There has been a ruling here.
I would consider this still a developing story, and I'll explain why.
Tonight, the Supreme Court has intervened in the case of a Maryland father who the Trump administration admits it accidentally, oops, sent him to a foreign prison in El Salvador, even though they had no right to do it.
In court, the Trump administration has admitted he was not supposed to be sent to that foreign prison.
Well, they have also maintained in court that, oh, well, that's too bad.
He's now effectively stuck in that prison maybe forever because the U.S. has no power to get him back, even though they sent him there mistakenly.
Now, a federal judge in Maryland ordered several days ago that that could not stand.
For obvious reasons, that Trump had to go and get him.
The Trump administration had to go and get him and bring him back.
The judge, you might remember, gave the Trump administration a deadline of Monday night this week, this past week, this past Monday, Monday night at midnight was when they had to have that guy back in the United States.
After that judge's order, the Trump administration succeeded in getting the Supreme Court to hit pause on that order until they themselves could weigh in.
Well, in this ruling tonight, the Supreme Court has weighed in.
And they have ordered that this man from Maryland, Kilmar Abrego-Garcia, they have ordered that he has to be returned to the United States?
Maybe? I say maybe, and I say this is still a developing story.
So what's going to be the response?
If we've still got the antibodies to defend ourselves as a democracy, if our civil society is still working, What we ought to see here is a battalion
of the highest-end lawyers in the country flooding in to provide...
Chris Krebs and Miles Taylor with free legal representation.
And with the kind of no-holds-barred, super-aggressive legal fight that Judge Ludig is describing today.
Are we going to see it?
As the biggest, poshest, most powerful law firms in the country, even tonight, continue to suck up to Trump and promise to do him favors in exchange for him no longer criticizing them or threatening them?
Do we still have the juice as a country?
Are we still kicking?
Legal profession, you still there?
Are all the pretty words America's most prominent lawyers are famous for about the rule of law and no fear or favor, are all those just pretty words?
unidentified
Are we going to see them show up?
rachel maddow
Because time's up.
It is now.
Everything you were supposedly preparing for, it's here.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
donald j trump
The people have had a belly full of it.
steve bannon
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
Mega media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
you you
steve bannon
It's Friday, 11 April, Year of Our Lord 2025.
Mike Davis, let's bifurcate this.
Let's go to the Supreme Court.
They're all high-fiving about the Supreme Court.
In fact, you were on the show yesterday at the 5 o'clock hour.
They made this ruling right when we went off at 7. Does this not intrude into President Trump's rightful authorities as command?
mike davis
Yeah, I think the Supreme Court, both with Judge Ali, when he tried to order $2 billion out the door in this new...
Maryland Obama judge, Patricia Z, or whatever the hell her name is, I think the Supreme Court was trying to very gently give them a face-saving way out on both of these cases.
And of course, these radical judicial activists, these radical judicial saboteurs.
did not take the gentle face-saving way out they want to double down it's very clear from the supreme court's order that these district court judges no federal court even the supreme court cannot order the president to conduct foreign policy that is a clear violation of the separation Look,
this guy who got sent to El Salvador, he's an illegal immigrant.
He is likely a member of MS-13, and he got sent to an El Salvadorian prison.
Whether it was by accident or not, my perspective is, who gives a damn?
It's an illegal immigrant MS-13 gang member, and he's out of America.
And I don't know how he's going to get persecuted in El Salvador because it seems like every MS-13 gangbanger is in America, right, because of these judges.
So I think he's safe at least for the next several weeks from persecution in El Salvador.
But I would also say this to these judges and Rachel Maddow.
And all these other people who are wetting the bed over this.
Where the hell were they when the Biden Justice Department persecuted Trump's top aides like you, Steve Bannon, like Peter Navarro, persecuted his supporters?
steve bannon
What are you talking about?
They love that.
They love that.
That's not...
Hold on.
I know where they were.
They were driving it behind the scenes and having people purchasing those.
But hang on for a second.
I'm a simple guy.
I've got to understand this.
Does this mean that President Trump, as Commander-in-Chief, is this ruling by the Supreme Court, mean that if he designates people to be sent out of the country and to go to these prisons, do whatever, that now you have to have full due process in a time when President Trump says it's a national security emergency?
Is that what the Supreme Court ruled, or is it something less than that?
mike davis
No, the Supreme Court's following a precedent from like 60 years ago, and there has to be some sort of process, meaning you have to verify, yeah, that person's actually part of Trend de Aragua.
And the president's already made the finding that Trend de Aragua is working with the government, the state of Venezuela, to sabotage America.
