steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
Here's one time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
It is Friday 6th, December in the year of our Lord, 2024.
Here's the takeaway, folks, is that President Trump ran on a platform and he was totally transparent about taking on the administrative state and destroying the deep state.
He couldn't have been more specific.
And Kash Patel was with him the entire way.
And Kash Patel's been with us ever since I first met him when he was chief investigator and then chief counsel over for Devin Nunez.
When we won in 16, Paul Ryan became speaker.
They...
Mike Pompeo was supposed to take over from, I think, Mike Rogers at the time, the House Intelligence Committee, but Pompeo came in.
President Trump selected him as head of the CIA. Devin Nunes fleeted up.
Cash was his guy.
And of course, Paul Ryan, the great hater.
And why is Paul Ryan on the board of Fox?
Why the Murdoch still have him on the board?
Given all the vitriol and hatred and, you know, I hate Trump and I'll never vote for Trump.
Why is he on the board of Fox?
Oh, I got it.
I got it because they hate Trump too.
I got it.
I got it.
I got a little slow there.
Hadn't had my Warpath coffee.
Hadn't had another...
I've had some Warpath coffee.
I didn't have another...
Shot a Warpath for the 11 o'clock hour.
I got it.
I remember that.
Paul Ryan, Fox, hate Trump, Murdoch's hate Trump.
Okay, fine.
Got that straight.
So this was part of, this was in the ether, this was part of the campaign.
The Democrats put up democracy, democracy, dollars in darkness, Trump's a fascist, the people are garbage, Joy Ann Reed, Chris Hayes, Rachel Maddow, night after night after night after night, New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, relentless, all of the media, ABC News, NBC, you know, boom, boom, boom.
The American people voted.
Their version of democracy, which was lawfare and really kind of the way the East Germans ran thing, got defeated, got smashed, got crushed.
And they're still in the fetal position, sucking their thumb about what went wrong.
Here's what went wrong.
You walked away from the working class in this country that you made their lives miserable, and culturally, you tried to destroy their traditional values.
Kind of simple.
Don't need a lot of highfalutin thinking.
We've been banging on this for over a decade now, probably 20 years.
Pretty simple.
But this is why now the police association, cash is getting traction.
And we've been brutal on the FBI. And the reason is that they have turned into something that is quite dark and evil.
And they're going to take the pus out of that thing.
And Cash is getting real traction right now.
So if we keep doing our job and we keep putting our shoulder to the wheel, Cash Patel is going to be confirmed.
He's going to be FBI director.
For everybody out there in the audience, this is about these confirmations.
This is the easy part.
Even putting up these folks that want to take on the administrative state and deconstruct it.
I mean, a complete unique set of cabinet officials.
So it is harder than it has been, but to get the nominees through...
unidentified
Of the fight that we have is the easy part.
steve bannon
The real fight's going to start, would start now with the information war, but once you're in, of course they're going to try to leak on you and they're going to try to stop you.
They're not going to give up just because we can get them for a nominee.
But you've got to check boxes, and we're checking a box.
But we can't back off.
You can't back off Pete Hexeth.
You back off Pete Hexeth, they're going to smell blood.
They're coming for cash, and they're going to come for Tulsi, and they're going to come for Bobby Kennedy.
They're coming for all of them.
Because that's a way to kind of, because they want to get to Trump, but right now he's a little impervious.
So they're trying to get to Trump to his inner circle of the team he needs to go through.
Yeah, that's what they're going to do.
And in Trump's ear all the time is people, oh, you got to moderate, you got to, you know, you can't be Trump.
You can't take on the administrative state.
You can't take on the deep state.
What is a deep state?
Does it even exist?
Show me, tell me what a deep state is.
That's all the moderates and the rhinos and all the kind of traditional Republicans.
The people that whine and bitch and moan all the time about, oh, we need limited government, we need limited government, and don't do anything about it.
Getting to limited government ain't easy.
