But he got it to put the deal on their plate, not ours.
Stephen Bannon, take it.
steve bannon
Eric, great week.
Thank you, sir.
Appreciate you.
Eric Bolling, the great Eric Bolling.
Pirate King, Eric Bolling, we should say.
We're going to get back to the vote in a second.
What I want to do is I want to kick off War Room with a historic moment.
President Donald J. Trump, who was indicted, I don't know, 90-some times by the Justice Department or their affiliates for over, what, 370 years in prison?
They wanted him to die in prison.
President Trump, the 47th President of the United States, returned triumphant to the Justice Department in a historic moment.
Let's go ahead.
We're going to play.
We've cut this together.
We're going to play it.
Then we have Mike Davis and Julie Kelly.
We're going to break it all down for you.
Where we stand with fighting the Democrats as they try to stop the 47th President of the United States administration.
Let's go ahead and roll it.
unidentified
The President also promised an end to the weaponization of government.
Our weaponization inquiries are ongoing.
They include matters relating to J-6, improper prosecutions under the FACE Act, and the case against Colorado Elections Clerk Tina Peters.
Under General Bondi's watch, the weaponization has stopped.
Period.
The department's focus is now squarely on our core mission, keeping the American people safe.
kash patel
And I told you when I got this job that we would crush violent crime, that we would take the fight to anyone who wishes to do harm to our way of life and to hurt our citizenry, that we would go to the ends of the earth to bring them back to face American justice produced right here in this very hall, in this very building.
unidentified
To that effort, we have done just that.
And a special shout-out, I know my Boston contingent is here on St. Patty's Day.
pam bondi
Thank you for the great work you guys have been doing, and across the rest of the FBI. On stage, we have, this is 180 kilograms, it represents, not real, of fentanyl, okay?
So this is one, this represents one kilo of fentanyl.
In its pure form, this one kilo can kill half a million people.
The 180 there, in pure form, could kill 90 million people.
That is the population of California, Texas, and Florida.
That's what we're dealing with in our country.
That's why angel moms go around the country.
That's why Donald Trump has taken such a hard stance against cartels securing our borders, getting these gangs and drugs out of our...
But look at that.
That can kill three states in its pure form.
That should terrify everyone.
unidentified
Hold me close, hold me tight.
Hello everybody.
How are you?
You look such a nice person.
donald j trump
That's a rough picture.
That's a rough picture.
pam bondi
We're waiting on J.D.'s to go up.
unidentified
Absolutely.
donald j trump
Thank you.
Thank you.
They knew that.
It was a big lie, and they knew it so well.
They spied on my campaign.
Launched one hoax and disinformation operation after another, broke the law on a colossal scale, persecuted my family, staff, and supporters, raided my home, Mar-a-Lago, and did everything within their power to prevent me from becoming the President of the United States with the help of radicals like Mark Elias, Mark Pomerantz.
And these are people that nobody's ever seen anything like it.
So many others.
But these are people that are bad people.
Really bad people.
They tried to turn America into a corrupt communist and third world country.
But in the end, the thugs failed and the truth won.
Freedom won.
Justice won.
Democracy won.
And above all, the American people won.
There could be no more heinous betrayal of American values than to use the law to terrorize the innocent and reward the wicked.
And that's what they were doing at a level that's never been seen before.
And it's exactly what you saw with Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, and their cronies.
To do the building of the last four years, what they've ripped down is incalculable.
But what you're going to build up is likewise something that will be breaking all sorts of records.
They set loose violent criminals while targeting patriotic parents at school board meetings.
They dropped charges against Antifa and Hamas supporters while labeling traditional Catholics as domestic terrorists to Catholics.
We did very well with the Catholic vote, so I want to thank them for that.
A case, I will not use a bad word, I promised.
I promised my wife I would never use a bad word, so just a little bad.
The case against me was bullsh**.
And she correctly dismissed it.
She correctly...
She correctly...
Look at Emil.
He's looking.
He said, that's interesting.
But these two guys were warriors.
You've got a warrior here.
You've got two warriors, I can tell you that.
You've got a whole bunch of them.
But, and they wouldn't quit.
They wouldn't take no for an answer.
They just wouldn't quit.
The American people have given us a mandate and really a far, just a far-reaching investigation is what they are demanding into the corruption of our system.
And that's exactly, I'm sure, what Pam and Cash and everyone else mentioned here and not mentioned is going to be doing.
