steve bannon
This is what you're fighting for.
unidentified
I mean, every day you're out there.
steve bannon
What they're doing is blowing people off.
If you continue to look the other way and shut up, then the oppressors, the authoritarians get total control and total power.
Because this is just like in Arizona.
This is just like in Georgia.
It's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and misrepresentations.
unidentified
This is why this audience is going to have to get engaged.
steve bannon
As we've told you, this is the fight.
unidentified
All this nonsense, all this spin, they can't handle the truth.
War Room, Battleground.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
ben harnwell
Thursday, 17th of October, Anno Domini, 2024.
Hannover at the helm, filling in for Stephen Bannon.
unidentified
Welcome to Battleground.
ben harnwell
It's got a few...
Recaps to go through today about North Carolina and also Tennessee.
Let's start with Steve Stern, who's doing incredible work to get out the vote.
Steve, welcome on to the show.
Good evening to you.
Tell me, you had a million people on your election security phone call last night.
That's incredible.
steve stern
Well, here's the big thing.
We had it last week also, and we had over a million people on it.
We haven't got all the results yet today because we have 80 podcasters doing it.
How did all this happen?
About five months ago when I was on Steve's program, You know, he put it on Getter and he put it on Rumble.
And I didn't even think about that.
And you need Steve Bannon to let you know what to do.
So he said, well, look, we need to get podcasters and everybody on it.
So we got 82 podcasters, had it on live.
And one of the most important things that came out yesterday, and while we were doing this, my co-host, Rajdi Ajami, was on it because I got called to do a Bill O'Reilly interview.
Which was unbelievable because I was really nervous.
You know, Bill is quite an interviewer.
And we did a thing on election integrity.
And that coincided with our call.
So one of the most important things that came out yesterday was Greg Stenstrom, one of the most important people on election integrity.
He has a lawsuit that's going out.
And it's being blocked by the Supreme Court because they don't want the news coming out.
We have another one that we were told about from Michelle Swinnick from SaveMyFreedom.com.
Go to SaveMyFreedom.com.
You can see it.
It's being done today in Arizona.
Very important.
If you want to get an election security call for next...
It's going to be October 30th.
Go to my email, ssterntemptedforgmail.com or go to sternamericannews.com to get on it.
We're going to try to have 2 million people on October 30th.
We're going to bring you the top people in the country.
I'm going to have a special guest on.
I can't tell you who it is.
Because we don't want the Democrats trying to come in on it.
But it will be very, very special.
And we also have Maureen Bannon talking about some things to get people involved.
So the enthusiasm is unbelievable because North Carolina starts its election process today, early voting.
But one of my PR people, Jules Wortman, called me just before the show.
She's in Tennessee, in Hendersonville.
She was online in early voting.
Never have we seen lines for early voting.
We have lines for same-day voting, but never for that.
So this is so important because the enthusiasm for President Donald Trump, who you see in the background, is so great.
But we have one little problem.
I want everybody who's going to vote to make sure they go to the Republican Party website.
To see who they recommend to vote because we're finding out a lot of people are voting for three or four people and not voting for everybody.
They don't know who to vote for.
They're also making mistakes in some places, making X's instead of circles.
So we need to make sure that you know how you vote.
Please don't just go online and get the vote and make mistakes.
Take the time to look at this thing.
So lots is happening.
There's a lot of enthusiasm for the first time.
We had Bill McGinley on, who you have on all the time.
He talked about getting people involved in Trump47.com.
TrumpForce47.com, one of the most important things that we could do is getting involved.
And the most important thing is to become a poll watcher and poll worker, which I am.
You can see this right here.
I'm the vice chair of Broward County.
So if you want to be a poll watcher and poll worker, and the great news is Go to protectthevote.com.
I know a lot of people have come on about it, and we know we got 200,000 poll watchers and poll workers.
That's double what we had last time.
So all this stuff, you know, we have so many people want to vote.
We want you to come on next time to our election security meeting because we're going to tell you about the illegals voting, how we're getting them off.
We're going to tell you about all the ways the left are cheating so we can get people to watch for it.
And one of the most important things that I would say is get an app that's going to help you.
And that's been on a lot of times.
You see that there?
VotifyNot.org.
You can report any malfunctions that's going on.
And the most important thing today, you know how I promoted Steve Bannon and I love him.
I mean, he is the one that taught me everything.
