This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Friday, 14 February, Year of the Lord 2025, St. Valentine's Day.
This is the early evening edition.
You just heard the late afternoon.
We started with the last hour with J.D.'s speech, which was pretty monumental.
A lot of activity is also going around on the speech.
A couple things.
Number one, and some you're going to like, and some you're going to like less.
So all this discussion, Scott Besant, as you know, a friend of the show, one of our contributors for...
A couple of years, now Secretary of the Treasury.
Scott was over there and sent over about, I don't know, a minerals deal.
As you know, the position of the war room is cut bait.
You know, I'd even forego the inquiry into how much money they stole just to get the hell out of there.
Just leave it alone.
Ukraine is jinxed.
Just leave it.
They're called the bloodlands for nothing.
Just leave it.
Just walk away.
Let them figure it out.
But anyways, there's discussion about, you know, because President Trump in Iraq and other places is saying, hey, look, if you put all this money in, all this time in, you know, at least it ought to be secured by something.
So they've been discussing these minerals, and it's rare earths.
It's not that we don't have enough rare earths.
They have big deposits there.
China has huge deposits.
Remember, rare earths are not actually that rare, and they're quite, I don't know, dirty, messy, to do extraction and mining, all of that.
Anyway, they've got a lot of them.
So it started at 100%.
Now we're hearing there's a report, 50%, and also aid would continue.
Whoa.
No aid, just cut bait.
There's not enough rare earths on earth they could give us for our involvement.
It's just, it's going to turn into your Vietnam.
They're already starting to call that.
Just cut bait.
Walk away.
It's always hardest to walk away given the theory of sunk cost.
Well, I've got so much in here.
Just go a little bit farther.
No.
Look at the day forward.
Forget about the past.
It's tough to do, but you have to do that in finance.
You have to do that in decision-making analysis.
Otherwise, you're always making that incremental play to stay around.
This is what Afghanistan and Iraq got.
Is this how you get into Afghanistan for 20 years?
And even worse, or better, however you look at it, Zelensky's chapped that Trump has been talking to Putin and hasn't even considered it like that big a deal that Ukraine's involved in any of this, to be brutally frank.
And yesterday, the European Union, all these guys were sending these declarations, these proclamations signed by these people.
Zelensky has to be the only guy at the table, or the EU should be at the table, but Zelensky should be at the head of the table with Putin and Trump.
You can tell Trump, no, I don't know.
He's not that focused on Zelensky in Kiev.
He's got Witkoff in Moscow.
He's calling and speaking for an hour and a half.
President Trump does not talk on the phone to individuals for an hour and a half unless he's got something to talk about and something he wants to listen to.
Full stop.
He's not an hour and a half guy.
Full stop.
That little bombshell that came from him in an aside in the Oval Office.
So Zelensky's come back with Keir Starmer because Keir and the Brits, for some reason, they're obsessed with this thing.
It's like Churchill and the Balkans or Gallipoli.
You know, first you had Boris Johnson kind of kicked off this war.
Now you got Keir Starmer trying to sign 100-year treaties with him.
100-year treaties.
Dude, the way your country's going, it's going to be a fourth world country in 100 years.
So nobody's going to care.
Zelensky has come out now on tape saying Trump doesn't have a plan.
It's just Trump talking.
Trump doesn't have a plan.
There's no plan.
He hasn't thought of a plan.
President Trump does have a plan.
Bye-bye in the car-car.
He wants out.
MAGA wants out.
The United States wants out.
It's just getting out.
Remember, President Trump has nothing to do with it.
He has totally clean hands.
That's why he has a small window, a small window.
To kind of say, hey guys, pox on both your houses, you figured out.
The EU, you want them in so bad, you got us in here.
NATO, you want them in so bad, you got us in here.
I'll tell you what, we'll throw in Victoria Nuland, her husband Kagan, and a couple of draft picks out of the Biden State Department.
You pick them.
Make it three.
So, Zelensky to Trump, you have no plan.
Now, that's in Ukraine.
Now, a country we do care about in a...
And a leader we do care about is Brazil.
I want to bring in Paulo Fiergo Filho, a close associate with the Bolsonaro's, particularly the president Bolsonaro and Eduardo and a great friend of the show and a personal friend of mine.
I've been very disturbed, brother, about what's going on in Brazil and what I hear is going on in Brazil through my vast back channel.
I've been wanting to have you on, but I wanted to wait until it broke into the media because I didn't want, for security reasons and others, to kind of jump this story.
