That President Biden is expected to pardon his son Hunter Biden.
The president's son was convicted on all three felony charges in June related to the purchase of a revolver in 2018 when, prosecutors argued, Hunter lied on a mandatory gun purchase form by saying he was not illegally using or addicted to drugs.
According to NBC News, the president made the decision this weekend.
Molly, fast and furious, what do you make of this new news?
I just heard it.
I have to process it.
I don't have a take.
I'm sorry.
Anyone, Michelle, Miriam, presidential power in action on President Biden pardoning his son.
I'm 70 years old.
I can tell you there's not many 70-year-olds I know on Wall Street or in the political class that could go to a federal prison for four months.
It's extremely difficult, okay?
These places are violent places.
There's lots of drugs.
This drug K2 is all over these prisons.
That's why you have to be maniacally focused 24 hours a day.
I think it's evident to me That Joe Biden is going to have to pardon his son.
I don't think Hunter Biden would last 48 hours in a federal prison.
I think it would be too much for him, particularly his previous drug addiction.
And so I think President Biden, one thing he should do is to focus very much, which he said he's not going to do, but I don't think his son will handle it.
These are dangerous, tough places.
And that's one of the reasons I feel empowered.
I came out I came out more focused, in better shape, less weight, and quite frankly, being engaged with people.
Like I said, I listened, I observed, and I learned.
steve bannon
Monday to December 2024, that was on the day I was released from prison.
That was the late afternoon of, what is it, 29 October of 2024, a week before the election or a week before game day.
And I laid it out there.
Hunter Biden would not last 48 hours in a federal prison.
And so that is not what happened.
There's one thing to make sure that your son, and look, you are going to be above the law, but you got to make a decision, right?
That's not what happened here.
What happened here is beyond outrageous, particularly the way his regime has hunted down the J6 folks, the right to life people, the parents at the school boards, using the jackbooted Gestapo of the FBI that will be taken apart brick by brick.
It's outrageous.
And the pardon goes back 10 years because it's called a tell, folks.
They're so worried about the Ukraine.
They're so worried about the color revolution.
They're so worried about what went on in Ukraine.
And like I say, when that scab is ripped off, there's a lot of ugly pus that's going to come out there.
And the American people are going to have to confront that.
We're going to have to see once again what's been done in your name with your money.
Julie Kelly joins me out of the box.
Julie got a lot to talk about.
People have to be...
Look, as some of the members of the engine room here in the war room were texting me during the morning show...
5 November, ma'am, was Judgment Day, but 20 January 2025 is Accountability Day and every day going forward.
You've been heroic in your efforts to make sure that people know about this over the last four years.
I want to go through the day because I want this audience, particularly the four-hour hardcore, the hardest of the hardcore, To understand what we're up against and to kind of put in perspective who these people are.
I think too much of this kind of get, we say judges, we say prosecutors, say this.
No.
These are people that took it upon themselves.
And some of those outrageous commentary I've ever heard against American patriots.
And just over, truly, when he got in touch with me and said, hey, over Thanksgiving...
They're announcing they just rolled up a bunch of people last week after President Trump won.
They're trying to do so much damage to this country, and they're trying to destroy the patriot movement.
Julie Kelly, what do you got for us, ma'am?
julie kelly
So I just put a piece up this afternoon, Steve, on my Substack Declassified with Julie Kelly that walks through how the blanket amnesty now, 11-year pardon for Hunter Biden, should easily open the door and lay the groundwork for President Trump to issue similar amnesty clemency for every single January 6th defendant.
Despite what Joe Biden said in his whiny pardon yesterday, claiming that his son was selectively prosecuted, unfairly targeted, that the DOJ was political in its charging decisions, Hunter Biden did not face anything even close to what these J6ers have been put through Hunter Biden did not face anything even close to what these J6ers have been put through in the legal and judicial circle of hell,
Hunter Biden was not subjected to an armed FBI raid at 6 a.m. with FBI agents pointing automatic weapons at his wife and his children.
Hunter Biden was not dragged off to an inhumane gulag in Washington, D.C., where he was denied release on nonviolent offenses, a first-time offender.
He was tapped in at gulag for months, for over a year awaiting trial.
Hunter Biden did not face a jury populated with voters who hate him and hate his father.
These are just some of the elements of torment and torture.
That now more than almost 1,600 J6 defendants are facing in this ongoing vengeful Biden DOJ prosecution of Americans who protested his election now nearly four years ago.
