This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
It's Monday, 24 March, in the year of our Lord, 2025.
We're back here for Onslaught.
Of the Elite Institutions Day in the war room.
Over the weekend, the Financial Times of London, the New York Times, CNN, all of them.
Oh, Trump and the barbarians are going after all the elite institutions.
Financial Times says, gosh, American exceptionalism, the dollar is really going to come under pressure because they're taking out IMF, World Bank, NATO, Bretton Woods, all of it.
They don't mention that the massive federal spending under Biden drove down the purchasing power of the dollar 22%.
That's why they're trying to get off the U.S. dollar, folks.
You know that.
I know that.
Go to Birch Gold slash Bannon.
We've been teaching this for four years, that this was going to happen, that this was going to happen, and we said in the first frickin' month of the Biden administration, When they put up that second bailout, when we didn't need it, what President Trump had done in the summer of 2020 was more than enough.
Remember that whole thing about the drop in aggregate demand because of the pandemic?
You had to bridge aggregate demand drop.
You had to bridge that.
President Trump bridged it.
I think $1.5 trillion.
That was enough.
They got purchasing power back.
They got everything back.
They added another, what, $1.2 trillion.
The Recovery Act, that started.
Only Larry Summers, Peter Navarro, and Stephen K. Bannon banging on the table.
You're going to cause inflation, and you're not going to be able to wring it out of the system.
And guess what?
So it's not elite institutions.
It's the breach of financial responsibility, fiduciary responsibility of the elites that have caused this.
The same and everything else President Trump's going after.
The elite universities, they're folding.
Just hold the money back.
The big, tough-talking law firms that have run Washington, D.C., and with the private equity firms and investment banks, they are a part of our sociopathic overlords of easy money on Wall Street.
He broke the hardest of them, Paul Weiss, on Friday.
Paul Weiss, chairman, came on his knees like a supplicant.
Please, please, please, as soon as you cut them off from the government trough and cut their clients off from the government trough, they will fold.
There's no courage there.
There's no strength there.
They're weak.
They depend upon the government.
They're weak.
They're not self-reliant.
You're self-reliant.
You're hard.
You're tough.
You have that grit and determination.
That is what from the Patrick Henry gave the speech 250 years ago on Sunday in my hometown of Richmond, Virginia, St. John's Church.
Give me liberty or give me death.
That's the anti-fragile speech of the universe.
But in a month...
In a month from now, we're going to have Lexington and Concord, 250th anniversary, the shot heard around the world, of a handful of just two ornery, boot-leather tough New Englanders that said, guess what, we're not going to kowtow to a British empire made up of monopolistic companies like the British East India Company, which is exactly, that's the Silicon Valley of that time.
Another group of oligarchs.
Funded by a bunch of worthless aristocrats landed aristocracy in England that had already corrupted and taken charge of, wait for it, commons.
It hasn't changed, and Trump's on offense.
I'm honored to bring in the tip of the tip of the spear because they're absolutely freaked out about the global media apparatus.
Of the United States government that does not push pro-American, does not push American values, does not push the shot heard around the world, but is anti-American and goes out of its way.
And by the way, I've said infiltrated by agents of influence of many hostile powers, including the Chinese Communist Party.
Carrie Lake, good on you.
You're, I don't know, the temporary head or the interim head, and you've already shut down the whole place.
What's going on, ma'am?
They single you out for special treatment in these articles over the weekend.
What's going on, Carrie Lake?
kari lake
It's the usual cast of characters as well.
I mean, the same fake news reporters writing a bunch of lies and harassing me in the fake news, which I don't care.
And it's the same attorneys that are funded by Soros, the same cast and character.
That went after President Trump, that actually went after me with Lawfare before this election.
Are at it again.
I mean, they are trying to survive.
They know that their survival depends on trying to stop President Trump and his efforts to scale back the government, scale back the bureaucracy.
Some people might even call it tyranny, to scale back the tyranny that has been forced on us over the course of many decades and has only grown and grown and grown.
And so we're doing just that.
We're taking President Trump's executive order and we're running with it.
We're scaling things back to their Statutory minimum.
Not the maximum, the minimum.
And that's exactly what we're doing.
And we've gotten a series of lawsuits already filed against us.
I'm not fazed by it.
We will continue.
This is President Trump's prerogative.
He is the commander-in-chief.
He is the chief executive of the executive branch.
And we need to remind these lawfare lawyers they are not.
The executive and these judges.
These judges that have been ruling against President Trump, who thinks he's all of a sudden the President of the United States, you know, these judges need to be put on check right now because they've completely usurped their powers.
steve bannon
So, one of the hits, let me take the content first and I'll then come back to the judicial and his powers as president and yours as an advisor.