But now that it's out in the Brazilian media, they are reporting that the Lula, the Marxist Lula and the corrupt, that corrupt, insane judge, the Supreme Court judge and the prosecutor, by the way, these guys there are beyond the Tish James level.
They're beyond the Jack Smith level.
They're beyond the Lisa Monaco level.
They're beyond the Merrick Garland.
And that tells you, in Bannon's pantheon, when you're above that, you're in with the Nazi judges.
They are working on, according to Brazilian media, sir, I guess a 26-count indictment, some sort of indictment on President Bolsonaro tied to the Lula and these guys stealing the last election.
And they're about to indict him for, what, insurrection and treason?
Is that what it is, sir?
unidentified
It's for a supposed coup d'etat.
They say that Bolsonaro—but Brazil had an episode very similar to the United States January 6th.
Brazil had almost the exact same thing on— Do you have any questions on January 8th, 2023?
In Orlando on vacation.
So they're saying that Bolsonaro staged an attempt of coup d'etat and he was behind it all the time.
It's very, very similar to the narrative of Trump being behind the insurrection on January 6th, but it was January 8th, 2023, and it was Bolsonaro behind it.
I'm part of the people being indicted, too.
My role as a journalist is because I... Pretty much reported on what was going on on the behind the scenes of the meetings of the Joint Chiefs that were deciding what to do with Moraes, because clearly Moraes, which is the Supreme Court Justice, the same guy that Elon Musk had the feud with.
Moraes was totally out of control and rigged the 2022 election.
So the Joint Chiefs were deciding, well, what do we do with him?
He's actually doing a real coup.
And they decided ultimately not to do anything.
But because I reported that, they said I was inciting.
We're part of more than 40 people being indicted on this case, and the indictment should be coming out.
The final report, we have the initial police report that was released in mid-December, but the actual indictment, the chargers, are being presented according to the Brazilian media.
Sometime next week, probably next Friday, according to my sources within the Attorney General's office.
So the bottom line is, former President Bolsonaro should be indicted for a supposed coup d'etat in Brazil in 2023 by next...
With that, a lot of people speculate they might issue a preemptive arrest warrant claiming that he represents a flight risk.
They already used that argument stopping Bolsonaro to attend Donald Trump's inauguration.
Remember, Steve, former President Bolsonaro was among the very few leaders that Donald Trump invited himself personally to attend the inauguration.
But he couldn't actually come to the United States because Mariah said he represented a flight risk, so he denied to give his passport so he could travel.
So he's stuck in Brazil.
steve bannon
Well, no, because the new federal state of China in War Room and Jack Posobiec in Human Events Daily and Rahim Kassam in National Pulse, we threw a huge international brunch that Sunday morning with Bolsonaro as the guest of honor as soon as we heard about the invitation.
We set the whole thing up, and we had hundreds from Alternative, from Deutschland to the Reform Party in England, Orbán's team, Italy, all over the world showed up.
The only thing missing was our guest of honor because they wouldn't allow him to come to the inauguration after being invited by President Trump.
Is that correct?
unidentified
That is correct.
It was a beautiful brunch.
I was there, attended by several people.
The Congressman Eduardo Bolsonaro was there.
The interesting thing, Steve, is that this is happening at the same time, very much like in the United States.
Former President Bolsonaro is leading all the polls for the upcoming election next year in Brazil.
Brazil is holding election against next year.
And Bolsonaro is leading all the polls.
Today, a new poll just came out from a very leftist institute in Brazil.
I'm talking about—that would be like an equivalent of a Quinnipiac or, I don't know, a morning consult poll in the United States.
This polling institute, very leftist in Brazil, just released.
Lula's approval number is now on around 25 percent, and his disapproval rate skyrocketed.
His approval rate went down 11 points since the last poll a month ago.
So the country is in pretty bad shape.
Inflation, public deficit, the Brazilian real, which is the currency there, was the most evaluated currency on the planet in 2024. And people are seeing Donald Trump in the United States being very successful, and they're wondering what's going to happen to us.
So Bolsonaro is up.
Lula is down.
What are you going to do?
They're going to try to do the same thing that they tried to do in the United States, but they were not successful, which is using the courts and the lawfare to stop Bolsonaro from running.
steve bannon
Real quickly, just give a one or two minute summary, because you are one of the ones that you're...
You know, you're the equivalent of kind of me with President Trump.
You're identified as a colleague and a senior advisor, and you're going to get indicted, too.