You're seeing right now, and you saw the Doge guys walk through yesterday, and first thing that happened, they're leaking, the Democrats are saying it's not going to happen.
Some of the smart guys like Brocahanna want to sign up and work on it.
But the only thing you can do on Capitol Hill is a show of force.
You don't have a show of force.
They're not there for open arms to help you take it apart.
unidentified
If they wanted to take it apart, they would have done it.
steve bannon
They have the appropriations process and we've had the votes.
And why wasn't it done?
I wish Vivek and And maybe we can get the tapes for them.
And Elon could sit through, as this audience did, many of the audience, remember when we finally got the appropriations bills, the thing we fought for, the separate appropriations bills, and you guys...
50% of this audience would be up all night watching the debate, and you saw a Republican congressman after a Republican congressman go up there and agree to fund CISA. All the madness that you fought, all the madness, they go up there, and you had MTG and others say it's got to come out, you know, Annapolino Luna had to come out, and you have these moderate Republicans go up there and say, no, it's got to stay in.
All we need this is terrible.
That's the reality.
That's the reality you're against.
Now, this is all fixable, and we can win on every front.
But to win on every front, it's got to be like what Trump does.
unidentified
It's got to be blunt force trauma.
steve bannon
Blunt force instruments.
They don't understand anything else.
I would love to have in a situation where we all sit down and it's all nice and cozy and we just...
I mean, Lawrence O'Donnell had a thing of Johnson last night leaving the...
He's got Vivek and Elon up there.
I mean, these are pretty busy guys.
So they're up there.
They're in a meeting going through and people have the microphone to toss around ideas.
Johnson leaves.
He leaves.
Because Polly Pockets clearly has something more important to go to than these two guys up there talking about taking apart the administrative state and taking $2 trillion out of the spending.
He leaves.
In the journalist game, he said, hey, what do you think?
It's a very productive meeting.
And Lawrence O'Donnell's sitting there mocking him.
Mocking, that's what you say when you want to get the hell out of a meeting.
It's very productive, very productive today.
And then he says, I'm late.
The journalism said, what's productive?
What's happening?
What's Vivek saying?
What's Elon saying?
Give me some pearls of wisdom.
He's saying, I'm late.
I'm late.
I gotta go.
I'm late for a portrait unveiling.
A portrait unveiling.
Yo, dude!
We can't afford this thing.
The government of France has fallen on the same thing, a deficit of 6% of GDP. It doesn't work.
Math doesn't work.
They're fighting over getting it to three, and they can't agree, so the government felt, we're going to have the same exact fight.
Brother, send your grundune to the portrait unveiling.
Or bump it to later.
This kind of shows, it kind of reeks of unseriousness.
And the Lawrence O'Donnells of the world picked that stuff up.
The people at MSNBC, they may be evil, but they're not dumb.
And right there you're signaling, nah, that's not that important.
These guys are over here kind of wandering around.
One thing I've warned people about, if they're not fundamental changes, I said this at the end, you know, Errol Morris made a film.
About me years ago called American Dharma and at the end of the film I just told him I said look He's doing this it was like I don't know 20 hours of interviews boom and I said look and there's not some fundamental changes in this country About the economics and not anything but socialists.
We're right-wing populists.
We want more entrepreneurial activity, but In a situation where the working class and middle class are not exploited by people.
Okay?
And that's what you have right now.
You have exploitation.
I said, there's gonna be, you know, if you don't make changes and the wealthy don't get this, this system is unsustainable, can't last forever, and you're leading yourself to a French Revolution.
I don't want that to come.
I've dedicated my life to fighting and working so that that doesn't come.
And that eventually we can help assist Lao Ba Jing in freeing themselves from the tyranny over there, and we can free ourselves from the tyranny here.
But then you see what happened with the CEO, and people are shocked that online it's like 100 to 0 or 99 to 1 that people are cheering.
