This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
unidentified
Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
steve bannon
I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
unidentified
The people have had a belly full of it.
I know you don't like hearing that.
I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
It's going to happen.
jake tapper
And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
unidentified
MAGA Media.
jake tapper
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
unidentified
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
steve bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
You're in the War Room.
natalie winters
It's Thursday, October 17th, the second hour.
the second hour where I'm holding down the morning for it.
I'm holding down the morning fort.
You guys know I usually do the 5 p.m. shows, but I'm actually doing Tim Pool tonight.
You guys know I usually do the 5 p.m. shows, but I'm actually doing Tim Pool tonight, so that's why I am your humble servant here from 10 to 12.
So that's why I am your humble servant here from 10 to 12.
We have a packed show.
We have a packed show.
Mike Benz is going to be joining us in studio.
Mike Benz is going to be joining us in studio.
Harmeet Dillon, a new, shall we call it, a coup?
Harmeet Dillon, a new, shall we call it a coup?
Yes, we will.
Yes, we will.
Already unfolding.
Already unfolding.
Democrats are already panicking that President Trump is going to win, so they're already plotting ways that they can subvert his 2024 agenda.
No, I'm not talking about the weak, feckless House Republicans that we are just discussing in the last block, how they've already tied his hands on all things national debt, pulling out of NATO pandemic treaties, all of that globalist loveliness.
But particularly in the form of state and local officials, they're already plotting and conspiring.
I know we say no conspiracies in the war room.
I always say that's the one thing that I disagree with Stephen K. Bannon on, that there are conspiracies and they're unfolding right before our eyes.
They're getting ready to subvert Trump's agenda.
We're going to get into that with Mike Benz, obviously the latest on censorship, too.
But before we get into all that, we are joined by Jillian Barbary from Done With Debt, who I know the audience loves, obviously, living under Joe Biden, Kamala Harris's America, the economy, despite all the revisions.
Don't look so good, right?
Can you walk us through Done With Debt, your story, how they helped you and how they can help the posse, too?
unidentified
Thanks so much for having me.
So many people are in this situation right now.
It is bleak and it is dire.
A lot of people are living and maxing out their credit cards and it's not because they're buying expensive bags.
It's because they're paying for milk and Rent and necessities.
One in three Americans have maxed it out completely.
Seven out of ten Americans are up to $100,000 in debt.
We are right now in crunch time, and that's just the average American.
Add on top of that, when disease hits, for me it was breast cancer.
I also lost my job, and I went through a divorce.
My personal, sorry, I'm battling a cold.
But when I was going through everything, it happened sort of at the same time.
A couple years in between, but all of it happening.
I didn't realize that I wasn't, my money guy wasn't investing me properly.
I was busy having the kids and working.
And you put your trust into something and all of a sudden you're battling a disease.
Let me tell you, when it hits, it hits hard.
So, lost everything.
Fast forward.
You're busy surviving.
I call Done With Debt because I was lost.
And when you're spinning, you are lost.
And the story goes that you don't want to answer the phone.
You don't want to go to the mailbox.
If you guys are out there, America, I know there are so many of you.
You're not alone.
And I always say there's no shame in the game.
DoneWithDebt.com, it was the first thing I did.
DoneWithDebt.com.
And what they did was immediately stop those nasty calls.
They stopped the The credit card companies, the banking institutions, they know all of the little things that they offer.
And there are plans that they will offer.
Sometimes they'll wipe out your debt completely, but the average consumer, we don't know this.
So they'll do it for you.
Or they'll do pennies on the dollar.
It's just incredible overnight how you can breathe again.
The anxiety is lifted and you have a plan.
So if you don't pick up the phone, Stephen K. Bannon always says this.
This is one thing I do agree for sure you were saying about the conspiracy.
He and I so agree on this one.
He said the one thing that they have that we don't have is the time, right?
They're like tick tock tick tock and our fees just you know keep going up and up and they keep waiting and waiting and your number will come up again only now you're even drowning further you're down lower so just don't wait just pick up the phone they're like there for you they're like a counselor and they'll help you they'll help you get out of that situation and get you on the right track it's the first step so donewithdebt.com to get you back on track Jillian,
natalie winters
I would love to use your services for all the House Republicans here who've plunged this country into $37 trillion worth of debt.
unidentified
I think they could probably use a phone call or two.
natalie winters
One more time, give us the website where people can go.
unidentified
You bet.
It's donewithdebt.com.
Once you go there, take a look.
And when you call them, they'll be on the other end of the phone.