Let's get his shirt.
Standwithbannon.com.
Go to standwithbannon.com.
He's coming out of jail in a couple of weeks.
He's going to be our most important force multiplier of anything like that.
So, again, everything is happening great.
I don't want to take up the time because we've got a lot of people, but action, action, action.
Get out to vote.
It's fantastic.
I feel great.
First time in history that I feel like people are really getting up and they understand what's happening to this country.
So let's do it.
Go to sstern1054.gmail.
Get involved.
I'll give you all your information.
Thanks for having me on.
ben harnwell
Steve Stern, you're doing incredible work.
I just want to say, for the Warren Posse, if you're looking at the mainstream media, if you're looking at the broadsheets like the New York Times or what have you, or the Washington Post, or you're checking in occasionally to cable news, they are already pushing this heavy narrative.
That Kamala Harris is ahead in the polls.
The only professional pollster that I give any time to these days is Rasmussen Reports.
They're not running that story.
The reason Steve Stone, I'm just pointing this out for the benefit of the Warren Posse, before coming on air a couple of hours ago today, I checked Polymarket, the world's largest betting site, which I check every day.
Yesterday, the Posse might remember, I flagged up the fact that for the first time in this campaign, Donald Trump was 20 points ahead of Kamala Harris.
That's risen today over the last 24 hours, probably following Kamala's interview with Phone News.
It's jumped that from 20 points to 25 points.
This is the betting market, folks.
This is people putting their own money down and making bets.
Does it mean everyone who's betting, saying Donald Trump is going to win, They want him to win.
It doesn't mean that they're going to vote for him.
It means that they think he's going to win.
That is the underlying reality right across the country.
And the mainstream media, the official sources of information, do not want you to know this.
So Steve Stern, what you're doing here is absolutely essential.
Those intentions to vote must materialise.
Every MAGA vote must be cast and it must be counted.
Just once again, that social media, where do people go to stay in touch with this vital work that you're doing?
steve stern
So I think it's important that anybody that's listening from Philadelphia get in touch with me.
This is going to be the central point of where they're going to kind of treat.
And I cannot get a hold of people in Philadelphia to call back and let us know what's happening in Philadelphia.
So if anybody's listening, so go to estern1054gmail.com.
I gotta tell you that in all the elections that I've gone, I'm 83 years old, I have never seen the enthusiasm for a president like Donald Trump than ever before.
He is surging in the polls.
He's surging in people that want to vote.
He's surging everywhere.
Now, we all see how Kamala Harris, that was the biggest mistake she ever made going on Fox.
And that's a great thing that happened to us.
And President Trump's got to capitalize on that, get everywhere and start talking about it and get people involved.
Ask him to get more people involved because we need to see how these people are going to cheat because he can win the election like he did in 2020 and lose because they're going to bring in all these votes.
The Republican Party is working harder than ever before.
Christina Norton is doing a fantastic job.
Laura Trump, everybody's working hard.
But we need more communication because we've got to find out what's going on.
Thank you very much for having me on.
I'm glad to come on again as soon as you need me.
ben harnwell
Steve Stern, God bless you.
Many thanks for all the work that you're doing, central work that you're doing.
God bless.
Catch up again with you soon.
Well, British Prime Minister of the 19th century, Benjamin Disraeli said there are lies, damned lies, and statistics in that order of deception.
Mark Payletter, I'm trying to get a grasp here of what's going on with regards to crime in the United States.
Donald Trump says it's going through the roof.
The National Crime Victimisation Survey, the NCVS, suggests that the crime is actually up by some 29.1%.
And yet the official results coming out from the DOJ, their Bureau of Statistics, they've revised their figures upwards, but they suppressed it.
They gave it a burial.
What's going on here?
Is crime under this present administration going through the roof?
mark paoletta
Thanks for having me on.
What a great job Steve is doing.
Warms my heart to see what he's doing and the posse's doing in that regard.
This is an incredible, outrageous story that you're touching on.
The FBI is just Just corrupt in terms of they are all in to put out bad numbers to support the Biden narrative that crime is down.
They released these numbers, Ben, in September, I think September 23rd of this year, saying that crime was down in the United States by 2.1%.
Right?
And of course, like clockwork, all these articles on crime being down.
You remember in the debate, President Trump said it was up.
And the ABC fact checker, or the so-called fact checker, tried to tell him, no, no, it's down.
