Look, I came here for one reason.
This is raw political power, right?
You took it back from the establishment.
Right? You took it right back from the establishment.
Let's go back to those dark days of 2021.
Remember that?
President Trump had just won his second term, but was he in Washington, D.C.?
Trump won, right?
They stole it, right?
Stole it right in front of us.
Stole it with cooperation of the Republican establishment, did they not?
Because Trump, not in the room, not in the deal, and President Trump not only put you in the room, he put you at the head of the table, correct?
Is that what's going to save this country?
It has to.
How do we get in this shape?
How do we get here?
Well, Joe Biden's part of it.
He's part of it.
A big part of it.
The corrupt, democratic, neo-Marxist party is what they are.
steve bannon
Backed by the lords of easy money, the sociopathic overlords on Wall Street, the global corporatists, the apartheid state oligarchs.
unidentified
In Silicon Valley, which the progressive movement and progressive Democrats created, we didn't create it.
Trump didn't create them.
Hell, Trump's got Zuckerberg on trial that started in Washington, D.C. this very day.
Is this about precedent for the White House?
Because lots of people could say, listen, Mr. President, I appreciate what you're doing.
It's a difficult and valiant effort.
You made a mistake.
Bring the guy back.
Is the reason...
The White House doesn't want it is because it sets a precedent.
And if this precedent is set, all sorts of others will make the argument that they should come back as well.
Is that what this is about?
I think that's exactly right.
And it works both ways.
They're standing firm here because they want all of their deportations to stand up.
So they're concerned about the precedent in that sense.
They also want to use it to move forward.
And we heard that very clearly from Trump today when he talked about what he characterized as homegrown American citizens who he might want to deport.
And so he's looking again to accumulate all of that power in his own hands.
You're the full faith and credit of the United States.
The whole monetary system, everything is on your shoulders.
The whole military is on your shoulders.
And you've been screwed.
Every day for the last 50 years since President Reagan left, right?
Right? Until Trump came out.
That's what they hate.
They hate the fact that he came with a revolution that was a great awakening.
Nobody in this room, if I told you years ago that one day, right before the 250th anniversary of one of the greatest moments in world history, not just American history, the shot heard around the world in Lexington Concord.
You would be in a convention, screaming like mad men and mad women, right?
As one of the greatest examples in this country of taking the country back.
You say, no, I'm not going to.
Think about it.
Think about your life.
Think of the arc of your life.
Think of your journey.
That is what is inspiring people throughout the country.
Tarrant County, and here's the amazing thing.
In South Carolina, which is so MAGA, With his population and his folks in Texas, which is so MAGA, the establishment there are, how do I say this politely, not MAGA, right?
Because the vested interest, South Carolina is a magnificent state.
Do you honestly think they're just going to turn it over to you and say, okay, you guys want it?
That's not the way it works, and you know that.
And that's why you're such an amazing lesson to people, because you said.
My agency, my own human agency.
They may think I'm a nobody, but I'm not.
And you've proved that.
You know, I have to say, Judge Ludwig is so much smarter than I am.
I am such an institutionalist, and I thought this day would never come.
But I want to make sure people understand we are here.
Everyone's, at least I have tried to say, you know, we're not yet in that constitutional crisis.
That is what is going on.
Right now.
The district court is valiantly trying to basically determine that white is white and black is black and just get answers from the administration.
And they're hiding behind the sort of thinnest veneer of saying, well, now that this person's out of the country, we can't possibly do anything.
We can't even tell you that we asked to have him be returned.
A complete flouting of the District Court, Court of Appeals, and now Supreme Court orders.
It is truly remarkable.
And as I've said over and over again, the complicity is what makes this so different than Trump 1.0, that you don't have the White House counsel, you don't have the Attorney General,
you don't have anyone.
There to say, this is not legal.
It is not constitutional.
It is not how you're supposed to behave in the United States of America.
I mean, this really is the Rubicon that I was hoping we would never, ever get to, but that Judge Ludig correctly said this was going to happen, and it has.
This is where we are.
It is now going to be up to the Supreme Court to actually show some steel and backbone to find that this is in violation of their order and take as drastic steps as they can.
can, and ideally, again, unanimously about what is happening here, we really won't have a country left.
39% of African American men, Hispanics in majority.
And I can tell you, having done a short trip to a federal prison, the young
I'm telling you right there, these people, these young African-American, Hispanic men hate the Democratic Party.
They hate it.
And they admire Trump.
They don't understand all his policies.
And they don't have to.
