In your opinion, that they're not doing right now.
unidentified
We need a strategy up and down, right?
So running for office is a longer-term thing.
We got thousands of people looking into that.
But right now, the top leaders of the Democratic Party, I don't expect the revolution to come from them, but the top leaders of the Democratic Party need to stop being milquetoast.
I'll be very specific.
Last night, Rachel Maddow's show, Leader Jeffries is on the show.
Tell me if I'm wrong.
You can at me on any social media platform if I'm wrong.
I don't think any American watching that interview with Leader Jeffries would have come away feeling defended deep in their heart in the middle of an autocratic takeover by that high-ranking Democrat.
It was full of legal terms as it relates to in terms of, and it was full of every time she gave him a chance.
To empathize with people who say he's not doing enough, they're not doing enough.
Every time she gave him that opportunity as a gifted interviewer that she is, instead of saying, yeah, I can get why people feel that way about what we're doing.
Nope, we're doing this.
Nope, we don't need any more steel in our spine.
Defensiveness and self-protection do not make an opposition.
It is going to take a true, fiery opposition that understands how deeply undefended Americans feel right now by this psychological onslaught, by the abuser-in-chief, and by his shadow president.
And it's going to take...
If you are not one of the people...
With the metal to stand up to an autocratic coup, get out of the way.
There are so many other jobs.
Become a lobbyist like you're probably planning to do anyway in a few years.
Accelerate that plan.
Get out of the way for people who know how to stand up and are adequate to this moment.
I think so many things.
This is such a tragic day.
Igor, as an American, I just want to apologize for my president, that he called your president a dictator, that he has voted now with the countries like North Korea, Belarus, Russia.
These are now our new friends at the United Nations.
This is shameful.
But, Igor, I also want you to know that most Americans do not support the president on this.
Polls show, the Quinnipiac poll last week, 81% of the Americans...
People do not support President's embrace of Putin.
And he is, Stephanie, to your question, yes, Putin is playing Trump.
I've seen this before.
He thinks that all people in the world can be bought.
He thinks that no people have any morals.
And now he's throwing out an aluminum deal to lure him in.
And tragically, for reasons that are very difficult for me to explain, President Trump...
Is more concerned with starting a relationship with Putin than actually negotiating a peace deal.
Because otherwise, how do you explain?
Diplomacy 101. Order the deal 101. I have the book right here.
In any negotiations, you just don't hand over everything that the other side wants and then hope down the road that they might give you something in return.
So the only explanation is he's really not serious about negotiating a peace deal.
He just wants to have his relationship with Vladimir Putin.
You first, Ruth.
joy reid
Give me an assessment from your expert point of view of the resistance that we're seeing in the country to all of the Doge, Elon Musk, Trump chaos.
unidentified
So, as we know, we don't have a big generalized non-violent mass protest, but we have righteous indignation breaking out spontaneously all over the nation.
And Joy, I really believe that there's a reckoning that's going to come.
Because what's happening now at the hands of literally the world's richest man, who has taken control of our government and is using it to enrich himself in investigating, he's destroying agencies that have been investigating his companies.
This brings forth such, it brings to a peak all of the unfairness of neoliberalism, all of the...
Kind of the rich get richer and that's one part of authoritarianism.
It's more, you know, fewer rights for the many and way more liberties for the few.
And so we're seeing a kind of, you know, indignation and anger that's erupting at local, you know, town halls in front of GOP members of Congress in their town halls.
And so this is a very good sign of something larger that I believe will come.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot of all these networks lying about the people.
donald j trump
The people have had a belly full of it.
steve bannon
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
donald j trump
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

Tuesday, 25 February, Year of Our Lord, 2025.
The meltdown continues, but it continues.
Obviously, it's off the mark, as it always is, in a major collapse in mainstream media as you're seeing anchors.
The numbers implode at CBS. The anchors get blown out at MSNBC. The second tier, the ones that they're building up, they're coming out of the bullpen and getting blown out.
All of it.
But back in reality of what's happening, President Trump is, in this week, it is this geostrategic realignment, which is the most significant realignment.
Since the Second World War.
Even President Reagan, who destroyed the evil empire in the Bolsheviks, remember Bush, 43, was in office.
So all the work President Trump had done all those years, actually Nixon and Trump, or Nixon and Reagan, excuse me, Nixon and Reagan.
That came to fruition in Tiananmen Square in June of 89 and then to follow the Berlin Wall in November of 89. Remember, always remember, because they don't teach you this, that those two are, what, six months apart?
Five months apart.
That we did not take advantage of that, the collapse of those two regimes.
In fact, we did the exact opposite in China with the CCP. Bush 41. Basically sent Scowcroft over and propped up the CCP and made a deal with them on WTO, on most favored nations, and essentially laid out the plan that they would become the slave labor camp for the modern industrial world, which has done nothing but destroy workers throughout the world since then and the Chinese people.