In the executive branch.
So they're saying, hey, this great message of pro-America and American exceptionalism, American meritocracy, in Main Street America, in the soul of America, in the grit and determination, that message, which was broadcast 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all over the world, including into Communist China, to the Lao Bajing, that Cary Lake, mean old Cary Lake, pulled the plug on that.
So no longer are they fed an appetite of American exceptionalism and the power of America.
What say you, ma'am?
kari lake
Well, I would argue with them that it hasn't been always pro-American.
We've put forth this Voice of America and Radio Free Europe and Radio Free Asia and all of these various different grantees.
And the focus was supposed to be talking and telling the American story.
And they haven't been doing that.
They haven't been doing that well.
But that's beside the point.
President Trump wants this.
Agencies scaled back, boiled down to the bare minimum, and that's what we're doing.
And you could argue that they stopped being pro-America.
They stopped putting out a pro-America story many years ago.
If you look back at when this agency actually was run very well and was putting out a good American story and coverage of our country, it was a long time ago.
And I recently tuned in and saw a graphic on Voice of America that showed President Trump with a story.
Swastika over his face.
That's not what our taxpayer-funded media should be putting out.
I wouldn't want that.
By the way, I wouldn't want that with any president, Democrat or Republican.
We should be somewhere in alignment with what our policy, our diplomatic policy is, not antithesis to our diplomatic policy.
But this isn't really...
Only about the editorial content.
This is about getting our government, you mentioned it, getting our government back in line to where we're not spending like drunken sailors, we're not completely in debt.
We've got to get this debt under control, Steve, or we won't have a country anymore.
We are either bankrupt or on the verge of bankruptcy, and we have to start cutting.
And that's how it is pure and simple.
unidentified
We can't keep spending the way we are.
steve bannon
So this is what I've been saying about the difference between doge and waste, fraud, and abuse and fraud and programmatically.
This is a program, a tough decision.
Walk us through then the logic.
You keep saying statutory and grantees, statutory and grantees.
In his power as executive, and this is going to be one of the highly contested things over the summer because a lot more of this is coming.
You're making the case that he can do the statutory.
And that's what you're doing currently at this entire global media operation, more than just Voice of America, correct?
And on the grantees, since they're not statutory, you're being actually more focused on that because of the money.
You've got it.
You're cutting back because you know that we need to close up this $2 trillion deficit every year and you're doing your share, correct?
kari lake
Yeah, you go and you look at what is required by law.
A lot of these agencies are written into law, and so the president can't just get rid of them.
He has to bring them to a point where they're just down to whatever the law requires, but not above that.
And so we are with a team of lawyers looking at what is the statutory minimum required by law for Voice of America, for the various grantees, for Office of Cuba Broadcasting.
What does the law require us to do?
What are our required duties?
In this organization that keeps us within the law but is not exceeding the law.
Think about all these agencies.
They start off relatively small, relatively maybe inexpensive, relatively speaking.
And then they grow, grow, grow, grow.
No one ever cuts them back.
Maybe they add a language service because we're trying to focus in on one country.
And when that situation is resolved, they don't pull that language service back.
They keep it going.
Nobody ever scales back or puts the The United States government on a diet.
And we're putting it on a diet right now.
And then we have the various grantees.
You should read, when you think of grantees similar to the NGOs, they're doing business outside of the agency.
Money is funneled through the agency.
And at the U.S. Agency for Global Media, roughly half of our Entire budget goes to about five grantees.
And once they go to a grantee, we don't have the transparency.
We don't know exactly what they're doing with that money.
That money is then funneled into the various grants, and it's going to various different things that they're doing that we don't know about.
And so we just want to have more transparency.
They're trying to give us less transparency, and they're suing us right now to stop us from cutting off the spigot to them.
steve bannon
Let's talk about the lawsuits.
Where are they coming from?
How many of them are there?
Because they're trying to get you to go to full stop right now and actually not have the presence prerogative of both personnel and money, correct?
kari lake
Exactly. They want the money to keep flowing.
They want us to continue pumping money into the various grantees.
And we've gotten a few lawsuits from them.
We've gotten some from the employees of our Voice of America and other employees who are trying to stop what we're doing.
The bottom line is this is part of the executive branch.
The president is in total control of the executive branch.
He's exerting his power, and they don't like it.
And so we are going to fight these lawsuits.
We believe we're in the right here.
And we will continue to find them.
They've come up against probably their worst nightmare, someone like me.
I've already had to deal with lawfare, so another lawsuit drops.
It doesn't faze me.
