This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
|
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
I got a free shot of all these networks lying about the people.
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen. | ||
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
|
MAGA media. | |
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
|
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
The Democrats are not going to give up.
They just hired Mark Elias.
And you only hire Mark Elias, who I think is the toughest election lawyer in the country.
You only hire Mark Elias when you want to go to the mattresses.
unidentified
|
Joining us now, the toughest election lawyer in the country, Mark Elias, voting rights litigation expert and founder of the Democracy Docket.
Mark, what do you feel when you hear Steve Bannon say that?
You know, Steve Bannon is a lot of things, including, as you pointed out, a convicted felon.
So, to be honest with you, I don't pay a whole lot of attention to the nonsense that he spews or the guests on his show do.
I do, you know, take it as a, I guess, a backhanded compliment that he, you know, he understands that when we litigate against him and the vote suppressors, when we take on Donald Trump and those who want to subvert the election results, we fight hard and we fight to win.
Okay, we're going to get back to this in a second.
I've got to find out. | ||
Did Donald say that? | ||
Okay, note to Mark Elias.
I'm not a convicted felon.
I went to a federal prison for a misdemeanor.
First time in Danbury's history.
I think it might be the first time in American history, but if somebody can show me some other misdemeanor that you went to a federal low-security prison, please inform the war room.
We're waiting with bated breath.
Mark Elias ought to be smarter than that.
He's supposed to be the toughest lawyer in the country.
Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
McGinley and company for the Trump campaign sued.
I got Mike Davis. | ||
You guys were yesterday.
You told us yesterday...
That this is not the old RNC, and this is certainly not the 2020 Trump legal effort about the stealing of the election there.
You're going to be on offense.
You're going to get ahead of this.
The Supreme Court just had a massive ruling about Youngkin.
It seems like everybody associated with this thing now is just not going to sit back and wait for things to happen.
They're going to take action.
Mike Davis. | ||
unidentified
|
Yeah, President Trump learned his lesson from 2020 that you need to hire lawyers and good lawyers ahead of the election.
To seek injunctions and take other legal action before the election to prevent the election from getting rigged and stolen in 2024 like it was in 2020.
There is a major win at the Supreme Court of the United States on the emergency docket.
Of the Republican appointed Supreme Court justices actually followed the law and they stayed a decision, a ruling by a radical federal judge in Virginia appointed by Joe Biden.
That required Virginia to put 1,600 self-identified noncitizens back onto the Virginia rules.
It is illegal for noncitizens to vote in federal elections.
It's illegal for them to register to vote.
That's almost always a federal crime on both counts, a felony, Mark Elias, and it's a deportable felony.
The Article III project has been running a 30-second ad in Spanish letting these noncitizens know that if you vote, if you register to vote or if you vote, you could be charged with a felony and deport it.
What are the Democrats trying to do here?
Why are they pushing this, sir?
And what's the legal argument they make to push it?
unidentified
|
So it's very obvious what they're trying to do here.
They know that President Trump has a very good chance of not only winning all seven swing states, but also winning what used to be deep blue states like Virginia.
And so they're trying to illegally register non-citizens to vote and have those non-citizens illegally vote for them.
And that's pretty obvious with their legal actions.
And what they're trying to say is that the National Motor...
Motor voter law, the National Voter Registration Act, says you can't make systematic purges of the voter rolls within 90 days of an election.
But here's the problem.
This is not a systematic purge.
This is taking non-citizens who are committing a felony almost all the time by registering to vote and voting.
It's getting them off the rolls, which...
There is a 2006 Virginia state law that was enacted by then-Democrat Governor Tim Kaine, now U.S. Senator Tim Kaine.
They went to the Justice Department.
The Justice Department said this law was legal under federal law where you can remove non-citizens who are illegally registered to vote.
It has been non-controversial until this year.
And then Kristen Clark...
Biden and Kamala's radical head of the Civil Rights Division has weaponized the National Voter Registration Act to go after states that are trying to get non-citizens off their voter rolls.
But talk to us. | ||
I can't understand why...
Thank you, ma'am. | ||
I can't understand why...
People are talking about this could come down to Pennsylvania.
Whoever wins Pennsylvania could win the presidency.
How the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has these types of problems.
I mean, these are not small problems with election administration.
They understood what was going to go on.
They understood all the problems of mail-in ballots last time and people showing up.
What's happening? | ||
What's this lawsuit with the RNC? Because they're playing with McGinley and the Trump campaign going on offense.
And How big a disaster is Pennsylvania right now, given the fact that we're trying to mobilize at least 3 million Republican voters for Tuesday?
So think about this. | ||
They're telling us that county officials didn't have the capacity and the manpower for the level of early voting that we saw on Monday and Tuesday of this week, which were the last two days of early in-person voting in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
So this means that this was the system.
That Josh Shapiro presided over.
The law has been on the books for five years.
He knew that this day was coming.
He knew it was happening.
They had more voters than they intended.
Why? | ||
It's very simple. | ||
Because Republicans vote in person and Democrats vote by mail.
That's predominantly how it works in Pennsylvania.
That's how it works in many places.
Republicans told me up and down.
They said, I'm not interested in voting by mail.
I don't trust the post office.
I don't trust the chain of custody.
I don't trust the job boxes, but I'll go in person.
So that's what we did. | ||
President Trump asked us to.
Elon Musk barmstormed the entire state and said, I want people to go vote early.
People went and did that.
