This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
unidentified
Mega Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
Welcome.
steve bannon
It's Wednesday, 5 February, in the year of our Lord, 2025. Todd Benzman's going to join us in a moment, and I want to get Todd to get us totally up to speed on what's happening on the ceiling of the border, the mass deportations, Mexico, all of it.
And he's done a great job of pulling this information together.
A couple things.
And Todd is a proud member of the great state of Texas.
I'm going to be in Texas on Friday, 28 February, with Jack Posobiec and many others from the MAGA movement, giving a talk to the Tarrant County Republicans.
On 28 February, we got the poster up.
Moe will put it in, Grace will put it up in the chat.
Would love to have you guys attend.
Patriot Mobile is the main sponsor.
Glenn Story asked me to attend.
Anything Glenn Story asked for, I will do.
Because they're a company that is based upon Judeo-Christian values.
They're part of the alternative economy, but their service is magnificent because they lay it right on top of the carrier so you can get anything you want.
That type of coverage, they have all citizens, all American citizens, customer support.
Everything they do reinforces your values.
Stop giving your money to the big telcos that hate you.
Patriot Mobile.
I want to thank Glenn.
We went down to Denton County a couple weeks ago.
It was fantastic.
Really enjoyed everybody there, and particularly beforehand when I get to meet and greet folks, it's so much fun.
So looking forward again to Tarrant County.
Here, China, this is the lead story, in this morning's Financial Times of London, China seeks ammunition for Trump talks by reviving U.S. big tech probes.
They said they're going to go after Google and others.
What China is doing is looking for every tool in the toolbox because President Trump said, hey, there's going to be some tariffs here, maybe a trade war, never know.
He's trying to reach an accommodation.
He understands President Trump does not want a shooting war.
He wants peace and prosperity.
You saw yesterday in the Gaza announcement, which was kind of next level 5D chest.
I was not expecting that one.
As you know from my coverage yesterday, we're talking about are we going to be lighting up Persia?
And I hope we're not.
But, you know, other people disagree with that.
But we're having a good, I think, kind of robust debate and talking about Bibi's trip.
And President Trump drops the bomb of his vision, his vision of Gaza.
In China, it's more kind of mano a mano right now.
You don't want to get caught in the middle of that.
Remember, all the supply chains, everything President Trump and Peter Navarro try to do.
During the pandemic, the supply chain still rests in China.
Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients API, I think, is virtually 100% made in China.
Even the generics that are made in India, which I think may be 20% of the market, China being the other 80, 100% of it's made overseas.
Very little to nothing here.
JaceMedical.com.
Go check it out.
Do not get caught short.
Do not get caught short.
In case something happens, be ahead of the curve.
Be prepared.
Jace Medical, they set this business up.
Dr. Sean Rollins and the team, off the book by Rosemary Gibson.
We used to have Rosemary in here all the time, talking about supply chains.
I just saw Rosemary the other day.
She's working on some fascinating things.
She actually sits on the board, I think, of what President Trump funded to try to bring some of the generics back here, but it'll still be relatively small.
Go to jacemedical.com, promo code Bannon, get a discount.
Check it out today.
Todd, Benzman, Mexico.
First question.
15 days into this thing, 16 days into it, is the border, is the southern border of the United States of America secure, sir?
todd bensman
It's as close as I've seen it in decades.
440 crossings.
The day before yesterday, they're in the 400 range now a day, border length from Tijuana all the way to Matamoros.
That's stunning.
That's down two-thirds from where it was on Biden's final week in office.
The border is really pretty darn hermetically sealed at this point.
And it's going to stay that way because of the tariff threat.
Trump has got the Mexicans now deploying 10,000 troops who are going to double-layer that thing to make sure that more people don't try to penetrate.
The most important part of it is that even the 400 or 500 a day that are crossing, none of them are being released.
They are all being expelled or detained, often right back to Mexico or detained and flown.
There was a flight to India.
There was a flight to China.
There have been a bunch of flights to Colombia, as we all know, a bunch more since that whole kerfuffle.
And the aliens that want to cross are aware that they're stuck.
They're not coming through.
Wherever they got caught when the gate closed is where they are.
And most of them are going to be in Mexico.
And so the big problem that we had in the United States, all our mayors and our governors and spending all this budget, is now Mexico's problem.
