This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
Here's one time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
steve bannon
Wednesday, 20 November, Year of Our Lord 2024.
I want to thank Senator Tuberville for taking so much time away.
So, Gates is up on Capitol Hill right now, J.D. Senator Vance, the Vice President of the United States, is walking him around.
So let's do a reset here on a very active and crazed morning, as it should be.
Where do I start?
Three angles of attack here.
Number one, about taking control of the institutions and seizing control of the institutions, which is what you have to do.
This is what the American people voted for.
This is what a president does.
Just to go back, there's, I don't know, 2.5 million military, the same maybe 2.8 or 2.5 in the military, approximately 2.5 federal employees.
That's 5 million.
You have contractors of 18 million.
Half of that are some sort of executives or consultants or whatever, and half of that are some sort of senior level.
So let's say it's another 4 or 5 million of that.
Roughly 10 million.
Now, the guy from one of the senior guys at MSNBC, they said, oh, that's tens of millions of employees.
No, it's not tens of millions.
Get your numbers right.
But $10 million, and that kind of makes sense when you think of an apparatus that spends $6.5 or $7 trillion, I guess $6, 6.5 trillion, and runs a $2 trillion deficit.
That would be the scale of people you would need to kind of oversee it and run it as it currently exists.
The president, when he comes in, gets 4,000 political appointees.
So this is just a sprinkling.
Now, 3,000 of those can hit the deck plates running right away.
Those do not have to be confirmed by the Senate.
Remember in the Constitution...
The Senate gives the advice and consent of the appointments of senior people.
Now, they've gotten it to almost 1,000 of the 4,000.
So they've become...
And the Senate really is.
The Human Resources Department just is.
That's one of their primary functions.
And for treaties.
And there's not many treaties anymore.
This is not like the 18th century now.
When it was conceived, the Constitution, where the Secretary of State was much bigger and more important, and treaties were a huge deal.
There are some of those, but it's not as big as it used to be.
So the Senate, I'm not saying it doesn't have a purpose, absolutely has a purpose, but the action is always in the House, as I believe.
In the process of the 80 days that you have to actually form a government and stand it up and go...
You have phases, and the first phase is to interact with the apparatus, with the administrative state.
You have what's called landing teams, and then later you have beachhead teams, and then you get your whole team.
So it's a landing team, it's a beachhead team, and then you're in.
The landing team should already be over there, and that's where, hey, where do you make the coffee?
Where's the men's room?
Let's begin to relieve the watch.
The watch is going to be relieved, just like a Navy ship.
The watch is going to be relieved at high noon on the 20th of January, 2025.
The minute after that, it's on Donald Trump's watch.
Up until then, it's Biden's watch.
It shouldn't be lost on you right now.
We are upscaling this war in Ukraine.
American-made long-range and medium-range missiles are being lobbed in, fired in by Zelensky under authorization of Biden.
He's also allowed contractors to go in there.
Putin's coming out and talking about making public statements and having press conferences where he's talking about different gradations of the use of tactical nuclear weapons on the battlefield.
This is getting serious.
Nigel Farage is going to join me at 6 to talk about Diego Garcia and other things.
But one of the things we're going to talk about today, just announced we came on air, British weapons launch.
And when they had these weapons, I don't care what they're telling people, they've got American technicians and they have British technicians down there to help the Ukrainians figure out their fire control mechanisms and the targeting of these weapons in Ukraine.
So we are a combatant, and the Russian people in the KGB that runs Russia are looking at us as a combatant.
Biden right now, whether it's the balance sheet, whether he's working on the financial situation of the country, the economic, the border, up there with the judges, or war, they are not trying to turn the watch over to President Trump and say, hey, we've done our duty, here it is, here's a full briefing.
It's the exact opposite.
They want Trump to fail, and they want him to fail catastrophically.
They don't care about the country.
They care about control of the country.
This is what we're facing, and this is why this cadre, the war room posse, this vanguard of this movement is so important, is so incredibly important.
I would love to be able to sit there and tell you, oh, President Trump has got a magic wand.
It's all going to be better.
We won.
It's victorious.
Let's roll.
It's the exact opposite.
Winning got you a seat at the table because you were the substrate of that victory.
You now have a seat at the table, and you have a meaningful seat at the table.
People are listening.
When you guys fire people up on the phones and the emails, when you start going to social media, you share the War Room, the clips from the show.
Also, articles I'm putting up on Getter are articles we put up during the show.
People are watching and listening.
And I mean at the Financial Times of London, the New York Times, the Times of London, the Wall Street Journal.
Why?