But then all of a sudden, the capacity wasn't there and the numbers weren't there.
And you had police officers out in various districts In Bucks County, saying that people couldn't vote.
There's one video, I don't know if the guys have the video, I'll have to get it over the break for you guys, where the officer is telling a voter, she said, I'm just here, I want to vote.
And the guy says, it's 145 and it's a slow and grueling process on the election workers, and therefore you won't be allowed to vote today.
Excuse me? | ||
These are the people who say this is our democracy?
Now, Josh Shapiro knows exactly what's up.
So that's why I've been telling everyone, and I said it yesterday, I'll say it today for the people in Lehigh, and I'll certainly say it for November 5th.
Do not get out of line. | ||
Be peaceful. | ||
I said it yesterday morning, and I hoped it wouldn't come up, but it certainly did.
Do not get out of line. | ||
Be polite, but be firm. | ||
Say, I am voting today. | ||
And make them, make them have to force you to not vote.
Put the onus on them. | ||
You are free citizens. | ||
You are not subjects of the government, and you are certainly not subjects of Josh Shapiro.
So the legal team is there in a way that I didn't even see in 2020, and I'm glad that the lawsuits are being filed.
They need to be filed today in the court in Pennsylvania, and I've already been talking to election integrity lawyers all morning.
McGinley committed to this audience that you guys were going to be on offense.
Talk to me about this suit and what else can we anticipate?
unidentified
|
Well, this is an important suit.
You can't have voters disenfranchised for showing up to vote.
It sounds like that's what's happening, and it's pretty outrageous that a police officer under the color of law is telling voters that they can't vote.
There better be a very damn good reason for that, because otherwise you could be facing criminal liability under our federal civil rights statutes if we're using police officers to chase off voters.
So he better have a pretty damn good excuse for What he did.
I would also say this. | ||
We're also monitoring at the Article 3 project the overseas votes, particularly in Pennsylvania.
This is a big one. | ||
Not only is the non-citizen issue a huge issue that the Supreme Court has, Just ruled on, and that case is a lot bigger than people understand.
That means that there are likely six justices who are on the side of the law on the merits, and they stayed the decision pending all the appeals, including through the Virginia ruling by the Biden judge.
That is stayed until the Supreme Court resolves the case on On the merits.
That's a very powerful message to the Biden Justice Department, to these other litigants, that the Supreme Court is definitely not on your side on this issue, on your absurd reading of federal law to make it easier for non-citizens to illegally register to vote and to vote.
But on the overseas ballot issue, the UACAVA, it used to be that was a law for overwhelmingly military votes.
What we saw in the last election, that overseas votes, the UACAVA votes, are 67% non-military and 90% Biden.
And in Pennsylvania, they're trying to make it much easier for people to vote from overseas without identification, without verification that they're U.S. citizens, number one, and they've ever stepped foot in Pennsylvania or intend to step foot in Pennsylvania.
So what we don't want is a bunch of expats or even citizens who have never stepped foot in America setting in their ballots from Thailand or some other weird-ass place around the world in overwhelming numbers in Pennsylvania to tip the balance for Kamala.
We've had Jocelyn Benson at Michigan say it's going to take her two or three days to get the results.
Maricopa County is talking about, we'll have Ren on here in a moment, about issues they're already coming up with.
As you see it now going up to the weekend before, where do we stand as far as voter integrity and are you comfortable this thing's being managed correctly?
Because to me it already looks like a little bit of a debacle.
unidentified
|
No, I think we're in very good shape.
It's never going to be perfect.
I always say this, I take crap for it, but I don't care.
We're not going to be as good as Mark Elias, but we are in very good shape, and Trump supporters should continue to vote, and vote overwhelmingly for Trump in huge numbers, swamp the vote, vote as early as possible, make this too big to rig, make the lawyers irrelevant.
He's already talking about filing and how they're going to fight it tooth and nail.
What can we expect from him?
What are you guys looking at when you see that Mark Elias is here and he's going to go to the mattresses?
unidentified
|
Well, I would say this to Mark Elias.
You just got your ass kicked at the Supreme Court of the United States on non-citizens.
That is a huge loss for Democrats because they can't have their non-citizens illegally register and illegally vote for Kamala Harris this time.
So that's going to make it very difficult for Kamala Harris to cling on.
and maybe other states.
And so, you know, he's a very good lawyer.
He got a little bit cocky calling you a felon.
Yeah, come on, man. | ||
unidentified
|
Defaming Steve Bannon as a felon, and he just got his ass kicked at the Supreme Court.
And I think there's a reason for that.
Trump has very good lawyers.
They're making very effective arguments, and the Article 3 project is out there making sure that there is political cover for these judges to actually follow the law.
Before I lose you, yesterday you were here for the press conference.
The Thank you for being here.
Obviously, these people are all over.
Trump's retribution, Trump's avengers, Trump is going to go imprison everybody.
Where do we stand right now in your thoughts of what is a logical process for necessary investigations going forward after 20 January, sir?
unidentified
|
Well, it sounds like we need to put Steve Bannon in charge of the Bureau of Prisons.
He's become a prison expert.
He also wants to take care of his fellow prisoners with MyPillow, so he's going to be a compassionate director.
The acting head of BOP, at least for six months.
unidentified
|
That's right. | |
He has a lived experience.
