Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
Why is the Financial Times of London the most powerful financial paper in the world?
Why do they have that headline?
You know they have that headline?
Because of this audience.
You have brought this to the cusp.
We are right on the cusp of victory from the morning of November 4th when everybody's depressed.
This audience hunkered down, held the line, and after all those weeks, I told you you're going to have good days and you're going to have bad days.
We're right on the cusp of victory.
For us not to affirm the victory of President Trump today, we would have to snatch.
Defeat from the jaws of victory.
It's because of this audience.
I want everybody in hashtag war room pandemic.
I want everybody in the live stream over the Donald.net.
Everybody else everywhere.
This is not a day for fantasy.
This is a day for maniacal focus.
Focus, focus, focus.
We're coming in right over the target, okay?
Exactly.
This is the point of attack we always wanted, okay?
There are two options here.
One option is much better than the other, but we've got two options.
One option leads to an absolute kick it back to the states, and in a few days that will be decertified.
It will get kicked into a contingent election exactly like I laid out in September.
Donald Trump's victory will be affirmed in the House of Representatives, okay?
The other is to basically break it down and do like 6, 12, 8, 10, 12 hours today.
Now you have Mitch McConnell who's stabbing you in the back.
He's going to give some big speech about how we shouldn't do any of this and how we should shut it all down.
That's the former majority leader, Mitch McConnell.
Remember, remember, remember.
What we always said, and this was because of your pressure, this is your phone calls, this is your emails, this is burning down the phone lines, this was coloring inside the lines, but with bold colors.
You flip these guys.
I want to give, what is it, Kim Ward in Pennsylvania, a hero and a patriot.
These patriots have stood up, Fincham, Farnsworth, Corman now, with the program, and you're seeing it in Wisconsin, you're seeing it in Georgia, you know, you're seeing it, and now people are rallying to this as they They see what the reality is, and they see last night's election.
They see last night's election.
You can't go with the model of the Koch brothers and Mitch McConnell that's just more incompetence and treachery.
Incompetence and treachery.
This is a people's party.
You rose up with no money and no power and none of that, and with your own elbow grease.
Have brought this now down to basically a couple of decisions by a couple of people that understand what their duty is.
The only way we lose, and you must embrace this, the only way that we don't affirm this massive victory is if we snatch victory from the draws of defeat.
And we will hold everybody accountable.
The play's been called, run the play.
And by the way, the play, it's a quite simple Green Bay sweep.
Remember the Packers sweep?
We're going to have a pulling guard.
You're going to have a fullback, a running back.
Ball's going to get handed off.
You're just going to sweep right.
And then you're going to just sweep right.
It's them against us.
Who can impose their will on the other side?
The traditional Vince Lombardi Green Bay sweep.
It's quite simple.
Play's been called.
Mike Pence, run the play.
Take the football.
Take the handoff from the quarterback.
You've got guards in front of you.
You've got big, strong people in front of you.
unidentified
Just do your duty.
steve bannon
Mike Pence took another direction, and I think, mistakenly, Instead of delaying the activities on Capitol Hill, pulled the trigger exactly at 1 o'clock before President Trump had finished his speech.
There's been a day of chaos.
I think the National Guard, at least the D.C. version of the National Guard, has been called out.
Looks like the state police of Virginia and Maryland have come to the Capitol.
We are near the nation's capital, and it's been helicopters all over.
Actually, Dan, last time we saw you, you were actually at the speech.
Walk us through your progression.
Did you do the march?
I understand most of the participants decided to march up to Capitol Hill.
Were you in that march?
unidentified
Yeah, beautiful day.
You know, President Trump, awesome speech.
Rallying up the American people to stand up for the Constitution.
He laid out the case.
So much evidence of voter fraud.
And then after the speech, the hundreds of thousands of people peacefully marched from the White House down the mall, some of them down Pennsylvania Avenue, some of them down the mall, some of them down Constitution Avenue, here to the Capitol.
And that's when, we weren't here when it first happened, but that's when the line started breaking.
And we're actually in the third line.
If we point the camera down here, we have some of the material that was...
Taken down.
There were some metal barricades that were taken down as well.
And then ultimately, the protesters, ralliers, ended up getting up to the Capitol and climbing the steps into the Capitol.
And that's when pandemonium took place.
And I've heard reports.
I haven't seen anything firsthand.
But they were in the Senate chambers.
And obviously that's when they removed all the members, Congress members, from the building.
It's been a wild day now.
Several hours later...
Go ahead.
steve bannon
Yeah, I want to go...
That looks like tear gas.
