What it sounds like to me, based on what I'm talking to other members, is that they're talking about these three different bills.
The stopgap measure to keep the government funded until mid-March, and also about $100 billion or so of disaster relief, and $10 billion in aid to farmers.
All is one bill to come up tonight.
Is that what's going to happen?
But the 10 billion farmers, 83% of that is food stamps, and the largest portion of that is using food stamps to play for soft drinks.
So there's a lot of misnomers in that.
But that being said, the three bills will be tied together as one.
We've got a pretty good grasp.
Okay.
And that's what will come up tonight?
Well, possibly.
Possibly.
Do you think that it will pass the House?
I think it will.
I think Hakeem's for it, probably.
You've been disappointed by this process.
What do you think about this?
It's just the sewer.
It's just what it is.
It's never any different.
Just this time, people are a lot more aware of what's going on, and we're getting more public input.
You guys were in there for two hours.
Take us inside the room.
What was it like in there, and how much debate?
How much division was there?
First of all, I was a little disappointed in the sandwich tray.
It was a little lackluster at best.
No, you know, it was good debate, and everyone was allowed to speak, and everybody came to the mic, and people would, something would trigger something else, and they'd go back up to the mic, and they were given their one minute.
So, you know, it's the way it's supposed to work.
It's just, there's a lot to comprehend in the next little bit, so we'll see.
How many Republicans do you think will oppose this plan?
I have no earthly idea.
No earthly idea.
You'll vote no.
Do what?
You'll vote no.
Possibly.
Possibly.
Thank you.
hakeem jeffries
Republicans are marching America to a painful government shutdown that will crash the economy and hurt working class Americans because they would rather enact massive tax cuts For their billionaire donors, then fund cancer research for children.
unidentified
The Grinch is also giving us chaos, I guess, here on Capitol Hill as we try to wind down for the year.
I don't know which of us has it worse, but as of now, we're still sort of in this limbo period, Nicole, because about two hours ago, I was standing downstairs in one of the hallways of doom, as we like to call it, because it's where Many of these huddles with Republicans often happen when they are reaching an inflection point or an impasse, and they need to get together to figure out what way they're going to go next.
As folks emerged from that meeting, they were actually seemingly confident, not just that a government shutdown would be averted, but also that they had an operating plan for how they were going to do this.
Leave the debt ceiling or abolishing the debt by the wayside, basically chucking back the only thing that Trump and Musk actually asked for explicitly in this package.
That's now by the wayside, and instead they're going to sort of pull everything else apart, do a very skinny version of this initial government funding plan, and do it in three pieces.
The first is just going to be basic government funding until mid-March.
The second is going to be that disaster relief package we've often talked about.
And the third is going to be an extension of the farm bill so that you don't run into bigger problems in your grocery store aisles because subsidies and other market prices don't remain fixed based on what the farm bill says.
All of those things make sense.
It's now just a question of the vehicle that they use to actually pass it and if they have the votes.
The vehicle is going to have big implications on the second question, how many votes they need.
Right now, it's looking like they're going to do it through a process called suspension, and that means that you need a two-thirds majority on the House floor.
If you need a two-thirds majority, you need Democrats.
Democrats have mostly been kept in the dark by this since the original bipartisan plan fell apart.
- How serious? - Make it stop, make it stop. - Wow.
steve bannon
You know, there's a theory, By the way, it is 20 December in the year of our Lord, 2024.
Friday, we're here live at AmFest 24.
My NYU finance team, we need to learn how to count.
That's a long, cold open.
Just kidding.
We do this to torture you.
You know that, right?
We do this to torture you.
It was very interesting.
When we first started doing the cold opens years ago, we would actually have people in the chat saying, I'm never watching you again.
I hate this.
Now you need your daily dose of Morning Mika and Rachel Mata and Joy Ann Reed to get you fired up.
Go F off MSNBC! Okay, thank you all for coming.
Even as we speak, What planet is that from?
No, seriously, the Democrats are like the Addams Family.
It's the couch at Animal House or the bar at Star Wars.
You pick it.
Oh my God.
I thought it was going to be a good idea right at one time.
Okay, here's what's happening.
The president has listened to y'all and Speaker Johnson, everybody, so they're having one vote, kind of upper-down vote, on a CR that kicks it into March so the president can get his team on top of things.
And it adds the farm bill, I think $20 billion to the farm bill, and the FEMA, I think $110 billion.
It doesn't have offsets, but hey, in an imperfect world, you're not going to get that.
The president says they're going to handle it.
And there's nothing about the debt ceiling.
They're going to handle that in the reconciliation process.
No pay raise.
No pay raise.
No.
Nothing else on the 1500s all out.
All gone.
No pay raise.
unidentified
But hold it.
steve bannon
Kind sir, can we give him the mic?
You believe that they deserve a pay raise, right?
They deserve a pay raise.
Hold it, hold it.
From $173,000 to $243,000, that's like a 33% pay raise.
You guys got 33% pay raises this year, right?
No!
For Christmas bonus, you didn't get a 33% pay raise, I don't think.
Your purchasing power of your dollar went down 33%, so you actually got a pay cut, yes sir?
unidentified
Yes sir.
My name is real.