But I would say this to these Biden and Kamala Democrats who have waged This unprecedented republic-ending lawfare and election interference against Trump, his top aides like Steve Bannon and Peter Devaro who went to prison, his supporters on January 6th who were politically persecuted under the Supreme Court's Fisher decision,
parents, Christians, people who have faced the wrath of the Biden-Kamala regime and their allies in New York and, you know, Fulton County, Georgia, lawyer up, because this seems like an ongoing criminal conspiracy against rights under 18 U.S.C. Section 241.
Heard it right there. | ||
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
Caroline Wren. | ||
Is en route to Arizona. | ||
We're going to get to her right before she takes off.
There's a lot going on over there.
Posa is going to stick with us because we're talking about mass mobilization.
Mass mobilization next Tuesday for a blowout victory for President Trump and Macron.
All next in the world. | ||
unidentified
|
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay. | ||
Welcome back. | ||
We were going to play a clip.
We're not going to play it.
My staff, my ever crack war room staff with the engine room confirms that it wasn't O'Donnell that said that.
It was Mark Elias. | ||
So Mark Elias, I'm looking for a retraction, a correction, whatever it is.
I am not a convicted felon.
I was a political prisoner.
Caroline Wren joins us, going out for Cary Lake in Arizona.
But you've got to be first, and it's something Poso talked about.
Tell me about the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, because this is already turning into a dumpster fire.
What Davis was saying is that...
We should be of good cheer to know that this time we have lawyers and a legal team that are on top of things, filing suits in advance, that are going on offense.
But it's still a dumpster fire.
So Poso, tee it up, and then I want Ren to give the thing.
What happened here with these badges?
Right. | ||
So maybe you jump in, Ren.
What's going on? | ||
What is actually happening?
It's got you so worked up in Pennsylvania.
First of all, good morning to my fellow Nazi pieces of garbage out there in the war room posse.
And what happened was I saw yesterday some activity of a lot of Republicans and even Trump campaign staff complaining about, oh, these Democrats printed these badges that make it look like they're official election workers and that they are at the polling stations and giving directives and that the Republicans are all complaining, saying, oh, Oh, this is voter suppression and we need to stop this.
And my point is, no. | ||
Get in there. | ||
Why don't we print the exact same badges that they are and send our people out to do the same?
Like, we need to stop. | ||
Let's stop sending strongly worded letters.
Like, give me a break. | ||
Fight fire with fire. | ||
If the Democrats are doing it, then you go do it, too.
And then that will probably get it shut down.
But, I mean, they're blatantly doing it.
The badges even on there say Dem Party.
And so just quit whining about it on Twitter and go do the same thing.
I will make the badges if I need to.
Acting like anyone is going to try and stop this in Pennsylvania is a joke.
And so, again, if you do what they're doing, then maybe that will actually get it shut down.
So I think we need to start looking at things a little bit more creatively and a little bit more aggressively.
And say what you will about the Bush years, but in 2000, when Democrats tried to pull some ballots out of closed doors, the Brooks Brothers, right?
If you remember, those guys came out and they didn't allow it.
So, guys, come on. | ||
If the Brooks Brothers can handle this, so can we.
So what exactly is going on?
What is happening? | ||
The Caroline Wren saying we've got to go on offense.
You've got to stop whining and go on offense and play harder than the Democrats.
What specifically are they doing?
Well, I'll tell you what we're doing right now that's going on in Doylestown, in Quakertown, and in all of these areas.
Yeah, we've got the legal fights.
I'm currently working, even as I'm doing the show, I'm taking incoming...
And receiving affidavits.
I'm forwarding around.
We've got basically a form that if you were a voter who was affected by this in Bucks County, whether Doylestown or Quakertown or any other of the satellite offices.
By the way, if this happened in Montgomery County, any county in Pennsylvania, we are filling out affidavits.
We're taking them. | ||
We're submitting them up with the Trump campaign lawyers right now as we speak.
That's number one. | ||
Number two is we're making these people famous.
We are taking them and we're not just showing the badge.
We're showing the badge and your face.
So if you're out there and you are breaking the law and you are impersonating an election official or even creating the impression that you're an election official, then guess what?
You're breaking the law.
You are involved in voter suppression efforts and we are going to make you famous.
And we're identifying you.
In fact, we've already identified one and we're pretty sure that's actually, wait for it, oh, a local Democrat party official in Bucks County.
So stay tuned because you're all going to be going very viral and you're all going to be very famous super soon.
Maybe Mike Lindell will even give you a promo code.
I want to make sure that we're not – is doing this, as Caroline said, is it illegal?
I just want to make sure we're not – Caroline, who cares?
Yeah, I mean, they're doing it.
This is my point. | ||
And so if they're doing it and we actually want it to stop, then maybe a Republican needs to do it and just step up.
And then it will all of a sudden be shut down.
Exactly. | ||
Then all of a sudden. | ||
So that's kind of the point that I'm making.
But if it's illegal, it's certainly not being enforced.
And so at some point – Well, you see the officer, the Republicans are getting arrested.
In the video, and I hope Rav can find the video, I hope Denver can get it, the video, the police officer is standing next to the person with the badge.
So the person with the badge is right there that's sort of instructing the voters, fake Democrat official, fake election official, and then they're telling the Republican who's in line that she can't vote.
Meanwhile, there's somebody breaking the law right next to the officer.
He does nothing. | ||
Let me know when I have that.
Just give me a heads up and I'll play it.
I think a way for Elon to be truly helpful is we need to announce a massive bounty.
Elon needs to just come out and say, I'm putting a $100 million bounty.