And what we've just seen is that the FBI quietly, stealthily, whatever you wanna call it, updated their numbers last week, or maybe earlier this week, to show that it had actually risen a swing of six points, so at 4.5%.
Now, that's on just the reported crime, okay?
And just in terms of context, this never happens.
I think from 2004 to 2015, there was never a single change in the numbers that were reported.
And from, I think, 16 to 20, it was like less than 1% change when they finalized the numbers.
This is a six point swing that happened during the Biden administration in terms of the numbers being reported.
Okay, that's number one.
Number two, that's just reported crime, okay?
As you know, people are fed up.
They get robbed.
They get assaulted.
They don't report it to the police because the police aren't gonna do anything, right?
So I think it's something like only 45% of violent crimes are Are reported to the police, I think 30% of property crimes, right?
So just think about that in terms of the number of crimes.
You mentioned that it was up 29%.
So there's this survey where the Bureau of Justice Statistics, part of the Department of Justice, not the FBI, surveys 240,000 citizens about They're experienced with crime, okay?
So you get the man on the street, if you will, not the FBI numbers.
And they show, as you just pointed out, a 29% increase in 2022 under the Biden administration and a 55% increase during the Biden years.
So yes, to answer your question, crime is out of control.
And here's the thing.
The American people know it, right?
And what's happening is you see the FBI all in to try and make this false narrative, right?
False narrative that crime is down.
And then you have in this great piece by John Lott that was on Real Clear Investigations who did this stuff.
He's a great sort of crime statistics guy, right?
They have an NPR story where it has these reporters saying, yeah, people think crime is up.
And they're completely wrong because we try and tell them and I show them the statistics to show them it's down.
So it's the gaslighting of the media that just lies to the American people.
Everyone, they even say Baltimore has a perception of a crime problem, right?
No, Baltimore has a crime problem, a serious crime problem.
And so that's what's going on.
So my view, Ben, Day one, when President Trump wins, you fire the FBI director, you fire the leadership, and you do an investigation into this exact issue, right?
Cuz some of the issues, I think, as President Trump pointed out, cities are not reporting their crime data.
Right?
And the question is, is that an agreement?
What's going on there?
So the FBI numbers could look better, right?
So I think this whole thing needs to be exposed, and the FBI needs to be brought under the control of the political leadership of the Department of Justice, so that they work for the American people when President Trump is elected.
ben harnwell
Mark Peretti, many interesting things just now in this analysis.
But one thing I want to pick up on is the mainstream media.
Mainstream media, the enemy of the people, as Donald Trump has said and been pillared He's repeated it, but he's absolutely right.
The mainstream media here are burying and suppressing this.
And as you say, in Baltimore, there's considered to be a perception of crime problem.
That is, you use the word, it's gaslighting.
It's to tell people that the crime they are experiencing, that their friends and families are experiencing on the streets, does not exist.
Even when it's showing through in the official statistics, you see here, more than you see anywhere else, the relationship between the mainstream media and the Democratic Party.
It's a complex that binds those two organizations together.
They are not two separate organizations.
The job of the mainstream media is to keep you uninformed about what you don't know and misinformed about what you do know.
And we see that, I think, on these statistics.
Just tell me something.
You said, and I know you, I read it, you wrote an article back in July about this.
You said that Donald Trump should take executive control, operational control, excuse me, to use your precise words.
He should take operational control of the DOJ on day one.
Just tell the Warren Posse exactly what that means, because a lot of people will be scratching their heads about this and say, well, hang on, he's the president, right?
He's in charge of the federal government.
How is this not the case already?
And I know you're going to start off with saying, well, actually, it is the case.
But just say, expound on this article.
What does this mean that he should take operational control?
mark paoletta
Sure, operational control means that the president, as you said, is the head of the executive branch.
The Department of Justice is part of the executive branch and the FBI is part of the executive branch.
They actually are part of the Department of Justice.
And what it means is there's been this narrative created by the left.
So you have this kind of independent agency that is off limits to the president.
Right?
The Department of Justice.
And then they go do all these things that they wanna do that are not kind of pursuing the president's agenda.
And they do things to go investigate the president, right?
And spy on the president and do all these terrible things.
So it's this deep state agency, the Department of Justice.
Even worse, the FBI, okay?
Unaccountable to basically nobody, right?
