Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
You're not going to get a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
unidentified
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
2025, the 118th Congress is about to wrap up.
In one hour from now, we'll start the 119th Congress with the help of this audience.
We'll make it just as historic as the last one, and it's going to be a quite tough fight to make sure that we can make America great again.
A lot of this is going to deal with the legislation coming out of here.
One of the things I think, just saying, if you want Johnson, you're long Johnson, the Dignity Act that Upton and And Natalie Winters went through kind of part by part and showed what a sick joke that is.
That has had some push from the establishment, from the powers that be.
Johnson has not totally signed off on that, is my understanding.
But that has not been quashed, and you see the outrageous nature of it.
This is why we make the case that a central thing here, in addition to the spending and the deportations, has to be the thinking in one whole thing of these legal immigration.
They're all falling back on immigration.
When you look at it, there is no legal immigration.
This is why we've called for 100% moratorium for President Trump to get Stephen Miller on it, and let's get through this and kind of come back with a report that, oh, yeah, well, here's what's actually, these are all being gamed.
The whole system's being gamed.
To the detriment of American citizens.
And for the detriment of American citizens, not for a demonstrably better outcome.
It's not that in every aspect of this, understanding diversity is our strength.
And when you talk about diversity is our strength, this is specifically targeted both at the illegal alien level and at all the visas, and particularly H-1B visas, at African American and Hispanics.
This is why they know African Americans or Hispanics of any kind of amount that numerically makes a difference in Silicon Valley or in tech jobs.
Because you import the world.
Invade the world, import the world.
Or invade the world, invite the world, I guess it is.
That's what these fights are going to go on, and these fights are going to get quite intense, and these fights are going to be first ourselves.
To make sure that we can get this sorted and that what's being put forward, if Johnson's your guy and you own Johnson, okay, and you didn't agree to any procedural changes, nothing on the rules committee, nothing on deficit reduction, nothing on debt ceiling, nothing on making sure these are budget neutrals, all that was off the table.
I understand it.
We'll see here in a few minutes.
Starting at noon, you'll actually see what, if any, the deals that were behind the scenes for days and days and days and days, if anything's been approved.
If it hasn't, that's fine.
We'll have to see what then you come up with.
And we'll be, obviously, and this audience will be in the middle of this.
And I realize a lot of people are sitting there going, my God, Bannon, we did all this work, and we did everything, and we won on the 5th, and we're all, you know, we won a party, and we're taking Washington.
I'm trying to give you a reality check.
I would love to sit there and pat you on the head and say, yes, this is all terrific.
It's going to happen.
But it's not going to happen unless you make it happen.
Your agency makes it happen.
Because there's a...
We're inexorably polled just the way the system is set up with the lords of easy money and the sociopathic overlords and the corporatists, these immense powers that control, don't call it the swamp, that's too cutesy, these immense powers that control your government and control this country, the vested interest that believe in the forever wars, believe in the continual printing of money, that the concentration of wealth has come off of, basically turning the Federal Reserve into a way to increase liquidity.
So that the bond market and the stock market are always flush with cash from the printer.
And as I've said, every year you go through this, you're decreasing your range of alternatives.
And so now we are where we are.
We will have a monumental fight over this.
That, folks, we know how to fight and we know how to win.
But you've got to pick your shots.
Right now, the reality is...
The reality is there is not really an alternative now.
If you stop Johnson on the fifth ballot, alternatives might come up.
But for all the Trump people out there, probably the most logical alternative they turn to is Emmer.
Are you prepared to accept that?
Are you prepared to accept that Emmer's never really been a Trump guy?
Now, he would probably be better than Johnson.
I don't know.
It seems like he might be better.
I don't know how you could get worse.
First of all, I say, how could you get worse than Johnson?
He just lied to everybody on this 1,500-page document.
If he was a trustworthy guy, if he was, you know, believed he was a Christian, right, that could be up front and not a gutless little coward, he would have told people, hey, I've actually had Hakeem Jeffries, I've negotiated this for six weeks, and ba-boom, here you are.
1,500 pages with another couple of hundred billion dollars not offset, paid for, you know, NSCR on top of it.
Oh, and we slipped ourselves a pay raise and all kind of other things that were horrible about keeping programs going on and pandemic programs going on and censorship going on.
I mean, if you remember that, that thing you threw up in your mouth when people started looking at it.
That's Johnson.
That's what you get.
But today we're going to make you speaker because, I don't know, Brains greater than mine think that this guy can deliver.
The precision engineering.
I say it's not going to happen.
But more importantly, it's what is that program they're going to push?
What the MAGA base, I don't believe, is prepared to accept is continuation into Ukraine and continuation into the kinetic part of the Third World where we're funding it.