If you see election fraud, let's just not submit it into some website.
You speak up. | ||
You're eligible for a payment.
Let's smoke out the guys that are giving the directives to do this by the Democratic Party.
The middlemen, the upper, the lynchmen at these NGOs and stuff, smoke them out.
Elon to just say, you know what, if you come forward, you can be anonymous, but if you are an illegal alien that they registered to vote in a Medicare office, if you come tell us your story and what Medicare office official did that and registered you to vote, we'll give you 10 grand.
It's absolutely not legal.
This is how the Democrats operate.
Arizona, you're on your way out there.
There's a poll out. | ||
Is that a legit operation?
I want to make sure that's not a push poll because everybody's buzzing now about Carrie Lakes in the lead in Arizona.
Is that real? | ||
Two polls came out in the last 24 hours having Cary Lake tied or up.
Data Orbital was actually the most accurate pollster in 2020.
The other poll was the most accurate pollster in 2022.
These are both polling firms that do not like Cary Lake, have consistently showed us down.
So it was a massive deal when those came out.
But at the same time, I've known that this race was tied or carried up this entire time.
What they do with these polls, these polls are a...
Form of both money suppression and voter suppression.
They want to consistently show people like Carrie Lake down 15, down 12.
On no planet is Carrie Lake down 15, 12 points like they say, but what they wanted to do was keep the money out.
And they were successful in it.
Mitch McConnell hasn't spent one penny in Arizona.
Meanwhile, he's funding races like Maryland, where actually I think he is down 15, by the way.
And so it's been ridiculous.
And Chuck Schumer spent $100 million against Carrie Lake.
And so I'm going to call her the $100 million woman because Carrie Lake has withstood A hundred million dollars of an onslaught of Democrat money with zero help from national Republicans and she is going to win this race and it'll be thanks to people like this war room posse.
The thing that is keeping me up right now is the election day voting issue because they have a two-page ballot in Maricopa County.
The lines are going to be very bad.
It makes me nervous, which is why I need everyone to go and vote early.
It takes between 18 and 22 minutes to fill this ballot out.
So go and just bank your vote right now.
And we are seeing really, really encouraging numbers right now with early voting in Arizona.
But we don't want these four, five, six-hour lines, which is what happened in 2022 for the separate tabulator issue.
So that is probably what's keeping me up at night right now, is this two-page ballot problem.
We have Harmeet Dillon on the ground.
We're trying to... | ||
sue to open up more polling locations to help alleviate this problem but on the off chance that maricopa county uh doesn't want to do that and actually add polling locations then i would say vote early and get all of your friends to do the same so here's what's shocking talk to me about the uh the operational management of this i think they scheduled nine to ten minutes with the two-page voting it's you're saying it's over double that oh yeah you could you could you This could be hours in line, and that's voter suppression.
So tell me, are we going to court about this?
Besides telling people to go out early, and early voting stops in Arizona on Saturday, what day does it stop?
Yes. | ||
And then people can still, though, if you have a mail-in ballot, I would not mail it in past today because then it's going to start coming in after the election day.
And so you can still walk in and be able to vote early, though.
And so that's what we're encouraging everyone to do.
Also, if you have the mail-in ballot, you can fill it out and go walk it in.
If you insist on mailing your ballot, though, I would advise to maybe put an I voted for Kamala Harris sticker on it.
That way USPS will absolutely make sure it gets delivered.
But really what we advise is to just be able to go and walk it in, because now you're getting to a pretty late point to mail the ballot in to where if it comes in after Election Day, we want this thing called election night.
And so that is why it is so important to just go in and bank your vote now.
Yeah. | ||
And they're also saying their management processes were set up for nine to ten minutes per person in the voting booth to actually go through the two-page thing.
Now you're telling me it's 18 to 22 minutes.
Correct. | ||
It took Carrie Lake about 16 minutes to vote when we went there with her.
So there's no – I mean that is, yes, what Maricopa County is saying.
It absolutely takes over 15 minutes with everyone we've been able to tell.
And so – So what does that translate to as far as log jam, a traffic jam here on the Tuesdays?
I'm very worried about Election Day with this because we're looking at these early numbers right now, which Republicans are up by over 100,000 ballots, but we still are down in overall turnout.
Now, we're registered more than they are, but that just means more of our people are waiting to vote on Election Day, which is fine.
A lot of people like to vote on Election Day.
It's ultimately what we want to work to getting to.
They should absolutely be allowed to go vote on Election Day, but just be prepared to have to wait in a line, which is fine.
Just do not get out of line.
Just wait. | ||
This is the most important election of our entire time.
Tell your bosses, tell your babysitters, I'm sorry, I'm going to be gone for a little bit, but whatever you do, do not get out of line.
It's going to take a little bit of time and make sure that vote gets in.
And then what Harmeet Dillon and Genius Voter are trying to do is force Maricopa County to open more polling locations.
But in 2020, with COVID, they moved to these massive voting centers where we wanted more small precincts.
And so because of that, you have these mass voting centers that if there ends up being a backlog, you have these really long lines.
And so either just be prepared to wait, or hopefully we can get some more of these open, or go ahead and vote early, which is probably the optimal decision here.
What do you think? | ||
Is Subota going to win this?
Are they in court right now, or are they just trying to persuade them to do it?
They have filed a lawsuit to be in court, and they're also trying to persuade.
So they're trying to do it from both angles.
But you're saying it's a low probability that'll happen?