And they are in chaos down there trying to figure out how to handle it.
Hundreds of thousands stuck down there.
steve bannon
Okay, hang on for a second.
I want to go back.
The border is secured.
It took about a...
Yeah, but hang on.
When Mayorka said that, it had no meaning.
When Joe Biden said that, it had no meaning.
When Kamala Harris said that, it has no meaning.
When Todd Benzman says that, it has meaning.
You wrote the definitive book on this topic, and you're the first person to come on here and say, hey, I want everybody to know it is not chaos.
This is very well thought through of what is happening on this invasion.
So when Todd Benzman comes back here and says, for all sakes and purposes, the border is secured.
Walk me through.
What does Todd Benzman mean by that?
Give me some details.
todd bensman
Right.
Well, it means that very, very, very few illegal aliens are crossing the border anymore.
And the reason is because of expulsions and detentions and deportations.
I'm pretty sure that you've asked me a bunch of times on this show, you know, how long, Todd, would it take?
Do you think it would take to shut that border down?
And my answer is always about an hour, maybe less.
And that's about how long it took.
It's just a flick of the switch.
We did not need a Lankford Senate bill that they talked about all through the campaign or comprehensive immigration reform or anything like that.
We had the laws on the books.
We just had to simply apply them to have the will to apply them.
That's what Trump did.
On inauguration, when the clock struck noon plus one minute, they canceled the parole programs, the flights, the walking them across.
And everybody said, wow, when you cancel those parole entries, those scheduled illegal entries that the government's doing the illegal smuggling, they're all going to start rushing the border.
But that didn't happen.
So that's over.
There were 70 or 80,000.
A month being brought in that way, flown directly into U.S. cities and brought in over the border, and that's over.
And now you just got the 400 or 500 a day, and they're all being easily captured.
There's probably a few runners who got away.
There's always going to be that.
But that's a low, low norm for this country.
Kamala Harris...
steve bannon
Pete goes down there and takes the armies down there.
I'll get back to Biden and Harris in a second, but Pete goes to the armies down there.
What purpose now is the army at the southern border, sir?
todd bensman
Well, you have to keep your foot on the gas pedal.
The fact that they were successful does not mean you can call off the emergency declaration.
Or any of the tactics that are in play down there and the strategy, it has to stay on nonstop.
The military down there, right now they are providing a crucial manpower.
They're filling a manpower shortage.
They're putting up wire.
They're glassing the area.
They're putting boots on the ground in areas where there aren't many boots on the ground.
And you may have noticed in recent days that border patrol agents are on the interior, away from the border, running ICE raids, basically, hauling in illegal immigrants from away from the border.
So they're doing really crucial tasks of rounding up illegals and getting them out of the country because they've got other boots on the ground down there.
You know, filling the gaps.
And that's how this works.
You have to have layers of different agencies.
You've got DEA out there working with ICE. And you have lots of other federal officers who are out there because, remember, the Biden administration spent the last four years dismantling the whole damn machine.
A thousand ICE agents shorter than when Biden entered office.
And they were chained to their desks, so they're like atrophied.
And so it's going to take a little while to start rounding up on the interior, but the border, you've got to keep your foot on the gas down there for a good long time to make sure that the illegal aliens on the other side get the message that they are not getting through.
They're not going to get through, and I think they have that message now.
steve bannon
Mayorkas and Harris and Biden, go back.
What were they doing?
Because at the height, your book Overrun really, I think, ripped the mask off this with all your hits you did here.
I think there was a year you were on here like every day.
todd bensman
Yes.
steve bannon
Sometimes you're on twice a day.
In fact, what is the month that had the most crossings?
Wasn't it like 300,000?
What was that?
A couple of those months were like insane.
What was that month that was so high?
What was the number?
todd bensman
First of all, all those months were insane.
200,000, 250,000.
But November and December of 2023 was the peak.
We were seeing 10,000, 12,000, 13,000, and 14,000 a day.
Compare that to 440 yesterday.
I mean, it's just...
Like I was saying, Kamala Harris was out there saying, we need to turn the page on everything on the border.
Well, that page is completely turned, in my view, down there on the border because of policies.
What they did, Steve, was they just simply decided that they were not going to follow the law, which requires detention and removal.
Those are the key things.
Detention and removal down there.
Instead, they opted for mass release.