It's a very calm voice.
I remember the first time I did it, it freaks you out at first because you feel like, oh my goodness, you feel so vulnerable.
Let me tell you, nothing is more vulnerable than losing everything and having your kids there and just not knowing what to do.
These people know exactly what to do.
So trust them.
They've got a plan for you.
Thank you so much for having me on to talk about Done With Debt.
Go to donewithdebt.com.
Thank you.
natalie winters
Of course, thank you for joining us.
Mike Benz is going to be joining us shortly.
In the meantime, I just want to give a redux of some interesting stats on all things election.
We know they're using the so-called hurricane disinformation narrative as a pretext to get ready to censor you guys ahead of this forthcoming election.
That Zuckerberg clip confirms it.
They had Nina Jankiewicz of disinformation governance board fame on MSNBC last weekend saying, well, this is why.
We should have rolled out the disinformation governance board.
Fact check, false.
But the reason why they have to have the Praetorian Guard of censors and fact checkers is because I would argue they are up to their old tricks.
Counterpoint, I guess, being they never stopped.
There's a new report from the Government Accountability Institute showing that in 53 counties in the state of Michigan, there's more registered voters than there are eligible citizens to be voting.
That's the same state where the top two counties or cities that comprise the counties that have returned absentee ballots are arguably the worst-run cities in probably the entirety of the United States.
That is Detroit and Flint, Michigan.
In Pennsylvania, you have thousands of ballots being sent out by, you guessed it, Dominion.
That same company, the D word, I know you can't say it on media, but we can say it here on Real America's Voice.
They got caught sending thousands of ballots with the name of the Republican candidate misspelled.
In Pennsylvania, conveniently in Luzerne County, where Scott Pressler's been working so hard to turn the tide there for MAGA. Oh, and in New York, they've got caught sending hundreds of ballots to people who didn't actually request them.
And in Oregon, President Trump, J.D. Vance, are left off the Secretary of State's website, the ballot pamphlet for voter information.
Oh yeah, and that's right, that's the same state where, what, thousands of non-citizens have been automatically registered to vote?
Now, frankly, to me, all those stories that I just rattled off, that's sort of the noise part of the story, right?
The signal, not noise, is that that's the tip, the very tip of the iceberg, which is a vast, I said it once, I'll say it again, conspiracy.
Sorry, Stephen K. Bannon, but there are conspiracies to deprive you, not just of the value of your American citizenship, which is what would come with the Harris victory, but of your vote.
Right?
Just voting for yourself is not enough.
You have to outvote the fraud.
You have to bring your friends with you, your family.
You've got to be texting them.
Right?
And this Guardian article that we're going to get into with Mike Benz, who I think I hear is joining us shortly, really gets to the heart of the issue, right?
The buried lead that is the Transition Integrity Project.
Last year, they were busy wargaming out how to steal the election.
Now they're busy wargaming how to prevent, even if President Trump does win despite all their best efforts, how they can stymie and block him from being able to roll out his agenda.
I want to read you a quote.
From a Democrat mayor.
It's very difficult to autocrat-proof your city, he said, but you have to have backstops, and mayors are working in coalition to ensure they can be a backstop against these divisive policies.
The headline for that article, frankly, we should call it an in-kind endorsement.
If Trump wins the election, U.S. cities are at risk of military takeovers and mass deportations.
Sign me up.
I'm not a very good driver, but I'll drive one of the buses that's deporting all these people.
Maybe I'll take the Springfield route.
We are joined now, I think for the first time in history by Mike Benz.
This is so exciting.
Thank you so much for coming fresh off the train.
I'm surprised that Pete Buttigieg didn't try to like get in the way and cancel your train.
But I would love to get your thoughts on this sort of new effort.
I guess it's not new, old, but refurbished effort to already block Trump's agenda before No, that's exactly right.
mike benz
So it's a combination of defense, intelligence, and statecraft people mostly.
You mentioned the Transition Integrity Project, who was...
It was run by an individual named Rosa Brooks who was a high-ranking Pentagon official for the Obama administration.
In her book, she mentioned she had a CIA blue badge as well as a coterie of military generals and actually the support of both political parties, or at least the former heads of it, both Donna Brazile from the DNC, the former DNC chairwoman, As well as Michael Steele, the former RNC chairman, who's more affiliated with the sort of Bush, Bill Kristol, never Trump right.
They came up with a plan in 2020 in the event that Trump won the election.
It was styled after a color revolution type playbook.
And the reason that they set this up, they justified it by saying, what if Trump clings to power?