We will expel the rogue actors and corrupt forces We will expose and very much expose their egregious crimes and severe misconduct, of which was levels.
You've never seen anything like it.
It's going to be legendary.
It's going to also be legendary for the people that are able to seek it out and bring justice.
We will restore the scales of justice in America, and we will ensure that such abuses never happen again in our country.
steve bannon
*music* This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
steve bannon
Friday, 14, March, in the year of our Lord, 2025, and what a historic day.
President Trump returning to the Justice Department, the font of so much evil and chaos in the last, I don't know, six or seven years.
I want to go to, I've got, so many of the people that helped bring about today, Boris and others, are going to try to get them up during the next couple hours.
I want to go to Mike Davis, the Viceroy.
Mike, put it in perspective.
What we saw today at the Justice Department.
I want to just keep it at the historical nature of what we witnessed today on the 14th of March in the year of our Lord, 2025, sir.
mike davis
What we witnessed is a president of the United States who was hunted by this Justice Department for four years.
And they tried to throw him.
In prison for the rest of his life under a bogus legal theory.
And they worked with other prosecutors around the country, Democrat operatives around the country, to bankrupt him, throw him off the ballots, throw him in prison, take off his head.
And this is justice today.
President Trump went to the Justice Department after winning the election on this lawfare issue.
And showing the Justice Department that they work for the President of the United States.
They now work for Donald J. Trump.
This is a critical lesson.
President Trump went over there and told the deep state that the deep state is over.
steve bannon
The reason I said the last seven or eight years, as you know, Mike, it revved up.
To an unbelievable level under Garland in the Biden regime.
But it was bad from day one.
And the reason it's bad, we had John Yoo follow you today.
And John Yoo walked through that paper he had written for Civitas about ending, really, the, uh, ending Watergate.
And the quote-unquote reforms that came in Watergate that took away the President of the United States and the office of the President being the chief magistrate and the chief law enforcement officer.
Did President Trump make a pretty bold answer?
I mean, it was like Caesar coming back from a campaign walking in there.
Did he make a bold enough statement that that whole concept, that the Justice Department, the FBI, all of this is totally separate from the office of the President and the executive branch of the government, sir?
mike davis
I think it was Caesar walking to a foreign country and conquering it, and then showing the foreign country that they are conquered by holding up their heads and putting them on a stake.
And I think that was so important today for this Justice Department that was so politicized and weaponized, starting under President Obama on steroids, under President Biden.
That there is a new sheriff in town, and his name is Donald J. Trump, and there are going to be severe, severe legal, political, and financial consequences for the way they politicized and weaponized our intel agencies and law enforcement to go after him, to go after his family, to go after his supporters, like his January 6th supporters, to go after his top aides.
Like Peter Navarro and you, Steve Bannon, there are going to be consequences for this.
And Pam Bondi and Todd Blanch and Cash Patel and Amo Bove are going to make damn sure that happens.
steve bannon
So you have three lines of attack as President Trump goes on offense.
Number one, he's cleaning out the Justice Department.
And getting real professionals in there, number one.
Number two, he's taking it to the law firms that control the town, right?
Perkins, Coy, Covington, and Burley, and they're just going to be the first to essentially put them out of business.
And number three, he's moving with a dispatch to basically take on the administrative state to downsize it, not to spend all the money that's inappropriately appropriated or see his executive thinks.
But the federal judiciary is fighting back.
So we're in total war right now with the legal apparatus and the neo-Marxist federal judiciary.
Would you agree with that, that this is now—you can't get any more intense than we're right now, sir?
mike davis
Yeah, these are going to be some—this is going to be a bumpy landing, but we need to land this plane, right?
And landing this plane means getting these left-wing radical activist judges.
They're trying to sabotage the President of the United States, exercising his core Article II power, executive power under the Constitution.
President Trump ran on the fact that he's going to do exactly what he's doing.
And you have these radical activist judges who are ignoring the will of American voters on November 5th.
These activist judges are the insurrectionists.
They are the saboteurs.
And they are the election deniers.
And we're going to have little patience for them.
And that's why it is so critically important for the Supreme Court of the United States, led by Chief Justice John Roberts, to get these judicial saboteurs the hell out of the way.
Because once the Supreme Court and the federal judiciary loses its legitimacy, it loses everything.