So all you have to do is just make the finding.
I think the Trend de Aragua tattoos on their face is a pretty good sign that they're part of Trend de Aragua.
But that's the due process that's required under these statutes.
We don't need the full constitutional due process that you have with American citizens.
You have the president of the United States repelling an invasion of our country, right?
And just think about that.
If Iran sent an army into the United States, do we have to have due process before we shoot
steve bannon
Is this going to slow down Tom Homans and Kristi Noem from doing raids and sending people out?
In other words, is the deportation...
...process here of the tip of the spear of the invaders, the muscle of the invaders, the criminal element.
Is that, in your opinion, going to slow down starting today?
mike davis
Barely. Because what needs to happen is Tom Homan needs to have these due process hearings at the Chevy Chase Country Club.
And then we'll see how much due process these Supreme Court justices will allow of these foreign terrorists.
We have a president who campaigned on the facts.
He's going to secure our border.
He's going to deport illegal aliens.
They are criminals, all of them.
And that is especially true of these Trendyaragua designated...
Who knows?
before the CIA decides to drone strike an American abroad that Obama did.
You know, that person didn't get so much due process.
But if you're part of MS-13, if you're part of Trendy Aragua, I know these leftists love you and you're their heroes.
But guess what?
You're going home.
Hasta la vista, boys.
unidentified
What –
steve bannon
There's been some rulings and there's been some activity, and I think the Fifth Circuit or the Fourth Circuit has come in.
I believe the engine room's asking me, I thought now the new attitude was, hey, just in crossing the border, you've committed a crime.
You're going to go to a jail and you're going to get out of here right away.
Is there due process involved in that?
I thought by definition, if you cross the border, you're an open target to get put in a jail and then get you the hell out of here, sir.
mike davis
It's minimal due process.
It's not the same due process that you think, like constitutional due process that is required.
If you're an illegal immigrant, you are committing a crime.
You're going to have some level of due process under the statutes, but you're going to get sent out of this country.
So it might be easier just to pack up your crap and head home now.
steve bannon
Let's go to the, and if Centennial can put up the They can put up the Politico story.
You're quoted at length in this Politico story about President Trump going...
This was the second part of Rachel Madison.
We played it twice, played in the cold open.
She's furious.
Because President Trump is actually going after the institutions that are bound and determined to destroy this republic, its constitution, and the American people.
And they've really singled out in this article the law firms and the universities, which we think both are fantastic.
You have some quotes in there that are quite controversial.
I know this is surprising given it's the viceroy.
What do you say in this article that's got their heads exploding, Mike Davis?
mike davis
I think this is the one where I said retribution is an important component of justice.
It serves as a powerful deterrent, and it makes the victim soul.
So, look, I am all about retribution, and I've said that very publicly for many, many months, and I take great joy in retribution right now because these are the same Democrats.
That went after pro-life Christian elderly people who were praying at abortion clinics and parents who were outraged by gender chaos in schools.
You know, I mean, they went after you too, Steve, but you're a big boy.
But, you know, when you're going after elderly pro-life Christians, 75-year-old Christians and putting them in prison and parents because their daughters are getting raped in high school bathrooms, they can go to hell.
unidentified
All of them.
steve bannon
What is, Rachel Maddow is actually worked up because she doesn't think the law firms are doing enough to defend themselves.
The bid and the ask right now, President Trump has targeted these law firms that have gone after not just people in the government, but also gone after kind of the Constitution and the American way of life.
And he's targeted these, particularly Paul Weiss, and they're shocked that they cratered so quickly.
What is the game plan here?
What is President Trump trying to accomplish besides the retribution part of it?
mike davis
I would say what it looks like publicly that he's trying to accomplish is that he's sending a powerful message to these law firms that when you engage in these illegal criminal conspiracies against...
Your political opponents, like they did with Crossfire Hurricane, like they did with this law firm, there are going to be consequences.
And maybe these law firms prevail on their claims if they bring First Amendment challenges.
Who knows?
But I would say to these big corporate clients, do you really want a law firm who's on a blacklist for the entire government, the entire executive branch?
I wouldn't.
I mean, I know these big corporations are risk averse.
That seems like a huge risk.
To have one of these law firms on your books that is on this blacklist.
I think I would find a different law firm who's not on that blacklist.
steve bannon
Yeah. Yeah, I mean, that's what President Trump did, and they started coming after each other's clients.
That's why they started caving.
Mike, hang on for one second.
The great Mike Davis, the viceroy, is going to stick around.