You know, look, let's be blunt, an assassin lying in wait, Stepped out at 6.45 in the morning and gunned down a CEO who's just getting ready to walk across the street to go to an investor conference at virtually point-blank range, shoots him in the back, not kind of mano a mano, didn't give him a heads up, shoots him in the back and kills him right there.
And he's being cheered on.
And now you're seeing the healthcare companies, insurance companies, hey, changing some policies.
You know, that's not a great look.
Oh, the CEO got shot.
Maybe we've been gouging people, too.
Let's change our policy.
Maybe they won't shoot us.
I think you've got to get ahead.
When Anthem and you guys are changing these policies, and I am not—you think I'm not a Supreme Court legal expert?
I am worse than insurance and the medical thing.
But, hey, just the optics of it.
Not a good look.
Let's go and play.
We got a cold open.
We got our own Joe Allen, because a lot of this gets back to one of our favorite topics, artificial intelligence.
Let's play Joe Allen's open.
Joe's going to come in.
unidentified
I am delighted to welcome Eric Schmidt, a proud alumnus from the great Princeton class of 1976, back again.
Genesis, artificial intelligence, hope, and the human spirit.
This is the arrival of a new intelligence That rivals human intelligence is a very big deal for ethics, for society, for child rearing, for economics.
And it sure looks like this is a discontinuous change.
This is not a continuous change.
The single best thing you can do for the world is get it more educated.
Why do we not have an AI system that just educates everyone in their own language and the way that they learn?
But what do most people care about?
Healthcare?
Education, safety, quality of their lives.
We can really materially improve it globally.
So you said a moment ago it's, you know, easier to talk about the bad than the good.
So maybe we could talk a little bit about the bad.
I mean, in terms of, you've hinted at this a little already, but if you could say a little bit about what worries you.
There are many different layers of concerns about this.
The simplest way to say it is that when I'm in Silicon Valley, it feels like it's everything, everywhere, all at once.
There's so much money, there's so many people in your generation who are trying new ideas to solve the problem.
I can assure you, the humans in the rest of the world, All the normal people, because you all are not normal.
Sorry to say.
You're special in some way.
The normal people are not ready.
Their governments are not ready.
The government processes are not ready.
The doctrines are not ready.
They're not ready for the arrival of this.
And I can give lots of examples of not being ready.
But a simple example, you have a son or a daughter, and their best friend is not human.
Your best friend is a digital thing, whatever you want to call it.
What are the rules?
Is it okay that that child is the equivalent of Mark Zuckerberg, the surrogate parent who gets to decide what your kid learns and doesn't learn?
In a corner of Lucerne, an ordinary little church is the site of some miraculous technology.
Meet AI Jesus.
Peter's Chapel is a new pioneer of artificial intelligence, in the confessional of all places.
Instead of a priest, Jesus' likeness appears on screen, dispensing words of comfort, joy, and faith.
Do not disclose personal information under any circumstances.
Use this service at your own risk.
Press the button if you accept.
Sure, why not?
Playing with the way people think is really powerful.
So if you think about state-sponsored misinformation, that's trivial compared to having your best friend be state-sponsored and the sort of daily interaction and shape someone's identity, their cultural values.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to bring Joe in in a second.
We're going to go to break first.
Here's the point.
A lot of this is tied to artificial intelligence and the way artificial intelligence is now creating the algorithms that are driving a lot of this questionable activity in the health insurance industry and many other things.
Joe Allen's warned you for years.
This is now hardwired into modern society.
And what did we see on the streets of Manhattan, in Midtown Manhattan?
Was that rage against the machine?
Well, shockingly, a whole lot of Americans are cheering that on.
We're in uncharted territories, folks.
Very uncharted territory.
But we're going to kind of help frame it for you here in the war room.
Joe Allen, our editor on all things Singularity, is going to join us after a short commercial break.
unidentified
I'm going to go to Joe in a second.
steve bannon
I want to give an update.
I think, if I can just give a recommendation here, take it for what it's worth.
Let's work on an off-ramp for Joni Ernst.
