Speaker Time Text
elizabeth warren
Make sure that we don't skip over a moment that comes before that moment.
And that's the moment we have right now.
I'm here in what's called a hideaway, a little office underneath the Capitol, right now because Senate Democrats are holding the floor, trying to push through our judicial nominations.
Remember, we still have 28 people who've been nominated to be federal judges who are somewhere in this process.
And that can be 28 lifetime appointments that we get through.
And look, I know everyone will remind me the United States Supreme Court has become an extremist court that doesn't abide by the rule of law, and that is true.
But remember, the overwhelming number of decisions that get made by the courts get made at the district court level.
And we can be filling more of those in.
And of those that take an appeal, most of those get resolved at the circuit court level.
And we just did one more of those today.
So right now, we're in a battle with the Republicans.
They're upstairs trying every dilatory tactic to try to delay and hope we'll all get tired and go home.
And at this moment, the Republicans, the Democrats, are actually showing some metal and standing up to the Republicans and saying, no, if you're going to raise all these procedural objections, we'll just stay here and we'll vote on them and we'll vote on them and we'll vote on them until we get our judges through.
And the reason I want to focus on that, Rachel, This is our moment to do that.
That window is closing, and we absolutely, positively need to get every one of those judges confirmed that we can do.
And so that's why we are here today, and that's why I'm on a 12-minute clock for how long I can stay here and run back upstairs and vote.
rachel maddow
I gotcha.
Well, let me ask you about that.
Do you think that Democrats are capable of getting through that whole pipeline of 28 nominees?
When you say Democrats are sort of holding together and pushing through, do you feel like you're on track to get through the entire list of nominees that are possible?
elizabeth warren
Look, if we don't, it's on nobody but us, because right now we have the power.
Now look, we all have to rely on each other, and that has always been the challenge with this particular Congress.
We've got to have everybody here.
Nobody gets to say, oh, but I had other plans, and oh, this other thing came up.
We've all got to be here, and we've all got to be willing to get behind these judges and vote them on through.
But if we do, We can beat back every one of the Republican objections, every one of their delaying tactics.
And what I want them to hear right now on this Monday night, right now in November, we are willing to stay until we get our judges confirmed.
Advise and consent.
This is our job to confirm these judges, and that's what we're going to do.
rachel maddow
With everything that you just said about what you need to do with judges, is there room to do some oversight over the Trump-announced nominees?
Obviously, he won't be able to formally nominate anybody until he's president-elect.
By that point, Democrats won't have the gavel.
There's the possibility of no confirmation hearings at all if he gets this recess appointment scheme through the Congress.
elizabeth warren
So, I think you're doing exactly the right thing, and that is pointing out who these people are and how much we need to be collecting the evidence about them and getting it out to the public.
You can't have a formal hearing about a nominee who isn't a nominee yet, but there are certainly things we can start doing as a matter of oversight, and I think that's exactly what we...
steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot of all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, it's Tuesday, 19 November, Year of the Lord, 2024.
If you noticed over the last week, whatever I've been talking about nonstop, of the battle we must stop up here on Capitol Hill, because this show's about money and about power.
You must stop these judges.
I doubt there were 47, but our analysis showed.
Now she's talking about 28.
Elizabeth Warren came on to lead off...
Rachel Maddow last night.
Because Maddow's also got a plan.
Her plan is to have the Democrat Senate now start doing their own confirmation hearings on Matt Gaetz and Pete Hexeth.
And it's actually quite a bright idea that we must also stop.
But at the same time, they're hammering through these judges.
Right now, if the Republican Senate would step up and do their freaking job, we'd be able to stop this.
I want to bring in Mike Davis.
MTG's going to join us in studio in a moment on everything that's going on the House side.
But we've got to get this fight on the Senate because the courts are where true power lies.
Mike Davis joins us.
Mike.
How are they?
We've talked about this last week.
You came on the show last week.
We warned people this was going to be a big deal.
unidentified
Why did they approve?
steve bannon
You know, Elizabeth Warren is smart and she's tough.
Rachel Maddow is smart and she's tough.
They understand they've got an ability to take the Trump revolution and to stop it.
They've left us, I thought, 47 judges.
They're saying 28.
Right?
We should stop all of these.
So Davis, I know you're on point.
This is what Article 3 was set up to do.
This was your specialty, was getting justices and judges through when you worked for Grassley.
What the hell's going on here?
How come we're not stopping this?
Why I see votes and you got these senators, they're down in Florida or they're wandering around somewhere.
Why are we not winning these votes, brother?
mike davis
Look, this is one of the most important things a president can do, which is nominate, get confirmed, and appoint Article III federal judges to lifetime appointments on the federal bench.