They said, that guy's a leader.
He's not a politician.
I will follow that man.
That's what Trump gives us.
And what is for you tonight, after this.
Ask yourself one thing about taking it broader from here and even broader than Colombia.
But taking your message throughout the country, to your countrymen, that so far some of them have just been too timid to do it.
Ask yourself, the world's had, I don't know, 10, 12, 14, 114 billion, I think, 114 billion people, right, since the beginning.
Why did divine providence put you here in this time and place?
What are you going to be judged for?
What are you going to be held accountable for?
Why are you here in America and you are every bit as patriotic and have a deep, abiding love for this country and prepared to sacrifice for this country as the men and women that were in Lexington Common and at Concord Bridge this Saturday, 250 years ago?
Everybody that reads this, if I was there, you are in, we are in the greatest danger, a far greater danger than the patriots in 1775 and 1776.
Greater than even the Civil War.
Greater than World War II and the lead up to it.
This is the greatest peril this nation's ever had.
Because the forces aligned against us are not only international forces, but the traitors on Wall Street and corporate America and in Silicon Valley.
The enemy within is almost as powerful as the enemy without.
And the only thing that stands between it is Trump and you.
In closing, I can just leave you with one thing.
You are amazing.
Tremendous. Now you have to inspire an entire nation.
And lead an entire nation.
No, I'm just a crazy mick that yells into our microphone.
Seriously. You guys do the work.
I just want to leave you with one thing.
When you set out to take Vienna, Take Vienna.
Fight! Fight!
steve bannon
Fight! This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies.
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
unidentified
The people have had a belly full of it.
steve bannon
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
steve bannon
It's the Ides of April.
Tuesday, 15 April, Year of Our Lord, 2025.
It's your favorite day of the year, Tax Day.
You know, I'm a huge believer that we should move Tax Day.
And you could do it.
They could float it.
You move Tax Day to Election Day.
Think about it.
Why is it actually on the calendar about as separated as you can possibly get?
Now, they have all kinds of reasons that will give you 100 days or 90 days or whatever after the end of the year.
But why is it separated?
It's separated because they don't want your anger that you go to the ballot box with to be on the day you have to pay taxes.
I believe, and you make it a national holiday if you have to, election day and tax day should be the same day.
You should think through, as you're looking through those taxes, what you're actually paying for.
Okay, quiz to the war room posse.
I know you guys are on top of things, as ever.
They just announced...
So the fiscal year, as you know, being a viewer of the show, and Russ Vogt, the director of OMB, is going to be with us at the bottom of the hour.
You know that the fiscal year of the United States government starts October 1st.
So it starts in the, really, the fourth quarter of the calendar, or the traditional financial year.
As most companies, I think, report on a calendar year.
The deficit that we are running, and I mean cash money.
This is no accounting conventions or accounting tricks.
Cash money.
First half of the year, which is one quarter of Joe Biden, given, I guess, one month of his actual presidency and then a couple of months after he was defeated and was a real lame duck.
President Trump on the transition, although he had no technical power.
And then one quarter with President Trump.
Of course we did pass the CR, and let's be blunt, there was an accommodation there to make sure that we could get in, and okay, it was supposed to be changed back in December.
We didn't do that.
And all of us big boys and girls said, fine, CR, it's Biden's budget, it's Pelosi's budget, we're going to take one for the team and just go.
And... If you watch this show, you know back in December, in January, I was arguing this doge, this new thing had to be blended into OMB as an advisor and get into what's called the appropriations process because that's really the law that comes out about what you're actually going to spend and appropriate.
We then did the big beautiful bill and they had 25 to 40 People in the House Freedom Caucus and others that didn't want to do it, didn't want to sign up for it because of the spending cuts.
No spending cuts.
My calculation right now in the big, beautiful bill is, hey, I'm just backing the envelope, but I think it's a $3 trillion deficit annually.
And I don't want to hear about 10 years because that's all happy talk.
This is a restructuring.
This is a reorganization.
You've got to go year by...
Actually, you should go week by week.
If you're doing it for a company, you go week by week.
The cash flow every week.
How are we going to get out of here?
$1.3 trillion cash money.
And all you guys in the meme lords, so far I've got a real budget of six months of a year that we're going to do $1.3 trillion in the first half.
$1.3 trillion.
I've got guys running around here on this reconciliation.
The Doge team is talking about now not a trillion dollars of wastewater abuse in this year.
Not a trillion dollars next year.
$150 billion, which has not been allocated.