And the president needs to say, And when he gets elected, day one, the Department of Justice works for me and the FBI. And what I pointed out in my article, Ben, Is that presidents in the past have directed specific prosecutions.
You had President Bush 41 directing the prosecution of the LA police officers in the Rodney King incident.
You had President Reagan ordering the dropping of a criminal investigation prosecution of British Airways back in 1984 because he thought of the politics of it.
He thought it was hurting America.
So he ordered the Department of Justice to drop that investigation.
So my point is that the president Right?
Should be very involved with what the Department of Justice does.
That's our system, right?
So all of these things, including what we're talking about right here, these crime statistics.
Something is rotten at the FBI that has these numbers coming out like this and being released in this way, in my view, Election interference, right?
To run this narrative.
So, you know what?
The president says, I want this investigated.
I wanna see what the FBI was doing.
I wanna see how they were gathering their numbers, who they were talking to.
I wanna look at the FBI storming people's homes who were abortion protesters and looking into those things.
I want the FBI, the Department of Justice to look into, right?
Crossfire hurricane, what happened there?
Lots of unanswered questions.
They are not an independent agency, even more so the FBI is not an independent agency.
That's why you have this term for the FBI director of I think it's 10 years, right?
That person serves at the pleasure of the President of the United States, regardless of what Congress puts in terms of its statutory construct.
He should fire Chris Gray on day one.
ben harnwell
The doubt of the FBI serves at the pleasure of the President, as does the Attorney General himself.
The interesting thing in your article, I think, you know, we need to get this up on social media so that people can reread this, is that you actually say right back at the beginning of the Republic, President Washington Adam, Jefferson, they all sort of overtly directed the Embryonic Department of Justice, whatever it was called back in those days, both to move forward with prosecutions and also to stop them.
You mentioned in the Whiskey Rebellion, in the case of Washington himself, I also want to add that in the UK, and obviously I think a lot of what America did and created was mirrored in some degree on British, on English norms, English common law.
In the UK, if you are prosecuted for a crime in the UK, you are prosecuted not by the government.
It's by the crown.
It is the crown, which is the king or the queen.
You are prosecuted in the name of the crown.
Obviously these days these things have been formalized within systems and the monarch doesn't sit there on the throne saying, I think we'll prosecute him today.
But that is the origin of the power that the ultimate prosecutorial authority was with the head of state.
And it seems obvious, I think, that when the American founding fathers were designing their constitution and their system that they would imitate that.
And that's exactly what they did do.
Okay, so that's what you want.
You want a president that exerts his operational control over all of these wayward federal agencies.
And also, presumably, as you said, like Crossfire Hurricane, to actually have some proper prosecutions on day one.
Why are the left trying to change history on this, to try and change the perception of what the Constitution is?
mark paoletta
You know what, Ben, it's called the deep, when we say the deep state, it's the administrative state, it's a group.
I've been here, I'm starting to feel like an old timer, since 1984, okay?
And it's real, the bureaucracy thinks of themselves as the real permanent government.
Right?
And they're all, lots of them are left of center, a great majority, 90%.
Okay, so they wanna pursue their agenda.
So they wanna go after companies.
They wanna go after energy companies.
They wanna go after, and create, remember, you have these laws, and this is, you have laws, and then they wanna stretch those laws to go after you and to prosecute you on the things that they think are important.
They don't wanna listen to the president of the United States, and particularly when it's a conservative president, right?
It syncs up with the Biden administration, right?
They wanna go after all of this DEI stuff, all of this crazy stuff, forcing schools to have transgender people play on women's sports and things like that, right?
Those are things that the president of the United States on day one could come in, right, and say, This is what we're doing.
I'm giving you orders as to what you're gonna look at.
Violent crime, right?
Getting back to violent crime, getting back to deporting, right?
Illegal aliens, all the violent criminals, right?
That are in the United States.
President Trump, as president, has every right, a constitutional right to tell the Department of Justice, drop all of these investigations over here.
Okay, we're gonna look at the assault on parents standing up for their children in school boards and being investigated by the FBI. Okay, we're gonna do an investigation into that.
How did that happen?
ben harnwell
Mark, it's a horrifying concept that the federal government might actually be mandated by the president to do what taxpayers actually want them to do.
Look, we've got three minutes.
Just let's hit something else that came up yesterday, because I know you have views on this.
The Harris campaign has announced this opportunity agenda for black men.