Yeah, it's Maricopa County, so...
Gallego is in free fall.
Is this because of the rise of Trump?
I've always heard mathematically, and I might have this incorrect, Ed, if Trump wins, if Trump's spread is four points or more, that Carrie Lake will get pulled across the goal line here.
So walk me through that math.
We've got about a minute.
There's been no split ticket voting again in 2016 or 2020 other than Susan Collins in Maine.
But otherwise, Donald Trump and the Senate candidates are going to win or lose these states together.
Of all the different swing states, Trump looks the strongest in Arizona.
If Maricopa County, we don't have...
Too many problems. | ||
It looks like he's going to have a strong victory.
And so I absolutely expect that Donald Trump and Carrie Lake are going to win that state together.
And we could potentially get up to almost 55 Senate seats, which is incredible and what we need.
Because imagine the cabinet that Donald Trump could get passed if we had 55 Republican Senate seats.
So Carrie Lake and Donald Trump are running right along together.
She's on eight stops today with Rick Grinnell.
We've got all sorts of folks coming out.
She's running an incredible race with no money whatsoever.
So I'd encourage you to go to CarrieLake.com and help out her campaign directly.
because Mitch McConnell sure has a hell, is it?
Stick around, because Mitch McConnell's dumped about $200 million into Senate races.
We're not going to come close to winning.
unidentified
|
That's right. | |
Nothing to Carrie Lake.
She's turned out to be the $100 million woman.
Short commercial break.
Laura Luma's going to join us.
Jack Basova's going to stick around.
We've got Caroline Wren on the build-up to mass mobilization Tuesday.
Here in the war room, short break.

Here's your host, Stephen K. Band. .
Okay, welcome back. | ||
Have you got that to the staff?
I want to get your billboards.
We've got billboards up.
Laura Loomer joins us before Dan Fluitt, the Matthew Brady of the MAGA movement.
Rebels, Rogues, and Outlaws right there.
This book is already number 50 on all Amazon.
It's top 50 on all Amazon.
You don't have coffee table photography books, and it's also got some brilliant writing in it.
Some of which is mine, very small, the forward.
The pictorial history of the war room.
This is the best Christmas gift you can give somebody from the war room posse, obviously besides a Trump victory.
But I've known Laura for a long time.
unidentified
|
Wow. | |
This is like a fashion photo shoot.
I mean, this is like... | ||
Can we pull in there, cameraman?
Can you do a close-up? | ||
Maybe not. | ||
Can we put this up? | ||
We have it digitally? | ||
I guess that's the best we're going to do.
You can't do it. | ||
unidentified
|
Oh, yeah. | |
There we are. | ||
You got it? | ||
You got that? | ||
You don't have that? | ||
It's too fuzzy. | ||
Okay, fine. | ||
Anyway, this looks amazing.
Laura Loomer, she's got like a five-photo spread in here.
Laura Loomer, you joined us with Breaking News, and that's why I kept running around about Mitch McCullough, what he's trying to do.
But what's the story of this photo shoot for the book?
Well, I was honored to be asked to participate in the book, so I really love the photos.
They're nice, so I can't wait to get a copy of the book for my own coffee table.
So... | ||
The best I've ever looked in a book.
unidentified
|
Hey, hold it, sis. | |
You want a copy? | ||
Get to Amazon right now.
No soup for you. | ||
Everybody in a book's got to buy a book.
I'm just kidding. | ||
Thank you for participating.
So many people. | ||
Dan, how many individual photos?
90 folks. | ||
So 90 of your favorite war room Our personalities are in there.
The timeless art of seduction.
It's amazing. | ||
I mean, I've known Dan for a long time.
I didn't know he had talent.
Talent as a photographer.
We knew he had talent as a film producer.
The great film producer produced all my films.
Loomer, I kept running around.
Because she's one of Mitch McConnell's favorite person, I think, next to you.
Mitch McConnell has dumped in, I think, no, but I think at the end of the day he will have dumped in a quarter of a billion dollars.
400 million. | ||
Well, no, 250 in seats that can't be won.
Right, that's the point.
I'm saying he's dumped a quarter of a billion dollars in this race right here on seats that were not going to come close to winning.
Right? | ||
Because of his favorites, and they've got to show that MAGA people can't win Senate seats.
You've got breaking news on what he's trying to do.
Walk the audience through what's happening here.
Yeah, so my reporting was actually confirmed yesterday.
For over a month now, I've been warning everybody that Mitch McConnell was going to have the Senate GOP leadership vote take place on November 13th.
And that's the day, of course, that all the senators come back from their month and a half long vacation.
The presidential election is Tuesday, November 5th, so do the math.
Eight days after the presidential election, when ballots may still be counted in places like Georgia and Arizona and Pennsylvania, we may not even know who the winner of the election is by November 13th.
Mitch McConnell wants to have another secret ballot vote for the Senate GOP leadership race.
And John Cornyn and John Thune have both been groomed by Mitch McConnell to be his heir.
And I can confirm that just last week, John Cornyn was on Trump Force One.
Kissing Donald Trump's ass.
Two months ago, Senator Thune had a meeting with President Trump at Mar-a-Lago where he was kissing his ass trying to beg for support to become the next Senate GOP leader.
And yet both of these men have a history of hating MAGA and obstructing President Trump's agenda during his first term.
I had Senator Rick Scott from my home state of Florida on my show last night and I had the honor of interviewing him.
