A battle playing out between President Durham and the judicial system.
The White House is arguing it did not violate a federal judge's order when it deported hundreds of suspected gang members on flights to El Salvador over the weekend.
That judge, by the way, had temporarily blocked Trump's ability to invoke the Rarely Used Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to speed up deportations and ordered any flights to turn around.
President Trump, on Air Force One last night, seemed...
Unclear himself about whether he had violated the order.
mika brzezinski
The latest NBC News national poll finds that a majority of registered voters, 55%, have a negative view of the party.
27%, just over a quarter of registered voters, have a positive view of the party.
That's the party's lowest rating in NBC News polling dating back to 1990. Meanwhile, though, a new CNN-SSRS poll finds the Democratic Party's favorability rating at just...
29%, a record low going back to 1992 and a drop of 20 points since January of 2021. What's more, just 63% of Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents have a favorable view of their own party, down 9 points from January and 18 points from the start of the Biden administration.
The Republican Party's favorability rating stands at 36%.
The Trump administration is denying that it violated a judge's order to stop the deportation of hundreds of migrants over the weekend.
President Trump on Friday signed an executive order invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 which allows the government to deport certain nationals in times of war without trial.
The administration used the act to deport nearly 300 people that it alleges Are members of a Venezuelan gang flying them to El Salvador on Saturday?
Before the flights, advocacy groups filed a lawsuit against the administration on behalf of five men who were targeted in the deportation.
Late Saturday, a federal judge blocked the president's use of the Alien Enemies Act, ordering any planes with people being deported under...
The president's executive order to be returned to the United States, even if it meant turning the planes around.
The big issue here is the timing of the flights.
Administration officials have not said when the deportation flights landed in El Salvador.
But the White House press secretary claimed yesterday that the migrants had already been removed from U.S. territory at the time of the judge's order.
As the New York Times points out, the judge's...
The judge issued the order shortly before 7 p.m.
in Washington, but video posted on social media by the president of El Salvador shows the deportees disembarking the plane at night, and El Salvador is two hours behind Washington in terms of time zones.
jonathan lemire
Trying to make a point with people they perceive as not particularly sympathetic victims.
A student up at Columbia who was saying, you know, siding with Hamas, it seemed, in some issues.
And now these, at least some of them, are members of a gang or there's, you know, who are accused of doing truly terrible things.
But isn't what makes America America?
Is it no matter who you are, you're still entitled to free speech and due process?
No matter how unsympathetic or unsavory your views might be, talk to us a little bit about the slippery slope we may be on here.
unidentified
Well, that's why President Trump is invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, which gives the president extraordinary power to do this without going through the immigration courts, without having real due process.
The problem is the act says that the president can only do it when the United States is at war with another country, or if the foreign country has invaded or threatened to invade the U.S. That hasn't happened here, and that's why I think the courts are ultimately going to rule against the president.
But the question is then, if the president ignores the courts, then how...
How does the court enforce its actions because they're under the marshal's office?
They have the marshal's office to enforce its rulings, and the marshal's office is under the executive branch.
So we could be headed for a constitutional crisis.
This is a completely different subject and another potential clash with the Constitution.
The pardons that Sleepy, as he put it, Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the unselect committee of political thugs and many others are hereby declared void, vacant, and of no further force or effect, they are subjected to investigation at the highest level.
Can he do this?
Can he say the pardons are void?
No.
No, legally, this is dead on arrival.
This is a ridiculous sideshow.
Yeah, right, there you go.
Look, the key question with the pardon power is what was the president's intent?
We've had Autopen for decades.
No presidential action has ever been invalidated or undone because it was signed by Autopen.
And while the pardon power itself is extremely broad, there is no such thing as an un-pardon power.
This thing feels to me just like a rabbit hole.
I wouldn't even pay it that much mind.
There's no way this is going to actually happen.
Yeah, Steve Bannon says that the strategy is to flood the zone.
They are flooding the zone.
They flooded their own zone, too.
They don't have some storehouse of attention and capability.
The rest of us don't.
They don't know what they're doing.
They're breaking things.
They don't know what they're breaking.
All those poll numbers are horrible for the Democratic Party.
And I agree with them because I'm not exactly sure who would say they have a favorable impression of Democrats right now.
But Trump has gone negative faster than any president in history except for Trump.
It took Joe Biden 221 days to see his favor.
Building numbers go negative.
It took Trump about a month.
So I don't think this is working for them either.
The question is, can Democrats create any kind of opposition or alternative that matters?
That's one.
But that's really going to matter when you get near to an election.