President Trump's biggest and most consequential accomplishment of his first term was the transformation of the Supreme Court to the 6-3 constitutionalist court that we see today, the first Constitutionalist Court in 90 years.
But the other big accomplishment by President Trump was his transformation of the crucially important lower courts, particularly the lower federal courts of appeals, the last stop for more than 99% of federal appeals.
The Supreme Court has discretionary review, meaning they don't have to take We're good to go.
It does not take the most hot-button cases.
Those are decided by the federal circuit courts, the federal courts of appeals, and that's why this is so critically important.
President Trump appointed 234 Article III judges in his first term, and I think Biden is up to 216 Article III judges.
And if Elizabeth Warren and these left-wing radicals get their way, Biden is going to surpass President Trump's first term.
And this is going to make an impact on these crucial courts.
steve bannon
Huge impact.
unidentified
Huge impact.
steve bannon
How do you stop this?
mike davis
It means Senate Republicans need to show up to work and grind the Senate to a halt, like Senate Democrats did to us.
I had to fight this for the first two years of the Trump presidency, the first time.
I had to fight constant I had to break every piece in the China when I led Justice Gorsuch's outside confirmation effort as his former law clerk, and that I was the chief counsel for nominations on the Senate Judiciary Committee, where I helped President Trump confirm a record number of judges.
And the game in the Senate is to show up to work.
Your job as a senator is to show up and vote.
That's all you're required to do.
Show up and vote.
We can stop these radical judges.
They have kept the most radical judges until the very end here because they couldn't get them confirmed during the normal time.
So they're using this lame duck session after the American people voted to put President Trump and Senate Republicans in their pick judges.
Republicans need to get their asses to work and vote.
steve bannon
Okay, hang on for Mike.
I've got a very special guest that has joined me in the War Room.
And Mike, if you just hang on, I want to come back to you or maybe we got to let you go bounce and get you in the second hour.
My crack production team here at the War Room, we're figured out.
Mike, you just go and hold for one second because the judges are everything.
Look who's in the neighborhood.
marjorie taylor greene
Hi, Steve.
steve bannon
By the way, MTG comes by and we're having, there's more heat in War Room before the show goes on than afterwards.
You got us on a bad morning, ma'am.
marjorie taylor greene
Oh, no, it matched my exact feelings as I walked out of the conference meeting and talked to the press this morning.
So I thought you and I were on the same page.
steve bannon
No, no, I was on, no, because I am with you.
That's why I want you to come by.
Davis, we're going to come right back to you.
Because there's many battles going on, and right now we can win them all if we're focused.
The thing on the judges is quite frankly outrageous.
The Senate has got to man up.
Elizabeth Warren told us two weeks ago, on the night of the loss, she goes, hey, we've got 47 slots we haven't filled.
We've got to get back to work.
She wanted people to come back that Tuesday and get to work and stay every day until the 3rd to approve them.
We've said there's ways to slow down the Senate because of procedurals, and now they've approved a couple of judges.
202-224-3121 is the Senate main switchboard.
Please contact your senator and say, yo, we want these no Democrat judges.
Full stop.
You got every procedural trick in the world.
Use them and make sure you block them and make sure they're votes.
We're going to show some votes.
There's some gaps.
There's some guys that are on our side of the football are not around.
Maybe in South Florida.
Time to get back.
Maybe do that interview on a Zoom call.
marjorie taylor greene
Yeah.
steve bannon
MTG. Conference.
Yeah, I totally agree.
Now, I'm hearing from the conference, so let's focus on that.
marjorie taylor greene
I just want to add to that.
Well, hold on.
They're building the resistance.
steve bannon
A hundred percent.
marjorie taylor greene
And so for you watching at home, if you don't remember or are new to this, they did this when Trump came in the first time.
And this is how they build the resistance.
They are going to layer it in every place they can.
And judges are one of the worst things that we will have to deal with.
Because they're permanent.
They're permanent.
So yeah, our senators that are down, everybody begging for a position right now needs to get up here and get to work.
steve bannon
Don't you agree?
I love the fact, we know, you're doing the interview, you're hanging president, but now these votes are meaningful.
You've got to get back from Palm Beach, and you've got to get back here and go to work.
Don't you agree?
marjorie taylor greene
Yeah, that's what they were elected for.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to talk more about judges with Mike Davis of Article 3 when we get back.
You, the conference, my head's blown up.
Because I heard that we were going to – no omnibus kicked a CR to give President Trump a chance to do his own budget in the first 90 days or 100 days of his administration, his second – third victory, second term.
And now the Senate is talking about – was the conference a fiasco this morning?
marjorie taylor greene
Well, the whole thing, Steve, the really debate back and forth or the constant fight within Republicans is about war.
And the defense hawks are going to want more.
steve bannon
Don't tell me more money for Ukraine.