I quickly want to ask you about this before you go.
And that's basically an attempt, I think, to bribe the electorate.
I think this is Latin American-style bribing the electorate.
But formally, the idea is to give $1,020,000 loans to black entrepreneurs.
My question to you, you're an expert on the Constitution.
How is this constitutional?
mark paoletta
And thank God for the Supreme Court, right?
This great Supreme Court who would strike that down, in my opinion, in a heartbeat.
It's just, again, she's desperate, she's doing terrible.
She's doing terrible in the black community, in the Hispanic community, historically.
She's bottoming out, in my view, and this is a desperate attempt.
It's a million forgivable loans, right, to black men.
And it's just such pandering and so condescending She also wants to actually stop employers at a national level from looking at the criminal records of a job applicant.
Okay, this is in this package too.
Again, whether you're black or white, an employer should be able to know who am I hiring and what their record is, right?
So there's a lot of blue states that have those types of law.
I think there's like 13 of them in all the left-wing states.
She wants to nationalize that, right?
She wants to Again, this is her pitch to black men.
She wants to decriminalize marijuana.
This is in her proposal, right?
And to help black men get into the marijuana industry.
It's just the racial pandering and dividing people up by race and color is unconstitutional.
It's just despicable.
And I always point people to Justice Thomas, my hero, our greatest Justice In our nation's history, who wrote an incredible, I urge the posse to read his concurrence in that Harvard case that lays out why this always ends bad.
It's unconstitutional, but it always ends bad for everybody when you do policies by race.
ben harnwell
Look, let's just flip it and say what they wanted to do, just flip, to know how wrong this is, flip the terms from black to white.
Would it be acceptable for a politician standing for the highest office in the land to say, you know what, we're going to give a million forgivable loans of $20,000 apiece to white entrepreneurs?
Would that be acceptable?
mark paoletta
Absolutely, yeah.
Absolutely wrong, absolutely terrible, absolutely.
But dividing America by race, right?
That's what it is.
That's what we have gotten away from, wanna get away from.
And these are the racial policies, I call them.
And you saw her on a Charlemagne the Gods interview, I think, saying she's open to reparations.
When you hear the word open to, that means you're going to do it.
You just don't want to say it before the election.
ben harnwell
Mark Paoletta, I regret that's all that we have time for because we could have a whole hour of discussing this.
In fact, let's do it.
Let's do it later on.
We'll get you on and talk about that.
Ten seconds.
Where do people go on social media to stay up with your superb analysis?
mark paoletta
Thanks, man.
At Mark Paoletta on X and my website is markpaoletta.com where I have all my writings and I'm at the Center for Renewing America with Russ Vogt.
ben harnwell
Thanks very much, man.
God bless.

All this nonsense, all this spin, they can't handle the truth.
War Room Battleground with Stephen K. Bannon.
ben harnwell
Welcome back.
Well, earlier at the beginning of the show with Steve Stern, we were talking about the Starting of early voting in Tennessee.
And we flagged up the fact that they're already starting in the battleground state of North Carolina today.
So joining us in the war room, we have the president of the election integrity team in North Carolina, Jim Womack.
Jim, you've been very kindly walking us through these developments over recent weeks.
Tell me what the early returns are looking like today in North Carolina.
unidentified
Well, good to be with you, Ben, and the posse.
Yeah, it's a very encouraging turnout this morning.
Actually, tensions are running kind of high in several of the voting sites because the numbers are unprecedented.
We're seeing two and a half times to three times the normal turnout of a first day of early voting.
At one of our sites in a Bellwether County, Lee County, we had over 500 voters before noon, and that's never happened in a full day of voting in that site.
So we're really encouraged by that.
It's clear from the exit polling that's being done that there's a very large vote in person day one turnout for President Donald Trump, though there is a very substantial number of people turning out also to oppose him.
But I think the numbers are looking like running two to three to one of taking the conservative materials at the polls over the opposition.
So, you know, it's very encouraging from a partisan standpoint.
What's discouraging though, from the election integrity standpoint, is the fact that certain counties, particularly in the disaster area, certain counties chose not to extend the number of voting sites to take advantage of opportunities given them by the General Assembly.
And in one particular case, Henderson County, we're being told, which has 91,500 voters in that county, they're being told only opening one early voting site, which is very suppressive in turnout.
And it's creating traffic jams of people trying to get to the polls and be able to vote.