If it's good enough for Hunter Biden, including crime speed, he apparently is committed while his father was president, then it's certainly good enough For even those accused of committing violent acts on January 6th, it is good enough to pardon all of them as well.
steve bannon
So let's go through these people.
That's a great case for doing it.
And President Trump, I'm sure they're working.
I know they're working on something.
You know, there's been all kinds of things.
He's going to do it all.
And people say, case by case, let's President Trump do his work here.
But let us identify for the audience what we're up against and who these people are that have done this, ma'am, because I want to make sure we put faces to action.
And they should make, oh, you can't do that.
No.
They took action.
They're government employees.
We got to know what happened.
So let's take it from the top and walk me through kind of the folks you have in this rogues gallery.
julie kelly
So we know who the biggest perpetrators are.
Joe Biden, Attorney General Merrick Garland.
And Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, not just responsible for the criminal investigations and two federal criminal indictments against Donald Trump, but of course initiating this what they call capital siege investigation and prosecution.
So, Steve, as we noted last week, the DOJ and FBI Counterterrorism Task Force arrested a few individuals, I believe two people from Florida, I think another man from Texas or Tennessee.
So they are continuing this prosecution.
But today, Steve, and so who is responsible?
Who is the individual whose office continues to bring these charges and handle these cases before D.C. judges?
The name of that individual is Matthew Graves.
He is the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.
He was appointed by Joe Biden to take on that office in November of 2021. Now, Steve, you're familiar with him because Matthew Graves' first act as D.C. prosecutor was to bring charges against you.
That was the first thing that he did.
steve bannon
Boy, I didn't even know that.
This is why I read Julie Kelly.
I didn't even know that.
Matthew Graves.
But that was a Pelosi-Dunn deal, but it's the corruption.
But keep going.
Who's Matthew Graves?
Can I get that picture a little bigger?
Denver?
Palm Beach?
It's too tiny.
Go ahead, Julie.
I want to make sure everybody knows who Matthew Graves is.
We're going to make him famous.
Let's see who Matthew Graves is.
There we are.
Tell me about Matthew Graves.
julie kelly
Matthew Graves, again, appointed by Joe Biden.
He was a former law partner in Washington, D.C., of second gentleman Doug Amha.
Matthew Graves' wife, Fatima Goss Graves, runs a $100 million nonprofit in Washington, a far-left radical nonprofit, who is...
One of the non-profits trying to force Clarence Thomas to resign.
She has visited the Biden White House at least 40 times while her husband is doing Joe Biden's dirty work and throwing Trump supporters in prison.
That is Matthew Graves.
He is the one who continued to bring the unlawful obstruction of an official proceeding felony against J6ers Even while the Supreme Court was considering overturning how the DOJ and Matthew Graves applied that post-Enron statute, which is, you know, they overturned and reversed the DOJ in June of this year, continued to bring that charge, is still arguing and trying to bring that felony count.
He is the one who brought seditious conspiracy charges against nonviolent members of the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers, Resulting in their convictions before D.C. juries and commending life sentences for some of them.
And you know this, people like Enrique Tarrio, sitting in jail now for 22 years in prison like he's a mass murderer for a seditious conspiracy charge brought by Matthew Graves to bolster the idea that what happened on January 6th was an insurrection incited by Donald Trump.
These are not legitimate charges.
They were not legitimate convictions.
It was all political, and it was all done at the hands of Matthew Graves.
steve bannon
Let me say this.
I think Matthew Graves ought to at least serve at least 22 years in a federal prison.
Let me be blunt.
At least 22 years in a federal prison.
That's what I think of you, Brother Graves.
It has nothing to do with mine.
Mine's a sideshow.
It's constitutionally important, but I'm talking about people, the J6 people that got years, and I had one in my cell block that I think had 15 years, 10 years, 15 years, a young man in for a long time, a bunch of J6ers at Danbury, and some just ridiculous, some of them ridiculous charges.
Graves is the one that drove this, right?
I mean, he was the leading driver of all these prosecutions.
julie kelly
He absolutely was.
He took over the existing prosecution, as I said, in November of 2021. Before that, there was an acting U.S. Attorney for District of Columbia, Channing Phillips, who was a longtime Democrat operative.
He had filled that office twice before in an acting capacity because he never would get confirmed by the Senate.
He's so radical.
So then Joe Biden appointed him, and he was confirmed, Matthew Graves.