What if he loses the election?
We need a coup apparatus to be able to stop his...
If he coos the Electoral College and stays in office.
But then they screwed up because scenario three was called clear Trump win.
How can we still use this apparatus to stop Trump's inauguration even if he clearly wins the Electoral College fair and square?
And what they came up with was a really nasty series of tricks.
One, they said that they would, quote, provoke a breakdown on January 6.
Now, they did this war game in June 2020.
So this is six months before the election, eight months before January 6.
But that they would deliberately provoke a breakdown on January 6th, and they would use a combination of state secession.
They would make a constitutional law argument that the Electoral College was actually invalid.
Now, mind you, this is exactly what we're seeing right now from the dean of Berkeley Law School, from the New York Times, from the Washington Post.
If you read carefully all this, the spate of New York Times, Washington Post, Economist, everyone saying that we need to set the Constitution on fire, the Constitution is a threat to democracy.
If you read those articles carefully, you'll see every single one of them says that part of the problem is the Electoral College.
What they are doing is they are priming a challenge to a Trump Electoral College victory.
Now, one of the things that they said when they ran back this Transition Integrity Project war game just a few months ago was that one of the things they lack this time that they had last time was a street paramilitary presence, a street protest movement that can provide a patina a street protest movement that can provide a patina of legitimacy that this is a pro-democracy protest that can destabilize the country.
The last thing I'll just note here is one of the linchpins of their plans in 2020 was leveraging the BLM rioters.
They were very explicit about this.
Thirteen times in their simulation, which was published amazingly afterwards, they said that taking to the streets was vital because this would be litigated as much in terms of street protests as it would be through the norm eyes and lawfare.
And what they did in the war game simulation in 2020 is the BLM riots had just popped off the week before.
So this is early June 2020, and they said, we need – we've not robustly tested BLM's receptivity to a Biden call to take to the streets.
We just assumed that they would.
But what we need to do in order to ensure that they will is resource build them, capacity build them, give them lots of money so that they are dependent on us, so that we put favors in the favor bank, so that they will return that favor by destabilizing the country, blocking blocking highways, blocking transportation systems, occupying federal buildings that way.
That way the Trump world is in crisis trying to administer a government.
So that is one of the things I think they're currently lacking, but you might see that develop in the next two weeks.
natalie winters
I want to remember it was Axios just last week where they had their big scoop, though I guess it's just repeating the behaviors of 2017 where Democrats are already saying that they might refuse to certify a Trump victory.
I believe the first person quoted in the piece was none other than Jamie Raskin, right?
It's always projection with these people, right?
President Trump was going to destroy the country by putting forth a constitutionally approved slate of alternate electors.
In the same breath, these are the very same people who are trying to tear down the Electoral College.
They're quite open about it.
Mike Bent in studio.
Much more of that right after this short break.
dave brat
Stake in this upcoming election, but regardless of who is sitting in the White House, the fuse on the economy has already been lit.
Even four years of a conservative presidency will not be enough to turn the tide on our $35 trillion national debt.
And if the left wins, it's like throwing gas on a dumpster fire.
The election is in the hands of the American people.

America is standing on the brink of an election meltdown.
And Jim Rickards, editor of Strategic Intelligence, the man who predicted the 2008 financial crisis, Trump's victory in 2016, and the COVID disaster is sounding the alarm.
Rickards has just dropped a bombshell that could change everything you think you know about the 2024 election.
He's uncovered what he calls the Democrats' secret plan to keep Trump out of the White House, even if he wins.
This isn't some far-off theory.
He's warning that this meltdown could lead to a 50% market crash, the total collapse of the U.S. dollar, and violent riots in our streets.
The stakes are higher than ever, folks, and if you're not prepared, you could lose everything.
But Jim Rickards isn't just predicting disaster.
He's laying out five critical steps you need to take now to protect yourself, your family, and your financial future.
This isn't fear-mongering.
It's coming straight from a man who's been at the highest levels of intelligence, finance, and national security.

War Room.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
natalie winters
Welcome back to the War Room, where I think today we're making history.
Mike Benz, like I said, he was just coming in from New York.
unidentified
I think he's the first War Room guest that we ever had in studio in a tuxedo.
mike benz
I know, my first time I had to make a grand entrance.
natalie winters
But to get to the serious stuff, tuxedos aside, the EU is now warning that they're going to fine Elon Musk not just based off of like X revenue and all that, but include revenue from his other companies, which is an unprecedented form of whether you want to call it lawfare, economic warfare, you name it.