And in the meantime, the thing that Democrats want from their party is some way of making it stop.
They don't want a message.
They don't even just want to fact check.
I agree with Chris.
It'd be good if facts were more relevant right now.
What they want is for Democrats to make it stop.
And that's where the anger of the shutdown comes in.
That was the one piece of leverage Democrats had.
Should they have shut down, actually?
I think it's actually a pretty hard question.
But the reason there is such fury among the base is Democrats have no way to get themselves in front of this.
They had one way to do something that would have changed politics, at least for now.
And they decided not to do it.
And the base thinks, OK, then what are you for?
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
Mega Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
It's Monday, 17 March, Year Overlord 2025, St. Paddy's Day.
So I will start with another hammer-headed Mick here in a moment.
President Trump getting it on in every different aspect that we talked about from the beginning, the three big lines of work of his administration.
Number one, to end the kinetic part of the Third World War.
He's having a conversation with Putin tomorrow.
Of course!
Over the weekend, airstrikes, I think, from the Truman battle group, the carrier battle group to the Houthis.
My question still remains, where's the Royal Navy?
Where's the French Navy?
Where's the Italian Navy?
Where are all the big talking?
They all talk big about Ukraine, which is a theoretical exercise.
An actual exercise is down the Red Sea to keep the Suez Canal open to therefore supply...
You know, cargo and commerce from Asia and the Middle East into Europe.
The NATO countries have basically, you know, given that over to the Americans.
We have, I think, two carrier battle groups down there, and one led strikes on the Houthis, which I don't fully understand.
We'll talk about it a little later in the show.
All-out war in the other line of work, of deportations.
President Trump finally had enough of it.
Aliens, Enemies Act of 1798. President John Adams, this is about the French, this kind of fallout from the French Revolution, of cracking down here, didn't want us to get sucked into European wars.
Does that sound familiar?
And they passed this act.
President Trump used it.
It was the same act to do the to deter or do the interments, I guess, of the of the Japanese after Pearl Harbor.
Always very controversial, although there was a lot that they don't talk about today.
There was many, many, many voices saying that that should have happened after Pearl Harbor, given the fact that we didn't know what the hell was going on.
Mike Davis, the thing I want to focus on this morning with you is what we try.
We've been trying to frame this and let people understand that there is a full, ongoing, outright war.
On this taking down the administrative state and confronting the deep state with the legal profession because that's what the radical Democrats control.
They control the big law firms.
They control a lot of the courts of these neo-Marxist judges.
They've controlled the Justice Department.
President Trump on Friday went to the Justice Department and all weekend all they were saying is that he desecrated.
He desecrated the Justice Department.
President Trump...
Oh, by the way, is going over to the Kennedy Center this afternoon.
His schedule is he's going to the Kennedy Center to basically chair the first board meeting since he's reconstituted the board.
So the two temples they have, the Kennedy Center, which is high church for them, and the Justice Department.
President Trump is desecrating with a 72-hour...
God, I love this.
You vote for the man, you even want more.
But Mike, this legal...
You and I have talked a lot over the weekend.
This is reaching critical velocity.
The concept for them is to delay is to deny.
To delay is to deny.
And that's what they're doing.
They're trying to chop block the revolution of common sense in an all-out effort at every different aspect to come after President Trump's administration.
Sir, your thoughts on this St. Paddy's Day?
mike davis
For four years under President Biden, they treated Trump's supporters who trespassed and took selfies on the Senate floor as public enemy number one, the biggest threat to democracy, and they politicized and weaponized the Biden Justice Department to Persecute Trump supporters.
And yes, they were persecuted according to the Supreme Court's Fisher decision when they contorted, politicized and weaponized a post-Enron obstruction of justice statute intended for corporations to go after political enemies.
And that's what the Biden Justice Department did for four years, is going after Trump supporters because of January 6th.
Steve Bannon may have been on the receiving...
And of that lawfare, along with Peter Navarro, when they sent both of them to the clink.
And so contrast that with President Trump, where he's saying, hmm, maybe Trump grandmas are not the biggest threat to America.
Maybe these vicious Venezuelan terrorists and Trendy Aragua and MS-13 gangs are a bigger threat to America.
So President Trump campaigned on the facts.
He's going to end the weaponization of the Justice Department against Trump grandmas and parents and Christians, and then refocus the federal government on closing our border and getting these violent, vicious, international terrorists.
President Trump has designated them as foreign terrorist organizations, Trende, Aragua, and getting them the hell out of our country.
Trump won an electoral mandate because the American people liked what they heard, that we're going to stop going after Trump grandmas and we're going to go after Trendy Aragua.
