| He is so busy just pounding the pavement and taking on the CCP and taking on the monster from Chinese mainland and taking on the issues of Taiwan. | ||

| President Trump has called this man one of our foremost experts on all things China and how they impact the world. | ||
| And Gordon Chang has been fighting for America and the world on these issues. | ||
| So we're going to sit down and chat with him for maybe two blocks. | ||

| And I'm honored to speak to the great Kash Patel. | ||
| I think the ratings just plummeted after you said that, so we'll try to get them back up. | ||
| But Gordon, look, I keep up with almost everything you write. | ||
| I basically borrow every one of my CCP policies from you. | ||
| What's at the fore—and by the way, War Room, Gordon Chang is going to talk to us at the end of this segment about his brilliant new book coming out, Plan Red. | ||

| But Gordon, what's at the top of your mind right now as we go into a presidential election, as we need people to focus, what are you worried about? | ||

What should the world be worried about? | |
| The world right now should be worried that Xi Jinping wants to start a war. | ||
| Now, I can't say that he has made the decision to go to war, but I can say that he's made the decision to risk war. | ||
| And he's risking war with American treaty allies, which means he is at this moment Unfortunately, we have a regime in Beijing, but also one in Washington right now that is not willing to have an honest conversation with the American people. | ||
| Xi Jinping talks about going to war all the time, but Joe Biden will not have a candid conversation about China's plans with the American people. | ||
| And that means Biden is abrogating his most solemn constitutional duty, which is to protect the American people from foreign attack. | ||
| And so when it comes to foreign attacks, Gordon, what do you think is some of the ones that are most pressing? | ||
| You know, people think foreign attacks, and I think from my counterterrorism days, you know, over, you know, explosive style attacks. | ||
| But in terms of the CCP in China, what have they been doing that we've missed? | ||
| And how do we counteract that? | ||
| And is it too late? | ||

Yeah, we've got assaults on the United States from all perspectives. | |
| So for instance, we've got political warfare. | ||
| You know, in 2020, Beijing leaned very heavily on Joe Biden's side. | ||
| They supported Biden during the Democratic Party primaries over Bernie Sanders, and in the general election, they went all in on Biden. | ||
| And they were actually able to cast the decisive vote in November of 2020, | ||
| because through their misinformation, disinformation campaigns, | ||
| they really tilted the election. | ||
| They're doing the same thing now, though a little bit more subtle this time, | ||
| because they've been warned. | ||
| But the point is, they are still using TikTok, for instance, to amplify these anti-Trump videos. | ||
| And we're seeing increased activity on the part of their social media platforms. | ||
| They're probably pouring money into Kamala Harris's campaign like they poured money into Joe Biden's campaign in 2020. | ||
| In 2020, we knew what they were doing. | ||
| This time, I'm sure they're going to do the same thing. | ||
| So that's the domestic front. | ||
| And by the way, we have got these Chinese saboteurs in our country and they are waiting to strike. | ||
| With the increase in Chinese migrants coming across our southern and northern borders, we are seeing an increased tempo of incursions into military bases. | ||
| And that means they're planning an attack on our facilities on American soil. | ||
| Wow. | ||
| Can we just pick up on a couple, maybe get into a little deeper on a couple of those points? | ||
| When you said there's Chinese nationals coming in through our border, both the south and the southern border and the northern border, I don't think many Americans are focused on that part of the illegal immigration. | ||
| And then you touched upon the impacts of it and what they're planning. | ||
| But you also talked about how the CCP helped fund portions of the Biden campaign. | ||
| Can you give us some details on that? | ||