Or American troops have to go on some peacekeeper.
You can see right now how they're trying to position President Trump.
I don't believe they're going to accept anything but full and complete program of deportations in a humane manner, but deportations.
Yeah, starting with the criminals and the crazies, but hey, all $15 million got to go and there's got to be a program for that.
I also think that the Warren Posse and others that are affiliated with us are not going to sit there and say, no, we can't have a program that we look at it adds another $4 or $5 trillion or $6 trillion to the debt.
And the only thing that we've got offset is some sort of ephemeral You know, years six, seven, eight, nine, we're going to get wins.
Remember McCarthy, we got more conservative wins.
Remember his first budget, the thing he came out with?
There are more conservative wins here than ever been in recorded history.
We go, yo, dude, what are you talking about?
These quote-unquote wins are all things that happen in like year six.
We don't have a year six.
We're not interested in year six.
We're interested in now.
Period zero.
And that's where you've got to go.
The same applies here.
So, get ready and get ready to get strapped in.
Because today, you're going to have a lot of promises and say, okay, if that's the way it's got to be, then the promises got to be.
It's got to be promises made, promises kept.
We have to do this, and we've got to get back to one of the basics here.
You know, they've all got the guys on MSNBC and Fox are talking about kitchen table issues.
We've got to get back to kitchen table people.
You know, Trump won because of kitchen table issues.
Let me give you the biggest kitchen table issue, is what somebody comes in with a check for.
Before he started sitting there in the checkbook and worrying about the cost, what are they actually bringing home?
What are you bringing home?
You look at the angst and the anxiety, and I would say this, before this guy, look, you had two Army guys.
They're just coming out now with a...
The development, but particularly the tech sergeant that got wrapped up in radical Islam.
If you look at his history before in the videos, I don't know, he was an IT specialist in the army.
You know, and he had financial problems after that.
He kind of went from job to job.
Maybe this is what I'm talking about.
Before he got radicalized, he failed in this system.
He failed in our system, and then he got radicalized.
That happens to a lot of people.
Somehow, either through their own effort or because of the structure of the system, they don't succeed.
They want to succeed.
They see the commercials.
They see around.
They want to succeed.
They want to work hard.
They want to provide with their family.
They want to be able to do the little things that make life interesting and exciting.
So we sit around the kitchen table issues.
What's the check itself?
Well, the check is only two-thirds of what it should be because, you know, daddy's competing against foreign workers that have been brought in here.
For what?
Their families didn't do anything to build this country.
Their families didn't do anything to put forward the American project.
Of course they want to come here for a better life.
Well, why don't we start thinking about the better life for the American citizens?
This gets back to the immigration.
There is no legal immigration in this country right now.
That's a bald-faced lie.
And all you have to do is look at the Dignity Act.
It's interesting that Dignity Act is not about the dignity of American workers or American citizens, just not.
It's about the dignity of the foreign workers that come here.
Fine, we're not here to take away their dignity.
We don't want them here.
And this is not racist.
This is not nativist.
Because what we said, and if you look at what happened on November 5th, we had the beginning of a 1932-type coalition.
You have African-American men and you have Hispanic men and Hispanic families that are prepared to open themselves up to listen to President Trump and the MAGA movement.
Because they know they can't support anymore the sanctuary cities and the madness going on in the cities and just the Economic deprivation that the Democrats provide and just happy talk to them.
And one of the ways to do that is to make sure that they're competing here in the United States and not against the world on their home court.
Because they don't have to and they shouldn't have to.
There was a piece in the New York Post the other day about the Selma effect and how the Selma, the symbolism of standing on Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma in that critical day resonated down through the ages.
Resonate down through the ages of African-American voters, even when their economic interests weren't being protected by the Democrats.
It's kind of like, you know, What's Wrong With Kansas?
That book that came out years ago talked about Republican voters voted against their own working class, voted against their own interests to back these kind of Koch-type projects because they were throwing a shiny toy on the cultural side.
This could be our Selma.
We could have the Selma effect here.
This could be our Selma moment by showing...
American workers showing African Americans, Hispanics, white working class, all of it.
Asian Americans, all of it.
That, hey, you're number one.
That there is a sanctity.
There's a sacredness to that idea of citizenship that's been passed down from every patriot's grave, generation after generation to you.
It's bequeathed to you, your citizenship.
Not simply the country, not simply America first, but American citizens first.
It's bequeathed to you.
And you have to cherish that.
And there's certain things you're going to have to do, like pay your taxes and be part of civic society.
And if called upon, serve your country as volunteers.
Serve your country.
Right?
But for doing that, there's a compact.