Do you think that your law clerks are going to go enforce your orders?
Because if you lose the American people's public confidence in the judiciary, you have nothing.
So remember that when you are trying to figure out at the Supreme Court on the emergency docket whether you are judges upholding the separation of powers, including the president's Article II powers, or if you are rattled law professors grading civil procedure exams.
We want...
We want judges with judgment on the Supreme Court, not law professors.
unidentified
Mike, it's a Friday afternoon in March.
steve bannon
Mike, can you hang on?
I've got a couple questions I want to ask you on the other side.
Mike Davis.
We always said it was going to come down to this is going to be a huge element.
President Trump marches into the Justice Department today.
Do you think Weissman and these people, they are vapor-locked right now.
What a dramatic, dramatic afternoon.
And Todd Blanch and Cash Patel and Pam Bondi.
Own the moment.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
unidentified
But I'm American made.
I got American part.
Heart.
mike davis
Short break.
unidentified
I got American, babe, in America's heart.
donald j trump
CNN and MSDNC, who literally write 97.6% bad about me or political arms of the Democrat Party.
And in my opinion, they're really corrupt and they're illegal.
What they do is illegal.
It makes no difference how big a victory I had.
I can have the biggest victory in history.
It was a great honor for me to fire, I will tell you this, a great honor to fire James Comey.
A great, great honor.
That was nothing.
There was no better day.
A lot of people said, oh, that's too bad you did that.
And they said that's going to be...
And you know what?
A year later, they said that actually saved the administration because the level of corrupt things that we learned after that turned out to be that they were doing, in fact, really bad things.
He was a terrible person, did terrible things, and persecuted people.
And all in the guise of being...
An angel, but he wasn't an angel.
steve bannon
A couple things.
Number one, they got to the 60 votes.
We'll have a report on that.
Alex DeGrasse will join us.
We'll have a report on that.
Another historic win for President Trump today in the United States Senate.
His government stays open.
Julie Kelly joins us.
Mike's with us.
Julie.
You've covered it.
And Boris is going to call in.
Boris is there today.
This is for you guys, for Mike Davis, Julie Kelly.
Of course, Boris put together the team.
Julie, people might have forgotten.
Put in perspective the fight that everybody had, this long fight and journey back to this day to have President Trump walk in there.
And folks, particularly if you've just joined the show over the last...
A couple of months are in the 24 campaign.
This has been ongoing for four, actually for five years since the start of the show, but really for the last three or four years during the Biden regime.
So, Julie, where were you a year ago, ma'am, and who were you with?
julie kelly
So, one year ago, March 14, 2024, I was in a Florida courthouse in the courtroom of Judge Aileen Cannon related to Jack Smith's federal indictment against the president in the documents case.
Todd Blanche and Emil Bove also were there representing the president in that case.
And so were Jay Bratt and David Harbaugh representing special counsel Jack Smith.
And now fast forward a year later, Todd Blanche is the deputy attorney general.
Emil Bove is the number three at the Department of Justice.
Donald Trump is president.
Jay Bratt retired in disgrace and is under investigation.
Not sure where David Harbaugh is.
I'd like to find out.
And of course, special counsel Jack Smith resigned in January, is under investigation as well, and has lawyered up to the tune of at least $140,000 in free legal services by a law firm whose security clearances were just stripped by Donald Trump.
Steve, if you wrote this as a screenplay and you gave this to a Hollywood producer, you They'd laugh you out of the room, as you and I were just saying, off camera.
unidentified
It's so incredible to be surreal.
steve bannon
You're sitting there and you're on fire.
Mike Davis is the viceroy and one of the senior advisors.
Boris is one of the senior advisors.
And we've got Emil Vobie is the savage.
We've got Todd Blanche as the deputy.
Our own Pam Bondi is the Attorney General.
unidentified
And President Trump returns to triumph.
steve bannon
And Kash Patel is FBI. And Kash Patel is FBI director.
It's unbelievable.
It's incredible.
If you had pitched this to a Hollywood studio, you'd have been thrown out for it.
It's too over the top.
You never have a Hollywood ending like this.
It's just incredible.
Mike Davis, I want to bring you to Julie.
Hang on.
Mike, President Trump today, and if I get some time, I'll try to break it down even more tomorrow on the Saturday show.
He sent a couple of shots across bow.
I mean, Trump was not walking down memory lane.