It's got the appearance of...
Is that tear gas or just a smoke grenade that's going about?
It looks like tear gas.
unidentified
Any sense of the people up there moving back rapidly?
Yeah, it is tear gas.
This actually...
This looks like more of a smoke grenade.
But they have been using tear gas.
I haven't felt it yet.
But as soon as it starts coming this way, if it's CS gas, it'll make you move quickly.
So we may be moving in a hurry here.
I'll stay in position as long as I can, though.
What's the outcome?
What benefit do you get from this?
We're hearing a lot of different...
We're going to be talking about what happened today for weeks to come.
And the question is, does it help or hurt the cause?
You know, that's going to be up to the American people to decide.
harry enten
Remember, after January 6th, what did we have?
We had the impeachment of Donald Trump.
And then, of course, we had the trial in the United States Senate.
And I want you to take a look at Republicans who voted to impeach or convict Trump in a second impeachment or impeachment trial.
You know, you go back to January, February of 2021. What was it?
It was 17. You know, that's a significant chunk of folks, right, Manu?
Most of the GOP didn't, but 17 is a pretty big number here.
unidentified
Absolutely.
harry enten
And then you go to January of 2025. How many of those folks are still in the United States Congress?
It's just five.
It's just five.
Pretty much the ones who did were all run out of town.
They're just two House members, three Senate members.
The bottom line is this, and we'll say over and over and over again, this is Donald Trump's Republican Party.
That's why he could pick up the phone, make those calls to ensure that Mike Johnson held on to his speakership.
But it's not just within the Republican Party.
It's nationally among the general populace as well.
So take a look at Donald Trump's net favorable rating.
Take a look here.
Trump's net favorability rating.
You go back to January 2021. Donald Trump was way underwater, way underwater, minus 20 points.
That's your favorable minus your unfavorable.
Look, he's still a little bit underwater, but he's now...
At minus one point.
He's considerably more popular.
So folks who are writing off Donald Trump's political career, writing his political obituary, he rose up from the grave.
He almost looks like one of those WWE characters, right, who kind of rose up.
And that is what Donald Trump has did.
He's right now broke even.
He's about as popular with the American public, Manu, than he has ever been.
unidentified
Wow.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
Pray for our enemies.
unidentified
Because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
Mega media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Monday, 6th January in the year of our Lord, 2025.
So it's always good on days like today to remember exactly where you were and what you were thinking on the day.
Kind of like, you know...
I don't know, Pearl Harbor or the Kennedy assassination.
January 6th, maybe not at that level, but certainly for folks in the MAGA movement and their interest in modern politics, rises to a pretty high level.
Really honored.
That's the first time in four years that we've played that video.
I went to prison, essentially, because of that, because of the lies.
You guys remember on the show, the Green Bay Sweep.
Was about using the Electoral Count Act of, was it 1887?
The one that they changed in the middle of the night.
That they changed in the middle of the night with an omnibus package a couple of years ago, Mitch McConnell.
So that never again could that move for a contingent election be used.
We had the full constitutional rights to do.
In fact, it was the way that it should have been handled.
And of course, it was all about...
The House and the Senate saying for the state legislature saying they couldn't certify the election, it would go back to the states.
It wouldn't be able to be certified.
They wouldn't certify President Trump's electors.
I was always opposed to that, so that's not going to happen.
But they would not be able to certify the Biden electors.
It would go into a contingent election to the House as laid out in the Constitution in the Electoral Count Act.
And it would, and President Trump would have won, I don't know.
Twenty-five, twenty-six, twenty-four.
Because you vote by state party delegation of congressmen, not individual congressmen.
That was all ended by the Judas Pence letter.
It came out at one o'clock.
Remember this letter, which nobody talks about.
The letter, the White House, the council for the vice president actually reports to the White House counsel.
He has a collateral reporting to the vice president.
They never ran that letter by anybody.
This is the ultimate mortal sin of Mike Pence.
He never ran that letter by anybody.
Never ran it by the White House.
Never ran it by the President.
Never ran it by anybody.
Just dropped it on people.
That's what triggered the...
I wouldn't even call it a riot.
The event.
We had it all set all day to have the House and the Senate go through.
I think it was going to be...
So there's six states.
I think they might throw in the seventh state.
Two hours per state, per chamber.
Four teams are going to be 26, 28 hours of putting forth the evidence.
People were prepared.
Matt Gaetz was prepared.
MTG was prepared.
Jim Jordan was prepared.
And you saw the media over the last four years.
This is the first time we've played that, but they had all that footage.