At the same time, instead of reaching out to the Russian people and working with them, you had a bunch of vultures And what you had was the people responded to that.
Next thing you know, you get the KGB coming in as a quote-unquote nationalist group.
And of course, they run the deal like they run the deal.
And we are where we are now.
President Trump is trying to...
Because President Reagan at that time had the beginnings of Alzheimer's, dementia.
He was, quite frankly, a little bit out of it after his term, all the great work he did in taking down the evil empire and trying to fight off Bush apparatchiks, Jim Baker in that crowd, the globalists that got in there in the second term.
He still fought them all, took down the evil empire, but no major realignment.
This is what President Trump's doing, a massive strategic, geostrategic realignment.
One in the defense of his own nation here, but also in what Secretary of State Marco Rubio laid out in his opening statement to the Senate in his confirmation that the post-war international rules-based order has been gamed to gut America and to basically gut American citizens.
This is what President Trump is trying to reformat right now.
On the Eurasian landmass.
That's why these discussions he's having with Putin and the Russians are tantamount to everything.
Everything else takes secondary, including the Ukraine.
Now, the Ukraine is a subset of that.
I think the key for Vice President Vance and Secretary of State Rubio and Scott Besson, Secretary of Treasury, and, of course, Steve Witkoff, is to make sure that we don't get so entangled.
And wrapped around the axle about what they're going to try to wrap around.
You saw yesterday perfectly with Macron.
Macron, we played in the last night's show.
You know, he's trying to slide in there, security guarantees, this, that, the other thing, ba-bing, ba-bang, ba-bung.
They still want the United States.
They still want to be a protectorate.
What President Trump's trying to do is an overall rapprochement with the Russians.
And remember, the Russian people.
Who bled on the battlefields of World War II are our natural allies.
They just are.
Not saying the governments, you know, the Romanovs were not.
They're as bad as you get.
And all these people that romanticize these monarchies ought to read Russian history and see how they treated working class people and see how they treated the peasants.
They're awful, awful people.
All these people talk about the divine right of kings and all this.
I'm an Irish.
Republicans, small I, small R, right?
Cannot stand monarchies.
I detest them.
I think they've done nothing but bring terrible blights onto the world.
And the most worthless people, they get in that gene pool.
Look at the gene pool that was there before World War I. From Germany, they're all cousins.
And all idiots like the group running England now.
Not the best.
A closed gene pool.
Leads to, you know, not bringing your best and no competition.
President Trump is shattering that.
This geostrategic and geoeconomic, at the same time, it's an entirely new business model for the United States.
This is 32 days, 33 days, folks.
Because it's been thought of and thought through for years and years and years.
And President Trump has spent a lot of time thinking about this.
So from the Panama Canal to Greenland, the forward thrusting of the defense of America into a naval strategy, right?
You take the Arctic, add that on top of it, look on the west coast, that desert that is the Pacific Ocean.
Now, if you look at the globe, you literally have water on one side.
You can turn the globe and you see it's nothing but water.
You see no land.
That's this vast, what I call the desert of the Pacific Ocean.
Then the other, you got the World Island, which is the Eurasian landmass, and you have this island chain kind of off of that.
That island chain off of it would be the Western Hemisphere.
James Monroe and those guys knew what they were doing when they decided that, hey, we should not let Europe get into the Western Hemisphere.
We'll hermetically seal it.
We'll oversee the deal, and we'll let people breathe free over time.
That's what President Trump's doing.
From Canada and the Arctic, down to the Panama Canal, We obviously have to free our colleague and our comrade, Bolsonaro, who looks like he's going to go to 40 years of prison if we don't somehow intervene with the corrupt judges down there.
It was leaked yesterday that they were trying to roll up, I think, Tucker Carlson and myself, and trying to charge us also as outsiders for supporting a coup d'etat because what we said on air, hey, my question, my response to you, Brazil, bring it.
Bring it.
Right, bring it.
You guys are corrupt as they come, and Marx as they come, and you've got the Chinese Communist Party all over you.
At the same time, remember, we always said the three lines of work immediately for Trump is stop the kinetic part of the Third World War, which he's doing.
Then, the mass deportations, which, let's be blunt, we're a little hung up.
Trying to get the criminals down at the sanctuary cities, but...
This collapse of ICE and the collapse of what Biden did internally, $175 billion, which is kind of in this reconciliations bill.
We have not even begun or commenced even, I think, the process of mass deportations.
But the third one that's the most important, the existential crisis, is the spending and to sort this thing out.
Now, it's announced tonight.
The House is going to vote on this budget.
I don't think he's got the votes.
I think it's 15 or 20 short.