It was unbelievable.
No democratic government or administration had ever done anything like that.
It was purposeful.
They engineered this thing.
It was not, oh my god, this thing just got out of control and there's all these wars in the world.
You know, all the terrible things happening in the world and climate change and everything.
No.
It was always one thing.
Block, stop, detain, return.
That's what the illegal aliens look for.
They just want to know, am I going to drop $10,000 and end up back home?
Or am I going to drop $10,000 in smuggling fees and end up inside the country and under Biden?
It was 95% guaranteed.
You were going to get in and stay in.
So the page is turned on that.
That's not happening anymore.
steve bannon
Let's talk about that.
So you've stopped it.
Now I'm going to talk about each side of this.
Let's go to the Mexican side.
Is there chaos down there because these hundreds of thousands of people that continue to come north and think somehow they're going to get through and Trump's not serious about this?
Is that all in?
Northern Mexico?
Because we have not, I'll talk about this in a second with you, we have not really started the mass deportations.
Is it the fact that the border is fairly hermetically sealed and they can't come across and that's why Northern Mexico is having now a time of turbulence and chaos?
todd bensman
Yes.
They got stuck with the hot potato in the game.
They are now having to manage.
The costs and the bureaucracy of the costs of dealing with supporting hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants that are stuck in Mexico can't go forward.
A lot of them want to stay in Mexico, they say, and go for the great Mexican dream.
Fine, great.
But the Mexicans don't have the cash for it like we didn't have the cash.
The Mexicans are building these shelters.
All across northern Mexico to house them because they can't get through anymore.
The Mexicans are threatening to do their own deportations and have done some deportations by air.
The Mexicans are trying to create negative, bad conditions that would force all of those illegals down there to self-deport.
That's what we're trying to do up here.
Well, the Mexicans are doing it.
The Mexicans are not receiving a whole lot of new immigrants from their south.
The Darien Gap, which we've talked about here over and over again, I've been down there, Michael, Jan, Oscar, all of those guys, they've all been down there for the last few years.
That's over.
I talked to the head of Cinefront just the other day on the phone, and I said, what's going on in the Darien?
And he said it's 8% of what it was a year ago.
It's nothing.
It's down 90%, the traffic through the Darien, because the immigrants see what's going on up trail in Mexico, so they're staying home.
They're not even bothering.
It's this reverse domino effect that we saw when the COVID closed all those borders.
All of a sudden, all the way down back through to home villages, people are saying, I'm not going.
I'm not spending $10,000 or $20,000 to go.
But it's important that the Trump administration maintain the pressure because they are looking for any weak link in the chain.
They're looking for any crevice that they can get through.
And if they find one, man, they will pour through.
So you can't just get complacent and rest on their laurels.
steve bannon
Your whole, Michael Young's whole thing about what osmotic flow, the pressure flows.
Why then, riddle me this, Todd Benzman, why then does President Trump drop the hammer on Mexico, given that his actions, and he's thought that he and Miller and Hohman have thought this through to the nth detail about sealing the border.
Why then does he drop...
The emergency order as a national security on Mexico for 25%, not just as part of an economic change of model, but about fentanyl.
What is it about fentanyl in the drug trade?
Why is that still such a problem?
If we have hermetically sealed the border, brother, we've hermetically sealed the border.
Is fentanyl still getting in at the levels that it was before?
todd bensman
Right.
That was a campaign promise.
He is moving on that promise.
Not just with Mexico, but also with Canada and China now, too.
He campaigned on that, and he meant business when he did campaign on that.
And fentanyl is a difficult problem.
It's an intractable, it's a wicked problem because it comes in very small quantities.
It's trafficked in small quantities.
It's easy to move on trucks.
It's easy to mail in from China.
It's easy to.
And so they are insistent.
The Trump administration has to be insistent that Mexico actually use its military to physically, kinetically pressure the Mexican cartels in their labs and to physically get between the cartels and our border in the smuggling lanes.
That's going to be very interesting to watch because once you put Mexican military power between the cartels and our border, there's going to be fireworks shooting.
That's what happens when they do that.
And I think that that is about to happen.
I've got sources in the administration who are telling me that they are working on U.S.-backed, intelligence-backed...
Plans for the Mexicans to start kinetically working against the cartel fentanyl labs.
And so...
steve bannon
Hold it, hold it.