And that compact is, we're not going to look in every way possible to screw you.
And to take just a fair thing of your own, of the fruits of liberty.
That should be bequeathed to you, that we're going to game the system every different way to not just make you pay taxes and everything like that, but also make sure that you don't have the economic opportunity you have.
You look at that guy.
What had happened if he had gotten an IT job and was able to perform in the IT job and got training in the IT job?
Would he have been radicalized?
I don't know.
I think you can see a direct correlation from his failure in the economic system to his radicalization, to holding on to something that told him he was better.
You know, he was better.
Your being a failure didn't mind because...
It's this evil, corrupt society, right?
Filled with these demons and all this, you know, sex and drugs and all this.
And go to New Orleans.
Go down to the French Quarter.
Go down to, you know, outside the Sugar Bowl where all these depraved Americans are and your fellow citizens and kill them.
We've got long, tough fights ahead of us, but we have to be clear and have amazing clarity about what it is, what we're trying to accomplish.
The situation on the board of deportation, I said, that can be solved.
You can see this thing on the visas.
That can all be solved.
I got a very simple visa solution, H-1Bs.
Eliminate the program 100% right now.
It's the first thing Joe says.
It's 100%.
Deport immediately all the H-1B holders.
Deport them.
30 days.
Here you are.
Hire immediately into all those spaces Americans at the same training or above.
And there are plenty out there.
And then, I think, you start the conversations with the sociopathic overlords in Silicon Valley and the private equity guys, like, holy, you gamed this system, you stole from these principally late 30s, early 40s, middle-aged people and above, their livelihood, the fruits of their labor, the blessings of liberty.
Yes, you did.
Maybe we've got to talk about compensation for that.
That's later, down the road.
Immediately, end the program.
Deport the workers and hire Americans.
Bang, bang, bang.
These are the types of fights ahead of us.
Don't think somebody's just going to sit there and go, oh, that's terrific.
I guess that's what Elon's talking about.
When he said he'll fight us to the death on any change.
Oh, but now he realizes change has to happen.
And yeah, maybe you pay him more or make the paperwork harder.
Make sure Americans are retrained.
The retarded Americans, I think he referred to people.
The fight is on.
It's game day here.
Not sure it's going to be much of a game.
That starts at noon.
Natalie Wendersworth is next.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
Okay.
steve bannon
We are jacked up today.
Maybe I'm not screaming, but we're jacked up.
Warpath.coffee.
Go see what the War Room Posse is saying about it.
6,000 five-star reviews.
Go to the site, warpath.coffee.
Put in War Room, you're going to get a 15% discount.
But, spend your time there.
Hang around the website.
Check it out.
They've got all kinds of blends, mixed blends.
As you know, I'm a dark roast guy.
Mariner's Blend, made specifically for Stephen K. Bannon.
Remind me of my old Navy brew on the Destroyer, but this is a big upgrade.
As Tash and the guys, the Navy SEALs made a big upgrade off of the Navy brew they had to drink when they were SEALs.
Birch Gold.
We're going to go through some economic turbulence.
If you haven't gotten that from today's show, understand there is going to be turbulence.
Yes, there is.
As we hammer through, this is not going to wave a magic wand.
It's all going to be better.
You, this audience, are going to make it better because we're going to man up.
Right now, the reports from the floor are the Freedom Caucus, and there's like, I don't know, a dozen, maybe more people not happy about all this, wanting to have real commitments.
Right now, it looks like, besides Victoria Sparks, most of the Freedom Caucus, I believe, is going to vote for Johnson, not because they want Johnson, not because they approve of his program, not any of that, but as a show of support for President Trump.
President Trump, just to be, make sure the Warren Posse understands, has been whipping this.
He's been talking to people, and he wants Johnson.
He wants Johnson, and it looks like he's going to get Johnson.
So that's where we stand right now.
There's going to be some turbulence, I think, going forward.
Not simply for that pick, but because of what we have to do to implement this plan.
It just is.
Particularly in a system, it's like a drug addict.
They're addicted to heroin, and you've got to get them off.
The first thing you have to do is get them off that drug and go through that process of getting out of their body.
Then you have to rehab them.
That's what has to happen here.
We're addicted, the lords of easy money, in modern monetary theory where they didn't think there was any penalty to this.
Now you realize there is a penalty because the embedded nature of the debt and the refinancing of the debt and the higher interest rates you have to continue to finance it crowd out other money.
It becomes a bigger part of the budget.
It kind of becomes a self-defeating proposition.
But that's why your credit cards get to 25% to 29%.
President Trump has said, hey, I'm going to get it down to 10%.
That, folks, is going to be a fight.
That's just not going to snap your finger and happen, right?