Senator Ernst, let's work on a, you know, it's a little unbecoming, you know, to kind of be running for something that you, or one of the key votes on.
We can put all that past us.
Colonel Ernst, you've served your country.
She's another combat veteran.
Why don't somebody come up with an off-ramp for Senator Ernst so she can climb down from this?
Then it'll all be good.
And remember, all you folks out there that, you know, the DeSantis people, yesterday my phone was blown up.
It's imminent.
Can you leave?
It's imminent.
These people are saying it's imminent.
You're just going to get more of that madness if you make that mistake, and that is a mistake.
That is a mistake.
Joni Ernst, let's give her an off-ramp.
Get an off-ramp, and I'm telling you, we can get Hexit on a glide slope indicator and force this one over.
It's very important that we push this one over the top.
Then we got cash lined up, then you got to get Tulsi, then you get Bobby Kennedy.
President Trump took a shot to the head and four months later won a landslide victory.
He deserves the team that he wants.
Okay?
Joe Allen, this thing is dark, it's disturbing, but you've warned people, your book, you've warned people, and this audience is up to speed.
Folks, this is not an easy one.
I would love...
I'm a Luddite.
I would love to say full stop on artificial intelligence, full stop on everything.
I'd like to take just a complete time out.
But unfortunately, with our enemies and the Chinese Communist Party, we have no earthly idea how advanced this is.
This thing...
And David Sachs, I think, is a smart guy and a good guy, right?
He's been just put by President Trump in charge of this.
I know the Silicon Valley guys have a much different take on this than the populist Luddites.
But it's dangerous, and you're seeing it right here.
And I think, Joe, the thing that shocked me, as much as you've warned people, is how the insurance industry, which people weren't loving anyway, by using artificial intelligence, and it looked like some of these decisions, or at least the perception of people...
of how these were being made, kind of inhuman.
It has this anger, and you can't deny the anger.
I mean, you've seen it.
You've monitored this very closely since this happened, but look, a guy got shot in the back, gunned down at point-blank range, and I'm told now there's a thing outside the Hilton Hotel, which I've been to like a million times.
It was our election night headquarters in 16. We were at the tower, but that's where we had the victory party.
They have like a balloon outside.
I think that's it right there.
It's a balloon outside.
It said CEO down.
Right?
CEO down right there.
Which is kind of cruel.
A lot of cruel things being said.
Joe Allen, get us up to date on all of this, brother.
joe allen
Well, Steve, it's a complex web work.
And what you see there with this celebration of a shooting...
What I imagine is going to happen if the copycat effect is as valid as I believe it is having tracked a lot of mass shootings over the years with all of this celebratory sort of behavior you're going to have copycats that try to replicate this but I don't think it's going to be isolated to one industry like insurance.
I think that what's happening is this sort of rage against the elites or, as you mentioned a moment ago, rage against this impersonal machine is now gaining a lot of steam among malcontents.
And all it takes is one loony.
You saw it with the attempts on Trump.
Let's assume for just the sake of argument that there was a bit of unpredictability with those shooters that perhaps they were not groomed and controlled.
Just for the sake of argument, it would indicate that the second shooter most likely was set off by the media coverage about the first.
I think that that's quite likely here.
But, you know, just speaking to the wider system, you saw with Eric Schmidt there talking about humans turning to machines for companionship.
This is kind of shifting gears away from the assassination attempt, but in a way it's not because what we are seeing is the rise of a sort of mass psychosis.
People, not everyone, I hope, but Lots of people, millions upon millions of people are completely detaching themselves from physical and social and spiritual reality and sinking into these digital worlds.
Eric Schmidt, having been at the forefront of all of that as CEO of Google in the mass digitization of everything from the finance to information flow to medicine, it's kind of rich hearing him suddenly become concerned He's always voiced certain concerns,
But at the end of the day, people like Eric Schmidt, people like Sam Altman, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, and over here on now our side of the aisle, Elon Musk, Mark Andreessen, Peter Thiel, and David Sachs, they all talk about the risks of what happens when they all talk about the risks of what happens when you completely saturate a society with AI.