Walk me through just a minute or two to refresh the audience, because a couple of years ago, we were covering it every day on the show, but the audience has expanded so much.
What actually happened?
And what are they charging?
What actually happened and what are they saying happened to actually charge you with a coup d'etat?
unidentified
So what actually happened was that Brazil has a system that's an electoral system that's a little bit different from the United States.
It's what the Democrats wish the American system was.
First of all, it's fully federalized, fully centralized under one court that runs the show.
And also, it's fully electronic.
We used to have Dominion machines.
Now they have a different brand, but it's the same principle, the same idea.
So, everything, so Brazilians go on one day, that's better than the U.S., right?
One day they go in person, they type a number on a machine, and this machine sends the results to a computer.
There's no paper trail, no way to audit.
That computer is, all the data goes to a centralized mainframe on the Superior Electoral Court.
That court was presided, was chaired by this gentleman called Alexander Demorais.
People might have heard this name before because he's the guy who calls the shots in Brazil.
Lula is not.
He's a socialist.
He's bad.
But he's not the de facto dictator of Brazil.
It's this guy who was the president of the Superior Electoral Court, and it's a Supreme Court justice.
He's the same guy that is in charge of this case.
At one point, the whole country knew that the election was rigged in Brazil.
People tried demonstrations.
Bolsonaro's party tried to file lawsuits, but very similar to the United States.
The courts presided by the same just didn't hear the case.
And then finally, ultimately, Brazil had an episode that was very similar to the...
January 6th of the United States, but it was January 8th.
People protested.
Maybe we have—they pulled out the security on site, and we had some people infiltrated clearly.
We now know that almost for sure.
And the protests went out of control, and they used that to pretty much— I'm sure this sounds very familiar, because it's exactly what happened in the United States two years later.
And the reason why that was so familiar is that we found out, and now it's becoming very public, that the same agents that did that in the United States did that to Brazil.
The same deep state blob people from the Department of State did that to Brazil.
All the campaign to censor conservatives, to arrest them, all of that was financed by USAID. We're learning that in Brazil.
So the reason why it's so similar is because it was the same people behind it and the same ideology behind it.
And they decided to use that as an excuse to charge Bolsonaro.
Well, the difference is that prisons in Brazil are not the safest place on ours, so let me tell you this.
So there's a big chance that Bolsonaro has a good reason to think that if he gets in prison, he will be assassinated in the prison.
So with that, all the path to China.
It's going to be open in the second largest country in our continent after the United States.
Most important country in the Southern Hemisphere.
Six largest population in the world.
Producer of iron, food, energy, whatever you want.
It's a very strategic country for China.
And since Lula took office two years ago...
China is taking over completely.
So the United States was the number one trading partner of Brazil for over 200 years.
During Lula's first tenure, China became number one and the U.S. became number two.
The commerce with China skyrocketed and with the U.S. started going down.
And now that Lula is back, Chinese companies are...
Purchasing every single piece of infrastructure in Brazil.
Just to give you an example, and I can throw you 100 of them, but a big one is that a month ago, Chinese purchased the largest uranium reserve in Brazil in the middle of the Amazon forest for almost nothing.
And they did that while Joe Biden was still the president, and the U.S. said nothing about it.
So talk about a national security risk, a global risk.
Well, I think a huge uranium reserve on the hands of China is probably worse than the Panama Canal.
steve bannon
Unbelievable.
We're going to follow this one closely.
In fact, I'll talk to you tonight.
I want to get you back on tomorrow.
We're at DEF CON, let's say, two or three.
Right now in Brazil, the great leader, the Trump of the tropics, Colonel Bolsonaro, Captain Bolsonaro, the president looks like he may be indicted for coup d'etat from the stolen election last time, where they really just stood up for the rights of the Brazilian people.
Lula's a very dangerous guy, a very bad guy, but he pales in comparison to the Supreme Court justice you have and these prosecutors.
They're next level.
Until tomorrow, where do people go on social media?
I know you're keeping this story up 24-7 because it is one of the most important things happening in the world.
If they indict Bolsonaro and put him in prison, they're putting him in prison not because it's a flight risk, because they want him assassinated in prison.
The hemispheric defense that President Trump is talking about...
We have a major problem if the Bolsonaro's and what they stand for, their movement, is not back in charge in Brazil.
Lula is a partner of the Chinese Communist Party, and as Paulo just told us, they've got it in buying everything in sight, and you have to keep the CCP out of the Amazon.
That is a non-starter.
So there's a very big struggle down in Latin America with our allies and our friends in Brazil.
