steve bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot of all these networks lying about the people.
unidentified
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big line?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
Director Brennan, your thoughts about Tulsi Gabbard?
Yes.
Well, Nicole, I think you and Tom Nichols have done a great job just underscoring all the concerns that people have about this appointment.
Clearly, Tulsi Gabbard has taken actions and made statements over the past several years that really raise serious questions about her common sense, her judgment, as well as her political sympathies.
Cosing up to Putin as well as to meeting with Bashar Assad, I think really does show that she doesn't have the type of perspective that is needed for somebody who's going to head up these 18 intelligence agencies.
And as Tom Nichols said, she doesn't have any qualifications.
The Director of National Intelligence, that's a really serious position and a very complex and complicated one that requires somebody who actually has an understanding of the intelligence community.
It's like an orchestra conductor.
Of all the different agencies and departments that are involved in the intelligence process.
And I don't think she understands even the instruments that are involved in this orchestra.
Nor has she had any experience at the strategic level of running and leading a large complex organization.
And the director of national intelligence is, according to legislation, the president's principal intelligence advisor.
The person who is responsible for making sure that the president's daily brief is put together in a very sound and forthright manner.
The person who puts together the budget and the priorities of the intelligence community.
So I know that this appointment is sending shockwaves here in the United States, but also around the globe in terms of, is this really somebody who Donald Trump is going to entrust with the care and the leadership of the intelligence community?
An unserious pick for a serious position.
joy reid
And we haven't even gotten to Tulsi Gabbard potentially having access to national security information.
And Russia loves it.
Loves her.
alexandria ocasio-cortez
And I actually think almost more than Matt Gaetz, Tulsi Gabbard's appointment is devastating.
And Tulsi Gabbard's nomination, as much as she says that she's an anti-war person, she's not.
joy reid
She supports Trump.
Very pro-war individuals.
Including in Syria.
unidentified
And let's be very clear.
A Tulsi Gabbard nomination is a pro-war nomination globally.
joy reid
Point blank period.
As is Donald Trump as President of the United States.
natalie winters
Idiocy aside for a second, there's a moment of truth there.
Of course, there's going to be no more endless foreign forever wars.
No, no.
The new war is the war against the deep state.
And I think we're a little bit past the opening salvo with some of the appointments that were just referenced in that glorious cold open.
It is Friday, November 15th in the year of our Lord, 2024.
You are here in the war room, Natalie Winters hosting, coming at you live from West Palm Beach, Florida, where we have officially been unburdened by what has been.
Now, why do I say that?
Because what was it?
About a month ago, for four months, I sat here every day at this time slot, bringing you war room live while Stephen K. Bannon was locked up in a federal prison.
unidentified
Thank you.
natalie winters
And I'm so honored today to be filling in and hosting, because you know why?
You know where Stephen K. Bannon is?
At Mar-a-Lago.
I'll let you fill in the colors of what you think he's doing there.
Maybe Rachel Maddow can take a stab at it.
But don't call that a comeback.
Let's call that what it is It's retribution And we know actions speak louder than words.
And frankly, appointments speak louder than words.
And I think with the heavy-handed picks we've had thus far, it seems like retribution, though we call it justice here in the war room, is going to be part and parcel of this second coming of a Trump administration.
You know what speaks even louder and roars above all of that?
Is the mainstream media's response to so many of these picks.
And you know what their common refrain is?
It's quite an interesting and telling question.
Is Trump really serious?
Like, is Trump really gonna do that?
And it's quite telling on two parts.
One, because they're freaking out.
Mark Zaid impeachment whistleblower connoisseur is telling his clients to have grab bags ready to go and flee the country.
But you know why it's also so telling?
Because it's projection at its finest.
Because they've lied to us for so long that they can't actually fathom a president saying what he means and making promises and actually keeping them.
Right?
President Trump isn't lying.
Rachel Maddow, Alex Wagner, the whole MSNBC cast of characters...
Retribution is coming.
And of course, that's another lie, right?
This whole concept of retribution and loyalty.
That's the only thing that President Trump wants.
No, no, no.
I'm not going to cede ground to you guys on that.
It's justice and patriotism.
It's not loyalty to Donald Trump.
It's loyalty to this country.