And since then, not only has he accelerated the prosecution, he promised in an interview with Washington Post, get this, Steve, he set a quota for the number of defendants he wanted in a total J6 prosecution.
steve bannon
Let me...
unidentified
Yep.
steve bannon
A quota.
Yep.
This is why he's going to get 22 years.
Can we get his picture back up?
Put it over Julie's?
Um...
At least 22 years.
But Matthew Graves, I'm going to give a scoop.
I would assume he's going to be fired, terminated sometime shortly after high noon on the 20th of January 2025. Matthew Graves, we will make sure, sir, before, you know, your trial, that we stay very close to any law firm that hires Matthew Graves.
We're going to have a problem with that.
julie kelly
That's right.
Yeah, we are.
steve bannon
This is the deal that you ran on us.
This is the deal that you guys ran on us for years, debanking, deplatforming, making sure people are getting hired.
We've got a big problem.
Any law firm that hires Matthew Graves is going to have their client base basically lit up.
We will light the phones up.
We will do protests around.
So I just want to warn any law firm.
Narelle's holding on to you guys.
You think you're big, powerful law firms.
Hey, let's see.
We love to go after, hey, we're the hoplites that just assisted President Trump in the victory against all odds.
We love to take on some of these big law firms.
We love to take on some of these big corporations.
We got no use for any of you guys.
So just understand, if you hire Matthew Graves, you've got a problem with War Room.
And you may say, well, screw War Room.
That's okay.
I'm all cool with that.
I'm down with that.
But Matthew Graves is a bad guy and he's destroyed families.
He's destroyed lives of patriots.
So Matthew Graves is going to have to be dealt with and he'll be he'll will be an ex-US attorney sometime shortly in in late January of 2025. And as he goes out into the commercial world, people should just understand that.
I would not be surprised if Biden be slipping Matthew Graves a pardon.
We'll have to see.
Julie Kelly, who else you got for us in your lineup?
julie kelly
So, of course, Matthew Graves.
But as I've said, Steve, and you know this, the real villains in Washington are the federal judges.
Matthew Graves and the DOJ cannot get away with anything, bringing bogus charges, recommending excessive sentences, which includes terror enhancements, cherry-picking evidence, withholding braiding material, all of the things that J6 criminal defense attorneys Hold
unidentified
it.
steve bannon
Hold it.
Hold it.
Hang on.
Hold it.
Stop.
Four trials started today in Washington, D.C. Is that what you're telling me?
julie kelly
Correct.
steve bannon
Just in your face?
They're just in your face.
They're daring you.
They're just in your face.
Hey, you guys are such tough guys.
See how tough you are on this.
Four trials are starting today, correct?
unidentified
Correct.
julie kelly
Two bench trials, two jury trials.
Now, how in the world can these judges look at the election results?
From November 5th, where you saw kind of a red trend in every major city, with the exception of Washington, D.C., same percentage of voters, 93% voted for Kamala Harris as they did Joe Biden in 2020. Yet, Steve, every single judge, and I'm talking Trump judges, I'm talking Reagan judges, have denied change of venue motions when they know that these J6ers are being thrown to the wolves before a jury of 12 voters.
Few alternates who hate Donald Trump with a passion, who view January 6th so much differently than any other city in America.
I've sat in jury selection process.
You can't believe how these Washington, D.C. residents think of January 6th.
They really do consider a terror attack on them personally.
So how can they continue to believe that they're upholding the Fourth Amendment, allowing, protecting the due process rights of a defendant?
That is a judge's job, Steve, to protect a defendant from overreach of the government.
None of that is happening in Washington.
These judges are systematically making comments about blanket pardons.
Judge Carl Nichols, your judge, Who just said in proceedings last week or recently that a blanket pardon would be a mistake?
Who is a federal district judge to weigh in on the president's constitutional power to pardon?
They routinely, and I posted this on X, these judges, Judge Amit Mehta, refusing to delay a trial of the J-6 are starting today, saying there's strong public interest in the resolution of this case.
It's a misdemeanor case.
No one knows who this defendant is.
Judge Maida, what's the strong public interest?
Just because you want to keep notching up victories in your courtroom?
unidentified
Okay, well hang on, hang on.
steve bannon
We have strong public interest in knowing who this guy is.
Do we have his picture?
I want to show the American people who these people are.
This is the first of many.
We're going to spend a lot of time on this because this is outrageous.
They are breaking families.
They are breaking people because they think they have state power.
Well, you ain't got state power anymore.
That day is over.