I want to get to the bottom of this.
Dave Brat's going to join in, too, because Dave Brat has brought up Charlie Gasparino's article in the New York Post, his exclusive scoop that President Trump is pivoting.
Thank God.
And looking at the banks, particularly the big money-centered banks who don't lend entrepreneurs and folks in the middle class any money for their businesses because they're too busy working with the globalist hedge funds and the Larry Finks of the world.
Birch Gold, we told you this is why years ago we started this program of teaching about the end of the dollar empire.
The Chinese Communist Party, the best weapon they have they're doing right now is running around these BRICS nations and saying, hey, we're going to start a de-dollarization program.
This is one of their biggest weapons against us.
Understand what that means.
Understand why that's important.
Understand why that's important in your nation's life, your community's life, and in your life.
Birchgold.com The end of the dollar empire.
Totally free.
Slash Bannon.
You've got to put that into the promo code.
Totally free.
You also get a relationship with Philip Patrick and the team.
Gold's over $3,200 right now.
Biggest rise in the recorded history of gold.
At least modern history of gold.
$100 yesterday.
Find out why.
It ain't the price.
It's the process.
Find out what the process is.
Short break.
Brat and the Viceroy on the other side.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
Dave Brat, the assault on the institutions, are we winning, sir?
dave brat
As we have all said on The War Room for years, we are currently winning.
We got all the cards, as Besson says, but we're in a decades-long fight.
When you've got literacy rates in the inner cities in the double digits, illiteracy at 80% in downtown Chicago, we're winning.
We're doing all the right things right now, but I don't want anyone to get carried away.
This financial regulations, the budget, we're finally starting to turn around.
The tariff piece, we're going to improve manufacturing.
The tax cuts are going to get productivity going again if they're well placed.
And so it's great days, but we got a long way to go to march through the institution, especially higher ed is a disaster right now, with a few exceptions like Liberty University where I am.
We still believe in God and country and family.
steve bannon
Mike Davis.
Right now, where do we stand with the courts?
Because as much as, you know, Natalie does a great job in the color revolution, and they're trying to use that as an intimidation tactic.
In politics, outside the rhinos, Stepping on their own feet and not really getting down to the basics.
There's not much politically.
Where they have it is judicial insurrection leading to a judicial coup.
In Korea, they've already removed the president.
In Israel, the deep state there and the judicial state there is, look, Bibi's not everybody's cup of tea, but they're out to get offload Bibi.
They're doing it in Brazil.
They're doing it in France.
Where do we stand with this, and what's the call to action for this audience, sir?
mike davis
Look, for the last two and a half months, these Democrat activist judges, these judicial saboteurs have been sabotaging the president's core article to executive powers.
We've talked about this a lot.
Over the last two and a half months, over the last week, we're starting to get big wins at the Supreme Court.
We got five big wins at the Supreme Court where they have consistently reaffirmed the president's core Article 2 powers.
And what President Trump is doing is not only legal, it's his constitutional duty to take care that our laws are faithfully executed.
He's rooting out waste, fraud and abuse.
He's firing dead weight, probationary workers and others.
He's securing our border.
He's getting dangerous illegal immigrants like Trendy Aragua the hell out of our country and MS-13 gangbangers.
He's doing what the American people elected him to do in the Supreme Court, is finally batting down these judicial saboteurs, particularly...
on the DC District Court.
And so what can the war room posse do?
Go to article3project.org, article3project.org.
I can't tell you how important this political piece is with the audience of one of the Chief Justice.
Not only do conservatives have to get the law right, we have to have the politics right.
We saw that.
We executed this perfectly.
For presidential immunity, John Sauer, Trump's current solicitor general, his former private counsel, made the presidential immunity argument.
We made the politics right.
So when they ruled on presidential immunity, it seemed inevitable.
We're going to do the same thing on this lawfare.
Right now, we need to turn up the heat on the judiciary.
There are two action items.
We need to...
Call both of your home state senators and your rep on two issues.
Number one, take $2 billion out of the federal judiciary's $10 billion annual budget because the Supreme Court let D.C. Biden radical Judge Ali, who brags he's the first Muslim and Arab on the D.C. federal court,
send $2 billion out the door without the president's national security review.
So we need to make up that $2 billion that got sent.
You know, judge all these Hamas buddies or wherever the hell he sent it, so...
That's number one.
$2 billion out of the $10 billion budget.