As many of these things are not going to happen.
So go to birchgold.com and get free The End of the Dollar Empire.
Also, text Bannon at 989898 and text that.
You can get all the free information about how gold might make sense in your asset allocation, particularly in times of turbulence where gold has been a hedge against times of turbulence for 5,000 years of mankind's recorded history.
Last but not least, Sacred Human Health.
We need you healthy because you're going to have to man the ramparts.
Fix the bayonets and all.
Make sure you get Sacred Human Health.
Go to the website.
Drill down on the products you have.
I happen to love the grass-fed beef liver, but they've got so many great products.
Check it out.
You've got products that help you sleep.
You've got immunity.
You've got the magnesium and D3. Many more are going to come online.
People rave about this.
Check the reviews.
But do it yourself.
You're free men and free women.
Part of the blessings of liberty is to have options and alternatives like that, sacred human health.
Natalie Winters, you call.
It's kind of a ruckus yesterday.
So the 118th Congress has now gone into recess.
They'll be brought back up at about 1155, just to walk you through the process.
It'll be adjourned.
It'll be the end of the 118th Congress, of which this audience was a major participant.
This audience will be a major participant going forward.
Not so sure in the initial...
On the vote for the speaker, because it looks like President Trump, in a show of solidarity around President Trump and his program, people are coming together, and a lot of people there, and even moderates, are saying, Johnson's not the best, but he's kind of what we got, right?
He's kind of what we got, and we're going to have to live with this.
And I don't agree with Jim Jordan coming out and saying he worked his tail off.
I beg to differ, sir.
He misrepresented and lied, and I think screwed President Trump, screwed the Republican conference, screwed the nation by this outrageous, you know, CR that he gave and lied to people.
Oh, you know, it was all just a two-pager until the last couple of days.
That was all a lie.
He negotiated with Hakeem Jeffries for weeks and weeks and weeks.
McConnell had his stuff in the instrument of stuff, and then we should just face it.
Just to say, hey, the guy's a liar, and I think sometimes a pathological liar, but hey, that's okay.
He says one thing in these meetings, comes out, and staff does something else.
But that's what you want.
You're going to get it.
You're going to get it.
And now we're going to go into a firestorm, and this is what you got.
So, hey, you got it, but on this conference tomorrow...
We're going to be all over.
And if it comes out, there's going to be more massive spending and no cuts and all kind of cuts are going on in the out years.
It's just not going to wash.
And here's why it's not going to wash.
The Warren Posse is here to help you.
We want to make sure this is successful, but the bond market is going to throw up all over this.
You already see the bond market where it's going right now.
It's not exactly happy.
It's showing you the signals that they're waiting and waiting and waiting to see what this is all about.
So there can't be any more hundreds of billions of dollars to Ukraine.
There can't be any more hundreds of billions of dollars to take care of these illegal alien invaders.
Those days are over, and somebody's got to be the adult to say, no, we can't do this anymore.
This is insane.
This is insanity.
We have to stop it.
We really have to go, and we actually have to stop it, and that's why I'm so big on these two reconciliations.
In this first reconciliation, Natalie, this is where we've got to go to start to get out root and branch, right?
Elon Musk talked about getting certain elements out root and branch the Republican Party.
Well, dude, that's not going to happen, okay?
The MAGA movement gets stronger every day.
Not the tech bros.
The South Africans get weaker, okay?
Not stronger.
But you've brought up the fact that none of this legal immigration is actually legal.
It's all a way to game the system.
And until you get that sorted and get more revenue...
Either through tax cuts or better paychecks to the American citizens, the backbone of this country, there's no way really to go forward.
Every way to go forward is always contracted by, hey, we need to pay for more Medicaid, we need to pay for this, they need to pay for the babies, you need to pay for health care, you need to pay for their children, you need pre-school programs, because nobody's got any cash.
The reason they don't have any cash, you've got the whole world in their home, the United States of America, taking their jobs.
And compete with them when they're not better trained.
This is the one that makes you most mad.
They're not better trained.
In fact, you could actually argue they're worse trained.
They're just more compliant.
So, Natalie, walk us through.
I know you want to talk about, I think, Federal Register today, Federal Rules.
Walk us through addition, because you were blowing heads up last night, ma'am.
natalie winters
Well, Steve, I think you left out the best pitch, which is that in order to tackle the Chinese Communist Party, we have to, what, massively import Chinese nationals, both legally and illegally, restructure the asylum laws so we can jam through and ram through the highest number, I believe, in recorded history of people who are allegiant to the Chinese Communist Party so your children and grandchildren's future are not going to be beholden by Xi Jinping.
Try to square that logic.