We are moving forward with what the president has asked us to do, which is to boil this agency down to the minimum.
The statutory bare minimum.
And we're going to do that.
The great thing, Steve, is that the people that President Trump is nominating and putting in these positions, and I've got to give President Trump credit.
They've Trump-proofed this agency to make it impossible, practically, to get people like me in there.
And so they found a way around it by making me a special advisor, which means I have a lot of control over the agency.
And I'm not afraid of lawsuits, and I'm not afraid of the typical cast of characters that are coming after us.
steve bannon
Yeah, I think President Trump knew what he was doing when he was picture Carrie.
Trump proved that.
You're going to get Carrie Lake.
kari lake
He's putting people in who aren't afraid to put themselves out of a job.
I mean, I love Linda McMahon.
Linda McMahon is not, you know, jonesing to get her roots planted in D.C., nor am I. We're going to go and do the president's job.
We're going to do the people's work, and then we'll figure out what's next for us.
steve bannon
The people's work.
Carrie Lake, how do people follow you daily on your social media, man?
Because it's quite a fight.
kari lake
You can go to Carrie Lake, at Carrie Lake.
You can find me at Twitter.
You can find me at Getter.
You can find me at all the usual places.
And we're going to continue to work.
We're working really hard.
And I just feel very good about this administration.
The president's not afraid of the fight.
He learned a lot in that first term.
He prepared a lot in the interim.
And now he has the plan of attack.
And that's exactly what we're doing in Washington, D.C. We're laying it out.
steve bannon
Go towards the fire.
That's Carrie Lake.
It's burned in her soul.
Carrie Lake, thank you, ma'am.
Appreciate you.
kari lake
Thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
The country appreciates you.
That's the type of fearless people you need.
You got Brent Bozell's going to head the whole thing when he gets confirmed by the Senate.
Carrie's there now.
Very smart.
Linda McMahon.
unidentified
Got some pretty tough people.
steve bannon
President Trump's got some pretty tough folks.
Always advance.
Infantry, attack.
Do not back off.
Momentum, momentum, momentum.
All gas.
No brake.
joe scarborough
Of the papers today, you've got the New York Times.
The Times has a picture of the Pope on the front page, also talking about how disturbing it is that law firms that may not agree with the president being targeted.
David Rhodes here to talk about that.
Also, Wall Street Journal editorial page at the top, gelling of Erdogan rival Spurs protests in Turkey.
And that really does.
And also, very interesting headline right here.
That's really we also are seeing in the Financial Times this morning, too, that people are starting to park their money outside of U.S.
stocks. Or go longtime fans of U.S.
stocks are parking their money elsewhere.
This is on the front page of the Financial Times.
Trump tariff tremors shatter Wall Street's faith in American exceptionalism.
It's something that we're talking about.
I know, Mika, you saw when I came back from Britain, came back from Europe, and I was talking about how they were in awe of our economy in December and just saying, my God, there's no way we can compete with you.
You have all the animal spirits.
We've lost all the animal spirits.
It's really, it's just the opposite now.
speaking yesterday to a man who has an American who has business in the U.S., but also in Germany.
And he's just talking about the fact that in Germany, things have been so flat.
10.
steve bannon
So flat.
Now Germany's leveraging up to pay for a defense budget they haven't paid for in 50 years, paid for by you.
Everything said in there is absolute misdirection play.
And not bald-faced lies.
unidentified
It's just the stupid hour.
steve bannon
The reason Biden, and this is what Scott Besson said yesterday, I bring in now Ed Dowd, is we've been on a Keynesian, we're Keynesian junkies.
We're deficit junkies.
We've added $9 trillion to the debt because you just keep pumping, priming the pump every month.
Every month now since October 1st, this fiscal year, has been a record deficit.
That's what's been jacking this thing up.
As soon as you've got to cut that back, as soon as you say tariffs are bringing back jobs, they're all in panic mode.
Tariffs are the friends of the working class and the middle class.
Did I mention Hyundai?
Another massive company.
$20 billion capital expenditure starting in the state of Louisiana.
Also, duly note, it's all coming to red states.
It's all coming to states to vote for President Trump.
Note to state governments.
Folks live in those states.
If you can't change it, then maybe you take off and head to a place that's run by people that are logical, rational.
Ed Dowd, what does your model tell us?
Because Kobayashi, the great newsletter, is talking about trading action before a recession, etc.
What does your model show us, sir?
Since we know that what Biden has been showing us is all gun-decked, all gun-decked because it's got all this federal spending in it, what does your model show us for the remainder of this year?
edward dowd
Sir? Well, we're looking for a deep worldwide recession in 2025.