So that's an intentional and willful act on their part on the Board of Elections in Henderson County, North Carolina.
Despicable behavior for a county that's three times the size of Lee County, which has two voting sites.
They only have one in Henderson, which is, again, very discouraging.
It causes voters to turn away and not vote at the time when they show up because they don't want to wait in, you know, hour-long lines or longer.
So that's a real problem in some of the counties.
We're still getting checks around the state.
We're also hearing stories in the election integrity space about machines not working correctly.
Logic and accuracy testing was completed in all the counties by mandate a couple of weeks back.
But unfortunately, in Guilford County, Harnett County, and some others, we're hearing that the election machines were not working at startup this morning.
And that causes a massive delay in the vote tabulation.
ben harnwell
Jim, an important point here.
We've had on the show quite a few times Linda Sinkiewicz and Marley Hornick, whose two websites are offering to Americans the opportunity, if they're at the polling stations or registering their ballots for their...
The vote for early voting and you see something which is anomalous that you are pretty certain should not be the case.
Video it with your cell phone and send it to them on their websites because they have the infrastructure now, which we didn't have four years ago, but they have the infrastructure now.
They're going to log and use all this evidence.
Folks, take your cell phone with you to the polling station.
You never know what you're going to see.
Tell me something, because we were covering, I think a couple of weeks ago, the huge catastrophe, the weather catastrophe from Hurricane Helene in North Carolina.
Tell me, has the consequences of that created any disturbance, residual disturbance, at least with regards to the early voting?
unidentified
Well, the feedback we're getting from on the ground is that of desperation among some of the remote areas.
We have a number of reports coming in, particularly up in Mitchell and Avery counties, down in the northern Rutherford County area.
We're hearing some despair from people that are concerned that they're not going to get a chance to vote.
It does not help that some of these boards of election choose not to extend the number of early voting sites.
And it's also not helpful that the State Board of Elections is not exercising its authority for the multi-partisan assistance teams to be able to bring ballots to the locations where the displaced voters are.
Right now, they're only allowed to bring a ballot back, but not to transport the ballots there.
And that's a real problem because when you have a disruption of the voting process, you need to be able to get ballots to those people.
Now, there are provisions in place, and we do have 17 days of early voting, so there's time to recover.
But at this point, you know, election officials need to take it to heart that business as usual is not going to work in those counties.
And, you know, I think that the Trump campaign and the Republican Party should take note of this, that there are things that can be done.
If you have to, go to court.
To compel these boards to make it available, to make voting resources available to these voters, because it's just not happening.
ben harnwell
Well, there are 19 days left now before Election Day itself on the 5th of November.
Are you expecting President Trump or Senator Vance or even Kamala Harris and Governor Walz to come to North Carolina between now and Election Day?
unidentified
Yeah, I would expect to see at least two or three more visits from each of those campaigns in the state since it's polling so closely.
I'm not sure that the polls are representing the current picture properly on the ground.
We'll know better after two or three days of early voting just how the turnout is doing.
But I would say it's very encouraging from the former president at this juncture.
And I do imagine that both campaigns are going to mark this as a pivotal state.
I would say North Carolina and Pennsylvania are the two most pivotal states among the battlegrounds.
ben harnwell
And Nevada, I think, seems to be slightly knife-edge as well.
What's the momentum there like, Jim, today?
What have you picked up from people?
unidentified
Well, I will tell you that the vast majority of the voters that we saw in the early voting sites this morning were older voters, not the real young voters or particularly one race or another, but just older voters in general, taking to heart that they need to get out and vote early and vote in person.
And so that's what we're seeing.
And again, I would say that we're seeing about a three to one ratio at this point.
And again, this is very early in the process, but three to one ratio of people from exit polling that were there.
And you can tell from the clothing they wear, the Trump hats that they wear, you can tell how they're predisposed to want to vote.
What it does, what it means for the down-ballot races, hard to say, because there are some crossover voters in both parties.
But I would say it's very encouraging for the Trump campaign early on in the day.
What's discouraging, again, though, is the lack of election integrity in some of these counties.
I think that it's a willful act on their part to suppress the turnout for conservative voters.
And I would hope that the parties are paying close attention to this, And using the legal resources at their disposal to resolve those problems.
Because right now it's very discouraging.
I'm getting, in my war room, I'm getting a number of reports about things that would suppress the conservative vote.