I'm an American.
This is my voice.
Alright?
If you're going to be a congressman or senator, do it for the people.
steve bannon
Don't do it for pay.
unidentified
Give them barracks, give them a cot, and give them MREs.
Because a lot of the veterans that made this country great did that.
We weren't home during the holidays.
We didn't see some of our kids grow up.
Boo-hoo!
Do your job.
Like you said, this is signal, not noise.
steve bannon
So you're from southern Arizona, right?
unidentified
Absolutely.
Two miles away from the border.
These shoes here?
I see every day.
steve bannon
Hold those up for the camera.
What are those right there?
Let the audience turn around.
unidentified
Okay, so the carpet here is to make sure that you don't have any prints.
So when they walk across my property, which I bought to make sure that we had a good life, me and my wife, Jessica, 24 years I paid to this country.
And I just wanted a piece of America.
And what I got was enemy...
Coming into my property using these shoes.
steve bannon
Amen, brother.
unidentified
And you know what?
It was because of you, Steve, and Real America's Voice that got the message out to men like me that my wife said, be a man and get involved.
And I did.
steve bannon
Wow.
Wow.
Let's hear that.
Let's give it up.
unidentified
My son is now a PC. He's 23 years old.
steve bannon
Is your wife here?
unidentified
Absolutely.
She's right here.
Oh, can we have...
steve bannon
Thank you for talking him into it.
unidentified
No, thank you.
steve bannon
It's always the women that make things happen, right?
You nag him enough, he'll get motivated.
unidentified
I'm now part of the school board in Palomenas.
steve bannon
School board, all right.
unidentified
And I'm going to make sure that what they teach is what kids need.
steve bannon
Are we throwing all that porn and everything out of the libraries down there?
unidentified
Absolutely.
Just reading, writing, and arithmetic.
Steve, thank you very much.
steve bannon
No, thank you.
By the way, the FBI will be at your home probably more.
unidentified
But, but, but, but, cash will make it good when cash is in there.
That's it, baby.
That's it, baby.
steve bannon
Jane Zirka, what do you got for us, Clemente Jane?
unidentified
From Sandpoint, Idaho.
What do you think of what's going down on Capitol Hill right now?
Well, I think it's an awful mess and they need to work with the president and give him what he wants.
He has a mandate and he deserves it.
He took a bullet to the head and one in the landslide.
Your name and where you're from?
I'm Perry Harris from Peoria, Arizona, and there's a sign in that room right there.
Excuse me, I lost my voice last night.
It says, we the people run this country, and we're going to run this country for the next four years.
Put your name on the CR when you slip in all that crap.
steve bannon
Amen.
Thank you, brother.
unidentified
Your name and where you're from?
Lonnie Lund from Phoenix, Arizona, and my message is suck it, Chuck Schumer.
Your name and where are you from?
Marianne Chandler from Plentywood, Montana.
What do you think about what's going on in Capitol Hill?
Well, I heard that Mike Johnson was supposed to come and speak, but I think he may have been told to resign by Steve Bannon.
Does Mike Johnson gotta go?
He's gotta go.
steve bannon
Hang on, what part of Montana are you from?
unidentified
Northeast Montana.
steve bannon
Wow, that's the Great Empty, right?
unidentified
That is.
That's where that balloon should have been dropped.
steve bannon
You're on the border of like North Dakota?
unidentified
Yep.
steve bannon
Man, that's a tough life out there.
unidentified
Yeah.
Move to Colorado though.
No!
steve bannon
Okay, so here's what's happening.
The vote's going to go on.
Oh my God.
Harry, this is not such a good idea.
I'm wondering why they look like they want to throw up.
Can we go to something?
Can we put that in a box, maybe?
Okay, thanks.
unidentified
Hey, I tried.
steve bannon
I tried to be dramatic.
When they start voting, we'll get it up.
So they're debating right now.
It'll be a short debate.
Then there's going to be a vote.
Senator Johnson from Wisconsin is going to join us in the next segment.
So, by the way, are you happy there's a CR? Or would this crowd, would Ultra MAGA just as soon have it shut down?
unidentified
Shut it down!
Shut it down!
steve bannon
Now, even when Biden and the Biden regime would be up there and trying to exert as much pain on the American people as possible, you would still have it shut down and have just President Trump come in on January 20th and we kickstart it?
You know, these government shutdowns are phony anyway, right?
I mean, they keep 90% of the things.
What they do, they try to make it as unpleasant as possible.
You know, they close the museums and they take out some TSA, anything to make it as hard as possible on folks.
Look, the reason I'm so upset at formerly known as Speaker Johnson...
This is the baby step.
This thing was supposed to be the easiest thing we had.
This is equivalent basketball to a layup.
Not even a jump shot and certainly not a three-pointer.
If you look at what we have to do when President Trump comes in on the 20th, it is going to be a grind, right?
We've got the wars he's got to take care of and the Biden regime every day, every second of every day, I just think they sent another two bayon over to Ukraine, another two bayon of your money.
Think about that 2 billion, which just tops it up to like 250 billion.
What that could do here in the United States.
So he's doing that.
They're exacerbating the war in the Middle East.
They've got 2,000 troops.