When you begin tinkering with people's brains indirectly and directly, when you begin tinkering with the genome, when you create and normalize humanoid and other types of robots and deploy them onto the wider society, they're always talking about, well, what happens if something goes wrong? they're always talking about, well, what happens if something goes Good.
I'm glad.
David Sachs is the new AI and crypto czar.
I pray he makes wise decisions and doesn't just slam on the accelerator.
At the end of the day, this is going to be about our choices, what we do as the wider populace, as the people.
It's not going to be something that's stopped by the government.
These corporations are going to move ahead on it as fast as possible.
And all of the talk about the concerns is really overshadowed by the desire for profit, for power, for influence, And AI and all these technologies below are seen as vehicles for profit and for power.
So it's not going away.
The only sane response, you hope the government can do things to mitigate this transformation, but the only sane response is going to come from individual people and the communities that they're embedded in, try to Bring back or sustain a lot of the traditional ways of learning, of acting in the world, of socializing, of doing business, and even making war.
I know AI is, you know, all the rage and drones are all the rage, but ultimately national defense and policing will come down to human beings who are competent and capable.
So all this is to say, Steve, you know, I would love to, I'm trying my best to To not be a total pessimist as we are transitioning into a Trump administration.
unidentified
But there's no way that can be— But hang on.
steve bannon
But I want to go back to when you say you're a pessimist or an optimist.
Did it not—and I call it the rage against the machine.
This should be the rage against the algorithm, I guess, is a better way to say it.
The rage against the algorithm.
You've warned people.
You wrote a book about it.
We've warned people.
I mean, hey, people have said, hey, you've got this blue-collar, middle-class audience.
You've had Alan up here for three years.
He wrote a huge book in War Room Books, but you've had him up all the time talking the most advanced things on singularity, and particularly AI, but also quantum computing, biotechnology, all of it.
Why are you doing that?
I said, well, this is actually probably the biggest thing that's out there, the singularity, the post-homo sapien versus the homo sapien that'll maybe define The age of Trump will define it politically, but this is the biggest cultural shift that we've seen, I don't know, in recorded history.
What I think is now coming to the surface and has to be addressed, whether you call it mass psychosis or not, the rage against the algorithm, a man was gunned down at point-blank range, shot in the back, on a street in midtown Manhattan, the busiest part of our country, in the center of industrial...
In media America.
The assassin laid in wait for hours.
This is premeditated.
This is a capital crime.
First degree murder.
I don't remember in the first 24 hours or 48 hours, virtually, and I understand some conservatives may say it now, but I don't see the wave of hero worship, and this guy's Robin Hood, and we need to do more of this.
And, you know, it's pretty hard to shock me, but I sit there going, I'm telling folks, It's deeper than just the rage against the insurance industry.
People are very upset about that, etc.
But it's knowing that humans have allowed the inhuman, the algorithm, to run it, and they can kind of game the algorithm to make sure that humans are at a disadvantage, or at least a perception of that.
That rage against the algorithm is one of the strongest outpourings of rage I've seen in a long time.
And people have to understand something.
This is an issue.
And it's an issue that's just not going to go away.
This has to be addressed.
Joe Allen.
joe allen
You know, just jumping off of that, I think one of the worries that I have is, let's just imagine that this does become some sort of In a way, a fashion statement, I am now the hero, I'm the new Robin Hood, just one after the other after the other, the response is going to be obvious.
The response, despite who, it doesn't matter who's in the White House or who really is in control of the government, the response is going to be more surveillance, more unwarranted arrests, more investigations of people who are really not necessarily murderous, but simply dissenters.
That's the path that I see this leading to.
I don't think that the state or billionaires are going to be content to live in fear.
I think they'll do everything possible to secure the system.