He's also running to become the next Senate GOP leader.
All of these consultants and anti-Trump operatives, well, they're whispering into Donald Trump's ear that, oh, Rick Scott, he can't get the votes.
He can't get the votes when he absolutely can get the votes.
And he should be our next Senate GOP leader.
He's the only Trump loyalist who is running right now to become the Senate GOP leader.
And I just wanna remind people of some of the things that John Thune and Cornyn have done.
John Thune and Cornyn were both disloyal to President Trump in his first term.
If you recall, when Nancy Pelosi actually shut the government down because the Senate refused to provide the funding for Trump's border wall.
Thune actually blocked President Trump's emergency declaration to build the border wall.
He also has Said that with regards to the stolen 2020 election and the challenges to the stolen election, that the challenge to Joe Biden was going to go down like a shot dog.
So do we really wanna have a Senate GOP leader who is against election integrity?
Also, John Cornyn is notoriously anti-Trump in the primary when President Trump announced he was running.
He said, and you can pull the screenshots up, that Donald Trump has no chance of winning in 2024.
And that time has passed him by basically saying he's too old.
He also was entertaining an endorsement of Ron DeSantis and Senator Thune endorsed Tim Scott, as you recall.
unidentified
|
Yeah, hang on for a second.
What Laura's trying to get at is that McConnell's working, putting a quarter of a billion dollars in non-MAGA candidates, have no shot to win, and no money, not one penny for a very winnable seat, which is Carrie Lake.
I want everybody to understand.
Also, let's say what the story is.
What Laura's talking about is that McConnell wants to have a blocking function on Trump as Trump's presidency, and we can get Jordan and our leadership in the House.
They want to de-Trumpify.
unidentified
|
Right. | |
The government, and that's what this is all about, with John Cornyn, who is an absolute, total disgrace, and in no way should he be the guy who replaced Mitch, because he'd be Mitch McConnell's puppet.
Well, and this is why they are so terrified of Carrie Lake.
Can you imagine? | ||
When Carrie Lake wins, she's going to be going to Washington, D.C. She will owe nobody anything other than Donald Trump, who worked hand at hand.
But these people didn't spend money on her.
And do you understand how dangerous that is?
Carrie Lake has already proven that she cannot be bought, she cannot be bribed.
And if you have a politician going to D.C. who cannot be bought, cannot be bribed, and has not received any help from Senate leadership, then That is a terrifying concept for both Republican and Democrats, and that is why Carrie Lake will be so effective and a woman of the people.
It's because no one person bought her seat, no one donor bought her seat, no one corporation bought her seat.
Carrie Lake and the people of Arizona will have done this together, and she will be going to D.C. completely unburdened by what has been with GOP leadership.
Laura, amazing breaking news.
Where can people get you social media, podcasts, all of it, ma'am?
Steve, before I say that, it's really important that you tell them to contact all of their Senate GOP leaders and demand that we have an open ballot election for the Senate GOP race.
We can't allow Mitch McConnell and Cornyn and Thune to push for a closed ballot election like they did in 2022.
This is very important because it's through this secret closed ballot that they're going to screw over Donald Trump and they're going to kneecap him.
We cannot allow for President Trump to be kneecapped once he has this amazing comeback.
We have to protect him. | ||
So call your GOP senators and demand that they have an open ballot.
Endorse Senator Rick Scott.
I proudly endorse Senator Rick Scott, the only Trump loyalist running to become the next Senate GOP leader.
Let's protect Donald Trump and have a MAGA referendum in the Senate and the House and make America great again.
People can follow me on Twitter and true social at Laura Loomer, and they can subscribe to my Rumble, rumble.com slash Laura Loomer.
But please, Steve, you need to unleash the MAGA war room posse on Cornyn and Thune, and we need to raise all hell because the plot to kneecap Donald Trump is underway right now, and we need to stop them.
To unleash hell? | ||
Just get Laura Loomer and Caroline Wren on it, and this is Mitch McConnell's The Last Hurrah.
Another attempt to try to stop Donald Trump, and we will definitely block that.
Laura, thank you so much.
Magnificent job in the book, the photography, and you're a warrior.
And you've got the left in mainstream media in total meltdown.
Laura Loomer's going to go as comms director of the White House.
Laura Loomer's going to go as senior counselor to Trump.
I have the ad for Carrie Lake, so be sure that you play the ad I made exposing her Marxist opponent's father, who was a drug trafficker for the Mexican cartels.
Because there's a lot of things that I wanted to show, but unfortunately you were locked up in prison.
But this is probably the best pro Carrie Lake ad of this election season.
And everyone in Arizona needs to know that Ruben Gallego's father trafficked drugs for the Mexican cartels, the son of a Mexican drug cartel.
Wow. | ||
Let's get that up. | ||
unidentified
|
We'll do it. | |
Laura, thank you so much.
Poso, closing thoughts on particularly Pennsylvania, the mass mobilization.
I can't give enough shout-outs to Charlie Kirk and what Charlie Kirk and Turning Point USA have done.
And Arizona, amazing. | ||
Working with Seagal Chata and the team out.
Mike McDonald in Nevada, incredible what Cash Patel, Seagal, and the team have done out there.
Out West, Just magnificent.
Pennsylvania's everything.
Mass mobilization for Tuesday, brother.
Where are we? | ||
What do we need to do? | ||
Steve, look, we've got Charlie Kirk turning point action out there.
We've got Pennsylvania with the early vote action, Scott Pressler.