They cut it down to one second with me saying, oh, hell's going to break loose.
To play, I think it was even for the day before, to look like we were instigating the riot.
Everything but that.
Look at what we have saved the nation.
Biden's leaving today.
I think the polling shows that 48% of the American people believe that Biden's one of the worst presidents in history.
Well, what did we stay from day one?
He was illegitimate.
It's an illegitimate regime.
And I told this audience, if you repeat it and you repeat it and you repeat it and you repeat it, that eventually people start to wake up and you go, you know what?
I'm not so sure about this.
Let me look into this.
Let me check it out.
And more and more people over time will focus on this illegitimacy.
Today, at 1 o'clock, Jamie Raskin, I'm sure that crowd has got some things in store, but hey, this should go such an overwhelming victory.
It should go pretty quickly.
We'll be back at 5 live with Ben Berquam.
Ben's not in D.C. today, but we'll have Ben Berquam with us.
Just go back and think about four years ago.
After that happened, when President Trump was essentially run out of town a couple weeks later, they tried to humiliate him.
That was the low of the MAGA movement.
Everybody abandoned us.
Everybody.
They all abandoned President Trump.
You remember this.
You all abandoned MAGA. How many of your MAGA colleagues today, and we welcome people back that are back with us, and I'm not talking about the people that came in at the end and just kind of threw in for the victory.
I'm talking about true MAGA people.
I think we lost a third of MAGA. It's only about, I don't know, 50% to two-thirds, rule of thumb.
Hung tough.
The greatest comeback in the history of all politics.
You were not just part of it.
You were the driving force of it.
You must go back for four years ago.
Remember that day.
Remember the disappointment.
Remember the heartbreak.
Remember how close we were to actually Pulling it off.
That President Trump had legitimately won the 2020 election.
And they could not legitimately certify the usurper.
Look at the agony the world's gone through.
Look at the agony the country's gone through.
But as I say, it's providential.
President Trump is a providential instrument of holy God.
Very imperfect guy.
As we are all imperfect.
But divinely inspired and providential.
The victory in 16, providential.
The stealing of 2020, what you just saw right there, providential.
America had to awaken to the radicalness of the corporatist, the radicalness of the neo-Marxist in the Democratic Party.
The radicalness of the globalist.
To wake up, to see it.
Not just you, you're leaders of a movement.
You're a vanguard, you're a cadre of a revolutionary movement to return this republic back to the very basics that it was founded on, the new Jerusalem.
We've gone through a lot four years ago today in Washington, D.C., the imperial capital, January 6th.
Incredible.
Back in a moment.
unidentified
I got American faith in America's heart.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
steve bannon
*Dramatic music* It's very important for you, this audience, to remember this.
Remember this day.
Remember the agony.
Remember the disappointment.
Remember you thought you were losing your country.
If I told you in that evening show, when it got worse, the footage got worse with the...
The concussion grenades going off.
Remember how it was lit?
It actually turned out to be this eerily beautiful lighting of the west side of the Capitol where the concussion grenades going off in the gloaming of the evening.
If I told you then that four years to this date, Donald Trump will return to the Imperial Capitol and he will be one of the most powerful figures.
Politically in the history of this country and culturally.
You would have said, oh my God, Steve Heck can't even talk about that.
But we knew it.
We knew if we held the line and put our collective shoulder to the wheel, this would happen.
That this story, the logic of this story, the internal logic of American history would drive you back to this.
If, if, You applied your human agency.
When I say providential, or God works in this world, it's through human agency.
Your agency.
You brought us from that day, of which should have been crowned in a victory, was not a victory, but you brought us back to today.
Magnificent victory.
And the reason I want you to take time today to remember four years ago and internalize it and what you've accomplished and what you've achieved is that we have a much harder fight ahead of us.
We do.
But think of the long odds there.
Every pundit...
Just go back and remember.
Don't ever forget.
You cannot forget.
You cannot forget because your collective memory is important.
Because your collective memory is also what is that connective tissue to collective action.
When I say collective, I don't mean in a communistic or socialistic way.
I mean like in the 12 o'clock highway where the whole bomber unit, all the planes, the fortresses all have to work together and they can't get out of formation because when they get out of formation, it leaves all the others vulnerable.
They work as a unit.
They work as one.
Consolidated unit.
And those bomber squads had a sovereign will, like you have a sovereign will.
You have, this is the core populism.
The entire world was against you that day.
The entire world, all the corporate power, all the money, all the media, all the institutions, your betters, We're against you and your representative, Donald Trump.