And you people have ruled like the Nazi judges in Germany in the 30s and like the Soviet show trials, the Russian show trials.
This is a vast criminal conspiracy against President Trump and his followers.
Well, what is it?
Bottom plank on top now, I think was the saying in the Civil War.
So who's, let's take, let's go Mato.
Who's Mato?
Who isn't?
Can we get his photo up so people can understand who this gentleman is?
And what is his track record?
julie kelly
Judge Mehta appointed by Barack Obama.
Judge Mehta also served on the FISA court, terrifyingly enough.
He has presided over some of the most important J6 cases, including the civil lawsuits filed by members of Congress and Capitol Police against Donald Trump.
Judge Mehta declaring that President Trump was not immune from civil liability for what happened on January 6th.
Judge Mehta also overseeing the three trials So, members of the Oath Keepers, allowing this ridiculous seditious conspiracy charge usually reserved for actual foreign terrorists, not nonviolent offenders who are veterans and former law enforcement officials,
allowing the seditious conspiracy charge to move forward, imposing excessive sentences In the range of 14, 16 years on that conviction and permitting a domestic error enhancement sought by Matthew Graves' office, even in nonviolent cases such as obstruction of an official proceeding.
So he is among the worst.
I think he's been auditioning for a promotion to the appellate court, which of course then oftentimes can lead to a Supreme Court nomination.
steve bannon
Well, since, hey, I got news from Mehta, since we're going to run the deal for the next 50 years, his shot's over.
He's not going to get to the appeals court.
He's not going to get to the Supreme Court.
It's not going to happen.
In particular, the way he's destroyed American patriots and destroyed American citizens.
Judge Mehta, the American people saw this.
They weighed and measured it.
It was just like Lincoln said about the Emancipation Proclamation.
They weighed and measured it, and they sent him back in a massive win in 1864, where they sent President Trump after all you and your colleagues tried to do.
The American people weighed and measured.
We had the largest jury verdict in history, and guess what?
They ruled against you, sir.
So I'm sorry.
So Judge Mehta's won.
Who else we got?
Who's next in our own deck circle?
julie kelly
So I'm going to be following this as much as possible.
People can look on XJulie underscore Kelly, too.
So we have other judges, Gabby Friedrich, a Trump appointee.
She was the first judge to allow the 1512C to obstruction of an official proceeding charge to go forward against J6ers.
And, of course, again, overturned by the Supreme Court.
steve bannon
But hold it, but hold it, but hold it.
This was overturned by the Supreme Court, right?
So she's the instigator of this?
julie kelly
She was the first judge to sign off on the use of 1512C2 and J6 cases, correct?
unidentified
Yep.
steve bannon
So tell me about her.
julie kelly
And I don't know who recommended her to Donald Trump.
She never should have been recommended nor confirmed.
Her husband was a long-time top DOJ official under the Obama administration.
He worked on the Enron task force with people like Lisa Monaco and Andrew Weissman.
This woman should be nowhere near A court bench, let alone handling cases of Trump supporters.
So she also is allowing trials and sentences to move forward, ignoring the change in DOJ coming in six weeks from now and President Trump's campaign pledge to pardon at least ignoring the change in DOJ coming in six weeks from now and President Unreal.
steve bannon
Thank you.
alex jones
Unreal.
steve bannon
Unreal.
Trump's election.
We're going to find out who promoted her to President Trump and who pushed for her.
What else we got, Julie?
By the way, Julie, once again, give your social media where people can go and get all the access to all this information.
Where do they go?
julie kelly
So my work can be found at Declassified with Julie Kelly at Substack, Real Clear Investigations, where, of course, I've covered Matthew Graves and his wife and all these judges, and then posting a lot, which I did yesterday, on Ask Julie underscore Kelly, too,
with some of these court orders and motions filed by Matthew Graves' office, refusing or asking the court to deny defense motions to delay trials and sentencing until after Donald Trump takes office.
steve bannon
No, because they want to smear these people by giving them criminal records.
It's obvious what they're trying to do.
They're trying to destroy people.
That game is over, folks.
That game is over.
The debanking, the deplatforming, the not getting law firms, the game's over.
President Trump won a massive, sweeping victory.
If we deliver on the economic side, and I'm working 29 hours a day to make sure that we do that.
As I said in the Times of London on Sunday, the Sunday Times, MAGA will govern for 50 years at least.
It'll be a realignment like 1932. It's all there before us.
We just have to execute.
We have to deliver.