Stop.
Stop, Ensman.
You're not going to be...
We're not burying the lead there.
You're saying, how big a deal is it and what has it changed to designate the Mexican drug and human trafficking cartels terrorist organization, sir?
todd bensman
It depends.
I'm waiting to hear...
How they plan to resource that, because right now you've got 70, 60 or 65, 70 designated terrorist organizations.
They're almost all Islamics.
And they've got the FBI working those, and they're pretty tied up working that.
So I'm very curious to see how they're going to...
steve bannon
But as a terrorist organization, you're designated people, and you're saying here that you know inside the administration they're working on plans right now.
When you say kinetic, you mean guns up against the fentanyl labs.
I take it those fentanyl labs are not in the territory of the United States of America, correct?
This would be in Mexico?
todd bensman
Mexican fentanyl labs.
My understanding is that...
One use of this military, the 10,000, is to try to get all up in the grill of those cartels on that fentanyl stuff.
So, you know, we haven't seen it happen yet because the troops aren't even out yet.
They're still, like, rolling out of the barracks.
But I think we are going to see some kinetic stuff going on down there.
I think that there needs to be some kinetic.
We have a lot of Americans dying from this drug, way, way too many.
Obviously, something has to be done, and they're going to, at the very least, put up some show-and-tell or some dog-and-pump something.
They're going to do something to show, please don't put those tariffs on us, Mr. President.
steve bannon
So this will be used in the Mexican Army.
Folks, you should know the tariff situation.
President Trump inquired they send 10,000 Mexican army and marine personnel to the border.
You're saying you think some of those will be designated to go kinetic against the Mexican cartels and particularly the fentanyl labs in northern Mexico.
Is that your belief?
todd bensman
That's my belief.
Yeah, I think that's going to happen.
steve bannon
Tell people, given you've been doing this for a long time, how big...
A game changer is that, sir?
todd bensman
It depends.
You know, like I've had people tell me that that know this stuff say, well, it depends on which division they put in there, because, you know, half the Mexican military is co-opted, you know, corrupted by by those cartels.
So you got to get I mean, you know, maybe the Mexican Navy guys or I mean.
Let's face it.
Half of the Mexican military is corrupted, and they're in bed with those guys.
So you can kind of see that the Mexican, the central government, Scheinbaum's government is going to have to pick and choose who they put in there.
It depends on which units they put in there, in my opinion, because it is what it is.
That's Mexico for you.
steve bannon
Let's talk about the other side, and I want to hold you through the break if that's possible.
I want to take a minute or two here and hold you through the break.
So on our side, Tom Holman and Christy Noem have been doing these raids, the ICE raids, and a lot of it I think is to show activity and we're serious, but...
First off, how do you think the raids of the criminals, and what do you think of the blowback from the sanctuary city, and particularly the mayor of Chicago and Pritzker, the governor of Illinois, saying, you're not coming to my jail, you're not coming to my prison, you're not going to get these foreign nationals out of here.
Your thoughts?
todd bensman
Well, first of all, you know, they brought down 10,000 dangerous criminals.
That's good on any day.
I don't care who does that.
They did that.
Way, way more than the Biden administration ever did in a week and a half, for sure.
They had those ICE guys chained to their desk.
That's a really good number, and I think that number is going to go way higher.
Homan is pushing to up the quotas, the daily quotas they want, 1,500 a day rounded up.
And that's just the criminal aliens.
And then after that, they're going to go after other categories.
Expect those numbers to rise.
And as far as the Blue City pushback, man, that is like a head-scratcher to me.
I will never get that.
steve bannon
It's not a head-scratcher.
It's not a head-scratcher.
I tell you what, Todd, hang on a second.
I'm going to hold you through the break.
In fact, Todd, I'm going to recommend for an energy pickup late in the afternoon.
Are Todd Eaton sleepy?
unidentified
Tired?
steve bannon
Todd Bensman.
Todd Bensman.
I'm not used to low-energy Todd Bensman.
Bensman, I'm going to hold you through the break.
We're going to come back.
I want to talk about those raids.
I want to talk about the mayors are defiant.
They think the politics work for them.
These radical Democrats, they think standing up to President Trump.
Heck, the California Assembly just passed a bill, $50 million to obstruct Trump.
