| One senior advisor of the Harris-Walls campaign told NBC News today they fully expect Trump to declare victory on Tuesday night before all the votes are counted. | ||
| Steve Bannon, one of the ex-con Trump whisperers, is publicly advising him to do just that. | ||
| Telling the New York Times Trump should stand up and say, hey, I've won this. | ||
| And we have teams right now that are going to make sure that this thing is not going to be stolen. | ||

| It's all a con. | ||
| It's one of many cons they're going to try to pull over the next few days and into next week. | ||
| They're going to lie about voter fraud. | ||
| Trump is already doing that on the daily. | ||
| They're going to file a bunch of frivolous lawsuits, challenging results. | ||
| They've already got a bunch of frivolous lawsuits. | ||
| They're going to make wild false accusations against election workers. | ||
| There's going to be disinformation disseminated on Elon Musk's platform. | ||
| We know they're going to do this. | ||
| We've been here before. | ||

| By the way, Politico's lead story in Politico Magazine, I'll get it and put it up here in a second, is that, hey, Trump already knows he's going to lose on the vote, but he's going to steal it this time because he has a much more sophisticated operation with the likes of Bill McGinley and Cleta Mitchell, and they're prepared. | ||

Number one, posse, tune out the noise. | |
| Focus on voting, focusing on getting your friends, family, and neighbors to the poll to cast their ballot. | ||
| Because as anybody who's been through this a long time knows that lawyers don't have anything to argue over if the ballots aren't in the pile. | ||
| We need you to vote. | ||
| We need you to cast your ballot. | ||
| But as I always like to talk about, you know, not only do you want to listen to what they say, you want to listen to what they don't say. | ||
| And let's just run through a couple of points that Chris Hayes selectively omitted. | ||
| Number one was the 14th Amendment case where they tried to keep President Trump off the ballot on some fanciful, you know, legal theory that had no water and the Supreme Court ruled against them 9-0. | ||
| You got four indictments and 90 counts based on partisan Democrat prosecutors trying to go after the leading presidential candidate And the chief rival to the sitting incumbent president at the time, who they dethroned and put in place as VP. The civil suits that they filed against him. | ||
| We've had one assassination attempt and one attempted assassination attempt that they don't want to talk about. | ||
| Dem politicians who ran for office, including DAs, saying that we're going to go get Trump. | ||
| I mean, it's an outrageous campaign stump for a politician who's supposed to be neutral and apply the law even handedly. | ||
| There's threats and incidents against Trump and our supporters. | ||
| We see it all the time. | ||
| It happens in all of these battleground states where we are tracking all of this to make sure that our people are safe, but that our voters are able to get out. | ||
| You know, you have Jamie Raskin and the other ones that are coming out and openly saying that they're going to try and prevent certification. | ||
| These are the guys that are trying to prepare to potentially thwart the results of the election. | ||
| I haven't heard any reporters begin to ask the Democrats, are you going to accept the results of this election? | ||
| Are you going to stand down and accept the voice of the people when they want to put Donald Trump back in office? | ||
| They also haven't toned down their incendiary rhetoric against President Trump and his supporters. | ||
| We keep seeing this day after day after day, even though President Trump continues To have, you know, these threats against him. | ||
| And then, of course, they use taxpayer money for their own get-out-the-vote and voter registration programs like the Biden bucks. | ||
| And so these guys are not coloring within the lines. | ||
| They are basically trying to project onto us what they have been doing and have been supporting all along. | ||
| So the only way that this is going to stop is if we win this election. | ||
| The only way that we're going to be able to restore order and have the rule of law actually mean something is for us to win this election and make it too big to rig. | ||
| And so that's why you've got to get out and vote. | ||
| You need to make sure that you are being a force multiplier to get at least 10 other people to get out and vote. | ||
| But this is up to you. | ||
| This is your election. | ||
| The ball is in the posse's hand and it's up to you to get us across the finish line. | ||
| So please do everything that you can. | ||
| Make your phone calls, knock on the doors, and persuade all of our like-minded friends to get out there and vote. | ||

| And, of course, there are some, you know, this is abandoned and over-the-top, and he's got McGinley and Cleta Mitchell and these radical lawyers, and they're going to be trying to gum up the works. | ||
| And then you go all the way down where they've hired Mark Elias, and I think they've got 1,000 lawyers drafting 10,000 pages of documents already, right? | ||
| So, Cleta, what's going on? | ||
| Well, I want to say that, number one, it's great to have you back, Steve, to lead us into victory. | ||

| The post-election, it depends on the size of the margin. | ||
| Because I really don't believe, after watching 2020 and 2022, I do not believe that there are post-election remedies available to President Trump and to our side. | ||