And part of the delivery is deconstructing the administrative state and taking out the deep state.
And these are deep state actors.
That all has to be deconstructed.
Do you have anything else for us, Julie?
This is now going to be a big part of the show going forward, is to make sure that we can identify exactly who the good folks are and who maybe some of the folks that, I don't know, need to get their minds right.
Need to get their minds right.
Who else we got, Julie?
Anybody right now?
julie kelly
So I'm going to be checking the docket, the DC court docket.
Every few days I will be posting what these judges are saying and doing in court, allowing these sentences and trials to move forward.
Any comments that they make about Donald Trump or pardons or You know, there are ridiculous descriptions of January 6th.
Royce Lambert, the Reagan appointee judge, has been also one of the worst.
I just posted a few days ago comments he made in an order declaring that this Jay Sixer, again accused of low-level misdemeanors, federal crimes no other political protester has ever faced, with the exception of people who protested Joe Biden's election on January 6th,
and making the most outlandish, egregious comments about how this was a terror attack by a mob who was trying to overthrow the government that day.
So ridiculous.
steve bannon
That's an obscenity.
That's an obscenity.
Well, here's the consequence.
They should be impeached.
I just want to make sure the judges understand this.
We are going to lead a movement to impeach you, take you to trial in the Senate, have you removed from the federal bench.
Let me repeat that.
We are focused on leading a movement, and we've got a pretty good track record.
We're going to lead a movement to have you impeached and then have a trial in the Senate and be removed from the federal bench and have all your benefits and retirement all stripped from you.
And I hope eventually that you folks go to federal prison.
Julie, I've got to bounce.
Give your social media again one more time, ma'am.
julie kelly
Julie underscore Kelly, too.
Also Substack and Real Clear Investigations.

Wait for it.

Some are born and some are dying.
It's Alpha and Omega's kingdom come.
And the whirlwind is in the thorn tree.
The virgins are trimming their wicks.
The whirlwind is in the palm tree.
It's hard for thee to kick against the bricks.
All this nonsense, all this spin, they can't handle the truth.
War Room Battleground with Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to be on top of that part of the story nonstop.
We like tough fights and folks got to be held accountable.
Just no more free shots on gold.
This is not a justice system.
This was corrupted.
This is not about any of us individually.
This can never be allowed to happen again.
This is what the Nazi judges in the Nazi criminal system did in the 1930s.
This is one of the reasons that World War II happened.
This is the Moscow show trials and what Stalin did, the Bolsheviks did, to the Russian system.
This cannot be allowed to happen.
In a constitutional republic, this cannot be allowed to happen.
You can't look the other way.
I understand it's easier just, okay, that was then, let's just move on.
Let's look to the future.
Elections are about the future.
When anybody tells you that, they're lying to you, they're treating you like a simpleton.
Elections are about the here and now, how history informs it, and how we want to make sure we're on the right arc going forward.
If anybody tells you, oh, we're an election about the future, that's another hack Republican that's lying to you.
I'm going to bring in Sheriff Mack now.
The Wall Street Journal is fully up to speed.
Big story, sir, about the Constitution.
And you said this the other day.
We don't need to call the military out.
We're all for the mass deportations.
This must be and will be done in a humane way.
President Trump is one of the nicest gentlemen I've ever met.
He's got a big heart.
The people that came across here have to go home.
But we're going to do it in a smart and humane way.
Sheriff Mack, talk to me about the article and talk to me particularly about why the constitutional sheriffs are the best force to augment what Homan and Miller and President Trump's team is putting in place, sir.
sheriff richard mack
Well, if the military were to be used, they could only be used at the border, and that would be fine.
But because you've got to stop the bleeding.
And I'm hearing my own voice.
It's confusing.
Yeah, and I'm...
steve bannon
Yeah.
Do you have your speakers cut on?
Could you...
sheriff richard mack
Yeah, there we go.
steve bannon
Okay, let's reboot.
Is it better?
Okay, go ahead, Sheriff Mack.
sheriff richard mack
Yeah, that's better.
But yes, so at the same time, I keep hearing the guys in the back.
steve bannon
I tell you what, Sheriff Mack, we're going to reboot you.
Let's do that.
sheriff richard mack
Okay.
steve bannon
Let's do that.
Let's go ahead and reboot him.
Thank you, sir.
Okay, guys, let's get this organized.
We're burning daylight, as we say here in the war room.
