Breaking news into CNN. A new DOJ watchdog report has just been released on the January 6th riot at the Capitol.
And this finds that there were no undercover FBI employees at the Capitol during the riot.
unidentified
This finding runs directly counter to speculation from allies of President-elect Donald Trump, who for years have suggested the violence that day was provoked by federal agents.
...find regarding any FBI involvement here.
Yeah, well, they found no FBI undercover agents at all or no evidence of them participating in the attack or being on the Capitol grounds.
But what they did find was some confidential human sources.
And I think already that's what we've seen some people on the right latching on to.
There were somewhere in the 20s, I think 26th.
Confidential human sources who are somewhere in D.C. But the important thing to note there is that the vast majority of them were not specifically assigned to come to D.C. for this.
There were only three or so who were actually tracking individuals and were assigned specifically by the FBI. This is sort of a side gig for a lot of folks, right?
So this is something that they might just be living their normal life, and because they support Donald Trump and because they thought the election was stolen or what have you, might have traveled to D.C. but weren't doing it on behalf of the FBI. Sure.
Sure.
So I have to say, overall, I'm not surprised by those conclusions in any way.
If you've been following this story since January 6th, we knew through the discovery that came out in many of the criminal cases against January 6th participants that the FBI had intelligence from some informants.
They had informants who traveled by their own choice to participate in the rally, some of whom ended up on the Capitol, very few of whom ended up going inside.
And the FBI had a very small number of informants who they directed to go and report on those activities.
Now, it should be known the FBI has many, many informants in the extremist communities around this country.
That's part of running an intelligence, a capable intelligence collection program.
You have to have informants in these communities.
You admonish them that they are not allowed to involve themselves in criminal activity, but you don't control them.
Pretty much wherever they want, lawfully, as they choose to do so.
So I'm not surprised by the conclusions here about that at all.
I don't think it'll change the narratives of those people on the Hill who have constantly beaten this false drum about FBI informants starting the riot.
I expect that if past is any indication of how they handle themselves, they'll just direct all their ire at the DOJ IG now and claim that that person has been You know, co-opted by Joe Biden or something.
They're not going to back off this conspiracy theory.
It's very helpful to them, but it is not based on fact.
FBI Director Christopher Wray, the outgoing FBI director, has always insisted there were no undercover FBI agents at the January 6th Capitol rally.
According to this report, he told the truth.
However, there were 26 confidential human sources or FBI informants in the crowd.
Only three of the 26 were told by the FBI to be there that day.
23 others came on their own to see the rally.
Confidential human sources are not undercover agents.
That are paid by the FBI. They belong to groups like the Proud Boys, Oath Keepers and others, then become paid FBI informants while still being members of their groups.
Out of those three told by the FBI to be there, one entered the Capitol, two others entered a restricted area.
The report says The FBI did not encourage or authorize any sources to go into the Capitol building or a restricted area.
What stands out in this report, Martha, none of the confidential human sources that entered restricted areas, including the building, were prosecuted by the DC U.S. Attorney's Office.
Remember, this is an office that is still arresting and prosecuting people Almost four years later, the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office said to the IG, the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office generally has not charged those individuals whose only crime on January 6th was to enter the restricted grounds surrounding the Capitol, which has resulted in the office declining to charge hundreds of individuals.
We've treated the confidential human source consistent with this approach.
Going forward, the FBI says it will work with the Department of Homeland Security specifically ahead of January 6th, 2025, the next time The election is certified.
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot of all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Thursday, 12 December, Year of Our Lord, 2024.
I think we know the reason...
Well, if you see the sign in back of me...
There's no conspiracies, but there's also no coincidences.
I think we know now why Chris Wray resigned yesterday.
We've got an all-star lineup this evening through both hours.
I want to start with Mike Davis, who happens to be on the road.
Mike Davis, your first thoughts at this IG report and the cover-up by the FBI, and particularly Director Wray, sir?
unidentified
It's pretty damning.
And they're talking about these confidential human sources within the FBI, these paid informants.
It's the Capitol on January 6th.