They didn't want to hear that it was stolen.
We're going to get now into a formal adjudication as we go forward to show how it was stolen by the mail-in ballots.
You know, I'm sorry.
I'm not a machine guy.
I've just never been a machine guy.
I think they'll be done away with.
Don't get me wrong.
And I think in this investigation that will take place, you'll see that it wasn't the machines.
It was mail-in ballots.
But hey, I'm open-minded.
If it's machines and the machines had issues in this, they very could because it's not just to be hacked, to be manipulated.
I get that.
But I'm not a machine guy.
But this will all be adjudicated and we'll get to the bottom.
We have to get to the bottom of it.
We have to get to the bottom.
And we have to get to the bottom of that day.
We have to get to the bottom of the Fed's direction.
We have to.
We owe it to the Republic.
Like you owed it to the Republic.
Remember when President Trump went, I think his approval was like in the 20s.
He was debanked.
All of us were debanked.
Eventually I went to federal prison because of that.
And guess what?
I'm proud of that.
I'm very proud of that.
To do it all over again, I would do everything, everything, everything exactly like we did it.
The only thing that chop-blocked us was Judas Pence.
If Judas Pence had just run the process and allowed all the congressmen and all the senators that wanted to take two hours, Per state, per chamber, to go through both the good and the bad.
The Democrats are going to have their shot to give the information.
American history would have been different.
I'm not sure American history would be better.
Be different, but I'm not so sure it would be better.
It was providential.
The last four years were providential.
God works in mysterious ways, not for us to understand.
Now are awakened and many more of our fellow citizens are awakened to the crisis.
The crisis of our republic.
When the pundits talk and they're on the TV and they're thinking all these great thoughts, just remember the same clowns.
Donald Trump's never coming back.
Donald Trump, MAGA's, remember they criminalize it.
Coming from that day has been the largest criminal investigation.
Think about that for a second.
With the communist infiltration into this country, into the government in the 1930s, and afterwards in the 50s, into Hollywood, into institutions, the universities, to give up, you know, the atomic bomb was given to the Russians, the hydrogen bomb given to the Russians.
Everything that happened, all of that, the turmoil in the 1960s, 9-11, and the radical nature of Islamic jihad in this country, you just see down in New Orleans the other day.
With all those misses, and this is the largest criminal investigation in the history of the nation.
That, for that.
Because of you.
What they wanted to do was to terrorize you, to intimidate you, to make sure that you just curled up and said, I can't do this anymore.
I'm going to go play golf.
I'm going to go play pickleball.
I'm going to pick up a new sport.
I'm going to play pickleball.
Well, you didn't.
You didn't.
This is what battle-hardened is.
They came after you and intimidated you through thousands in jail, tried to bankrupt others, tried to intimidate you to make sure that you backed off Trump and you just went back to being, you know, watching Fox News and voting for controlled opposition Republicans because that's what they want.
That's how they control this empire.
They never thought in 10 billion years on that afternoon, that evening.
In the days that followed, McConnell and all these guys, you remember them?
They're all out there.
Lindsey Graham, all of them.
You can never tell about people in good times.
You tell them about them in bad.
And that, until the day President Trump left on the 20th and then thereafter, was the lowest point of any political movement in the history of this republic.
History.
And you stood in the breach and said, no, I believe in Trump.
I believe in America first.
I believe in putting American citizens first.
I'm a populist.
I'm a nationalist.
I think these globalists are evil.
They're not going to quit.
On Saturday in Colorado, Tina Peters is in prison.
She's a gold star mother.
She's a gold star mother.
Which is the equivalent of like the Vestal Virgins in Republican Rome.
The highest.
She's a gold star mother.
Her son gave his life in defense of his country.
She was jackbooted down, kicked down the door, dragged, humiliated in prison, shackled in front of everybody.
She's in prison.
And George Soros was awarded the highest award your nation can offer to a civilian on Saturday in the White House, along with Hillary Clinton and a bunch of other clowns.
How anybody, and even people I admire like Denzel Washer, how you could possibly take a medal.
He's illegitimate.
We know he's illegitimate.
We know exactly what they did and how they did it.
This is what they call a hinge moment.
This is not a day of celebration.
It's a day of commemoration.
It's like you commemorate.
You don't celebrate.
You don't celebrate Pearl Harbor.
You don't celebrate Valley Forge.
You commemorate them.
You remember them.
The mystic cords of memory that tie us to something greater.
That something greater is this country and you.
That's the difference.
If Trump had just been a solo practitioner, if Trump had not touched something, Deep in the soul of the American people.