And some of the smartest voices there, you know, MTG and Warren Davidson, who don't agree on a lot, are both putting out tweets saying, hello, don't we have a CR coming on the 14th?
We've got to figure this out.
And MTG, Marjorie Taylor Greene, saying, hey, beware the Ides of March.
She's throwing down right now and says, hey, I don't see a CR for the end of the year.
Warren Davidson is saying, and Warren Davidson, you know, kind of a fiscal conservative, he's sitting there going, look, I don't want to hear any budget reconciliation until somebody kindly tells me what we're going to do on the CR to finance the rest of the year.
Full stop.
The gospel according to the war room.
So we're in it right now.
President Trump has changed the direction.
You see Doge, you see what's happening over at NSA with this chat room.
What he's up against.
The administrative and deep state pushing back on every front, going to court, embeds.
So this is exactly what we wanted.
It's a full-on war against the administrative and deep state and the ossified ruling class in this country.
We're going to go to the White House next.
Brian Glenn, we're going to talk about that press conference yesterday.
Next in the world.
donald j trump
Would you like to ask a question?
Go ahead.
brian glenn
Welcome, President Trump.
I just want to touch upon, real quickly, the Harvard poll that came out that had, thank you very much, the Harvard poll that came out, had you up nine plus points, and all of your agenda that you ran on, you're accomplishing that.
You've got the support of the American people, including stopping the war in Ukraine.
If you can comment on the latest Harvard poll, I appreciate that.
donald j trump
Well, I was honored by it.
It was a big poll, and it's usually a poll that leans on the other side of things, the other side of the world, so to speak.
But the Harvard Poll is a respected poll and it has us not only leading, but leading by a lot and leading on every single issue that we've talked about.
And as I said, we've become the party of common sense.
And I think that's a very important element now, common sense, because what's happening in the world and even in this country, some of the things that took place, many of them are now canceled and the rest are being canceled as we speak.
steve bannon
Amazing.
Poll we talked about with Brian Glenn earlier in the day.
Brian got a question.
As folks at home should understand, or let me explain something.
There are major journalists that worked their entire life to get a question, but much less the first question and called by name by the president.
I think that shows the respect that President Trump has for the work that Brian Glenn and Real America's Voice, and we've made a major commitment.
to the White House and covering the White House nonstop.
Amanda Head, Natalie Winters, Brian Glenn, plus an entire team up there.
And just so people know, because I'm going to talk about the House and what's going on up there in a minute, I mean, Brian was a key asset up at the House, but he's doing such a great job in the White House that we're going to restaff and get back to our House coverage.
Brian, and it was also a perfect question because it set up the entire conference.
You framed it that, hey, You're doing all these different things.
You know, you're running to the sound of the guns and everything.
The Harvard-Harris poll, which is a very respected poll, was quite frankly stunning.
Not just that President Trump, his approval rating is up by 9. 52%, I think, approved.
44% disapproved.
41%, 43%.
So he's up 9 points, plus 9, but then in every category.
And in the categories themselves, when you look at these numbers, numbers are 75 and 80%.
That means, and that's where we played the cold open, the Democrats.
On MSNBC and CNN, this is 24-7.
You don't have to watch it, so we do.
We distill it for you.
But what you saw in the cold open today is 24-7.
My point.
When President Trump is pulling 70, 75, 80. That means all the Republican Party, but more importantly, basically 80% of the independents or 90% of the independents are with him.
People that are not really affiliated with a party don't consider themselves partisan.
This is just a rump, hardcore Democrat, which is never, ever going to approve President Trump.
Brian Glenn, it was a perfect question.
His response was also terrific.
And you stuck the dagger in to Macron.
To say, even on ending the Ukraine war, Brian Glenn from the White House, your thoughts, sir?
Yeah.
brian glenn
Well, Steve, first of all, thank you for sending that Harvard poll to me and your staff as well, because I was not aware of that until you sent it to me.
And then as I was reading it over, I thought, this is perfectly, this is exactly what I'm going to ask, because I knew that no one else...
In that room, Steve, would have asked the president that question to get his thoughts.
But more importantly, Steve, I wanted the foreign press and all of those watching us around the world to know that President Trump has so much support for the American people, not just on the war in Ukraine of ending it and stopping the conveyor belt of American tax dollars, but also on immigration.
Also, all the other key issues that that Harvard poll looked at, it reviewed, and you've laid it out perfectly.
Just not all Republicans support this.
It's people that have been maybe agnostic in politics to begin with.
People that have been independent, maybe moderate Democrats, now can agree.
And he often says, Steve, we are the party of common sense, so it is my honor to be here.
I do not take it lightly.
It is a privilege.
To report from the White House.
It is not a given right.
No one has the right to walk in here in that briefing room or even in the Oval Office or the East Room.
So I take it very seriously.
But I do appreciate the President calling me out for these questions.