We hear now they're reporting that they put 2,000 American troops into Syria.
Do you guys support that?
Do you want American troops in Syria?
You want American troops in Ukraine?
Tim Miller.
You know Tim Miller.
The pukas are the pearls, right?
Tim used to be the spokesman for the RNC. When I was working with Andrew years ago, Tim Miller was the comms person for the RNC. Now, he did an interview with me earlier today at the Bulwark.
And he had the government gangsters book.
And he said, you know, your Cash is a co-host.
He's been up there.
Cash is doing all this stuff.
He says, Cash Patel can't possibly think that he's going to investigate any of these people.
I said, Tim, that list of names, the 60 names he names, he's investigating everybody and you and MSNBC and everybody.
So that interview is now up in Bulwark and their heads blown up.
Do you agree that we have to have thorough investigations and prosecutions of the vast criminal security?
Any doubt of that?
Any doubt?
All the money we sent to Ukraine has got to be accounted for, accounting, forensic accounting, and then we've got to go and if they've been skimmed off the top, that has to be investigated and prosecuted, no doubt?
All the vast criminal conspiracy against President Trump, all the way from New York City to Atlanta, Georgia, out here to Arizona on Capitol Hill, all of that's got to be thoroughly in broad daylight with total disclosure.
unidentified
Lock them up!
steve bannon
You guys are ultra-magic.
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
Birch Gold.
What do we have coming out today?
You get free on birchgold.com slash band.
And not just the end of the dollar empire, but modern monetary theory.
Everybody know what modern monetary theory is?
It's essentially a way to bankrupt the world.
It's that, you know, money doesn't count.
You can print as much as you want.
Short commercial break.
unidentified
We're back with the War Room Posse in Phoenix next.
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
Wow.
Welcome back to the Phoenix Convention Center in downtown Phoenix, Arizona!
It's AmFest 2024!
Now hang on, hang on.
We're going to...
Senator Johnson...
Hey, your message to President Trump, Speaker Johnson and Senator Johnson, is you guys want to CR or you want to shut it down?
Senator Johnson, from the great state of Wisconsin, honored to have you on here, sir.
We got a lot of ultra MAGA in the audience.
Do we love Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin?
Senator, you got a lot of fans here, sir.
Can you get us updated on what's going on?
ron johnson
Well, what I'm hearing is the House is going to pass a clean CR. That was the last word, and then they're going to Probably pass a couple other bills or at least vote on some other ones.
From my standpoint, this point, the cleaner the sea out of the better.
And we'll just see what happens.
But it's really in the House's hands right now.
steve bannon
Senator, you come at this.
You're not a lawyer.
You're an entrepreneur.
I've known you since you first got to the Senate.
You've always been kind of an outsider, wanting to have different processes and different procedures to actually run this more like a business.
Now we're heading towards $40 trillion in debt in 400 days.
I know you've been here for, what, eight years and just fighting this thing nonstop.
What is your advice to these folks?
This is the backbone of the MAGA movement.
What are we going to do to get our hands around the spending?
I know you got Elon and stuff, but it's got to be deeper than that.
What's your recommendations?
What's your guidance to this audience of what we're going to do to get our financial house in order?
ron johnson
First of all, stay involved.
Thank you for being involved.
And get informed.
Again, there are many accountants in the Senator and Congress.
I'm one of them.
And understand the numbers.
So in 2019, Total federal spending was $4.4 trillion.
Last year we spent $6.9 trillion.
That's a 55% increase, while our population only grew 2%.
So what I've been working on all day long is devising what I call a debt ceiling budget.
We will probably get about $5.4 trillion in revenue this year.
Are you telling me that the federal government can't live within those means and balance the budget?
I'm going to try and prove that we can do just that.
steve bannon
Senator Johnson is going to give us a proposed balanced budget for the debt ceiling so we don't run off the cliff.
You're right.
Senator Johnson, I got a question.
It's a quick question.
Besides, I realize there's been some small or some entitlement increase, but that's kind of on the margins.
What are we doing more of as the federal government from the 4.4 in 2019?
2018 and 2019 seem like pretty good years, right?
What are we doing differently today that the budget $6.5 trillion and, heck, under Biden have gone to $7 trillion, sir?
ron johnson
Well, you had coronavirus and there was a spending blowout.
But what they did is the Uniparty transferred from discretionary spending To other mandatory, not Social Security, not Medicare, not even Medicaid.
We've increased other mandatory spending by $682 billion per year in just five years.
That's $6.8 trillion over 10 years.
That's something we can focus on during reconciliation.
We can reduce mandatory spending, and we've got a $6.8 trillion.
Trillion-dollar pot of money to target, to evaluate for spending cuts.
Now, right now, the House, they're talking about $2.5 to $3 trillion.
No, we ought to be attacking that $6.8 trillion.
And again, we can cut a whole lot more than that.
Again, this is absurd.
Nobody can justify increasing spending 55% over five years when population has only grown 2%.
That is absurd.
It's unjustifiable.
steve bannon
Amen.
It's a con.
Last thing, Senator Johnson, you know, the war room posse here were the 3,500 volunteers that got into the Pfizer documents under Naomi Wolf and Amy Kelly and the people of Daily Cloud.