And if you think Merrick Garland and these guys, Tish James, play Smash Mouth up here, it's a whole different level down there.
And this is why it's so dangerous for President Bolsonaro, because he goes in that prison.
I'm not so sure he comes out.
unidentified
out.
steve bannon
And I think that's what they want.
They're that afraid of the Bolsonaro movement, Eduardo and the entire family.
And quite frankly, Paulo, you and all these great patriots that are part of the inner circle of the president.
So what's your social media, sir?
We'll get back on it tomorrow morning.
unidentified
It's my it's at Rio P. Figueredo, my last name at Rio P. Figueredo right there on the screen.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother.
We'll see you tomorrow.
Everybody sign up.
I want everybody following this one.
We've held back from saying anything until it kind of got more public because it's a very dangerous situation there.
And we hope and believe that the U.S. government has something to say about this because this is a bad one.
And to indict him for a coup d'etat, you can tell exactly where they're going given the made-up and phony evidence they've got.
This is one of the reasons CPAC, we're of a big...
So we're going to do the...
Force multiplier.
Then we're going to roll right into the international part.
There's going to be a discussion late Wednesday afternoon.
We'll be part of it.
The force multiplier event will roll right into it.
That's why you have to go to cpac.org slash war room.
76 bucks.
Get you a ticket.
It's going to be incredible.
You're going to have parties, you're going to have brunches, you're going to be able to meet everybody, come and network, network, network, network.
It's going to be absolutely incredible and I want everybody to attend.
Also, Birch Gold, take out your phone right now.
I need you to get this because Philip Patrick is going to be on tomorrow's homework assignment.
Go to Bannon, take your phone, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, 989898. And get the brochure, pamphlet, How to Invest in Gold in the Age of Trump.
Just read it.
Philip Patrick's going to talk about that.
And other things, we talk about the converging factors in the global economy.
And I'll talk a little bit more about the budget before that happens.
Brother Brian, you're here.
Very big news.
Naomi Wolf is in, I think she's in Finland or...
Somewhere in the Arctic, she's going to come in Lithuania or Latvia, one of the Baltic nations.
She's going to join us in a moment.
I sent it to her because I said, hey, this looks like it's big.
She goes, it's massive.
Talk to me about your sub stack.
Something's happened in Louisiana that has not gotten the coverage it should get.
Both actions President Trump took, what's going on in Louisiana.
I think this is a major victory for the forces of medical freedom here.
What is it, sir?
unidentified
Yeah, absolutely.
President Trump today issued or announced that he was issuing.
I don't know if he actually signed it yet.
Actually, he did.
I just saw the video of it about a half an hour ago.
He signed an executive order pulling funding from any schools, including colleges and universities in the United States, that mandate the COVID shot.
And there are still schools doing this.
There's no K through 12 schools that actually mandate it, or at least not public schools.
There's no state that requires it.
However, a lot of colleges and universities have still retained this mandate, particularly in health sciences.
So I get still, to this day, now we're talking...
You know, four years after the shot's been released, I'm still getting calls from nursing students, medical students who say they can't even complete their clinical rotations because they're mandated to take the COVID shot with all that we know about the harm this has caused.
So this is a major move.
And the Louisiana Surgeon General yesterday, within hours of Bobby Kennedy being confirmed as the Secretary for Health and Human Services, We announced that Louisiana would no longer be mandating vaccinations, would no longer be participating in Big Pharma's propaganda machine.
And that's huge for an attorney general.
Joseph Latapo, I love him.
I know him in Florida.
He's done great work.
But I hadn't heard this from other Surgeon Generals.
And we're seeing the dominoes start to fall, Steve, with this announcement, these executive orders, with Bobby Kennedy, who's also a friend of mine, now leading Health and Human Services.
This is absolutely huge, and you're right.
It should be getting wire-to-wire coverage.
steve bannon
So tell me why this is big.
And when you say dominoes fall, what initiated, what's the energy in back of the first domino falling?
unidentified
Well, the energy, what initiated this was an army of parents like me of vaccine-injured children who have been fighting for health freedom alongside people like Bobby Kennedy.
For years and years, we fought at state houses in Albany, New York, in Hartford, Connecticut, in Trenton, New Jersey.
When I was in the Northeast there, I fought alongside Bobby for years.
And the army of mostly moms, I'm one of the few dads in health freedom, but mostly moms got behind this and said, listen, we are going to have our voices heard.
We're not going to stop until the truth comes out about vaccinations, about...