You go to the website.
I don't know.
Somebody's sending me a meme with $300 billion.
We have to get serious.
This is a live fire exercise.
You are the full faith and credit.
It's on your shoulders.
And if it collapses, it's coming down on your head.
And MAGA, you'll be blamed.
Oh, these MAGA, these radicals, these MAGA radicals, tariffs and trade deals and want to do this and take on China and want to do this and do the following and do all that.
Because the people that got us in this, and you see this phony cosplay, Bernie Sanders and AOC.
Run around the oligarchy, the anti-oligarchy.
They created the oligarchy and have not taken one measure to stop it.
But for the Bernie bros, who, to be brutally frank, are kind of saps given the pathetic nature of Bernie's campaigns against Hillary Clinton.
Just saying, just saying, if you're going to take down Clinton, you've got to rip her face off politically.
That's the mafia.
That's the political mafia.
Okay, short break.
We're going on offense today in the war room.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
You're welcome.
steve bannon
Jeff Davis joins us.
Jeff, the Greenville GOP convention last night.
Extraordinary. Here's the thing I found amazing.
I talked to the media beforehand and they did clips.
They had a handful.
They have a handful of these protesters, I say, you know, the Democratic Socialists or wherever they are, you know, people outside that are all worked up.
Oh, Bannon's an anti-Semite.
I think folks that watch this show consistently know what a bald-faced lie that is.
But it's just a handful of these typical, you know, if you had to cast a PBS special.
With the goofy left.
It was the typical goofy left with their goofy signs.
You see them on Rachel Maddow every night.
The protests are building across the country and she's shooting 15 people in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
In the local media, if you see the segments they did, half would be the protesters and the protesters sitting there.
You know, saying everything and,"Oh, you guys are domestic terrorists." Inside the convention is one of the most important political stories going on.
And the local Greenville media, the TV media, are such, and you realize how dumb media is as they get up to the national level, and that's why you see these idiots like Caitlin Collins, these people asking these really pathetically stupid questions of Trump.
They're so dumb.
Because they're actually actors.
They're not, you know, they're all there for appearance.
Because it's television.
They're sitting there, I'm thinking, one of the most important political stories in the country is right in this room.
Because people know, I don't waste my time.
I really channel my time to work on things that are of the urgent and of the moment.
And what happened in Greenville last night, just like in Tarrant County.
The two folks in Tarrant County and in Greenville.
And by the way, in Denton County, you're getting there.
They're still split, but in Tarrant County and in Greenville, they've taken care of the problem.
This is a precinct strategy, grassroots, where people have taken control of the apparatus and are not backing off and saying, hey, we're not going to play ball with the establishment anymore.
We're not going to play your controlled opposition game.
And it's really magnificent to watch.
On the 14th area, on a Monday night, Jeff Davis coming here.
How many folks?
There were a thousand or more.
That is a massive turnout in April in a non-election year of citizens that have just shown up.
How big was it?
unidentified
We had about 1,300 there last night.
It was an exciting event.
You were obviously a big draw to get people in there.
But really, it was about all of the delegates that were there to vote and cast out the RINO establishment.
Fortunately, the RINO establishment here in Greenville, South Carolina.
We boycotted our precinct reorganization this year.
So we were probably missing about 300 or 400 of them in there, but they didn't want to pay the $20 fee to come to the convention and just give us extra money to fight the establishment.
So it was a great evening, a fantastic event.
Had yourself on there, and you were a big draw to get some guests.
And really, people from all across the state showed up from other GOPs, and we had people as far away as from Texas, and actually a gentleman from New York came down to see you.
So it was fantastic.
steve bannon
Talk to me about how you guys did this.
You did it in the darkest days of 2021.
Walk us through, because I want this to be a template.
You and Tarrant County have to be, and there's others around that I've already identified, but you are the primal force in back of President Trump and the MAGA movement.
What you folks have done at the precinct level and to take over incredibly important counties, Tarrant County in Texas, in Greenville, Which is the buckle of the Bible Belt, but really hardcore conservatives in MAGA.
How did you guys do it?
Go back to the beginning and walk us through how it did, because it ain't easy, folks.
As people in the precinct strategy know already, you're not greeted with, they don't have a big bouquet of roses in a bottle of wine to welcome you aboard when you show up.
unidentified
No, it actually goes back to when President Trump was first elected in 2016.
We went to the local party here and asked them, I said, this is a great opportunity to get all these MAGA people involved.
Can we be involved in the recruiting?