Because you were the vanguard in the cadre that gave the get out mass mobilization of get out the vote that President Trump as the blunt force instrument, the armor-piercing shell, had this great victory.
unidentified
Thank you.
steve bannon
But it's not over.
In fact, it's just now engaged.
And this is a war to the knife.
It's a war to the knife.
I want to bring in Bossy.
When I think of guys I want in the trench with me, when we go fix bayonets, Bossy's the guy I want right to the right of me.
When I first came in and stepped in the campaign, I put him as deputy campaign manager because Dave Bossy's a man of action.
He gets things done, right?
And he's a pair of heavy hands.
He can make things happen without ruffling a lot of feathers, but if he's got to ruffle feathers, he'll do that too.
Dave, and this is what, you know, And I love McCombs guys over there, but let me be blunt, and this is what I don't understand, and I think we have to have a rethink.
President Trump is named as the Avengers, the front guard, the five, I call them the five horsemen of the deep state apocalypse.
And if you look at Hegseth and Gates and Noam and Tulsi and Bobby Kennedy, the one thing they do is know how to, because narrative is so important, they know how to explain and make accessible complex topics and sell those topics to the American people.
This is why these guys are stars.
We have them silent right now.
They're not doing media.
Even they're not even doing Fox, I don't think.
They're not doing any media.
So, and let's say, okay, I can understand.
You're getting ready for your confirmation.
But you then have to, if you're going to do that, bro, you got to have like a massive surrogate program nonstop, nonstop, wall to wall.
And I don't just mean at Fox.
But I mean, at MSNBC and particularly CNN, who's a little, I think, more open to booking people, you've got to have, boom, you know, person after person as surrogates.
You know this.
You helped me do it over the 16 campaign.
It's one of the first things we helped Jason and Boris.
And Boris was head of surrogates.
I mean, talk about a brawler.
Hey, we put a thug in as the surrogates.
CNN banned him from the building.
Why?
He was relentless.
And he had the surrogates that were relentless.
Now, the first thing I've seen is kind of...
It's Dave Bossy and you're pulling this thing together.
Tell me this announcement that was made.
Why is this important?
You got some old guard because, brother, we can't have...
When Trump takes a bullet to the head and then wins four months later in a landslide, he gets to choose, as Coach Tuberville agreed and supported me, he gets to choose the guys, men and women, who are going to be in his government, particularly the senior levels.
Dave Bossy, tell me what your theory of the case is and what you have finally seen now.
The cavalry is starting to arrive.
Okay?
Tell me what you worked on and what is out there today, sir.
david bossie
Yeah, thanks, Steve.
And you just nailed it right on the head.
The five folks that you just talked about, no more or less important than the rest of the cabinet from President Trump's worldview, but these guys, these men and women, are on the knife's edge.
They are the ones that the left And the mainstream media desperately wants to attack and defeat at all costs.
Matt Gaetz, in my opinion, our single most important person that we must support at all costs.
He is going to get in.
steve bannon
Hold it, Dave.
Bossy, hang on.
You've been up here a while and you know how to do it.
Why is Gaetz—Tuberville's just in here a moment ago.
I know you didn't talk to Coach.
He said the exact same thing.
He said, hey, they're all important and we're getting them all.
But he says, Gates, we must not back off of.
Why are you saying that, sir?
david bossie
The single most important appointment that President Trump has announced thus far.
And that is because Matt Gates is a...
Steve, it's what we have been talking about for years.
He is...
Not in theory a change agent.
He is the change agent.
He is somebody that is going to come into the Department of Justice.
Somebody who has been the victim of the Department of Justice.
Somebody who understands it from your average citizen.
Because as Donald Trump said, they're not coming for me.
They're coming for you.
I'm just in the way.
Well, Matt Gaetz is one of the guys Who has seen it with his own eyes, whether it's his constituents, whether it is other members of Congress, whether it's himself, whether it is the Trump team, he has seen what the weaponization of government has done firsthand.
He is going to tear it out by its roots.
That's why they will fight him until the very last breath, and that is why we have to support him.
We must stand tall And be courageous and stand up.
And that's why, you know, there was a group of us that signed on a letter, and I'll just read out a bunch of the great conservative names, but whether it's Ed Corrigan, Jim DeMint, Jenny Beth Martin, Cleta Mitchell, Kevin Roberts, Brent Bozell, Becky Norton Dunlap, and many, many, many others.
I believe there were 57 of us that signed this letter that the Federalists It has written about already this morning that we announced that we, the 57 conservative leaders, support Matt Gaetz for that very reason, that we must get rid of this weaponization.
We must support President Trump's nominee for attorney general for a host of reasons.