We also need to have the House open an impeachment probe on D.C. Obama Judge Jeb Boasberg, who thinks he's the commander-in-chief, who thinks he can expose an ongoing military operation and endanger American and allied lives, who thinks he can order planes full of terrorists to turn around,
who thinks he can hold Trump officials in contempt for not turning around those planes full of terrorists.
And so we need to punch back.
We need to punch back politically on these activist judges to make sure that we maintain the chief justice's attention.
steve bannon
It's your theory, which I subscribe to, is that the intense pressure we put on the last couple of weeks, you're saying Roberts is a political animal.
He noticed that.
That's one of the reasons the Supreme Court has been now involved on a positive side to shut down this judicial revolt.
mike davis
No question.
Not only do you have to have the law right, you have to have the politics right.
The chief is chiefy, and that's what it means by being chiefy.
You have to have the law right and the politics right.
And look, he's a nice guy.
I like him.
I clerked on the Supreme Court for Justice Gorsuch, but I just know how the man operates.
I know how he thinks.
He's not a bad guy.
he thinks he's protecting the Supreme Court and the federal judiciary's legitimacy by making his little political moves, but it just invites more politics.
And so that's why we just have to overwhelm them with our legal and political argument.
steve bannon
I know you got to bounce, and I'll have to play it after you're gone because I know you got to go, but on Monday, Josh Hawley ripped in, not ripped in, supported this.
A witness that came to his committee, and she's the whistleblower at Meta, and it was shocking what her revelations were.
The trial as we know it, I guess it's the FTC and Meta, is still on for Monday the 14th, to your knowledge, sir?
mike davis
Let me just put out a little sneak preview there.
Meta, Mark Zuckerberg, they were convinced this trial was going to get stopped.
...by President Trump and not start on Monday, April 14th.
I may have had something to do with this trial going forward on Monday, April 14th.
So Mark Zuckerberg, you're going to trial, buddy.
You're going to be the first witness, and you're going to have to explain to the courts why you're a monopolist and why you acquired Instagram and WhatsApp to maintain your monopoly.
steve bannon
Amazing. Congratulations, sir.
Just incredible.
Well, let's get it going on Monday and we'll congratulate you.
But it's incredible work.
Mike Davis, where do people go for Article 3, particularly for the work ahead about cutting the judiciary's budget by $2 billion since they decided to ship it out against President Trump's decision and also for the impeachment of Boasberg?
Where do people go?
unidentified
Yeah. Article3project.org.
mike davis
Article3project.org.
You can donate, take action.
Those two action items follow us on social media.
One last point.
Mark Zuckerberg, when you spent $400 million rigging and stealing the 2020 election and subjecting President Trump to four years of unrelenting Republican-ending lawfare, Monday is going to be a great day for people like me who like retribution.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, the Viceroy, giving it to us with the bark on.
Thank you, sir.
Appreciate you.
mike davis
Thank you.
steve bannon
Do we have the Josh Hawley?
Can I play the Josh Hawley clip?
Let me know when I get that ready to go.
I want to play that.
Mike, is it ready?
Okay, let's go ahead and play Josh Hawley.
Mike had to bounce, but I want to play the Josh Hawley.
That meta.
josh hawley
He, in fact, made censorship his business model.
He, in fact, developed censorship tools for the Chinese Communist Party to use against its own people.
He, in fact, made Americans' own user data available, was willing to make it available to Beijing.
The truth is, Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg have lied to the American people repeatedly.
And I think as we'll see today, they have lied to Congress as well.
It's time for this to stop.
That's why this committee has launched a full-scale investigation into the potential illegal behavior of Facebook.
Today's hearing is one step in that investigation.
Ms. Wynn Williams' testimony is absolutely essential to that investigation.
That's why we invited her to be here today, and it is why she accepted.
Facebook does not want you to hear what she has to say.
I dare say China probably doesn't want you to hear what she has to say.
But we are going to get the truth.
And we're going to get the truth starting now.
And power.
Let's talk about what Meta has been willing to do for profit and power.
You said just a moment ago that Meta's dishonesty started with the betrayal of core American values.
And you mentioned that Mark Zuckerberg has pledged himself as a free speech champion.
I notice he talks a lot now in the American media about free speech.
I notice he talks a lot when he goes to the White House about free speech and how Facebook won't censor and Facebook will protect the rights of all.
Have you ever known Mark Zuckerberg to censor on behalf?
from China?
unidentified
Yes, Tim and Holly.
josh hawley
Let's talk about a few specific instances.
In 2017, the Chinese dissident Gua Wingy suddenly had his Facebook profile shut down.
Now, Facebook at first said that this was a temporary
temporary glitch.