When you say the war, you mean Ukraine?
marjorie taylor greene
Oh, or every war, really.
But it's about defense.
And so, obviously, a short-term CR doesn't accomplish what the defense hawks want.
steve bannon
Let's go back to this $100 billion.
That's a FEMA. Are they talking about an interim defense also for Ukraine in the Middle East?
marjorie taylor greene
I haven't heard that yet.
If I hear that, my head is going to explode and I will name names.
Here's the deal.
Okay, President Trump ran on the agenda of ending the foreign wars and bringing world peace back like he did the first time in his administration.
The American people gave a mandate to all of these idiots up here that just want to constantly keep the defense contracts rolling.
So they can keep their donations coming in and their fundraisers going with all these people.
But the issue is the American people are sick of it, Steve.
They said no.
They gave a mandate to Washington, D.C. to stop funding these foreign wars, and it needs to end.
It absolutely has to end.
But we have Biden on his slow, dementia-ridden path out the door of the White House, authorizing use of long-range missiles into Russia to escalate the war.
So let me throw something out here with you, Steve, and you're one of the smartest people I know and you're going to get this.
I have said the entire time during the election, there's no way they're going to let President Trump be president again.
They can't let him.
They can't let him.
So if they escalate this war and we find ourselves in a hot war with Russia, because that's how Putin is seeing it today.
He sees that he is being attacked directly by NATO and the United States of America.
steve bannon
America's long-range missiles.
The missiles we gave them.
marjorie taylor greene
100% are missiles that are American-made, funded, and given to Ukraine and authorized use.
steve bannon
As a member of the conference, do you know, have they come over and briefed?
marjorie taylor greene
I asked a question in conference this morning.
unidentified
Have they briefed people?
steve bannon
Hang on.
We're going to go to break.
I got MTG in the house.
We're going to get Mike Davis back for the fight.
So there's many fights going on, all important.
Big fight in the Senate on approving judges that we don't want one of them approved.
President Trump will start off by having, I don't know, anywhere from 28 to 47 slots to fill, which would be key.
Also, Rachel Maddow and Elizabeth Warren are cooking up a thing for the Senate to actually sit there and start doing mini-confirmation here is where they control the Senate.
MTG's in the House.
Short break.
Back in a moment.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
We're MTG. Mike Davis is going to come back in a while and join us on Senators.
The war.
Folks, you've got to know at home, Biden is in a major escalation of this Ukraine situation.
Now we're on offense.
We're lobbing missiles over to Kursk in World War II, outside of Stalingrad, the largest tank battle in human history took place between the Red Army and the Wehrmacht.
And now we're lobbing American missiles over the Indo-Russian territory.
Is this escalating?
Has anybody come by and had the decency, since we haven't declared war, to now that we're a combatant, to come by and brief the House, either armed services or intel, anything, and kind of say, hey, here's what's going on, or you guys read about it in the Washington Post?
marjorie taylor greene
I read about it in the Washington Post or on X or wherever I see it.
No, no, they have not done that.
So I asked two questions this morning in conference, and one of them was about this Ukraine-Russia war that America—the whole reason it's still going is because of us.
It's because this administration and Congress, they have funded it and kept it going.
And I asked directly, I said, we as Congress are the ones that vote to go to war.
And we have not voted to go to war with Russia.
And neither do the American people support it.
We have not voted to go to war with Russia.
What can the House do, specifically the House do, to stop this outgoing president from escalating this war with Russia to a nuclear—yeah, but what can we do?
That was my question to Speaker Johnson this morning, because I think it is significantly important.
It is one of the most important things we can do.
Joe Biden and the Democrats are doing everything they can to build the resistance, create the chaos, destroy the economy, you know, Bring all of these horrible criminals, terrorists, you name it, into our country before they go out and drop the keys in President Trump's hand, the keys to the White House.
It's critically important for them to do that.
Speaker Johnson said President Trump, when he comes into office, he will be stopping the war.
We know President Trump is going to stop the war.
But I still believe that we have power and we have authority and we're in the majority right now.
I want to know, and I'm going to be exploring and trying to find out more information.
We should not be allowing this to escalate.
We shouldn't.
We should do everything we can in our power in the House of Representatives to stop it.
steve bannon
Well, there is the War Powers Act.
I mean, you can force, even if it's not a formal declaration of war, they have an obligation in the War Powers Act to come to Congress, specifically the House, And to present exactly what they're doing.
Has Johnson thought about invoking the War Powers Act or anything to actually force the administration to come forward and talk about this new offensive plan they clearly authorized with Zelensky?
marjorie taylor greene
I will definitely ask him about that, Steve.
It was, you know, they give us one minute at the mics, and mine was short, and I had two questions for him.
steve bannon
Did they cut yours off?