But let me just say, before we run out of time and I don't get a chance to, if there are going to be senators Republican senators who are going to be against any of these nominees, including and leading with Matt Gaetz, we're going to have to figure that out right away.
There's going to have to be consequences to those actions.
President Trump won a landslide victory.
The reason that there are 53 Republicans coming into the Senate on January 3rd is because of one person, and that is Donald John Trump.
And so we must not allow these senators To say, one senator is going to stall, one Republican senator.
I don't care who you are.
You cannot stop President Trump's nominees.
The American people voted for what Donald Trump is now doing with these nominees, and that's systematic change.
It's going to be a seismic shift in the way government is run.
And that starts with this.
And let me just say, J.D. Vance, is going to be the leader in the United States Senate.
He is going to be talking to these senators one at a time and telling them and educating them why it's so important to do this.
steve bannon
Hey, Dave, I'm going to hold you for another segment.
I've got a lot more to go through.
Dave Bossie, by the way, Lindsey Graham's putting out that Gates has got to get a—he had a meeting this morning, and Gates deserves an entire process, and Lindsey Graham's committed to that process.
Also, Trump has announced— Dave, a buddy of yours, Matthew Whitaker, to be the ambassador to NATO. Hello!
That's a heavy pair of hands going to Brussels.
unidentified
Whoa!
steve bannon

Bossy, the president just announced Whitaker, your close friend of Whitaker's, tight end, I think, University of Iowa, an absolute brute to go over to NATO. The cut of the jib of these people is that he's putting in enforcers or disruptors because he wants to shake up and change the structure of this out-of-control administrative and deep state.
Is that not the theory of the case, Dave Bossie?
david bossie
It certainly is, Steve.
Every one of these nominees, every one of these announcements is more exciting than the last.
Matt Whitaker is a blocking tight end, not just a good set of hands.
This guy is a hammer and he's an intellectual hammer.
He is a philosophical hammer and he is a Trump hammer.
And he is going to bring to Brussels, you know, some of that Trumpian, you know, Iowa football love.
And I think that you're going to see them stand up and take notice because he is going to be a force to be reckoned with at NATO, somebody who believes in President Trump's You know, America First policies, somebody who believes that NATO is an important alliance, but needs to pay their fair share, and he is going to be the person to make sure it happens.
steve bannon
Dave, you're not a lawyer, correct?
david bossie
Thankfully, I am not.
steve bannon
You didn't go to law school.
When you came aboard, really, the Senate, and then under the Speaker, Newt Gingrich, back in the 90s, to focus on the Clintons, you were a fireman, correct, basically?
david bossie
Yes, sir.
I was a fireman for a long, long time, lived in a firehouse all throughout the 90s, and I served as chief investigator for the House leading up to the impeachment of Bill Clinton, yes.
steve bannon
This is what I want to get to.
You were a fireman living in a firehouse and you became the chief investigator that led ultimately to the impeachment of your work as kind of a predicate, led to the impeachment of then President Clinton, correct?
So you need an investigative apparatus to make sure things are sorted here.
Is this not why people like Gates are so important to put in justice to the people around him and over at the FBI, which you are very familiar with, to have people like the Kash Patels of the world and then maybe have some interconnective tissue between those two?
But are these not the most important slots that President Trump can fill, sir?
david bossie
Steve, they are.
And my experience, you know, in the 90s, which over the course of the last several decades, actually, you know, that investigative work has to be done.
We need to get people in here in those spots, whether it's the FBI director and if, oh my God, if Cash Patel is the next FBI director, America is on the right track.
Matt Gaetz is attorney general.
You see Tom Homan as the boarder czar.
There are so many spots for our people to make major change.
And if we can build an investigative apparatus to go and root out What exactly happened during the Biden years and how it was weaponized?
Who weaponized it?
Was there election interference by the left, by these prosecutors, coordination with the White House, coordination with Chuck Schumer and those in the House and Senate?
There are so many open questions that require really tough-minded, hard questions.
Hardened people who are willing to take the slings and arrows, who will stand up and fight for President Trump and root out and educate the American people exactly how it happened, because, Steve, you and I know how it happened.
steve bannon
Dave, you and I have worked on this thing called the theory of the case has fled the zone, and President Trump is clearly in this first wave of appointments has fled the zone with disruptors, and it has the media on their back foot.
They don't know how to cover it.
The second two opportunities we have here is right after the Congress has sworn in on the confirmation hearings.
They ought to go up as a team.
They ought to go up as these five, and that means you've got to get them ready now, and then 10 days later, or 14 days later, you have the 20th of January, and you hit there hard with 100 days, but you start with 50 executive orders right out of the box.