But I would say Jim Jordan is functionally correct, right?
Speaker Johnson did work really hard just for the Democrats and for foreign countries and frankly, every single country except the United States.
But I think we should take a step back.
I mean, how lucky we are that we have this wonderful audience that has even put us in the point where now votes that used to just sort of, you know, happen quickly and, you know, without a shot heard around the world, like the Speaker's race.
Well, now at least people are going to be held accountable.
Right, for those votes.
And I think that that's something that's squarely on the shoulders of this audience.
But Speaker Johnson has gotten rolled time and time over.
And frankly, Steve, I'm so glad, what was it, about two years ago that our congressional bettors held a vote to defend gas stoves?
Right, as the shiny toy, while what, simultaneously allowing Joe Biden to get every single thing he could wanted fiscally and more, leave the border wide open, do essentially nothing for American energy.
It's purely been performative.
And while all of these idiots go on Fox and all these stupid TV programs and invoke border security, remember, they were the ones that introduced the legislation that allowed border wall materials that President Trump wants to now use to be auctioned off by the Biden regime.
Because I'm sure Mayorkas is really going to protect and preserve border wall materials.
That seems like that's on his CV. But all the while, House Republicans are doing nothing.
To defend American sovereignty, we can get into the Federal Register stuff because I think it shows you the stark juxtaposition because Democrats, particularly the Biden regime, DHS and DOJ, are secretly ramming through, not in these grand press conferences where they're telling you what their agenda is,
But secretly through administrative review, really a testament to the power of the deep state, massive sweeping overhauls of amnesty and refugee application, that whole system, H-1B visas, H-2B visas, admissions criteria for migrants under the idea of what constitutes national admissions criteria for migrants under the idea of what constitutes national security threats, as well as jamming and gumming up the system when it comes to the interplay between asylum officers and immigration
If you want me, I can run through some of the changes on the H-1B program because, Steve, this is the top line assessment.
What they're doing to reform the H-1B program is to, quote, improve program efficiency and provide greater benefits and flexibilities for petitioners and beneficiaries.
Now, you'd be mistaken to think that any of those nouns are in reference to American citizens or American workers, but no.
Rather, they only apply to foreign workers and the companies that are streamlining them here into the United States to undercut the pay of every single American citizen, STEM or otherwise.
They actually go so far as to remove the itinerary requirement, which mandates that employers and the body shops giving out these visas stipulate and actually explain what exactly these workers are doing, how long they're working, where they're working.
That requirement is completely gone.
They're actually reworking the definition of what constitutes NGOs and the nonprofit H-1B visa category, which try to make that make sense.
I don't know why we're importing a bunch of foreigners and people from India and China to work for left-wing non-profits.
That makes absolutely no sense.
I'd say you could probably compound that with, what, the whole ActBlue fiasco where all these left-wing organizations are being funded by foreign cash, too. They're actively working to basically rework the student visa process. So anyone that is on an H-1B or an F-1 status… Hang on one second.
steve bannon
I want to get into all of this.
As we lead up to the Speaker vote, Tom Massey just said on a radio program, as we were on, there are three alternatives.
That would be Jordan, Emmers, and Byron Donald.
He didn't say that, but that's who basically...
But none of those guys have stepped forward and said, I want it or I can do it.
That would be a problem.
Might take it if it was offered to them.
Looks like the Freedom Caucus is going to back President Trump and President Trump's selection of Speaker Johnson.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
Birchgold.com.
End of the dollar empire.
Modern monetary theory.
Get it.
Read it.
Weekend reading assignment.
I'll talk about it maybe on Monday, maybe tomorrow's show.
Give a little tutorial.
Short break.
Back in a moment.
The other issue is the confirmation, the Senate side.
And I'm telling you...
We're going to hit a firestorm here.
They're going to try to shear President Trump's wings off.
We've got to get these people confirmed.
We've got to flood the zone.
People have got to double and triple their efforts here.
You're going to have to force this.
You're going to have to force doing these guys right now.
From what I'm hearing is that just going before the committees is not going to start to basically right before President Trump gets there.
I believe Thursday the 16th and Friday the 17th.
That's the committees.
Remember the process.
You've got to go to committee.
Then give the committee time to think about it, then they vote, and then it goes to the floor, and then it's got to be scheduled for a vote.
So President Trump, it looks like, I think, is going to start his first week without anybody.
Now, I may get a different, some more information this afternoon, and we'll talk about it.
But you've got to get, and this is why I think Kash Patel, we need to control the FBI right away.
Kash Patel should be, he and Pam Bondi should be one and two.
Pete Hexas, I don't know if they're making any parts of it.
Of course, we've had Pete's back.