People have always looked at you for inspiration, for really...
Doing a systematic investigation of what happened during the pandemic with Fauci and everybody.
Because people talk about, you know, Kash Patel is going to be investigating over here.
The House is going to be doing it here.
But you've been the leader of this entire mess that went on during the pandemic.
Can you give our audience, some of your biggest fans, an update on what you intend to do when you start taking over these subcommittees?
ron johnson
Sure.
Well, just on coronavirus, I've written over 60 oversight letters I just wrote one based on, really, Naomi Wolfson, Amy Kelly's work.
And by the way, that was brilliant on your part to crowdsource the analysis of those million pages of Pfizer documents.
But, for example, we're requesting the 17-page talking points memo, totally redacted in terms of what they got.
Got that through FOIA. But that was the talking points memo, talking how they're going to explain about all the myocarditis that they knew about in April and May of 2021. So we're going to uncover that.
I already talked to Bobby Kennedy.
We'll probably provide him a subpoena to make it all that much easier to extract that information from the deep state.
steve bannon
Wow.
Senator Johnson, you got a lot of fans here.
How can people keep up with you?
What's your social media?
You got a lot of fans out here.
We want to make sure everybody can follow you day by day, particularly in these investigations, sir.
ron johnson
Well, I like X, so at send Ron Johnson on X. We're pretty easy to find, Steve.
You know that.
But, you know, God bless you.
I'm glad you're free.
You keep up the good work.
steve bannon
Thank you, sir.
Appreciate you.
Senator Ron Johnson, let's give it up!
Wow, look at that shot right there.
Lord have mercy.
Man, the adult beverages have not even started flowing yet.
Look, we're trying to get a room right now, just an update.
We're trying to get a room for tomorrow afternoon to have everybody.
I will be doing a meet and greet right here afterwards.
So everybody take time when we get to see everybody that came.
Get to meet you.
But tomorrow we're trying to get either here or over at the hotel at the Hyatt.
Mo's promised me she's going to figure something out so we can get to know each other even better, swap stories, and maybe have some refreshments.
So we're working on that right now.
I want to thank you all, though, for coming out.
How's AmFest been so far?
Been good?
Been good?
You guys are so dedicated, amazingly dedicated, right the week before Christmas, right, to come out to this.
So I know Charlie is, I think he sold 20,000 tickets, right?
Is that amazing?
And the breakouts are incredible.
Ben Burquam, who do you got over there, sir?
We got some amazing Patriots.
I'm just going to kind of go around the room here.
What's your name, where you're from, and what's your message?
unidentified
Carmen Allard, Queen Creek, California.
God bless you, Steve.
I prayed for you while you were in prison, and I sent you a mass intentions card.
God bless you.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother.
Appreciate you.
unidentified
Hi, I'm MJ. Thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
We want to fight.
Project, project.
You got a lot of people got to hear you.
unidentified
Okay, fight, fight, fight.
Let's rip this thing open.
Let's get it done.
Don't back down.
Let's get it done.
We've suffered and fought enough.
steve bannon
Amen.
Okay, coming over here.
unidentified
Hi.
Hi, Steve.
My name is Rachel and I'm from Maine and I would like to take the opportunity to call out my congressperson, Susan Collins, Ms. Rhino.
steve bannon
Oh, hang on, hang on.
Are you from Maine?
unidentified
Yes.
steve bannon
You're from Maine?
How come, how come, somebody told me last night, Charlie and I went out with Don Jr., and there's some other people there, and they were telling me it's impossible.
Is it impossible for MAGA to win Maine?
unidentified
Heck no!
steve bannon
Okay, tell me about that.
Can we primary Susan Collins and get the hell out of there?
unidentified
Susan, you work for us, not the other way around.
We are your boss.
I just want you to remember that.
And if you don't confirm every single Trump appointment like you confirmed Richard Levine on the Biden administration and that Sam dude who wore dresses and stole luggage, you work for us, ma'am.
You work for us.
And if you don't confirm every single one, we will primary you.
steve bannon
All right.
All right.
Let's give it up.
Jane Zirkle.
unidentified
Your name and where you're from?
Mary Jo.
I am from the People's Republic of Dane County in Wisconsin, in Madison, Wisconsin.
So thank you, Senator Johnson.
We don't know what we'd do without you.
We're unvaxxed.
Steve, we've learned a ton from you.
We're fighting all the time, despite family and friends who are not always on the same page as us.
steve bannon
Let me ask you, how did, you know, the big concern, folks, you should understand, and piercing the blue wall this time, Was really the Taylor Swift and the Swifty, because remember, you guys, we turned out our low-propensity, low-information voters in record numbers, right?
The big threat was the low-propensity, low-information voters in That's okay.
Just walk through my shot there, brother.
The low propensity, low information voters in Madison, Wisconsin, Ann Arbor, Michigan, East Lansing, Michigan, and State College, Pennsylvania.
Because those are, it's like Arizona State and University of Arizona, right?
Those are ballot generation centers.
This is how they win New Hampshire all the time, right?
These colleges and they just generate ballots.
How did you guys overcome The vote by the rural turnout in Wisconsin and keep it down in Dane County and Madison.
unidentified
But one of the biggest things was Turning Point and all the different groups that work together.