He gave the litany, right, of what they had done against him.
But he's always, the guns are always trained downrange.
If you're MSNBC or CNN or others, the Weissmans of the world, what did you take away from today, sir?
mike davis
I love it because these Democrat operatives who pretend the Justice Department is supposed to be independent of the president, what they really mean is the Justice Department is supposed to be independent of Republican presidents and Democrat presidents like Joe Biden can have their deputy.
White House counsel Jonathan Hsu waived Trump's claim of executive privilege and unleashed lawfare against President Trump, his top aides, and his supporters.
I love this.
I love that President Trump isn't your typical country club Republican.
He's not going to turn the other cheek, and nor should he.
steve bannon
I'm going to let you go here, but I need this question answered.
I've seen some articles and social media.
Of everything they're melting down on, the thing that has I think triggered these guys the most is going after the law firms.
I've seen a number of prominent people on the left say this is the end of rule of law.
Has he hit something to the core of how the imperial capital runs and someone's never ever thought of doing this and never even conceived it?
Is to actually go over to the source of where the vipers make their living and that's these incredibly powerful democrat operative Hangouts of which not only do you get people to come back and to be the Justice Department and the U.S. Attorneys and all of it and all the different councils because folks got to understand every cabinet's got a council that's hugely powerful.
All the alphabet agencies have councils and their whole staffs.
But also this is a breeding ground and a training ground for that first line of federal judges that are so radical.
Is this the thing that's triggering them the most?
Because I've seen so much vitriol and so much outrage that he's actually going after the firms themselves.
mike davis
I think it's fantastic, and it's giving the Democrats a healthy dose of their own medicine because they did the same damn thing to law firms that represented President Trump and his aides and his allies after 2020. They went after law firms like Jones Day.
So Jones Day couldn't represent...
The president of the United States.
And so what's nice, let's remind people what Perkins Coie did, right?
They made up the Russian collusion hoax.
They made up the Steele dossier.
They presented it to the FISA court knowing it was a lie.
They got spy warrants.
On the leading presidential candidate, Donald Trump, they spied on him as the president of the United States.
Perkins Coie shouldn't be anywhere close to a classified document.
They should not have security clearances.
They should not be doing business.
With the government, frankly, a lot of them should be in federal prison, and I hope that that's the next step in this accountability by President Trump and his, and I say, yes, his Justice Department, because they work for him.
steve bannon
You believe these should be investigated and litigated, and if found responsible, incarcerated?
You actually believe we should go that far and that deep?
mike davis
I have called for more than three years to open a criminal probe under 18 U.S.C. section 241 conspiracy against rights along with many other serious federal felonies.
Special grand jury to investigate Crossfire Hurricane and the cover-up of Crossfire Hurricane, which was the lawfare against President Trump over the last four years.
And this is an ongoing criminal conspiracy going back eight years.
And every person who was part of this conspiracy should be investigated.
They should lawyer up.
And if there's evidence that they participated in an illegal criminal conspiracy or other federal crimes...
They should be indicted.
They should be thrown in prison.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, the Viceroy, I'm with you.
Where do we get you, sir, on Article 3 and social media?
mike davis
Article3project.org.
You can follow us on social media there.
You can donate.
And then the most important thing the posse does is take action.
And I say this sincerely to the Biden Democrats and Obama Democrats who ran this lawfare against Trump, his aides, his allies, his supporters.
Lawyer up.
Because justice is coming.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, the Vice President.
Thank you very much.
Honored to have you on here today of all days, sir.
mike davis
Thank you.
steve bannon
Julie Kelly, where do we stand in the fight?
It continues.
I mean, now we're going on offense.
It's going to get very gnarly, folks.
This is why you need the Julie Kellys.
You need the Mike Davises on the outside.
Tell us where we stand on all this, ma'am.
julie kelly
So what's happening now is related to the Perkins-Cui lawsuit against the president seeking to really overturn his executive order to prevent Perkins-Cui from...
Entering government buildings or having government contracts.
So there was a hearing, I know we talked about this the other day, but that hearing, that temporary restraining order.
Vacating parts of that executive order issued by former Chief Judge Beryl Howell.
And what appears is that she is building or is going to allow Perkins Cui to build a constitutional due process rights violation case that I think she will eventually issue a preliminary injunction preventing that.
Executive order from taking hold.
But we're expecting, I think, that going after these law firms has been very successful.