You just overwhelm the media, overwhelm these people.
It's action, action, action, but you're the driver of the action.
We drive the action every day.
And Tuberville, Senator Tuberville just said, hey, that's what we're kind of thinking of.
Walk through how important it is for us to force the action on the Hill in the Senate because these guys are quite passive.
We have to drive the action.
Your thoughts, sir?
david bossie
Steve, you could not be more correct.
And you and I a little bit helped put this together in 16 and 17.
But it is very important.
That over the next couple of months, that all of these nominees have their day in the Senate, and then if we need to, switch gears.
If that's required, we'll have to switch gears at some point to get these people into these jobs, because there's ways to do it.
We can have acting in those jobs.
It might take 60 or 90 days into the administration, but we can defeat.
We still can beat them at their own game.
So we need to figure out how to get them through Senate confirmation.
But if not a different way and the same people are going to get into these jobs, it is absolutely vital.
Tom Holman and Kristi Noem and Stephen Miller.
And that team will, I expect, have an incredible array of executive orders that are going to drive the left insane, but jumpstart the important work of getting rid of those criminals and those terrorists that are inside this country.
And we must do it, and they are ready and are going to be ready on day one.
And so on executive orders, we must have them, whether And let me just also say, to your point of driving the left and the media crazy, and for them to be able to be overwhelmed, Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy I believe over the next 90 days or 70 days up and through January 20th will come immediately with executive actions that they will uncover right now today of
those things that can be cut and that will drive the deep state insane all while they're not able to conduct a real fight against the other things that we're doing.
That's what's key.
unidentified
We have to keep them all moving at the same time.
steve bannon
Dave, hang on for one second.
I'm going to go live to this Rudy press conference.
If we can also blow the break.
Rudy press conference, come back to Dave Bossie.
Let's go ahead and toss.
unidentified
At my brother's memorial on his birthday, October 5th, 2001.
And that commitment was to be there for my family in our darkest time.
And if I ever needed anything, to reach out to him.
In 2002, Mayor Giuliani and my brother Michael Camerata were inducted into the Little League World Series Hall of Excellence.
The motto for Little League Baseball is courage, character, and loyalty.
And not only did my brother share those qualities, Mayor Giuliani did and does to this day.
What Mayor Giuliani did for this country, this city, and this state shall never be forgotten.
steve bannon
Okay, as soon as Rudy comes to the sticks, we're going to do some producing here.
I'm going to do some directing, which Dave Bossie knows I love to do.
Just as soon as Rudy comes up, let's jump to this, is Rudy Giuliani.
Outside the law firm, I think it's Wilkie Farr in New York City, I love this, that's been tormenting him and trying to put him into bankruptcy.
So it's calling out.
We're going to start naming names.
Dave Bossy.
Dave, one thing about Citizens United, your group, you always got great folks over there that understand the Constitution.
You got some of the smartest constitutional lawyers in the world.
You've won a bunch of big cases at the Supreme Court.
I want to go back to your comment, because I believe you're talking about recess appointments.
Are you recommending, because you're a close advisor to the President, are you recommending to the President that if there are any games played here by the Senate, On any issues related to his nominees, particularly the senior ones, the cabinet heads and the undersecretaries, that he start to consider different alternatives on recess appointments, sir?
david bossie
Without question, Steve.
And I haven't talked to him about this at this point in time because I think that John Thune sees his You know, his career on the line here.
He has to deliver for the president.
He knows that he is the Senate Majority Leader because President Trump didn't weigh in on that leader's race, number one.
Number two is, John Thune understands, basic math, that he got to 53 Republican senators because of Donald Trump.
He is going to have to deliver.
And if he doesn't deliver, that's a whole other problem that President Trump's going to have to deal with.
But recessed appointments is another solution.
But also creating actings.
There's also a way where on January 20th, President Trump can appoint some of these folks into these agencies as the number three in those agencies.
And after 90 days, they can become the acting secretary of, or the acting attorney general, or the acting secretary of defense.
Each agency has different rules.
But there are fundamentally ways in which we can do that.
And so there's a lot of tools in the toolbox for President Trump to use.
I believe he is doing this exactly the right way, which is flooding the zone with incredible nominees who are 100 percent committed to the American people's voice from last Tuesday and that election and that overwhelming election of the Electoral College and the popular vote.
And delivering a House and Senate that is going to be supportive of President Trump.
There's many tools in the toolbox.
He is going to go down the pathway, and I believe do it exactly the right way.
And we need to be supportive, and the posse needs to be out there supporting it.