Tonight at 9 o'clock, you're going to see Samantha Powers on Rachel Maddow.
They're arrogant.
They're not backing down.
Look online.
USAID, hell, it's fun and everything.
Out of London, the invasion of the southern border.
Burquam and Taunton went there.
Taunton's been in the Darien Gap in Cartagena.
They showed the USA signs up there.
Totally in your face.

It's one of the ways I get jacked up, particularly in the afternoon when I've downsized the coffee input.
Make sure you check it out today.
We got the Better Health Promise.
What is that?
If you go to your doctor and he says, hey, I haven't noticed any change in your health.
Boom.
Money back guarantee.
How's that?
That's how confident Dr. Kim and the team are.
I think we're going to ship a free couple of bottles of it, the powder, to our own Todd Benzman.
Todd's on the other side.
The operant word in deportations is mass.
M-A-S-S. That means a grunch.
Where are we on that?
Is that a fantasy?
Is everything we're seeing just performative?
As the ICE agents put themselves in harm's way.
Short commercial break.
We're going to return in the war room.
Just a moment.
So Todd's had some field of green...
By the way, often when we were talking there during the break, Todd's taking umbrage with low energy.
So Todd, let's go back to the cities, the sanctuary cities.
Of course Chicago is going to push back.
New York's not because Adams understands what a disaster it is.
L.A.'s not.
Because I think Bass and Newsom is at the White House at 4 o'clock.
Maybe we can get some clips of that.
They need the money.
But they think it's politically smart for them to fight and confront the Trump administration from coming into the jails and prisons and getting the illegal alien foreign national criminals, sir.
todd bensman
Yeah, well, let them think that.
That's what the Democratic Party thought about the border and all the illegal aliens rushing into all the big cities all during the campaign, and look what happened.
They lost their ass.
So the point is that if you're going to inflict those kind of criminal aliens on your own people, I can't see what political advantage you're going to gain from that.
You're going to lose again.
But we'll see.
Every time ICE runs around and rounds up a bunch of these, you got Fox News or somebody embedded in there, and you can actually see who these people are.
Child rapists, repeat rapists of adult women and armed robbers and all that kind of violent gangbangers and repeatedly arrested over and over again and repeatedly released by those blue Police departments and blue sheriffs.
And there they are.
You could have picked them up any time they're free running around for ICE. That is just a horror show for them.
I can't see what the political advantage is in that.
I think they're just going to lose.
Why don't you just encourage them to keep doing it?
Because that's what happened in the 2024 election.
They lost on that.
steve bannon
Let me make it.
The engine room is also informing me, but I want to get something out.
And the resistance, you've got legal, you know, they're going to courts, they're doing this, they're fighting, they're slowing down everything in the Senate.
They're fighting now every step of the way using all the tactics in the legislative process.
The budget fights are going to be enormous.
They're going to be front page.
Everybody's going to talk about markets, going to be turbulent.
Turbulence is going to be the...
The theme of our era, that's just how it is.
We've got to make up for decades and decades and decades of inattention and rot kicking the can down the road in our generation.
Right here, this place in time, we have to stop it.
The two things are going to explode.
One is when you have to do the cuts in the social programs, it's going to be, you know, all of it's going to be, you know, that's going to be on TV every night.
You're not feeding the kids, you're taking away from education, you're killing the arts, all of it.
But the one they're really going to lead is when you really start mass deportations.
It's one thing to take out criminal aliens out of jails and prison or do it now with administrative warrants.
It's one of the reasons you're not seeing as much action as you saw in the first couple days.
It's tough.
It's hard.
You've got a guy, you've got the hardest man in the world, Holman, there with Miller and Kristi Noem.
That's a pretty good team.
But the word mass deportations, Benzman, and you know this, when the resistance becomes huge, And Marco Rubio, Secretary of State, is down in Central America cutting deals with the Central American countries.
And we're working on a deal, obviously, with Mexico.
But when you say they have to go, CNN's going to have the camera right there on the crying babies and the crying mothers and, you know, hanging on for dear life.
And political polling numbers are going to jump around.
And you're going to have the test.
So walk me through how this is going to happen.
You're the guy that identified the problem.
Truthfully, that problem, President Trump says, more than inflation, was the number one problem.
The number one issue he went on is exactly what Todd Bensman and the rest of the team have been here for four or five years talking about.