And I'm just trying to reflect what America feels.
And I want to ask the questions that the War Room Posse has.
And as the average person sitting at home, they're not getting that representation in the briefing room.
They haven't gotten it in a long time.
But they have it now, and I'm just honored to be here, Steve.
steve bannon
It is a revolution of common sense.
I also think it's a revolution of common decency.
I think when you look at President Trump's, the policies he's talking about and how he's trying to implement them, it's kind of the merger of both of those.
And they're on offense.
Unlike, I can say this from the first term, when we closed hard, won at the end.
Did not have things like Project 2025 or America First Party Institute, Brooks Rollins' team or Stephen Miller didn't have years working on these policies.
That's the difference.
The difference is you can back up the punch and you have muzzle velocity on these that even people that are low information voters like what they see.
Now, as you know, the Warren Posse and Real America's Voice, we drill down and we give you a different take on the news of the day, unlike anything, including Fox News, to get into the details.
The reality is that the White House is punching hard, and you know how hard they're punching, Brian, probably better than anybody.
But we're now getting into the grind.
I mean, the next—so there's a vote on—you went up earlier to Capitol Hill before the show.
You and I talked.
There's a vote scheduled tonight on this reconciliation on the budget, which kind of has to kick everything off.
Now, that's not really the budget for this year.
That comes in the CR. And I've been, somebody said, hey, I think they're at least a week away because they don't have the votes.
Dusty Johnson's just coming out.
Excuse me, Dusty Johnson, I think it is, from South Dakota.
You know, not a favorite of ours, but he just said, on the CR. You got Warren Davison.
We talked about MTG. MTG laid it out.
Ides of March, baby.
Tell me what's going on.
And she hit to the thing that we've been talking about.
Hey, the way it's going now, none of the Doge, we're going to finance all the waste, fraud, and abuse for at least the rest of this year, the Doge has pointed out.
So Johnson's just come out, Brian, and he's saying, hey, we're going to need Democrat votes to keep the government open on the 14th.
Now, we have preached this gospel.
Since before the beginning of the year when we kicked the can down the road in mid-December to get to this date.
Brian, knowing what you know on the Hill, knowing what you know on the White House, right now I think there's a lot of coordinated work happening on the reconciliation.
President Trump's one big beautiful bill, that's what Johnson's focused on.
I don't think there's enough.
On this CR, which to me is the first order of importance, and this morning you get MTG putting up the red flag.
Warren Davidson and MTG don't agree on a lot.
They agree on this, and now you got Johnson, who's probably, he's the head of the mainstream caucus, and he's saying you're going to need Democrats.
I got news for the Republicans.
I don't know a Democrat out there that's going to keep President Trump's government open for a second.
Brian Glenn, your thoughts on the grind that we are now in, the reality that we are now in, sir?
brian glenn
Well, I look at the midterms coming up, and I'm thinking about the narrative.
What's the message are we sending the American people?
That we not only elected President Trump and get his agenda, the full agenda passed, and we voted on that, and he's obviously getting that train down the track.
But then we look at the budget, and we're looking, okay, what are we willing to cut?
What are we willing to fund?
All the stuff we're finding out on Doge, which, by the way, the Doge committee is tomorrow at 11 a.m.
They switched venues, by the way, because it's so popular.
It's got a bigger room.
It's now at the Capitol, not the Rayburn building.
But imagine all of these things that we're discovering, all this waste, all this fraud, all these things that we can actually cut and reduce.
But instead of doing that, We continue to kick the Nancy Pelosi budget down the road.
What message does that send to the American people?
How much trust do they really have?
It's madness, Steve.
It is.
And that's how we lose the midterm.
steve bannon
I don't know how you go back.
As you know, I have big disagreements with Elon, but Doge is not one of them.
Maybe the way it's reported sometimes.
But I don't know.
How do you go back to Elon and say, oh, by the way, All the work that your Doge guys are doing, everything that you're exposing, and quite frankly, MTGs, the $2.6 trillion, that is really a government report.
They actually admit, and I think this goes back to 2004, so it's been a while, but it's still $2.6 trillion in Social Security and Medicare that have gone to people that shouldn't have gotten the receipts.
I mean, it's mind-boggling.
Hopefully she picks that back up.
I don't know how you go back to Elon and say, oh, by the way, Because of this, the way we've got a structure, we're actually going to kick the can down the road to the 30th of September of this year for this fiscal year.
And it's going to have Biden's numbers.
It's going to have a $2 trillion deficit.
And Elon, all the work you've done, we are actually going to finance all of that for this year.
We have to do that.
You have to come back in July to the appropriations thing.
They're going to say, the Silicon Valley guys are going, what are you talking about?
What are we doing here?
This is my point.
MTG sent a flare-up.
Warren Davidson sent a flare-up.