Big pharmas, conflicts of interest, and what's really behind their vaccine program, which is not public health.
When you dig deeper into this, I don't care about people like Mitch McConnell talking about polio, and he's going back 60 years, 70 years.
Listen, polio was not cured by the polio shot.
By 1963, or actually 1959 even, when the polio shot became widely available, the rates of polio had dropped by like 80% in this country already before anyone even had access to the shot.
Clean water, sanitation, other public health measures have been put in place.
That almost eradicated polio before it happened.
If you read Dissolving Illusions by Dr. Suzanne Humphrey, she talks about this.
Also, How to End the Autism Epidemic by J.B. Hanley, a friend of mine.
Excellent book that dives into all of this and shows that what we've been told for years and years and years about vaccines just isn't true.
Now, I'm not a doctor and I'm not sitting here recommending that nobody ever get a shot.
That's your own personal decision.
But that's what the president is saying.
Because guess what?
President Trump, when he met with my business partner Don Jolly last August to discuss vaccine mandates.
steve bannon
Hang on one second.
We're going to take a break.
I think that the Senate's worst nightmare, what they were worried about over the last couple weeks, I think their worst nightmare may have happened.
Brian Fester, Naomi Wolf's going to join us.
It's late.
In Latvia.
I think she's in Latvia.
She's going to join us in a second.
We're going to walk through all this.
But I think their worst nightmare.
Are these vaccine deniers when they start going after Jonas Salk in polio?
We'll drill down next in the War Room.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
Okay, for full disclosure to our distribution partners, I don't know who Brian Festa is.
I don't know who booked him.
Jonas Salks got the vaccine for polio.
I'm sticking by that.
I'm going to come back to you in a second, Brian.
Because what Brian Fischer just laid out is literally the worst possible night.
That's the nightmare scenario for the Health and Human Services confirmation panel, Democratic side, and half of the Republicans for Bobby Kennedy.
So, Brian, hang on one second.
Naomi, you've been at this a long time.
Brian's got an amazing piece up in the substack.
Why is this a big day?
Why is the mainstream media suppressing this?
Walk me through this, because you've been fighting on this one ever since you came on the show.
dr naomi wolf
Yeah, it's another big victory for the posse, I have to say.
naomi wolf
I mean, the posse is just racking up the victories.
dr naomi wolf
Well, you know, RFK Jr. literally just started his job, and the president is signaling that he's behind some of the key elements of...
The agenda that made RFK Jr. so threatening to the establishment and the pharma-funded establishment.
So, you know, as Mr. Festa pointed out, it's an executive order to defund education organizations.
And they're...
There are not none of them left.
There are 15 colleges and universities.
There's still, to this day, 20, 25, mandating students to get the latest COVID booster.
I mean, they are killing these kids slowly or not so slowly.
naomi wolf
And these are like serious colleges.
dr naomi wolf
They include colleges like Spelman, Morehouse, the historic black colleges, USF, Oberlin, Bryn Mawr, Haverford, Swarthmore.
You know, universities definitely should know better, but they got the money to inject their students.
naomi wolf
So it's a powerful signal from the president.
And it's also another important effect is all of these universities and schools and even the high schools pushed and pushed this vaccine on.
Kids and young adults because of the money that they were getting from the federal government, through the CARES Act, through, you know, vast sums of money to mandate children.
dr naomi wolf
And I mean, I went to a high school meeting in upstate New York where...
naomi wolf
High school students were not allowed to play basketball unless they were vaccinated.
dr naomi wolf
And there was literally nothing in the law that said that even.
naomi wolf
It's just that the schools were getting such buckets of money, millions of dollars, to traffic the kids' bodies, essentially, for pharma.
So what this does, in addition to protecting those students at those universities that still mandate this injection, it also kind of signals It kind of undoes the poison of all of these millions flowing to trafficking kids.
dr naomi wolf
And I think it's a shot across the bow of the pharmaceutical industry.
naomi wolf
I recognize that President Trump can't go in, you know, guns blazing to do everything that we in the medical freedom movement think that he should do.
dr naomi wolf
RFK Jr. can't either.
That's, you know, realistic.
naomi wolf
That's politics.
However, it is a very dramatic gesture toward like indicating if he can do this executive order, he can do an executive order with the next insane injection that they try to mandate.
So I see his method, you know, three weeks in, he rattles the cages, he scares everyone to death, and then they back off.