And if that means more monitoring, then that's exactly what will happen.
steve bannon
Isn't that the theme for the movie V for Vendetta?
joe allen
Yeah.
steve bannon
Not specifically.
Very close.
Hang on one second.
Hang on one second.
Actually, the screenwriter for V for Vendetta is a friend.
Scary movie.
We may be living something much scarier, but we got to get to the core reason of what's driving this rage.
You have to.
Short commercial break.
We're going to turn with Joe Allen.
We got Todd Benzman's fresh back from Mexico.
I tell you the three lines of work, the war, the debt, and the border, the invasion.
Biden and these demons trying to get blanket pardons for himself are exacerbating the problems that they're dumping on the country next in the war room.
unidentified
The jury in the Daniel Penny manslaughter trial says it is deadlocked on the manslaughter charge.
Penny is on trial in the chokehold death of Jordan Neely on the New York City subway last spring.
Joey Jackson is here with us to get your reaction.
I mean, they've been deliberating for several days, Joey, and now a deadlock on this charge.
steve bannon
Yeah, Pamela, it's not a surprise.
I think there's a lot to consider.
And remember, in these cases, they're tough.
unidentified
They're two different narratives.
On the one hand, you have the prosecution who's indicating that there was, at the very least, recklessness here.
And what is recklessness?
The standard is that you consciously disregard the risk of your behavior.
What risk?
If you have your hand or your arm around someone's neck, would it not be probable?
steve bannon
Let me have it.
This is the media trying to rewrite.
Because Daniel Penny didn't ask for a lawyer.
The tapes and the cop lied to him about being a Marine.
They had all the evidence, they thought, to bury Daniel Penny.
This shows you, I think, maybe a sea change in New York City.
Hung jury looks like right now in the Daniel Penny case, and for what they had and had gotten, I think, with nefarious activity of the cops and the prosecutors, because you can't trust, I hate to say you can't trust these people, what they'll do.
On Daniel Penny, it wasn't a thing.
They had Daniel Penny buried.
Buried.
And this shows you a jury working through it?
You don't know.
Looks like a hung jury.
Monumental.
Also, a federal judge has just ruled, I'll have more about this at 5, TikTok, looks like the sale of TikTok, which I've been a proponent of.
I think TikTok's going to be shut down.
It's a Chinese Communist Party information apparatus.
Looks like that's going forward.
It's got to be done by January 19th.
Just coming across the wire.
We'll get more on that at 5 o'clock.
Natalie Winters is going to be here with me also at 5 o'clock.
Joe Allen, in the streets of Manhattan, very disturbing.
Give me a couple thoughts.
You're going to be back with us tomorrow morning.
We're all over this story right now because there's something about this that ties back to the algorithm and the rage against the algorithm has got people's...
I mean, I am...
I don't shock easily.
The amount of outpouring of support of the assassin is pretty shocking.
joe allen
Like I say, Steve, I mean, we're...
In the middle of a period of mass psychosis, and I think that's going to get more and more intense as we go forward.
It won't be isolated to leftist discontents.
It's going to be all across the board, I think.
In a situation like we're in right now, wherein everyone is feeding off of this sort of digital environment of constant stimulation, Constant outrage.
This is one of what I believe will be many instances where people are just going nuts.
And I do, I don't, again, I don't want to end on total pessimism.
I do think we're in a better position than we were before.
But it's not, it's no time, as you said many times, there's no time to relax.
steve bannon
But hang on.
But CVS, I mean, Anthem changes their policy.
CVS is coming across the wire right now.
CVS, the pharmaceutical, the drugstore company, pulls executive photos from website, a manhunt for UnitedHealthcare CEO killer.
So, you know, the fear here is copycat killers.
And look, this was a capital crime.
This was a cold-blooded murder at point-blank range, shot him in the back.
Never gave the guy a chance.
Shot him in the back in cold blood.
People ought to think through what happened here.
The reality.
Joe, where do people get all your writings?
You're back with us tomorrow morning on our Saturday show.