Dusty Johnson sent a flare-up.
And I've said this.
The reconciliation is fine.
We've got to press do that, although I don't think there are nearly enough cuts.
And the cuts are not thought through.
But somebody's got to get a reality check.
We've got to take care of the compulsories.
We had to do that first, and we ought to just get the cards on the table.
If Speaker Johnson and the leadership...
Are going to say, yes, we want a one-year extension CR that takes us through September 30th.
And here's what the reality is.
Those cards should be put on the table.
We should address that.
And someone should sit the president down, the president of the United States, and say, here's exactly what it is.
And oh, by the way, we don't think we have Republican votes for this because you're at least going to be 15 or 20 short.
We're going to have to depend upon Democrat votes or the government's going to shut down.
Now, Elon might say, hey, maybe that's what we need, because we need to see who are the true important employees of the federal government and who are not.
Brian, hang on for one second, will you?
Brian Glenn's at the White House, recovering today the grind.
President Trump is trying to restructure the world's politics and strategic relationships and the geoeconomics that come from that.
At the same time, he's dealing with a recalcitrant political class here in the Imperial Capital.
Short commercial break.
Take your phone out.
Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N at 9-8-9-8-9-8.
Birch Gold.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to go back to Brian Glenn.
First off, just to make sure, so we get in calendars.
We know the War on Posse is loving this coverage in the Real America Voice.
Because now here's what you got.
You got War Room 10 to noon.
You got Charlie Kirk from noon to 2. You got Poso.
Posoba comes in 2 to 3. You got Steve Gruber from 3 to 4. Then we got Eric Bolling from 4 to 5. And most days, if we can work out, he's going to do a direct handoff to us.
You've got us.
Then you've got John Solomon.
And you've got Grant Stinchfield.
Right.
That's some fire breathers right there.
And we got continual coverage from Capitol Hill and the White House all day long.
One o'clock today, Caroline Levitt at a press briefing.
I'm hearing from you, Brian, that she could come.
She's fabulous.
We love her.
We feel like she started here in her primary.
We would put her on all the time.
She was a fire breather then, but man, her learning curve is unbelievable.
I hear it from, are you telling me that she may come in a little hot today at this press briefing?
brian glenn
I'm hearing today's briefing is going to be pretty saucy, pretty hot.
A lot of stuff going on, obviously, in the news, but then you also have perhaps the Associated Press kind of pushing back the latest news that they are planning on suing.
President Trump, Carolyn Levitt, Taylor Budowich, and everybody involved in banning them from the Oval Office and then on Air Force One.
So maybe they come out with some additional information on that, or maybe they just double down on all of the talking points that they've been putting out.
Carolyn Levitt, and you said this earlier, she is a gem.
At 27 years old, I have never, and if you assess her like an athlete, at 27, at her position right now, the way she's going, she'll be the GOAT. She'll be the GOAT. Yeah, no.
steve bannon
It's amazing.
She's amazing.
No back down at all.
Just right up in the grill, as you have to be.
You always have to be on offense in this thing.
This is my problem with the Bardella guy in France.
If you're going to roll over, and of course, the great Byron York put up today Kamala Harris from a year or two ago, a couple of years ago, waving to the crowd.
It looked like she was throwing a Roman salute.
And he said, this stuff's absurd.
You've got to be on offense all the time.
That's what Caroline Leavitt, and Caroline Leavitt learned that in these tough races she ran up in New Hampshire.
Which is a tough battleground, a tough fight for particularly a MAGA Republican.
So we have 1 o'clock, 3 o'clock executive orders.
I don't know if that's going to be live, but you're going to be in there when the president signs additional days of thunder, years of lightning executive orders, sir?
brian glenn
Yes, I will be in there at 3 o'clock.
And because of the nature of these things, they're pushed out slightly after they happen.
So it's a live-to-tape situation.
So as soon as it concludes, whatever time that does, it could be 3.30, it could be 4 o'clock.
We don't know how long that's going to take, but we'll push it out as soon as it's over.
steve bannon
Okay, and then we're going to be back at 5. We're going to be covering all this throughout the day.
Tomorrow at 11 o'clock, MTG subcommittee.
On Doge, which is important because she's going to bring up the fact of the CR on the 14th.
She's going to go there.
Bryant, you've committed now subject to nothing huge coming at the White House.
You're actually going to go down to the Hill for coverage of this tomorrow at 11 o'clock?
brian glenn
Yeah, I'll be...
I'll be in there, and here's kind of a side note on this thing.
Originally, this was scheduled to be in a subcommittee room in the Rayburn House building, but because of the nature of it, it's going to focus on USAID and all the fraud that's obviously been brought in the news the last 30 days or so.
They've moved, and they've got a bigger room, Steve.
They're going to be in the Capitol at one of the committee rooms there, so anticipate a lot of fireworks.