Do you have the static come up after 30?
They don't extend yours?
You don't get three minutes?
You get only one?
unidentified
Yeah, they're like, MTG! When you walked up to the mic, you had two questions.
steve bannon
One was the war.
marjorie taylor greene
I said, both of my questions are about war.
One of them was definitely the war in Ukraine and Russia.
My second question was about the war on women by mentally ill men pretending to be women.
And my specific question was, the new chick with a d*** in Congress, what are we going to do to keep him from coming in our bathrooms?
Because we're done with it.
Absolutely done with it.
steve bannon
This is a topic we normally don't cover on War Room, but explain what actually happened, because this is quite serious.
marjorie taylor greene
So Delaware, the state of Delaware, ladies and gentlemen, that not only gave us Joe Biden, also sent us the first trans member of Congress.
He identifies himself as Sarah McBride.
His real name is Tim McBride.
So little Timmy is now going to be a member of Congress in January.
And little Timmy thinks he's going to come in We don't have urinals in the ladies' room.
He's going to be standing in a toilet, apparently, and trying to use the restroom with the rest of us women.
Let me tell you, this is an assault.
I'm not kidding you.
It is like a physical assault for a man to come in charging into our private places, bathrooms, locker rooms, our gyms, places that are designated specifically for women only.
steve bannon
Does he get to work out in the gym of the house for the women?
marjorie taylor greene
He can go to the members' gym, which is both sexes can go to the members' gym.
But there is a women's gym.
He cannot go in there.
That is where our showers and locker rooms are, and there are not doors to the shower room.
In any ways, he doesn't belong in there, period.
And so my specific question was, are we as women going to be left to physically defend ourselves from a man that has no respect for us as women, and as a matter of fact is so sick and mentally ill that he thinks he's a woman, dresses like a woman, Calls himself a woman and has the audacity to come and charge in.
That's an assault.
I see it as a physical assault when he is coming in our bathroom where we are in a position of weakness.
That is absolutely unacceptable.
I asked Speaker Johnson what the men, our top three in leadership are men.
Our speaker, our leader, And our whip.
All three men.
It's time for men in this country to defend women from these sick, mentally ill men.
I am so fed up with it, Steve.
Thankfully, I'm going to report to all of you.
Speaker Johnson said there will be no biological men in our bathrooms and women's private spaces.
rachel maddow
So I am thrilled.
marjorie taylor greene
Yes.
And I'm thankful.
And I will report that.
That's what he told our entire conference this morning when I asked him that question, because I love what Nancy Mace is trying to do with the resolution, but the resolution is not binding.
A resolution is simply Congress making a statement.
So if that were to pass, and I hope it does, I really, I do support her resolution, but it's not binding.
We have to put it in the House Rules, next Congress, and end this once and for all.
steve bannon
The resolution is obviously one level for the optics of, and you smoke people out, who's with us and who's against us.
But let's go back to the issue about the potential danger.
In the House, whoever runs it, Sets the rules, correct?
marjorie taylor greene
That's right.
Every two years.
steve bannon
Every two years.
So, Hakeem Jeffries, and I keep warning people, it ain't over for President Trump.
You're six votes away from flipping the house, and Hakeem Jeffries is going to raise $10 billion to flip those handful of seats.
So, everything we've got to be looking for is that two years down.
marjorie taylor greene
Let me tell you, this is the way for the rest of our country's history.
So that's why when you're at home and you think, yay, we won the election, we're done.
No, no, we are never done.
Because there's always a new election.
Every two years in the House.
Every four years for President.
steve bannon
And the fight in between.
marjorie taylor greene
Every six years for Senate.
And every single time it starts over.
So don't ever think something is totally done.
It's never done.
And Steve, this is why the War Room Posse is so incredibly important.
This is why what you people watching this show, what you accomplished during this past election is miraculous, but you're not done.
You have just enlisted yourself in a war.
You fought your first battle for the first time, and you succeeded on a massive level.
And I can tell you right now, I work up here and have to live in this bullsh** every single day.
I am so grateful to you, all of you that did it.
You watched the polls.
You volunteered.
You stood in the gap.
You were next man up when our guy here, Steve Bannon, was locked away in prison and couldn't do anything.
All of you stepped up, and I'm so proud of you, Steve, and I know you're proud of them, proud of everyone watching as well, but it's not over.
It's not over.
We got 60 days, 61 days before President Trump is inaugurated and in office.
And this is the most dangerous 61 days of our lifetime.
steve bannon
Tell our audience about that.
marjorie taylor greene
They don't want him to become president.
They never want him to become president.
And the resistance is building.
These judges Steve is telling you about, critically important to stop them.