And if Republican senators lift their head and are going to be against any of these nominees, We have to learn it immediately, and we have to be telling them and educating them.
A lot of these Republicans are up for re-election in a short two years, and their primary is a lot closer than that.
Washington, D.C. is the front of the hand or the back of the hand, Steve, and that's what we're going to have to go with over the next couple of years.
steve bannon
I want to just go back to this letter, why it's so important.
You've brought a who's who in kind of the conservative movement from the Reagan administration.
I mean, this is like a stellar crowd.
And a lot of these people didn't originally support President Trump.
They've kind of come our way over the last eight years or so, David, led by, quite frankly, your leadership in talking to the more traditional conservative movement.
Walk me through what you guys are prepared to do right now to support Gates, Hegseth, the first wave of these major nominees.
What are you guys prepared to do?
david bossie
Well, just to your point, as I look through this list of names, there are people here who are not Trump- Supporters at the beginning, and they are now.
And one that stands out is the great Ken Cuccinelli, who we've had our disagreements with, but he signed on to this letter to support Matt Gaetz because he understands just how important it is.
So we're going to be leading the fight.
We're going to be the tip of the spear, as myself and many others, not just me, many others, making sure that we are And look, as you said, there's not enough surrogates out there.
The mainstream media doesn't want to hear from people like us.
They want to put on Nikki Haley and Mitt Romney and Chris Christie, not supporters of the president.
And so the American people wised up.
unidentified
They get it.
david bossie
They get that just because there's some Republican on a channel doesn't mean that they understand or support the Trump mission and what just happened last Tuesday.
So I think that the networks need to wise up and put real conservative Supporters of President Trump's America First agenda on so that the American people hear exactly what's going on and that we can have our voice heard.
Because that's how the mainstream media has been putting their thumb on the scale for the last eight, ten years.
steve bannon
So I'm going to put you on the spot, as I love to do.
There's been a decision made to keep these folks off TV while they get ready for confirmation and to have a surrogate, which hasn't been until you and some other guys come out, hasn't exactly been an in-depth program.
I mean, as you know, we're taking incoming like they were taking a den bin foo on this thing.
Would you recommend to Jason and the team that maybe, hey, maybe we let some of these guys roll and start doing some media since they're the best salesmen for themselves and particularly their programs for President Trump in the country at these different agencies, sir?
david bossie
You know, Steve, I think each nominee has to make that decision for themselves.
However, there are surrogates out there, like myself and many others who would volunteer to help get the message out.
And I think that there are The campaign-turned-transition is so overwhelmed with trying to build that you don't have time to stop and think.
You and I were there.
steve bannon
Okay, so your recommendation now is to stand up the surrogate program.
Get the surrogates out there first, particularly the bigger-name surrogates.
Also get them on CNN, MSNBC, not just Fox.
david bossie
Absolutely.
steve bannon
Get them out to all the podcasts everywhere.
And then, depending on how that turns out, these guys have been nominated for a week or two.
They're more comfortable with what they're going to do.
And then, if you need to, roll them out before confirmation.
Is that what I'm hearing?
david bossie
And Steve, if I could, 100%, you're exactly right, your analysis there.
But you see Tom Homan.
Out there.
And you see Mike Walls out there, right?
Two people who don't need Senate confirmation, but who are incredible voices for President Trump.
incredible voices for President Trump and are heavy, heavy hands.
And these guys mean business, and they're very good at what they do.
So they do have some folks out.
We don't want to say they don't have anybody out, but we need more artillery support and air cover.
And that's what we did during the campaigns.
And that's part of the winning strategy.
And I just say, they're overwhelmed.
They're drinking from a lot of fire hoses all at once, but they understand what their goals are.
And I think if we could just continuously support them and make sure the posse's out there supporting their efforts, they're going to every day do a little bit more a little bit more, and we're gonna get there.
And President Trump's guys, men and women who have been nominated, are gonna get through and be leading these agencies.
steve bannon
Dave Bossie, where do people go to follow you on social media, brother?
david bossie
David underscore Bossy on all the platforms, Truth Social, X, Getter, and also Citizens United.
Go to Citizens United and follow us, and you can see all of the great work we do every day, including our last film, Trump's Rescue Mission, Saving America, which most of the cast He's now been nominated for cabinet position.
So we're really excited about the continuation of the importance of this film.
unidentified
So please get a look at it.
steve bannon
Perfect.
Thank you, brother, for doing this.
Thanks for the letter and for stepping in to the breaches you always do to support President Trump and the MAGA movement, particularly on the all-important confirmations of President Trump's team.
Thanks, Stephen.
david bossie
There's more to come.