We were all part of the Tea Party back in those days.
So we were kind of off to the side in the first place.
But you know what?
The local county party said those people will never show up again.
Those people are one-time voters.
We don't really care about them.
And it was a shocker for me.
So it really made me realize that the party did not want the citizens, and especially the grassroots citizens, involved in the organization.
Greenville County is 550,000 citizens, and there were probably in the old days maybe 50,000.
300 people that would come to a convention.
So you've got 300 people making a decision about how the local party is run, and we are the driving force for the entire state of South Carolina, being the largest county.
So we actually ran a candidate, a gentleman by the name of Presley Stutz, in 2019.
We learned a little bit about the rework process, and I'll tell you, it is not welcoming.
The rules are written to be interpreted either way, whatever way the establishment wants the rules to be interpreted that will benefit them.
And then we really got...
With the stolen election of 2020, we rolled out our organization, myscgop.com or.news.
We rolled that organization out literally on January 21st, 2021.
So we were there in the darkest of days, as you like to call it.
And what our mission was, was to teach people about how to get involved in Precinct Reorg.
It's really what Dan Schultz is doing out of Arizona and what you've had him on there.
And that's what we're trying to teach.
We've been very successful at it here in South Carolina, especially here at Ground Zero, being Greenville County, South Carolina.
But we went through the process.
We learned.
I will tell you, you actually made the comment last night that we seem to get worse press than you do, and that's what's shocking about it.
We actually get, you know, it's like locusts.
They will come out and attack you from right and left, and most people are not prepared for that type of verbal attack.
Most people, human nature is not built to enjoy conflict.
I think you look back at 1776, it was the 3% that were engaged in the revolution.
Well, I mean, we're in our second revolutionary war now, and it's really the 3% that are willing to put up with it.
I couldn't express it.
You get bad press and all kinds of, you know, the racist comments, and you saw the signs out there yesterday from the few protesters from the Democratic Party.
But, I mean, you know, the attacks that they levy on us are just almost mind-blowing.
And you've got to have, you know, as you said, boot leather or thick skin like President Trump does to be able to even participate.
I'm a tax attorney CPA, and if you would ask them, I'm the biggest criminal on the planet and the biggest racist on the planet as well.
But that's not how it is.
And we have fought.
We have battled through it.
We have a firm belief that the precinct reorganization process and getting involved and taking back the bully pulpit of the Republican Party is how we save this country.
If we take the voice, the bully pulpit of the GOP, that helps us influence the other 97% of the electorate as to which candidates are the good candidates, which are the MAGA candidates.
And if we get more MAGA, America First candidates elected, then we'll get better legislation.
and it will trickle up to the D.C. level.
So everything that you're doing and President Trump is doing at the national level, the federal level, we're trying to meet you in the middle by working up from the bottom, from the actual precinct.
So that's how we're doing it.
It's really not a hard...
You have to have a certain character to be able to participate in this.
But it's easily done.
It's easily winnable.
And everybody, every precinct, every county out there ought to be setting themselves up with a two-year plan to take over and take back their precinct, activate their precinct, and get involved to take over their local county parties and ultimately their state parties.
And that's how we believe will save America.
steve bannon
Okay, this is the model.
Jeff, can you hang on for a few minutes?
We're going to go to commercial break here in a couple of minutes.
I'm going to bring Russ Vogt in at OMB, and then I want to bring you back so you can hold.
I'd appreciate it.
Jeff Davis is the GOP chair of Greenville County GOP, and it's extraordinary.
The lessons of these folks in Tarrant County.
It's a template.
Now, there's a lot more of you folks out there working on this, I know.
Our big thing is to expose you to the national media of where the beating heart of MAGA is and how strong this movement is.
The Hill newspaper today, which the Hill is no friend of MAGA and no friend of Trump, but it does some good reporting.
It's a little slanted.
It's not totally obnoxious like some of them.
Not nearly as bad as Politico.
But The Hill has an interesting article today about polling they're doing and others are doing.
NBC, I think, and others.
And guess what?
70%, 70% of Republican voters now identify as MAGA.
And this includes new voters that we're bringing in.
The MAGA movement is at the early stages of this reorientation and redirection of this grand realignment.
That AOC and Bernie Sanders are running around cosplaying populists, cosplaying economic nationalists.
You see everything they talk about?
Oh, it's climate change and Gaza and climate change and DEI.
Nothing that gets to the heart of it.
One of the issues both in Texas and South Carolina, how do you have a huge MAGA base?