Then, of course, what we need, the final stage of this, is the war room posse.
The war room posse gets on board and we are going to close this thing home.
There's still three million Pennsylvania Republicans.
Three million. | ||
The registration advantage is there.
But we need those people to get off their duff.
And I love, by the way, what people are saying.
Show up on Monday night.
Show up on Monday night and camp out outside the polls.
They can't stop you. | ||
Why not? | ||
Get out there like you're going to a Trump rally.
Film everything. | ||
Livestream the entire thing.
Who knows, Steve? | ||
Maybe we'll show up. | ||
Maybe we'll show up and say hi to everybody while we're going around out there.
Get Ben Burkham running up and down.
It'll be fantastic. | ||
We need to make this the seminal event of the entire movement.
This is everything. | ||
Poso, where do people get you?
You're going to be up, I think, for the next four or five days, but your show's up this afternoon.
Where do people get you?
The most active member of Elon Musk's Twitter.
Well, of course, you know, it'll be all over Twitter.
We got the book Bulletproof.
We're making sure that the violence that's been done to Trump supporters and to President Trump himself is front and center coming into this election.
That's why the Bulletproof project is being done.
We're getting answers for Corey Campatore, for his family, which deserves them, and what happened at Butler, Pennsylvania.
And of course, you know, I'm going to be all over Pennsylvania in the last closing days of this election.
A great son of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Jack Posovic.
Jack, thank you for sticking around this morning.
I appreciate you. | ||
God bless, man. | ||
No, this was not a version of Human Events Daily.
I get some snarky... | ||
Christine Bouserman is supposed to give me some snarky comments.
Just kidding. | ||
Carrie Lake, she's been behind in every poll that's happened for the last two years, right?
Is she closing or is this...
I mean, we got a minute or two.
What is going on in Arizona?
Is Trump going to win Arizona, number one?
Is Carrie Lake actually closing on Gallego?
Is this about his marriage records?
Is it about what Laura Loomer is doing?
It seems like the dynamic in this race has changed.
You know, I don't want to just say, yes, Trump is going to win and Kerry's going to win, because we have to continue to be full speed ahead and not get cocky here.
I will say that these early numbers look incredible in Arizona.
And just the energy on the ground.
I was out there all of last week.
I'm headed back out there this afternoon.
I have never seen energy like that anywhere.
In Arizona, it is unbelievable.
People are fired up. | ||
And they're literally right there with all the top issues.
You have the border and the crime flowing right in through their state.
Phoenix has the highest inflation in the country.
The people of Arizona are smart, and they know that these are the bad policies that Ruben Gallego rubber-stamped along with Kamala Harris and Joe Biden, and they are going to reject them wholeheartedly on Election Day as long as we have a free and fair election.
So, regarding the polls, you know, this is what these pollsters do, and there are several people who also never led once in the polls.
If you remember Ron Johnson, he never led in a single public poll in 2016, and Donald Trump was the same way with Wisconsin.
He went on to win by 3.6, and I believe Donald Trump won by what, like 3.8 in Wisconsin.
Another one was Pat Toomey in 2016 and Donald Trump in Pennsylvania.
Pat Toomey never led in a single poll that entire time.
Sure enough, he goes on to win.
They had Joni Ernst. | ||
Trump never led in an entire poll in 2016, ever.
Yes, Joni Ernst didn't lead in any of the polls either.
But then right at the end, they'll all of a sudden throw in some – these pollsters will throw in ones.
Oh, now it's closer, Ty, just to cover their own butts, as we could say in the morning show.
And so that's why I've always known it was going to tighten like this.
But the money side of it is where it's – so that is what it is all about.
And that is because they know Cary Lake is not going to fund their war in Ukraine.
That is all this comes down to.
They know she's going to go in, and not only is she going to vote against it, but she's going to be a vocal voice against it.
That is what they're so terrified of.
That's why they won't send her one penny, and that is why we need to be fueled by the people, and that's what's happening right now.
Real quickly, social media, you're heading out there now.
Where do people follow you on your travels and journey with Carrie Lake?
Sure, it's at Caroline Wren on Twitter, Getter, and Truth Social.
Caroline, thank you. | ||
We're going to be obviously covering you closely while you're out there.
The blue wall must fall.
Next. | ||
unidentified
|
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
Okay, Joe Reek from MyPatriotSupply is joining us.
Joe, welcome back. | ||
I want to say something.
The staff here has put in a special request to the Bureau of Prisons.
Can Stephen K. Bannon actually check back into Danbury?
They think they've had a full of my trying to produce today, but great job.
Team's done a great job.
Obviously did a great job when I was gone.
That's what's on fire. | ||
Dan Floyd joins me. | ||
We're going to talk about the book, but I want to go to Joe Reek.
Joe! | ||
What do you got for us? | ||
One of the most important days in American political history is next Tuesday.
How should people prepare, brother?
It is coming. | ||
It's great to see you back in that seat.
And despite all the chaos that is going on here at the home with the election, what's going on outside of these borders with Israel and Iran, and what's going on with North Korea sending troops up to Russia, you can still find peace in preparation.
And so those that are having this uneasy feeling of not knowing what's going to be happening, Heed those feelings and get prepared.
Get a little bit of something that you can tuck away inside of your home.
That way you can have that peace of mind of knowing that if anything were to happen, you can still provide for you and your family.
This is a very, very big election that we're heading into.