And the American people who will put their comfort aside to risk themselves and everything about themselves, everything about their personal lives, that's a power that this country has not seen.
That's why they fear you.
That's why they hate you.
Why do you think they have the largest criminal investigation?
Think about this for a second, the J6 people.
Everyday folks.
Everyday folks.
And Danbury in prison.
I went for four months.
They're guys there for five and six, ten years.
Longer.
Because of that day.
Why are they there?
Because they're trying to intimidate you.
It's not about them.
It's about you.
All of this is about you.
And what did you do?
You got serious.
You hunkered down.
And you delivered.
The greatest political victory in the history of this republic.
And thank God in heaven that Donald Trump had the moral courage, the moral courage, the moral courage to go to Mar-a-Lago and say no.
He said the other day in that talk at AmFest, I knew I had to run because I'd won in 2020. I knew I had to run because I won in 2020. A day to commemorate.
A day to remember where were you on January 6th of 2020?
What's the arc of your life been since then?
Your commitment?
The new relationships you've built?
The new connections?
This is what a fourth turning is about.
Julie Kelly was a complete unknown.
Living, I guess, in suburban Chicago.
Mike Davis had helped us, been a key member of getting confirmations, but was virtually unknown.
Outside of a very small circle of people that worked on the kind of esoteric confirmation hearings of judges.
Many, many, many, many people that are the leaders of this movement today, totally unknown on January 6th of 2020. Well, they're known today.
unidentified
Short break.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
steve bannon
*Dramatic Music* There's a lot of financial turmoil, particularly in the Asian markets.
Now's time to get to know the folks at Birch Gold.
You can text Bannon at 989898 and get all the free information about 401ks, IRAs, all that.
They have all kind of instrumentality to get you into precious metals as another asset class in your portfolio, your savings.
But you can also talk to the Philip Patrick and the team.
And we have the Modern Monetary Theory, the new free installment by going to birchgold.com slash ban and get it all for free.
But folks, and we're going to get into more.
I'm going to give you a sit-rep on where we stand with all the one bill, two bill, all that.
But we have to start off with January 6th because we have to.
We have to commemorate this.
The mystic chords of memory.
Attach you, this audience, right back to that.
And to the great turnaround this country's had because of you.
On your shoulders.
Birchgold.com.
Check it out.
We've got a lot of turbulence ahead of us folks.
A lot.
Which I'll get to in a little while.
Tina Peters is in a prison.
Ashley Babbitt sleeps in her grave.
Murdered in cold blood on Capitol Hill.
None of that has been set right.
But to make sure that you understand what you're up against, because it's not going to get wished away, and it's not just at the ballot box where we win and we'll continue to win as our coalition expands, particularly when the American people and African Americans and Hispanics and others understand that we're going to tear down this phony, quote-unquote, legal immigration.
We're the oligarchs, the sociopathic overlords in Silicon Valley, now led by the South Africans.
That makes a lot of sense, doesn't it?
They've done such a great job in their country.
They've come over here to tell us what to do in our country.
More on that later also.
Ashley Babbitt's dead.
Tina Peters is in prison.
Julie Kelly, who was a writing on COVID and politics and President Trump, then shifted.
To really something that'll go down in history because she chronicled this and did the hard work from the beginning.
Matthew Graves.
These people are relentless.
They are unchained.
And Matthew Graves has to understand something.
Matthew Graves, write this down.
Or if Matthew Graves' family or anybody that knows Matthew Graves, make sure his family knows this.
You're going to prison for a very long time.
You're a totally evil person that has broken the law and destroyed lives.
And the people whose lives you destroyed may not have the power to do anything about it, but we certainly do, and we are.
You are a truly evil individual, and you're deranged.
Lisa Monaco, Merrick Garland, the guy Bratt, Matthew Graves, all of you, we are going to torment you and destroy your lives because you deserve to have your lives destroyed like you've destroyed patriots from January 6th.
Yes, patriots.
You know why they were so shocked?
If we can get that clip also from the Harry Enten thing.
You know what they were most shocked about yesterday?
For the American people, only 5% actually even remember or think January 6th was a big deal.
That's what shocked them yesterday.
Everything that Biden did to make democracy, democracy, Joe Henry, democracy, democracy, I think the number is 5%.
Harry Enten sitting there with the guy running the show and they were gobsmacked.
Gobsmacked.
We remember it because it's a massively important day in the patriot movement.
Julie Kelly, Matthew Graves, just to get into your face, what did he just do today?
And he has to understand something.
Dude, you're going to be cute.