How do you have a political movement that's energizing?
Yet you have establishments in Texas and in South Carolina that are adamantly opposed to that.
And I mean adamantly.
Down in the trenches, we're going to defeat you and we're going to pull every dirty trick in the book to do it.
Part of that reason is what Jeff just said.
Human nature is that, hey, we're not built for conflict.
Well, in this one, you're going to have to be like the Patriots.
In 1775, this is the week of the 250th anniversary of Lexington and Concord.
And it is that DNA, it's that spirit, it's that fighting spirit that comes down through every patriot's grave to the current time.
That's what separates out MAGA.
Okay, we have a world on fire financially.
I think we've done a pretty good job in the last couple of years of getting you guys ready for this.
So much more to come.
That's why right now, take out your phone.
The price of gold, which is high, is not the point.
It's the process of how it got there.
We're teaching you how to fish, not giving you a fish.
Birch Gold.
Just take your phone and text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, at 989898.
Get the ultimate guide.
To investing in gold and precious metals in the era, and I say that, underline, the era of Trump.
Do it today.
Back with Russ Voted on B in a moment.

Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Coffee that we pound down every morning.

Field of Greens from Brickhouse Nutrition.
You get all your fruits and vegetables, and this is an organic,
Organic superfood.
It's not like the stuff you see if you happen to watch Fox or other cable news stations that you're bombarded with all day long.
The process here is totally different.
This is organic, so it's got none of the phony powders, everything they put in.
This is a longer process, a tougher process, but the price is right.
You'll love the price.
Fieldofgreens.com, promo code BANNIT, 20% off your first order.
Go check it out.
Not only do you feel great because you get all your...
Fruits and vegetables.
But the energy boost, at least I get it, boom.
Makes us in pre-dawn hours when we're putting the war room together.
That's the way I get rolling.
We're in it now.
I was trying to say last night at the speech, and Jeff Davis is going to join us right after we get Russ up to talk about what's happening at OMB.
Big story out.
Yesterday in Politico, a scoop.
The budget for the State Department slashed 50%.
And the budget that they're working on, the State Department slashed their budget 50%.
Finally. And I think foreign aid's taken down to like, you know, some de minimis amount.
Is it a huge number?
No. But is it an important number?
Yes. It shows you the direction that we have to take.
1.3 trillion.
We have to get serious about how we're going to structure this.
This is what President Trump's trying to do.
Three things simultaneously.
Remember, the original plan is that you're going to stop the kinetic part of the Third World War, you're going to deport 10 million illegal alien invaders, and you're going to address this financial and economic disaster we have.
Of those three things, right?
Well, look at what he's doing in effectuating that, the national security policy, the economic nationalism, and the taking on the administrative state and the deep state.
The national security and the economic nationalism are inextricably linked.
President Trump is not an isolationist.
This is not America alone.
This is not come-home America.
This is research or priorities.
Number one is the economic nationalist piece.
With what he's doing on the, it's not just trade and tariffs, it's a total reorganization of the commercial relationships of the United States of America to other countries in the world.
Heretofore, we have, and let's just take the Eurasian landmass, the kind of the post-war international rules-based order.
If you go around the Eurasian landmass and remember for over 100 years or maybe 125 years since the theory of geopolitics came out and they really went off Napoleon and what Napoleon was doing versus the British and Admiral Mahan and the theoretician of the British Empire.
Our theoretician that walked us through what the British Empire was doing, Lord Nelson, all that, the sea power versus the land power.
Around the rim of the Eurasian landmass, you have NATO and Western Europe.
Then you have the Gulf Emirates, Israel, Persia, everything in the Middle East, and around the Persian Gulf and the North Arabian Sea.
Then you go around, keep going around the rim of the Eurasian landmass.
You get to the South China Sea and Taiwan and all that.
Then you get up into Japan and Korea.
Those four kind of hot spots.
And you have commercial relationships, trade deals, capital markets integration, and an American security guarantee.
Here's the problem.
In the commercial relationships, in the trade deals, in the trading relationships, we're essentially upside down.
Why? This is what President Trump says over and over and over again.
It's not that...
He blames the other countries.
He doesn't.
He blames the leadership of this country, which is the enemy within.
It has been.
That's what he's trying to unravel.
This is how you lost five million high-paying, good manufacturing jobs.
This is how all your manufacturing base left the country and departed for Asia.
The hard-working common man of China, man and woman of China, would be treated like slave labor by their Communist Party overlords.