Was that true to your knowledge?
unidentified
No, centrally.
josh hawley
In fact, Facebook shut down this dissident's page.
This dissident, as you pointed out a moment ago, was living on American soil at the time.
Facebook shut down that page based on pressure from the Chinese Communist Party.
Is that accurate?
unidentified
That's accurate.
josh hawley
Let's just take a look here at the documents.
Here's some meeting notes taken shortly after a conversation with a Mr. Chao, who's a Communist Chinese Party member, a government official.
Here, Mr. Chao asks Facebook, it says to Facebook, that they want...
Mr. Guo's Facebook page dealt with.
The notes say that Chao wants Facebook in China, but there are others who don't.
So we, Facebook, need to take measures and do more in such situations to demonstrate we can address mutual interests.
And then they go on to list.
Here's what we could do.
We could do nothing.
We could say we could do something.
Or we can do even more than expected.
But we need to provide a response to the Chinese Communist Party on what we can do.
So here we have evidence.
Of high-level contacts between Chinese Communist Party officials and Facebook.
steve bannon
Okay, it goes on and on and on.
He's hammering it right there.
Mark Zuckerberg, and he's absolutely correct.
I think at the end, I've got a story up on Getter.
He's talking about a criminal referral for Mark Zuckerberg.
Anyway, short commercial break.
Dave Bratz is still with me.
We've got a lot to get through, and we're going to get through it all before show's end.
Stick around.
Short commercial break.
Back in a moment.
unidentified
It's so wrong, it's true.
Mind, oh.
josh hawley
The testimony you're about to give is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God.
Thank you very much.
unidentified
Mark Zuckerberg pledged himself a free speech champion.
Yet I witnessed Meta work hand in glove with the Chinese Communist Party to construct and test custom-built censorship tools that silenced and censored their critics.
When Beijing demanded that Facebook delete the account of a prominent Chinese dissident living on American soil, they did it.
And then lied to Congress when asked about the incident in a Senate hearing.
They did these things in secret to win favor with Beijing and build an $18 billion business in China.
Meta is very quick to say, don't do anything that can hurt us because you'll let China win.
You'll let China win on AI. You'll let China win.
and gain the technological advantage.
And the whole time, the company that's done the most to help China gain a technological advantage is meta.
steve bannon
We're in an overall economic
Economic war with the Chinese right now.
They have been with us for 25 years, but particularly since May of 2019.
And there's proven now, as we said all along, that not just the virus came out of Wuhan, manufactured over there, but they let it out in the military games in the late summer of 2019.
It was all to take down President Trump.
100%. Meta and these big tech bros, remember all the, you know, when they had the inauguration, oh, Bannon and the populist nationals are out.
Because Bannon's over there freezing, doing the broadcast, and Mark Zuckerberg's right in back of them.
The mainstream media never gets it right.
What they don't know when they lie, they just make up.
On Monday, the trial begins.
Unless there's a reprieve.
It's going to start.
It's going to be brutal.
And this is about President Trump and his administration going after the tech bros.
I'm going to have more to say about this at 6 p.m. tonight on the show to break it down for you.
But Dave Brat, Hawley, who's the one populist nationalist in the Senate, he goes another thing.
On Gateway Pundit, they're reporting he's considering sending a criminal referral over to the Justice Department.
Not on Zuckerberg's principal primary crime, at least the first crime was the stealing of the 2020 election.
But in addition, Zuckerberg being basically an aid and an assistance in traitors' activity to the Chinese Communist Party against American citizens.
Your thoughts, Dave Brett?
dave brat
Yeah, well, compliments to Senator Hawley.
He was with us last week at Liberty University.
I got to have lunch with him.
He is a truth teller.
He's just a great guy all around.
The kids loved him.
And on this, this is the most heinous, right?
This is Dante's ninth level of hell, for sure, when you betray your country.
And so we talk about the Fortune 500 firms and CEOs lacking backbone, lacking courage.
This is a whole other level of moral and economic traitorism.
This is aiding and abetting an enemy of the United States of America.
It's the most serious business there is.
And so we need to bring the full weight of the law on these guys.
And another interesting connection this week with the tariff debate.
This is another reason exactly why you do not want these oligarchs and monopolies and the magnificent seven.
The argument without tariffs, without challenging the fleecing of America, is that we need these giant, giant firms because they're the only ones that can have low costs and help us compete with China.
We got to get back to what Trump's doing across the board.
The whole country has to aid President Trump in this strategy.
In the short run, if the price of some cheaper Chinese goods comes in, You got to sacrifice a little bit, right?