And the good news is Trump is already taking measures to ensure recovery on the other side for America.
We'll be the first in, first out.
So all these deals you're seeing announced, they'll take time to get ground broken and permitting.
And that's not going to be a quick fix, fixed solution.
But when you have an economy...
That was revved up on pure deficit spending, illegal alien invasion, and you stop it, it's gonna have a short-term valley.
And we're gonna start to see that valley soon.
And it's not the end of the world.
We're predicting housing, home prices will come down.
And we're not calling for it to go systemic, but this will be a good thing for the middle class.
If we wanna post up our second chart, we can show that Housing, what you're seeing here is a graph of the annual housing stock change in the U.S. That's the black line.
The red line is permits.
And you can see rolling into 2020-21, the housing stock went down because of the excess deaths caused by COVID.
Then we had the unprecedented illegal immigration, the likes of which we've never seen.
That's the dotted line.
And permits are coming down.
New permits are a leading indicator for housing weakness.
So this housing market of ours has been supported by this illegal immigration, which supports rents.
And Trump's policy of just stopping the flow and deporting is going to cause real estate prices to come down because the illegal aliens on the margin have been supporting the rental market.
And we're already starting to see that unwind.
In the fourth quarter, there were self-deportations when Trump won.
New tenant rents went down precipitously in the fourth quarter.
It's a volatile series, but it's beginning.
So we're going to get a recession.
We'll get a stock market correction.
And then on the other side of this, we'll have a real benefit to middle Americans.
steve bannon
So the deals being announced now will help us come out of this in 26, 27. I want to go back to your causes of any kind of phony growth we had.
Federal spending.
The massive deficits and the illegal alien invasion.
In his term, not people who came before, but just in his, I think it's 10 to 12 million.
Walk people through, how did that give us at least superficial economic growth?
Not real economic growth, but kind of superficial.
Why did that happen?
edward dowd
Well, let's just think about this for a second.
What people need to understand is your tax dollars were used to fund this illegal operation.
It was fraud on the American people, washed through the NGO system.
So a Central American doesn't wake up one day and say, hey, I'm going to march to the Darien Gap, get through the Darien Gap, and then I'm going to go to the border, and then I'm going to get into the interior of the U.S. without massive amounts of logistical support and spending.
So, you know, back of the envelope, math, it's easy to think.
The all-in economic cost of getting someone from Central America via NGO spending, $50,000 to $100,000 per individual.
So you could easily say $10 million to $15 million.
So $500 billion to $1.5 trillion was spent purposefully by the U.S. government through the NGO system to get people in here.
And that represents the NGO, what the NGOs got, what those people were paid, what the illegal aliens got, the benefits they got, the housing accommodations, the shelter.
This is not crazy math.
So this is one of the biggest fraudulent things we've ever seen.
It was a purposeful, illegal operation washed through the NGOs.
steve bannon
What are your first signs in this administration that lead you to believe?
That whatever happens, whether it's just no growth, whether it's a slight recession, whether we chug along at stagflation for a while, what are the indicators you're looking at to show that we're on a glide slope to get back to real growth?
Kind of the 2019 3.5% growth, low interest rates, low inflation.
What is Ed Dowd looking for that would say, hey, I can see some green shoots, so I can see it's going to be better at the end of 25, 26, and 27, sir?
edward dowd
Well, let's start with what we're seeing already.
The 10-year Treasury yield peaked on January 11th, and it's already down 50 basis points.
The market is sniffing out that the Trump administration is going to get a handle on discretionary spending.
That will cause growth to slow.
The green shoots will be a stock market correction and housing prices coming down.
Interest rates will come down, and then we'll start to see the second derivative change on the other side.
I don't see the green shoots yet, but they're going to be coming, and we'll be looking for them.
We'll call it when it happens.
steve bannon
So the Financial Times of London, the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, all over the weekend saying the whole thing about American exceptionalism, the rethinking through the dollar, do people want the dollar?
It's all because the institutions, the IMF, the World Bank, trade deals that we've had.
The trade deals were upside down on each one.
NATO, these alliances, that that's the cause that people are questioning.
And they never mention the drop in purchasing power of the dollar.
Not once, not once did any of these people mention the 22% drop under Biden of the purchasing power of the dollar.
So what is it?
My case is that's what's driving people to give everything.
There's, it's all the elite institutions.
Ed Dowd, where do you come down, sir?
edward dowd
Well, you know, you noticed...
It was said on that spot you put with the clown from CNBC that they're leaving the dollar.
Well, what people need to understand is there was a massive crowding by European institutions into the U.S. stock market because we were the only country that had somewhat of a GDP growth going on the last two years, which was, as we're finding out, not sustainable and highly fraudulent.