Now we're to the solutions.
And the solutions are not easy.
None of this is easy.
That's why Trump's president.
So walk me through, in your mind, when you start, when you get to the deportations and mass deportations, how does this start playing out, given what you've seen so far in the days of thunder?
todd bensman
Start with 80%.
That's the polling numbers for support of deportation, mass deportation of criminal aliens.
Another 50-plus percent of Americans are in favor of deporting everybody else.
It's a little bit less than the criminals, of course.
The other side understands that it has to erode that support.
And the way that they're going to do it is through what I call injustice porn, which is the crying mothers and the babies when they finally get around.
To deporting the housekeepers and the lawnmowers and that sort of thing.
So when they get to that, you're going to see a real information war.
And I call that injustice porn because, first of all, most of the claims that you will see that will be made are going to be false, like the Haitian – the border patrols, guys on the horses with the horse reins whirling them around. guys on the horses with the horse reins whirling them Oh, you whipped these poor Haitian men.
Not true.
Or Ocasio-Cortez saying, oh, they're drinking, forcing these migrants to drink out of the toilet.
Not true.
All of those kind of cases, you're going to see that all again, and it has to be called out.
Immediately before the news cycles keep kind of ricocheting around the country and doing real damage, making public officials come out and actually take action in public policy.
So there has to be real information war countering it from the other side, countering the injustice porn that I call.
I don't know what else to call it.
It's just all BS, you know, women and children crying and claims of abuse.
So that's really how that's going to roll out.
Now, one thing I want to say is that the mass deportations are going to take time to build up because the machine was dismantled and left in pieces all over the garage.
And Homan and all those guys...
We're all trying to piece it together as fast as they—that's why they did Guantanamo Bay.
They put that online because the Biden administration got rid of all the detention space.
They're down to 40,000 beds.
They almost doubled it with Guantanamo, and now they've got to put military bases online, and they've got to get ready for when they finally ramp up.
The other thing is there aren't as many ICE agents now.
They have to ramp up the number of feds that are out there doing these kind of operations.
And at some point, they're going to have to start going after the housekeepers and the people that have been here for 10 or 15 years.
They have removal orders on them.
It may take a couple of years, but they have to work up to it.
Be patient.
With Holman in there, when he's in the driver's seat and the pilot's seat, you have to know.
That he's going to do everything he possibly can within the infrastructure constraints that he has to actually get those numbers up.
And I've heard that the president is demanding those numbers go up.
So you can rest assured that there is going to be pressure to get those numbers higher.
steve bannon
I can tell you, the President of the United States, he loves what he's seen so far, but he's a mathematics guy.
He wants to see some numbers here.
It's not a correction, just an observation, Todd.
The 80% of the criminal aliens sent back home is obviously high, but it's not a small drop.
It's a pretty big drop down to the mid, I think, the high 50s.
And that's what the left is counting on.
Because they said there's no visuals to that.
They're going to show you visuals.
They're going to show you the injustice porn every second of every day.
And how MAGA is heartless.
President Trump is a dictator.
This is what Germany did in the 19th.
Over and over and over again.
Just non-stop.
They'll be in the streets.
You saw this weekend.
What do you take over?
What you saw just in the little ice activity in Los Angeles, you had these pretty mass demonstrations with burning the American flag and waving the Mexican flag, sir.
todd bensman
We're going to see a whole lot of that.
That's going to be part of the fabric of living in America for the next four years.
You're going to see a lot of that sort of thing, and it'll probably gain momentum and numbers as...
As we go from criminal aliens to, you know, non-criminals, which we will do.
But, you know, it is what it is.
So I don't think that, you know, listen, Trump is not running for re-election.
And I don't think he cares, really.
I don't think he cares, nor maybe should he care if that's his agenda and he wants his agenda to succeed.
I think a lot of Americans will back him on that.
steve bannon
Well, a lot of Americans, but the Warren Posse, this is going to be a test.
This is going to be a time of testing.
Because, Todd, in the best case, people have got to gird themselves.
It's going to take years to do this.
My estimate is 10 to 12 million that are here just on Biden's watch.
That's my number.
We shouldn't focus on anybody beforehand.
Just focus on who Biden let in.
But at those numbers, it's 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 million.
Just understand the logistics of it.