You've had Pete's back.
You talked about the other day with Posobiec, you know, on the Antifa riots, President Trump's first inauguration.
You remember what a nightmare that was, particularly on that Saturday.
Pete Hexas, the street reporter for Fox News.
Pete knows this very well.
Pete is the kind of guy I'm getting.
There's something going on deeply wrong with the United States Army.
Deeply wrong with the United States Army.
Now, they're trying to cast it up on TV as, oh, this is white nationalists, you've got these white supremacists.
Something deeply wrong with, quite frankly, the radicalization in Islamic Jihad inside the United States Army.
It's got to be dealt with.
It has to be dealt with.
Pete Hexas can do that.
But we need these guys confirmed.
President Trump's team needs to be confirmed.
We're not starting confirmation hearings on Tuesday the 7th at these committees.
That's a problem.
You need to flood the zone.
If you just go up onesies, twosies, then they're going to pick you off.
That has to be, you know, that has to be forced at the same time that he's getting the staff, the White House staff, I think they hired, throughout the whole government, 3,000 people don't need to be confirmed.
I think they're, I don't know, 400 or 500. I think you need to be at 1,000 on game day on the 20th.
The 20th is going to be a pretty historic day.
We're going to do coverage from Davos.
We're going to do all the inauguration coverage, and more importantly, not just the ceremony, obviously very important, the inauguration, but then getting into actually the government and the government's first day, President Trump's first day of his second term, which will be explosive in the National Championship football game, falls that night, going to be quite a day, the 20th.
A lot more about details of that in the days to come of our coverage, what we're going to be looking at.
Natalie, So we're about, we're 30 minutes in the run-up now.
The 18th Congress is going to end.
The 119th Congress will begin.
It looks like right now, other people reporting could be chaotic.
I don't think, I think they've worked out the deals.
Now, those deals, and this is what I think is disappointing about the Freedom Caucus coming in, and some of the deficit hawks supporting Johnson, I don't, I believe that is without commitments.
On reconciliation, without commitments of offsets, without commitments of deficit reduction.
I'm not so sure any of this stuff got done in the last couple hours.
We will see.
Regardless, because those are all just kind of handshakes anyway, right?
Even Gates, when he got the thing in writing, you've got to enforce it.
This is going to be a massive enforcement problem of going forward.
One of the central things is to get the more revenues and higher paychecks to American citizens is you have to stop the unfair competition.
You have to stop the corporatists from getting their way.
Their way is all these foreign workers at lower pay.
And remember, when you get those foreign workers here at lower pay, they get the kids over here.
You're underwriting the health care.
You're underwriting the education.
All of it.
It all comes as a package.
Natalie Winters, you've gone through this now.
You're now adamant there is no legal immigration in the country.
It's all illegal because the system, even theoretically, which wasn't great, in fact, it was kind of terrible, has all been gamed that now it's just open season on American workers, ma'am.
natalie winters
Yeah, I mean, I wouldn't really even categorize it as competition because American workers aren't even really given the chance.
To actually compete, right?
When you look at the breakdown of salaries, and frankly, if you were to evaluate this through a competitive lens, American workers win on every important metric, but that's not what these companies are prioritizing, right?
Because they don't believe in the value of citizenship or sovereignty.
They just care about maximizing their profits and importing an indentured servant and slave class.
And, I mean, they'll say as much.
Like I said, I was going through this Federal Register stuff, which speaks to how Democrats Are working absolutely overtime while House Republicans can't even do anything meaningful.
But they're now saying that they want to introduce new exemptions to H-1B caps for someone who they say is, quote, not directly employed by a qualifying organization, but still spends at least half of their time providing essential work.
Like I said, they want to fast-track students, allowing them to essentially permanently change their F-1 status to an H-1B visa.
So they can work and steal even more jobs from Americans.
And then they also made a point to stress that they will not be implementing regulations that will prevent these corrupt Indian diploma mills and H-1B body shops and all the shady visa entities.
From submitting multiple applications or registrations on behalf of the same individual.
But it gets even worse and, frankly, darker when you go to the reforms that they want to put on the H2B visa.
And I should have mentioned the real tell on all of this.
Guess what date all of these regulations are set to commence?
You want to talk about sabotaging the Trump administration?
January 17th, 2025. No conspiracies, no coincidences.
But in the case of H2 visas, so these are the so-called unskilled workers.
But these people are now going to get what they call, if it used to be a 30-day grace period when they were changing their jobs, now they have a 60-day period, and that applies not just for shifting jobs, but also if for some reason someone just decides to stop working.
But I think the most damning and, frankly, enraging provision of this set of regulations, and I'll just read you the direct subheading.