And John Brennan, a loser, as I'm sure Stephen K. Bannon would say...
The next time that you talk about security clearances, it should be when you're melting down on MSNBC because President Donald Trump revoked yours.
And not just because of the whole 51 intel officers, Hunter Biden, hard drive Russian disinformation, all that.
No, no, no.
That's the opening bid.
We're going to go back and we're going to run through every single thing that you've done.
You know, Tulsi Gabbard doesn't have the right perspective and qualification.
Yeah, what qualifications and what perspective is that?
An America Last orientation?
We're all we've ever been left with.
Thanks to your wonderful intel assessments or two assassination attempts on President Donald J. Trump.
Lost wars.
Countless of dead Americans defending the borders of other countries.
While our border, our technological apparatus to keep us secure and safe doesn't even work.
Is that the intel community that you think is so powerful?
Well, I guess John Bolton was right there to chime in on the Gates appointment.
Let's read a wonderful tweet.
From John Bolton himself, we can put it up on screen.
Gates must be the worst nomination for a cabinet position in American history.
This is something that falls well outside the proper scope of deference to a president nominating members of his senior team.
Gates is not only totally incompetent for this job, he doesn't have character or the civic virtue the founding fathers wanted.
Well, John Bolton, I missed the part where anyone elected you and gave you a say in anything that's going on.
But it's quite telling, right?
This idea of civic virtue.
Is civic virtue something that you have from treating America for, what, the last several decades as a special economic zone, a garrison for you to just go to war with Iran and kill as many young, patriotic, red-blooded Americans as you can?
Is that what civic virtue is?
You think that's what the founding fathers were talking about when they started this country?
You think that those 13 colonies existed so you could put the United States into war for any reason whatsoever with Iran?
Where, I guess, Persia at the time?
That's what you think?
America's about?
That's what civic virtue is to you?
Yeah, there's no virtue in killing other Americans, John Bolton, and then having the nerve to stab the family members of those slain service members in the back.
By saying that the candidate that their families support is a Nazi, is a fascist, is Hilarion.
Yet no wonder why President Trump wants his own generals when he's stuck with people like Mark Milley and the whole DEI woke crowd.
Which, by the way, there's already reporting out today that they're busy.
I catch this.
Shredding documents, deleting webpages showing how they've transitioned the DOD. To something that only the wokest of woke college professors would say, this is equity and fairness.
Well, you know what?
Wokeness and DEI for all this intel community, military, really let's call it the stolen valor crowd.
We know you hate this country.
Your patriotism is a farce.
Let's be very clear.
That's the limited hangout version of what we're coming after you guys for.
I could care less about the wokeness.
I care about, let's get this word through your brains, the treason.
Maybe that should be Merriam-Webster's word of the year.
Because I think you guys should get used to it.
And of course, the National Review, which never seems to learn anything, has a new editorial out today.
The Senate should reject Matt Gaetz.
Yeah, how'd your Never Trump issue fare in 2016?
Yeah, you guys are the experts in the room.
Yet we wouldn't have the Senate, we wouldn't control the Senate, if we would have adhered to your version of republicanism and conservatism.
We would have lost, because I'm pretty sure that you guys are the same voices who jammed through that autopsy report telling us that in order for us to win elections, we have to welcome more immigrants, legal and illegal, open up the southern border, push trade deals that would only continue to hollow out America's middle class, and while we're at it, Send young men to go die in the sands of foreign countries that we probably couldn't even place on a map, all your national review pseudo-intellectualism aside.
So if it were up to you guys, we wouldn't even control the Senate.
So why don't you guys sit this one out like you should have been doing since 2016?
unidentified
And by the way, this show...
natalie winters
It's going to really be tracking these Senate confirmation processes extremely closely.
And for all the senators who are watching this melting down, we know you are.
Yet we have the lists.
Because for all of you who are a little hesitant, you don't like the idea of Matt Gaetz being in charge of main justice.
Well, where the heck were the 20 of you who voted to confirm Merrick Garland for AG? Do you have any concerns about weaponization then?
Or how about this?
The 48 of you that voted for Lisa Monaco as Deputy AG. Yeah, the two leaders of that little garrison protectorate class that I was talking about that weaponized this government full-heartedly and full-throatedly against the American people.
So I get it.