All of these senators that voted to confirm Merrick Garland, who we knew was going to weaponize the Department of Justice against all of us, they voted to confirm him.
All of these senators, Steve, that voted for Rachel Levine, another mentally ill man dressed like a woman, they voted to confirm him.
They voted to confirm all of these people that Joe Biden picked, but yet they're going to fight President Trump's appointments?
No, no, no, no, no.
You aren't going to let them.
You are not going to let those senators declare war on President Trump's incoming administration.
You're not going to let them.
You have a phone.
You are going to call.
And let me give you a challenge.
Show up.
Show up in their offices.
When you fill their offices and their hallways For days and days and days on end.
And you put the pressure on them.
You are going to defeat them.
Because you already defeated them in this election.
And we are just getting started, Steve.
And I know these people at home can do it.
steve bannon
No, this is the point.
It's that we won a sweeping victory.
We held the House.
We took the Senate.
And now, people understand, it's a knife fight nonstop.
And one of the problems in the knife fight is that they're united.
They just got crushed.
But they've united and stopped Trump full resistance, okay?
marjorie taylor greene
That's all they have.
steve bannon
All they have.
And we are not united.
We should be united.
marjorie taylor greene
We have to be united.
steve bannon
You have people in the Senate.
They're already smack-talking President Trump's appointments for the cabinet.
And over in the House, let's go back to see, because the escalation of the Ukraine war is also inextricably linked with your CR. That's right.
Talking about the CR, it's the defense system.
marjorie taylor greene
Oh, it's always a defense.
steve bannon
You guys, it's always.
marjorie taylor greene
They believe in war economy.
They believe in it.
They do not believe in, let's totally radically change our economy to what it should be in the first place.
America first, rebuilding our manufacturing, putting support behind our inventors, our patents.
Fighting for America's trade policies, energy independence.
So you see, that's where all the efforts should be in the United States Congress and the United States Senate, but they don't.
You want to know why?
It's always about who is filling their pockets in order for them to get reelected.
And the war economy is massive.
It's huge.
This has been going on since World War I and World War II, when they completely switched over manufacturing companies We've retooled their dyes, retooled their entire lines to create and build military equipment, weapons, and we had to do it back then.
The trouble is, we never turned back.
And so all of these senators, I mean, they have, like, closets.
Claws clenched in them.
What we have to do is we have to free these senators and these members of Congress from the lobbyists, the donors, and the companies that are on top of them to keep the war economy going because it's over.
America's done with it.
steve bannon
MTG, that's Americaverse right there.
MTG's with us.
Swords in the plowshares on the arsenal of democracy.
Short commercial break.
MTG's in the house.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
steve bannon
Okay, I've only got MTG because she's being called back to the Hill for a couple more.
Number one, pop what the New York Times is following MTG's lead here, lead story in New York Times, is the escalation of now a major war in the European landmass led by the United States?
marjorie taylor greene
Yeah, but look at the wording.
Ukraine fired U.S.-made missiles into Russia for the first time.
steve bannon
How much support do you have up there in taking the claws off?
Because you're a patriot and kind of a hawk like I am, but this thing's out of control.
To get the claws off and to start to redo the system as President Trump wants, how tough is that going to be?
marjorie taylor greene
It's going to be tough.
I'm telling you, Steve, look, we won a huge victory on November 5th.
It was incredible.
And then everybody went home the next day and was like, woo, we won!
Yay, we won!
Hooray, it's over.
It is not over.
Steve is not even close to over.
That was just like the first little battle on the battlefield.
This thing is a monster.
This...
Monster.
Washington, D.C. Establishment Washington with its tentacles that just go so deep into so many systems and so many industries and it funds so many horrid, wicked things.
Its tentacles wrap around the world.
Do you think winning one election is going to do it?
No.
No.
This whole war just started.
It just started.
Let me tell you what we have.
We have momentum like we have never had.
We have the richest man in the world, Elon Musk, that is down in Palm Beach with President Trump every single day, and he is backing him.
He created America PAC. He is going to primary people that get in the way and stand against the agenda.
But I'm telling you, that's not enough.
Democrats have billionaires, too.
They've been using their billionaires for decades.
We just started using one billionaire.
We're moving into the realm of, I'm going to say they're like kings.
It's like the Game of Thrones, Steve, where these billionaires are going to be rising up on the right and the left.
Right now we're outnumbered.
We need more of them.
And it's going to be funding massive things.
And the war economy is wrapped up and entangled in this because you know what war does?
It controls energy.
It controls food supply.
It also hides things.
All this bombing over there in Ukraine, do you think it's going to be easiest for us to go in there and find bio labs that have been funded?
steve bannon
But hang on.
You've been the voice there.
On getting an accounting.
Please tell me we're going to get finally—we control the House, we got the White House.