It takes a while, does it not, sir?
todd bensman
Yeah, it's going to take a while to get up there.
I mean, look, Barack Obama, they called him the deporter-in-chief, and he was moving about a million two, a million four a year out.
And I think the goal should be to, you know, top that.
They're going to have to top that if they want to reverse the damage that was done in just the last three or four years.
So they're going to have to...
They're going to have to ramp up, but there's a lot more coming, I can tell you that.
There's a lot more coming.
steve bannon
What do you mean a lot more coming?
A lot more coming across?
No, there's a lot more coming.
todd bensman
A lot more resources coming.
steve bannon
Okay, don't.
But this audience is funny to say a lot more coming.
You're saying more resources.
What do you mean by that?
More money?
This is why the reconciliation bills, I said you have to have two.
We've got to get the border one done now, now, now, because they don't have the money.
Even in the budget that they have to do by the 14th to keep the government open, resources have to be reallocated.
Homan needs some backup on this, and it's going to cost some money.
Is it not, sir?
todd bensman
It is.
This is not going to be cheap.
It's a long war.
So, they're going to have to have Congress, they supposedly have this trifecta, they're going to need to exploit that trifecta to the max while they can.
So, they already got a big piece of legislation in, unbelievably.
Like, within a week, they had a bill signed, the Lake and Riley Act, and I think that they, I mean, to me, that foretells some more legislation.
That they're going to need.
They need money.
They need aircraft.
They need people.
They need bed space.
So to keep that pressure on down there and on the interior as well.
steve bannon
When you say trifecta, you mean we have the executive branch of the White House and both the Senate and the House.
What about the courts?
I know it's then.
I got that.
What about the courts?
Where are the courts going to come down on this?
Because they're going to go to court on everything.
They're going to go to court on everything.
And you've got a bunch of these liberal judges, particularly at the lowest level.
What's going to happen here?
todd bensman
That all works the same way every time.
I mean, that just cycles in and out.
You're already seeing it, you know, filing in the Ninth Circuit, right, to stop this or that policy and then appeals.
To go to the Supreme Court or filings in the Fifth Circuit, the conservative Fifth Circuit, mostly conservative Fifth Circuit, and birthright citizenship is a great example.
They knew that was going to court right away.
They crafted the thing to make it to the Supreme Court, and there it is, a couple dozen lawsuits right off the bat.
You're going to see a lot of litigation.
I don't think we've even started on the litigation.
Lots of different...
unidentified
Amazing.
todd bensman
For example...
steve bannon
Yeah, it's going to be huge.
Yep.
Go ahead.
todd bensman
Well, I was going to say, you know, one of the key tools that the administration is using here is called 212F of the INA. And I've talked about 212F here, I don't know how many times, but it's just a number.
It's a piece of the INA. That allows a president to, for whatever reason they feel like, woke up in a bad mood that day, they're going to block and return all illegal alien crossers for whatever reason they feel like.
You know, for the national interest, for the most part.
And they're using that.
But it's complicated legally.
There have been some cases about it, and so they're going to try to knock that down.
So they brought in Remain in Mexico.
Which is, we all know, that's already vetted all the way to the Supreme Court.
That means you can push back anybody you want and make them wait in Mexico for their asylum claim.
So they've got to back up to the backup.
They kind of know what they're doing this time around.
The Trump 1.0 got bogged down right away.
They couldn't do anything.
They couldn't even build the wall because they were so litigated.
And it lasted for so long that the immigrants down there were like, wait a minute.
The door's open.
Let's run for it.
And they did until they were able to wrassle that down to the mat again.
I don't think that's going to happen this time.
And one of the great things about the tariff threat in Mexico is that, you know, Mexico is a key choke point.
And having 10,000 troops up there blocking and returning migrants back south and all that is like extra layering and buffer for the whole agenda.
I think they've got multiple things going on all at the same time that are going to keep that pressure on down there.
And keep them clearing out of the interior as well.
steve bannon
Todd, where do people go to get your writings, everything you're putting up, great stuff every day?
You're more focused on this than ever.
And we haven't, folks, given where we've come...
Given how we identified the problem and Todd and the guys put their lives in line to do it, it's been amazing.
President Trump is number one issue.
You've already said, you just heard from Todd, the border looks like he's getting secured.
Now the fentanyl situation.
Now comes the hard part.