Whether the machines are malfunctioning or it's difficult to get into the polling site, putting in no electioneering zones, which are inappropriate like they did in my county.
There are a number of things which really serve to suppress the vote and suppress the conservative vote.
And I think that needs to be dealt with.
ben harnwell
Jim, stand by.
To compliment what you're saying, we've got a video clip here, and I'll ask you for your reaction afterwards.

Actually disagree with Donald Trump's position on tariffs and still be in that tent.
You can disagree with Donald Trump's position on climate and still be in that tent.
You can disagree with Donald Trump's position on guns or abortions and still be in that tent.
If, however, you have the temerity to say the truth, which is that Donald Trump lost the 2020 election, you are outside the tent.
There is no room for you.
It is the only non-negotiable issue in the Republican Party today.
The only thing that you cannot say and be in good standing in Donald Trump's Republican Party is that there is no widespread fraud in elections, that Joe Biden won the election in 2020, and that you will accept the results of the election in 2024.
That's it.
If you say any of those things, you're out of bounds, and anything else is fair game.
nicolle wallace
Well, and let me just, I am sorry to sort of beat this dead horse, but I think before we cover claims of fraud, we should be really clear that if a Republican claims that there's a suitcase full of ballots, that can't be true if they don't also attack the veracity of every other person on the ballot.
So to your point, for anyone in the media covers even a claim of fraud, they have to understand that if it's a garbage can full of ballots or a suitcase full of ballots or a USB drive, What they were complaining about was the answer on one line.
They were not actually contesting ballots because the only reason every single Republican in the House of Representatives was sent back was because they believed in the integrity of the ballots.
So just a word on how to cover claims of voter fraud in the next 21 days.
unidentified
Yeah, so I really hope that the media covers these with not a both sides mentality, but a truth and falsity mentality.
Because there are certain things that are just true and false.
And the media knows how to do this, right?
Like, it knows how to say that, you know, there are certain things that Donald Trump says that are simply not true, the Republicans say are not true.
And there is nothing more important than to speak with moral clarity around elections.
If Donald Trump is saying that mail-in voting is fraud, They need to call that out and just say that's false.
Because it is false.
And it's provably false.
And there's no evidence on the other side.
If Donald Trump says that, you know, the election results in 2020 were proven to be fraudulent, it is not enough to say, you know, as a kind of a disclaimer against, you know, defamation.
You know, every expert who looked at this says that that's not true.
It is important that they just say declaratively, that is a lie.
It is a lie.
It is a lie when you say that the results of 2020 were fraudulent.
It is a lie when you say that you won Michigan and Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and Georgia and Arizona.
And when your Republican enablers say that you won, it is not a debating point with them.
It is a, you are lying.
Period.
Jim, what's your take on this, on the meltdown that's taking place right now on MSNBC? Yeah, well, okay, so first off, those two are morons, okay, because it's demonstrably provable that there were anomalies in addition to provable corruption on the part of the 2020 election.
It is also moronic to say that you're outside the tent of a Trump supporter simply because you believe that the election was properly settled in 2020.
So, you know, it's a moronic narrative to say that That you have to be inside the tent on election fraud of one sort or another in 2020.
I mean, we know that the FBI, big tech, big media were colluding to skew the results of the 2020 election.
It's like saying that the New England Patriots Didn't win the Super Bowl.
Certainly they won the Super Bowl, but Tom Brady still let the air out of the footballs, okay?
And there's clear evidence that the Democrat Party and that certain leftist organizations, including the deep state of this government, you know, let the air out of the political football in 2020.
So when Trump short...
In a shortened fashion, simply says, synopsizes that by saying that he was cheated or that the election was rife with fraud.
He's probably correct.
Provable fraud is always difficult because the election system is not set up to discover election fraud.
In fact, it's set up to keep you at arm's length.
From the election results, it's very difficult to capture the documentation you need to prove election fraud.
So, you know, my answer is it's a moronic narrative to say you're outside the tent simply because you believe that the election was properly settled.
The truth is, elections are like train wrecks.
And after the train wreck has occurred, you can go back and do a post-mortem analysis.
But in the end, the train wreck occurred and you can't undo the train wreck.
And that's the way it is with certified elections.
ben harnwell
Jim, I know you've got to bounce.
Before you do, just give me a quick word about this citizens-only amendment that's being voted on in North Carolina.
unidentified
Okay, very simply, this is a very popular amendment in a number of states.
