| This is the new, modern world we live in, of gaslighting and narcissism, and up is down and down is up. | ||
| And I got good news for you. | ||
| Last week, the polling in Pennsylvania, the folks in the blue collar regions of Philly | ||
| were way up on the Republican side for voting. | ||
| Over the weekend, and we gave stats on that in charts, over the weekend, more, NBC's Koranacki | ||
| major shifts toward Trump and Latin American community. | ||
| Sunday, Meet the Press, NBC Elections analyst Steve Kornacki ran down some of the cities. | ||
| Reading Pennsylvania, 70% Latino was overwhelmingly Democrat in 2020. | ||
| Joe Biden won by 45 points. | ||
| That's now down by over 20 points. | ||
| Hazleton, Pennsylvania, more than 60% Hispanic. | ||
| 2012, Democrats won it narrowly. | ||
| Now it's double-digit Trump territory. | ||
| Allentown has come down 10 points in its margin for Democrats. | ||
| So shocking news. | ||
| That's real clear politics out today coming from the Sunday shows. | ||
| And so we have E.J. Antonian with us right now. | ||
| I'm thinking economics is driving a lot of these numbers. | ||
| The Hispanic culture wants a strong America, I think, again. | ||
| It's not seeing that on the world stage. | ||
| It wants stability. | ||
| It wants what we all want to get rid of inflation and have a crack at the American dream. | ||
| E.J. and Tony, welcome to the war room, brother. | ||
| Give us a little intuition on what you think may be driving some of these polls. | ||
| And there's more favorable polls coming out, not just in Pennsylvania. | ||