As I say, all 10 to 12 million got to go home.
Marco Rubio is down there trying to cut deals on it, but all 10 to 12 million got to go home.
Have to.
If you don't do it, you're just asking for next time.
People say, well, holy, let those guys stay.
I'll slip in and you let me stay.
Because it's not going to be as secure.
That border is never going to be as secure as it is right now with President Trump.
Maybe other people make changes in the future, but right now you've got a sealed border.
Todd, where do folks get you?
Because now we're starting the grind.
Where do they go?
todd bensman
That's right.
Well, the new piece, what's happening in Mexico, is up right now at CIS.org.
CIS, Center for Immigration Studies.org.
That's my employer, think tank.
And you can find me on social media, you know, Benzman Todd on X. I'm on Getter.
I'm on Truth Social.
And also, I just wanted to mention that I will be speaking February 12th at Women of Washington in Seattle.
That's going to be at the...
I can't read this, but go to Women of Washington.
unidentified
Sorry.
todd bensman
Women of Washington.
steve bannon
Engine room.
You're right.
He's sleepy.
You're going to go take a nap after this.
Remind me never to book Benzman in the afternoon show.
In the morning, he's on fire.
You get up and it's that Warpath coffee.
You get that Warpath coffee in the field of greens.
You're ready to go.
Late in the afternoon, I get sleepy Todd.
Hold it, where are you going to speak?
The reason, hold it, where do you speak?
Because the War of Posse all comes up, and afterwards, all I hear is Todd Benson here, we love him, they show me the photos, all of it.
So it's a War of Posse crowd.
They want to know where you're speaking.
todd bensman
Overlake Golf and Country Club, and feel free to disagree with Ben in there as to whether I was all that sleepy.
Posse.
And I hope there's some MAGA up in Seattle.
Is there MAGA up in Seattle?
steve bannon
I think there's MAGA. Hell yeah, man.
What are you talking?
There's MAGA up there and there's Warren Posse up there.
One more time, where are you going to speak?
todd bensman
Overlake Golf and Country Club, February 12th, Women of Washington in Seattle.
unidentified
Okay.
steve bannon
Go check it out.
And Todd Benson.
Todd, thank you so much.
Appreciate you.
unidentified
Appreciate it.
steve bannon
I'm speaking on the 28th down in Tarrant County.
You know, in the break, Todd Benson is actually going to join us.
Poso is going to be everybody.
Brought to you by many of the Tarrant County Republicans and also our own Patriot Mobile, Glenn Story and the team.
It's nationwide coverage based upon the operation of all three services, big telecom services.
You get great coverage.
Don't worry about that.
This is a Christian company that supports your values.
Patriot Mobile.
Go check it out.
We're so glad.
To be doing some speeches down in Texas.
They didn't turn it blue.
In fact, Trump won by 14 points.
That's amazing.
todd bensman
Birch gold.
steve bannon
Right now, during the day, intraday trading was an all-time high.
What does that mean?
That means that smart money throughout the world, like central banks and hedge funds, are looking to hedge their risk.
Because, ladies and gentlemen, You ain't seen nothing when you talk about turbulence.
We're going to go into it.
That's why it's pretty good we got Donald John Trump as the pilot.
Birchgold.com, promo code BANNON. Check that out.
You get all free at the end of the dollar empire, particularly the last of the modern monetary theory.
You'll be so angry after you finish reading this of what happened to capital markets because of this radical theory, the idea that broke the world.
Okay, I'll be up on social media all night tonight, or most of the night.
There's so much going on.
We're trying to pack every show.
Fantastic assessment where we are with Mexico, where we are with the number one issue before us, which is the invasion of our country.
I don't know.
I'd probably put the out-of-control debt and spending.
We're going to try to turf out some folks to talk about it.
Senate, I think, is moving on to reconciliation bills.
I keep saying, hey, the reconciliation bill is great.
You've got to get it.
But at midnight on the 14th, the government doesn't have any money.
I certainly hope we don't do a one-year CR. I think President Trump deserves better than that.
I hope somebody's, you know, laboring late at night on this.
Just saying.
We'll get down to all of it tomorrow morning.
10 a.m.
Eastern Standard Time, when you will be back.
In the war room, the right stuff takes you out because you know why?
unidentified
The MAGA movement is the personification of the right stuff.