Walk us through the implications of this story.
Yeah.
mike benz
It would have been unprecedented if not for what had happened a month and a half ago when the same thing was done by Brazil.
The government of Brazil reached into Starlink's assets, which is not even related in a sister company fashion.
It's a completely distinct company.
It just happens to have Elon Musk as the CEO of both.
But effectively what's happening here is you have this U.S. State Department driven global censorship octopus which stretches from Brazil in the south to the EU to Australia.
Currently there is a government program inside the State Department that seeks to do this in 140 countries and use a common template.
for all of them.
Now, they've been talking about this idea of forcing Elon Musk to institute censorship measures by going after other companies for a very long time.
Earlier this year, representatives from the Stanford Air Net Observatory talked about how when Elon Musk acquired Twitter that he was basically setting himself up For economic dismemberment because the EU is – has so much censorship.
They said that his Tesla factory in Berlin would make it easy for the German government.
Germany is the content moderation capital of Europe.
It was the first place to pass censorship laws.
They basically bragged that it would be easy to bring Elon to his knees because the EU could go after his other companies, his other portfolio assets in order to force him to comply with anti-Trump and anti-populist censorship edicts coming from the EU.
They've been bragging for a long time as well.
I have this on my timeline.
I'll put it to the top right after this segment.
My organization, FFO, clipped five of these censorship heavyweights late last year saying that they would be in full panic if not for the – these are American censors.
They'd be in full panic if not for the EU Digital Services Act, which is effectively this NATO censorship law because that is their – They don't need to panic because this law is here now because it will force, in their words, the restaffing of the fired censors that, in their words, it took years of relationship building to get installed at Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and the rest because they're also afraid that Mark Zuckerberg is following in Elon's footsteps.
And firing much of the censorship staff there and allowing more conservative speech on those platforms.
So this has been a long-range plan.
It's not a Europe thing.
This is coming from the U.S. It's being celebrated by U.S. censors.
It's being financed by the U.S. The State Department, U.S.A.D., the National Endowment for Democracy all pay European censorship organizations.
And part of their goal is to stop the, quote, international exchange of ideas between Trumpism on our side of the Atlantic and Marine Le Pen in France, Nigel Farage in the U.K., Matteo Salvini in Italy, as well as all over the Baltics, the Balkans and Central and Eastern Europe.
natalie winters
And the through line here being, I believe, just yesterday we had the reporter who broke the story that Stephen Richer out in Maricopa County, one of the groups that they're using to censor election disinformation, is a British group that's wholly funded by the U.K. government.
It's not even, they don't even pretend, right, to be American.
I think that that sort of reifies what you're always on the show.
Hamry, I'm curious just from your sort of bird's eye perspective, you were obviously, you know, around things during 2020, during the 2020 election.
But where do you see now their apparatus, whether it's censorship or even kind of more overt forms of election manipulation, whatever you want to call it, how do we stand in comparison to 2020 versus now?
mike benz
We are leagues ahead of where we were in 2020, and this is part of what their panic is about.
We are winning the fight as we were having it from 2016 to 2020.
In that time, There was no political pushback.
There was no legal pushback.
There was no media pushback.
It was a struggle just to get people to accept that censorship existed.
Even the president of the United States, it took until late 2020 for President Trump to even recognize that internet censorship was as bad as it was.
And then it took until Elon acquired X and the disinformation governance board scandal and the turning over of the House for there to be a kind of whole society freedom coalition.
Part of the reason that the State Department has begun this pursuit of global censorship laws has been in response to this suite of victories that we've had through law, through Congress, through media, and through and through a change of guard and a change of mind at many of the big social media platforms.
So now they are trying – they've moved the battle upstream.
We're sort of winning the fight as it used to be, and their response has been to actually codify into law bans on speech and for the U.S. to reach abroad.
They said that there were two big things that they're trying to do in the next several years in order to stop this free speech movement.
The first is to use international laws like EU, like Brazil, like Australia, like they're doing in 140 countries in order to have this boomerang effect on U.S. speech because Elon is going to be forced, according to their plan, to censor American speech.
just as we saw the head of the EU commission This is a US platform, a conversation between two Americans and simply talking about issues in Europe.
Got a nasty gram from the head of the EU censorship law enforcement threatening them with action.
So their idea is to economically cripple Elon unless he does the censorship laws that will include American speech.
So one of them is the global side, but the second one is the state level action.
What they're trying to do, because they can't get a congressional law passed, is to use states like the state of California.