Are we finally going to get an accounting of actually where the $250 billion we've already sent over is gone, ma'am?
marjorie taylor greene
We're going to fight for it, but you know they've got it covered up.
I guarantee you right now, there is the biggest paper shredding, file deleting, dumpster fire burning going on in every single department, especially in the Pentagon and the State Department.
They are covering up as much as they possibly can.
Guaranteed it's happening.
It is going to be so hard for us to overturn and uncover everything that they have done.
But here's what they are doing.
They're sitting there publicly, well, Donald Trump has won the election.
Here goes Mika and Joe running over there pretending to play nice because their ratings are in the toilet and they've been exposed to be the biggest liars in American history.
But everybody's playing nice now, pretending.
steve bannon
Playing the game.
marjorie taylor greene
That's a face!
This is a cover behind the scenes.
These people are plotting war against us like never before.
Do you think Democrats are going to go, oh, good game, guys.
Shake hands.
Good game.
We'll get you again and we'll come back after you in four more years.
Uh-uh.
We know our enemy.
We've been fighting them for too many years.
We know exactly who these people are.
steve bannon
What is the best way for the audience, what's the best way to combat the resistance that's already building?
You see at the state level with the governors, the judges they're trying to jam through, up on the hill, it's nonstop between Hakeem Jeffries and what's left of Schumer's group.
Where do you see, if you talk to President Trump, where do you see the lines of attack on the major part of the resistance to him and what should he be thinking about?
marjorie taylor greene
I'm telling you, number one, it's attitude and mindset.
And the attitude and mindset is you don't let off the gas, you push that gas pedal down harder.
I'm not kidding.
It's pedal to the metal and go.
And we go in every single agency and we are going to gut them and rip them to shreds.
There is no apologies.
There is no reset.
There is no unity.
There's no unity because they don't want unity with us.
They don't agree with this unity.
They are lying.
Right now they're trying to figure out, they're gaming out what they're going to do, but they're embedding their people in as tight as they can, as tight as they can, while they're trying to be like, play a little nicey-nice to people like me.
Like, oh, hey Marjorie.
I'm like, why are you saying hey to me?
You've never talked to me before ever in your life.
You know who I saw in the elevator yesterday?
I saw the same member of Congress, Democrat from California, that introduced a resolution to expel me my freshman year.
And you know, want to know something?
He's so short and little, like we see eye to eye.
And I told him, to his face, I said, you know...
You introduced a resolution to expel me, because he thought the security, we were in the elevator, and Steve Scalise was in there, and there was security in the elevator.
And then when they stepped out, he goes, I thought all that security was for you.
I said, no, but because of what you did to me as a freshman, I had to pay a lot of money for security for myself, but you also brought death threats on me and my family.
And he said, well, I made you famous.
I said, no, you tried to get me killed.
Well, let me tell you, Steve, this is who these people are.
They put you in prison.
They tried to get me killed.
They shot President Trump in the face.
And they weaponized every ounce of this federal government.
No, no, no, no.
We are not letting up.
And that's the attitude and the mindset that we have to have.
And we have to go forward.
steve bannon
Is that mindset, the New York Times, Maggie Heberman, Jonathan Swan have a big piece today on President Trump's, you know, going forward with all gas, no brake.
And I have a quote in there saying, President Trump is a blunt force instrument and he's given the system blunt force trauma right now.
marjorie taylor greene
Yeah.
steve bannon
Are people in the House, do we have a cadre of people there that say, yes, I see what President Trump's doing, trying to seize the institutions, and we're all in.
We'll move with the speed he needs, with the alacrity he needs, and with the force and the momentum and the focus he needs.
Do you see that out of the House?
marjorie taylor greene
Well, you're looking at one right here, but unfortunately I don't feel like I have enough.
steve bannon
Why is that?
What up there have they not, in the house side, what have they not gotten?
Because it feels to me a little bit...
Like business as usual.
marjorie taylor greene
Yeah, we won!
steve bannon
Yeah, I've seen Speaker Johnson, and look, President Trump back Speaker Johnson, hey, for now.
But I hear, I see it on Fox.
I see some of the speeches at C&P. It's just more of kind of the business as usual, right?
Are we going to basically take the Trump revolution and seize the institutions in this city, in the imperial capital, ma'am?
marjorie taylor greene
There's some of us that will.
I definitely see this as a mandate from the American people.
This was a direct order.
That's how I view this election.
It was a direct order from the American people that said, enough of this s***.
They cannot take it anymore.
I mean, you don't understand the amount of people that were on the verge of civil war.
This mandate that came from this election was such a screaming message from the American people, some of them crying out, some of them furious and fed up.
But the combination of it is a mandate to Congress.
House, the Senate, and the White House.
We support Donald Trump and his agenda.