We'll be in touch.
steve bannon
Thanks, brother.

Rudy has not come to the sticks yet.
I'm sitting there.
Okay.
We like to hit our marks here at the War Room.
Maybe we told Rudy a shorter introduction.
Maybe just go right up to the sticks at 1130.
Maybe he's going to do it anew.
But we're going to cut to Rudy's press conference outside Wilkie Farr.
One thing we have to do is take on these big law firms.
The law fair has been driven not just by the government, but also in conjunction with these massive law firms.
And big law firms, your days of free shots on gold are over.
We're going to start exposing, and we're going to make sure your clients, the big corporations, understand.
Just no longer use law firms to take free shots on the patriot movement, on the MAGA movement, on people that put President Trump overwhelmingly.
And here's the ticking time bomb for the left.
Front page of the New York Times.
Broke, dismayed, and distrusting of Democrats.
From hope to cynicism for minority voters and working class.
Right there, that is our ticket to two-thirds of the country.
And to have a 1932 type realignment where MAGA is the power in this nation for the next 50 years, minimum.
That's the key that picks the lock.
If we do that, if we unite everybody around a smart set of populist, economic, nationalist economics, there's no stopping us.
And people are looking for leadership, and they're looking for that.
They're thirsting for that, and they're prepared to chuck the Democratic Party.
Do we have those clips we can play from last night?
Let's go and play some clips, and I will return, and I think the clips are a minute or two.
I'll return and give you some commentary and observations.

There is one hallmark of the Trump era, one strategy that has been employed to force through a radical agenda.
It might be this one, first articulated by Steve Bannon all the way back in 2018.
The Democrats don't matter, Bannon said.
The real opposition is the media.
And the way to deal with them is to flood the zone with stuff.
He didn't say stuff, but you get the idea.
Now, Steve Bannon was overstating the role of the media and understating the role of actual Democratic officials, but that flood the zone approach, that is something we have seen Trump do to great effect over the years.
It's not that Trump is some kind of brilliant tactician, but on some level, Trump does seem to realize that the best way to avoid scrutiny is to simply do a whole lot of bad things all at once to keep everyone's attention divided.
Something that we are seeing play out right now, today.
I think that particularly Democrats in the Senate who are going to be part of this confirmation process should adopt a different strategy when thinking about what to focus on with these potential cabinet picks.
I don't know if it's a different strategy.
We have a very robust case to make against all of them.
I think the thing we have to be careful about as Democrats, and something we've all fell into in 2017 when Trump was elected, is we become the defenders of the status quo, the defenders of the institution.
I think what we can do here is we can acknowledge that institutions and government need to be reformed, but they should not be changed in the way that Donald Trump is proposing.
We can make the case against RFK Jr.
and Tulsi Gabbard and Matt Gaetz and all that, and those are very strong cases to make, trust me.
But there's a broader case here about what Trump is doing.
It is pure cronyism and corruption.
He is putting in place people who are going to serve his interests, not the nation's interests.
And I think that is an argument that could resonate.
Because we've got a whole bunch of people who voted for Trump who don't like him and don't agree with him.
And they voted for two reasons.
That he was going to focus on lowering their costs and he was going to bring change to government.
This isn't the change they voted for.
So that's the case we should make.
I think that there's probably a finer line than there should be separating the idea of, you know, Democrats who want to ensure the integrity of institutions and the notion of just being a blanket defender of bureaucracy.
And I say that because the Overton window has shifted so much that unless you're there to burn it all down, you're somehow part of the deep state.
And I wonder if you think that that job of Democrats defending the institutions of democracy and the guardrails that protect our representative democracy is going to be a lot harder in Trump 2.0 when you maybe have people like Matt Gaetz at the Department of Justice and Tulsi Gabbard at the Office of National Intelligence.
I mean, can you talk a little bit more about that?
Yeah, people talk a lot about defending institutions, defending the guardrails, but defending the institution and the guardrails is not the end.
That is not the ultimate goal.
The ultimate goal is to protect Americans and ensure that government serves them.
That's the goal.
These guardrails, these institutions are in furtherance of that goal.
So whenever we talk about defending the rules-based international order, defending guardrails, defending institutions, a lot of people are like, well, why?
And further into what ends?
So it's really important that when we talk about this, we're talking about what it is we're trying to achieve and how it serves Americans and the people in my district in Colorado, the families, how their lives are impacted by clean food, clean water, aviation inspectors, a rail line inspector.
steve bannon
So Alex Wagner and Chris Hayes over at MSNBC, they get it.
They understand where they're jammed up now.