Got the word out.
We're on the ground.
It empowered people like us who've never really been involved much.
We talked to everybody.
steve bannon
You had not been involved?
unidentified
Not a lot.
I've been working the elections the last couple of years, I started watching your show when it first came out, and we've been going strong ever since, every year trying to do more work in elections, doing what we can, but people talked.
People talked, those groups got out, they brought other people in, and you know, you went with the people that were mega, On the side and didn't speak up and didn't do anything.
You didn't go for those radicals.
You don't go for the radicals.
steve bannon
MAGA adjacent.
unidentified
Yes MAGA adjacent.
steve bannon
Talk about people talking.
What does this mean when you say people talk and that connects?
What do you mean by that?
unidentified
Everything from talking to your neighbors when you're not sure where they stand.
We move to a new area in Madison area in one of the suburbs and you start talking to neighbors and just dropping a few words here and there and feeling people out and they say well I don't talk politics.
I said it's time you did.
steve bannon
What's your social media?
unidentified
Oh, I'm not on much, but I'm on Instagram and I am on...
Are you coming in hot?
steve bannon
Are you coming in hot on Instagram?
unidentified
I'm not coming in super hot, but I do follow.
That's where I get a ton of my information.
You come in hot adjacent.
Hot adjacent.
That's it.
Try and put back out the good news you guys are all sharing.
steve bannon
So what's your Instagram account?
unidentified
Mary Jojo Hall.
steve bannon
Okay, now the whole world knows.
unidentified
Oh, great.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
The end of the dollar empire.
Also, if you have a phone, you can text Bannon at 989898. Get your free information.
We're going to return to the War Room in a live vote from Capitol Hill next.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
Go!
Okay, we have two things to go.
steve bannon
Is that Sheriff Mack?
We're going to get Sheriff Mack on the camera right there with Jane?
Jane, can we introduce Sheriff Mack right there?
unidentified
Howdy.
steve bannon
How you doing, sir?
unidentified
Steve, it's so good to see you again, man.
You're still at it.
steve bannon
Still at it.
Same grind.
The crowd's getting a lot rowdier over the years, though.
unidentified
Well, yeah.
Well, get me up there so everybody can see who I am.
steve bannon
Can we get Sheriff Mack around here?
unidentified
I'm there.
steve bannon
So we're going to cut to, we got POSO is going to be main stage.
We're going to cut in to see POSO for a few minutes, okay?
And they're voting on the House floor.
But a couple questions is, are you guys happy with the outcome that's happened over the last couple of days?
You think this was an outcome to kick it into the CR, to kick it into President Trump's term?
And I know it's a tough pill to swallow, but keep the government open for another 30 or 60 days.
How you doing, brother?
Here, right there.
Try that.
Everybody know Sheriff Mack, the constitutional sheriffs?
Now, we're not going to have to...
Are we going to have to call out the Army to deport these folks?
unidentified
Oh, yeah.
We need to call out the Army to secure the border.
steve bannon
Secure the border.
We don't need posse comitatus here?
Law enforcement, the constitutional sheriffs will take care of it?
unidentified
Absolutely, but every sheriff should have a posse.
I don't care if it's comitatus or whatever, but every sheriff should have a posse.
And we got a great sheriff now in Maricopa County, Jerry Sheridan.
Yeah.
steve bannon
Is he going to take care of it?
Now, he's the one that's already gone up against the mayor of Phoenix.
unidentified
Is Phoenix a sanctuary city?
Sort of, yes, it is.
steve bannon
What do you mean, sort of?
unidentified
But the thing of it is, if the mayor and governor get in the way of Sheriff Sheridan doing his job to get rid of the terrorists and the cartels and the illegal aliens, then they're subject to criminal investigations.
steve bannon
You're telling me you could arrest the mayor of Phoenix or you could arrest the governor of the state?
unidentified
Absolutely!
steve bannon
Should Governor Hobbs be arrested if she's breaking the law and the illegal aliens and you say she's breaking the law?
unidentified
Absolutely.
steve bannon
Is the mayor of Phoenix...
We're going to have the state police down here in no time.
Katie Hosby, son of the state police down here.
By the way, is Katie Hobbs a legitimate governor of...
Did they steal that from Carrie Lake?
No doubt.
So what is she doing?
What is she doing to break the law?
What is the mayor of Phoenix?
Why are they not enforcing the law and why are they subject, in your opinion, to actually be arrested?
unidentified
Well, first of all, the investigation needs to happen before that, but if Jerry Sheridan implements, which I know he's going to do, a very good friend of mine, he's going to help with the deportation with President Trump.
If they actually impede him in any way, then that's obstruction of justice and aiding and abetting criminal illegal immigration, and they can be arrested for both.
But it has to be investigated.
steve bannon
I got it.
You got to investigate.
Now, is that investigation going on right now, you think?
unidentified
No, because they haven't started it yet.
steve bannon
Okay.
unidentified
But if they get in the way when they do.
steve bannon
He's going to wait until President Trump gets in office and then start it?
unidentified
Yeah, so January 21st, there could be a real problem.
Okay, fantastic.