The stock market was a bubble.
The bubble may have burst.
We're not sure yet.
It was being driven by seven stocks.
And this is just a realignment temporarily of asset flows in the global markets.
I think eventually we're going to see the dollar weaken as these asset sales quicken.
But then it'll hold somewhere around 2025.
We'll hit a low.
And then we'll start to see the dollar take off again once the real economy rejiggers.
And people need to understand the fraud we're seeing in the US that the doge is exposing.
You can take that to the second power in Europe.
Ed, where do people go to get more information about your economic model, sir? Yeah, it's an economic report, U.S. Economy 2025, dangers of a deep worldwide recession at financetechnologies.com, spelled with a P-H.
It's for sale.
It's targeted toward institutions, family offices, high net worth individuals, and C-suites officials.
So if you're interested in purchasing it, we suggest you do.
It's an 85-page report.
You get that, you get an executive presentation, and then a video of Carlos, my partner and I, going over the executive presentation.
So it's a guidepost for what's going to happen.
There'll be a valley, then a recovery is what we're seeing.
And we're not calling for a systemic crisis.
Thank you so much, sir.
Thank you.
steve bannon
President Trump reorients Main Street versus Wall Street.
You see this?
I think we're close to a trillion dollars.
It's $800 or $900 billion, but I think it's closer to a trillion dollars.
Let me add it all up.
Investment by major corporations.
I'm talking about the best of the best in whatever sector they're in.
Hard plant and equipment, and then all the processes around for the supply chain.
In the United States, in states like Indiana, states like Louisiana, North Carolina, Texas, Arizona, Michigan.
It's coming together.
unidentified
Lord have mercy.
steve bannon
I gotta find this out right here.
Jake Sherman reporting.
I think we're going to get the clip.
Jim Jordan says on Fox that hearings on Boesburg will begin next week.
Jim Jordan has just said on Fox, so folks, great job on getting to the ramparts.
We told you to focus on the Judiciary Committee.
I'll have Mike Davis on then tonight.
Also Julie Kelly.
Much more of the judicial insurrection.
It's only going to get worse.
More suits are going to be filed.
But... And I'm quoting the great Jake Sherman over at Punchbowl, tweeting out right now, Jim Jordan on Fox News just said that a hearing on Judge James Boesberg will begin next week.
You start an impeachment with a hearing.
You start it with a hearing.
This is putting it through the process.
And call, let's get Boesberg over there.
Answer a couple, three questions from the Judiciary Committee.
You're in charge.
This is what I'm talking about.
Going on offense.
Daryl Issa, the Issa bill on these judges, they're trying to come up with a judicial legislative solution.
Hell, I would do what Jefferson and these guys did in 1801.
Remember, in 1801, they thought, and Jefferson was kind of the populist group, the yeoman farmers, versus Hamilton.
And quite frankly, even General Washington were more the concentration of power in institutions in Philadelphia and New York City.
And the judiciary hadn't really been formally done.
They thought they had too many Federalist judges, too many judges that were backing Adams, backing Hamilton, backing Washington.
And particularly, remember, the Aliens-Enemies Act was 1798.
unidentified
That was quite controversial.
steve bannon
Because the French had backed our play in the revolution.
In fact, the French Revolution was caused because they gave us money they couldn't afford.
They had to call together the Estates General to kind of figure out how we're going to pay these bonds.
Oh, we need Estates General to increase the taxes.
Well, 30 days later, they ain't talking about raising taxes.
They're talking about putting heads on pikes.
Took a while to get there, to 1792, but they got there.
Why? The working people realize, hey, we're kind of getting screwed here by the elites, by the oligarchs, by the aristocracy.
Just saying.
So there was a big controversy in the foundation of the republic.
My point is, some people on the other side said, hey, this judiciary is out of control.
We've got to kind of sort this thing out.
My point is, you have legislative options here.
ISIS put up a bill.
The bills could be fine.
But that's not of the moment.
What's of the moment is you have a judicial insurrection.
You have a trying to have a judicial coup because that's the only point of power they have.
Although their other point of power is they are Alinsky-ing Elon Musk in Doge.
Now, does that have to happen?
I don't think it has to happen.
But you can't play into their hands.
And I'm just citing...
Two examples we're going to have, folks, on April 1st is both Wisconsin, of which they demonized him, and they're putting in money like nobody's business.
I think they've raised, I don't know, $17, $20, $25 million are pumping in there, the Democrats.
Also, don't forget, was it Florida 6?
Waltz's district.
Trump won that district by 30 points in November.