We're going to be fully armed to go through this because there's something not good here.
It's rage against the algorithm.
Where do people go in the interim?
joe allen
Head over to Jobot.xyz.
You can get signed copies of the book and you'll see a lot of information from the last couple of months.
Of course, anyone who's been following the War Room is up to speed, but anyone who's not, come over, check it out.
Jobot.xyz and of course social media at J-O-E-B-O-T-X-Y-Z. Thank you, brother.
Thank you very much, Steve.
steve bannon
On your finances, number one, with taxes.
Because remember, they're going to be looking for every source of revenue because the deficits are so massive.
With the economy not hitting on all cylinders, they're looking for every source of revenue.
And that would go with you.
If you get a letter from the IRS, number one, before you call, first off, open it.
Don't put it in the drawer.
Put it in the drawer.
It's a ticking time bomb.

The great Todd Benzman talked about another guy that may be heading in to help President Trump in Trump 47, just back from Mexico City.
He gets an update, sir.
I got a bad feeling, although we've lined up now, that they've said House, Senate, Trump...
Boom!
It's border, immigration, mass deportations, first out of the box, so on the 20th, even before then, starting the 3rd.
But, Todd, you've performed your functions step one.
But how bad are things?
What's the reality check on this and where we stand?
todd bensman
To me, it's looking pretty good.
Just the mere utterance of, I'm going to cancel CBP-1 and all these humanitarian programs.
In the migrant camps down there in Mexico City is enough to, you know, they're giving up the ghost.
They're throwing up their hands.
I interviewed dozens that said, you know, after January 20, if he cancels CBP-1, that's that illegal humanitarian parole program that they brought in a million and a half people in over the border and by flights.
I'm going home.
I'm going back to Venezuela.
I'm going back to Guatemala and Honduras.
Wherever I was living before, I'm not staying here in Mexico anymore.
And that's the point of eliminating those kind of programs.
And furthermore, Those who say, I'm going to try to get in anyway, you know, also know that there's going to be these deportations.
We're going to return to normal.
And some of them are going to try to get in and, you know, just hope for the best.
But a lot of them are like, between we're canceling humanitarian parole programs and doing deportations if you get in, they're just going home.
And the ones that are back in the villages that are watching all this who might have come are going to stay home.
And that's the point.
That's the whole point.
The administration is going to have to follow through with action, of course, because they'll all be watching for that.
Are they following through with actual deportations or not?
Are they letting anybody in?
And I think that they will not fail to follow through, not this group.
steve bannon
Do you think that is the sense between now and the 20th?
That we've stemmed the tide, or do you expect some sort of surge to come through and try to get through before the 20th?
I know they understand when the new sheriff shows up, it's over on the 20th.
That is over a month away, you know, almost two months away, or six weeks, whatever it is.
Do you get any sense in Mexico, is Mexico finally playing ball and stopping that after the conversation you had with the president, or are they still playing games down there?
todd bensman
So that's the third major factor here, which is the Trump threat of 25% tariffs.
And actually, he's saying if that still doesn't stop it, he says it'll be 50% and then 75% and then 100%.
He said before the election.
They heard that loud and clear.
I did interview a senior Scheinbaum administration official while I was in Mexico City, and they are very well aware that they cannot win a trade war with the United States, even if they inflict a little bit of pain on our businesses.
It's going to wipe them out.
So they're probably going to, you know, they're going to cave.
And this particular administration official told me that they are going to try to set red lines and they're talking tough and everything about who they're going to accept from deportations, whether they're non-Mexicans, whether they're going to take them or not.
They're going to have a red line on that, they told me.
I don't think they're going to survive that.
Trump's coming to the table with a baseball bat.
All of them are coming to the table with a baseball bat.
I did see operations.
The Scheinbaum administration is operating.
They've got the troops out there.
They are pulling them off trains.
They are blocking them at roadblocks.
They're returning them south.
There is some of that.
They are breaking up caravans as well.