So it's not the end of the monster of out-of-control pharma, but it's a crack of the whip in the direction of the monster.
dr naomi wolf
That's a powerful one.
naomi wolf
And the last thing I want to say is, I think it's also incredibly symbolic in relationship to parents' rights.
And President Trump has said, you know, the White House has messaged that this is about parents' rights, which is smart.
dr naomi wolf
You know, it makes it more difficult for the legacy media or Democrats in Congress to say, you know, you're a lunatic anti-vaxxer, President Trump.
naomi wolf
Because he's wrapping it in the mantle of parents get to decide.
The school doesn't get to decide.
The state doesn't get to decide what goes into your child's body.
dr naomi wolf
You are raising your child.
naomi wolf
It's your decision as a parent.
So, powerful.
steve bannon
Brian, to follow up on that, you're part of this parents' rights movement.
Given that this is a pretty big leap for President Trump, particularly the day after Bobby Kennedy's Sworn in, in the Oval Office with President Trump observing that.
As a member of the Parents' Rights Movement with a vaccine-injured child, what is the next step?
Where do you guys want to see this fight taken?
unidentified
Well, it has to be taken to the states, and unfortunately, that's not something that President Trump and Bobby Kennedy can do by themselves, right?
As an attorney, I know, and I think...
I hope most Americans know that the states reserve powers that are not as explicitly, expressly granted to the federal government by the Constitution.
That's the Ninth and Tenth Amendments, right?
We talk about those a lot.
So the states can still have their own mandates.
And yes, he can pull federal funding.
But that's even questionable because Congress holds most of the purse strings when it comes to taxing and spending power, funding agencies like the Department of Education.
That's Congress's domain.
That's not really the executive branch.
So it gets very murky here whether these executive orders are even going to stand.
Do I think it's great that he's doing this?
Yes, I do.
Is President Trump anti-vaccine?
No.
And that's what I was getting to when I said he had that meeting with my business partner.
I was cleaning it up, Steve.
I was getting there.
He made it very clear that he supports vaccines for polio, for measles, for all of those things.
President Trump is very pro-vaccine in that way, but he is anti-mandate.
And so is Bobby Kennedy.
Bobby Kennedy has never really been anti-vaccine.
He wants safer vaccines.
He wants them studied.
But he wants them to be available for everyone.
He just doesn't want them forced on the American people.
So Hawaii, meanwhile, the very blue state of Hawaii, just last week, passed in their public health committee a bill to eliminate religious exemptions to mandatory school vaccinations, a bill that has already passed.
In states like California, New York, Connecticut, and Maine, those are the four states that currently don't have religious exemptions.
Now Hawaii is joining them.
And don't be surprised if Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, states like that start falling in this line of, these are the bad dominoes, and start eliminating religious exemptions to school vaccinations.
Suddenly the CDC, who they've always hailed.
People like Attorney General William Tong in my former home state of Connecticut, who has always looked to the CDC as the authority.
We must follow what the CDC says, their recommendations.
Don't be surprised if all of a sudden, now that Bobby Kennedy is at the helm, because as you know, HHS oversees the CDC, don't be surprised if now they're going to say, we can't trust the CDC, we can't trust the FDA, and now we have to trust our state public health officials, which in states like Connecticut and in California and New York...
steve bannon
Naomi, do you see it playing out that way?
Is that the sophisticated move that the tyrants are going to pull?
naomi wolf
I definitely see Mr. Pesta's point.
Absolutely.
dr naomi wolf
And, you know, I live in one of the states where parents, whom I know, have a difficult time.
naomi wolf
He's right.
dr naomi wolf
You know, the minute one door shuts at a federal level, they will try to open other doors at the state level.
And it is a very bad, as he said, a bad domino move that Hawaii is trying to circumvent that by withdrawing religious exemptions.
It's really evil.
naomi wolf
And I don't even understand how the Constitution lets a state withdraw religious exemptions because We have freedom of religion, and that's guaranteed by the Constitution.
So I understand how those four states have managed to have those carve-outs.
But even states that ostensibly give religious exemptions, they can make it very, very difficult.
dr naomi wolf
I mean, I remember during COVID... During COVID, many people were trying to get religious exemptions from many institutions.
naomi wolf
And it was just a nauseating, heartbreaking drama because they were writing these heartfelt statements about how they feel, you know, from a religious perspective.
dr naomi wolf
And, you know, functionaries were just rubber stamping, no, no, no, no.
And at Yale in 2023, my alma mater, they were forcing the students to get the booster, which had been tested on eight mice, the bivalent booster, and they exempted the faculty and the administrators.
