm sorry, sir.
I've dropped off the face of all media until now, and we're going to fire things back up.
I'll be posting things soon enough.
steve bannon
As soon as you fire back up, make sure you come and we'll get you back on.
We want to talk about the laptop from hell.
Thank you.
Sheriff Jenkins, President Trump, with everything he's got going on and Ed Martin, great job.
But President Trump took the time to go through this file and determine that he is going to fully pardon Sheriff Jenkins.
And Sheriff Jenkins did not have to arrive to a federal prison in Indiana today for a 10-year sentence.
Mike Lindell, coming off a big Memorial Day weekend.
Summer is here, although it's a little cool around the nation.
What do you got for us, sir?