And then we'll flip back to the border in 2020. | |
| On China supporting the Biden campaign financially in 2020, what they did was they funneled small contributions through ActBlue, which was their website. | ||
| And many of these contributions came from abroad, and they were too small to run down, so they got away with it. | ||
| I don't know if they're doing that this election cycle, but I wouldn't be surprised, because we have seen heightened activity by the Communist Party's United Front Work Department. | ||
| That's the part of the Communist Party that subverts foreign governments, and they've been very active in two states in particular. | ||
| One of them, of course, is Minnesota, where Tim Walz, as governor, has had continuous contact with front department organizations. | ||
| And also, of course, in New York State. | ||
| We had the Linda Sun issue. | ||
| She's been indicted. | ||
| You know, you've got the The police commissioner, he resigned over foreign contacts. | ||
| Wendy Greco, Mayor Adams' senior official, she's got China contacts that she hasn't explained. | ||
| And Mayor Adams just got indicted for his Turkish contacts. | ||
| But his contacts with Turkey also involved trips to China. | ||
| So China's there as well. | ||
| So we have China all over our political campaigns right now and infiltrating our campaigns and our political system. | ||
| That's unbelievable. | ||
| I hope people are paying attention. | ||
| And when it comes to the border and sort of, maybe you can explain the approach that the CCP takes into getting illegal Chinese nationals into America versus, say, a lot of the Latin American, South American countries and how they're operating versus, say, how some of the terrorist organizations are operating. | ||
| Because I don't think Not many people have the focus on what CCP is doing long term and long range, and they're using the same tools to invade our country illegally. | ||
| And then what are they doing once they get here? | ||

We have a southern and a northern border problem. | |
| At the southern border, there have been a lot of Chinese migrants. | ||
| There's been a surge of them. | ||
| And most of them are who they say they are. | ||
| They want to live in a free society. | ||
| But the composition of Chinese migrants has changed over the last two years. | ||
| Now we're seeing packs of Chinese males coming in groups of 5 to 15, of military age, traveling without family members, and who are single. | ||
| Some of them pretend not to speak English. | ||
| U.S. | ||
| Border Patrol knows that some of them have links to the Chinese military. | ||
| And so that's a concern. | ||
| And as I mentioned, Once we've seen this surge of Chinese males, we've also had the surge of Chinese intrusions into our military base. | ||
| And, in addition, there's the Chinese secret biological weapons facility in Readley, California, that was discovered by that alert building inspector. | ||
| Inside, they found pathogens, at least 20 pathogens, including the ones for Ebola. | ||
| Ebola, by the way, is being weaponized at the Wuhan Institute of Virology as we speak. | ||
| In nature, it has a 50% fatality rate. | ||
| So clearly the Chinese are planning to spread disease in our country as one of the first acts in a war against us. | ||
| in our northern border. Sorry, can I just, I just want to hit on those two last points. It's, it's, | ||
| it's astounding and shocking and unfortunately not surprising, but they're talking, we're going | ||
| back to Wuhan, we're going back to COVID origins and we're going back to another form of a mega | ||
| virus that can take out China's enemies. But also, can you expand upon if you have any more details | ||
| about that lab in, in California that the Biden. | ||
| Not the Biden-Harris administration shutdown. | ||
| Can you expand upon, you know, how that was set up and what's going on if you have any of those details? | ||
| I just want to touch upon those two points a little more. | ||

Yeah, this shows what we Americans can do to protect our country. | |
| There was a building inspector in Readley and she noticed that there was a hose connected to a building which was supposedly abandoned. | ||
| And so she went inside and she saw all these Chinese technicians, and then she brought in investigators from the state of California, who brought in investigators from the federal government. | ||
| And they seized those pathogens, they seized the mice that had been engineered to spread disease, and they shut that lab down. | ||
| Now, Kesh, that could not have been the only secret biological weapons facility in the United States. | ||
| So there's got to be more of them. | ||
| But right now, the Biden administration either is not looking for them or just can't find them. | ||
| But they've got to be there because China doesn't do things in just onesies. | ||
| There's got to be twosies, threesies and foursies around the country. | ||
| That's unbelievable. | ||
| I mean, that seems like a critical national security issue that this Harris and Biden administration is intentionally failing to lock down on. | ||
| We've got a couple of minutes left in this block, and I say, Gordon, I'd love to hold you over the next one if you can. | ||
| When it comes to the impact of, you're on a military base right now, when it comes to the impact of everything you just talked about, has the Harris-Biden administration done enough or anything to counterman the CCP buying up all this farmland around the country? | ||
| Or has it been left to state governors? | ||
| Or has it just kind of not been handled? | ||
| And what should be done? | ||
| And why is the CCP trying to buy up all this land? | ||