I mean, we saw what happened.
Rep Garcia out of California actually saying, On CNN about using actual weapons to fight this.
And so the Democrats are not going to lay down on this at all.
It's amazing, Steve, that the Democrats want to defend finding fraud and abuse in our government.
But that's the reality.
But that's tomorrow at 11 a.m.
steve bannon
This is such a key point.
Remember, there's two things going on about getting a spending down.
One is programmatic.
And people are working that.
That's where you've got to take programs down and billets.
And that's going to get to Medicaid, social programs, particularly the Pentagon.
And that's going to be brutal and tough.
The other is just inefficiencies in the system or waste, fraud, and abuse.
That is literally what DOGE, at least right now, is doing.
And I can understand, Brian, to your point, the Democrats having a political fight with us, which we should, on programs.
That's got to be a hotly contested debate, and you're going to have different coalitions doing different things, right?
But the waste, fraud, and abuse ought to be pretty straightforward.
They're fighting that.
I mean, they're thrown down.
They don't want any change.
They have proven beyond any shadow of a doubt that they are captured.
By the administrative state.
They're captured by the deep state.
They don't want one penny.
If $2.6 trillion is found going out in the Social Security, Medicare fraud, waste, and abuse, which, by the way, it's not Doge that found that.
That was inspector generals and others.
They don't want to change it.
In fact, they don't even want to have a hearing about it, sir.
brian glenn
Yeah.
And to go to your cold open, the lies and the misinformation that's pushed out from this, let me clarify.
No one's going to lose their Medicaid.
So if you're a legal person and you qualify to receive Medicaid, Medicare, you're going to continue to receive that.
If you're dead, or perhaps you live in a foreign country, you're not even a U.S. citizen and you're getting benefits, guess what?
Those benefits are going to go away.
But that's what the Democrats are just blanketing these statements, that your Medicaid, Medicare is going to get cut.
Social Security is going to get cut.
That's how they're fighting us on misinformation.
But, you know, Steve, I would think that the public, the people are smarter than that.
I think, I would hope so at this point.
But, yeah, dead people.
steve bannon
And by the way, I heard last night.
Yep, go ahead.
unidentified
Go ahead.
brian glenn
I was going to say, I heard last night that even COVID payments were going to people who have never even been a U.S. citizen.
These are people who's never even been in this country.
How'd they get their information, I have no idea, but that's just the beginning of just so much.
steve bannon
It's a revolution of common sense, but we have to get the information out.
That's why I'm so proud about this channel and the show and what you're doing.
You moved from Capitol Hill up to the White House, done an amazing job.
President calls you for the first question.
And the first question is the best question that was asked because it framed the rest of the press conference.
And it kind of put Macron right on notice that, hey, the American people support this guy overwhelmingly, President Trump, his policies overwhelmingly, particularly bringing the Ukrainian war to an end.
And President Trump dropped hammer blows during that press conference.
Brian Glenn, a lot going on.
We'll check with you at the end of the day.
I want to thank you, sir.
What's your social media in the interim?
brian glenn
Thank you.
unidentified
Yep.
brian glenn
If you want to follow me, a lot going on here at the White House on the ground in front of Pebble Beach here.
A lot of people walk by.
I'll be putting up some content.
You can follow me at Twitter, our ex, BrianGlennTV, on Getter, BrianGlennTV, on True Social, at Brian, Instagram, BrianGlennTV as well.
Steve, thanks for always for having me on, and God bless, and let's just keep fighting.
steve bannon
Thank you.
Thank you, brother.
If we can pull, Axios had a lead story today.
That actually, I want to thank Jim Vanderhay and Mike Allen, who, as you know, are not with us politically, but they put a great piece up.
If we put that on the screen, and if Grace and Moe can get that into the chat room, I want everybody, we'll put it up on our site, too.
I want everybody that watches the show, this is one of the things we'll put into the email today when we put the clips and we put different things out there, particularly things we want you to read, or go to my Getter account.
It's easy to put, if you just go to Getter, simple app to download, you can get all access to my thinking 24-7.
I'm going to come back to this.
A very, very important, very important, they kind of break down the basic numbers and they bifurcate Doge from kind of, you know, ongoing government spending.
And it shows you the hurdle we've got.
We're going to have very, very, this is going to be tough.
It's going to be very tough.
We told you, I mean, I don't need to reinforce that to you.
We haven't said, man, the ramparts yet because we're trying to see what's the smartest way to play this.
Because you've got to be very smart in doing this appropriately.
But right now, when Dusty Johnson says there are not enough Republican votes to keep the government open, that means it's the Warren Davison MTG. You're seeing people say right now, hang on, we're not comfortable with basically an omnibus CR that takes us to the end of the year that doesn't include Doge.
It has a $2 trillion deficit, and it's Biden's numbers.