Perkins Coie in this long motion, crocodile tears about how they're losing business, how they're losing potential employees, lawyers, et cetera.
So the damage is already being done to Perkins Coie, which is exceptional, of course.
But I do want to go back for a moment to the president's speech at the Department of Justice today.
People have to recognize that there is still a large element of DOJ officials, employees, FBI agents, and investigators who have deep contempt for this president.
For his new team, for the MAGA movement.
Now, they have, I think, acted with great speed in getting rid of some of the worst offenders.
George Toskis, obviously, the New York FBI field director, James Dennehy.
But this is going to be tough setting.
And I would urge patience with people who I already see some criticism.
But this is a very difficult task ahead for Attorney General Pam Bondi and her team.
steve bannon
Yeah, hang on.
I'm going to hold you through this.
I've seen the same thing with some of our folks in the MAGA movement and even in the Warren Posse.
Like, where are guys walking out being perp walked out?
Our team is working around the clock to try to get this done.
It's very difficult.
And they're being fought intensely internally.
Short break.
Julie Kelly on the other side.
Another victory today for the Catholics.
Praying at abortion centers.
All next in the war room.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to go through the five-prong attack because I always want to make sure that you guys have a mental map of what's actually happening in a construct.
So then all the news that comes your way, you can kind of put it into a...
A vertical or a segment to kind of think it through.
The five things going on, DOJ is both the cleaning out of the rat's nest.
What Julie Kelly's talking about, they're now embeds.
Anti-Trump program, anti-Trump, anti-MAGA, anti-all of you.
It's the cleaning out the rat's nest and the process of getting confirmations, everything from the U.S. attorneys.
And when I say rat's nest, it's not just main justice.
It's the U.S. Attorneys, particularly the big ones, Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, the U.S. Attorney in Washington, D.C., in L.A., then throw in Philadelphia, Chicago.
I mean, these are huge apparatuses.
They all have to be purged.
And these people are going to be leaking nonstop, the rats, before they get purged and fighting every step of the way.
Right?
You've seen this in the Epstein situation.
We're either SDNY local or FBI local.
I think people are trying to figure out the suppression of some of this information.
But that's just one of many.
That's the fight.
The other is the law firms.
And you see right now the judges are working with these law firms to build up due process or other cases.
They're going to stretch things out.
It's always they're trying to buy time.
They're trying to buy time.
You heard, John, you say that.
John, you say that today.
About John Yoo thinks it could take up to six months or a year to get some of these in front of even appellate courts because they're going to try to slow it down.
Then it's stopping President Trump on the rifts, on the reductions and forth.
It's coming through doge or coming through programmatic changes he wants to make.
Also the money, about holding back the money as chief executive.
Remember the unitary theory of the executive where he's chief executive.
He can make this decision.
You're going to start seeing it next week because a moment ago on the Senate floor, Schumer and those guys surrendered.
President Trump's government will go on with no gap.
Okay?
We didn't love the CR, but we're prepared to live with it to keep progress going.
And remember, what did Schumer say last night on Chris Hayes when he came right off the floor, said how he was going to vote?
His number one thing he said is, I'm afraid that Trump would shut down the courts.
And that's where we're having our victories.
Last but not least is then the confirmation, not just of confirmation inside Maine Justice and the district, the U.S. attorneys, but it's also the confirmation of new judges.
Because how many of these names you see keep popping up all the time, particularly in Washington, D.C.? And we know that the left is judge shopping and venue shopping to get these radical neo-Marxist judges.
The legal warfare that's going on, and particularly in this kind of judicial insurrection.
Julie Kelly, given that as the strategic map, where do we stand right now?
Because Trump triumphantly returned.
Against all odds with the team, the team of, kind of the pickup team that we had.
Folks, you've got to understand, the major law firms cut us all off.
We were debanked, deplatformed, no credit cards.
But also, I've had...
You know, prominent lawyers my entire life on doing deals and transactions and everything.
In fact, I'd never been sued until I started working for Trump.
But, you know, the big law firms canceled you because they said, hey, our clients, you know, we're afraid of Trump.
We're afraid of you guys.
All the law firms.
This is why what Boris did in the first...
18 months to two years is truly heroic because he kind of had to put together a pickup team that won every day.