So I will warn the Mayor of Phoenix, Mayor Gallego and Governor Hobbs.
I'll warn both of them right now.
If you impede any lawful activity to get rid of illegal aliens and the cartels and the international terrorists, you are subject to arrest.
Stay out of the way!
steve bannon
Can we give it up to Sheriff Mack?
Where do people go?
Where do they go to your website?
How do they get you on social media?
unidentified
CSPOA.org.
Constitutional Sheriffs.
Peace Officers Association.
Everybody can become a member.
Do it today.
CSPOA.org.
Love you all.
steve bannon
Let's do it.
unidentified
Thanks, Steve.
steve bannon
Thank you, brother.
Governor Hobbs, you've been warned.
Mayor Gallego.
Is the mayor, is that the first wife that the guy abandoned when she was having...
That was terrible, man.
Terrible.
In the United States Senate.
Okay, we've got a vote count going on.
Still got 11 nays.
Hardcore.
You've got to have two-thirds.
Okay, to do this on suspension, you know that this rule is, I think it's suspended rule, right?
You need two-thirds.
So a motion to suspend the rule.
Okay, and pass.
So you need two-thirds of the House to vote for this.
This is a traditionally Hail Mary pass, right?
So we'll have to see.
Already 11 no, so we'll see.
Hey, if not, guess what?
At midnight tonight, it shuts down.
Is that going to break your heart if it shuts down?
unidentified
No.
steve bannon
In fact, you guys, that's your preferred outcome, is it not?
So this is a classic win-win, right?
Fantastic.
Let's go.
Jane Zirka, what do we got there?
unidentified
Mike Carey.
I'm from Prescott Valley, Arizona.
I went to AmFest about three years ago and saw you say that thing that you do right on your pre-log where you go, if you do this, you'll save your country!
And because of that, I'm a PC up there.
I'm a ballot chaser for Charlie Kirk's organization.
And I told all those people, silence is consent.
steve bannon
Amen.
unidentified
And if you don't go vote, you are going to be silent.
steve bannon
Do you think in your participation in the precinct strategy, in the participation as a ballot chaser, that you've had an impact?
unidentified
Yes, I do.
We gave them a feeling of, we've got to get it done.
We spread that around to all those people.
I told them, you need to vote early.
We need to do something that the Republicans have never done before.
And if we do that, we might demoralize the Democrats and they may not come out and vote.
steve bannon
Do you think they're demoralized now?
unidentified
Yes.
steve bannon
You can feel that.
unidentified
Oh, absolutely.
steve bannon
Do you guys think that the Democrats are demoralized right now?
You gotta watch them always, right?
Cunning like snakes.
But they're a little bit like snowflakes.
You can see they're fragile.
You guys aren't fragile, are you?
You got resilience?
Well, big time.
Big time.
The last thing, do you guys see by using your agency, the changes you made?
President Trump, this comeback is a once in a lifetime comeback.
It was done by guys like all this audience, people, ballot chasers, precinct strategy, people, Scott Pressler, people changing, you know, going out and sitting out in these parking lots with the card table, signing people up.
It took A massive, a mass mobilization.
Remember, I got out of prison seven days later, you guys delivered.
I think we had 50 million people vote.
The biggest mass mobilization, because the Democrats vote for the whole month.
This is the single biggest mass mobilization on one day in the history of the country.
And to have that go on everywhere is just absolutely extraordinary.
Judgment Day.
When's Accountability Day start?
unidentified
20 January 2025. I told them that this is no longer about Democrats or Republicans.
This is about common sense versus lunacy.
This is a spiritual war.
steve bannon
Amen.
Amen.
Fantastic, brother.
Ben, what do you got?
All right, ladies over here, what's your name and where are you from?
unidentified
Judy, I am from Nebraska originally.
I live here, though.
And, well, I have to say, Steve, I heard you say yesterday morning on the air...
steve bannon
Can you just speak up and get some volume?
Yes, ma'am?
unidentified
You coined a new phrase to me, I just love your way with language, weapons-grade trolling.
You attributed that to President Trump, which of course it is weapons-grade trolling, what he's doing, but you're pretty good at it too.
And I have to say, I really miss the talk of the Keebler elves.
I don't miss the elves themselves.
But I just really appreciate your way with language.
Well, thank you so much.
And I'm always carrying my number two pencil with me.
steve bannon
Your number two pencil?
unidentified
Oh, yeah.
steve bannon
So hold it.
So they accused me today, the bulwark when Tim Miller's over there, of Trump 2028 being nothing but a troll, right?
It's not really a troll.
Remember, how many things did we talk about on the show?
That months or years later actually become reality, right?
Because we do it for a purpose.
When people come together, when the Army of the Awaken all of a sudden, hey, the light bulb goes on and you guys move in unison, big things happen, right?
So the Trump 2028, how many would like to see President Trump run in 2028?
Poor President Trump.
Poor President would be 82 years old, man.
No, he's got more energy than anybody, right?
You know that this is going to be on every Rachel Maddow show.
Joy Ann Reed, she's going to put another wig on, right?
You've got to get another wig.
Her head's blowing up.
What else we got there, sir?
unidentified
All right.
steve bannon
What's your name?
Where are you from?
unidentified
Well, hi.