What's happening? Well, Dave, thank you for having me. | |
| You know, one of the key things I think to remember here is the fact that the immigration policy, which is also effectively an economic policy of this administration, it harms all Americans. | ||
| It doesn't matter what color or creed you are. | ||
| And so one of the reasons why we are seeing Hispanics increasingly switch to Donald Trump and away from Kamala Harris is the fact that she has done such a horrendous job You know, when an illegal immigrant comes over here and murders your family member, you don't care if you are the same skin color as that illegal immigrant or not. | ||
| Your loved one is still dead. | ||
| When that illegal immigrant comes here and essentially robs you of a job or because they're here, depresses your wage growth, you don't care if you're the same skin color as they are because you are now demonstrably poor from the failed immigration policies of this administration. | ||
| And so what I think we need to remember is the fact that these policies are hurting all Americans. | ||
| And again, it doesn't matter what you look like. | ||
| It doesn't matter what you believe. | ||
| If you are an American, you have effectively, almost everyone who's an American, has been harmed by the economic policies of this administration. | ||
| And the immigration policies, in particular, have had terribly ill effects. | ||
| Yeah, I think that's spot on. | ||
| And you've been reporting for the past year with Navarro, etc., all these job reports, right? | ||
| All net new jobs over the past four years, illegal immigration, foreign-born workers, all jobs, government jobs, health care jobs, not full-time jobs, only part-time jobs. | ||
| That's got to be showing up. | ||
| And then EJ, I was going to take the whole two hours today and just go over what the left would have you believe in order to vote that way. | ||
| And so on the basics, let's just cover the big bullets. | ||
| You did some great work with Steve Moore the other day on the debt. | ||
| They keep trying to just blatant falsehoods on the debt. | ||
| Biden and Harris, they're running $2 trillion deficits right now. | ||
| Inflation's up 25% over four years. | ||
| It's never come down, right? | ||
| Prices have never come down. Give us some of the biggest bullets that the American people have to stomach and give them the certainty that you can give them on the economic facts and receipts. | ||
| Well, the fact is that even going by the government's own inflation metrics, which grossly understate inflation, by the way, but even if we just use the government's own metrics, the dollar has lost a fifth of its value since Biden and Harris took office. | ||
| I mean, that's absolutely insane. | ||
| In less than four years, our currency has lost a fifth value. | ||
| This is where the government has gotten all of the money to pay for its runaway spending. | ||
| The two plus trillion dollar deficits, Dave, that you just mentioned, where did they get the money to pay for all of that? | ||
| They are taking it out of your hide right now through the hidden tax. | ||
| of inflation and that tax will continue to be collected from you until all of those debts are paid, which is going to be for the foreseeable future because those deficits are going to continue for the foreseeable future. | ||
| So that's the inflation front. | ||
| You are all demonstrably poorer because of the policies of this administration. | ||
| In terms of jobs, you're absolutely right. | ||
| We are seeing all of the net job growth since before the pandemic Go to foreign-born workers. | ||
| And the BLS, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, even admits that a portion of that, an unknown portion of that, are illegal aliens. | ||
| We can only assume given the huge increase in illegal aliens over the last three and | ||
| a half years that they make up an increasing portion of that workforce. | ||
| And so this is a key reason why Americans are so down on this economy. | ||
| They aren't the ones getting the jobs. | ||
| And you brought up government, you know, last month for the month of September, going through | ||
| that jobs report, the unemployment rate went down to four point one percent. | ||
| But the reason it went down instead of going up was that when we surveyed American households, | ||
| seven hundred and eighty five thousand more people said that they were now working for | ||
| the government. | ||
| And so what that essentially did was instead of the unemployment rate rising to four point | ||
| five percent, it dropped it to four point one percent because all of these people, again, | ||
| now now say that they are working for the government. | ||
| So this is not something that's sustainable. | ||
| This is not something that's healthy. | ||
| This is not indicative of economic growth. | ||
| We need to remember that for every single person who's working for the government, who's paid for it by taxpayer dollars, you need many more people working and paying taxes in order to support that first individual salary. | ||
| So you can debate about what that ratio is, whether it's 20 to 1, 50 to 1, etc. | ||
| But the fact of the matter is we are adding nowhere near enough private sector jobs In order to support all of the government jobs that we're seeing in this economy today. | ||
| Yeah, and then on top of that, you know, in the war room, our issues have been fairly constant over time, inflation, debt, the border invasion, and the endless wars. | ||
| It's stunning. | ||
| I haven't seen any economist of note out there calculate the full cost in human life Health, injuries, opportunity costs of these endless wars. | ||
| So now we're printing billions of dollars for wars abroad in the Eurasian landmass, Israel, and FEMA is now out of money. | ||
| And so I get the sense that that's a major issue. | ||
| You've got about a minute and a half, EJ. Any other issues you see? | ||
| I think that one is just showing when the Joyfest crew goes around on these shows. | ||
| It just talks about joy, joy, joy. | ||
| A lot of the country ain't feeling that vibe right now. | ||
| EJ and Tony. Dave, the response to Hurricane Helene is exactly like what this administration has done to the U.S. labor market. | ||
| At this point, they've basically turned the U.S. labor market into a temp agency for foreign workers and for government jobs. | ||
| And now what they are doing with this hurricane is once again putting foreigners above Americans. | ||
| And look, it's not that we don't like foreigners. | ||
| We love people. | ||
| It doesn't matter where you're from. | ||
| But the fact is that this is America and we put Americans above Americans. | ||
| You know, if you want to be part of America, then come here legally and you can be part of America, too. | ||
| You can join this great club. | ||
| But until you are in the club, we will put our members first. | ||
| We are putting our own blood, sweat and tears first. | ||
| And so we are going to take care of each other first, only after we have taken care of our own should we be worrying about other people. | ||
| Clearly this administration has their priorities completely backwards and people are literally dying in places like Western North Carolina because of those policies. | ||
| That's not an exaggeration and I don't say that lightly, but it's the truth. | ||
| Yeah, that's absolutely right. | ||
| And over the long term, right, the Judeo-Christian West and the work ethic and the moral fortitude of the people have contributed a lot to our economy. | ||
| Back to review that with E.J. Antonio right after the break. | ||