So where do we stand now that the tide's turned, we're on offense, I understand some people want to see guys walk out in shackles, be perp walk tomorrow, but there's got to be a reality here of how this game is played, ma'am.
julie kelly
Yes, there absolutely is.
I'm so glad that you just articulated that because not only is there a strategy in place, of course, there's still internal resistance.
And then you're dealing with these lunatic judges who you and I have talked about for years.
There's just breaking news I saw now.
Some judge, I assume in Washington, D.C., signed off on search warrants to allow the DOJ, this is before Jack Smith was appointed, to allow the DOJ to get both Donald Trump and Mike Pence's Phone data.
Their government cellular phone data.
That was turned over.
I'm just reading this now.
This is per letter from Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson.
steve bannon
Hang on.
We just literally got this just to...
This came in.
Mike Davis got it to us right when he jumped off.
We just got it to Denver.
What in the hell is going on here, ma'am?
They turned over President Trump's phone to the FBI to be swept?
julie kelly
Apparently, that's what this looks like.
And this is what Senators Grassley and Johnson have discovered.
And now they are confirming that per this letter.
I will be looking into this and posting this.
And then keep in mind, of course, this is starting in the spring of 2022. When not only did they start this, what they're calling Operation Arctic Frost, which was the official name.
Where did they come up with these names?
Official name of the investigation into the president for January 6th.
But they also, in February of 2022, opened the investigation into President Trump in the documents case.
So this is all happening.
At the same time.
So this is Merrick Garland's Department of Justice.
This wasn't Jack Smith because he was appointed in November of 2022 after the president announced he was running for office.
This is all under Merrick Garland, Joe Biden, Jonathan Hsu, who Mike Davis just mentioned, who we know from the documents case.
There's email correspondence between Jonathan Hsu, the National Archives, and DOJ. God.
steve bannon
Julie, the reason they did this is they never thought in a...
Billion years.
They controlled the entire apparatus.
They controlled Wall Street, Silicon Valley, the corporations, the donors.
In those years, and this is why, folks, 21, 22 into 23, and particularly 21 and 22, they were dark years.
The specter of darkness was over us because they thought they had control of everything culturally, financially, politically.
And this is why they thought they were going to destroy...
Trump and the MAGA movement by taking Trump and all of his leadership around him and either imprison them, bankrupt them, or in some cases, like President Trump, assassinate Julie Kelly.
unidentified
Correct.
julie kelly
And going back to what we were talking about, the pervasive resistance in this Department of Justice, this letter indicates there were 13 FBI offices involved in this Operation Arctic Frost.
We know that every single one of the 56 field offices were involved in the January 6th, the J6R investigation and arrests conducting armed raids across this country for years.
And this does not even account for 93 U.S. attorney's offices, extremely powerful offices where you still have Trump haters and certainly MAGA haters embedded in those offices and, of course, still in top offices as well in Washington, D.C. So Cleaning House is going to take a long time.
They are getting on offense but also on defense because every day there's a new lawsuit filed that is taking up Department of Justice resources.
That otherwise could be used to pursue different investigations.
But I have no doubt that that's ongoing now.
There might be a little bit of slowdown because of all of these lawsuits.
But those are going to get settled.
And these investigations into these corrupt prosecutors, especially at the top.
The prosecutors and FBI officials and agents who tried to do this to Donald Trump, who did it to people like you and Peter Navarro, and of course almost 1,600 J6ers.
I have no doubt that the president, especially given his tone and his approach and what he said today, is as committed more than ever to making sure that what he called those thugs in the DOJ get their comeuppance.
steve bannon
Hey, one thing I can guarantee this audience, he is all in.
On this one, he's all in.
And it's going to be a fight.
This is Alien vs.
Predator.
They're not going to quit.
This is why they're so freaked out about going after the law firms.
It was such a brilliant play.
But folks, they're not going to quit.
We had John Yoo on this morning, brilliantly walk through the whole, this is ending the Watergate era, right?
You have to do it, cauterize that.
But Julie, he did say, particularly on the riffs and the money, He said, hey, I think this, I think they're going to try to build cases.
This could take a while.
He says, don't, and I know the White House, I know the White House and others are related to the financial part of this and the cutting of money and downsizing the government.
They're going to be dropping bombs, I think, as early as next week.
We have not even begun to fight on this, on the downside, taking on the administrative state and downsizing.
So President Trump's administration is going to go, it's all gas, no brake.
And that's why it's such big.