Well, Sheriff Mack's on top of Wall Street Journal had a tremendous piece after Sheriff Mack came on last week, and the piece was basically how sheriffs...
And this is why...
And look, I don't know the details of the plan, and I should know the details of the plan.
Stephen Miller, Homan, and others are working on that right now.
Yeah, FEMA. I would respectfully submit, and this is why I keep arguing for a summit so President Trump can sit there and kind of lay down the law of, here's how we're going to do it.
We are going to do it.
Here's how we're going to do it.
And how do I take that?
And why do I think it's a good idea?
Here's why.
President Trump comes out over Thanksgiving holidays.
He says two things.
He says, number one, I'm going to put 25% tariffs on Mexico, Canada, and China.
Across the board, he doesn't say I'm going to put 25% tariffs on avocados coming from Mexico.
He says all trade from Mexico, all trade from Canada, all trade from China.
What happens?
What happens is that the president of Mexico, who's kind of a puppet of the socialist, the former socialist president, She calls him right away and gauges to think, hey, basically I'm going to shut down the border.
Now she's denying a lot of it, but we know that those conversations went on and they're going to man the border.
They're going to start shutting down the border on their side because President Trump got their attentions because guess what?
The Mexican business model does not work at 25% across the board tariffs.
And President Trump keeps reiterating He keeps reiterating that if you want access to the strongest, most powerful, most lucrative market in the world, you're not going to be able to mess with us.
You're not going to play games.
You're not going to be shipping fentanyl and sex trafficking in here.
It's got to stop.
And I'm holding the government accountable.
It's brilliant.
Not like Biden, not to initiate and exacerbate an invasion of our country.
Same with Canada.
What happened?
Trudeau's on the next flight down there to kowtow.
They have dinner and to kowtow to president.
He also says about the BRICS. We've talked about that a little bit.
I got it.
Thank you.
We talked about it all the time here, about the dollar and the dollars of prime reserve currency.
President Trump has recommitted and says, hey, we're going to stay as a prime reserve currency.
Okay, I got it.
That's the plan.
I'm down with that.
We've got to make some changes.
President Trump knows that.
The purchasing power of the dollar is dropping because the Biden's, you know, insane inflation.
But he puts the BRICS nations on notice.
Hey, don't be pulling any fast stuff here.
Don't be getting together and trying to bundle your currencies and trying to do this and trying to do that to get off the dollar and to try to break us.
Not going to happen on my watch.
To wit, I'll add 100% tariff.
On any country that tries to get off the dollar system.
Hello!
That, ladies and gentlemen, is what we call in the business a wake-up call, a shot across the bow.
You don't hear Biden doing that.
You don't hear, you know, Nikki.
You don't hear Birdbrain saying that.
You don't hear Ron DeSantis saying that.
The sheriff is back with me.
And here's the point.
The illegal alien invaders that came across at the invitation of Biden in this illegitimate regime are going to go home.
The best way to augment that process, besides ICE, and ICE is really atrophied, they're the first to admit that because Biden essentially shut him down.
We have the constitutional sheriff.
The sheriffs are kind of the front line for law enforcement throughout the country.
So walk us through what the Wall Street Journal finally got hepped to this, wrote an article, and then you've been the biggest advocate of this.
So walk us through exactly what's going on, sir.
sheriff richard mack
Yes, thank you, Steve.
It's good to be back with you.
First of all, if the If the plan is to use the military, then it can only really constitutionally be at the border, and the bleeding has got to stop.
As far as identifying those across the country that need to be sent home, the sheriffs would be the most logical choice.
They know their counties better than anyone else.
They know who's moving in.
They know who's moving out.
They know who committed the crimes in Aurora, Colorado, and other places across the country.
They know where these people live.
And so the sheriffs would be the best at producing Intel in every county of the people that need to be sent home.
They would also be the ones to be the most fair about finding the ones who really do need to go home, and the ones who are here legally.
We don't want American citizens to be deported, and we want the criminals to go home.
They need to go home.
This has been so devastating to our country.
And so, of course, the sheriffs should all be involved.
And every sheriff, Democrat or Republican, should want to create now peaceful counties.
And how do we take back America?
County by county.
And so, of course, the sheriffs need to be involved in this.
And I really appreciated the Wall Street Journal backing me up on what we had put out nationwide.
steve bannon
Talk to me about that.
Tell me about your group, the Constitutional Sheriffs.
What are you prepared to do, like even with space, so we don't have to build these FEMA camps or take over FEMA camps or the great state of Texas is offering?