That's it.
That's it.
They didn't go, we support Republicans.
That is not what they said.
They said, we support Donald Trump and his agenda.
Therefore, the mandate and the order from the American people is Whoever he nominates and appoints, you better pass them through the Senate.
That is your job.
You say, yes, sir, and you get it done.
Whatever his agenda set out to do, we find a way to do it, and we do it as quickly as possible.
We don't have four years.
We got about a year.
We got about one year because a bunch of them go running out on the campaign trail and this whole Protect the House initiative starts.
As a matter of fact, you know what?
That's already started today.
It's all about we've got to make sure we win the majority in the House again.
But the way to win the majority in the House in the next election in 2026 is going to be for us to get the agenda accomplished.
Now, I will say I am very excited for the first time ever, perhaps, here in this city, is I do see a lot of people that are saying we're going to get this done, we're going to do great tax policy, we are going to pass incredible border security bills, like we already have energy.
Steve Scalise talked all about that this morning in the conference.
But I don't I feel that everyone necessarily has the same urgency that you and I feel and the people watching the show and most Americans that voted on November the 5th.
I don't know that that is fully there.
But you want to know something?
I don't care.
It's going to have to get there.
It's just the way it is.
steve bannon
When you see his agenda that's coming, you're going to have America first, national security policy.
You're going to have economic, populist economic policy, particularly on taxes.
The big thing out of the box is going to be obviously the border security and the beginning of the thinking through of laying the foundation for the mass deportations.
You've then got the geopolitical part of it.
Your advice to him, because people should know that...
MTG, Congressman Green, is very close to the president, and he always takes you for a temperature of where the people are, but also how it's playing on Capitol Hill.
What is your advice to him right now?
As he's down there putting his team together, looking at those policies, what are you telling him, hey, let's hit with momentum, and here's where I think we've got to drive this?
marjorie taylor greene
You know, you want to know something?
I give him a 100 on what he's doing right now.
He's got his eye on the ball and he is heavy focused.
steve bannon
150 maybe.
marjorie taylor greene
I love it.
I love what he's doing.
steve bannon
Are the cabin nominees good enough for you?
Are they good?
marjorie taylor greene
Yeah.
I'm like, okay, what's next?
No, I think he's doing a great job, and I know there's people in the House he would have loved to have picked, but the reality is we don't have the numbers.
We barely have the majority, and they're stealing a House seat out in California right now.
Michelle Steele is now losing the race.
steve bannon
500 votes.
marjorie taylor greene
Yeah, but they keep counting ballots.
It's election fraud.
That's what it is.
And that's another thing we can never let up on.
But no, I think President Trump is doing an incredible job.
I love what he's doing by bringing the team in, going to the UFC fight.
I'm glad Mike Johnson was there.
He needs to be on the team.
You know, here's my issue.
We need Mike Johnson to be successful and absolutely passing President Trump's agenda, because if he's successful in doing that, then we're all successful and President Trump is successful.
So I'm happy to see that happen.
So I think President Trump is doing what a leader does.
He's pulling everybody around him.
They're working hard, but they're also having fun, and that creates 18 camaraderie.
steve bannon
Last thing, I know you've got to bounce.
These nominees for the cabinet, they're now in the Senate.
What is your recommendation to the Senate, given that you have a great feel for the MAGA movement, the American people, working class, middle class?
What's your advice to the Senate on these nominees?
marjorie taylor greene
I'll tell you, for the Senators, you have never, never been under pressure like you will get if you do not confirm these nominees.
You don't even know what's coming.
I'm serious.
These people that are 80 years old or however old they are, they've been there all these years, they're the source of all the problems we have today.
They are.
They've been there for forever.
You don't like the debt?
Blame those senators that have been there for 20 or 30 years.
If they're thinking about running for re-election, you're going to be in shock.
You will get beaten in your primary.
But if you confirm these appointments, get on the team, let's get on the ball, get on the agenda with the American people, we're all going to be successful.
And I think that you'll be rewarded for that.
steve bannon
Where do people go for your content, your book, everything, all your videos?
Where do they go?
marjorie taylor greene
Oh, yeah.
Thank you for that.

We're trying to get that changed.
I need it changed.
It's too long.
That's my personal.
Thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
And you come in a little hot there every now and again, so people should go to those X accounts and make sure they sign up for it.
Congressman, you look amazing.
I mean, it's fantastic.
You look tan, rested, and ready.
I know you're up here leading the fight.
We'll be back in a second.
Congressman Green, thank you so much for coming.
marjorie taylor greene
I appreciate you.
Thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
Okay, back in a moment.
So they're coming.
They're coming hard.
We know that.
It's one of the reasons you've got to take over the Senate, control the House.