And then the FBI saying, oh, no, no, nothing to see here.
We didn't control them.
We didn't go tell them to go into the Capitol.
Well, why weren't they prosecuted like the other January 6th defendants?
And that's the ultimate tell.
steve bannon
Well, also the informants, correct me if I'm wrong, the confidential human informants, Ray lied to the panel.
They clearly had, they had 26 informants there, confidential human informants.
Didn't they, they had to give them information about what was going to happen, right?
If this thing was such a conspiracy to burn the Capitol and do everything like that, these 26 had to give them information, did they not?
unidentified
Well, if you're paid by the FBI to gather information for the FBI, that would be a logical conclusion for 26 confidential, paid human informants at the Capitol on January 6th, that they're paid to be there by the FBI. What did they acknowledge?
Three were there at their direction, but said that those three didn't have permission to go into the Capitol.
But why weren't those three prosecuted, along with the others?
steve bannon
Also, they haven't been prosecuted.
Now, DHS, they just, the way this was, this is the IG for the FBI. This doesn't include DHS, military intelligence, or others, does it, sir?
unidentified
I don't think so.
I think it was just the FBI. I mean, look, there's going to be a full investigation on this, and they know it.
I think that's probably one of the big reasons Chris Wray decided it was a good day to announce his resignation.
He knew this was coming out.
From the IG. And there has to be accountability.
Like we've said all along, Steve, there are three categories of people who were there on January 6th.
There were people who were there.
It was a lawful protest permitted by the National Park Service that devolved into a riot.
But there were three categories of people.
The people there who were there peacefully and didn't trespass, didn't break the law.
It doesn't matter whether you think they're crazy or wrong or right, whatever.
They have an absolute First Amendment right to be there.
And then the second category are people who trespass, and they should be charged with trespass.
And then the third category are people who are violent, and they should be treated more harshly.
But if you have paid federal informants in there instigating the violence or encouraging people to trespass, as we've seen on videos That it seems like there could be an entrapment defense that the FBI should have disclosed to these defendants.
steve bannon
Tell me about the investigation.
What would you like to see done here?
I mean, it's to me very obvious that Ray, out of nowhere, into the shock of all his colleagues that wanted him to provide air cover for at least a year, basically capitulated yesterday.
The capitulation was timed because he knew this was coming out, right?
What would you like to see, the investigation you want to see, because we're six weeks away from Cash running the FBI and Pam Bondi and the rest of the Trump legal team running the Department of Justice.
What would you like to see done, Mike, to get to the bottom of this?
unidentified
Well, I think the first thing that needs to happen is I don't think we've had a new inspector general at the Justice Department for like 15 years.
It's the same Democrat inspector general.
So I think that inspector general needs to get replaced with some fresh blood there.
If this inspector general hasn't been concerned about the weaponization of the Justice Department, Over the last four years that he's definitely not doing his job.
So on day one, I think the president needs to tell the inspector general, thank you for your service.
Get the hell out.
And then there needs to be a real IG investigation on what's going on at the FBI and throughout the department on this weaponization of intelligence.
There needs to be a criminal probe, right?
And that criminal probe maybe could be led down on the southern.
Can set up a special grand jury to investigate Crossfire Hurricane and how these Democrats have politicized and weaponized intel agencies and law enforcement to cover up Hillary Clinton's foreign corruption as secretary of state.
And then continuing to cover that up with the Mar-a-Lago raid and this lawfare against President Trump.
This is this all ties back to Crossfire Hurricane.
Look, this is why the left.
This is why these Democrat operatives in the intel agencies and law enforcement are so terrified that that Cash Patel is going to get confirmed.
Remember, they said he was dead on arrival when President Trump named him.
And then the Article 3 project teamed up with the War Room Posse.
And we went from dead on arrival to when does Cash start.
steve bannon
And they're terrified and they should be terrified because he's going to bring serious reforms and accountability to the FBI. Mike, I know it's, once again, it's just a coincidence.
How does this drop on the 12th of December, you know, a week or two before Christmas, when we had an election five weeks ago?