We saw recently that California tried to pass this state-level law that would ban deceptive speech in ads, including AI. This was fortunately challenged and struck down.
I think we're good to go.
You are media illiterate.
You can't cite it in public schools.
you'll be proudly yes but you but kids will be banned from accessing it on the public Wi-Fi and will get docked on their on their public school tests if they cite conservative news as a source and so they're trying to get that instituted state by state so this all needs to be clawed out with with teams of lawyers in order to take this thing down and just give me a minute on the latest from political PolitiFact saying that hurricane disinformation is actually coming from Russia
It's amazing that they cited two groups of researchers.
By the way, every time you hear disinformation research, these are operatives.
They're using the word research to fool you in order to make you think that it's just passive research.
Thought leadership.
Just who's against research?
Now, these are political operatives.
This is – you can almost think of it like, you know, someone who's researching atomic weapons or something.
They're still a part of the same, you know – So like Anthony Fauci.
unidentified
Right, right.
mike benz
But I mean it's more like someone like Kroll Associates.
This is also how private intelligence firms call their dirty dossier class.
Christopher Steele with Orbis Business Intelligence was doing – But it's opposition research.
But it's being paid for by the US government to censor the opposition of the regimes.
And with the hurricane misinformation, there's a few things that are really funny.
So they cited two groups.
The first one was a group called Graphica.
To say that Russia and China are behind this and that any Trump supporters, any Americans who have a problem with Kamala's disastrous hurricane response are now going to be Hunter Biden laptop-ed.
It's Russian disinformation now.
So they cited Grafica for this research.
Grafica got $7 million in Pentagon funding.
They do psychological...
natalie winters
I'm going to hold you there.
I know I'm interrupting you.
The audience is going to kill me, but we've got to jump to break...
Just a note for Kamala Harris.
Russia, Russia, Russia.
It's not an excuse for the fact that you keep putting Americans last in this whole disinformation trope that you're playing out.
It's victim blaming the people who are suffering from your horrible, horrible response to what's going on in North Carolina and Georgia.
We'll be right back after this short break.
dave brat
Time and time again, somebody exposes the truth just to be labeled a conspiracy theorist realist, only to be proven right later on.
Well, let me tell you about the next thing you should be concerned about.
Government geo-tracking of your phone and other devices.
We've seen the government use geo-fencing to track the devices of individuals on January 6th, leading to unwarranted arrests without evidence of wrongdoing.

Welcome back to The War Room.
You can also be checking out shesowright.co, my USA-made clothing line.
Get a fun shirt to wear when you go and vote for President Trump.
Get some for your friends, too.
We do have men's stuff as well, because he is also so right.
The branding was a little difficult with that one.
We are still joined by someone who is also very right.
That is Mike Benz.
How's that for a segue?
Mike, finish where you were when it comes to how hurricane disinformation is now Russian disinformation.
Sure.
mike benz
So this is not a non-issue because David Axelrod and several others have come out and said that these hurricanes may actually tilt the election by disproportionately impacting Trump voting areas in North Carolina, in Georgia, and potentially in Florida as well by limiting their access to ballots.
And it's much easier to vote in the cities.
But what they've cited to effectively preempt the ability to talk about this on social media as they're trying to create this Russiagate predicate by saying, well, the Russians are talking about Kamala's failure.
But the groups they cited to even say this were a group called Graphica, which partnered with DHS to censor the 2020 election.
They did simulations training journalists to report Trump tweets for disinformation.
And they were actually incubated in the Pentagon's Minerva Initiative, which is the psychological operations research center of the Pentagon.
So they've gotten millions of dollars from the Pentagon to do psychological operations.
And now they are the ones being quoted by PolitiFact and others for saying that the Russians are behind your complaints about hurricane misinformation.
But it's worth noting that this has a rich history.
In 2014, the Obama administration created an app in Cuba called Zunzineo, Z-U-N-Z-E-N-E-O.
And everyone can look this up.
It was a fake Twitter created by the CIA to try to penetrate Cuba.
And what they did to lull people into it were to do messaging about sports, music, and hurricane updates.
And then once they got enough of a subscribership, they were going to produce anti-government messaging to try to overthrow the country.
But it's kind of amazing that control over people's primal fears around hurricanes was...
Was being used as a way to try to onboard users and then manipulate them psychologically to do what they called smart mobs, which are effectively BLM-style rental riots to overthrow the government.
natalie winters
Mic drop.
No, no pun intended.
Mike Benz, if people want to follow you, check out the Foundation.
Stay upstate with everything you're working on.