You can pick fights against actual MAGA warriors like Matt Gaetz.
But you're too busy to do anything about Merrick Garland?
About Stephen K. Bannon?
About Peter Navarro?
Because that's what I'm seeing.
You know, it's quite interesting, right?
All of these people who are trying to subvert President Trump right now on the personnel front, I'm looking at you, Senate.
What you guys are doing...
Is more or less on par with what the two Trump assassins tried to do, because they just didn't like the way that President Trump did things, especially when it comes to foreign policy, right?
I'm pretty sure Ryan Routh said those exact same things about Donald Trump that Brennan said about Tulsi when it came to Ukraine.
Trump just didn't have the right perspective or qualifications.
And in the same way that that immigration chart saved President Trump's life by looking back, having to take a glance at the destruction of this country, the hollowing out, and yeah, I'm going to say it, great replacement of the American spirit.
He was also saved on November 7th by another chart.
And that's called the Electoral College and all its beauty, where every single swing state went red.
So John Brennan and Clapper and Victoria Nuland and Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and all of these hacks, or let's call them what they are, suckers and losers.
They say that's what President Trump said about our servicemen.
No, that's projection because you guys know that that's exactly what you are.
You guys...
Had a chance to sell and peddle your BS agenda to the American people of Hitlerian fascism and everything.
And the American people rejected you on November 7th.
And we're ready to keep doing that.
Every election and every confirmation battle, every single step of the way to make sure that MAGA not just is ascendant but remains ascendant.
And I hope it's frickin' painful.
Every day, John Bolton down to every member of the Bulwark, the National Review, and these Never Trump organizations having to see what we have done to the Republican Party.
Because we'll do it to you too.
So the era of sadistic and masochistic, shall I use the word, joy, that people like Kamala Harris derive from the destruction of this country...
Is over.
I think maybe we bring back, let's see, let's go back to our founding fathers and the civic virtue that John Bolton's talking about.
The pursuit of happiness.
And you know what that starts with?
Purging the administrative state.
And that starts right now.
We'll be right back.
unidentified
War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
You're back in the War Room.
natalie winters
There is a very important piece.
We know they've been trying to Trump proof the transition.
All of these far left NGO type groups are already trying to work to undermine President Trump, primarily through lawfare.
I think history repeats itself on that one.
But I want to bring on Wade Miller from, of course, the beloved Center for Renewing America to walk us through this new piece from Breitbart.
I'll read you the headline exclusive Pentagon scrambling, wiping evidence of DEI as Trump readies to fire woke generals.
Wade, sort of through the matrix of the concept of Trump proofing the transition.
Can you walk us through, you think, the efforts that the DOD is trying to take right now to avoid accountability and sort of impede President Trump's agenda?
unidentified
So I think that they, and first, thanks for having me on, but I think that DOD is reading the writing on the wall, and they are seeing that someone won that they did not think was going to win, and so they're ill-prepared to try to protect themselves and their careers against a DOJ or an executive branch that wants to change the culture of our military.
Remember, a lot of these promotions and all of that has to go through the Senate.
And so I think that they're very worried, and rightly so, that their support of systemic racism or systemic sexism, which they will call DEI, will be or any other woke ideology like anti-racism, which is actually just racism.
Or critical race theory, or things like racial quotas and hiring.
The support for those types of policies will lead to potentially them being asked to retire.
We've seen chatter that a review board or a commission might be put together to take a look at all of these admirals and generals and what they've been saying.
And I think that they realize that they're on pretty shaky ground right now, considering that recruitment numbers are way down, morale within the military is way down, and this new administration has every cause that they need to go in and start assessing who the leadership of the military is, and I think that that has them very panicked.
natalie winters
In terms of triaging the situation with what's going on at the Pentagon, obviously the wokeness, the DEI is part of it.
But to sort of broaden this out to, I think, some of President Trump's other selections, it's also about going after, as you guys have always said, defanging, right, the administrative state.
The wokeness is sort of the shiny toy, I would argue.
Your thoughts on sort of the slate of Other selections and how that really, if confirmed, gives us the opportunity to actually deconstruct the administrative state.
unidentified
Well, let me first say that I've been part of a working group that has methodically chronicled all of the funding streams, all of the programs across the entirety of the federal government, including DOD, the military.