You've got two weeks here.
You're going to be cute.
You're going to be funny.
Matthew Graves, you think this is funny?
You think we take this as funny?
We don't take it as funny, brother.
And when you're serving in your 10th year of your 20-year sentence, In the cell, in a cell block, right?
At some low security, because you're not going to go to a camp to a low security prison.
I want you to remember this day, when we actually committed ourselves, body and soul, to make sure that you people are hunted down and brought to justice.
Julie Kelly.
julie kelly
So Matthew Graves is the Biden-appointed U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia.
He has overseen what they call the Capitol siege investigation and prosecution for almost for the past three years.
Matthew Graves resigned last week, effective January 16th, but today he issued.
A 48-month update into January 6th, where he not only brags, Steve, about the number of convictions that they have won, the plea deals that they've tormented people into, the rising caseload now reaching almost 1,600 defendants, but gallingly, to your point, shoving it in our face, he is warning that he could arrest up to 200 more.
Jay Sixers before he leaves office or at least before January 20th.
That was in his statement today.
I posted it on X. I'll be writing more about it on my sub stack.
But you know what, Steve?
We really have to emphasize something here.
And you brought up two names, Merrick Garland and Lisa Monaco.
Matthew Graves is a weak sister.
I've seen him in person.
I've asked him questions.
He is the most skittish little light in the loafers guy you would ever want to see.
All you have to do also is watch him in interviews or, you know, these press conferences that he gives.
He is not, I mean, his name is on the dirty work, but he is doing the political bidding of Merrick Garland and especially Lisa Monaco.
And they are the ones, especially Monaco, pulling the strings behind this.
And she has to be a subject of investigation just as much as Matthew Graves does.
steve bannon
Oh, no.
Lisa Monaco, Merrick Garland, the whole crew.
But I just want people – he resigned the other day.
We lit him up.
But he's put out – he says he's going to arrest – did I hear you right?
He's still going to arrest people between now and President Trump's Inauguration Day?
What's he going to do?
What's he committed to do?
julie kelly
In the statement today, he linked to the FBI's most wanted J6ers.
Now, he claims that they want people who assaulted law enforcement.
Okay, fine.
They've got a few hundred of those individuals, most of them very sketchy, dubious cases to begin with.
So he linked to a list that they are still looking for and asking the public to help.
I mean, we are two weeks away from Inauguration Day, and this is what Matthew Graves, Lisa Monaco, and Merrick Garland are warning Americans.
And at the same time, Stephen, this is important to emphasize as well, Today in court, they are Resentencing a woman who is convicted and is in federal prison right now, a mother and grandmother who has been in a federal prison convicted of the now unlawful 1512C2 obstruction of an official proceeding.
Matthew Graves wants her to stay in jail for the same amount of time that the judge sentenced her for on the unlawful 1512C2, adding a bunch of enhancements.
steve bannon
Hold, hold, hang on.
Hold, hold, hold.
Slow down, slow down, slow down, slow down.
This is Fisher.
This is this boga—no, no, no, no, I know.
Julie Kelly can go to zero to 60 almost as quick as Laura Loomer or Baccia.
I want to make sure people understand this, particularly new people who have come to the show.
They conceived a totally illegitimate—they took a thing called stopping a government proceeding, which came out of Enron, which was really about holding documents, etc.
They knew at the time they took this and illegally, illegitimately put it in as a charge.
Because they had to get guys charged for felonies for longer periods of time.
They completely gun-decked this.
Who said that?
Not Steve Bannon, not Julie Kelly.
The Supreme Court of these United States, in a sweeping decision, I think it was the Fisher decision, told us, this was over a year ago, was it not, Julie?
That that was illegitimate, illegal, shouldn't have been done, and should be reversed.
I thought immediately these judges and Matthew Graves would go back and say, you know what?
We messed up here.
We're sorry.
We apologize.
We apologize to these people.
Let's let them out right away, and we'll figure out how to compensate them.
Did that not happen, ma'am?
julie kelly
It did not.
So this is the 1512C2. Obstruction of an official proceeding statute that was born out of the Enron scandal.
This DOJ, for the first time ever, and of course, again, a Lisa Monaco specialty because she was on the Enron task force and helped create this statute.
This statute unlawfully applied for the first time against political protesters who interrupted a government meeting.
So they applied this, Matthew Graves, to at least 300 J6ers.
It also represented, Steve, two of the four counts in Special Counsel Jack Smiths, now dismissed criminal indictment against Donald Trump.
The Supreme Court reversed how the DOJ had been applying that in the Fisher opinion that was published on June 28th.