My point is if we can simplify the logistics, you can get to that.
My point in this is rely upon General William Tecumseh Sherman, a simple plan aggressively executed.
If we start getting too complex and we're building camps and we're doing this, next thing you know, a lot of contracts are going to be a lot of money.
We're going to be two years from now and people are still going to be here.
So walk me through what the constitutional sheriffs can actually do, sir.
sheriff richard mack
Well, first and foremost, Steve, the sheriffs don't need the permission of their governor.
Like the governor out here in Arizona, Hobbs does not want to participate and does not want to help.
And she wants all these people to stay in her state.
And the mayor of Phoenix wants the same thing.
We're not going to allow this to happen in Phoenix.
Well, we have a good sheriff in Maricopa County now that will take office January 1st, Jerry Sheridan.
And he doesn't need her permission either.
Last time I looked, Phoenix is in Maricopa County.
And so, they all need to get a spirit of working together to solve this problem that Biden and Harris caused, and some others with these ridiculously unlawful and criminal sanctuary cities for illegal aliens.
That's aiding and abetting a crime.
And fine.
Let Tom Homan and the Justice Department investigate these people and prosecute them and put them in jail for a while.
This has been so devastating to our country.
We've got to stop this.
And I appreciate the courage of President Trump and his situation team.
And transfer of power team that are already putting this out there.
And I can't wait to see the whole plan.
But sheriff's got to be involved.
And one other, Steve, I just saw your little story about Judge Friedrich was a mistake by Trump.
We at the CSPOA, the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, have come out against his pick for director of DEA. This sheriff is not qualified to be this at all.
There's some great sheriffs in Florida, and Chad Chronister is not one of them.
This will be a huge mistake for Trump.
We've got to get this to him.
And I'm trying to get the message to him.
Do not pick Sheriff Cronister.
He's not even close to being qualified.
steve bannon
Okay, let's do it.
We'll get a clip to make sure President Trump sees this.
I want to come back to posse comitatus and the mayor and the sheriff in Maricopa County, how that works.
Because I think folks here are going to need the technical explanation.
But I want to go to this DEA choice.
Look, my theory of the case is the following.
President Trump took a bullet to the head and four weeks, four months later, won a sweeping landslide victory.
He gets to pick the cabinet he wants.
And we, as the war room posse, will put our shoulder to the wheel, obviously, with Cash and with Pete Hegseth, formerly with Gates, now with obviously Pam, Bobby Kennedy, all We're pushing hard.
But every now and again, and I can cite two examples that I get a lot of feedback slash blowback from the Warren Posse has been the Surgeon General.
Let's put that up.
The Surgeon General has caused a lot of raised eyebrows.
But I think even more so is the DEA. So how did this happen?
I mean, it crept me for I don't know this guy.
But I've been sent the record and I've looked to it extensively.
This is about as far away from the constitutional sheriffs as one can get.
So do you know him?
I mean, how do we get in the situation of this guy getting picked?
And I agree with you, although I'm not a sheriff.
I'd like to hear from you.
He probably wouldn't be the war room's first draft choice here, sir.
sheriff richard mack
No, he would be the last in Florida and one of the last in the entire nation.
And look, I'd love to help the president with some great sheriffs in Florida, great sheriffs across the country that would be fantastic.
I've already tried to be getting Mark Lamb involved in his cabinet somewhere or part of his team.
Sheriff Lamb is the opposite of Sheriff Chronister.
Sheriff Chronister, first of all, calls himself a Republican.
He's not even that.
He has donated several times to the Democratic National Committee.
And to other Democrat candidates in Florida and across the country.
I think what I've seen is that his father-in-law, I think is a friend of Trump's, and he may have heard from that friend and said, oh yeah, I'll pick your son-in-law.
I don't know what happened here, but it's a mistake.
And please, President Trump, do not pick this man to be part of your administration.
Not good.
Not good.
You made a mistake with Judge Friedrich.
Please don't duplicate that with this man.
Look, we want to have your back.
We want to help you.
Look, I've been to his fundraisers.
I've been to his rallies.
I'm thrilled that Trump got in.
And I want to help any way I can.
So please don't pick this man.
steve bannon
Let's talk about, and we'll make sure he sees that clip, and the time maybe we go through with you in a couple days, some alternative recommendations.
I want to go back to your thought, and this is about the Constitution.
The federal troops, and this comes from the Reconstruction era, the Civil War, federal troops...
Can not just be sent in for civil matters, for police function matters.