This vote tonight is so huge.
And Schumer, his fear was that he would shut down the courts, and that's the one place I think they're winning.
Before I let you go, John, you said this morning, he says, look, this could take six months to a year to get these things adjudicated even to the next level, given the types of, you know, what they're coming at.
And the first round judges, that line of neo-Marxist.
How radical they are and how they're almost prosecuting the cases, right?
Your thoughts?
julie kelly
Oh, they absolutely are prosecuting the cases.
We saw that with the San Francisco judge who...
Said he was holding an evidentiary hearing and wants to haul in a top White House official to face cross-examination by lawyers representing government employee labors.
That's insane.
We also see this in Washington.
What I'm going to be following next week, Steve, and I'm sure I'll be back on Monday, is Judge Tanya Chutkin set a deadline late Monday.
She wants the Department of Justice to explain why they want to claw back $20 billion.
That the Biden administration and EPA hid at Citibank a few days before the November election out of the eyes of Republicans in Congress and a potential, of course, Donald Trump White House.
She is going to want evidence of fraud or some sort of criminality to justify Lee Zeldin asking for our money back and halting Releasing really hundreds of millions of dollars that appears every few weeks to these eight selected politically connected climate nonprofits that were chosen by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris's EPA. This is a huge scandal.
And Tanya Chutkin put not feet to the fire to one of the big climate nonprofits who got $6.97 billion.
She wasn't.
And excoriating them and asking them, how dare you come and file a lawsuit against the government demanding that this money is yours and we need to give it to you?
No.
She was holding DOJ's feet to the fire.
How dare you ask, how dare you tell Citibank to give the EPA our money back?
So that's what I'm going to be covering next week.
steve bannon
The Viceroy and the Julie Kelly are on the case.
And of course, Boris' team that he put together, this pickup team, now runs the Department of Justice, Maine Justice.
They're so freaked out that Weissman and these folks have their own podcast called Maine Justice, and you all see the Fritz on once a week.
It's a freakout.
Julie Kelly, where do they go for all your, I mean, you've got to go to your sub stack, you've got to follow you on social media.
You are on fire, girl.
julie kelly
Thank you.
Well, thank you, Steve.
And thank you for having me on so much and always supporting my work.
The reason why the War Room Posse or anyone knows about these judges is because you have had me on so often to talk about what's been happening.
And now I think it's a rude awakening to a lot of Americans how corrupt and partisan and shameless these judges are when it comes to abusing their power to try to destroy the president.
So a lot more to come on that.
But Julie underscore Kelly, too.
steve bannon
We got more J6 stuff to go through next week.
Unbelievable.
Huge victory today in New Jersey.
Legal.
Abortion.
Next.
unidentified
We're standing on public property and we are witnessing, as Father Nolan said, to the kingship of Christ, the queenship of Mary.
We're witnessing to the truth that human life belongs to God.
It's sacred.
And from the first moment of its existence, it deserves legal protection.
And unfortunately, in the state of New Jersey, unborn children are not...
steve bannon
Three victories today.
And these victories all come back to you.
I want to make sure in the audience, remember, it all gets back to you because you're the political muscle of all this.
President Trump does not return to the Justice Department triumphant today.
Triumphant and celebratory, but understanding the hard work we have in front of us without you.
Chuck Schumer does not surrender.
And Chuck Schumer surrendered today without you.
And the Democrats are in complete disarray now.
And these Holy men whose crime was praying the rosary in front of these abortion mills.
No victory today without you having their back.
Let's bring in, we've got John Yep, Catholic for Catholics, and Will Goodman.
Will, you were the one that were going to go back.
You were in prison with me in Danbury.
You were about to be sent back to prison today at a state level.
Tell us what happened, sir.
unidentified
Yeah, Steve, thanks so much for having us on and for covering our case.
So, in New Jersey, I was a participant in a Red Rose Rescue with Father Fidelis Mosinski of the CFR Franciscans, Father David Nix of the Archdiocese of Denver, and Sister Imalatia.
And we all were praying inside the abortion facility, handing out roses, offering assistance.
To the mothers staying in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in the womb.
We were unjustly arrested because we had a necessity to protect the lives of others who were undefended by the police and by the government in Morristown, New Jersey.
Today we had our trial attempting to fight for the rights of the unborn and to use an affirmative defense of others.
And so it was a bit bittersweet.