So we have spreadsheets of admirals and generals with dossiers on the radical things that they've been pushing on our troops, the overt racist policies or the overt sexist policies that they've been trying to push forward.
But we've been doing this in every agency as well.
And it took a while, but the headline in Breitbart talks about how they're scrambling to delete all of these We've already mapped out all of this.
We already have charted out where it's at.
We've identified all of the funding streams, so they can do whatever they want, but we've got all this information already, so I would say good luck in their effort to try to hide all of this.
I don't think it's going to go very well from them.
But this same thing that you're seeing at DOD, it's going on at every agency right now.
We've been seeing various reports out from FBI officials, DOJ officials.
they're all in shock that people who actually know that they are abusing their power are going to be put in power to make sure that they cannot continue to abuse their power.
And that has a lot of people worried because if certain investigations go forward, a lot of these people could be held accountable, not just fired.
Some of these people may have violated the law.
And if that's the case, then they should be prosecuted.
And so I think that if you're a federal bureaucrat and you have potentially violated, for instance, Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act or Title VII, if you're in private practice or a corporate entity an HR department in corporate America.
Or you violated any of these other various statutes because you have felt safe in the knowledge that Merrick Garland and the DOJ are going to ignore it and not hold you accountable.
All of those people right now have something to be worried about.
They have a huge liability in front of them, legal liability for their actions.
And furthermore, you know, those that have just, you know, maybe they haven't violated the law, but they're certainly pushing divisive and radicalized agendas, you know, they're going to be asked to leave.
And if they don't want to leave, then they may be fired.
And, you know, these are all decisions that will have to be made, of course, by President Trump himself and by his appointees.
And so we'll defer to their expertise and decision-making process.
And then support whatever course of action they decide to take.
But I'm very excited that the deep state is on the verge of actually being held accountable for the first time in a long time.
And we have a president and cabinet officials who are uniquely motivated to go after this threat and fix it for the good of the American people.
natalie winters
And in terms of the nominees that need Senate confirmation, can you just give me a few minutes how you think this audience, what you guys have done, as we've always seen with sort of the speakership races and the CRs and the SAVAX, how this audience is really going to be at the tip of the spear in ensuring that we can carry President Trump's nominees through the finish line?
unidentified
Sure.
So there's a lot of options here.
I know that there's some chatter about We can't do recess appointments.
Well, the answer is that that can occur.
And we're going to be out with some analysis on that, some legal analysis to kind of disrupt some of the misinformation being put out by, you know, the more establishment and leftist wings of the media.
That's certainly something that can happen.
And if, you know, the processes aren't moving forward as necessary, we think should happen.
But I also think that everyone, you know, especially senators, just kind of need to take a breath.
Let's, you know, President Trump is very busy right now identifying who's going to be in his cabinet.
Let's wait till that process is done.
And then President Trump himself will start having conversations with senators.
And I'm actually pretty hopeful that once President Trump has a chance to sit down and talk to them, that they're going to play ball.
And remember, we only need 50.
We have 53 senators.
Vice President-elect J.D. Vance will be the tie-breaking vote if we only have 50.
And I think that that's easily doable.
So I think that let's just give this some time.
But one thing is certain.
These people are going to be put in their positions.
It's going to happen one way or the other.
But I think that there's a way forward for the entire Republican Party to work together and to get this done and for it to be a positive process and for us all to move forward together and execute the agenda of the president.
natalie winters
Wade Miller of CRA, if people want to follow you, stay up to date with all of your analysis, especially tracking everything going on at the Pentagon, where can people go to do that?
unidentified
Sure.
So you can find us at AM Renew on Twitter, Citizens for Renewing America and or Center for Renewing America.
Our president is Russ Vogt, V-O-U-G-H-T. He's one of the smartest people I know.
You should give him a follow.
He's always, when he does post, it's usually something that you want to read.
So you can follow us there.
And of course, I'm on socials as well.
That's Wade Miller underscore USMC on Twitter, or X, I should say.
natalie winters
Thank you so much for joining us.
We'll have you back on soon.
unidentified
Thanks for having me.
natalie winters
While you're at it, you've got to be checking out birchgold.com slash Bannon, giving Phillip Patrick and team over there a call.