| And that means not only to get out the vote, but for legal purposes. | ||
| I'll tell you this thing that happened in Bucks County, Pennsylvania this week is a prime example of citizens reporting and posting on X things that they're seeing and happening in real time And that then caused the Republicans in Pennsylvania to go get a court order. | ||
| But let me tell you, Pennsylvania doesn't have early in-person voting. | ||
| Those were not early polling places, according to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. | ||
| Those are places where people go get their ballot, their absentee ballot, they have to take the application, and then they can take the ballot and go out in the hall, fill it out, turn it in. | ||
| And the Supreme Court says that's not early in-person voting, therefore there are no poll watchers allowed. | ||
| But what citizens did was they took pictures, they posted those pictures, they showed that yes, this was being treated as in-person voting, and the Democratic-controlled Bucks County Closed at 1 p.m., etc., etc. | ||
| We've all seen it. | ||
| That was only changed because of citizens posting things, taking pictures, documenting. | ||
| So I'm asking people, you know, I've been a big pusher for poll watchers and poll observers, but now you can do more. | ||
| You can report things. | ||
| Don't report crazy things. | ||
| Don't report, I heard my sister's cousin's brother's uncle's wife told me. | ||
| Don't do that. | ||
| If you see something, say something, take a picture, document it. | ||
| Where is that polling place? | ||
| What did you see? | ||

| And go to protectthevote.com or I don't know, protectthevote.org, whichever it is. | ||
| Call the state Republican Party. | ||

| But when you have information, make sure it is documented. | ||

| Here's the problem we need to watch for in North Carolina, is that what happens post-election? | ||

| Because we know that the election board's controlled by the Democrats because the governor's a Democrat. | ||

| We need to know what's the margin, how many ballots are still out, and we need to keep them from manufacturing more ballots once they have the numbers and see that we've won. | ||

| It remains the base case that Vice President Harris is unlikely to win, according to my sources in both parties, not a sure thing, but unlikely to win Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona. | ||
| If she doesn't win those three states, she must sweep Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. | ||
| As forecast here a long time ago, it appears that she's basically back to where Joe Biden was on the eve of the debate. | ||
| One electoral college path to exactly 270 electoral votes. | ||
| So our intense focus for the rest of the way will be to continue to monitor to see whether she can actually win North Carolina, Georgia, or Arizona. | ||

| This is based on Three sources, two Republicans, one Democrat, all of whom know the state quite well, and all of whom told me today the same version of they would be somewhere between surprised and shocked If Kamala Harris won Wisconsin. | ||

| All I'm telling you is to reorient yourself away from news framing that says it's all about Pennsylvania. | ||