Thank you.
Great hat.
Hi, Steve.
My name's Judy Vinkovich from the People's Republic of Canada.
And we would love to invite you to come help make Canada great again as a personal invitation.
steve bannon
We'd love to.
By the way, is the Prime Minister going to get turfed out of there?
unidentified
Very soon.
Or in jail.
steve bannon
Talk to me about the new leader you have, the populist conservative leader up there.
unidentified
Pierre Polyev and Maxine Bernier are both courageous leaders, willing to speak truth against the narrative, so we appreciate them both.
Also, I do have a friend in Kentucky in prison, and he wants to write a book or a movie on American injustice, a TV series.
So let's get that going.
I'd like to get him out.
steve bannon
Just get your card to Moe, and we'll track you in.
Convict to convict, right?
unidentified
I mean, he was given a 36-year jail sentence for a $5 million crime that he wanted to pay back and complete over the 2008 thing.
So he's been in 15 years with all the J6ers.
steve bannon
Some of the sentencing is unbelievable.
It's crazy.
Okay, thank you.
Jane Zirkle.
unidentified
Your name and where you're from?
Gia Lancaster, and I'm from Arkansas.
And what do you think about what's going on on Capitol Hill right now?
Should the government shut down?
Get the government shut down, they need a time out.
Shut down, they need a time out!
Your name and where you're from?
steve bannon
From the mouth of babes.
unidentified
Your name and where you're from.
Hi, Steve.
I'm Steve Tuminello.
I'm Media Relations Director for Sheriff Mack and the Constitutional Sheriffs.
We brought our friend and your friend, Tina Peters, here last year.
And as you know, Tina's in jail now.
steve bannon
Hang on.
Where are you from?
unidentified
Well, I live here in Arizona, but I'm Media Relations for Sheriff Mack and the Constitutional Sheriffs, and Tina's a very good friend of ours, and we want everyone to remember her.
Tina Peters.
Tina Peters.
steve bannon
That is like Nelson Mandela, her being in prison.
unidentified
Absolutely.
steve bannon
You've got a gold star mother that these radicals in Colorado, so what can we do to help get Tina Peters out?
unidentified
TinaPeters.us, FreeTina.com.
One of the charges against her has been reduced, I think.
steve bannon
Yeah, the misdemeanors have gotten dropped, right?
unidentified
Right.
But let's remember Tina Peters.
She's sitting in jail for being the preeminent whistleblower on the election crimes in this country.
steve bannon
Should President Trump on the 20th of January, should he tell the state of Colorado, he says, real simple, you either free her this afternoon or all federal money into Colorado gets cut off, it means zero.
unidentified
Absolutely.
steve bannon
You tell that radical governor and all these big-talking left-wing politicians they got in Congress, hey, here's the amount of money you're going to get, zero.
The day she walks out of that prison, it'll start again.
But up until that time, you get nothing.
Right?
Yeah.
By the way, the only thing they understand is Smash Mouth.
This is with Johnson.
This is a bipartisan.
This is bipartisan.
Anytime they say bipartisan, the swamp is winning.
These are the swamp's rules, right?
That's where we've got to pay full.
So tell Tina, we're going to talk to President Trump about that.
No money for Colorado.
None.
Zero.
I mean, to all the universities, to all the...
Hey, law enforcement, sorry, not sorry.
You've got a choice.
What's that governor's name?
That guy's so obnoxious, right?
What's that guy?
unidentified
Who?
steve bannon
Yeah.
He wants to be president of the United States.
Is he going to be president?
Man, the Democrats got a whole batch of wild ones running in 2028. Man, oh man.
Ben Burkham, what do you got for us?
My friend over here.
unidentified
Hold on, hold on, hold on.
steve bannon
Hang on.
I just ran through my clock.
Short commercial break.
unidentified
Back in the warm in a moment. - Have you ever wondered how the Deep State works?
Sixty have voted to move forward with impeachment.
And he hasn't presented his first finding.
Stephen K. Bannon and Kash Patel present Government Gangsters.
The so-called Russia dossier.
steve bannon
A broader conspiracy.
unidentified
President Trump called it a must-see film.
Did you like this, sir?
What, like with a cloth or something?
No.
Well, no.
Steve Bannon says it's the most important film he's been a part of.
steve bannon
It's gonna be a blockbuster.
unidentified
This film is more important now than ever.
steve bannon
This is the type of movie that could change this election.
unidentified
You don't have to go to a crowded theater to watch.
Go to warroom.film and stream government gangsters.
You can't fight what you don't know.
steve bannon
Stream government gangsters at warroom.film.
unidentified
Use the code RAV24 for 24% off.
steve bannon
Okay, that's Cash Patel.
I mean, I told the guys today they made a big deal about Cash.
I said, hey, we made the movie off the book.
To let Cash look right in the screen and tell you what he was going to do.
He's not trying to hide it.
So I have a question.
We're going to try to have a get-together tomorrow, right?
We're going to try to do it here in one of the breakout rooms.
Or if not, we'll just do it across the street at the Hyatt.
So we're trying to figure out a room right now.
Now, is it easier to do it early afternoon, late afternoon?
What works for you guys?
Early afternoon, let's have a show of hands.