You know they love to talk to you.
Maybe check out hometidalock.com slash Bannon too.
While you're at it, you know these sponsors are how we keep this show going, the show that is only proving to be more and more imperative and important for the deconstruction of the administrative state.
Now, I want to read a headline to you that's probably not all that radical.
Oklahoma superintendent invites students to pray after announcing Bibles in classrooms.
I know, shocking.
I can already hear the MSNBC outrage probably forthcoming tonight.
Of course, I'm kidding.
It's totally logical and common sense.
I'm honored to be joined by Ryan Walters, that very superintendent of school administration out in Oklahoma, who's really charting a new path forward for education.
Ryan, we've got a few minutes.
Can you just sort of give the audience the details of this story, what you did and why they are so apoplectic over it?
unidentified
Oh, they are.
They are absolutely losing it over this.
And again, To be clear, this wouldn't have been controversial just a few years ago.
You know, until the 1960s, if you'd have walked into a schoolhouse, there would have been prayer.
There would have been Bibles.
The kids would have been learning American history.
They would have been patriotic.
But what do we have now?
We have an education system that's teaching kids to hate their country, to hate their religion, hate their faith, hate their family values.
Well, in Oklahoma, we are absolutely not going to accept that.
President Trump has a clear mandate.
I mean, he just crushed it.
On education, he crushed it on every issue.
But on education, he went in and said, patriotic education is going to be the way forward.
I'm bringing prayer back to schools, and we're going to have school choice.
Hey, we're doing it right here in Oklahoma.
So yeah, I made clear, we opened up an office of patriotism and religious liberty, and we sent a video to school districts and said, listen, We want everyone to understand if you're a teacher, you're a kid, you can pray in school.
You absolutely can.
Our founders protected that right for you.
Thousands of Americans have died to protect those rights for you.
And secondly, I said a prayer.
I mean, that's what religious liberty is all about, is for you to be able to say your prayer.
And so your ACLU's, your teachers' unions are losing their mind over religious liberty.
And again, we're not forcing religion on anybody, but guess what?
We are absolutely going to protect those rights that Americans have held dear for all of these years.
And President Trump has given us the ability to do that.
natalie winters
And Ryan, if you can hang with us, we've got a short commercial break we've got to jump to.
But Warren Posse, it's quite telling, right?
You can tell the quality of your enemies and what they're all about by, I think, their reaction to so much of the patriotic and, frankly, perseverance of people like Frankly, everyone we've had on this show, but particularly Ryan Walters, right?
When they melt down over trying to put prayer in schools and the idea that you should have religious liberty, religious freedom, or when they say, oh, you're going after retribution and revenge.
That's scary territory.
No, no.
It's called justice and accountability for people who've engaged in treason.
And if you want to be on the defending side of people who are traitors to this country, then go ahead.
But we're going to smoke you out.
I think we've done a pretty darn good job already of doing that and we're only going to continue.
You guys make it pretty easy because you wear not just your America Last but your America Never squarely on your sleeve.
It's your scarlet letter that you hate this country.
We'll be right back.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
natalie winters
You're back in the war room where you got to be checking out birchgold.com slash Bannon.
Give Philip Patrick and the team a call.
You know, gold has always been a hedge and it looks like it will continue to do so.
I'm honored to still be joined by Superintendent Ryan Walters.
Ryan, this morning on the show, we played a large MSNBC package, how the sort of, you know, right wing establishment in conjunction with the more left wing, you know, moderate progressives are now essentially saying That, well, we have ignored people who've gone to, you know, higher institutions of education, the sort of liberal elite.
And I think there's an interesting correlation to your story and sort of this new kind of left take on the idea of the institutions and defending them, right?
Of course, they hate Christianity, so they're going to melt down over anything that you do.
But how much of an affront to their system and where they use these schools to indoctrinate kids Do you think you represent an ability to push back, and do you think that's part of the reason they're so triggered by what you've done?
unidentified
Absolutely.
Look, I'm unapologetic.
It is an America-first agenda here in Oklahoma.
President Trump won an overwhelming victory just a few days ago.
But let me tell you, every county in Oklahoma voted for President Trump.
Every single county for the third time.
We love President Trump here.
America loves President Trump.
He's laid it out.
America first.
What does America first mean?