Where can they go to do that?
mike benz
Follow me on x at Mike Benz Cyber, all one word, and my foundation is foundationforfreedomonline.com.
natalie winters
And if they want to get the tux?
mike benz
Gotta come to Philly for that.
natalie winters
Thank you for joining us.
We'll have you back on.
We are joined now by the intrepid Harmeet Dillon, most recently tasked to help defend your vote if you live in Arizona.
She joins us now.
I'm honored to have her on the War Room.
Now, Hermine, I saw this morning breaking that the RNC is suing Detroit for, I guess, deleting Dropbox surveillance footage.
Imagine that.
Seems like there's some interesting numbers coming out of Detroit with very, very high absentee ballot return rates.
Using that as sort of a paradigm, can you walk the posse, but specifically Arizona members of the posse, through what your sort of assessment, the state of play is with what's going on in Arizona?
unidentified
Well, what you're seeing in Detroit is a typical tactic that we also saw from the left in the last election cycle, which is that they, first of all, have these unsecured drop boxes out there, and then they supposedly assure people in advance that it's going to be fine because there'll be video surveillance.
And then they don't do the video surveillance.
We saw this in Georgia as well.
And so in Arizona, they actually have done a pretty good job of tightening up their laws.
And so they don't have this sort of ballot harvesting over there like you have in some other states.
They do have drop boxes in places.
They're supposedly collected and monitored regularly.
But mostly in Arizona, people are encouraged to vote early, and voting early is already taking place.
A lot of people have signed up for absentee ballots as well, so that's already happening over there.
And Republicans are returning their ballots at a higher rate than both Democrats and then in prior election cycles.
We are feeling encouraged about this, but of course, this is a daily effort.
It is an exercise, and we have to not be complacent.
And the thing that concerns me the most is when I'm talking to people on the street and I tell them who I'm supporting and asking them, and they're like, oh yeah, Trump's ahead.
This is really great.
And I said, do you have a plan to vote?
Have you voted?
When are you going to vote?
And they're like, oh yeah, well, I figured, you know, it looks like it's in the bag.
I don't need to vote, right?
No.
Every single person needs to get out there and vote because this is going to be a very close election.
And so, while I'm encouraged every day with the reports that we have on the ground in Arizona, and while we have a very well-trained and efficient staff of observers in every one of the counties who are selected by the county leadership and overseen by the state party, lawyers are also there on the ground.
We are looking at litigation.
We are troubleshooting issues.
We are resolving issues on a daily basis with different county election officials.
Cooperatively if necessary, but we're also ready to go to court if we have to.
And I think we're in better shape than we've ever been.
natalie winters
I think the studio needs to just really quickly reboot your audio.
So while they do that, I'll just lay the groundwork for the audience with what I want to get into next, which is come Election Day, I'm sure it's still burned in the memory of so many members of the war room posse when, you know, what was it, Maricopa County ran out of the ballots and then the tabulator wasn't working and door number three and door number seven.
And who knows what else is going on?
Remember that it was the Carter Center, the same group that's been dispatched to monitor elections down in Fulton County, Georgia, which has ties to the Chinese Communist Party.
It's funded by George Soros, Pfizer, all the bad hombres, as I'm sure President Trump would say.
But they're also tasked with monitoring elections.
And you guessed it, Maricopa County.
And they were the ones who did the audit prior to the 2022 midterms where they said clean bill of health.
We don't see any problems going on here.
Then come election day, there was obviously a lot of, whether you want to call it malfeasance or mishaps, when it came to that election day vote.
So I think the posse is curious too, Harmeet, what proactive steps you guys, of course, in conjunction with Turning Point and other organizations, are taking to make sure that that doesn't happen again.
unidentified
Well, we are not sort of starting from scratch here.
So by this time in the election cycle, a lot of litigation has already happened.
And also in Arizona and other states, lawmakers have passed law changes.
And so there's been improvements to the law in multiple of these battleground states, including Georgia, including Arizona and others.
And so now we're in a window.
There's a 90-day window before an election under federal law that you can't make some wholesale changes to the voter rolls.
So the voter rolls are closed in Arizona unless you're a foreign voter under some specific circumstances.
You can't register to vote anymore, so we're dealing with a known universe.
Efforts of outside groups like Turning Point as well as the RNC and the state party's efforts have significantly impacted voter registration.
We've been really out there harvesting applications and getting them in on time.
Really great air cover over that.
And now the effort is on a daily basis with volunteers coming in from outside and Of course, throughout Arizona, but all over the country.