And so President Trump won a big electoral mandate.
He kept the House.
He won the Senate.
He's doing what he promised American voters he would do.
And these activist judges are sabotaging the president and they're doing it all over the country with these left wing radicals, but particularly in Washington, D.C.
And you have this judge, Jeb Boesburg.
He's supposed to be the moderate left wing radical.
Right.
He stole a left wing radical, but apparently he's only 90 percent left wing radical instead of 100 percent left wing radical.
And this judge over the weekend issued the most dangerous, the most dangerous temporary restraining order imaginable.
You have a judge...
steve bannon
Hang on.
Hang on.
We're going to leave a cliffhanger here.
Perfect.
Mike Davidson is the most dangerous ever...
One of the most dangerous ever issued.
They're challenging the President of the United States to go back to the unitary theory of the executive.
They're challenging him as Chief Executive Officer.
of the United States government as the commander-in-chief of the military services and as chief magistrate and chief law enforcement officer of the U.S. government.
It's a full-on judicial insurrection and also by the law firms up at the House also in the Senate.
Full court press against President Trump and his deconstruction of the administrative state and taking on and destroying the deep state.
Short break.
Back with Davis in a moment.
unidentified
You've, I mean, you know the Department of Justice?
harry enten
You worked at the Department of Justice for many years.
Have you ever seen something like this?
unidentified
No, Anderson, what happened today, that speech was a desecration.
of the Justice Department, of the Great Hall of Justice, where it was given.
AGs and occasionally presidents of both parties have used that room for decades to address the rank and file, like I once was, to call on the highest principles of DOJ. The person who that building is named after is Robert F. Kennedy, Sr., to be clear.
And just to give a sense of the type of speech that ordinarily gets given by an AG. Let me have it.
steve bannon
Let me have it.
This is a clown show.
Look, I was raised as a Kennedy Democrat, right?
Every Catholic was a Kennedy Democrat, or virtually all.
Many of the rules that were put in, it was because Bobby Kennedy, who I did love before he became a left-wing progressive, because remember, he was McCarthy's attack dog, he and Roy Cohn, right, on the anti-communist, purging them from the U.S. government.
Kennedy was such a, his brother's hack and basically point guard, that later, I mean, I cannot believe they used that Mike Davis as an example of an even-handed attorney general.
This is what Trump's looking for.
He's looking for, he's been looking for a Bobby Kennedy.
It's a desecration of the great hall of justice.
Folks, this fight is the main event.
You saw the polling.
Tudor Dixon's going to be in a second.
You saw the polling.
They're at 26%.
They're coming out.
They're doing a Western.
I think it's a Western tour this week.
It's Bernie Sanders and AOC. They're stealing my lines.
It's the anti-oligarch tour.
They're going to pack these college campuses.
The only life they have is Bernie Sanders and AOC. If that's what they got, bring it.
An anti-oligarch tour.
Politically, they're dead.
Schumer's canceled, just now Schumer canceled his book tour.
Didn't even know he wrote a book, his book tour, because he can't get anybody even to show up.
Mike Davis, it is, and you nailed this early on.
This is what lawfare rolls into.
What they do is they control these law firms, these huge law firms, which is just a kind of a washing machine, you know, because guys go into the government, come back out, get the big payday, go back in as factotums.
They control these radical judges.
Both at the state level.
This is one of the reasons the Wisconsin fight is so important.
At the federal level, they got these hack neo-Marxist judges.
Well, let me through all of it.
Why is this injunction or TRO one of the most dangerous in American history that this hack neo-Marxist judge, the moderate, issued against President Trump as commander-in-chief and chief magistrate of the nation, sir?
mike davis
President Trump campaigned on the fact that he's going to designate Trendy Aragua as a designated foreign terrorist organization.
He's going to round them up and he's gonna get them the hell out of our country, right?
And he's doing that as the commander in chief.
This is not only- His right to do this, it is his constitutional duty as the commander-in-chief to repel invasion, right?
And that's what these illegal immigrants are.
This is an invasion by Tren de Aragua.
This is an invasion by MS-13.
And President Trump rounded up these terrorists and he put them on planes and he sent them to El Salvador.
Where our new great ally in El Salvador is going to put them in a prison for at least a year and maybe longer.
And you have these activist judges, like this D.C. Obama judge, Jeb Bosberg, who...
Went into his chambers on a Saturday to scramble to try to issue a temporary restraining order, this lawless TRO, to tell the President of the United States that he can't protect our country from foreign terrorists.
He can't repel an invasion.
And even most dangerously, this goofball.