I don't want to burst your bubble too much here, Steve.
There were wonderful things and there were some rough things.
The good side, there were people from all across the country praying.
There were people united in prayer for the defense of life.
We had three excellent rescuers, two Catholic priests and a religious sister who spoke the truth on the stand and were firm witnesses for the truth about the sacredness of human life.
We have an attorney, Vincent Sansone, a passionate Catholic Italian pro-lifer who spoke for the babies in a wonderful way.
The downside is that we had a judge who admitted to the courthouse, and he chose not to look at what we were saying substantively, but he tried to say that the value of human life is somehow this subjective belief that we happen to hold because but he tried to say that the value of human life is I tell you, he just froze up.
steve bannon
Let's go to John Yep and try to reboot.
Let's try to reboot Will if we can.
I know he's on the road.
John Yep, we just lost the last part of Will.
Can you put it in perspective for us?
And particularly, your call, Catholics for Catholics, of people to show up was amazing, but also people from the country.
We had you guys on yesterday to pray.
It was the power of prayer today that worked, sir.
John Yep.
unidentified
Absolutely.
The video you just saw of Will Goodman and there's two other priests in the car, Father Fidel and Father Dave, those are some of America's finest.
They are men who actually stand by their convictions and are willing to go to prison, very Bannon-esque, if you will.
And they were about to go be sent right back to prison just after President Trump, mind you, had pardoned them, and a judge was going to throw the book at them and send them to jail.
They are in that car driving back home today.
Because of this audience.
That's a fact, 100%.
I mean, Steve, you were giving us media coverage, and here at Catholics for Catholics, we get people in the streets physically and also getting people praying across the country.
That is what happened today.
Thousands across this nation were following this case this morning.
Social media was blowing up.
We had members of Congress as well who were sending letters behind the scenes to the judge, letting them know to back off the case.
As well as the Office of Faith at the White House was extremely responsive to us and trying to get the good word out about this.
So this is a victory.
Yes, there still is probation that they're coming after these guys for.
We get it.
But they're back in that car.
They had pizza afterwards, after the courthouse, at a nice restaurant.
That is only, instead of rotten prison food, because the pressure that we put up there on this day, that's a win.
steve bannon
No, I can tell you, at Danbury, and there's some good men at Danbury, there really are.
There's so many good men there.
But, you know, they're convicts, they're inmates.
These guys were the holy, I mean, the way they comport themselves.
It is live Christianity.
You can tell that their faith is a living faith.
And to think that the apparatus in New Jersey, after the President of the United States pardons them, they're going to take them right back just to show state power.
Can break religion.
That state power can break your beliefs.
Why was Will...
Talk about the judge, about what he said in the courtroom about these beliefs about human life, sir.
unidentified
So at one point the judge, they brought in a witness from the abortion mill clinic who just tried to sway the judge in one direction.
And as I understand it, you know, the judge really just shot down any kind of defense that this was a religious motivation, which is the entire premise of which the priests were actually doing this.
Right.
But, you know, they took a break.
They came back and then the sentencing came out, as we know that, yes, they're assigned probation, which ironically, Father Fidelis and Will basically told the judge, you know, we're not going to abide by the rules of the probation.
So you can do what you want with this kind of, you know, give them the finger.
And that's in that sense.
Right.
Nor are they going to pay the fines of one hundred and fifty eight dollars.
But it's just that attitude of, look, this is this is what truth is.
You know, a life begins in the womb, and we need to stand by it.
How ironic, too, Steve, you love history, that this is Morristown, New Jersey.
Literally, the courthouse is a block away from where George Washington headquartered his troops during the revolution, you know, which is pretty insane.
steve bannon
Not just headquartered them.
The winners in Morristown were actually arguably worse than Valley Forge.
We were just farther along in the revolution.
John Yep, where do they go for Catholics for Catholics?
Brother, you are on fire.
Where do they go?
unidentified
Go to cforc.com for the latest.
We will be in Mar-Lago next Wednesday for Catholic Prayer for America.
Historic 100 Catholic priests are coming to support President Trump and pray for America.
Get the latest there on our site.
Thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
Wow.
Thank you, brother.
John Yep.
If you think of the right stuff, Will Goodman, the other priest, John Yep, President Trump, Pam Bondi, Emma Bovee, Todd Blanche, Boris Epstein.
We're winning.
Big League.
Short break.