But they're also kind of skating a little bit by doing what I call ant operations.
I've been on your show a bunch of times talking about ant operations, which is we break them up, but then we provide buses for small groups and we ship them north secretly and let them cross that way.
And so there's also some of that going on.
If the Trump people catch them doing ant operations, I suspect they'll be hell to pay for So they better watch out on those ANA operations, letting people through and bussing them around, dispersing them in a way that you can't see readily.
That is happening.
I'm reading that in the Mexican media.
So they're doing kind of two things at once.
steve bannon
Last question, Todd, and I'm glad you're back.
I'm glad you're safe.
They're talking about blanket preemptive pardons.
Given what you've seen, and you said from day one, Steve, this is not chaos.
This is very well thought through.
You can see by the executive orders they did.
Do you believe there should be an investigation?
It polls out today.
The American people think it's the worst administration in modern political history.
That's in the Daily Mail.
It's a brutal poll, and it's a big poll.
It's over a thousand respondents.
Do you believe, because they're up there right now thinking through Mayorkas and all these guys, do you believe that we should have a thorough investigation of how this invasion of 10 to 15 million people came about, sir?
todd bensman
Full-throated investigation, presidential committee, whatever it takes, or the DOJ under the new FBI director and the AG, they need to have a full-throated investigation about who did what.
Now, a lot of folks are thinking, oh, you know, Mayorkas and the top guys.
I'm not thinking that way at all.
It needs to focus in on the political appointee class.
I wrote in my book, Overrun Chapter 4 at length, that this thing was orchestrated and engineered at the political appointee level inside the Domestic Policy Council, the DOJ, all the DHS agencies.
The people that they brought in, for example, Tyler Moran, Esther Olivaria, Lucas Gutentag, Amy Pope, that level of people that were in there orchestrating this came in from the NGO world,
the non-governmental organization world, and they systematically undermined the Federal law and statute that required them to faithfully execute those laws, not to dismantle them.
But what I'm wondering, Steve, is whether they also steered contracts to their former employers.
steve bannon
Wow.
todd bensman
Because we saw hundreds of millions of dollars flow to their former...
steve bannon
To invader...
Hang on one second.
We're going to come back to you.
Todd Benzman on the other side.

Would you step out and be a special advisor, senior advisor to this, sir?
todd bensman

Natalie Dominguez, home title lock.
People cannot, more than ever, you can't let anybody get access to your title because 80% of your net worth is tied in it.
Take it away, man.
unidentified
I see.
Today I want to talk about a report coming from Florida and the importance of monitoring your title, especially if you have vacant properties or vacation homes.
So a Florida couple, Larry and Dreama, thought that their under-construction home in Tampa would be safe because, although they weren't living on the property, they'd set up home security cameras to keep an eye on it.
However, the couple began to get suspicious when they noticed two strangers making repeated attempts to visit the house.
And even though they never attempted to break in and vandalize anything, they just kind of went on with their lives.
But after some time passed, everything clicked when the homeowners got noticed in the mail from the county clerk's office about a change to their title.
Turns out the couple that had been visiting the home, Michelle and Victor, had transferred the couple's property out of their name using fraudulent quick claim deed in an attempt to take out loans against its equity, as they'd already done for at least three other properties.
So now Larry and Dreamer are forced to hire lawyers and pursue civil charges in order to get everything rectified, despite the scammers being charged criminally by the state, because the worst part of this crime is that all the aftermath and the restoration falls on the homeowner instead of the criminal, which is why we really just want to encourage homeowners to monitor not which is why we really just want to encourage homeowners to monitor not only but their property's title, because the only way that scammers can get away with your equity is if you are not paying attention.
steve bannon
Good Lord, man, that is scary as hell.
Okay, Natalie, where do they go?
Can the people get access to you?
Do they get access to folks over at Home Title Act?
Where do they go right now?
Because I want everybody to pile into this thing because 80% of your network is tied up in that title.
unidentified