Yeah, it's basically up to state governors to do this. | |
| And we've got legislation, for instance, in the state that I'm in, Kansas. | ||
| But this is not something coordinated by the president himself. | ||
| And the president has the power to do this. | ||
| He has executive authority, which we know he's used vigorously in so many different cases. | ||
| He should be using this because we know the Chinese have been buying land near military facilities. | ||
| They've also been using land in the state next to me right now, which is Oklahoma, where China's nationals have been basing human trafficking operations on farmland. | ||
| And as a local resident told me, the Chinese have a fence around their property. | ||
| Well, that's no big deal because everybody in Oklahoma has a fence. | ||
| But the fences Americans put up are to keep people out and off their property. | ||
| The Chinese are building fences to keep people in. | ||
| And that is something which just is a warning sign. | ||
| Also, there are so many illegal marijuana grows, especially in Oklahoma and in Maine, and those have been allowed to continue. | ||
| Those have attracted triad opportunities and triad crimes, including mass murders of opposing gangs. | ||
| So basically, you know, our country has enough crime, but we're importing a lot of crime from our southern border. | ||
| Is there something, from your opinion, that the presidential candidates in this election cycle could be focused on? | ||
| I know you said it's a big state governor decision, governor responsibility, but is there something a president could do? | ||
| To counterman the negative effects this is having in America, so to say, I'm shutting it down and these are some executive orders I can leverage, or sanctions, or I don't know, I'm just making stuff up, but is there anything a president could do? | ||
| Is there anything Biden and Harris could be doing? | ||
| Is there something Trump should do when he comes in on this? | ||

Oh, there's so much to be done across the board. | |
| But if we're focusing just on property, I mean, what we should be doing is taking, for instance, the CFIUS rules, that's the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S., and tightening them so that Chinese nationals can't buy land in our country. | ||
| Just as reciprocal. | ||
| Americans can't buy land in China. | ||
| We can't own a square inch in China. | ||
| So why are we allowing Chinese nationals into our country to buy up fast tracks for various sinister purposes? | ||
| This makes no sense to me at all. | ||
| And the President of the United States can wield that power with the executive pen. | ||
| So that's clearly something that should be done. | ||
| But also we should be cutting trade. | ||
| We should be cutting technical cooperation. | ||
| There's all sorts of things that we have to get at because we're funding China's attacks on our society. | ||
| China could not maintain its attacks on America if it didn't have American money. | ||
| And the President of the United States can cut that off. | ||
| President Trump started on that road with the tariffs. | ||
| There's so many things that can be done. | ||
| And the president, sorry, we're going to hold you over, but real quick in 30 seconds. | ||
| So the president could turn off the Chinese financial ability via CFIUS? | ||

Well, first of all, I can stop Chinese investment into the United States by tightening those rules and basically preventing dangerous, very dangerous investments that the Chinese have been making. | |
| Buying up our technology, buying up our farm and ranch land, you name it, cash. | ||

| We've got the great Gordon Chang with us, and I cut him off when he was delivering an answer, so I really want him to touch upon this because it's not just our southern border that the CCP is taking advantage of. | ||
| But Gordon, you mentioned the northern border. | ||
| What are they doing up there? | ||
| No one's really talking about that. | ||