They are defenders of the system, and they're defenders of a corrupt and destructive system.
A corrupt and destructive system.
Just read the New York Times today.
The minority community, which they blame the minority community.
So much of this is set up to protect them.
They want out...
They're MAGA. They are MAGA. Not me saying it.
The New York Times is saying it.
They want out.
So how do you defend that, Chris Hayes?
How do you defend that, Alex Wagner?
And that's just the administrative state part of it.
It's not even the deep state part.
This rogue element that you guys have defended on MSNBC time and time and time.
Do you guys ever feel bad?
Do you ever feel guilty?
There's a million Ukrainians dead.
unidentified
Dead.
steve bannon
Dead.
Because you kept pushing this and pushing it and pushing it.
Late at night, do you ever sit there and look in the mirror and say, maybe we were wrong in pushing this Ukrainian thing non-stop?
Because you know what's going to happen, how it's going to get settled.
I've got up on Getter right now, I think there's a poll up there, only 38% of the Ukrainian people support continuing the war.
52% say we've got to stop and come to some agreement now.
Do you ever hear that on MSNBC? Do you ever hear that Zelensky's popularity has plummeted and now we're supporting the escalation of that conflict?
Because Biden is doing everything.
The Democrats on the Hill are doing everything.
The outside groups are doing everything.
Natalie Winters is giving it to you chapter and verse of what they're telling people in these conferences they have.
This resistance is to try to break Trump and break this movement from actually seizing the institutions and Rejuvenating them.
And yes, in creative destruction, you may have to take a few apart or get rid of some.
It's just part of a process.
You talk about the Overton window, Alex Wagner.
It's deeper than that.
Please read Thomas Kuhn's The Structure of Scientific Revolutions about paradigm and paradigm shifts.
This is a paradigm shift, just not the Overton window.
It's a paradigm shift.
It's deeper than just a perception of it.
It is actually the thing itself.
It can't go on anymore than just simply, we can't afford it anymore.
But the neoliberal, neocon system that the elites and the oligarchs run this country in, it's not sustainable.
Because the only way it's been sustainable to date is on the shoulders of the full faith and credit of the United States, and that's the working people and middle class in this country.
They are the full faith and credit.
It's not some regulation or some law or look to Wall Street or look to the Federal Reserve.
The full faith and credit of this nation is on the backs of the working class and middle class.
And oh, by the way, the support of the American Empire, it's their sons and daughters that are on the carry of battle groups in the Red Sea, keeping the Suez Canal open for the European elites or in the South China Sea.
Or in Romania with the 101st Airborne ready to deploy instantaneously in Ukraine, on the remaining Ukraine border.
Enough!
This is why President Trump is a blunt force instrument delivering blunt force trauma to a system that is destructive to American citizens.
Short commercial break.
Back in a moment.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
steve bannon
The illegal alien that raped and murdered Lakin Riley's has been found guilty on all charges.
Matt Whitaker, they're trying to blow Matt Whitaker up about his anti-NATO stance.
That's going to be a big fight.
We're going to be back here 5 to 7.
I'm getting, Niger's going to be on with everything that's going on in Europe, particularly this announcement about NATO, the expanding war over there, because they're trying to suck us into World War III. They're trying to handcuff President Trump from what he can do.
Make sure...
Warpath Coffee.
Look at this big old thing right here.
I love this.
This is my baby.
Warpath Coffee.
The Dark Roast.
Very subtle with the pirate.
Warpath.Coffee.
They're 5,000 five-star reviews.
Don't take it from me.
I want you to go and read what the War Room Posse says.
Once you order Warpath, made by Tejio and the Navy SEAL team over there.
Once you order Warpath and try it, you're never going back.
The bitterness is out of coffee.
You don't need cream of sugar.
If you want to put cream of sugar, that's your option.
But you don't need it because the bitterness is gone.
I believe it's the best coffee ever made.
I power it down every day, particularly start the day.
Warpath.coffee.
You put in War Room, you get a 15% discount.
So make sure you get there to make it even cheaper than it is.
Miles Grimmert, Field of Greens.
Brother, you got a bunch of big sales going on across the board.
Walk our audience through it, sir.
unidentified
Yes, it's our biggest sale of the year.
Thank you for having me back, Steve, by the way.
Biggest sale of the year.
It's really our only huge sale of the year.
It's 30% off all of our doctor-formulated products.
Field of Greens, obviously, is our most exciting product that we've been all over for a while.
It's the one that Auburn University is studying right now to make all the claims that we've been saying.
Scientifically makes you younger, and Auburn's excited about that.
The chocolate flavor is officially out.