We're not comfortable with that.
And I hear that they may be 15 or 20 votes short minimum on that.
If that's the case, there ain't 20 Democrats that are going to bail this out.
It's not going to happen.
The Democrats are dug in now.
And they're going to have a...
I'm telling you, this has been coming.
They're going to try to have...
Force a shutdown of President Trump's own government.
Now, one of the ways you can think this through is maybe that gives Elon more runway on, okay, we want a shutdown, we'll see who's important and who's not.
We'll see what billets we really need and what we don't.
And maybe it's time in the middle of March of 2025 to have that fight right now and get this thing sorted.
What we know we can't do is continue down the path that we are.
You can't kick the can down the road.
And all the political class...
Does not want to address this.
And this is why we need a forcing function.
As we talk about here all the time, one of the forcing functions is midnight.
We have two.
The debt ceiling, which we're in emergency measures right now.
We can't borrow anymore.
And you've got midnight on the 14th.
Candace Taylor joins us from Georgia.
Ma'am, are you up to the fight to go to Washington, D.C. and set things right, ma'am?
unidentified
Well, I think that the people in the 1st District think I'm up for the fight.
I've been asked at least a thousand times, no joke, for the past four years to please run for Congress.
And so they want to be on the map in the 1st District.
We are a beautiful district.
I'd say the prettiest one in the state.
We have industry, ports, we have all the things.
And Steve, they're tired of being ignored.
And they're ready for someone to go and fight for them and what they need and to stand up for morality.
steve bannon
Candace, I would say that you're kind of the personification of a big part of the MAGA movement.
I would call it the pure of heart and pure of intent.
The question is, are you ready for the grime and muck and tough fight?
One, a primary where, as you know, the Reiners are going to try to come in and hold that seat, and then Democrats are going to look at you if you win the primary as an easy pick-off target?
Are you prepared to do, you know, like in the Untouchables, are you prepared to do what you have to do to win here?
unidentified
We're going to win, Steve, and I don't know that they're ready for me.
I don't know that they're ready for what I'm going to come at them with, and I don't think that they're ready for the big donors that's already called.
Committed.
And we're going to come.
We're going to raise a lot of money.
And we're going to be in this fight.
And we're going to fight to win.
And I have Democrats that are going to support me because they know that I represent Jesus.
And you've got to remember, I'm in the Bible Belt.
I'm in the southern part of Georgia.
And we care about morality down here.
And we're tired of people ignoring us.
We're tired of not being relevant.
We had a huge hurricane come through here, Hurricane Helena.
We have farmers that lost everything.
We have a ton of forestry that was completely lost.
We're talking about private families lost millions of dollars that was their retirement that we're counting on.
And we've had no relief in South Georgia.
And so people are, they're tired of being ignored.
They're really sick of it.
I've heard it.
I've toured these 15 counties for two years as Georgia's first district chairman of the GOP. And they want to be recognized, and they're going to be.
And they're going to be represented by somebody who will not hold back, who will not apologize, and will go for the jugular.
And I'm ready to go to D.C. and blow some things up.
steve bannon
Candace, hang on.
I'm going to hold you through the break.
Candace Taylor.
I take it, ma'am, you're announcing that you're all in for this congressional seat.
Is that what I'm hearing?
unidentified
You're the one that I'm announcing on, Steve.
I decided I wasn't going to go to Legacy Media, that I wanted to announce with you.
You are loyal to President Trump, and so am I. And we are here for the fight.
So I thank you, sir, for letting me come on and announce here today.
steve bannon
You hang on one second.
We're holding you through the break.
Candace Taylor with Georgia next in the world.
You know, Philip Patrick told me yesterday that a...
He's a term professor, I think, at the University of Arkansas that is using the end of the dollar empire for students to read.
And I'm really happy about that.
Because what we try to do is take college-level or MBA-level analysis and make it accessible to people that haven't had the opportunity to maybe take college economics or college finance.
And so we're really proud of this.
The end of the dollar empire.
So many of the fights.
That are going to come up are about money, right?
The imperial capital runs.
It's obviously money and power.
We're fighting a spiritual war, but it manifests itself in these really tough fights.
We think it's very important for a working class and middle class audience to understand how the system works.
Once you understand how the system works, you realize...
What a fraud a lot of it is, and how it's used by the ruling class to just empower themselves and enrich themselves, to be brutally frank about it.
Semaphore today, the great Shelby Talcott over there, has a great piece on how President Trump's going after the administrative state and the deep state for the alphabet agencies.
He's doing it with both Doge, but they're also doing it in the different departments, and he's doing it legally to take this apparatus apart.
He's being sued in federal court all the time, but he's winning right now.
She makes the most important point that eventually this leads to the Fed.
It just is.
They're going to review every agency of the government, including the post office and the Federal Reserve.