Why didn't this come out, I don't know, maybe in September, the first week of September, sir?
unidentified
It's very obviously politically timed.
Look, they didn't think Cash was going to get confirmed.
And so now that they're like, oh crap, Cash is actually going to get confirmed.
Let's get this out there now.
And I think that's what they're trying to do.
They're trying to front load this and get this out, knowing that it's going to be much, much worse when Cash goes up as the director and uncovers this scandal, this cover-up.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, Article 3 is on fire.
The article this morning in the New York Times about Pete Hegseth, the turnaround of Pete Hegseth, turned it all around.
It got momentum in the back of cash.
It got momentum in the back of Tulsi Gabbard.
It looks like we've got momentum to get President Trump's picks confirmed.
We've got a long way to go.
A lot of bumps, a lot of twists and turns, but we've kind of turned this thing around from the capitulation, quite frankly, the capitulation on Gates, which...
I'm still very upset about it, I guess you could say.
Mike Davis, where do they go for Article 3?
Where do they go for you for your always hot Twitter feed, sir?

steve bannon
Then the professors right there, on Chris Hayes last night, the smart people last night in the Alex Wagner show and the Chris Hayes show, because the rest of us, and Stephanie Ruhl, they're all sitting there going, oh my God, why didn't he stay?
Why did he leave?
He capitulated.
Ray capitulated.
He capitulated to us.
He capitulated to President Trump.
He capitulated to what he's known he's done.
Now, it's just rumor, so I don't know this for a fact, but I'm hearing, you know, the buzz go out that maybe the IG report is sometime in the near future.
The IG report on January 6th.
Note to self, put this in your notebook.
Write this down.
unidentified
Hmm.
steve bannon
Interesting.
It's 12 December, the year of the Lord 2024, about in mid-December.
Wow, we're about a month after the election.
This thing's been done for a while.
unidentified
Hmm.
steve bannon
Why didn't it come out like a month before the election?
I'm asking for a friend.
Curious minds want to know.
This is the reason that Ray, as we said earlier, Ray left yesterday, capitulated.
Julie Kelly, we've got Julie Kelly, Darren Beattie, who had been on this from day one, moment one.
Julie Kelly, I just imagine when I was reading this, what Julie Kelly would be thinking.
I would think your head would be blowing up, ma'am.
Your thoughts?
julie kelly
I was mostly laughing.
I mean, this is what we waited for, an 88-page report.
That's mostly filler about attorney general guidelines for the use of confidential human sources, filler about the J6 committee transcripts, which we've already had.
So Michael Horowitz claimed he had 500,000 pages of documents, but we get 88 pages of mostly filler, confession or disclosure about 26 FBI confidential human sources a figure that defense attorneys are telling me is impossible to ascertain.
Because during court proceedings, the government claimed there was no central database of FBI informants.
So unless, as one defense attorney told me, unless Michael Horowitz and his team went to every FBI field office, all 56, and talked to every handling agent who has a source to discuss with them whether they had An informant in the Capitol or involved in January 6th at all.
There's no way to get that figure.
So Michael Horowitz slips in there according to FBI documentation furnished to us by the FBI. This is what we conclude.
26 confidential human sources.
So it's laughable on its face.
There is no way that that figure is accurate.
I'm sure Kash Patel of the many things he is going to investigate He will look into that as well.
Now, but you'll see the chum that Michael Horowitz gave, you know, Fusion Ken and NSNBC and Nicole Wallace and everyone else saying that there's no evidence that there were undercover employees there.
Now, first of all, our complaint, and Darren will back this up, what we've been asking about is the use of confidential human sources, informants.
Very few people have raised the issue of undercover employees.
They're two different categories, and Michael Horowitz knows that.
So he intentionally claims, you know, 26 informants, okay, no big deal, but there were no undercovers, no evidence of undercovers.
Well, how does he know that, too?
He doesn't.
That's what FBI officials told him when they sat down for interviews with him and then referred to DOJ policy That prevented undercover agents from being involved in First Amendment activity.