And Wall Street and the global corporatists in Silicon Valley all worked in unison to do it.
It wasn't an act of conspiracy that said, let's do this.
No, it was the logic of the money and the logic of profits and not putting their country first.
And now we're in a situation that, you know, the Chinese Communist Party, as we said, they've been at economic war for us and planning for this for 25 years.
That is what this book represents, unrestricted warfare, written by two colonels that did the analysis for the People's Liberation Army at the end of the Gulf War, where they said, hey, remember Schwarzkopf and those guys every day showing the press things on CNN and they're blowing up stuff remote,
you know, the fire and forget missiles?
They're blowing up everything remote.
Now, you know, you see the black and white, and all of a sudden you see a missile come in, and boom, gone.
They came to the conclusion foreign devils have advanced military technology.
We may not be able to catch up with foreign devils.
So what do we have to do?
We have to do political, psychological, cyber, but most importantly, economic warfare.
And we can do that because, wait for it, Foreign devil leaders, the leaders of the foreign devils, will sell them out.
Will sell out the rank and file of the foreign devils.
Hey, note to self, write this down with your number two pencil.
They were very smart.
Because guess what?
They did.
That's what we're in this jam.
This is what Trump stood for.
A thought history against Clinton and the Clinton mafia.
This is why Bernie Sanders, every one of you that show up to these rallies, you're a fool.
Your heart, you want populism.
You want economic nationalism.
You want jobs to go over.
Some of you may be globalists.
But just listen to what AOC and Bernie put out.
It's a nothing burger.
Number one, Bernie had the shot back in the early days.
You talk about the dark days of 2021 with Jeff Davis and the team down in Greenville.
And everybody here, and backing President Trump, and that President Trump coming back from it?
Coming back for it?
Think about the...
Biden had Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Joe Biden, and they talked about, oh, we're going to raise tax on the Bayonaires, the oligarchs, the Bayonaires.
Never even got a committee.
Died. It's not because they have no interest in tax on the Bayonaires.
The Bayonaires control them.
They're a party that is not supported by the working class.
That's why they're doing this tour now.
They actually, Bill Maher made it the other night when I said, Democrat probably doesn't support working class people.
That's a known fact.
He agrees.
He says, you're right.
It's the credentialed class.
It's all these deadbeats with the college loans that can't pay them off.
Why? Because, hey, they had some job in the sociology department pushing DEI or doing research on DEI.
And guess what?
It got cut off.
President Trump cut off $2.2 billion to Harvard last night.
Hey, I look and somehow they get $9 billion.
Cut it all off.
And I don't know why we're just pushing the anti-Semitism.
Certainly that's important, don't get me wrong, but it's deeper, far deeper than that.
It's far deeper than they're coming after Jewish people.
That's bad enough, but they're coming after American citizens and patriots.
Let's go to the faculty and purge it all.
Every neo-Marxist up there that hates America gone.
And cut their money off.
And go to the state, obviously.
Go to University of Michigan.
We're not doing this seriously until we go to Ann Arbor and Madison.
Every time you come around and go, oh my God, Michigan and Wisconsin, they're so hard.
Because you've got the big cities, Milwaukee and Detroit, but you've also got Madison and Ann Arbor.
Let's take the sting out of it.
The way you take the sting out of it is go to them and say, hey, you get a couple of billion dollars for this.
Is Gretchen Whitmer, she's hiding in the Oval Office?
I think she killed her presidential run.
Just saying.
That's not a profile and courage, lady.
If you're going to step into the breach and make some changes, first off, you're going to take on Trump and MAGA?
You can't be there with your folder after Trump walks you into a trap and then hide?
You're going to hide?
Is that what you're going to do?
We're going to hide now?
This has to be confronted.
The universities are cesspools.
You know this.
You can't even go on campus.
If speakers can't go on campus, these speakers can't go on campus.
Hey, it's not a big deal.
Shut it down.
Take their money away and let's see what big shots they are.
One thing this process has shown, and Doge has done a very good job on this, and also other people working around that.
It's all on federal money.
This is why the spending is out of control.
All of these people exist on this.
If you cut the money, look at the bishops.
The big talking Catholic bishops.
Oh, we're all for immigration.
You've got to support the other.
You've got to do this.
Once the federal money was cut off, they stopped.
After 50 years, we're so sorry to announce.
They wouldn't even put in a penny from their own back pocket.
These guys are sitting on cash like crazy.
We're out of the business.
Russ Vogt joins us.
Talk about public.
Russ, big scoop in the New York Post.