And you substitute away and you find some good American-made goods.
It is interesting on that front, too, this China piece, right?
When you see all these charts of all these goods and prices of Chinese goods, they never show you the next chart, which is all that money you're complaining about is going to go to an American firm.
If people substitute to America, they never follow up with that chart.
So compliments to Hawley, all of this is connected.
China is massively aggressive against us now.
You see the language coming out of Xi right now.
They need us, as Besant said, way more than we need them.
The percentage of export good coming from them is way higher.
steve bannon
What about also this whole, and I'll do this more at six and break it down because I've given some talks at some of these conferences over the last couple of days.
And I make this point about what the populist nationalist movement under President Trump represents.
But all this that was all ginned up, oh, he's supporting the tech bros.
He's hanging the tech bros in Zuckerberg's there.
He's got Dana White now on his board.
He's got a new haircut.
He's all ripped.
He's a kung fu fighter.
He's doing, he's bro-ing out.
Not the nerd that he truly is, right?
Not his nerd self.
But now he's bro-ing out.
It puts to a lie all that, right?
President Trump, Yeah,
dave brat
well, once you get caught, of course you're going to morph yourself into something else.
But the point is, we have the rule of law in this country.
And for the rule of law to mean anything, right, these fancy words that Rachel Maddow is all concerned with, you have to use the rule of law and it has to be enforced against everyone equally.
The rule of law was enforced against you.
In a fraud scheme and against Trump a thousand times and now in the courts, and the rule of law is up for debate.
And that, of course, is a moral, right, from Plato's Republic on, right?
The Republic in the first place is based in this country on the idea that justice is blind and that the rule of law is what separates us from barbarism.
And so it's a very moral concept as well, right?
I will throw in just as a footnote that economics is supposed to be helping us maximize happiness.
At present, the economist class are not getting it right because these fundamental icons, right?
The rule of law, faith, these things are required to live a happy life.
steve bannon
Rachel Maddow.
dave brat
Everybody knows that.
steve bannon
Hang on.
Hang on.
Rachel Maddow and Mika, every morning they got that screwed up face.
They don't look happy.
What's the matter?
I'm seeing the pursuit of happiness there.
They're not happy.
dave brat
The left is...
The left is never happy.
Conservatives are happy.
You want to know who makes people happy, ironically, is President Trump.
He's always smiling and cracking jokes and the audience going nuts, and the left just cannot take it that Trump is funny.
No stories on that.
He knows what he's doing strategically, I think, because he understands people.
The guy can read a room in two seconds.
He came and helped me out with my stuff way back when.
It was just...
Unbelievably good in person.
steve bannon
Let me...
I got Mike Lindell.
A couple of things have happened that Rachel Mallow, these guys are so upset about, is that President Trump signed an executive order to go off to Krebs, who was the security guy or DHS, said the safest, most secure election ever.
We know that's a lie.
Julie Kelly is now going to some of his testimony.
He said, this guy is kind of a clown.
Tulsi Gabbard is jumping in.
Zuckerberg. Now, I don't think it will come up at this trial or he's not that.
But that's one of the reasons that Hawley is sending a criminal referral over for him and part of that Zuckerberg.
Let's play this clip and I'm bringing in Mike Lindell for his comments.
Let's go ahead and do it.
unidentified
Thank you.
donald j trump
That's great.
That's great.
November 5th, 2024 will go down as one of the most important days in the history of our country.
I'm pointing to Mike Lindell.
That man suffered.
Batman suffered.
alex jones
Thank you.
steve bannon
Okay, as long as I have sound, let's get Mike Lindell.
The ever-crack-my-pillow audio-visual team laid an egg.
Mike Lindell, let's bring Mike Lindell in.
What was I supposed to see there since I saw it but I couldn't hear it?
mike lindell
Steve, have Denver plant the head of their side.
It does have audio.
You need to hear Colsey Gabbert.
Denver, go from one minute mark.
steve bannon
Hang on for a second.
They can't get it right.
Just tell me what she said because we can't do this in real time.
What did she say?
mike lindell
Yeah, yeah.
What she said, everybody, I've been vindicated.
There's articles all over the country.
Margie Taylor Greene came out.
Colson Gabbard said...
steve bannon
Well, hang on, hang on.
What do you mean you've been vindicated?
You're Mike Lindell.
How have you been vindicated?
You promoted something on machines.
Hang on.
You promoted something on machines that was demonstrably not true.
So how have you been vindicated?
mike lindell
Because now they're saying it is true, Steve.