So this report, as you noted, and I agree with Mike Davis wholeheartedly, it is time for a new inspector general at the DOJ. And Donald Trump is the only individual, I believe, who could fire Horowitz.
I think Horowitz should be fired.
And then we get somebody in here who is not gonna play games, be a company guy like Horowitz.
Wait almost four years to give us this BS 88-page report that the media can then pick up and claim, yet again, another J6 conspiracy theories down the tubes.
steve bannon
Yeah, but it's not down the tubes because you've got the confidential.
Remember, he went before Congress and said nothing.
Right?
Said nothing.
This gets back to Ray and Ray's lack of truthfulness.
Ray left yesterday because of this report today.
Otherwise, why wouldn't he stick through Christmas holidays?
Darren Beattie, and I know we don't have the pipe bomb, but give me your assessment.
Before we get there, give me your assessment of this overall.
darren j beattie
Well, there's a lot.
You know, I'm glad there's been some time because when you began the segment with all the mainstream media clips of them sort of massaging the headlines and obfuscating the real report, I got so angry and I was thinking, how am I going to go in without using some kind of curse word?
How am I going to contain myself?
But then enough time lapsed and I'm back.
I'm in control of my emotions.
I'm very pleased with that.
But it is outrageous.
And I entirely agree with Julie is that, you know, the big bait and switch, the big bit of obfuscation here, the lie that the fake news media specializes in is, oh...
The conspiracy theorists are still wrong because none of the CHSs technically work for the FBI because, as we saw, the abundance of riches in the Whitmer case, not only did you have scumbag CHSs like CHS, Steve Robeson, but you had actual card-carrying employees of the FBI, such as the guy who beat his wife on the way back from a swingers club and the guy moonlighting and leaking FBI investigations.
And so you had an abundance of riches there, whereas they're saying, nothing to see here, folks, because of the 26 people who were reporting to their handlers in the FBI in real time on January 6th, none of them were actually full-time employees,
which is It's ridiculous when you dig in just beneath the surface of what the substance is, but it makes for a convenient headline for the media to continue to lie and obfuscate and deceive the public on this fedsurrection narrative that they've been shoving down our throats now for nearly four years.
steve bannon
But it shows, this is the reason Ray punched out.
It showed that he had lied to Congress.
He had willfully, when they were asking specific questions, he went out of his way to misdirect or mislead Congress.
Sir, do your thoughts on that?
darren j beattie
Steve, Steve, see, so the first major report that we published that began to reshape the conversation about January 6th, the opening paragraph, the opening segment of Was this exchange between Amy Klobuchar and Christopher Wray.
This is the infamous darn tootin' clip in which Klobuchar basically says, aren't you just kicking yourself that you didn't have any informants and blah, blah, blah?
And he said, you know, you can be darn tootin'.
We really wish we had people, but, you know, by implication, we really didn't.
Well, we have now on record, begrudgingly, they were suppressing this report, finally came out.
It's probably not the full story, even when it comes to the number of CHSs, but even they acknowledge at least 26, and we got so much heat.
That's the other thing.
I was just thinking about what a complete headache.
How many headaches?
I've had to endure on account of the pushback from challenging the January 6th narrative.
I'm not even the worst case in that regard.
There was literally an FBI agent who had his security clearance revoked on the basis of simply sharing one of our Revolver News articles with his colleagues.
The pushback Of those who challenge this particular narrative has been extreme.
This is outside of the playpen.
You're not in territory of save conventional stuff when you do this.
I think the only more dangerous area is to really dig into the assassination plots against Trump.
Other than that, January 6th is very dangerous stuff and there's commensurate pushback.
And I was thinking, how much of a headache did we get And one of the things people attacked was in our initial piece saying, you can't just look at who's not indicted.
You can't go through the charging documents and extrapolate anything significant on the basis of someone not being indicted.
But sure enough, we have the most aggressive dragnet, the most hostile prosecutorial effort, arguably in American history with Steve Sherwin and these others.
And is it simply a matter of statistical chance that not a single one of the CHSs was ever charged with anything, including the ones who went into the Capitol?
And does that not belie the IG report's claim that, oh, none of them were authorized to do anything?