Elizabeth Warren understands the big fight over the judiciary.
She's back saying, hey, I know we didn't take Trump seriously, but they won.
I think we have 20, 30, 40 slots for progressive judges.
We've got to get them approved.
Hey, Liz.
Hey, Focahontas.
You see how I do that?
It's not Focahontas.
It's Focahontas.
unidentified
F-A-U-X. You like that?
steve bannon
Focahontas.
We ain't going to approve one judge.
This is the Senate's got a man up now.
They've got to hunker down here, and they ought to get one senator if you've got to get up there.
By the way, Birchgold.com.
I think we're going to go into a little...
See, when I talk, you can take it down slowly.
Thanks.
Birchgold.com slash Bannon into the dollar empire, but also talk to them about the IRAs and 401ks, tax-deferred, if you shift it into precious metals.
You know who knows to do that?

Mike Davis, thank you for hanging around.
This is your specialty.
If somebody knows how to get judges confirmed or somebody knows how to stop the confirmation of judges, it is our own Mike Davis at Article 3.
What needs to be done right now?
How can the War Room Posse help?
How can Article 3 help?
Because I'm very upset that we warned people about this now for almost two weeks.
And, you know, we're in a situation where they're approving judges and those are our slots.
They could be the billets.
President Trump could get 25, I don't know, to 40 judges.
Your thoughts, sir?
mike davis
It's very simple.
If Senate Republicans show up to work and vote, they can stop Biden's radical lifetime appointed judges.
And remember, we're at the bottom of the barrel for these judicial nominees.
These are the worst of the worst.
The nominees who could not get confirmed, but now that Senate Republicans are Taking flights to Mar-a-Lago or wherever the hell they're going, if they want to interview for jobs, do it via Zoom.
Do it via Skype from your office in Washington, D.C. Your only job as a Senate Republican is to show up and vote.
You're not required to do anything else.
Show up, vote, get your ass to work and Show up, vote, stop these radical lifetime appointed judges.
Jobs come and go, especially in the Trump administration.
You might have a job for six months or a year.
These guys are going on the federal bench for the rest of their lives if you're not showing up and voting.
steve bannon
Mike, what are a tactic or two that if you saw the Senate Republicans using, Elizabeth Warren said they're trying everything.
If you were advising Mike Lee and Ted Cruz and the group up there, the Warriors up there, what would you be telling them to do, like, right now?
mike davis
Agree to nothing.
The Senate runs by unanimous consent largely.
Agree to nothing.
Do not give consent to anything.
Do not voice vote anything.
Do not you see anything.
Grind the Senate to a halt.
The American people...
Put President Trump back in the White House in an overwhelming landslide victory, 312 electoral votes.
The American people voted for a very strong Senate Republican majority, 53 votes.
The American people want President Trump and Senate Republicans appointing constitutionalist judges.
They do not want President Biden and Chuck Schumer and these radical Senate Democrats Putting on these bottom-of-the-barrel losers who are getting through the Senate process now because Senate Republicans can't find the time to show up to work and vote.
Show up to work.
Grind the Senate to a halt.
And people should go to article3project.org.
link there when you take action that says tell your senators essentially to show their asses up to vote.
It's that simple.
So light them up, call them, send them emails, light them up on social media.
And we're going to start naming and shaming Republican senators at the Article 3 project who do not show up and vote.
So do your job interview for a job you're not going to get via Skype or Zoom instead of going down to Mar-a-Lago and going through and embarrassing yourself and not getting a job.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, when you name and shame, we'll provide the platform so that your voice can be heard everywhere because it's needed.
The Viceroy, Mike Davis, one more time, Article 3, and your Twitter feed, which always comes in a little a tad hot.
mike davis
Yeah.
Remember, Mitt Romney got humiliated by Trump last time.
So remember that, Senate Republicans, when you're down there begging like a dog for a job.
It's article3project.org.
Article3project.org.
Donate, follow us on social media, and take action.
And today's action is light up Senate Republicans and tell them to show up to work and vote down these radical Biden bottom-of-the-barrel judges.
steve bannon
Mike Davis, thank you very much.
Appreciate you.
The Viceroy.
Massive fight up here to stop these judges.
Okay.
You talk about a resistance.
The cadre, look, we'd love to be in a celebratory mood, and we kind of are, right?
But this is the way we celebrate.
We get up and fight some more because you've got to secure the victory.
You win the battle, you've got to secure the peace, quote-unquote.
Natalie's going to join us from West Palm Beach, the Real America Voice studios there, to walk through the resistance.
We've also got a couple of three surprises, I think, of people on Capitol Hill that we're going to try to get over here to talk more about the resistance and what's happening about filling these nominations.
All of it.
As the Trump blunt force instrument that is President Trump continues to hammer the system.