Jeb Bosberg, this Obama judge, ordered the President of the United States to turn planes around carrying these terrorists from America to El Salvador.
Thank God that didn't happen, right?
The President apparently didn't understand the order, or whatever the hell he needs to say, to tell this Judge Jeb Bosberg to piss off because...
He is the President of the United States.
I don't say this lightly.
You don't ignore judges' orders.
unidentified
Hang on.
steve bannon
Yeah, I want to not nail you, but I want to bring up.
You have been very, although the Viceroy, in wanting to salt the earth around these people, you have been very conservative in saying, hey, if they give you an injunction, if they enjoin your efforts, if you get a TRO, you have to comply.
Because not to do that, You're going to flip the appellate courts, which are all static answers, but particularly, potentially the Supreme Court with ACB, Justice Coney Barrett and Roberts, who will be taking a temperature here that you don't want to do it.
Why are you flipping in this case and saying, hey, I have no problem with continuing to ship the bad guys back to prisons in El Salvador, sir?
mike davis
I'm not flipping in this case.
I'm saying...
That you almost always fall a judge's order.
But when the judge's order is clearly lawless and a grave danger to our national security, you have a duty as the President of the United States, as the Commander-in-Chief, to ignore a lawless, dangerous order.
First of all, he had a hearing during a national security operation where we're taking the most dangerous terrorist in the Western Hemisphere out of America and into El Salvador.
The president posted the video of the handoff.
This is not something that you want the terrorist.
To be tipped off to, right?
Because you're going to put American lives and our allies' lives in grave danger if they know this is happening.
So this judge never should have held this hearing during the middle of this national security operation, which could have tipped off this operation and killed Americans and killed our allies.
And then this judge thinks that he's going to order airplanes.
To turn around mid-flight over the Gulf of America or wherever the hell these planes were, this judge is out of his mind.
And not only should this judge resign for this disgraceful, dangerous order, the House of Representatives should impeach Jeb Bosberg immediately because this guy has horrific judgment.
He's a radical partisan, and he's let his Trump derangement endanger the lives of Americans and our allies.
steve bannon
Let me go on that.
You're saying right now, on War Room, that you believe that Jeb Bosberg, the House Judiciary Committee should meet immediately and begin the whole process of impeachment of a sitting federal judge, sir?
mike davis
There's no question.
Look, I was the chief counsel for nominations on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Committee, I had the oversight portfolio over the federal judiciary, including not only just getting them confirmed the nominations portfolio, I had the oversight portfolio.
I clerked on the Supreme Court.
I clerked for the 10th Circuit.
I respect federal judges, no matter if they're appointed by Democrats or Republicans.
But what Jeb Bosberg did in this instance is so illegal.
It's so reckless.
It's so dangerous.
First of all, you are sabotaging the President of the United States during a national security operation.
That has the potential of tipping off our enemies and getting Americans and our allies.
Killed.
And then during the middle of this operation, you think you have the power to issue a temporary restraining order to tell the president of the United States to turn around planes full of international terrorists, foreign terrorists?
These are designated foreign terrorists.
And Jeb Bosberg, this Democrat-Obama clown judge in D.C., thinks he's the commander-in-chief, or he can second-guess the commander-in-chief and turn around planes.
Mid-flight, did he check to see if there's enough fuel on these planes?
Does he understand that there's an entire operation on the other end in El Salvador to make sure that there's a secure handoff?
Maybe we didn't have that secure handoff in America.
And I would say this to Jeff Bozberg.
I don't think that you're a trans.
Black woman, so I don't know if you're qualified to be an air traffic controller.
This guy is a clown.
He should resign, and if he doesn't resign, the House should impeach him.
Look, I don't care if there aren't enough votes in the Senate to remove him.
We need to put this guy through the process so these judges understand when you do these reckless, dangerous things, there are consequences.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to also, let's go on record.
We know because the Senate House would impeach them, they go to trial in the Senate.
It's quite remote that they would be removed from their current positions as federal judges.
You agree with me that there'd be, at least the ones we're talking about initially, they would not be actually removed?
mike davis
Yeah, and I don't care.
I want the process to be the punishment.
I want this to be...
steve bannon
Tell me about the...
Tell me about the process.
Give me a minute on the process.
mike davis
Yeah, what would happen is the Senate would almost certainly set up a special committee to hold the trial for Bozburg, and he would be sitting in front of the Senate trial instead of pretending like he's the commander-in-chief on a Saturday.
He's moonlighting as the commander-in-chief on the Saturday and turning planes to turn around during a national security operation and potentially tipping off our enemies and getting Americans and our allies killed.
steve bannon
Okay, hang over a second, Mike.