None of them were authorized.
Well, if you go in with the reasonable expectation that you're not going to be criminally charged, that amounts de facto to an authorization, and that's precisely what we see.
Yet another thing that confirms what we've been saying is of these CHSs, at least a healthy handful were in communication with the leadership of the main militia groups imputed to the planning and operation of January 6th by at least a healthy handful were in communication with the leadership of All those seditious conspiracy charges.
In fact, what the IG report omits is that one of these FBI informants was none other than the vice president.
of the Oath Keepers group.
And so, yet again, it confirms not only that the leadership of these militia groups is utterly compromised, replete with informants of all kinds, but secondly, that the FBI alone, keep in mind, this is not to mention Capitol Police, ATF, Secret Service, DHS, military, all the other groups that absolutely had a hand in this.
The FBI alone was very much in a position to know the logistics, the travel plans, and the movements of groups like the Proud Boys.
And sure enough, all of these people like Ray Epps, the Scaffold Commander, the Fence Cutter, they were all pre-positioned at that exact location before the Proud Boys got there.
The FBI alone was in very much a position to know.
So even though they're withholding the really important stuff, what they've published is enough to totally vindicate what we've been saying and to utterly damn the reputation of the disgraced figure known as Christopher Ray.
steve bannon
Darren, just hang on for one second.
I've got to ask you about some of the things not mentioned, like the pipe bomb and others.
88 pages.
Horowitz, dude, you've had years to do this.
Where's my backup?
Where are the receipts, bro?

unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
Okay, welcome back.
steve bannon
Darren, there's a whole bunch of things not in there.
The guy had 500,000, I don't know, pages of interviews or whatever.
It's 88 pages.
It seems a little light.
Particularly, here's what I don't get, brother.
They've been working on this thing for years.
It seems like they took more out than they have in.
unidentified
It's 88 pages, a lot of filler.
steve bannon
I just don't get this.
They've worked on this for so long, it's so rich and deep, a vein to mine, and it seems like they're just giving us the surface, but there's also a whole lot of stuff not in there.
Your thoughts?
darren j beattie
Absolutely.
I mean, at the end of the day, this is a limited hangout.
There's no ambiguity about it.
What's most damning is what's not revealed.
And of course, I would be the one to say, there's no word about the pipe bomb and that's the worst thing, but that's true.
The pipe bomb is the smoking gun of the smoking gun.
It's the scandal that, as I've reported pretty definitively, I would say, implicates the highest levels of the Secret Service going up to Kamala Harris, whose detail it was, who hasn't spoken about it at all very suspiciously.
The Capitol Police, which is on surveillance footage.
Behaving in such a manner as to indicate they knew about this in advance.
So the Capitol Police, the ATF, who's a special agent in charge, who is now the head of dignitary protection at the Capitol Police, is the one person that we've named as a key figure instrumental in the cover-up.
The pipe bomb exposes the whole thing because of the synchronicity with the Ray Epps orchestrated attack on the Capitol.
It's the lynch bit.
It's what opens everything up going all the way to the very top.
So anything that does not discuss the pipe bomb is not serious in my view.
Now, people could say, oh, this is just about the FBI and you're mentioning other agencies.
OK, fair enough.
Let's focus on the FBI.
Stephen DeAntuono was the head of the Washington field office of the FBI, appointed by Christopher Wray.
His previous employment was running the Detroit field office where he oversaw the now disgraced and exposed entrapment operation known as the Whitmer kidnapping plot.
That was him.
Of all the agents in the country, Wray picks that guy to go to Washington and oversee the January 6th stuff, including the pipe bomb investigation.
Now, that guy, after a lot of pressure from our reporting, resigns, goes to work for an accounting firm, KPMG.
Maybe there's space for him for space there for Christopher Wray.
Who knows?
But in his retirement, he volunteered testimony to the Judiciary Committee, in which Thomas Massey heroically took our research and reporting and brought it to him, asking him some pointed questions.
One of which was, did you ever use geofencing technology to identify the pipe bomber in the same way that the DOJ had used to identify a bunch of other people and indict him?