I have friends from the Republican National Committee who are traveling there and helping.
There have been delegations from a lot of these red states that don't have a battleground issue coming in to help and encourage everyone to return their ballots.
In 2022, a midterm election, and then in 2020, a lot of Republicans were leery to vote early.
This time around, we have a lot more people signed up to vote by mail, but also go and vote early.
And so you can go and vote early until November 1st in Arizona, and that's the preferred method for a lot of people.
They want to go in.
And be able to vote early and then make sure their ballot gets there and not rely on the U.S. mails.
And so, you know, some people felt like in Maricopa County they didn't get their ballots on time.
By now, today, over 97-98% of the ballots should be there.
That's postal service inefficiency probably for the most part.
Things that could be tightened up for next election cycles.
But at the end of the day, it's a matter of Republican voters voting the full ballot and getting it in at a greater rate than The Democrats.
That's what it's going to take.
And so every day we have a war room operation over there.
There's a team of lawyers.
There's a team of RNC, political and legal, as well as Arizona political and legal, communicating numerous times throughout the day about emerging issues.
A mail truck has an accident.
What are we doing with the ballots?
You know, somebody is giving incorrect information somewhere.
What are we doing about that?
Our observers being denied access.
That's all been resolved on a rolling basis in real time, so we feel pretty good about it.
natalie winters
I know this audience was particularly worked up about this story from about two weeks ago, what seemed to be it was 98,000.
Then it was like over 200,000 people without verified citizenship status being sent ballots or being authorized to vote for over a decade.
And then there was the weird leak from the secretary of state or the recorder's office in the Washington Post.
Who knows who leaked it?
But in terms of tying up the loose ends on that side of the coin, where do you think the election integrity efforts stand on the non-citizen vote, particularly in Arizona?
unidentified
So we can't call those people non-citizens.
What they are is people in the Arizona voter rolls who the Secretary of State has not been able to match up their documented proof of citizenship, their DPOC, with their voter record.
Some of these people are grandfathered into before when the law was changed to require that.
There's also pending litigation going on, and the court's Suspend the rulings and then they open the rulings up again.
At this point, those people are being allowed to vote.
And so, you know, we can certainly challenge individual voters who we believe are not citizens at this point.
It is something that the courts have taken out of our hands, and it's unfortunate.
And what, Natalie, in my opinion, and I've gone and testified in Congress in front of the House Administration Committee on this, We really need to tighten up our federal laws over these issues and not tie the hands of states to enforce their laws.
In fact, while many states have voter integrity laws on the books, the left has successfully fought in court to basically make those laws toothless or eliminate them.
And federal law is quite vague on some of these issues.
And so Congress and a Republican president can change that, and they need to.
So, in Arizona, what we're doing right now is just making sure that we get every citizen entitled to vote out there voting, keeping an eye on some of these issues.
There have been reported spikes in Overseas ballots being sent to states.
Arizona has some good laws on who gets to vote as an overseas member in their states.
Will the courts allow us to enforce that?
We're keeping an eye on that and that remains to be seen.
But we do have a large national legal team working on these issues on a daily basis.
And so where and if litigation is necessary and we believe it'll be effective in changing the outcome, we'll go to court to do that.
natalie winters
The media is certainly in meltdown over the overseas vote, even daring to say that word.
I know this show has gotten accused of being conspiracy theorists many times over by Media Matters, sometimes multiple times in just one day.
Harmeet, if you can stick with us through the break, I'm sure some of the posse knows, but you've actually known Kamala Harris for over 20 years.
break.
I'm sure some of the posse knows, but you've actually known Kamala Harris for over 20 years.
You had a wonderful interview with Tucker, sort of springboarding, dovetailing with what Jeff Clark has come on the show and talked about a lot, which is her shoddy track record.
You had a wonderful interview with Tucker, sort of springboarding, dovetailing with what Jeff Clark has come on the show and talked about a lot, which is her shoddy track record.
You probably thought I was going to say on the southern border, but no, I'm talking her time as a so-called prosecutor, as a DA.
In other words, don't seem to be a lot of receipts.
I still think they've yet to produce a transcript, as Jeff Clark has so humbly and repeatedly asked for.
But Haramit, I think, has some other great scoops, like she got in some of it with Tucker, but we'll have her give some more here for the Warman Posse.
We'll be right back after this short break.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
. you you Welcome back to The War Room.
natalie winters
We're still joined.
We've got a few minutes left with Harmeet Dillon.