I know you jammed, but I want to hold you through the break.
We also have Tudor Dixon coming up talking about the political situation of the Democratic Party overall, so what's going on in Michigan.
I'm of the belief, first off, on the mass deportations, the Alien Enemies Act, I think, incorporates both these criminal gangs that came up.
I think it also uses the umbrella to the removal of all $10 million that were brought here.
Under Biden regime.
Because they're invaders.
Illegal invaders.
Also, I think there ought to be a much broader swath of impeachments.
We have to fight fire with fire.
Remember, to delay is to deny.
And they're very sophisticated about what they're doing.
From San Francisco to Maryland, their jurisdiction, judge shopping.
And they're coming in.
If you look at these, if you look at the...
The transcripts from the judges, they want to slow this process down.
They want to slow the Trump administration's flood the zone.
Short break.
All right, back in the warm in a moment.
unidentified
- The Alien and the Enemies Act has only been invoked three other times.
They were all during times of war.
Do you feel that you're using it appropriately right now? - Well, this is a time of war because Biden allowed millions of people, many of them criminals, many of them at the highest level.
They emptied jails out, other nations emptied their jails into the United States.
That's an invasion.
And these are criminals, many, many criminals.
Murderers, drug dealers at the highest level, drug lords, people from mental institutions.
That's an invasion.
They invaded our country.
So this isn't, in that sense, this is war.
steve bannon
I want to quote that because it was on Air Force One.
This is from the President of the United States.
This is a time of war because Biden allowed millions of people, many of them criminals, that's an invasion.
That's my point about it.
It covered all of them.
It covered these gangs.
Mike Davis, I want to be very specific.
You've got something about Article 3 right now.
We have to go on more offense on this legal.
Number one, you can tell we're very stretched at Maine Justice.
We are even more stretched at Southern District, D.C. Ed Martin's doing a great job.
These guys are trying to do a great job.
We don't have people, and they should be purging these rats' nests right now.
Any U.S. attorney that worked for Biden, and even guys down lower, have got to be walked out of the building today.
We're at war with these radical Marxists that infested the Justice Department.
There's still way too many embeds over there.
We ought to have another purge this week.
Let's get them out.
And you can tell the Trump administration's restricted by manpower because in San Francisco, we got like the chief of staff is arguing the case.
We don't even have enough attorneys.
And as you know, Mike...
Because, and this is why we have to have a blunt discussion with the war room posse in Article 3. They're laughing at us right now.
These radical judges, whether it's in D.C. or other places, they're all raising their hand like they're great as, let me have the next one, let me have the next one.
I don't know, do we have 32 of these out right now, TROs and junctions against Trump?
And each of them, one of these, they judge shop in Rhode Island to put a nationwide mandate.
They're blocking everything.
To delay is to deny.
And all they're trying to do is chop block us until we get to the midterm elections next year, and hopefully they put in $9 billion on their thing and get Hakeem Jeffries to be Speaker of the House.
We have to go on offense, and we have to go on offense today, sir.
mike davis
They did the same thing in President Trump's...
First term, when these judges sabotaged the president when he was trying to secure our border.
And they're doing it again this time.
President Trump ran on the facts.
He's going to end the lawfare.
He's going to cut waste, fraud, and abuse.
And he's going to close our border and get these illegal immigrants, including foreign terrorists, the hell out of America.
He's doing the unthinkable.
He's actually doing what he told American people he would do.
President Trump has the House.
He won the Senate with a comfortable margin.
And the only place these Democrats, this resistance can go to now are these activist judges.
And they've been doing this all over the country.
Like you said, Steve, this is...
These are the judicial saboteurs.
They are sabotaging the president's Article II executive power.
Trump's not stealing congressional.
He's not stealing legislative power under Article I from Congress.
President Trump is not stealing judicial power under Article III from the Supreme Court.
He is exercising core Article II power, including protecting our nation from foreign invasion, repelling an attack.
Foreign terrorists robbing, raping, murdering, kidnapping all across America.
President Trump is rounding them up.
He designated them as foreign terrorists.
He's rounding them up.
He's getting them the hell out of our country.
And there are two cases that are the most egregious.
You have this Judge Ali in D.C., this Canadian citizen who brags that he's the first Arab and first Muslim on the D.C. federal bench.
Who said that the president of the United States has to send out $2 billion in foreign aid over his paws so the president can make sure we're not funding Hamas terrorism, for example, or not funding waste, fraud, and abuse, for example.
Ordered the president to issue $2 billion in foreign aid over his objection through a temporary restraining order.