I'm old enough to remember when he won in November by 30 points, we have a candidate that I don't think is winning.
That's an issue.
Both of those happen on April 1st.
The next day is the reciprocal, the Liberation Day, as President Trump keeps saying.
Liberation Day.
Those are going to be inextricably linked.
Very important that we win both of those.
I will tell you right now, your work, your effort in getting Jim Jordan's mind right.
Getting Jim Jordan focused.
We love Jim Jordan, but every now and again he'll break down on a wrestling thing and kind of lose focus.
He's focused.
Great moment with Jim Jordan, Congressman Jordan, and President Trump at the wrestling event on, was it Saturday night?
President Trump did not go to Mar-a-Lago.
I think he stayed at Bedminster.
He went to the wrestling event and he saw the great upset, I think, in the heavyweight.
Young wrestler who believes in the Air Force or Air Force Reserve stood up and just snapped a salute right to the Commander-in-Chief.
I mean, it sent chills down his spine.
And look at the reception President Trump got.
Unbelievable. Incredible.
He's changing the culture.
He's changing everything.
He's doing it all.
I'm just saying, a guy like that comes along once in a country's history.
Go back and look at these countries.
Guys like that come along once in a country's history.
We've had, he's the third.
And we've had some great men, like Ronald Reagan and others, Teddy Roosevelt, others.
General Jackson, Andrew Jackson, great men.
We've had three giants.
General Washington, Lincoln, and President Trump, giants.
So you've got to play your hand out.
That's why every day here, there are decades in which nothing happens.
There's weeks in which decades happen.
We want it to be decades happening every week.
This is what Flood the Zone's about.
This is what all these efforts, the days of thunder, just hit him.
He's having a cabinet meeting this morning.
Action, action.
There'll be some action coming out of that.
I think the first part of the action is now we're going to be into the legislature.
They've got the House back, and they're working on the one big, beautiful bill.
I will just make some observations.
Observation number one, we have a $900 billion defense budget.
They're already in the media today, in roll call on the Hill, saying we've got to get the reconciliation bill has to have $125, $150, maybe $175 billion over and above that for defense.
On top of the $175 for mass deportations.
I'm just going to do some simple math.
I don't know.
That's an additional $300 billion in spending.
And that's like this year.
That's not that 10-year gimmick.
Somehow, we have to understand it.
We have to make the case to the American people.
This is not going away.
We're making ourselves weaker the more we run these deficits up.
And your life is not going to change.
Inflation is not going to go away.
It's now embedded into the system in that $36, $37, $38, $39, $40 trillion that we're never going to pay a penny off of.
That every time you talk about giving Ukraine $200 billion, it's not free anymore.
You're borrowing that money.
You're borrowing that money to do everything.
Think of the following.
The tax revenues total in are $4.5 trillion, roughly.
And remember, for you, the middle class and the working class, we need no tax on tips, no tax on overtimes, no tax on Social Security.
That's, I don't know, another $400 or $500 billion a year?
Add it all up?
Let's say, let's be conservative, $300 billion a year?
Shortfall? It's got to be made up somewhere.
Tariffs are going to be part of that, yes.
Growth is going to be part of that.
That's why I keep harping on this 1.75% growth that the Fed had.
Ed Dowd's telling me right there that, hey, when you back out government spending, I think he's saying you're going to have more negative growth than real economy.
He's actually predicting a recession.
Recession's not the end of the world.
If you're doing it to lead to a better place, you need an intervention.
We're like drug addicts.
You've seen that meltdown, just in the memo that went out for a moment, where the money was, meltdown.
Doge over in these spaces, meltdown.
The letting go of people, and look, all of these, letting people go is hard.
It's not easy.
It's hard on those people, and the stories are, they hit you, particularly they go out to these, they go out to MAGA country, they go out to the Northwest, and they go out to the Forest Rangers, they go out to the rural areas.
You have to be smart in thinking this through, and that's why I think you have to go back to the Defense Department.
It's shocking to me that Doge has been there for six and a half weeks and had not heard one word about waste, fraud, or abuse.
Come on, man.
I used to work there.
Come on, dude.
We're the ones that said you've got to cross the Potomac.
And not cross the Potomac, get a highly classified briefing on China war policy.
Just look what President Trump's doing on the...
Hemispheric defense and the geostrategic pivot of America.
That, to me, the defense budget immediately has to incorporate that.
And we have to get out of this mindset we're going to fight big land wars in the Eurasian landmass.
We're not going to fight land wars in Middle East anymore.
We're not going to fight them in Ukraine.
We're not going to fight them in East Asia.
Not going to happen.
We're not going to have big army.