We can send them to the border for our sovereignty.
But posse comatadas, unless a governor in a crisis sends a letter to the President of the United States requesting the military for a certain emergency that's pretty well defined, the President of the United States doesn't have the authority as Commander-in-Chief.
Remember, the number two power he's got, CEO first, Commander-in-Chief second, Chief Magistrate third.
He just can't send it.
And you're saying, hey, we're constitutional sheriffs.
We understand the president just can't wave a magic wand and send the military, but the constitutional sheriff standing there.
But give me the relationship, because I think a lot of people are shocked, like a mayor of Phoenix, you have a county of Maricopa with a sheriff.
You have a city of Phoenix inside said county.
The mayor of Phoenix just can't tell the, they say, first of all, we're a sanctuary, or in Denver, we're a sanctuary city.
What's the relationship between these mayors and the sheriffs?
sheriff richard mack
Well, there's not usually much of one.
But this time, I believe that Sheriff-elect Sheridan will need to go sit down and talk with her and just let her know.
Sheriff Arpaio was doing some raids in the city of Mesa when he was sheriff about 15 years ago.
And the city of Mesa got all mad.
And he said the same thing.
And that's why I was using his term.
The last time I looked, Mesa is in Maricopa County.
Phoenix, of course, is in Maricopa County.
The sheriff has countywide jurisdiction.
The gentleman's agreement between the cities, the chief of police in Phoenix and Mesa and Peoria and all the other cities here, It's a gentleman's agreement that the cities handle the calls for law enforcement within the city limits.
Anything and everything outside the city limits is handled by the sheriff's office.
But most of these cities do not have their own jail facilities.
So, look, everyone in Phoenix voted for the sheriff, whether it was Democrat or Republican.
They vote and elect the sheriff.
The sheriff works for them as well as everybody else in the county.
Jerry Sheridan has the authority to do whatever he needs to do to send people home, and he already said that he's going to be very tough on illegal aliens.
Hey, that's what it should be.
This was a huge problem caused by Biden and Harris, and now we've got to fix it.
Look, Article 4, Section 4 says that the federal government is in charge, shall, and I'm quoting, shall protect Our borders from invasion.
Article 4, Section 4 of U.S. Constitution.
They can and should go to the border and stop this bleeding and then get on with getting the arrest out of every county and city in this country.
steve bannon
The constitutional sheriffs, what is your thoughts, what's your position on this concept of sanctuary cities, sir?
sheriff richard mack
It's a crime.
That's so criminal.
And it's so based on politics instead of the rule of law.
unidentified
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
steve bannon
Are you saying the mayor of Denver, who's the most aggressive, are you saying the mayor of Denver in your organization's belief is committing a crime?
sheriff richard mack
Absolutely.
Of course he is.
Yeah, we've said that all along when they started this years ago.
And And we hope that some local sheriffs would have taken some action against them.
But, you know, they're Democrats and they're hacks for them also.
And they've gotten away with this for so many years.
That's why the Denver mayor is so bold, because they've gotten away with it for so long.
And the Obama administration got away with it.
Biden administration got away with all their corruption.
And, you know, it's so obvious that it is completely corrupt.
And we've got to clean this up.
How are the American people going to have confidence and trust in government if government officials are allowed to commit these types of crimes?
No, let's clean it up, for heaven's sakes.
steve bannon
Sheriff Mack, where do people go to find out more about your group and then social media for you, sir?
sheriff richard mack
On social media, it's Constitutional Sheriffs, and the best place to get all our information, see our latest press releases about all the topics we talked about today, CSPOA, CISPOA, Constitutional Sheriffs, Peace Officers Association, CSPOA.org.
Make a donation, join our posse, because that's another key component of all this.
The sheriff needs a posse and needs the backup of his citizens.
And so let's get involved with this peaceful and effective solution and an effective way to send these people home.
steve bannon
Efficient, effective, and humane.
Thank you, Sheriff Mack.
Thank you for the organization.
Love the constitutional sheriffs.
Thank you, sir.
Appreciate you.
sheriff richard mack
See you soon.

Doesn't it make you feel good that the last couple of years we've been talking about the BRICS nations?
A lot of people over the weekend, the sophisticates, what's he talking about?
What's a BRIC? Don't need to tell the war room posse that.
They understand the BRICS. They understand the prime reserve currency.
They understand the dollar empire.
They understand how it comes down when the elites of the United States breach their fiduciary obligation.