So we're talking, what, almost now six months ago.
But instead of Matthew Graves' office sucking it up, admitting knowingly that they made a mistake, they continued, Steve, to charge people with 1512C2 after the Supreme Court granted cert, meaning that there was a very strong signal that the court was going to overturn how they had been applying 1512C2. He continued to charge people with that.
After the Supreme Court ruling, no, Matthew Graves did not.
Blanket go to the courts.
Every single indictment, conviction, and sentencing, people who are still in prison on that, and say, we're vacating, we move to dismiss this conviction, move to dismiss this pending charge.
No.
Defendants have to spend more money, go to the judge, ask the judge to dismiss the case, and this is dragging on for months.
But what's really galling is Matthew Graves' 1512c2.
It's really important.
It's a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
They used that to keep people in prison for years.
People are in prison now for years with the 1512c2 animating, controlling these long prison sentences.
But instead of going back to the judge and saying, okay, we're vacating this 1512c2 conviction, therefore the sentence should go from Four, five, six years down to 12 months.
No, they're not doing that.
Today, in the case of Rachel Powell, who was sentenced to 57 months in prison with a 1512C2 driving that long prison sentence, Judge Lambert's sentencing her to 57 months.
Today, there's a hearing in his courtroom, and the DOJ is still asking to keep her in federal prison for 57 months by adding all these new enhancements.
Still arguing that she obstructed an official proceeding, even though the Supreme Court said that is not one of the elements in 1512 C2. What happened on January 6, 2021 was not an official proceeding.
So this is how Matthew Graves, this radical leftist, doing the bidding again of Lisa Monaco, is not just continuing to throw people in prison, keep people in prison, but thumb his nose at the Supreme Court.
I hope that the Supreme Court is watching, by the way.
steve bannon
I hope they're watching, but this isn't coming upon us.
This is another effort of everything that people have to do, and I realize that particularly in pushing forward, and I'll give you a sit-rep on where we stand.
Everybody's got their plates full, particularly making sure that President Trump's second term is very successful when we turn this country around.
But we've got to pardon all the J6 people day one, all of them.
And we have to immediately...
Go after on a tribunal basis, a special prosecutor basis.
Whatever it's got to be, it's got to be 1,000% in daylight.
Because the facts here are so overwhelming.
The American people will be so infuriated.
And Matthew Graves, a little weasel like you, I'm not so sure federal prison is going to be the best place for you to reach your full self, let's say.
These are hard, nasty places.
Tell us about Rachel for a second.
Tell us about this.
I got about 60 seconds.
Tell us about this mother that's...
Can you stay through the next block?
Just stay through the next block.
I'll take it out.
julie kelly
And then I can report on what happened to her.
steve bannon
Perfect.
We'll hold you through the break, so just hang on for one second.
57 months in a federal prison.
57 months in a federal prison.
The illegitimate, the Supreme Court overturned this bogus charge of, you know, stopping official proceeding, which was never meant to this.
This is how they gun-decked it.
And their arrogance, they never in a million years, folks, thought that you, this audience, would have the back of Trump and that Trump would have the moral courage to come back and that the American people, given everything they've been overwhelmed with on the media, would be open to hear the facts.
The hunted are now going to become the hunters.
harry enten
Short break.
unidentified
Look here.
harry enten
All right.
January 6th is the biggest memory of Trump's first term.
Look at this.
unidentified
Wow.
That is something.
harry enten
It's just 5%.
I mean, most folks, simply put, were willing to dismiss it without much of an issue.
And among Republicans, what do we see?
It was just 2%.
So even though you had that significant chunk of Republicans who said, we oppose it, even though the vast majority of Americans opposed it, the bottom line, when it came to November, even when it comes now, most Americans, simply put, Manu, are not thinking about it.
steve bannon
You see the gasps there?
Everything they did?
This is one of the many reasons they lost.
Julie Kelly, Tina Peters, great story over at the Gateway Punt.
Tina Peters is in prison.
Ashley Babbitt rests in her grave.
These demons and their demons, Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, and your judgment day is coming, folks.
And Lisa Monaco and Merrick Garland, Matthew Grace, remember, the more that we give sunlight to this, the more transparent this is, the more the American people are going to condemn you.
I would strongly recommend all three of you get the copy of Dante's Inferno.
And read about the different levels of hell and why, particularly, Dante said people were assigned to those, particularly about hypocrisy and political hypocrisy and doing to your fellow man.
So make sure I would...
Matthew, that would be a great primer for you before your prison term.