You need an army.
You need a great army.
But you need an army that's focused on what its mission is.
And its mission, we're not going to fight big tank wars in North Africa like in World War II.
We're not going to be big army in East Asia.
We're naval power.
We're going to get back to our naval strategy.
That's what Hemisphere's Defense is.
It's got to be reincorporated in that.
And you have to continue this onslaught to the elite institutions daily to get their minds right and to get back and to make there's a connection to the American people.
And what makes the United States of America healthy?
What makes the United States of America strong?
What makes us economically viable?
What makes our citizens?
What's in the best interest of our citizens?
Everything's got to be in the framework of what's in the best interest of our citizens.
That's why...
Bernie Sanders and AOC can run around the country and draw every crowd they want.
It doesn't mean anything.
They're phony.
They don't put the American citizens first.
Their area of populism.
They put the foreign invaders first.
They put the international organizations first.
All those guys, yammer and av, more money for Ukraine.
More money for the NGOs.
More money for every international organization.
AOC hasn't seen an international organization she doesn't love.
They're all up there.
When MSNBC does World Citizen Day up in Central Park, they're all up there crawling all over each other.
How'd they get to the mic?
We don't care about world citizens.
In our book, there are no world citizens.
They're American citizens.
Put those first.
MAGA puts the American citizens first.
President Trump puts the American citizens first.
All you do is support the credential class.
That's why they're so upset.
That's why AOC is apoplectic about what President Trump did at Columbia.
It's all foreign students, AOC.
It's all anti-American, AOC.
Everything you're up chanting, so don't come here and give me your phony populism.
Run down to a couple of college towns in Tempe, Arizona, Arizona State, Tucson University, Arizona, Denver.
And they did the Zero Hedge, did the Cross Y'all, got the Antifa.
You got everybody who's been in an anti-Trump rally.
That's fine.
You can congregate.
I think that's fine.
That's part of American democracy.
But it doesn't mean that you don't stand for anything.
Bernie doesn't stand for anything.
Bernie had two shots of the neoliberal, neocon, Clinton mafia.
He had a pillow fight both times.
You didn't even use a MyPillow.
You used some crappy pillow.
Couldn't even hurt him when he hit him.
Not that Mike Lindell's would, but hey.
It's all performance.
It's performance art.
What's happening that's real is Trump Blowing up these elite institutions that work against your interests, work against the country's interests, work against American citizens' interests.
He's not doing it because he didn't have anything to do last week.
He's got the weight of the world on his shoulders.
He's trying to end the kinetic part of the Third World War and doing a damn good job of it, by the way.
One of the reasons he's doing a good job of it, he's put the whole thing on Ukraine.
It's on the back burner.
Let the Grandunes work on that.
He's working on the rapprochement.
With the Russians.
That's the main event.
Because you're going to gut the main enemy of this country, the Chinese Communist Party.
I might say the main enemy of this country, the Chinese Communist Party and the deep state.
Because they're about as anti-American as you can get.
They're imperialistic.
They want an empire.
And they want to keep that empire rolling.
We don't want it.
The framers didn't want it.
The revolutionary generation didn't want it.
They warned us about it.
And down through the ages, on Patrick Henry's, on the weekend of that great speech at St. John's Church, give me liberty or give me death.
That's a brother that's throwing down.
And his colleagues in Massachusetts at Lexington Concord, what, 30 days later, said, bring it.
Come and get it.
Want to take some stuff from an arsenal?
Come and get it.
We'll block you at Lexington Common and at the bridge.
At Concord.
Amazing. Short break.

Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, for a quick tutorial, take your phone out.
Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, at 989898.
Get from Birch Gold, the ultimate guide for investing in gold and precious metals in the era of Trump.
Read it and then make contact with Philip Patrick and the team.
Now more than ever, you need to understand why central banks are buying gold at record rates, why they continue to buy at record rates, what's this entire geopolitical.
You also can get into the end of the dollar empire.
That can come next in our latest part of the series, the modern monetary theory.
Ideas have consequences, like unitary executive theory.
This also had huge consequences.
The theory of basically Bulltown deficits didn't matter.
We'll walk you through how they came to that conclusion.
And they were dead wrong.
Dead wrong.
But everybody wanted to believe it, so they did believe it.
Wall Street, the political class, did they ever have a debate?
Ever heard anybody debate this, talk about it?
No, you did not.
Just like a lot of their COVID theories.
They don't want you to understand.
We want you more.
The way you have an army of the awakened, you give them access to information that they can mull over and chew on.
That's when they awaken.
And once you're awakened, you cannot be defeated.