But yeah, it's 30% off everything, and you can subscribe to anything.
Chocolate flavor is the only one you can't subscribe to.
It's starting to sell them too quick.
But yeah, I'm in our shipping warehouse today, actually.
You see a different background.
If you see a forklift come through the wall, that means someone's not supposed to be driving that.
But it's going well.
We're really excited.
Everyone's going gangbusters for it.
steve bannon
So talk about...
We know Field of Greens, and people love it, right?
Particularly, it's natural, organic, right?
It's not some, you know, supplement.
It's actually the thing itself.
But talk to us about the other things, people, where they go, and how do they order, and how they use War Room to make sure they get a discount.
So tell me what else you got, and where do folks go?
unidentified
Well, right now, for you guys, we have Field of Greens set up.
You can go to brickhousenutrition.com.
Promo code is SALE, and it's 30% off.
I mean...
This is our big testosterone and HGH booster.
We had two of the top doctors out there work on this.
Dr.
Eric Serrano, you can Google his background.
Mike Kim, again, you can Google these guys' backgrounds.
They're the top doctors in the industry.
It took us two years to develop this.
It's one of the best.
We even have some health food bars, and we kind of took some of the same science that's in the field of greens, and we put it into a bar.
And our head doctor, Mike Kim, actually developed this for the PGA, but the previous company he was with said it was too expensive.
So I said, let me develop it for you.
Everything that we do is science tested.
It's the best products out there.
And like I said, there's universities now studying to prove that what we say is true, and it is.
For example, this chocolate field of greens, we've been talking about this, Steve, for a year.
When I first said, you know, I got this idea for the chocolate, I started tasting it.
But to make a product that's actually organic from real fruits and vegetables and taste chocolate was not easy.
We're really excited about the chocolate, and I think everyone else will be too.
Our weight loss product, Lean, it's actually become our second bestseller behind the Wildberry filigreens, which is crazy.
We have so many filigreens everyone loves, but the Lean, everyone's been going crazy for.
It works in so many different ways.
Suppressing the appetite and doing things where you don't have to take an injection and be worried about things like that.
Our products are the best.
I heard you, you know, while I was in the bullpen waiting, talking about American middle class jobs and everything.
Like I said, I'm in our shipping warehouse today.
And thanks to audiences like yours, it's been amazing.
I mean, there's no better time to buy a product.
It's the biggest sale of the year.
You sale 30% off.
But actually, our youngest girl came to me yesterday and said, sorry, I couldn't make it on time.
I had to She closed on her first house.
So thanks to audiences like yours, we're providing middle-class jobs and providing a bunch of house.
We're not providing housing.
It's not the government housing.
They have good jobs thanks to audiences like yours.
They're buying houses.
I mean, she's in her early 20s, and she'll work her way up through the company.
She's great.
steve bannon
One more time, where do they go?
You're supporting American citizens and American jobs.
Where do folks go?
unidentified
Fieldgreens.com, use the promo code SALE, 30% off, again, from now till Cyber Monday.
It's our biggest sale of the year.
We price our products fairly, so 30% off for us is a huge discount.
Unlike some companies that just put some of their, oh, we need to get this out the door, so put a big sale on it for Black Friday, Cyber Monday.
No, we put everything on discount, and it's been going gangbusters.
If I could take you through the warehouse right now, just how much shipment's going.
It's a madhouse out there.
So...
We hope to have your audience in part of it.
steve bannon
Absolutely love it.
Congratulations, Myles.
Couldn't be prouder.
Great job.
Thank you, sir.
unidentified
Thank you so much, and thank you to your audience.
steve bannon
Myles Grimmer.
This is why we're building these companies, this Patriot Economy.
A little company there is packed.
You know, people buying houses, getting paid.
Warehouse is packed.
Mike Lindell, I know the same up at my pillow.
You're adding jobs.
You're adding people.
Walk me through how we support you, sir.
mike lindell
Well, you guys have been the biggest supporter of the war room and the war room posse.
All our attacks this whole year, we were able to make it through.
And I'm actually going to our factory in about a half hour to see we've been hiring the last month.
We're just building back up to where my pillow maybe used to be back in the day before they attacked us and tried to shut us down.
But because of you, we've been able to add jobs and get back to where we were and even better, even stronger, coming out of this stronger.
And we're doing to reward the Royal Worm Posse.
They're the only ones, promo code WARROOM, that get free shipping on your entire order.
I've said it all.
Our Great Real President is going to get the shipping costs down.
But right now, yours is free.
So you can get the MyPillows at $14.88 with free shipping.
There it is, the classic collection.
It's where it all started.