I think eight states had this sort of ballot initiative.
In North Carolina, we already had illegal, it was illegal for a non-citizen to vote in an election, but it was done by statute.
Our Constitution was a little nebulous in saying that you had to be born in or naturalized in the United States in order to vote in a North Carolina election.
All this amendment does is reconcile the statutes to the Constitution.
It's something that's very popular.
It'll pass overwhelmingly in our state.
It's not even a debatable issue.
And anyone that opposes that constitutional amendment is, frankly, not a North Carolinian.
And I would argue that they're even un-American because it's in our DNA that we want free and fair elections and we want only citizens to vote.
ben harnwell
So you're telling people they need to vote for this amendment?
unidentified
For, absolutely, for that amendment.
ben harnwell
Okay.
How's that going on the ground right now?
unidentified
Well, it's busy.
In fact, I'm going right back to the polling sites to gather more information and to research some of these other problems we're having at some of the first-day jitters in elections.
But again, very encouraging to see lots of turnout.
I'm just really encouraged by that.
ben harnwell
Jim Womack, thanks very much for coming on the show.

ben harnwell
Okay, so take us up to the end of the show.
Trevor Comstock from Sacred Human Health joins us to tell us about his new collagen product.
trevor comstock
Yeah, thanks for having me on.
I appreciate it.
As you mentioned, I just wanted to quickly touch on one of our newer products.
And I know quite a few people have heard of collagen before or maybe even supplemented with it.
But for those who aren't aware, collagen is the most abundant protein in our bodies.
But unfortunately, as we age, we naturally produce less of it.
So that's where multi-collagen comes in.
It's essentially derived from four different types of collagen and includes type 1 through 5 collagen.
And the great thing that makes us a little bit unique is that it helps support everything from healthy skin, hair, and nails, all the way to joint health and gut function.
So it's really designed to provide your body that full range of benefits.
So everything from the hair and nails to the joint health and, you know, type one is going to support various functions, whereas type two will support others.
And I always like to make the point that, you know, what makes us a little bit different is that our collagen is or does not include any preservatives, no additives, no binders.
So you can ensure that you're only getting clean and high quality collagen.
Whether you're looking to support and maintain your youthful complexion, which is typically what collagen is known for, or you're looking to support your overall gut health and just general well-being, the collagen has definitely got you covered there.
And last thing I just wanted to quickly mention as well is that...
unidentified
Hang on.
ben harnwell
Before you move on to your new immunity product, tell me about this.
You're appealing straight to my vanity now.
Tell me a bit about this maintaining your youthful complexion.
That got my ears picking up.
trevor comstock
Yeah, yeah.
ben harnwell
Is this product for guys?
Is it for guys or is it for the ladies or for both?
trevor comstock
Yeah, it's a great question.
So it's for guys and women, guys and girls.
I've personally been taking collagen for the past six years of my life.
I've always seen great results with it just in terms of my nail strength as well as skin.
Kind of gives you that extra glow, if you will.
So I have nothing but great things to say about collagen.
I'm pretty excited that we now have our own unique product that I can take myself as well as share with The War Room.
ben harnwell
Great.
We've only got a minute left.
Sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt you, but tell me about the immunity.
unidentified
Yeah.
trevor comstock
So, as I was just saying, I know we've got the colder months coming up, so we also have our all-natural immune supplement, which combines ingredients like vitamin C, D3, B6, zinc, elderberry, echinacea, as well as some other natural compounds that will essentially just give your body that extra boost for your body's natural defense mechanism.
So, of course, if you're already taking the beef liver, you're pretty much 10 steps ahead.
But the multi-collagen as well as the immunity product will definitely be a great addition to your health stack.
So, you can find us at sacredhumanhealth.com.
There's a ton of information on the site.
Feel free to immerse yourself and I appreciate your time.
ben harnwell
Trevor Comstock, thanks very much indeed.
Thanks to my guests today, Steve Stern, Mark Paoletta, Jim Womack and Trevor Comstock.

There's a lot at stake in this upcoming election, but regardless of who is sitting in the White House, the fuse on the economy has already been lit.
Even four years of a conservative presidency will not be enough to turn the tide on our $35 trillion national debt.
And if the left wins, it's like throwing gas on a dumpster fire.
The election is in the hands of the American people.