Harmeet, if you could walk the audience through your sort of, shall we say, theory of the case, or I guess lack thereof when it comes to Kamala Harris as someone who's known her for two decades.
unidentified
Well, it's pretty simple, Natalie.
Kamala Harris is a person who got her start in politics and then got promoted up every level, not by working hard, working long hours, being better than her colleagues or merit, but by connections, by who she's in a relationship with, by who gave her inside patroness jobs.
That's Willie Brown, her Mentor, if you will, to put it politely, in San Francisco politics.
Got her a job at the DA's office.
Then she stabs her boss in the back and runs against him and overspends, violates the law in a criminal fashion, campaign finance violations in San Francisco.
That's how she wins that.
And then through favor banks, looking the other way when shady politicians Are in trouble in San Francisco, whose job it was for her to prosecute as the Attorney General.
She collected favors and got herself front in line to be the appointed candidate for United States Senate.
And of course this is a blue state, so typically when a Democrat wins a primary, that's who wins statewide.
And of course with the Vice Presidency as well, it is merely identity politics and not merit that got her that position.
Imagine somebody who's never had to pass a test or went on their merit throughout their entire career, and suddenly that person wants to hold the top job.
No company in America would promote a CEO that way, and yet we in America are being asked to promote somebody who's unqualified.
So I've seen the discussions about whether she ever tried a case or To me, someone who's been poring over these records, the best oppo research that has been had on this is a flyer from the Tenants Union that was opposed to her because she supported the slumlords and looked the other way and took money from them when she was running for prosecutor when she was at the city attorney's office.
And they found that she had done two jury trials in her stint as an Alameda County prosecutor.
And eight in San Francisco, or might be the other way around.
But in any event, one of those figures came from the person she was running against.
And so that's it.
And so I don't think it's zero.
I think it's very few in a 10-year career as prosecutor and city attorney.
And, I mean, that's just insufficient.
And when she became the attorney general, before that, when she became the district attorney, she never tried cases in that context.
She never argued cases.
I'm in my 31st year practicing law.
I still argue cases in the Court of Appeals, and I still draft briefs and write them and make arguments in front of judges.
And so she isn't an accomplished lawyer.
That's a fact.
I mean, I challenge anybody to show some evidence of some Murder case, some serious trafficking case that she actually tried and assembled the evidence.
To the contrary, Natalie, when she was a district attorney, she put such a high bar on her prosecutors to even bring a case or bring an indictment that most of those crimes went unpunished.
And the cops got frustrated to the point where they began taking routine drug crimes and sex trafficking and other sort of street violence issues to the United States Attorney's Office.
And so instead of prosecuting big international cases or corruption fraud cases that the U.S. Attorney's Office is better known for, the U.S. Attorney's Office in San Francisco during her tenure was doing her job for her.
And that's so that the cops could go home and sleep at night and tell their husbands and wives that they were doing their job.
And so that's the person we want.
I mean, we just saw it on display in the Fox News interview with Brett Baer.
She's not competent to even answer questions directly.
And this isn't the small time.
This isn't merely taxpayers in San Francisco, who you can argue are liberal and we deserve it.
I'm a San Francisco resident.
It is actually the future of the United States.
Do we think that world leaders are going to give her a pass because she went to a We're good to go.
Sufficient and she is not qualified to run this country and so I'm so pleased to see many former Democrats current Democrats people crossing the aisle to vote for President Trump because they realize the existential threat this unqualified didn't earn it woman poses to the future of this country and so We have to harvest all of those votes.
When we were at the National Convention, there's always beefs among Republicans.
Everyone hugged it out, and we all have come together to make sure that we win this election.
And the same with our friends who are Democrats.
People are reaching across the aisle.
Lifetime Democrat friends who live in big cities, and they're like, well, I don't like Donald Trump's style.
I don't like his behavior, his tweets.
But she's not qualified.
And I'm worried about the future of my country and my kids, and I just want to be safe.
And so that's all I want for Christmas, Natalie, is I want to be able to wake up in a free country for the next four years.
And that's really what's at stake here.
And so we just have to keep...
I've had some losses in my family.
I'd rather be taking time off right now.
I am not taking any time off until after this election.
We all have to have that attitude.
So everything has to go to later on after the election.
When we win it, we can take care of those things around the House we need to deal with or visit those folks.
This is all on the line for the future of our country right now.
natalie winters
While the posse keeps you in their prayers, we're sorry for your loss.
If the audience wants to follow you, stay up to date with everything you're working on, particularly in Arizona, where can they go to do that?
unidentified