That is clearly lawless.
This got to the Supreme Court, and the Chief Justice John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett sided with the three liberals on a procedural technicality, and they were weak, they backed down, and now they've emboldened these activist judges all over the country, and it's gotten so bad.
steve bannon
100%.
100%.
mike davis
Gotten so bad that on Saturday, this Bozberg, this Bozo the Clown Bozberg in D.C. told the president he has to turn around planes.
This is to the Chief Justice John Roberts.
You need to get your judicial house in order and do it now.
steve bannon
Got to do it now.
Hang on for a second.
The probationary guys, they've stopped Trump.
If you look at the unitary theory of the executive, they stopped him on downsizing the government.
The probationary guys were held up on that.
They reversed that.
They've stopped any of the money flows.
Anything Doge is finding.
Carrie Lake, we're going to have Carrie Lake on in the 11 o'clock hour.
She went in on Saturday and completely took out all the traitors, the agents of influence.
She shut all this down.
Over at Voice of America and the global platform, you know, Radio for Europe, all of it.
Just take it down to the deck plates.
They're going to be all over in her court today.
President Trump's going to Kennedy Center today to chair the board.
You wait until the lawsuits start coming there.
They think it's open season because nobody's standing up to it.
We're going to have Tudor Dixon on here tomorrow.
They don't have a political answer because the country doesn't trust them.
This is weapon.
You talk about weaponization.
This is big-time weaponization.
Before, I don't want the president's things a little too garbage because Air Force One.
Talk to me about the pardons.
President Trump is, he's dropping neutron bombs right now.
On the pardons, he said, hey, you did it by autopend, you're in the Bahamas, therefore I looked at the law, it doesn't matter.
None of the pardons for, all the pardons for J6 and for Fauci, those last day pardons, are null and void, are they not?
According to the president of the United States, the chief magistrate and chief law enforcement officer of these United States, Mike Davis?
mike davis
Well, it's a little bit more complicated than that, but let's just put it this way.
They use the auto pen on the pardons, right?
That does not necessarily make the pardons void.
What would make the pardons void is if they use the auto pen on the pardons and President Biden didn't know they did it, or it's against President Biden's will.
So if he didn't know he's pardoning someone, Or he said not to pardon someone and they pardon them anyway.
Those are clearly void.
Look, politicians use auto pens all the time.
President Trump has used them.
Every prior president has used them.
The issue is, are they using the auto pen without the presidents?
Approval without his knowledge against his will.
And it sounds like in this instance of President Biden was asked about these pardons and he has no clue that these pardons happened.
It sounds like it wasn't with his knowledge and with his consent.
And so, therefore, there is a strong case that these are not valid pardons.
steve bannon
Okay.
The Warren Posse is, we were going to start tomorrow.
Pressler's going to be on the show.
We're going to kick off everything in Wisconsin tomorrow.
But they're fired up right now.
They want to go to the ramparts right now, Mike Davis, on this entire situation because we have to fight back.
Also, one thing, before we go to the impeachments and getting people over to Article 3, there was a problem.
You know, certain elements of the government, Jefferson's guys, had a problem with how the courts were first stood up and some of the judges.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
And they passed.
It was in 1801, 1802, the kind of restructuring or really the initial judicial act.
Can't we pass something through the House now and go all in and just restructure this whole thing and start blowing these guys out in a mass purge?
Can't we do that to be super aggressive, Mike Davis?
mike davis
Well, I'm glad you bring that up, Steve Bannon, because I'm actually working on that right now.
With the key Senate staffers and other people.
steve bannon
Hold it, stop.
Stop, stop.
I was just doing my research over the weekend.
Are you kidding me?
I haven't talked to Davis about this yet.
I was throwing one out there.
Talk to people about what happened back at the foundation of the country and about this act, why it's so important, and why I'm saying, baby, let's do it again.
mike davis
So the judicial power under Article 3...
Is with the Supreme Court of the United States.
And so that is created by Constitution.
But inferior courts are created by Congress.
And Congress can create courts.
Congress can change courts.
Congress can eliminate courts.
And they've done that many times over the past.
I would say this, that to these D.C. District Court judges, I don't think you understand and appreciate how much momentum is growing right now to bring...
Major reforms to the D.C. District Court.
Because let's look at it this way.
The D.C. Superior Court, is that constitutional?
I'm not sure.
That's not an Article III court.
That handles essentially street crimes and civil disputes among the citizens of D.C. And there are like 10 vacancies on the D.C. Superior Court right now.
Maybe we can fix this problem by not filling those vacancies on the D.C. Superior Court.