| But a lot of people forget that the Judeo-Christian West and its emphasis on the work ethic and sacrifice for your kids, for their country, right now that is being called nationalism. | ||
| Instead of what it was in the past, which was a way of ensuring greatness for our country and for its families and protecting folks. | ||
| We used to have an emphasis on education and learning. | ||
| The neo-Marxist program is out to put a crushing blow to the nation state, to the church. | ||
| And to the family, to the Western family, it's all under attack and surely that has massive economic consequences that we're feeling, right? | ||
| The shaking of the foundations is occurring right in front of us and a lot of people still don't recognize it. | ||
| EJ, how can you explain this shaking of the foundations that's going on right in front of our eyes and yet some folks still can't see it? | ||
| Well, Dave, at the heart of those Judeo-Christian values is individualism, right? | ||
| Because at the heart of Judeo-Christian values is the individual's relationship with God. | ||
| And so this is not something that is inherently collective. | ||
| That's not to say there's nothing collective. | ||
| Collective, for example, with organized religion. | ||
| So let's not take this to an extreme. | ||
| But the point is that within Judeo-Christian values is the idea of the individual's rights. | ||
| And that means that you can't have a government which is so strong and so centralized as to take those rights away. | ||
| In other words, Judeo-Christian values are inherently anti-socialist and anti-communist and anti-Christian. | ||
| They are pro-individual. | ||
| And so in order to establish the kind of socialist or communist world that so many people on the left want today, they have to first break down those Judeo-Christian values. | ||
| And that, I believe, is why they are under attack. | ||
| And those Judeo-Christian values touch everything from personal liberties involving free speech to personal liberties involving economics. | ||
| Yes, amen. E.J. and Tony, thanks for being with us on The War Room. | ||
| We have Megan Basham coming right up to further this discussion of the ultimate foundations of the Judeo-Christian West. | ||
| And as E.J. was just saying, it's a little ironic, right, that the Judeo-Christian West and its legal tradition of individualism Welcome to my show. | ||
| We set that up. The Christians put that into play. | ||
| It didn't happen anywhere else. | ||
| We're the only one with a constitution like we have. | ||
| It's unique in the world. The UK doesn't have it. | ||
| We guaranteed every single minority right in law. | ||
| What we did not guarantee was minority rule. | ||
| Unfortunately, the MSNBC crowd, the loud shriekers on the market's left, they're We're good to go. | ||
| And there's pieces out now. | ||
| Axios has a piece up, of course, today, U.S. Christians pushing back on Christian nationalism. | ||
| And then they mentioned violence and a bunch of nasty names. | ||
| And of course, none of that's true. | ||
| I went to seminary 35 years ago. | ||
| I follow the church and the religious makeup of our country. | ||
| And the left is just gaslighting us as usual. | ||
| And the authors of these things, right, they're talking about this new... | ||
| Christian nationalism is threatening the nation's multirational democracy. | ||
| I just went over how all the Hispanics are coming over our side of the populist football. | ||
| All the stats in Philly, all the stats in Pennsylvania... | ||
| The left is not going to be happy with this, right? | ||
| The Catholic Christians and the Hispanic community, they know what's true, and they're coming our way. | ||
| And ironically, all the writers, if you go look at the pictures, all these folks, Axios pictures and whatever, all these people preaching against Christian nationalism, they're all a bunch of white liberals. | ||
| And so it's just a bunch of leftist calling names. | ||
| We have another superhero on the show right now, Megan Basham. | ||
| She's written a best-selling book called Shepherds for Sale, having to do with the fall of many in the church for not being fully Christian. | ||
| And so today I wanted to explore with Megan. | ||
| Megan, you know, how do you identify the sheeps from the wolves, right? | ||
| The good shepherds. What are the criterion you look for? | ||
| Because I've heard you on this and I think you're spot on. | ||
| Megan Basham, welcome to the War Room. | ||

Thank you. Well, thanks so much for having me, Dave. | |
| And one of the key ways that I identify it is which of these shepherds is willing to take a stance that will personally cost them among the elite and respectable in our dominant left-wing culture in the power centers. | ||
| And what you tend to see is those that I think are likely wolves, Who at the very least we could say they are more hired shepherds, that they flee when the wolves are at the door. | ||
| These are the ones who are very happy to take the spoils of the New York Times, of MSNBC, of CNN. And when you were just talking with your previous guest about the Judeo- I think it's really important to note that when these people on the left talk about Christian nationalism, what they're talking about is really just Christians advocating for their values in the public square. | ||
| The same way their secular neighbors do. | ||
| But what's really disturbing is that you have this Christian leadership, this elite Christian leadership, we're not talking about the rank and file, who are leading major institutions like Christianity Today, which is the magazine that was founded by Billy Graham back in the 1950s. | ||
| They're leading other very well known and influential evangelical publications like the Gospel Coalition. | ||
| And these organizations are actually counseling Christians that what you need to do is give your power away, that we should not grasp at political power, which is really a pretty silly thing to say because the common good of politics is how we show love for our neighbor. | ||
| It's not the only way we show love for our neighbor, but it's a significant way. | ||
| And so that's really what I covered in my book is that you see so many of these average churchgoers | ||
| who are very understandably on the right, as they should be, because so many of, | ||
| not exclusively, but so many of the rights, policies, and platforms align with biblical ethics | ||
| when it comes to protecting the unborn, when it comes to protecting God's created order | ||
| of male and female, protecting the safety of women in women's spaces. | ||
| So what you have now is this gambit from these evangelical leaders who, by the way, | ||
| are taking a lot of money frequently from the left, to say, well, no, what we need to do, | ||
| the way of Jesus is to give our power away. | ||
| Yeah, no, I agree with you 100%. | ||
| It's a little ironic, too, because the right and the left, you know, in this lingo used by the gaslighters, you know, I just like the term, the old term conservative. | ||
| You know, Abraham was 2000 BC, roughly. | ||
| Moses, Jesus is at zero. | ||
| The left, you know, I don't think they have any figures where the calendar started at zero when their heroes were born. | ||
| So that's a pretty significant date there in history. | ||
| And we want to conserve that tradition and that wisdom. | ||
| And I'm glad you just brought up the word love, because this one really gets me, right? | ||
| All this love, love, love. | ||
| There's a love, big love sign in front of every mall now. | ||
| And that word is not—it's being abused, right? | ||
| The love of the Father for us required— The sacrifice of his own son. | ||
| That gives you some indication of the Judeo-Christian West, what we mean by love. | ||
| It's not this pithy sugar high. | ||
| And I think the left has been exploiting that term in just vulgar ways. | ||
| I'd love to hear your comment on that. | ||