| In February, U.S. | ||
| Border Patrol caught three Chinese migrants coming in. | ||
| What was ominous about this was that there were Chinese nationals on our side of the border, who were obviously there by pre-arrangement, who were there to help those people sneaking in. | ||
| Now, Kesh, if you want to live in a free society, so you decide to come into the U.S. | ||
| and file an asylum claim, the first thing you do is you surrender to Border Patrol, because in addition to everything else, you get a debit card from New York City. | ||
| Well, these guys wanted to come in undetected, which means that their purposes were nefarious. | ||
| And that means we got a problem at our northern border in Maine and from Canada, as well as our southern border. | ||
| Wow. | ||
| So they're putting a squeeze play on from top and bottom. | ||
| And on top of everything else we talked about, the land, cyber. | ||
| And so we really need a full, we, America, need a top to bottom commander in chief who's going to take that on. | ||
| And obviously I think that's Donald Trump. | ||
| You mentioned a couple of other bad actors, and I want to touch upon this. | ||
| You know, we brought up TikTok, and the posse is super familiar with how that has been handled and what's coming up. | ||
| But I did see an interesting article, and the House Intelligence Committee, all of the Republicans on it, signed a letter essentially demanding a briefing and maybe an investigation from both the FBI and SEC and a company called PDD or TIMU. | ||
| And I know there's no better person to ask than you. | ||
| I bring that one up singularly, but are there other companies the CCP is using? | ||
| And can you comment on that and this article that came out with the House Intel letter just the other week? | ||

| Timu is the retailer that brings in goods under $800 to avoid the tariffs. | ||
| And his parent, Pin Dudu, is under investigation. | ||
| And they're under investigation because what they've been taking is the data that they obtained when people use their site, and they're shipping it off to the party, Communist Party. | ||
| Now, that happens with every Chinese company. | ||
| And the reason is that whether a company is owned by the state or it's owned by private investors, it is subject to the will of the Communist Party, which demands complete obedience. | ||
| No Chinese entity can disobey a demand from the party. | ||
| And in addition to that, China's 2017 National Intelligence Law requires every Chinese national and every Chinese entity to spy if it receives a demand from the authorities. | ||
| And so this is the core of the concern from the Republicans in the House. | ||
| And it's obviously something we need to look at because we think that China is sort of organized like us, you know, that private actors can get to do what they want. | ||
| Well, no, that's not the case. | ||
| Every person, every entity in China must comply with demands from the Communist Party. | ||
| Wow. | ||
| And I didn't really know too much about the depth of this before talking to folks like you who are so well versed in it. | ||
| But this app, Teemu PDD, it's the most downloaded app in North America. | ||
| So it's bigger than like Amazon and Google and Facebook, which is just crazy to me. | ||
| So just think about how much data the CCP is mining and what else they're doing with it and what other companies there are. | ||
| So I'm glad the House Intel is on this and Hopefully the FBI and SEC complies and Gordon will keep coming back to you as more of these companies come up and more of these efforts to counterman them come up. | ||
| But I know, and now we've got a few minutes at least, we've got 3-4 minutes to talk about your great new book. | ||

| And one of them is that the Communist Party has declared a people's war on America. | ||
| They did that in May 2019, when People's Daily, the most authoritative publication in China, People's War has a meaning for the communists, and that is total war. | ||
| We know it's total war because a Chinese military publication this year very helpfully explained what was the meaning behind People's War. | ||
| So clearly this is an existential struggle. | ||
| And it's an existential struggle, Kash, not because of anything that we say or do, but it's because of who we are. | ||
| You have an insecure regime in Beijing that's worried about the inspirational impact of America's values and form of governance on the Chinese people. | ||
| So the Communist Party feels it will never be safe as long as the United States exists, which means it is out to destroy the United States. | ||
| And we see this, and that's For instance, when people talk about fentanyl, we have to understand that this is a project run by the Communist Party to kill Americans. | ||
| 75,000 Americans each year die from doses of illegal Chinese fentanyl. | ||
| Those are murders, and we have to look at it in that context, because if we don't, we won't do anything effective about it. | ||
| And so your book goes into all this, and then maybe if you can, I don't want to give the whole book away, but if you can give us another angle into your book, into the CCP that you're looking at, and then please also tell everyone where they can order this great book. | ||