But students trying to get religious exemptions and their press said, oh, it's fine.
naomi wolf
We give religious exemptions.
dr naomi wolf
But none of the parents, I heard, had been able to secure them.
steve bannon
I remember when you were up there, we were covering that live when you couldn't re-register, you couldn't go back to school.
You got in this Ivy League school, regardless of where your grades, if you didn't get the shot, you had to leave, correct?
naomi wolf
That's exactly right.
Yeah, kids were out, you know, a $60,000 tuition bill if they didn't put their bodies on the line.
dr naomi wolf
One of the most evil things I've ever seen done to American college students.
steve bannon
Let me, I've got a limited time.
I want to get to you and Brian before I go.
And I realize, Naomi, you're one of these, Free speech, First Amendment, transparency, radical transparency.
You like to know what's going on.
You never like to cede power to anybody because you think power corrupts and ultimate power corrupts, absolute power corrupts and power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
You've had a big problem with Elon Musk, as we have here, but you've taken it a couple of notches above.
Don't you need Doge?
And Elon Musk to get into, to break the cartel inside of CDC and NIH and Collins?
I mean, is Bobby Kennedy, even as head of HHS, is he really going to be able to get into the guts of that thing the way that is a closed shop?
Doesn't it almost take a radical disruptor like an Elon Musk to do it, that could do more, do it quicker?
Do it more radically and leave more trauma on these institutions which they need in order to open them up than even a Bobby Kennedy who's kind of a little bit been boxed and that's what the confirmation hearings are for.
If they can't defeat him, to smear him enough and to box him into a corner to kind of limit what he can do because they can come back and say, well, you promised you weren't going to do that.
Don't you actually need an Elon Musk type on this or do you not, ma'am?
dr naomi wolf
I mean, theoretically, sure.
And thank you so much for amplifying a fight with the richest and probably one of the most powerful men in the world.
Now I'm terrified, but it is true.
I wrote an essay pointing out how very, very worried I am about the way.
naomi wolf
It's not that Elon Musk shouldn't get in there and root out corruption and advise the president about what he thinks should be cut.
What is malfeasance?
dr naomi wolf
What is fraud?
naomi wolf
What is waste?
Of course he should.
That's exactly what he should do.
And other people, other special advisors to the president have had similar roles.
dr naomi wolf
And sure, being a technologist theoretically lets him get through those data sets more quickly.
naomi wolf
But I'm a CEO of a tech company, and my company deals with government data sets and APIs exactly like the content that Elon Musk is looking at.
dr naomi wolf
I know and I showed in my essay that what's really scary isn't that he went in there and reviewed it.
naomi wolf
It's the way he did it without basic cybersecurity precautions in such a way that the data could be changed, the data could be breached.
dr naomi wolf
There were not clear conflict of interest resolutions.
naomi wolf
That came back to bite them just today as I believe the White House Pulled back against a $400 million sale of defense equipment with Tesla.
dr naomi wolf
There are NDAs.
naomi wolf
As CEO of a company, I don't understand how Musk can have be CEO or lead six companies.
And the cloud computing guy can have a cloud computing company.
There's no conflict of interest.
Like, the data sets are so vast, Steve, that they're looking at, and the allegiances that they owe to their own shareholders are so immense that there is no way, you know, I believe the president has the best intentions, but you can't know that there are no conflicts of interest.
But really, the cybersecurity issues, which many independent, nonpartisan cybersecurity...
Publications we're horrified about are what really scare me.
dr naomi wolf
And lastly, I really want people to realize that AI isn't neutral.
If the government is pared down by Elon Musk and handed over to Elon Musk's AI, not our AI, it could mean that there's no accountability, there's no one to sue if your rights are violated.
naomi wolf
If AI censors you, you can't...
Who are you going to go to court against, right?
I mean, the theft of the, how can I put it, absorption of all of our personal sensitive data, it could have been out the door during that weekend in which Elon Musk and his six very young engineers were alone.
steve bannon
So if you're faced with a stark choice to let Doge go in and take a blunt force instrument, To NIH, Dr. Collins, all of them.
That cabal.
Or just to pass, because you are concerned about privacy issues and data and all the things you just laid out.
What's your choice, ma'am?
naomi wolf
No, that's, you know, I love you to bits, but that's totally a false choice.
Those are not the only two choices.
steve bannon
Steve Bannon, hold it, you're saying Steve Bannon would give somebody a false choice on War Room?