| And one of the things that we need to understand is that you cannot have love that is not grounded in truth. | ||
| And for example, there is a truth that God created them male and female. | ||
| And if you erase that basic truth, then no matter how nice and kind and squishy you think you're being, you're not actually being loving. | ||
| Lying to your neighbor is not loving your neighbor. | ||
| And it is a lie to tell your neighbor that if they're a man, they can become a woman and vice versa. | ||
| It's a lie to tell your neighbor that there is no spiritual cost to murdering their unborn children. | ||
| There are so many issues like this where we have allowed the left to define what love is, when in fact where we need to be looking is to the unchanging word of God. | ||
| That tells us what love is because God is love. | ||
| So we don't get to define that. | ||
| He defines that. Yep. | ||
| Right. Spot on. | ||

| And so, Megan, in closing, what's your hope for this election? | ||
| What can we do together as a country to restore our greatness, make America great for Christians who love everyone? | ||

Well, I think the most important thing to remember here, Dave, is that we as Christians, as Americans of various faiths, if you are someone whose faith is important to you, you need to understand that we have an administration right now who has been targeting you, who has been targeting your beliefs. | |
| And it is entirely likely, in fact, Pretty much guaranteed that if a Kamala Harris administration is what we have next, that is going to continue and we're gonna see it on steroids. | ||
| And the only thing that has really protected Christians over the last few years has been that Supreme Court stopgap. | ||
| Otherwise, we have just seen an assault on our religious liberties all across the board. | ||
| You can look at what's happening in states like California, where they're threatening | ||
| parental rights, religious parents and their rights over their children to educate them | ||
| as they wish, to protect them from gender ideology, from actual surgical mutilation. | ||
| So these things are really important. | ||
| And I love the way that a pastor friend put it to me. | ||
| We may not agree with every position that Donald Trump has taken when it comes to issues | ||
| like abortion. | ||
| But what he has done in appointing those Supreme Court justices is he has given us, as Christians, the ingredients to make the apple pie. | ||
| So he hasn't given us an apple pie, but he said, look, I've made it possible for you to have flour, sugar, apples. | ||
| You go make the pie on a state by state level. | ||
| Whereas the Kamala Harris administration would be giving you, well, he said an excrement pie. | ||
| So I actually like the evocativeness of that image because you don't have to have perfect candidates as Christians, but you do want to think very wisely about the stewardship of your vote because it is a blessing. | ||
| In this country to be able to have a say in our governance. | ||
| And I believe that we as Christians will be held to account for how we steward that political power and that vote. | ||
| Yeah, well said, Megan. | ||
| And I always just share, you know, sometimes Romans 13 is used to make people passive, obey the ruler. | ||
| It's important for Christians to realize you are the ruler, right? | ||
| In our Constitution, we the people are the sovereign. | ||
| It's not a king. | ||
| It's not a president. | ||
| We hire a president to work for us to achieve our ends. | ||
| And the structures we set up, like Megan just pointed out, the Supreme Court and the centrality of the rule of law coming straight from Moses in our tradition. | ||
| And so, Megan, thanks for those fine words of encouragement. | ||
| And just keep being a force multiplier, and we're going to keep this great country in good shape. | ||