Julie Kelly, your thoughts, man, before we let you go.
julie kelly
I mean, just going back over the past four years, Steve, I said in my column today on my Substack, even the most imaginative, diabolical, creative, crazy screenwriter could never have written the story of what we've seen over the past four years.
And to your point, the Democratic Party, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and the news media especially putting all their eggs in this January 6th basket, really thinking that they could not only Permanently end Donald Trump's political career, put him in prison, but also kill the MAGA movement over the events of January 6th, an utter historic failure on so many levels.
And you really have to believe that there is a higher influence about what's happened in this country the past four years, that these demons did not win, prevail in the end.
steve bannon
Our cause is righteous.
And we're a righteous people.
Our cause is righteous.
And divine providence worked through this audience.
And worked through Trump.
Trump's decision, a conscious decision, to return to the battlefield is why he's the American Cincinnatist and why we're here today with victory.
It's the greatest, it's the greatest, Kenny wrote this book, Profiles and Courage, it's the greatest example of moral courage in the history of the nation.
In the history of the nation.
Think about the 34 felony counts.
They want to put him in Rikers Island for 20 years.
You don't think these demons, Matthew Graves and Lisa Monaco and Merrick Garland, these smiling demons, anybody that would give George Soros and invite George Soros into the house, into the house of this republic, that people have died on foreign battlefields to defend, to invite that demon.
That demon in there and give him the highest medal, the equivalent, the civilian equivalent of the Congressional Medal of Honor and mock you and smirk with Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, Matthew Graves, all of you.
We're going to hunt you down to the ends of the earth in a legal process, not what you gave the J6 people because you know why you thought they were powerless.
The reason you did it and the reason you will be condemned forever in the eyes of the American people Is that you did it because you thought they were powerless.
And you're going to show their cohorts how powerless they are, how powerless this movement is.
Well, guess what?
Not only is it not powerless, it's the most powerful political movement in the history of this nation.
And in two weeks from today, it takes power.
And you are not going to like what is done with that power and fully legal.
Fully transparent.
And for not just the American people.
We're out, as Lincoln said, thrust upon the world stage.
Thrust upon the world stage for the world to watch.
And for the world to judge our actions.
This is a righteous movement with righteous people and a righteous leader in Donald Trump.
And I know they hate that.
And the more they hate it, the more I relish it.
I detest you people.
I despise you people.
Julie Kelly, where do we go to get your writing, ma'am?
julie kelly
Well, that was a good send-off.
Thank you for this, Steve.
And Steve, thank you for covering all of my work.
Because I will tell you, I honestly believe if a handful of reporters, me, Darren Beatty, maybe one other, and you covering all of this, I do think eventually that the January 6th narrative would have held and would have played a bigger part in the outcome of the election.
So I want to thank you.
And everyone at the War Room, the War Room Posse, for taking this to their lawmakers and making this such a cause.
For the MAGA movement.
steve bannon
If you didn't have Beattie and Revolver, if you didn't have you and one or two others that did the pick and shovel work, the hard work, hours and hours and hours in courtroom and going through documents, we had the easy...
My job's easy.
I stand in front of my microphone and scream like a madman, right?
But it's a platform and the audience shared yours.
The audience were forced multipliers.
And eventually the American people saw it against all the media apparatus.
You see how shocked they were in CNN? They gasped on CNN. You did that.
You did that.
Julie Kelly with her work, Darren Beattie with her work, and this audience was sharing, becoming a force multiplier on social media.
That's what did this.
It's so obvious what happened.
Julie Kelly, once more, where do we go?
julie kelly
Declassified with Julie Kelly is my substep.
Real clear investigations.
Also, and of course, a lot of time on Twitter.
I'll be posting a lot of stuff today as it's coming in.
Julie underscore Kelly too.
steve bannon
Thank you, ma'am.
Great work.
julie kelly
See you later, Steve.
Thanks so much.
steve bannon
See you.
The right stuff takes us out.
Julie Kelly's got the right stuff.
Darren Beattie, this audience.
The grit and determination and just good old cussedness.
We're not going to stop.
We're never going to surrender.
We don't back down.
We double down.
We don't retreat.
We fix bayonets and go forward.
And we will not accept defeat.
We don't accept it.
Only victory.
That's why this movement's unstoppable.
It's not stoppable.
Because...
Most groups, most people, when they're defeated, they curl up in the fetal position.
They can't take it.
They came after you.
They threw every part of state power and capitalist power and corporate power against you, and you overcame it.
This will be remembered for hundreds of years, what you accomplished.