| Because we've cornered her now. | ||
| She's got to hold the blue wall. | ||
| But the weakest link may be Wisconsin. | ||
| You've been the architect of this. | ||
| Your observation, sir. | ||
| Hey Steve, great to see you. | ||
| You know, Wright, they picked Tim Walz because he was supposed to help, you know, in the blue wall of Wisconsin and Michigan, and that has just not been the case, at least to this point, and we're running out of time for that. | ||
| They come out of the convention with this, you know, polling, you know, Harris honeymoon of polling, and now it's turned into Harris hysteria. | ||
| Steve, I mean, a couple of days ago she wasn't scheduled to be in Wisconsin yesterday, and then all of a sudden they scheduled three events in Wisconsin, including a dueling rally to what we had with President Trump last night, which was lights out, phenomenal. | ||
| The President was on fire, you know, places got 15-20,000 people, and it was phenomenal. | ||
| So, in an interesting way, we are about a point, you know, the race is within a point, point and a half, not only on the presidential side, But in the U.S. Senate race with incumbent Democrat Tammy Baldwin being opposed by Eric Hovde. | ||
| So it's very tight here. | ||
| And we've had, think about this, Steve, we've had 12 races in 24 years in Wisconsin. | ||
| We've got about 6 million people. | ||
| 12 races in 24 years that have been decided by less than 30,000 votes, including Ron Johnson's 27,000 vote win in 2022. | ||
| What is it? | ||
| You guys go back, unlike some of the other states, you're pretty restrictive on early voting. | ||
| Much more historically, I don't think there was any. | ||
| That was a big controversy in 2020. | ||
| So is everything in the state, is the mindset in the state all geared towards Election Day? | ||
| It generally has been. | ||
| I think the COVID kind of blew that open. | ||
| And one of the big changes we've seen this year, Steve, is that When I took over as chair less than two years ago, I said, look, this is not a matter of what I like. | ||
| Having done a lot of races, you've got to go with the reality of the moment. | ||
| The reality of the moment is that we have early voting laws on the books in this state. | ||
| And I'm not going to be an idiot and say, you know what, I don't like that law, so I'm just going to let the Democrats use it while we sit and complain about it. | ||
| So we were the first state party, and I was the first state chairman of the country to start an early vote campaign. | ||
| What we are seeing, Wisconsin's a little bit more, a tougher place to judge on early vote for this reason. | ||
| We don't have party registration. | ||
| It's like Michigan that way. | ||
| We're probably the toughest statistically of the seven swing states to Mark Alpert's point, but But we also don't know how to judge some of this early vote. | ||
| But what we do see is that Republican areas that have never early voted very much at all are now coming out in record, record numbers. | ||
| So that is one good sign. | ||
| The second good sign is there seems to be, especially here in Milwaukee, where I am now, and some other places, the Dems are not doing as well on early vote as they expected. | ||
| Hence, you have Harris coming into Madison, liberal Madison. | ||
| And believe it or not, Steve, I'm actually a Republican from Madison, Wisconsin. | ||
| And so we have Harris coming into Madison and Milwaukee repeatedly trying to jack these folks up. | ||
| We've had Barack Obama here. | ||
| They had Clinton up in the Fox Valley. | ||
| So they are really in a situation, a desperate situation in some ways, because they have to keep coming back. | ||
| I said yesterday to the crowd, the Democrats have the blue wall blues right now because their whole strategy was based on them being able to do better than they are here, and they don't understand President Trump's appeal. | ||
| And so they're not getting it. | ||
| I'm I'm never confident or overconfident going into election night, but Wisconsin clearly, clearly is in play right now. | ||
| No, the job you've done is to force her to Wisconsin. | ||
| They want to be in Arizona and Georgia and North Carolina. | ||
| We forced them to the blue wall, and now they're having to spend time there and not results. | ||
| I'm always worried about Ann Arbor and Madison. | ||
| Is Madison going to be the thing in these college-educated Taylor Swift crowd? | ||
| Because Milwaukee, it seems like African-American men may be not coming out for her, not having the enthusiasm. | ||
| Is the Taylor Swift crowd her only salvation here in places like Madison, the hotbed of progressivism as the University of Wisconsin is? | ||
| Yeah, that's why they are spending so much time there. | ||
| I was down on campus. | ||
| I actually know campus there fairly well, and I was down on campus You know, they're getting high numbers down there. | ||
| The question is, how high will they get? | ||
| The president was just outside of Madison. | ||
| President Trump was just outside of Madison for a rally, which was very smart to do here not too long ago. | ||
| And so there's a fair amount of young people there, a fair amount of folks, as you know, in the polling and just anecdotally in the Hispanic community and in the black community, That are with President Trump. | ||
| Will Madison be a big margin for Joe Biden? | ||
| Yes. | ||
| I don't think there's any question about that. | ||
| But I don't think anyone really knows what that's going to look like. | ||
| And I think we'll see that in Milwaukee, too. | ||
| I saw people at that rally last night that I spoke at where the president was in Milwaukee that I thought I'd never see at a rally. | ||
| The Harris people, the Democrats, Their whole faculty lounge attitude and mental framework on everything has them so checked out of reality right now. | ||
| It's almost all these limousine liberals who are, and I have some of them on my Facebook, Steve, where I've known them for years, and they will sit this little peck sniff routine of like, oh, these, you know, The commoners, they just don't seem to get it. | ||

| Well, Newsweek just published, don't know how much people trust Dick Morris anymore, but he's out there actually predicting a Trump popular vote victory in an electoral college landslide. | ||
| And that's the lead story on Newsweek this morning. | ||
| I thought that was interesting. | ||
| So look, a couple facts I want to talk about. | ||
| One, I believe that Trump... | ||
| Turnout has been underestimated across the nation by the pollsters. | ||
| I don't think that what is happening in Nevada and Arizona is happening in a vacuum. | ||
| It came out last night that Republicans went 14 for 14 in the two weeks of early voting in Nevada. | ||
| We won every single day. | ||
| That's out there from Michael Pruser. | ||
| The next thing I want to mention, you mentioned it about half an hour ago, but there's a great story in the stack. | ||
| It was the lead story on the Hill at 1.30 in the morning last night. | ||
| Go to the stack, search for mattresses. | ||
| It's a story from the Hill about Bannon and Mark Elias. | ||
| And that's a read that I want to direct the Warren Posse to. | ||
| Something else that is on my radar that's in the stack that no one's talking to, and that is the National Care Poll, C-A-I-R poll, on Muslim vote. | ||
| It was interesting. | ||
| It came out yesterday, and Jill Stein is actually leading Kamala. | ||
| In their national poll, 42-41, and Trump coming in at 10% of the Muslim vote. | ||
| And I think that's sort of a dynamic that people need to consider for Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, and there's even decent sized Muslim populations in Pennsylvania. | ||
| Another fact I want to talk about, you just had the Wisconsin guy up there. | ||
| Here's the thing I was reading about Wisconsin last night. | ||
| It's the number one same-day registration state in the nation. | ||
| I didn't realize the numbers they were doing. | ||
| So what that means for MAGA and for us is if you're not able to vote early and Tuesday arrives and you're not registered, it doesn't matter. | ||
| It's Bring your ID and you can show up to the polls. | ||
| But let me tell you what the scam is. | ||
| This is why Madison, the problem we got is these massive, huge, and they're great universities, but they're progressive hotbeds. | ||
| That's done specifically. | ||
| That's the reason we can't win New Hampshire. | ||
| They get those college kids to go over there and say, oh, I'm actually a state. | ||
| Right. | ||
| I'm fully aware of New Hampshire stuff, right? | ||
| They've been busting people from... | ||
| I'm sorry, man. | ||
| Go ahead. | ||
| Yeah. | ||
| And, no, Madison, this is where the kids... | ||
| Madison's a problem. | ||
| Let me go back to the Dick Morris for a second. | ||