Stephen D'Antuono's answer was, you know, we did try that, but the telecom company came back to us with data and that data happened to be corrupted.
Now, of course, there are multiple sources for this data.
So even that was not a believable answer.
But it recently came out that even that was a lie, that in fact the data is not corrupted, that it's sitting in the FBI, and it's just waiting for someone like, oh, I don't know, maybe Kash Patel to take the data that's in the FBI and use it to finally identify who the pipe bomber was.
The FBI was caught in a lie here.
Also, it's known that the FBI, by mid-2022, this is a long time ago, pretty early on, by mid-2022, the FBI had already deleted or was not in possession of the surveillance footage of the pipe bomb location on January 6th.
Why is there no discussion of that?
They claim this was their most important and active investigation.
It was dead as of mid-2022.
So that in conjunction with the fact that the guy running the investigation for the FBI was caught in a lie, I think to not have that in the Department of Justice's IG report on January 6th, Renders the whole exercise a complete farce, and it only serves to underscore that if we're doing anything serious, it's going to pull the thread on the pipe bomb.
I have all of the last questions.
We're in the end stage of this.
I have all the things teed up.
Everything that the future FBI director will be in a position to do if he, that is Kash Patel, chooses to do so.
It's right there on a silver platter.
I acknowledge it's a very dangerous game.
It's one of the most dangerous, second only to the assassination attempts on Trump.
But it's critical to fully expose these criminals in the bureaucracies who set up all the American people by extension by saying this was a domestic terror act.
Therefore, we need to weaponize the national security bureaucracy in order to prevent another January 6th.
It was all a lie.
It was all a lie from the beginning.
It was not an insurrection.
It was a fedsurrection.
They've invested so much in this.
Look at, you know, even that was the reason for you going into prison because of, you know, they got everybody on the basis of this lie because there's so much at stake in it.
And that's why it's incumbent on us to bring it to the final step, expose it once and for good, and begin the slow and necessary process of restoring legitimacy to our country.
steve bannon
That's why I proudly went to prison as a political prisoner because of exactly what Darren Beatty said.
And we have to get to the bottom up real quickly, Darren.
I know you've got to bounce.
I just want you to go back through all the agencies and organizations.
You can't piecemeal this out.
This is why we need a fundamental and thorough investigation, the reason McCarthy would not do it in the House.
Go just list the different organizations that we have to investigate on this that had people there, had informants, had employees there.
Can you give me just a short list?
darren j beattie
I'm going to list the organizations that I know for a fact were involved in the pipe bomb cover-up.
That is Capitol Police, ATF, FBI, Secret Service, and in extreme likelihood, DHS. Although I don't know it for a fact, I'm just at a 95%.
The others is 100%.
And in the case of the ATF and the Capitol Police, I know the names of them.
And in the case of the FBI, I know where the names are and one of the names.
going to be teed up for the future director.
I've done pretty much all I can do here.
It's up to the new administration to take things from the 95% and just do that last 5% to expose this once and for all.
And that's why I'll need Director Cash Patel, I'll need Pam Bondi, I'll need others to help me take this to the finish line.
steve bannon
Yeah, it'll be it.
Darren, where do they go?
By the way, I might want to add DOD, DHS, CIA, others for the broader thing.
There are other organizations here involved on that day.
It has to go deep, it will go deep, and we will go deep to make sure the American people understand this.
Darren, social media, where do they go to get the revolver?
darren j beattie
We have a full write-up and analysis on this IG report.

Thank you, brother.
Fantastic.
Great work, as usual.
darren j beattie
Thank you.

What a team.
Mike Davis, Julie Kelly, Darren Beattie, incredible.
Hopefully Raheem next hour, maybe, maybe now, if not, we'll get him tomorrow, and of course, Natalie Winters on this.
Okay, the way to look at things that are happening now through this three-legged, you know, the three lines of work, the war...
I think the Israeli-Persian front is going to come front and center.
I don't know.
In the next 24 to 48 hours, I would really watch that.