It is true.
They're all vulnerable.
They found evidence that the machines are going to be hacked and that they are hacked.
And it was a big announcement yesterday.
And we have two things going on.
One of the things going on with the DNI, those guys are investigating all the machines now and that evidence.
The president's investigating the people behind this.
You had the big announcement that they're going after the law firm that sued Fox News.
And Steve, this was actually one of the big things yesterday.
If you guys get a chance to watch the clip, when Tulsi Gabbard said, this was on Fox News.
So even Fox News is reporting the fact that she has found that they have found evidence.
Of these machines being vulnerable and hacked.
So it's basically, Steve, it's an indication.
Everything I've been telling everybody for four years now, it's all coming out.
And our own government is saying, as you said yesterday, all these articles are out there.
steve bannon
Hang on one second.
You've got President signing executive order on Krebs, who for years said Mike Lindell's wrong because this is the most secure election in history.
And he was a government official.
And President Trump has signed an executive order.
He wants a full investigation of that.
Whatever the facts are, he just wants to get them because this guy said from the beginning it's the most secure election.
So we have that.
Also, Tulsi.
Over at DNI is saying now, because she controls or she manages 17 intelligence agencies of services, the biggest ones with all the signal intelligence.
She's actually coming out and saying they're finding evidence now that would lead to support your theory that these machines are actually hackable, correct?
That is absolutely correct.
They said for years, and they said in the Cary Lake situation, all these different situations, that they can't be hacked.
And so now the government's actually on a two-pronged approach, the investigation of Krebs, of how did he actually say it was the most secure election ever.
And on the other side, actually DNI actually coming out and saying, now, hey, we have evidence.
Do you believe that that's going to vindicate you?
mike lindell
Yeah, absolutely.
That's what all these articles that came out yesterday.
It's going to vindicate everything.
thing. It's going to vindicate me and anyone else that ever tried to secure our elections and fight to get rid of these machines and go to paper ballots hand counted.
The 132 countries have banned electronic voting machines.
We have the worst election platforms in the world.
With what's going on right now in the DNI, they're digging into it.
There's so much more that's going to come out, Steve.
But yesterday was just a start.
And when you have DD,
Yeah, hang on, hang on, hang on.
steve bannon
Hang on one second.
We're just going to commercial break.
I got Dave Brett.
I got Mike Lindell.
The vindication of Mike Lindell.
All next in the world.
mike lindell
I've got a long list of things that we're investigating.
unidentified
We have the best of the best going after this.
rachel maddow
Election integrity being one of them.
tulsi gabbard
We have evidence of how these electronic voting systems have been vulnerable to hackers for a very long time and vulnerable to exploitation to manipulate the results of the votes being cast, which further drives forward your mandate to bring about paper ballots across the country so that voters can have faith in the integrity.
donald j trump
They went after him.
It was just terrible.
This was a vicious weaponization of your government.
But he's all, I'll tell you, he stood up.
He's all man.
He stood up.
He stood up strong.
And nothing was going to faze him.
And I want to thank you on behalf of everybody, Mike.
You put up with a tremendous amount.
steve bannon
A real fighter, Mike Lindell.
Obviously, Tulsi Gabbard's on it.
The president's got an executive order that now there's going to be a massive investigation of all this.
Krebs, and that's just the start of it, folks, to get down to the 2020 election.
Your thoughts, Mike Lindell?
mike lindell
Yeah, I'm very excited, Steve, because you've got multi-departments going after this big problem we have with securing our elections.
Another one is, you remember last summer, Elon Musk, he came out and he said, we've got to go to paper ballots, hand-counted.
I'm so excited now that the media is covering it.
You guys, we always have this, but the media is covering it.
You've seen that clip right there.
That's from Fox News.
They would never have stuff like this on Fox.
You would have to get all your information here.
So I'm really excited that the word is going to finally get out of how...
You know, our government deemed our election platforms critical infrastructure, everybody.
We've got to treat it as such.
It's the most, we need that to be more secure than anything, because as we all know, everything can come, what can happen with stolen elections.
And so, Steve, it's not so much about me being vindicated.
Oh, Mike was right.
No, we've got to finish this.
We've actually got to get this to a position where we have the most secure elections in the world.
We can't sit back and go, okay, everybody knows about it now.
Now we need to do something.
steve bannon
Before you leave, can you sell me a pillow?
Since it looks like you'll be in business through the weekend.
mike lindell
As you guys know, I've been out all week.
I had my vocal cord surgery, but I wanted to celebrate.
We had some.
Of the sheets left over.