| This is the old stroke play versus match play. | ||
| The race for the President of the United States is match play. | ||

| So I don't want people to get all focused on popular vote and running around. | ||
| You must deliver at your state in these battleground states right now. | ||
| It is far from over. | ||
| And don't think, well, Trump can win the popular vote, so I can just lean on my rake. | ||
| We can't do that. | ||
| And electoral landslide, hey, that's all great, and I love that it gives us a mandate, but the number is 270, okay? | ||
| The number is 270. | ||
| 270 and above, we win, and we control. | ||
| And that's what we ought to be focused on. | ||
| Right now, we've done everything we should do, Cain, and that's why people have to represent on Tuesday, because In warfare, we've positioned the army exactly where you want it, right? | ||
| This is all about our execution. | ||
| She still has to convince and deliver and deliver. | ||
| All we have to do is execute, just deliver. | ||
| We know our people are with us and more people have already come on board. | ||
| So just, you know, look at Wisconsin. | ||
| We're feeling good about Wisconsin, but hey, it's one point. | ||
| And with the margin of error could be either way. | ||
| That's why Wisconsin is so big. | ||
| And remember in Wisconsin, the reason you have to turn out because that same day registration, they're going to go through those dorms at the University of Wisconsin, which has got what? | ||
| I don't know, 80,000 kids there now when you count everybody that's hanging out, right? | ||
| And they're going to start signing people up and flooding the zone with us. | ||
| So you have to combat that. | ||
| Kane, your thoughts, brother? | ||
| Yeah, well, look, part of winning is having momentum, right? | ||
| And so that's why I mentioned this stuff, like Dick Morris. | ||
| There's no complacency in the war room. | ||
| No one's sitting on their laurels. | ||
| But, you know, we want to swamp the vote. | ||
| We want to mandate, you know, for Trump to fix America— We want over 300. | ||
| So take the Dick Morris stuff, put it in your back pocket, and go out and add to it. | ||

| They've been busting them across the college students from Massachusetts for 50 years. | ||
| We know that's an issue. | ||

| A little factoid, though, Nevada has same-day registration, and we won it essentially every day in Nevada. | ||
| That isn't the 14 for 14 I was talking about, but there was a net gain for Republicans on a daily basis on that same-day registration of about 1,100. | ||
| So I thought that was a nice thing. | ||
| Something else I want to... | ||
| I want to bring people's attention. | ||
| You talked about these massive universities. | ||
| I live in one. | ||
| I'm in Bloomington, Indiana, Indiana University. | ||
| This town goes 70-30 for Democrats all the time. | ||
| And they're pushing, believe me, I've seen it all over this town. | ||
| So if you're in the posse, if you're listening to this broadcast, if you live in Michigan, if you live in Pennsylvania, if you live in Wisconsin, if you have a child, a niece, a grandson going to college in any of these states, Charlie has got these college students registered. | ||
| We need the push from everywhere. | ||
| Scott Pressler has registered truck drivers, 100,000 or so truck drivers. | ||
| We have all of these sort of small data points, out-of-state college students. | ||
| We are a huge part of this movement. | ||
| We essentially need everything. | ||
| But I want people to feel confident that they aren't working alone. | ||
| You're stuck in a line, right? | ||
| Let's say you're in Pennsylvania in Erie County, which is, as Posobiec said, it's open for three extra days. | ||
| So if you're in Erie County, make sure to get out and vote early. | ||
| But let's say you're stuck for two hours and it's raining. | ||
| You know, there's thunderstorms forecast. | ||
| Potentially for Michigan and Wisconsin on Tuesday. | ||

| You're thinking about getting out of line. | ||
| I want you to remember the turnout that we've seen in all these other states from the rest of sort of Trump nation. | ||