Did I mention that Jim Jordan's going to have some hearing, going to have a hearing on this chief, on this head of the district court?
Have to.
Trust the process.
So go to Birch Gold.
Also, if you like geopolitics, capital markets, we know you do.
Fan of the show.
Rickard's a big contributor here.
Go to rickardswarroom.com.
You get access to strategic intelligence.
He puts out a number of these newsletters.
That's his monthly.
If you like that, if you like what he comes on and talks about, you get a monthly update.
It's pretty amazing.
I love it.
He also throws in a free book about artificial intelligence in capital markets, money, GPT, I think it is.
It's totally free.
It'll keep you up at night, but it should keep you up at night.
You need to know what's going on in artificial intelligence.
So this afternoon, there's huge hearings going on.
There's going to be this hearing now with Jordan on the judge.
There's also hearings going on in the federal courts.
I don't know.
There's a hundred and some of these suits more coming every day.
This is one of the aspects, this line of attack.
Their law firms and judicial activists and this judicial insurrection versus President Trump to try to delay is to deny.
To delay is to deny, and that's what they're trying to do.
And President Trump's punching back in every effort.
Big hearing.
This afternoon.
And number one, we've got to get this hearing on the Social Security because they've basically gone all stop on that.
We need to know.
Where's the fraud?
If there's fraud there, we need to find out.
The judge can't stop that.
I think this, Elon, hopefully at the cabinet meeting today, which somehow may be in process, but it's closed press right now.
Anything that happens live on a press avail, Real America's Voice will go live immediately when that's available.
And we'll have a summary of it today because I think it's going to be pretty important.
Talking about revenues.
Tax Network USA.
If you have a letter from the IRS, do not put it in a drawer.
Taxes, fees, penalties, all of it are going to increase.
And they're going to get, they need their tax revenue.

Make sure you do it today.
This is the reason that we have these sponsors.
We want to give you access to this.
We understand people are under a lot of pressure.
Take the anxiety away.
Don't need to be anxious.
Mike Lindell, I went back.
They have a roadshow going on.
And I warned it when I stepped out of the state court back in January or February.
I warned people about this.
I said, look, as bad as this judicial revolt is, You know, in these court cases at the federal level.
The danger to President Trump, Elon Musk, and other members are these state courts where they have basically these juries.
You can never get acquitted.
You may get a hung jury of two or three people, but they'll keep coming at you, coming at you.
So it makes these attorney generals, Letitia James, Keith Ellison, the girl in Michigan, in Arizona.
These people are absolutely lethal.
And coming after MAGA, coming after people around President Trump.
And also they're going to start coming around President Trump.
This is why New York's so dangerous.
Letitia James is so dangerous because essentially every transaction in the country goes through some server on a computer in New York City.
And they did a road show and they were in Minneapolis last week.
And Keith Ellison's all puffed up and he did a big MSNBC hit afterwards.
And they're up front.
They said the way we're going to shut down the MAGA movement, the way we're going to shut down President Trump is a state attorney general's.
I don't think we've given that enough focus on the show, and I'm telling folks because you have states like Michigan that has a radical attorney general.
Minnesota, radical attorney general.
Wisconsin, radical attorney general.
Arizona, radical attorney general.
New York, radical attorney general.
California, radical attorney general.
These states, I'm telling you, they're going to start.
Beyond gumming up the works at the federal level, this is more lethal, and they're coming after you, Mike Lindell, sir.
mike lindell
Absolutely. And Steve, you're not even mentioning the Secretary of State.
I would only have two even that I would even want to be around.
But these attorney generals, like the one in Minnesota, where do you attack a Christian company like Lindell Recovery Network with all of this?
This has been horrific.
They have a very...
It's not even a hidden agenda, like you say, Steve.
They put it right out there.
We're going to destroy anything to do with our great president, Donald Trump.
Any companies that back him, look what they're doing to Elon right now.
It's disgusting.
That's what I tell everybody.
Our battle has just begun.
I mean, we're in the beginning stages where we have to get to.
We have to secure our elections.
We have to look at all.
When you talk about draining a swamp or whatever, this is beyond belief.
This is this uniparty, all this evil that's put into place that has been there for a long time, some of these places like Minnesota here.
We've been just taken over by...
What's happened here in Minnesota, and it's disgusting.
steve bannon
Hang on one second.
Charlie Kirk's going to follow us.
Jake Sherman already picked up my rant earlier where I said Trump won Florida 6x30, and we have a candidate that thinks it's in a dead heat or maybe even down.
Folks, we've got work to do.
You've got to get to the rampart.
Sell me a pedal.
You've got 30 seconds, Mike.
Make me feel better.
mike lindell