Having the D.C. District Court with people like Boesburg and Judge Ali and all these other radical judges, maybe we can change their jurisdiction to the D.C. Superior Court's jurisdiction.
We'll have Boesburg and Ali doing D.C. street crimes and doing civil disputes between people in D.C. who are fighting over whatever the hell they're fighting over, and then we can bring in judges from around the country to handle the other cases.
steve bannon
So we have three lines of attack, right?
We have three lines of attack.
One is the continual, absolute evisceration of these radical law firms, right?
By taking their security clearances away, cutting out their business with the U.S. government, and that's the way you kind of break the foundational element.
In addition, you're saying there may be a legislative part also to kind of do a restructuring like they did at the beginning of the country, right?
And do it today where you actually get...
You know, restrict what these guys' field of play is.
And number three is we use good old impeachment to put people through the process.
I don't want people to say, well, you'll never get it passed, waste time.
It's not a waste of time.
The process, trust the process, and we can start impeaching these judges.
Can we not, sir?
mike davis
We should definitely start with impeaching Boesburg, who illegally and very dangerously sabotaged a national security operation of the President of the United States with another foreign leader and put Americans and our allies in grave danger.
So the Article III Project is calling for Boesburg's impeachment right now.
It's on our website, article3project.org.
Go there right now.
Clown Boesburg, this Obama judge who thinks he's the commander-in-chief when he moonlights on Saturday.
Let's light up both your senators and your rep and call for his impeachment and removal.
steve bannon
Warren Posse, we did that.
Action, action, action today.
To the ramparts.
Go to Article 3. We've got to fight fire with fire here.
If we are passive in this...
They're going to get more aggressive, and their strategy is ours flood the zone, theirs is to delay, is to deny.
And what they're trying to do is stop the revolution of common sense that President Trump is hitting on on all cylinders.
And we've warned people, and now it's the aggression, and they feel like they're winning in this area.
They're not winning in any other area.
That's why, Mike, as you know, behind the scenes, they're actually clamoring for who's going to take on the next one.
Mike Davis, one more time.
Social media, where do they go?
What do they do with your request for impeachment?
mike davis
I would say, again, to the Chief Justice John Roberts, you have allowed the judiciary to get out of control.
You need to get the judicial house in order immediately.
There is going to be a tremendous political backlash.
It's going to go after the judiciary's...
Power and money.
And good luck to Boesburg enforcing your lawless orders with your law clerks, because I don't think the executive branch will enforce lawless orders.
Go to Article3Project.org, Article3Project.org.
You can take action there.
You can follow us on social media.
You can donate the action item today, impeach and remove this radical Obama Judge Boesberg who put American lives and our allies' lives in grave danger on Saturday.

Thank you, brother.
steve bannon
Appreciate you.
mike davis
Thank you.

Tudor Dixon, on the politics of it all, Carrie Lake, about Voice of America, all next in the War Room.
mika brzezinski
NBC News national poll finds that a majority of registered voters, 55%, have a negative view of the party, while 27%, just over a quarter of registered voters, have a positive view of the party.
That's the party's lowest rating in NBC News polling dating back to 1990. Meanwhile, though, a new CNN SSRS poll finds the Democratic Party's favorability rating at just...
29%, a record low going back to 1992 and a drop of 20 points since January of 2021. What's more, just 63% of Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents have a favorable view of their own party, down 9 points from January and 18 points from the start of the Biden administration.
The Republican Party's favorability rating stands at 36 percent.
unidentified
Full of despair, says Politico, Democrats are.
Why?
harry enten
Why?
Why are Democrats full of despair?
All I have to say, Democrats, call your office.
You know where March Madness times, terrible, terrible, terrible, to quote.
The great Charles Barkley.
View Democratic Party favorably.
CNN, SRS, look at this, 29%.
NBC News, you want to go lower than that?
How about 27%?
Both are record lows.
The lowest going back to 1992 in CNN polling.
The lowest going back on record to 1990 in NBC News polling.
The majority of Americans hold an unfavorable or negative view of the Democratic Party at this point.
All I can say is I'm a big fan of the oldies.
So I'm going to quote Chubby Checker.
How low can you go?
unidentified
Nice.
Well done.
What about congressional Democrats specifically?
harry enten
Yeah, what about congressional Democrats specifically?
You think these numbers are low?
How about this one?
Holy Toledo.
Voters' views of the Democrats in Congress among all voters disapproved.
68%!
And look at the approved number, just 21%, even lower than the Democratic Party at large.
This is the lowest on record for Democrats, according to Quinnipiac University polling.