Improving H2 program efficiencies.
And reducing barriers to legal migration.
DHS is removing the USCIS requirement whereby DHS gets to determine what countries Are suited or eligible for sort of a direct H2B visa to citizenship pathway.
So those would be, you know, the Ukrainians of the world.
I'm sure Mexico is probably on there.
But now they want to just open up the floodgates to every single country, including probably sponsors of state terrorism and, of course, China.
But it gets even darker, too, if that's even possible.
Like I said yesterday, you really want to try to understand what it even means to be an American living under Joe Biden.
The Trump administration, in one of their final acts in late December of 2020, DHS published a rule called Security Bars and Processing, where they defined danger to the security of the United States in terms of evaluating migrant and mission criteria to include I'll
reiterate that.
If there's someone that they deem A national security threat, broadly, but also on the grounds of public health concerns, a threat to the United States, they will still be eligible to receive asylum because every single year the Biden regime has obstructed the implementation,
or as they codify it, the effective date of this regulation, which, like I said, was supposed to take place in December of 2020. And it was supposed to be effectuated January 22nd of 2021, but in one of Joe Biden's first actions he actually moved to make sure that migrants With communicable diseases would be allowed to be granted asylum.
That's not a liberal reading.
That's literally what this regulation says.
And the last sort of buried thing that they've contained, this is coming from DHS and DOJ, like I said, also being in effect on, you guessed it, January 17th, 2025. That they are now saying that any migrant who,
from an asylum officer, receives essentially a rejection in terms of the credibility or the fear credibility, the idea that they're facing persecution, they're fleeing religious persecution because of their sexual orientation, whatever persecution they deem eligible to receive asylum or refugee status here in the United States,
that while now any migrant who does not meet that criteria We'll get or be eligible to receive a de novo review, in other words, a completely new set of eyes to look at the case from an immigration judge.
So obviously this is going to gum up the already backlogged immigration court database, that whole sort of matrix.
But I think more importantly that you're seeing a lot of legal landmines being laid right now.
To sort of get ahead of the mass deportations, and I'm not just talking about the fact that the ACLU is already preemptively suing to try to get their plans, their strategies, so they can inform illegal criminal aliens on how to best avoid deportation.
steve bannon
Hang on, just hit that last again.
Just hit rewind on that.
natalie winters
Sure.
So it's a new rule that stipulates that any person who is looking to receive asylum in the United States, if their initial request Is denied because they don't meet the threshold or criteria for persecution that would grant them asylum or a diversity, whatever, take your pick, that they are now entitled to a completely new review, a de novo review from an immigration judge.
steve bannon
This is ridiculous.
They put this right of people to come here and claim asylum above your right as an American citizen to make a living.
That's how screwed up this thing is.
And they do everything in the process to make sure they can come and stay as long as possible.
If you want to make America great again, this is one of the hearts of what we have to do about it.
And this is not being a nativist.
This is being just logical about putting American citizens' interests first.
You're going to join me back in the 5-7 hour.
We're going to go through this and also Speaker Johnson.
Natalie, until that time, where do people get you on social media?
natalie winters
Well, I survived last night on X, so I'm still there at Natalie G. Winters.
And you can find me there, Instagram, Facebook, Getter, all the places.
Thank you, Steve, for having me.
steve bannon
You're there, but it's like Grace and everybody.
You're being suppressed.
Forget being boosted.
It's being suppressed.
unidentified
I'm going to need to apply them in another country.
But luckily I'll get a de novo reveal.
steve bannon
Over at Twitter.
The South Africans have to understand.
The white male South Africans that are running this deal have to understand.
The suppression didn't work in your own country, right?
It's not going to work here in the United States of America, okay?
We're free men and free women, and we're winning right now, or we're going to continue to win and change these absurd and obscene, quite frankly, obscene policies.
H-1B visas is obscene.
We're calling for 100% moratorium on any immigration, any, for right now, full stop.
When President Trump comes in, it should be Stephen Miller and that great team they've got and others to do a complete and total review, you know, maybe with the Natalie Winters of the World, other people looking at this to go through the horrors of this system, come up with recommendations from President Trump, and then implement those recommendations.
Once those are implemented, then you can start having immigration again.
But I think you can take a year or two break at a minimum, at a minimum, not let anybody in here until you get this mess sorted out.
And we're calling for the immediate, the immediate There's no eradication of H-1B. There's not one fact that they've presented in support of this that is anywhere close to being true.
There is no justification of this program.
The program should be eradicated.
The H-1B holders should be deported in 30 days.
American citizens ought to be hired in those jobs at salaries appropriate to Americans, not the 30% less that you're paying indentured servants.