Any size, any color, to the War Room Posse, you guys.
King size, queen size, $20.
Get them weathered, and once they're gone, they're gone today.
Get them now, you guys.
I save this for a very special gift to all of you for all your support on the War Room.
Promo code WARROOM.
Go to mypillow.com.
Go down to your seat, Steve.
Click on it.
You got the $9.98 sale.
These are wholesale prices.
Remember, we're doing that very special made in the USA.
For the mattress toppers, any size there, $99.99.
So your king size, that's like one-third the price.
$99.99.
Queen size, $99.99.
But get those sheets.
Once they're gone, they're gone.
$20, any color, any set.
And Steve, it's good to be back.
And I just can't thank the War Room Posse enough for all their support on this day that I do feel vindicated.
But with everything that came out yesterday, everything we've been fighting for, everybody, for four years, and they've attacked my pillow for it.
Now we can, maybe it'll finally start opening up some support from other things like box stores.
What a concept.
steve bannon
No, screw those box stores.
Our audience will buy the product.
That's right.
Mike Lindell, thank you.
I'll see you this afternoon.
mike lindell
Thanks, Steve.
steve bannon
By the way, from the engine front, turn back to Dave Brat.
A couple things from the engine room on my comment about Mika.
Would you be happy about her face being screwed up like Rachel Maddow?
They said, would you be happy being married to Joe Scarborough?
Whoa, that's...
And then another kind of defense.
Once a nerd, always a nerd.
Mika's coffee cup filled with straight vinegar.
Her pronouns are shrewd slash shrew.
Wow! Coming out of the war room engine room early in the morning.
Dave Brat, we gotta bounce.
Closing thoughts this morning.
The war on multiple fronts.
President Trump taking on the Chinese Communist Party.
And the deep state and the globalists, any and all comers.
By the way, President Trump's going for his physical today.
Don't know if we'll hear any word back from the doctors.
Probably hear it worse.
Annual physical.
Nothing's up.
He's taking his annual physical today.
Also, I think, heading to Mar-a-Lago later in the afternoon.
Dave Brett, closing comments and thoughts.
dave brat
Yeah, just linking a couple things.
You just saw Mike Lindell's big, beautiful, smiling, happy face, Rachel and company.
That happiness is not by accident.
He's a Christian.
He turned his life around.
And that's great.
And our team, the war room on the machines, we had probabilities all over the place.
But we waited for the smoking gun.
Evidence. Now we have the evidence.
Our side is always a bunch of Cub Scouts.
But that willingness to wait for the truth to emerge is what separates us from the leftists.
I'll give you my new classical word for the day.
It's udomania, coming out of Aristotle.
That's the true happiness you get by following the virtues.
Go look that up.
It follows in the Catholic tradition all the way through Aquinas.
Udomania, Aristotle, happiness.
That's why the left is not happy.
They may not be living life up to the virtues like Mike Lindell and Steve Bannon and the rest of the war room.
We're doing good for the least among us.
Trump is doing good for the least among us across every category.
China, tariffs, military, economics, investment in the American people, the middle class jobs.
We live in a great country.
We all need to be thankful.
I certainly am.
To be on the show with Steve Bannon and this great crew every day.
Thanks, Steve.
steve bannon
And remember our greatest ally in going after Xi is Lao Bai Jing.
Old hundred names.
The common man and woman in China.
The salt of the earth.
Dave Brat, where do people get all your brilliance, sir?
dave brat
Brad Economics, all the meat and potatoes there on Getter, and now on X. My young people at Liberty got me a little more tech-savvy, so thankful for them as well.
steve bannon
Took you out of your boomer self.
Hey, Brad, thank you for riding shotgun this morning.
dave brat
Yep, love it.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother.
We're going to leave with happiness, the pursuit of happiness.
One happiness, learn about gold.
Do it today.
Take your phone out.
Bannon, Texas.
Bannon at 989898.
Get the ultimate guide.
Get up the learning curve.
Ultimate guide to investing in gold and precious metals in the era of Trump.
Get a relationship with the folks at Birch Gold.
You'll understand the process.
Not the price, but the process of why gold has been a hedge for 5,000 years of mankind's recorded history.
And there's a lot of history going to be made over the next days and weeks ahead.
The great Charlie Kirk is next.
Post-so after that.
Gruber, Eric Bolling, and we're back at 5 o'clock.
And at 6 o'clock, I'm going to break down President Trump and what's going on with the tech broligarchs as President Trump takes them on with his Justice Department, his FTC, his FCC, all of it.