That means we want kids to be patriotic.
You know what that means?
Hey, we support religious liberty.
Hey, Christians, you want to worship God?
You want to learn more about American history?
We're not going to stop people from practicing their religious beliefs.
We're not going to block the references to the Bible and the role Christianity played from American history.
That's state-sponsored atheism.
And that's what we've had in our schools.
And you talk about traitors.
Let me tell you something.
Underneath Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, they're traitors at the Department of Education.
I mean, it's basically Iran.
It's state-sponsored terrorism to sit here and teach our kids to hate our country.
I mean, it is an absurdity that we've been doing that.
Civilizations do not exist.
If you teach the next generation to hate the very values of your civilization, hate your history, and reject all of it, civilizations don't last like that.
And so thank God for President Trump that he has completely shifted that and is going to do away with that agency.
natalie winters
Superintendent Ryan Walter, it's always an honor to have you on.
If people want to follow you, stay up to date with your quest to fight the noble and good fight out in Oklahoma.
Where can they go to do that?
unidentified
Thank you for that.
Ryan Walters, SUPT, so Ryan Walters Superintendent on Twitter.
We're very active on there, and hey, love the show.
Thank you for all that you're doing and fighting for America, America First.
natalie winters
America First, not America Never, right?
Looks like America First is pretty ascendant right now.
I'll take it, Ryan.
Thank you so much for joining us.
We'll have you back on soon the next time you trigger them by just doing common sense stuff.
It's peak 2024 in Joe Biden's America.
Thank you for joining us.
It's almost like they want to intentionally indoctrinate our children so they hate the United States, tank the United States dollars so we can accelerate the trend of de-dollarization and boost the currencies of China and basically every other country that hates the United States, make us sick, independent, and riddled on big pharma medication.
Huge shout out to RFK, I think, here in the war.
And we're very excited for that one.
And how about this, Mike Pence, who thinks RFK shouldn't be confirmed?
Why don't you shove it?
Because RFK has more courage in one finger of his than you do in your entire body.
And that was on full display 2020, January 6th.
So no one cares what you think.
No one cares what you have to say.
Go back to grifting off of foreign countries and America last think tanks because that's where you belong.
Speaking of think tanks and lobbying-ish organizations, I guess they're what?
Counter-programming lawfare.
We love the Article 3 project here in the War Room.
Honored to be joined by Mike Davis.
Mike, I wanted to bring you on.
There's been sort of a recent selection of a lot of people in the legal and judiciary realm.
I'd love to have you sort of walk us through some of the big heavy hitters and why they are so important and so, frankly, pivotal for President Trump's America First agenda.
mike davis
Yeah, President Trump is hitting grand slams with all of his appointments, and I'm particularly happy with his legal appointments.
It started with White House counsel Bill McGinley, a close friend of mine, a very close friend of Steve Bannon in the war room.
He's going to make a fantastic White House counsel.
Bill McGinley has been A loyal soldier for President Trump.
I volunteered for Bill McGinley on the RNC platform committee.
I was the constitutional law lead.
I volunteered for Bill McGinley.
I always say I'm Bill McGinley's intern.
I volunteered for the Trump legal war room for the election.
I was down there in the trenches with Bill McGinley.
Bill McGinley is the outside counsel to the Article III project.
And he's going to do a fantastic job.
He has a lot of experience.
He was Trump's cabinet secretary during the first term, so he knows his way around the executive branch.
He's been a lawyer for a long time.
He's been a legal warrior for President Trump and the cause for many, many, many years.
So it's a very solid pick.
Matt Gaetz is President Trump's nominee.
For Attorney General, what I like about Matt Gaetz is he shares the view that I have on the key issues.
He's been a warrior on the lawfare against President Trump.
He knows the Justice Department has been politicized and weaponized, and he has the courage to go in there and clean up that place.
You saw that he's willing to take on sacred cows.
He has money, so he's not looking for his next job, which is important.
He'll go in there and clean up that place.
He's also great on the fight against big tech, Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple.
He was a key figure on the House Judiciary Committee to pass key reforms out of the House Judiciary Committee to hold big tech accountable.
So Matt Gaetz is bold.
He's fearless.
And if he gets confirmed, he'll make a fantastic attorney general.