Short break.
Natalie, thank you very much.
Short break.
Government Gangsters, go see right now.
Warroom.film.
Go see Cash Patel and what he's got in store for the FBI. Governmentgangsters.com.

Here's your host, Stephen K. Van.
steve bannon
Committee on the Present Danger of China at 1 p.m.
today to 2.15 is going to be a seminar on Xi's military buildup.
It's unmatched since Adolf Hitler's in the 1930s.
You're not going to want to miss this tremendous information.
1 p.m.
to 2.15.
We're going to stream it.
Make sure everybody gets it.
Hopefully we'll maybe even do highlights on the 5 to 7 show.
The present danger of the main thing, the Chinese Communist Party, as they...
Just really ramp up military production.
It's one of the things we're going to have to deal with in this budget.
I mean, we have a $900 billion.
The NDA is $900 billion.
I would strongly recommend you can cut that if you start using your capital markets and restrictions on technology because they're stealing all your tech.
This is how they're getting so much bang for their buck, and they're using your money to finance it.
It's outrageous how we deal with an existential threat, but get the military aspect today, 1 to 215. Over in the Committee of the Present Danger of China, you will not be disappointed.
Mike Lindell, you join us, sir.
We're going to shift here pretty quickly.

Eli Crane, a man of few words.
I don't know, probably.
It's not a lot of enthusiasm for this one.
Not, as you can tell from our audience today.
But hey, if you support it, you own him, right?
We don't support it, so our hands are clean here.

Great American company.
Make sure you go check it out.
Promo code WARM. Get all the special deals.
Right now, there's no feed from the floor.
I guess they're going to wrap up the 118th.
They'll come on and wrap up the 118th Congress and then at noon.
They will transfer to the 119th Congress, as you can tell from Elon Musk and from much of the war room posse.
There's not a tremendous amount of enthusiasm for Speaker Johnson, but this is supposedly showing support of President Trump's program.
President Trump wants Johnson, so I guess he has an idea of what Johnson can do or try to hold this together.
It's not an easy job.
It's a very difficult job.
You have basically one available seat or vote.
To get around.
But here's one of the issues, is that what they say these rebels are, what are they asking for?
They're asking for significant cuts of federal spending.
That's what's been the big...
Now, if the moderates, and we're going to have to go through a great unmasking, if the moderates and the rhinos inside the Congress want to continue spending, they're going to have to make the justification of how this is done, just like they're going to have to make the justification on the legal immigration.
To sort this mess out and to start this turnaround, we have to have frank conversations with ourselves.
No longer can you live in this fantasy.
You can just kick the can down the road.
The can can't be kicked anymore.
You're kind of up against it as far as the financial capability to continue to finance this.
You're up against it with, obviously, with 12 to 15 million illegal alien invaders here, and she just went through the whole way they're trying to game the system to, well, you know, they get two or three judges and they can be here because they get a de novo review if you don't get the answer you want.
Between the Federal Register and the laws, look at the Dignity Act.
Look at what Salazar and those folks are trying to do that would codify monstrous changes to already monstrous laws on these visas.
To bury American citizens more.
And the whole thing is about the dignity of the foreigners coming in here.
Hey, we don't want to hit their dignity.
It's not about being cruel or not being empathetic.
But the bottom line is, American citizens come first.
American citizens come first.
That is going to be, that's also, they're addicted to federal money.
They're addicted to made-up money, fiat currency.
The system is addicted to indentured servants.
The global economic system is addicted to Lao-Beijing slave labor.
So slave labor in China, indentured servants here in the United States, brought in by foreigners, brought in by companies, are making a massive profit off of it.
So this all has to be, these boils have to be lanced.
It's not going to be pleasant, but it has to be done.
And if this audience doesn't do it, it's not going to get done.
And that will guarantee the ultimate demise of this American republic.
Kind of going to leave you with the right stuff.
Charlie Kirk is going to take it from here.
A couple hours of populist nationalism.
They'll be covering the actual vote in the 119th Congress.
Remember, nothing can happen until you get a speaker.
Then after that, Jack Posobo will pick up.
We're back 5-7.
Natalie will be back with me.
I think we'll have a couple of three congressmen.
We're going to give you a pregame after the vote.
And I guess Johnson is taking the floor right now.
There we go.
We just wrapped up the 118th.
Congress, officially, get ready for the 119th Historic.
You had a lot to do.
You changed history in the 118th.
I believe you're going to do it even more so in the 119th.
This afternoon, we're going to go through all of that and talk about this conference tomorrow to make sure they can't hide the football.
No hiding the football.
Okay, we're going to leave you with the right stuff.
Charlie Kirk is next.