Finally, we're going to cut off these left-wing news organizations, NPR, PBS, etc.
Please tell me that's true.
It's just not fake news coming from the New York Post.
This is real, sir.
russ vought
It's real.
We're readying to send up a rescissions package to Congress that includes a billion-dollar rescission to Corporation for Public Broadcasting, PBS, NPR.
And as you know, this is not just left-wing indoctrination, but this is worse than that.
They've been at the forefront of the efforts to do on a cultural basis the type of dividing on the basis of wokeism that we've seen and had such a great deal of issue over the last four years.
You know, drag queen shows for kids.
It's not just about whether they're covering Hunter Biden's laptop, which they are not.
They've been at the forefront of the woke agenda, and that's finally going to come to end, hopefully, if we get Congress's vote.
So we're sending a rescissions package up.
It'll be a billion dollars to Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which the vast majority of that is NPR and PBS, and it will be $8.3 billion in straight doge cuts.
With regard to USAID.
So this is all of the nonsense, the garbage, you know, Iraqi Sesame Street.
But again, program by program, it's woke.
It's funding LGBT organizations and those initiatives in other countries, which you zoom out and you wonder, why do countries hate us?
Because we're funding this in their country.
So we're looking forward to the first of the rescissions.
We intend to send up.
More is coming.
But as it pertains to this one, we want to see it passed and Congress come alongside of us and help us make sure these Doge savings are, in fact, permanent.
And it's good to be back on, Steve.
Back home.
steve bannon
We're glad to have you.
You came in a little late.
Can we hold you to a short commercial break?
We've got a short segment after this.
I just want to ask you about the process of rescissions.
Love when you bring the receipts, and they particularly love how you've taught this audience over the last couple of years, starting back in 2021, actually the process and how it means and how they're supposed to think about it.
Birch Gold today, it's not about the price of gold.
Gold's price every couple of days reaches high.
That's not the point.
The point is the underlying...
Converging factors, geopolitically, economically, capital markets that drive the price of gold and make it a store of value and a hedge against times of financial turbulence.
Short commercial break.
I want everybody to go to birchgold.com slash abandon the end of the dollar empire.
We are coming out with a special regarding this.
This is all free.
But we're going to bundle it in a different way so that you can even get more easy access to it.
Go get that today.
In these budget fights that are ahead, you need to understand the BRICS nations.
What's the alternative to the dollar?
In a monetary system predicated upon the dollar and on your shoulders because you are the full faith and credit of the United States government.
Birchgold.com slash bandit.
Go talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
Russ Vogt, director of OMB, next.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
Russ, I know you've got to bounce.
The difference between rescissions and impoundments, why did you go the rescission route and just the details of what the audience should expect and anticipate out of this process?
russ vought
So obviously, you know, we're enthusiastic about impoundments.
The president ran on the notion of impoundments.
We don't like the Impoundment Control Act in general because for 200 years in history, presidents had this authority to impound much more regularly.
And then that law came and was passed in the lowest part of the executive branch in the early 1970s as part of the apparatus of Watergate.
But we're not talking about impoundments because that's kind of a decision that's done.
Right now, we're going through a programmatic review of all of the programs within the federal government, seeing what's wasteful.
That's in conjunction with DOGE.
But we are ready, with regard to some of the waste that we're seeing, to use some adequate features of the Impoundment Control Act, one of which is to be able to send up a bill and not have it filibustered in the Senate.
So that's what we're doing right now, and there's a pot of money in which this makes sense.
$9.3 billion when you put the Corporation for Public Broadcasting along with the USAID.
This is the first example for us to send up and to kind of test Congress's willingness.
And they've been, you know, crying out for us to send the doge cuts up as the rescissions.
We're ready to do that when they come back to receive it formally in the House and Senate.
And then we'll see where the votes are.
But we are expecting this to be a successful effort.
And if it is...
We will send more of them up to them and make this both an Article 2 and an Article 1 project.
steve bannon
Well, since the first cut of USAID and PBS and NPR, I think you'll get people's attention, Russ, as only you can do.
One last question.
We don't need 60 in the rescissions process.
You don't need 60. You don't need to break cloture.
You don't need 60 votes in the Senate to get this thing rolling as a majority vote.
russ vought
Correct. It's a majority vote.
So that is one of the, I would say, few features of the Impoundment Control Act, but it is this fast-track procedure to ensure that a bill is considered, and we did this for the first time probably in three decades in the first term, but it was voted down in the Senate,
came out of the House, and then voted down.