Todd Blanche is President Trump's pick for deputy attorney general.
That is a key job.
That is the number two.
It's essentially the chief operating officer for the department.
He runs the day-to-day of the department, and Todd Blanche will be a great pick for that.
He was a former federal prosecutor in the Southern District of New York.
He was a law firm partner for many years in a Wall Street law firm, and he has been a warrior.
He's been a warrior for President Trump for the last several years as one of Trump's lead trial counsel on this lawfare.
this weaponization of law enforcement and intel agencies against President Trump by the Biden-Harris Justice Department, by the New York Attorney General, the Manhattan DA. The Fulton County DA, the Arizona Attorney General.
Todd Blanche is fully aware of how this deep state, these intel agencies, federal law enforcement, including the FBI, has been politicized and weaponized against political enemies, so he'll be a great guy to go in there for President Trump and clean house.
And then John Sauer is President Trump's pick to serve as the Solicitor General of the United States, the key advocate.
In the Supreme Court and for crucial cases at the appellate level, John Sauer is right out of central casting.
He was a law clerk for the late, great Justice Scalia.
He was the Missouri Solicitor General, the top appellate attorney for Missouri for many, many years.
And he was the architect and champion of the presidential immunity argument for President Trump.
And he won one of the most crucial victories in Supreme Court history with Trump's presidential immunity decision that really saved President Trump from this lawfare.
A lot of the commentators laughed at John Sauer and said that his argument was wacky.
Well, guess what?
They're not laughing now.
And he will be the Solicitor General of the United States after winning one of the most monumental decisions ever at the Supreme Court.
So this is a great team that President Trump is assembling.
He's continuing to assemble it, grand slam after grand slam after grand slam.
And I'm very happy Article III project will strongly support all of these picks.

And Mike, they obviously view these appointments through the matrix of, you know, loyalty and retribution.
We here in the war room would do the counter offer of patriotism and justice, but however you want to couch it, whatever words you want to use.
I'm curious your thoughts if you think that this team will rightfully enable President Trump to carry out, again, however you term it, retribution, revenge, accountability, justice, take your pick.
But do you think that they will supply the necessary firepower, of course metaphorically, to enable actual accountability, not the Trey Gowdy limited hangout version?
mike davis
Yeah, the four most important qualifications to serve as a political appointee to President Trump are bold, fearless, Competent and loyal.
And all of these picks check all of those boxes.
The Justice Department reports to the President of the United States through the Attorney General.
They are not an independent agency.
It seems like they pretend like they're an independent agency when there are Republican presidents.
And then when there are Democrat presidents, they work hand-in-glove with the President and the White House staff.
To go after the political enemies like they did under President Obama with Crossfire Hurricane and like they did with President Biden with this unprecedented lawfare and election interference against President Trump where Biden's fingerprints are directly on all four bogus, unprecedented criminal indictments of the former and future president Obama.
Of the United States.
So I am very pleased with this team President Trump has picked.
And they will clean house, and they should clean house.
There has to be accountability for the Biden and Kamala Democrats' republic-ending lawfare and election interference.
We cannot have a politicized and weaponized Intelligence agencies and law enforcement again.
And the way it has to stop is there must be accountability.
Legal, financial, and political accountability.
Nobody is above the law.
natalie winters
And just give me a minute on this concept, Mike.
There's so much meltdown in the media right now.
The idea that President Trump is picking people who are loyal to him.
They're acting like this is so outlandish or radical.
I'd posit it's loyal to America.
And by extension, President Trump represents America's interests.
But what is the sort of signal there that they're so scared of appointing people who are actually loyal to President Trump and not the administrative state?
mike davis
There are 4,000 political appointees who are supposed to manage 4 million executive branch employees.
These political appointees are outnumbered 1,000 to 1.
And so President Trump When he fills these political appointments, he needs to make damn sure that his political appointees are loyal to the president and loyal to his policy agenda.
In America, we have a president of the United States who was elected by all Americans.
The president is in charge of the executive branch.
This notion that there are independent agencies separate from the duly elected president, President of the United States, it is just a wrong reading of the Constitution.
It's unconstitutional.
And frankly, it's very dangerous.
Why do we want Nameless, faceless bureaucrats at the FBI, the CDC, other executive branch agencies who think they're not accountable to the American people through the President of the United States.