So the end of the dollar empire gives you an understanding of currency and prime reserve currency and what the BRICT nation is about, what our debt means, what deficits mean, all that.
And the latest one, because we're a huge believer here in the war room that ideas have consequences about this modern monetary theory.
And once you read it, you'll understand that your bettors, right, the folks on Wall Street and the capital markets and the corporatists, all bought into a radical French idea that deficits don't matter.
And that if it ever got to be a problem, like you had the business cycle came back and you had a major recession, that you could just automatically raise taxes.
Well, that's not that easy, as we're going to see here in this fight.
And Semaphore also has another on their exclusives, a analysis that's done a new poll out that 50 percent, that is five zero percent of Republican voters believe that in a in a in a crunch of.
like a crunch we're in now, That taxes on the wealthy should be raised.
Are open to that.
50%.
And we haven't even gone to work yet.
Candace Taylor, in going to ye of pure of heart and pure of intention with your righteous indignation, what are the one or two things that you will commit to the folks in Georgia, in this congressional district in southern Georgia,
Well, if I could just say two things, I would quit killing babies and I would put prayer back in schools.
unidentified
Those would be my two things I would work hard for.
But, Steve, I want to say that...
We need to pass the baton to a younger generation.
It's time.
You know, these people like Mitch McConnell, you see them glitching on TV. You see that they are geriatric patients and they're still there in the Senate and in the House.
And it's time that we stop.
Being obsessed with power and that we find people who are educated and who are passionate and who are ready to represent the people, right?
We're supposed to represent our constituents.
We're supposed to be public servants and that they go with the fortitude and the knowledge to protect the Constitution with fresh new ideas.
And that is what I'm going to do.
I'm going to pick up the baton and I'm going to make First District relevant in Georgia.
And it's not only going to impact Georgia, it's going to impact America.
And I'm going to work alongside President...
We're sick of special interests in Georgia, having just a few people, but they have money or they have political ties, and those special interests are the ones that are represented in D.C. The interests are the people of Georgia.
Those people are the interests.
We the people are the special interests.
So we're sick of these groups.
We're experiencing that right now in the 1st District with the Okefenokee Swamp being sold out to UNESCO. And so we are working very diligently, grassroots effort, to get to the Department of the Interior and make sure that they don't...
Actually sign off on UNESCO, the United Nations, coming in and taking over our swamp.
It is vital that that does not happen.
People are going to lose land.
We have Native Americans buried there.
We have a huge interest in the swamp, and we want to protect it.
And the people of Georgia have protected it for generations.
steve bannon
Give our audience, particularly the national audience and the global audience, just give us a minute on what you're talking about, because they think this is another...
This is another right-wing religious fanatic that's dreamed up some conspiracy theory tied to the United Nations.
So can you give us a minute and explain exactly what this is?
unidentified
Absolutely.
UNESCO is going to come in.
They've actually already signed some things and got things in motion, and it's the United Nations.
It will not be ran by South Georgia anymore.
It's a huge tourist site.
It's a natural swamp.
It's the wetland.
It's a resource there.
It doesn't need to be touched.
It's protected.
But then the UNESCO is going to come into America.
And oversee everything and dictate what happens there.
And so I don't know why environmentalist groups on the other side are not just having a fit and saying what is going on here and actually pitching a fit.
They should be.
They should be questioning right now why this is going on.
steve bannon
Last question.
We've got about a minute.
Governor Kemp.
Whether you like him or don't like him, he has one of the best well-oiled political machines in the United States.
President Trump, as beloved as he is and powerful as he is and is beloved by people in Georgia, actually a couple times have gone up against that machine with candidates he's endorsed and not won.
I'm sure the Kemp apparatus is not thrilled that you're running in a primary.
Am I correct in that assertion?
unidentified
Well, I don't know.
I would hope Governor Kemp would support me.
He and I have made peace.
We saw each other at the RNC convention.
We hug each other.
I pray for him already every day.
And I hope that he and I are on good standing.
And just like he is with President Trump, he knows I've always fiercely supported him.
But I hope to have Governor Kemp's support.
And I would support him if he decided to run for something else.
So hopefully I'll have his support.
But the person I care about having endorsement from are the people of the 1st District, Jesus Christ, and President Trump.
steve bannon
Candace, what's your social media?
Where can people find out more about you and your fight to win a seat in the House of Representatives, ma'am?
unidentified
So, everything.
I'm Candace Taylor on all social media, all platforms.
I'm on Getter2 with Steve, but Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, everything.
Gab.
So y'all just go follow me there.
And I just thank you so much for letting me announce here.
I did talk to the Lieutenant Governor this morning and let him know I wasn't running for governor.
He was happy.
Lieutenant Governor Burke Jones, of course.
And he's a great guy, a great friend of mine.