So I think we'll get a different appetite based on this time we're being asked to send these up because they want to be a part of that process.
And I think it'll be a really a great debate to have just to call Democrats and anyone else onto the table.
Are you really going to defend the types of waste that we've seen in literally every foreign aid program that we've.
unidentified
Russ, what's the time?
steve bannon
House and Senate are out for the Easter break and Passover break.
What's your timing on this?
President's timing?
russ vought
We will send it up immediately when they come back in.
They need to be there formally to receive it, but the paperwork will be ready to go, and as the White House, we're obviously ready to send it up.
steve bannon
I think the worm's going to send you over your flak jacket.
You need your flak jacket in a couple weeks.
Russ Vogt, where do people follow you and all the great work OMB is doing, sir?
russ vought
At Russ Vogt and at OMB, people can find us and get all the updates on this and other issues.
steve bannon
Ross, thank you so much.
Honored to have you on here.
russ vought
Same, Steve.
Thanks so much.
steve bannon
I think you see the strategy right there, which is pretty well thought through, is take these that are not just, they're beyond controversial, they're offensive in the USAID side and the PBS side.
Put them in a package.
You know, these guys talk big about they want to manage costs and they want to, you know, cut spending.
Put it up there and let's go vote.
Very smart.
So we're starting with the rescissions package.
Remember when Rand Paul, during the fights before the reconciliation bill, and when Doge went to the, when Elon went up to the lunch in the Senate, they came back and talked about specifically tranches of $100 billion and up to $500 billion.
I think this is smart.
Just go with something you've got now and then follow it.
What this means in the next couple, in two weeks when they return, or now I guess 10 days when they return, You're going to have a good old-fashioned throwdown, which is what the war room posse's looking for, right?
Tonight at 6 o'clock, we're going to go live to Marjorie Taylor Greene's going to have a town hall.
You know, they tell people to run away from town hall.
Of course, MTG's not built like that.
She kind of runs towards the gunfire.
And so tonight, there's going to be that.
And I think we're going to get Brian Glenn on a pregame at 5. We also have some amazing people talk about this constitutional crisis that's coming up because of this.
Really, the way that the Supreme Court is handling the process of people coming in, all these lawsuits trying to delay, and by delaying, denying President Trump his ability to have executive action.
Tej Gill is with us.
Tej, hey, more than ever, I got my field of greens, so I got my greens, and I got my vegetables, and I got my energy boost, my first big cup of Warpath.
But I need another cup.
It's been that kind of morning.
I need another cup of coffee.
unidentified
Yeah, we got it, Steve.
We have the best coffee out there.
We are selling so much right now.
It's crazy.
Our growth has just been on fire this year.
It's crazy.
You can look at our website.
We have over 8,500 five-star reviews now.
And it's climbing every day.
And only 13% of our customers are leaving reviews, and we still have that many reviews.
So that goes to show you how crazy it is.
The way it tastes so good, we roast it on a perforated drum, so we don't burn it at all whatsoever.
We caramelize our beans.
We don't carbonize it.
And people absolutely love it.
The people have spoken, and a huge chunk of our...
Customers are the War Room audience, the War Room Posse.
The War Room Posse is buying this coffee like you wouldn't believe.
And now we're running paid ads also, and it is on fire.
People love this coffee.
It's incredible.
tej gill
The website is warpath.coffee, and use promo code WARROOM.
unidentified
The promo code WARROOM, that's for the War Room Posse.
And right now it's 15% off.
It varies on the holidays.
And I'm telling you, you have to try this coffee.
It is amazing.
People love it.
And it's because we don't burn it.
So you don't need milk and sugar.
I just finished drinking a cup of espresso black.
And that's kind of unheard of.
Usually espresso is very bitter.
And I actually drink our espresso just straight black.
And it's healthier that way.
Get rid of the sugar.
You don't need it.
You don't need milk and sugar in our coffee.
You can just drink it straight black.
And it is amazing.
We have so many different blends.
steve bannon
Drink it like they teach us in the Navy.
unidentified
Black. That's right.
Drink it like a sailor.
Drink it like a mariner.
steve bannon
Drink it like a...
Hang on for a second.
Hang on, Tej.
I know you're down at the factory, but hang on for a second.
Tej Gil's with us.
We've got a packed second hour.
It's rescissions, not impoundments.
Impoundments are to come.
The rescission game.
Another arrow in the quiver as President Trump drives his agenda.
Short commercial break.
Back in the war room in...