I think they may be getting ready to throw down a lot harder than they are now that the Persians are on their back foot.
On the border, we had...
Oscar Blue and Ben Burkwam down there today, you see that the Biden regime is exacerbating the invasion.
They already started.
They're trying to get as many illegal aliens across the border as quickly as possible before President Trump takes over and starts the mass deportations.
And as I said earlier today, Zero Hedge had a very disturbing story about the debt exploding largest in history, maybe the biggest first quarter in history On the scale of the debt that's now been generated.
Philip Patrick joins us from Birch Gold.
Philip, the zero hedge story and the explosion of debt already with $36 trillion.
Your thoughts, sir?
phillip patrick
Yeah, we just got the budget deficit numbers for October and November, first two months of the new fiscal year.
And once again, of course, Biden has made history not in a good way.
This was, as you said, officially the U.S. Treasury's worst start to a year ever.
And the numbers are truly shocking.
The U.S. deficit exploded a staggering increase.
$624 billion, not only 64% higher than the same period last year, but also it was the highest deficit on record ever.
And that's even factoring in the COVID and pre-pandemic insanity.
And this is what President Trump is stepping into.
But it's not just spending.
He's got traps all across.
Look at foreign policy.
You mentioned the war with Iran and Israel, proxy wars with Russia and Ukraine.
He added in four years $8 trillion to the national debt.
It took Obama eight years to do that, right?
Debt service payments are now the number two line item in the federal budget, well ahead of defense spending.
And what did we get for it?
I mean, that's the key.
We got employment numbers inflated by a million jobs.
We got GDP reports so out of touch with reality that a lot of mainstream economists I think we hit an official recession back in 2022. We've got an invasion at our southern border, right?
The greatest migratory influx since the 1850s.
More than half of the illegals overwhelming public schools, hospitals and clinics.
And on top of all of that, we're now facing a second wave of inflation, just like the 1970s.
That whole episode lasted over a decade.
American families now at breaking point, right?
Credit card debt over a trillion dollars, completely unable to afford a home.
And on top of that, Trump's first priority, before he's even sworn in, is going to be the debt ceiling, which currently sits at $31.4 trillion.
It's about $5 trillion too low.
Was this deliberate malfeasance?
I don't think Biden's even competent enough to be that evil.
But what it does remind me of is the stories we hear from World War I, right?
When the GIs finally capture a German trench, the Germans knew they were coming, so they didn't leave quietly.
And what they did, they left tripwires and they left landmines behind.
And that's what the Trump administration is walking into.
It's going to be a rough road.
steve bannon
We're going to take a short break.
I want to come back.
Birchgold.com.
To help you comprehend this, we've always found it best for the cadre, for the War of Posse, which is the tip of the spear of the most important political movement in the history of this country, is to give you more and more information.
We are working on now, Philip and myself and Philip's team, the modern monetary theory, the idea that broke the world.
It's the newest installment on the end of the dollar empire.
You go to birchgold.com slash Bannon.
You can get it.
You can also get access to Philip Patrick and his team and talk to them about precious metals and gold specifically as an alternative and a hedge against times of financial turbulence.
Phillip's going to join us in a second.
I want to make sure everybody goes to Birch Gold, what we do with our sponsors, that we get them to commit that the senior people and their companies will be available to the warlord posse for questions, for inquiries, the feedback we've gotten about Birch Gold has been terrific.
Here's what's so disturbing.
When I went to federal prison in Danbury, I don't know, a couple of days afterwards, we hit a 35 tree, and as I said, a hundred days later, approximately, We hit like 36 trillion.
If you go back and look at this number for October and November, it's 624 billion for the first 61 days.
We're going to hit another trillion within 100 days.
Now, I see pattern recognition.
Every 100 days, another trillion dollars.
It's so beyond comprehension.
Of how we are allowing this.
This is, as Zero Hedge said, this is the runaway train.
And I would tell Elon and Vivek, hey, doge this, baby.
Unbelievable.
Next.

Yeah, Mika, it's really been quite a ride in the stock market, and Donald Trump is here to celebrate it today.