| I just got back late last night from the Team Trump bus tour in Georgia. | ||
| We're in Wisconsin. We're going to North Carolina. | ||
| We're in Michigan. We're going all over the place. | ||
| And the message is what you are talking about, especially today on October 7th, the tragic one-year anniversary of Iran and Hamas launching a world war into Israel, our number one allies over there. | ||
| Our freedom of religion, our freedom of speech, our freedom of everything is at stake. | ||
| And what Pelosi and these corrupt government gangsters want to do is rob you of the truth. | ||
| That's been the message. There was no insurrection. | ||
| They ginned it up. Pelosi was too busy filming her movie on January 6th in the halls of the Capitol. | ||
| That's how scared she was of everyone outside. | ||

| They buried it. Nancy Pelosi on January 6th was recording a movie she, as speaker, was making... | ||
| And in it, she said on video, I'm responsible for the security failures of January 6th. | ||
| And the January 6th committee withheld that information for three years, as did she, and she lied about it. | ||
| We've got the receipts from Bowser in the book, her own letter, where Mayor Bowser rejects Donald Trump's authorization of additional National Guard. | ||
| And that's just January 6th. | ||
| You've got to remember, these guys, Christopher Wray illegally surveilled Americans in the FISA court, 274,000 times in one year. | ||
| That's not my number. That's the FISA court's number because during Russia- A lot of people don't even know what that term is, surveilled. | ||
| Go over that real slow-mo to show the people that their liberties are at stake here. | ||
| What is this surveilled thing? | ||
| Everybody got one of these. | ||
| Everybody's got one. And when the Justice Department surveils you, like I did as a national security prosecutor lawfully, they tap into your phone. | ||
| They tap into your email. | ||
| They go get your bank accounts. | ||
| They get your shopping records. | ||
| They get your credit card statements. | ||
| They even sometimes look at your actual mail. | ||
| That's total surveillance and that's what the FISA court allows you to do. | ||
| I used to use it to manhunt terrorists and people who wanted to do harm to the United States of America. | ||
| Christopher Wray and these corrupt government gangsters use it to surveil their political opponents. | ||
| Here's the thing you might not know. | ||
| Of those 274,000 illegally surveilled Americans by Chris Wray's FBI, Do you know how many were working political campaigns? | ||
| 40,000. 40,000 campaigners and donors. | ||
| That's not my number. It's in the FISA court report. | ||

| And so this is what is at stake for Americans, our liberties. | ||

| It's priceless. Yeah, look. | ||
| Nancy Pelosi and company wanted to turn downtown Washington, D.C. into downtown Kandahar. | ||
| They literally called, and I was there as chief of staff at DOD. They called the SACDAP and the chairman, and Pelosi said, we want tanks. | ||
| And we said, what? | ||
| You want an A1 to Abrams tank? | ||
| Right. Where are we going to put this, Madam Speaker? | ||
| And are we going to use a tank on American citizens at the United States Capitol? | ||
| Of course not. | ||
| So we didn't do it because it was a disgusting politicization of the day. | ||
| And it shows you the liars that Nancy Pelosi has now been caught in. | ||
| And these are the people that wanted to kneecap Donald Trump. | ||
| It's no different, unfortunately, for guys like Mike Flynn, who were illegally unmasked, and his name was sent to the media, which was a felony to disclose that kind of classified information. | ||
| And then, again, what did they do, just like they did with Impeachment One? | ||
| They gave a piece of the transcript so they could target someone politically instead of actually using the Constitution to target criminals. | ||
| And his life was turned upside down. | ||
| And it wasn't until three years later when I was the Deputy Director of National Intelligence that we declassified all the information the FBI withheld from the American public because they exposed their corruption. | ||
| And in it was Mike Flynn's own innocence. | ||
| They withheld it from him just like they did during the Russiagate scandal and the FISA court warrant application for Carter Page. | ||
| This is the DOJ-FBI playbook. | ||
| They will use government tactics and classification systems to hide their corruption. | ||
| They've done it for years, and Donald Trump's the only force that can break through it. | ||
| And so all these things stitch together. | ||
| They might be different acts in different years, but they are all the same cover-up tactics from these | ||
| government gangsters. | ||
| And that's why we've got to go out there and give the people the truth. | ||