| Wow. | ||
| And that means he cannot have been the only American who was being groomed. | ||
| This is not to say that Swalwell did anything, but it is to show how pervasive China's efforts are, because there have to be hundreds of Swalwells. | ||
| Which means there have to be hundreds, if not thousands, of Christine Fongs from the Ministry of State Security. | ||
| And we know about Tim Walz, who is now Governor of Minnesota, could very well be Vice President of the United States, could very well be President of the United States. | ||
| He has had extensive contacts with the Communist Party's United Front Work Department. | ||
| Which means that we could have a communist sympathizer or a fellow traveler at the heart of the American political system, sitting in the Oval Office behind the Resolute Desk. | ||

| Yes, no, I mean, as responsible people recognize, this was a tremendous accomplishment. | ||
| I mean, not just taking out Nasrallah, but decapitating the entire Hezbollah regime, right? | ||
| They're now into third and fourth level figures. | ||
| The guy who's now the number one has always been number two. | ||
| He's basically a PR guy, Naeem Qasim. | ||
| So, this was a remarkable achievement by the Israelis. | ||
| It's important to understand it was not just against Hezbollah, but their war against Iranian proxies, including Hamas and the Houthis, has also been, with the Biden administration, essentially tying its hands behind Israel's back for nearly 11 months now. | ||
| Well, nearly a year now, after October 7. | ||
| So, this operation, as you were getting at, also underscores Not just the Biden-Harris team's incompetence, but also the fact that it is not putting American interests first. | ||
| It is not interested in the stability of the Middle East. | ||
| Rather, following the lead of Barack Obama, that this is a pro-Iran, pro-Iran faction in the United States government. | ||
| And so that's what Israel was fighting. | ||
| It's a superpower patron of more than half a century that has turned against traditional American allies, Israel as well as Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states, turned against them and sees partnerships, sees America's future aligned with the Islamic Republic of Iran. | ||
| Wow. | ||
| And so, you know, for me and you and so many other people who focus on this every day, it's a really big deal. | ||
| It's an international national security matter. | ||
| And as we get into this election here, and we're 36 days away, what does this do for the election, if anything? | ||
| Why should everyday Americans care? | ||
| Do they care? | ||
| What are Harris and Biden doing? | ||
| And how do you think President Trump might have handled this differently? | ||
| What would he have done different if he were at the position of commander in chief now? | ||
| And what may we expect if he gets back there? | ||
| Well, we know what President Trump would have done because he's been telling us for a while. | ||
| He's been saying, yeah, the Israelis have to kill these guys and they have to get they have to get through their business quickly. | ||
| And of course, one of the things that has slowed down what slowed down the Israelis was not Hamas in Gaza, but again, was the Biden administration. | ||
| So, Donald Trump recognized how important it was for Israel to take care, not only of its own people, not only of its own security, but also Israel is a vital ally of the United States in the Eastern Mediterranean. | ||
| Remember that this is a major shipping lane, right? | ||
| Through the Suez Canal, across the Atlantic Open. | ||
| It's major. | ||
| The idea of Hezbollah and Hamas controlling the Eastern Mediterranean means chaos. | ||
| And for American citizens, it spells great danger. | ||
| It means that all of our shipping lanes are at the will of Iranian proxies. | ||
| So Donald Trump understands the big picture. | ||
| He understands what it's like to treat allies. | ||
| And he also understands what it's like specifically for American interests. | ||
| Remember, to my mind, the greatest American achievement in 20 years In Iraq, right? | ||
| In the Iraqi field of operations was his decision to liquidate Qasem Soleimani, right? | ||
| This is the Iranian terror master. | ||
| This was January 2020. | ||
| And that was Donald Trump signaling, no, you know, negotiating with these guys, having to deal with them. | ||
| No, this is a bad guy. | ||
| Plenty of American blood on his hands, not only dating back decades, right? | ||
| Especially during the Iraq war. | ||
| So, Donald Trump knows exactly how to keep America safe and how to keep American allies safe. | ||
| No, you're right. | ||
| He knows how to bring home hostages. | ||
| He knows how to end the forever wars. | ||
| And I think the list goes on, especially when we're talking about the war and terrorism machine that is the Iranian mullah and the ayatollahs and their desire probably now have a nuclear bomb. | ||
| So, so many threats coming out of there and the decision to neutralize them by Netanyahu to take out at least a component of it was, I believe, something that we all cheer and applaud and we should have been doing and Donald Trump did do and would do again. | ||
| But Lee, the Iranian threat Unfortunately, it isn't just outside of our borders. | ||
| You and I have talked about this offline. | ||
| There's folks in the government, in the Biden-Harris administration, who have authored and architected the JCPOA, who have been buddies with the Iranian regime, who have sought permission from them. | ||
| And I think it's important to highlight these folks again because it's not getting the coverage that it would. | ||
| If, say, President Trump had hired these people. | ||
| So can you give us a little summary about some of these folks and what they're doing and why is that so important? | ||