And regardless of the outcome of the election, Steve, half of the country is going to be very, very upset.
It was just a short eight years ago that I remember protests or what they call mostly peaceful protests or riots and even cars being lit on fire because of the results of that election.
It causes a lot of fear out there.
And those who have that fear, rest assured that you can get the peace of mind that you need by getting prepared and being self-reliant because that's the most freedom that we have and that we can enjoy is being self-sufficient.
Not having to rely on anybody to take care of us and our family.
And here at MyPatriotsApply, we make it very, very simple and easy for families to get prepared.
You can give us a call and talk with one of our preparedness specialists.
You can talk to them 24 hours a day, seven days a week to get your questions answered, to come up with a plan that fits the needs of your family.
Right now, we have lots of different things available online.
You can go to the website and take advantage of some of these different specials we have.
Deals of the day right now, we can get a gluten-free emergency kit for $77.

You can save $750 off of that one-year supply for one person right now at mypatriotsupply.com.
But Steve, the point is to get prepared now.
Do it while you're able to.
We ship the same day. | ||
So if you place an order today, your order will ship out by 3 p.m.
And you can get it within days to your doorstep delivered in discrete cardboard boxes so your neighbors don't know what you're getting.
And you can put that emergency food away so that way you can have it there when you need it.
We also have solar generators.
So if the power grid were to go down, if for some unforeseen reason there's a major event that happens during or even after the election, you can still have power to power your critical medical devices.
You can keep your insulin still chilled in the fridge like I do for my young son.
And you can have food on hand to be able to continue to provide for you and your family.
But get prepared now. | ||
Go to MyPatriotSupply.com.
Talk with one of our preparedness specialists.
If you don't know what to do, don't know how to get started, We are here to help and we make it very, very simple and affordable for families to get prepared, Steve.
Joe, one more time, where do they go and talk to a human being about all this?
Because that's one of the powers of MyPatriotSupply.
You're number one in the industry for a reason.
Not just the products, but the customer service.
Where do they go? | ||
Yeah, our customer service team is outstanding.
Our preparedness specialists are very, very knowledgeable.
They can go to mypatriotsapply.com to place it online.
But if you want to talk to somebody and get a more in-depth review of your emergency plan, you can call us at 866-229-0927.
That number is 866-229-0927.
Give us a call and let's talk about the emergency needs of you and your family.
You know, there's still millions of people that are being helped that need assistance because of the hurricanes that we had over the past several weeks.
You know, we're still doing a big effort to provide emergency relief for those people.
But get prepared because nobody's going to care more about your survival than yourself.
And here at MyPatriotSupply, we can walk you through every step of the process.
That way you can have that peace of mind and the confidence to get through any type of emergency or situation.
Joe Reek, thanks for joining us, man.
Look forward to having you on back next week as we talk about the election and the big day in American history.
Thank you, brother. | ||
Sounds good. | ||
You guys be safe. | ||
Joe Reek. | ||
Okay, this book is hurtling up the bestseller list on Amazon, and particularly for a massive, what, 400-page book of photographs.
It is not just unusual. | ||
I don't think it's ever been done.
This is a coffee table book, the pictorial history book.
Of the War Room, Dan Fluitt, my producer, my film producer.
He used to be the TV show producer, but we burned him out.
He said, hey, maybe I'll go do a photography book, take a sabbatical.
Dan, why is this book on fire?
unidentified
|
Well, it's a little bit different than what you'll see in a lot of portrait books.
I didn't want to go into any kind of biographies or kind of journalistic or academic kind of approaches.
I really wanted to capture the essence of All these great people that have gone through the war room and captured their spirit and find something that's really interesting about them to me and explore it not just visually but also in the writing.
So in the book you'll find everything from Metaphysical, talking about God and angels and demons to media corruption and people's lives burning down and rising like phoenixes.
It just really captures the rebel spirit of all the people and certainly the pirate ship that we call the war room.
No, but it really gets the spirit of the place through photography and visually.
And your writing's amazing about this, but the photos themselves, like Laura Loomer.
People know Loomer, and they've known her for years.
You see this, you go, who is that?
It's like a supermodel.
They go, that's Laura Loomer.
I go, what? | ||
I mean, what you did was just...
I've seen people I've known for 10 or 15 or 20 years professionally, and you actually do what...
Brady and the greats did.
You go in and actually, you photograph their spirit and that's what the book's about.
I think that's why people love this book.
unidentified
|
Yeah, it was really a labor of love, and that was really my intention.
And quite honestly, I like to say it's me, but really, I feel like I was touched by the hand of God as I was doing it.
I really felt like He was moving through me and doing that.
And I really wanted to pay homage to you and to the war room.
And capture it as best as I could.
Because it really is something of a phenomena, right?
The War Room is something that's different than every other media kind of network out there.
It's really incredible.
Okay, the cock just unfroze right there.
Real quickly, we're going to make this book number one.
Where do people go? | ||
unidentified
|
So you can go to Amazon, of course, Barnes& Noble, and there's a little independent website that I like to push called bookshop.org.
But Rebels, Rogues, and Outlaws on Amazon is the easiest way.
Okay, we're going to drive this to Melania.
We'll talk about that book tonight.
We're going to be action-packed tonight.
Join us back here at 5. | ||
Stick around. | ||
Charlie Kirk. | ||
The voice of populist nationalism in this country.
He's on fire. | ||
Mass mobilization for Tuesday all day long here on Real America's Voice. |