That cannot happen during this term.
Those people who think they're going to undermine the President of the United States need to resign now.
If their job is to follow lawful orders of the President of the United States, if they have policy disagreements with the President of the United States, they should resign and they should run for Congress.
And then they can run on their policy platforms in Congress.
But until then, so long as they're an executive branch employee, they work for the President of the United States, if they don't follow his lawful orders, they must be fired.
natalie winters
How about this?
Resign, run out of this country, and don't come back.
Mike Davis, if people want to follow you, stay up to date with everything the Article 3 Project is doing, where can they go to do all that?
mike davis
We are going to continue to be President Trump's fiercest defenders through the Article III Project for the next four years.
That's why I'm not going back into government.
I am more effective as Trump's biggest supporter and advocate and defender through the Article III Project.

Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
natalie winters
You're back in the war room where I said don't call it a comeback.
Call it retribution.
I used to host this show because Stephen K. Bannon was in prison.
Now I'm hosting it because he's at Mar-a-Lago.
So take that Merrick Garland and Rachel Maddow.
You can suck on that and I have a feeling the next four years are going to get a heck of a lot more unpleasant for you.
There's an interesting article out today in The Guardian talking about how scary the MAGA wing of the Republican Party is because we like to peddle and deal in a little something called, that's right, I'm going to say the R word, retribution.
Again, it's justice.
I digress.
But there's an interesting moment in the story, and I want to read it for you.
This is not 2017 when these guys were disorganized, said Mark Zaid, a lawyer with a long list of national security and intelligence world clients.
Many of them worried they are now in the firing line.
They have been there before.
They know what to do, and they know how to do it.
Those who have seen their names on target lists are also better prepared than last time.
Some, Zaid said, are planning to leave the country to see how the first couple of months of the new administration play out.
Others have prepared go bags, moved money around so their assets cannot be seized, identified safe houses, hired security guards, and more.
Well, I'll put this in plain English so even the 10 plus million foreign invaders that y'all invaded over the last four years can understand what I'm saying.
Retribution is coming.
But here's the interesting part, right?
Because we're always told that we're the ones who are responsible for weaponizing the federal government.
I guess that just means what they've done to the federal government thus far.
Right?
The weaponization.
And so, shall we use the word normalized?
That it's what we've come to expect.
But when they hurled lawfare...
Political warfare, economic warfare, in some cases, kinetic warfare, yet not one but two assassination attempts.
Did you ever see any American patriots fleeing for other countries?
Did you see Stephen K. Bannon try to get out of Dodge or just go and comply with a congressional subpoena and plead the fifth?
No.
They held the line.
And it's quite telling when things get a little tough, a little uncomfortable.
And what I mean by that is preserving your documents and probably going on trial for the treason that you've committed against this country.
What's their first instinct?
To leave.
To pack their bags and get out.
I guess it proves something that we've been saying all along on this show.
That feigned display of patriotism and the camo hats and the Americana pictures, I guess excluding the weird masculinity ads that the Harris campaign put out, was just a total and complete lie.
And frankly, you can see how little allegiance they have to this country by their willingness to pack up and leave.
They already have their go-bags.
You're not just cheating on yourself and showing the entire world how weak-willed you are.
You're showing how little of a patriot and how little allegiance you have to this country.
We've always known it.
But this is just the first time that the forces, and by forces I mean government forces, because we took over control of the government, yeah, tripartite control, actually are allowing us to assemble and expose you guys for what you are.
Right?
Your acts of treason that you've committed against this country...
They're still ongoing.
And the fact that you have your stupid little grab bags all ready to go, show us how fake your patriotism is.
And that your military service and everything that you want to stand on, it's stolen valor because you hate this country and you hate the people who live here.
And you're globalists to your core, which is why you're so eager and willing to pick up and leave for any other country because you have nothing tying yourself to this country because you view yourself as part of a credentialed elite globalist class.
Like Steve says, you have more in common with the city of London than you do people who live In flyover states.
Well, pack your grab bags.
We won't frickin' miss you, but make sure you come back for your court dates.
Someone who I think could weigh in on what exactly we need to expose in those courts dates and court appearances is none other than Mike Lindell who joins us now.
You never know.