Okay, what is the choice then?
naomi wolf
The choice is to do it legally and securely.
And that's better for the president, too, because then it's not going to be undone by the courts.
dr naomi wolf
I mean, those people who tried to stop Elon Musk from going in without normal cybersecurity oversight, they were doing their jobs for the American people.
Everyone loves to hate the government, but do it securely.
Do it with independent oversight.
naomi wolf
Do it without conflicts of interest.
dr naomi wolf
Do it with NDAs, which we don't know if they've signed.
naomi wolf
Do it with non-competes, which we don't know if they've signed.
steve bannon
You don't believe that?
Although the guys at Treasury are trying to stop getting maybe potential personal information, you don't believe that was just the deep state and the administrative state protecting themselves from someone who was going to expose their corruption, ma'am?
naomi wolf
I can't know until there's an investigation, but I do know that normal cybersecurity steps were not taken from what I read.
dr naomi wolf
I laid it out very clearly.
I interviewed cybersecurity experts.
There are cybersecurity experts over the world who are appalled.
naomi wolf
And it's because once our data is out the door, there's no getting it back.
And it's not trivial.
dr naomi wolf
You know, all of us could, like, why is the cloud guy there?
naomi wolf
What do you need a cloud for?
dr naomi wolf
You need a cloud to hold data, right?
I mean, do I need to explain?
Maybe I need to explain more clearly why this is such a serious risk, but we don't...
steve bannon
Well, I'll tell you what we ought to do first.
Yeah, I'll tell you what I'll do first.
Let's get everybody access.
Where do they go to your substack?
Let's read the piece first so people are up to speed, and then we'll have you back on and break it down in more detail.
I was trying to put you on the spot with the choice.
You didn't take the bait, though, Wolf.
You didn't take the bait.
Pretty good.
Pretty well trained.
dr naomi wolf
Not my first rodeo, Steve.
unidentified
I'm not going to go for the false fire.
steve bannon
Okay, social media and where they go get your substack to get this piece so we can all read it.
naomi wolf
It's called The Sack of Rome and it's on the stack which is called Outspoken.
steve bannon
The Sack of Rome by the Visigoths.
Ma'am, thank you so much.
Naomi Wolf, thank you.
Thank you for staying up well past midnight.
In Lithuania.
unidentified
Lithuania, yeah.
steve bannon
One of my besties was put up to be the ambassador to Lithuania as a Navy Admiral.
dr naomi wolf
Really?
steve bannon
He was one of the guys McConnell hated so much.
Yeah, he was Sonny Masso.
Great, great Admiral Sonny Masso.
And a great naval officer.
And McConnell hated...
This is how McConnell plays.
He hated all of Trump's, like, third tier, the third wave of ambassadors we put up were pure MAGA. He hated him so much, I don't think any of them ever got a vote.
It was like Michael Pack.
This thing dragged on for years, like three years.
No, McConnell's a bad guy.
Naomi, we've got to bounce.
We'll read it.
We'll read The Sack of Rome, and we'll get you back on to walk through it, okay?
dr naomi wolf
Thank you so much.
Thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
Brian, if you had one recommendation to the president, now you had a big day, a very big day.
unidentified
Well, absolutely.
Extending it beyond just COVID shot mandates and trying.
Again, I don't know.
brian festa
It depends on how it's written, whether it will hold constitutional muster, depending on how he writes the EO, but extending it to state religious Exemptions, because states like Connecticut, New York, California, and Maine, and soon to be Hawaii, that do not have religious exemptions to opt out.
unidentified
Those are the only states in the nation that don't allow children.
But that's a lot of children, millions.
In New York state alone, and California, you're talking about two of the three most populous states in the United States.
Kids can't opt out of vaccinations for religious reasons.
They can do it in all the other states, but not in those four states.
And President Trump, I would hope, would send a strong message to those states about their funding, their educational funding, if they choose to continue to deny educational rights to children in those states.
steve bannon
Brian, what's your social media?
Where do people go to follow you?
unidentified
So WeThePatriotsUSA on X, it's at WTPatriotsUSA.
And my substack that you were so kind enough to share with Naomi and to have me on today is called Free the Law.
You can find that on substack, Free the Law.
And I try to publish as much of this information and legal updates as possible.
We're already preparing, Steve, a lawsuit to fight.
This bill in Hawaii.
If this passes, we're going to have a federal lawsuit filed within two or three days.
Wow.
steve bannon
Fantastic.
Great work.
unidentified
Thanks, Steve.