You think these numbers are bad?
Let's go to this side of the screen.
We'll look how Democratic voters feel.
Get this, the plurality of Democratic voters disapprove of Democrats in Congress at 49%, and just 40% approve.
Horrible, horrible, horrible.
Oh my goodness gracious, you just can't get worse.
unidentified
And this is the number right here really driving all of this.
If Democrats have turned, if Democratic voters have turned on Democrats in Congress and the Democratic Party, that's what puts the numbers at historic lows.
What is it they want to be seeing, these voters?
harry enten
What is going on?
I'll tell you what's going on.
They don't like what's coming out of some of those Senate Democrats like Chuck Schumer, because take a look at the direction of the party.
Democratic voters on Democrats in Congress doing too little to oppose Donald Trump.
Look at this.
77%.
Should stay principled, even if it means nothing gets done in Washington, D.C. 65%.
And this 65% is such a difference from where we were in 2017 at this point, when just 33% of Democrats say they should stay principled, compared to 59% who said they want to compromise.
Democrats do not want compromise at this point.
They want a fighter.
They want to go into the ring like Muhammad Ali did against Sonny Liston.
They want to take down the Republicans.
They do not want this compromise anymore.
They want to be more like Republicans.
can get up to that stage and fight.
And right now they feel like their leaders in Congress are simply put not doing so.
And that is why their approval rating for congressional Democrats is at an all-time low, even among Democrats who are more disapproving than approving.
unidentified
Yeah, it seems that these Senate Democrats, some of them are banking on the idea that there is still a political middle after the war.
We will see.
harry enten
We will see if there's a political middle, but at this point count me skeptical that that is at least what the Democratic base wants at this point.
It's going to be very interesting, John, to see moving forward whether or not there are any repercussions come.
steve bannon
Two of my favorite people are going to be back-to-back here.
Tudor Dixon up in Michigan and Cary Lake.
Cary Lake's caused a firestorm in Washington, D.C. We're going to get to all that momentarily.
The Mac Daddy on Drudge yesterday was AOC's beautiful visage smiling back at you right there.
And they said the new head of the party.
And she's on a tour with Bernie Sanders, I guess anti-oligarch, trying to steal.
They created the oligarchs.
Now they want to come out and run against them.
That's the only thing they've got going.
And that's not much.
Tudor Dixon.
We've only got a couple minutes here.
I want you to go through your assessment of these polls about the Democratic Party, ma'am.
unidentified
Well, first of all, I want to say it is enjoyable to watch CNN have to announce that they helped to destroy the Democrat Party, because essentially that's what they've been doing.
I mean, you look at their faces and you can tell they're worried, is my next paycheck coming or is it not going to come?
Because I did this.
I've destroyed not only our party, but our viewers.
steve bannon
You mean the comms department of the Democratic Party, right?
That's why they got rid of half those guys, right?
unidentified
Yeah, yeah, they failed their own people.
But I mean, think about what it means to have AOC as the leader of that party and Bernie Sanders out there.
Remember, this is the Bernie Sanders who was winning.
For their nomination a few years back.
And they said, no, no, Bernie, you step back.
We know who needs to be the guy that leads this party.
And they screwed it up, and they screwed it up, and they screwed it up.
And now they have no idea what their identity is because the radicals have taken over.
And the moderate Democrats do not like the radicals, and the radicals don't like anybody else.
There's no wiggle room.
You talk about wanting a fighter.
They look at Donald Trump and they're actually jealous of him.
They look at him and they're like, man, that guy is amazing.
Nothing bothers him.
He's willing to go out there and keep fighting.
He stands up after he gets shot in the head.
The guy is amazing, right?
They love him, but they love to hate him because they don't have him, and they don't have anybody like him.
And if they think AOC even so much as compares to Donald Trump, they're in a world of hurt for a very long time, and I look forward to watching.
steve bannon
Tudor, hang on for one second.
I know you're busy.
I just want to hold you through.
It's a 90-second break.
I want to bring you back.
I want to ask you how that plays into Michigan.
Michigan has become, I don't know, I think the key state, the key that picks the lock.
And no one has a better feel for what's going on there than Tudor Dixon.
Tudor Dixon is with us.
Carrie Lake is going to join us.
She's taking apart the global platform that used to be pro-American that turned against us.
She's ripping it apart.
I'm sure they're going to take her to court this afternoon.
President Trump is going to the Kennedy Center to chair the first board meeting.
Their heads are blowing up.
Justice on Friday, Kennedy Center on Monday.
What did we tell you?

What is that hedge?
I don't know.
It may be precious metals.