Early?
Early?
Late afternoon?
Maybe we do early and late?
You think we got enough to hang out about and swap some lies, tell some lies?
We call them sea stories.
Tell some sea stories.
Yeah, we'll have the football games on.
Gotta have that.
Right?
Tomorrow's the first round.
But tonight, hang on, tonight, Kane tells me Kane of Citizens Free Press.
Kane tells me the most important game in college football history is tonight, Indiana versus Notre Dame.
Now I'm a big Notre Dame fan, so we'll have to see.
I actually started rooting for Notre Dame when it was still a Catholic university.
It's a little awoke now.
James Zirka, what do you got?
unidentified
I think we need to brand the party, the Shutdown Social Hour.
Can you please tell me your name and where you're from?
I'm Ted from the purple state of California.
And turn around, Ted.
You've got to see this.
Look at that.
Look at that.
War Room Posse.
I've got to get one of those.
Wow.
steve bannon
Hang on one second.
I think we just passed the number for passing.
283. So it looks like the CR is going to pass.
Everything's going to be fine.
It's going to go into President Trump.
Everything's good.
And then we'll get in here.
But...
30 Republicans are still, no, these guys are hardcore.
I kind of love it.
Yeah, yeah, these are the hardcore.
They don't want to spend any money at all, but the Democrats...
Okay, so you guys, let's see a show of hands.
Is this...
Who supports this outcome?
Let me see a show of hands.
Okay, okay, hang on, hang on.
Let me guess the second one.
Oh, who wants to shut it down?
unidentified
Shut it down!
steve bannon
I think, now, President Trump's coming out here on Sunday, you know, and he's doing this as a special...
Charlie told me I didn't realize this.
President Trump has never been to the AmFest out here that's held in December, which is pretty...
I know he's been to a bunch of the Turning Point situation.
Remember, he was at Detroit last year when we all...
We're in Detroit, and that kind of kickoff to the general election.
This is the first time he's been to AmFest.
He's flying out here just for this.
It's going to be 10.30 in the morning, and they blocked off an hour and a half, so this is going to be a barn burner speech.
It's also the first big speech that President Trump has given since the big victory in 2024. Now, far be it from me saying it's kicking off the 2028 cycle, but hey.
So President Trump, now, but here's what I want to do.
Here's what's got to happen.
It's very important.
When President Trump is up there on Sunday, you guys got to start the cheer, shut it down, right?
Just so he knows that you got his back, that if it shut down, it wasn't a big deal because they made it like the ends of the earth.
Ben, who you got?
unidentified
I got my friend over here, Black Lives MAGA. Talk to me.
What's up?
What's up?
Hey, Steve, Ben, and I love you.
I'm just here having a great time, here to celebrate the victory of President Trump.
steve bannon
Tell me about the victory.
Tell me what was different in 24 than anything else you've seen, what we did in 20 or what we did in 16, or any Republican victory.
What did you see differently this time?
unidentified
Well, I just believe that there's just been an awakening.
Like, people's eyes are literally starting to pop open now.
I mean, you've got...
Everybody is in support of Trump.
And even people that are in support of Trump are loud about it now.
So people are so...
There's a spirit of boldness amongst the patriots and amongst people that are new to this MAGA movement.
And I'm just excited.
I'm embracing it.
I'm taking it all in.
I got on my MAGA gear.
USA Trump Store by Sonny.
I've been supporting her since 2015. And everywhere I go, let me tell you something, I don't care if it's to the liberal Starbucks, I will wear my MAGA hat, I will wear my MAGA shirt, and I dare somebody to say anything to me.
You know what I'm saying?
You see this right here?
Because our President Trump, while he's dodging bullets, Kamala Harris was dodging questions, okay?
steve bannon
Hold it.
Hang on.
We'd like you to take this opportunity.
As you know, we watch a lot of MSNBC and break it down for the audience because they're always attacking the MAGA movement on people.
If you had the opportunity to talk to Joanne Reed, give me a minute.
You're talking directly to Joanne Reed.
unidentified
Joyless Reed, you need to...
And I don't use profanity, but you need to ish or get off the toilet because it's a new generation coming in and we are not, the Democratic plantation is not going to have a foothold on the minority community.
We are waking up, we are realizing that the Democratic Party is the party of Of Jim Crow.
And the Republican Party is the party of abolishing slavery and entrepreneurship.
And the black community specifically is starting to wake up.
I live in Dallas, Texas.
I work with Lieutenant Colonel Allen West with the Dallas County Republican Party.
And guess what, Jasmine Crockett?
We're coming for your seat, okay?
We're coming for your seat!
Remember this!
steve bannon
What's your social media?
What's your social media handle?
unidentified
We the people apparel.
We dot the dot people underscore apparel.
And like I said, I work with Lieutenant Colonel Allen West at the Dallas County Republican Party.
Y'all pray because we want to make Dallas great again.
Amen.
steve bannon
Let's take Crockett.
Let's take Crockett out of there.
She's terrible.
Oh, that's the Tina Peters yellow ribbons?
We'll do that in the next hour.
Okay, short commercial break.
Birchgold.com.
Short commercial break.
Six o'clock hour.
Next in the war room.