So let's take a look at what's actually happened.
If you go all the way back to 1994, really, the stock market has almost been on a tear throughout this period.
It's up 12 times over that time frame.
And four out of the five presidents during that time frame have actually had great stock market performance, Clinton being the best, 15 percent a year.
Obama almost 14% a year, Trump almost 14% a year, and Biden 12.5% a year.
The only kind of loser was Bush, who had the dot-com bubble crash and also the financial crisis that really made it hard for him.
But...
Stocks have gone up so much that by most measures, they are now very, very expensive.
This is how we measure how expensive stocks are by the ratio of the price to the earnings of the S&P. And what you can see is here we are today, and stocks are more expensive than they've been any time in the last 120 years, except for the dot-com bubble.
They're actually more expensive than they were before the crash in 1929. That obviously doesn't mean they can't go higher.
I'm not here to predict stock prices.
Hey, Steve.
Yeah.
joe scarborough
Can you explain for the layman out there, more expensive, explain that.
unidentified
That's saying the quiet part.
steve bannon
Okay, guys, when I speak, just take it down.
It's not that hard.
Thank you, Denver.
When they say 1929, oh, it's almost as high as 1929. Here's the thing, Philip Patrick, what I'm going to do in working with your team, I want to put on that graph that Ratner's talking about, the stock market going up, layer on top of the federal debt.
Because here's what's happening, and this is why I think you got to go talk to folks at Birch Gold.
The debt is now becoming like a second mortgage on you.
Before, people said nobody cares about debt and deficit.
It doesn't affect them.
It does now.
For every household, it's like $225,000 second mortgage.
For every individual, it's like $100,000.
That is baked into the overall debt that we're increasing a trillion dollars every 100 days.
It's got to be refinanced, and the refinancing gets baked into inflation.
That's when the inflation number's up.
Folks, ain't going away.
unidentified
Exactly.
steve bannon
Going to have to take the meat axe of this.
That's what I said on Doge.
You just got the military bill, $900 billion.
It ain't going to move a penny.
They're trying to chop block Elon and Vivek.
Philip Patrick, with the stock market on fire and earnings, I don't know, 30 times...
Gold going up should make people quite nervous, should it not, sir?
There should be some inverse relation to this.
You've got gold on fire.
You've got the stock market on fire.
Please explain to us, and what should people be thinking about?
phillip patrick
Yeah, it certainly should.
And what they were showing there was Schiller's price to earning ratio.
The numbers today higher than they were during the Great Depression.
Only in the dotcom bubble were they higher.
But it's no surprise, right?
It's a result of fiscal policy.
People forget for the last 15 years we've had Zero interest rates, almost, or for a large portion of that.
And we pump huge amounts of money through the economy.
And what that does is it creates more demand for goods and services, but also assets.
And ultimately, it drives prices up.
When prices are not being driven by fundamentals, they're being driven by printed money and policy, it creates a bubble.
And ultimately, we know what bubbles always do.
They burst.
And that's what I'm saying to people.
You know, the ability to buy low and sell high in this climate is tough because everything's high at the moment.
And it's an effect of policy.
So for me, it's about understanding the problems in front of us And what's going to be more conducive for the climate in front of us?
And what always follows big economic boom is bust and precious metals in that climate work really well.
You're correct, by the way.
I think the key here longer term is going to be in curving spending.
The Doge have a tough, tough job on their hands.
I don't see where they get $2 trillion from.
steve bannon
Hold it.
This is not how they got it.
It's a runaway train.
Elon, Vivek, that train is out of control.
It's $624 billion, folks, in the first two months.
Who's warned you about this?
Philip Patrick, Stephen K. Bannon, E.J. Antony, Scott Besson, Peter Navarro, Dave Bratt, the entire crew here at the War Room.
It's a runaway train, and it's not going to stop until, just like Lawfare, it ain't going to stop until you stop it.
Philip Patrick, where do folks go to talk to the good folks over at Birch Gold?
Now, more than ever, you should understand what a hedge against tough times are, sir.
phillip patrick
Very simple, Steve.