| What are the states that are going to matter? | ||

| Well, here's the good thing. | ||
| So long as Trump's supporters register and vote and vote as early as possible, bank your vote so you don't have a hurricane or a Hamas riot that makes it where you can't vote. | ||
| So long as Trump supporters vote and vote as early as possible, we're not going to have to worry about these election challenges because Trump is on a trajectory to win very comfortably in this election so long as his supporters vote as early as possible. | ||
| But if this does get to the courts, we are much better prepared This time on the conservative side of the aisle. | ||
| We have lawyers who are seeking injunctions ahead of time. | ||
| I've had several shows where we've had Various election lawyers come on the war room, like Steve Kenney at the RNC, Cleta Mitchell. | ||
| The right is on the ball this time getting injunctions to make sure that these election | ||
| lawyers, election officials, and election judges follow the law on the books and make | ||
| sure they follow the law on the books. | ||
| And if they don't, we're going to call them out. | ||
| If they follow the law, the Article 3 project will have their backs. | ||
| If they don't follow the law, we're going to call them out with a big loud megaphone. | ||
| And that's very important. | ||
| That's something that we did not have last time. | ||
| And I'll tell you, in some of these key states, what we have to look out for, for example, | ||
| in Pennsylvania, we need to make sure that people sign and date their mail ballots before | ||
| And that is important because that makes it harder for the Democrats to harvest votes, right? | ||
| So if you have to actually sit down and sign these things and date these things and mail them in, that reduces voter fraud. | ||
| Another thing that we're trying to do in Pennsylvania... | ||
| Is when they have these military and overseas ballots, there's a huge spike in the number of these ballots this year. | ||
| We want to make sure that in Pennsylvania, they want to make sure that you provide some sort of Social Security or driver's license number to make sure that it is an actual Pennsylvania voter. | ||
| Who is mailing in this ballot from overseas. | ||
| In North Carolina, you have a whole bunch of issues with this flood. | ||
| These flooded counties voted overwhelmingly for Republicans, right? | ||
| And so you're not going to see this Democrat administration, Kamala Harris, and this Democrat governor Of North Carolina work very hard at all to make sure that these North Carolina voters in the western part of the state that's been devastated by this hurricane and the resulting floods, you're not going to see these Democrats lift a finger to make sure that they can vote. | ||
| So that's where the courts could step in. | ||
| In Georgia, you have the election board saying that election day votes must be hand counted to give assurance To voters to give assurance about election integrity in Georgia. | ||
| Of course the Democrats don't want that. | ||
| They want to use machines. In Arizona you have the Secretary of State Who wants to ignore the votes, disenfranchise all the votes in counties that dare to question the election and don't certify the results within 16 days of an election. | ||
| So if there is an issue, for example, in a Republican county and they wait and they don't have that issue resolved in 16 days, they just want to disenfranchise all those Republican voters. | ||
| Like I said, the Trump campaign, the RNC, conservative groups, we are much better prepared this time than we were in 2020. | ||
| So I would say to the Trump voters, to conservatives, this election, there are going to be issues, but it's going to be a fair election. | ||
| So make sure you vote, make sure you register to vote. | ||
| Elon Musk has been talking about these Deadlines. | ||
| Make sure you meet these registration deadlines. | ||
| Make sure you vote and bank your vote as early as possible. | ||
| Again, we don't want another hurricane or a Hamas riot making it where you cannot vote if you wait until Election Day. | ||
| Yep. Great. | ||

| Our side wants everyone to follow the rule of law and vote legally, and that's it. | ||
| And we'd be very happy with paper ballots as a backup test for every case across the country. | ||
| The left doesn't want that. | ||
| You just heard the great Kash Patel say that a lot of people in DC should be nervous these | ||
| days. | ||
| The head of the FBI, Ray, etc. | ||
| There's been a lot of misdeeds going on for a long time. | ||
| The New York Times today, why legal experts are worried about a second Trump presidency, | ||
| mentions our very own Mike Davis. | ||
| Mike, why should the legal experts be a bit worried about a second Trump presidency? | ||
| Well, if they didn't violate the law, they shouldn't be worried. | ||
| And as they always say to us, remember, if a grand jury indicts them for a crime, then there's probable cause that they committed a crime. | ||
| And nobody's above the law. | ||
| And I think these lawyers may be concerned that they've been engaged... | ||
| In a criminal conspiracy against rights under 18 U.S.C. Section 241, the same thing they charged Trump with for January 6th for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election, which was allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887, and the First Amendment, you have these Democrats who have contorted, politicized, and weaponized These various statutes, federal and state statutes, to go after Trump. | ||
| His top aides like Steve Bannon, who's in prison right now. | ||
| Peter Navarro, who went to prison to go after Trump's. | ||
| Lawyers like Jeff Clark and John Eastman and Rudy Giuliani. | ||
| They politically persecuted his supporters on January 6th. | ||
| They're running this law fair in New York and D.C. and Atlanta. | ||
| I would say to these lawyers, they'd better lawyer up because it seems like they're engaged in a criminal conspiracy against rights. | ||