| Well, I mean, the most important figure was Robert Malley. | ||
| Robert Malley was an Obama deputy, and he was really in charge of the Iran nuclear deal in 2015. | ||
| And just very quickly, it's important for people to understand there's a lot of loose talk around this. | ||
| It was never designed to stop Iran from getting a bomb. | ||
| The purpose was to legalize Iran's nuclear weapons program. | ||
| So that's what Malley did in 2015. | ||
| Malley was also hired in the Biden administration. | ||
| Malley had participated in an Iranian influence operation dating back several decades. | ||
| He brought one of these people into the State Department, an official named Ariana Tabatabai. | ||
| She was in the State Department. | ||
| Now she's moved over to DOD and remarkably, Cash, even though this has been public for about a year, Right. | ||
| Tabataba is still at the Department of Defense. | ||
| Right. | ||
| She's working as chief of staff in the in the Office of Special Operations, which means you'll know much better than that. | ||
| You haven't been chief of staff at DOD. | ||
| But my understanding is that this office deals with everything, not only special operations, but things like hostage rescue as well. | ||
| And of course, we still have American hostages being held by the Iranian terror proxy army. | ||
| For those not super up-to-date, but what have they specifically done that had warranted Robert Malley's security clearance to be suspended and her to be under investigation? | ||
| I think that's the critical part. | ||
| These people have monumental national security roles and we haven't even talked about Mahar Vettar but maybe just focus on these two for now. | ||
| Yeah, my avatar, of course, you first ran into him when he was working for Adam Schiff, I guess. | ||
| So, look, here's the thing, Cash. | ||
| As we know now, when the FBI says it's investigating something, it means they're burying it. | ||
| And that's the case with Robert Malley. | ||
| Malley had his security clearances taken away. | ||
| Last year and now we're told that it's under under FBI investigation What they're doing is they're just burying that so right because what will the FBI say they say well? | ||
| We can't talk about this matter since it's an ad the subject of an active investigation What Malley actually did we have a little more a little more clarity on what he did was it seems that he put? | ||
| classified information From classified electronic devices over to personal devices. | ||
| Now, what this looks like, frankly, it looks like Malley purposefully exposed this information, knowing that as Biden's Iran envoy, of course, he knew a whole bunch of people, a whole bunch of hostile actors were going to be looking at, he was going to be a target of surveillance. | ||
| So apparently that information reached Reached the State Department. | ||
| The State Department moved him aside. | ||
| But look, even that with this story, we know how the State Department dealt with it after. | ||
| And that was the subject of a recent Inspector General's report. | ||
| The big thing is, what was the information that Malley was, that Malley had made public? | ||
| It seems unlikely that we're going to find out any time soon. | ||
| God willing, a Donald Trump presidency will show us exactly what the Biden administration was doing, why they were playing footsie with Iran, and exactly what kind of information were they providing. | ||
| The regime, the world regime that embodies anti-Americanism. | ||
| Yeah, it's Clinton. | ||
| It's Hillary Clinton all over again. | ||
| Oh, who cares about the classification system? | ||
| I'm just going to put it on my personal device. | ||
| And I'm told this guy was putting Iranian classified intelligence, some of our most sensitive collection, on his personal device, which was accessible fully to his friends in Iran. | ||
| And the people that he wanted to give capabilities to and put American interests below that. | ||
| So yeah, another reason we need DJT back in office for the Truth and Transparency Commission. | ||
